So, following the move by the Food and Drug Administration to close Florida's monoclonal antibody treatment sites after the federal government abruptly removed the treatments from emergency use authorizations, the White House stated that the treatments used by the state do not work against the Omicron variant and have side effects.

Then secondly, the FDA yesterday withdrew the EUA for some monoclonal antibody treatments because they don't work against Omicron.
But Florida continues to push for the treatment for people in the state.
What's your response to Governor Santis and what's your message to the people of Florida?
Well, let's just take a step back here just to realize how crazy this is a little bit.
We've approached COVID treatments like filling a medicine cabinet.
We're not relying on one type, one brand, or treatment.
We invested in and continue to buy a variety across monoclonal antibodies, pre-exposure prevention therapies, and oral antivirals.
We have provided 71,000 doses of antivirals to Florida, including 34,000 additional treatments That do work against Omicron.
Just this last week, I'm sorry, of a range of those treatments, I should say, to be clear.
What the FDA is making clear is that these treatments, the ones that they are fighting over, that the governor is fighting over, do not work against Omicron, and they have side effects.
That is what the scientists are saying.
We have sent them 71,000 doses of treatments that are effective against Omicron and are effective also against Delta.
And they are still advocating for treatments that don't work.
We've seen, unfortunately, from the beginning in our pandemic response, a range of steps or pushes that have been made through social media platforms, unfortunately, from the mouths of elected officials, and advocating for things that don't work, even when we know things do work, injecting disinfectant, promoting other pseudoscience, sowing doubt on the effectiveness of vaccines and boosters, and now promoting treatments That don't work.
We know it works.
Vaccines and boosters.

Of things that do work in treatments and we're providing those to Florida.

The fact is, Florida has led the way.

...perwhelmingly people that have been vaccinated.
Early this morning, thousands of Floridians woke up to news that their appointments to get treatment for COVID-19 infection were canceled by the Biden administration, which revoked Outright revoked authorization for two very popular monoclonal antibody treatments that the state of Florida really pioneered over the summer and that we've worked hard to make available to our residents who needed treatment.
Mind you, the number of the people that seek this treatment are overwhelmingly people that have been vaccinated, but yet they're still infected and many of them are high risk.
Now, they are relying on revoking this and pulling the rug out from under people On a single, non-peer-reviewed, non-clinical study that was actually done by a consultant for a rival company to the other two monoclonal antibody treatments.
This is not based on a clinical trial.
This is not even peer-reviewed.
And so this is something that they claim shouldn't be used because we have Omicron.
And what we would say in Florida is we have had people use it and we've had good results.
It's not 100%.
We understand that.
But you also don't even know when someone goes in whether it's Omicron or still the Delta.
Yes, mostly in Florida it's going to be Omicron at this point.
But it's really a reckless decision to be able to take this option away from patients.
When we've had the site set up, we've had this distributed to different medical groups or hospitals, and if somebody wants to try, It was very effective against the Delta.
Once that program went in, you saw a huge decline in hospitalizations.
And we were proud to be able to fill really a void which shouldn't have existed if you had people, the higher-ups, were actually promoting early treatment, which they weren't.
So we're proud of that.
But even if, with Omicron, it's half as effective, or even...
twenty five percent is effective uh...
that's better than nothing for people and as i've said anecdotally we've had people that have had their symptoms resolved after doing it uh...
just in the last uh...
month of doing this so so this is wrong what they're doing uh...
and we have many people now who are very concerned because they were going to go in and get it today or tomorrow and now they're being told that it would be illegal for a provider to give it to them all based Off one observational, non-peer-reviewed study, and this is done, I think, in a very haphazard fashion.
And you have so many problems with this administration.
You look at inflation spiraling out of control, and yet they're doing things to fuel it.
You look at the southern border, which has been a total disaster and continues to be to this day.
You look what's happening in the gathering storm abroad, whether it's Russia, China, America's adversaries.
You have huge, huge problems going on.
COVID restrictions and mandates that are being championed in other states that are inhibiting our supply chain and contributing to economic problems.
So you have all these issues that could be addressed.
And so what do they choose to do with their time?
They choose to pull the rug out of Elderly patients, most of whom, almost all of them, have been vaccinated and say you don't have access to this treatment.
So we're going to fight back against this because this is just wrong.
This is not the way, you know, that you help people.
And our view is people have a right to access these treatments and to revoke it on this basis is just fundamentally wrong and we're going to fight back.

And I'll tell you, three days later, I was fine.
I was ready to go again.

So everything worked out okay.

But honestly, I didn't have any issues at all.
I mean, I was more concerned when I had it about it getting worse.

That was the big thing.
And I was like, oh, here we go.
I'm bracing myself for something really bad.
And then it was over.
But each person is different.
I know a lot of people that it took a lot longer than that.
I know a lot of people that ended up hospitalized and they had to do other things.
That's their problem.
They get flu symptoms and they rush to the dang emergency room because they've made everybody panic.
And the protocol, the emergency room is what's killing everybody, not the disease.

mean some of the flus I got are memorable I got swine flu The flu I got three or four years ago was the worst one I ever had.

This is breaking from OSHA. They withdraw Biden administration's unconstitutional workplace vaccine mandate.
So this was just out today.
And the Occupational Safety and Health Administration announced Tuesday that they were withdrawing Joe Biden's workplace vaccine mandate for companies over 100 employees.
The ruling will take effect on Wednesday.
This comes after the U.S. Supreme Court ruled that forcing employees to take an experimental vaccine for the coronavirus.
The Occupational Safety and Health Administration announced Tuesday that it will withdraw the Biden's administration's temporary COVID-19 vaccine or test requirement for companies with more than 100 employees.
OSHA made the decision to withdraw the mandate following the U.S. Supreme Court ruling that blocked the plan, according to the statement.
The U.S. Department of Labor's Occupational Safety and Health Administration is withholding the vaccination and testing emergency temporary standard issued on November 5, 2021, to protect unvaccinated employees of large employers with 100 or more employees from the workplace to protect unvaccinated employees of large employers with 100 or more employees from the withdrawal is effective on Wednesday.
So, that's probably not making a lot of bureaucrats happy.

Harris walked over to the reporters to answer their questions on Ukraine, and she admitted she has no idea what Vladimir Putin is going to do after Biden gave him the green light to invade Ukraine.
And then she tries to spin her way out of it and then says, I don't know what Putin's going to do.
