Time Text
My name is Charlie Kirk.
I run the largest pro-American student organization in the country fighting for the future of our republic.
My call is to fight evil and to proclaim truth.
If the most important thing for you is just feeling good, you're going to end up miserable.
But if the most important thing is doing good, you'll end up purposeful.
College is a scam, everybody.
You got to stop sending your kids to college.
You should get married as young as possible and have as many kids as possible.
Go start a Turning Point USA college chapter.
Go start a Turning Point USA high school chapter.
Go find out how your church can get involved.
Sign up and become an activist.
I gave my life to the Lord in fifth grade.
Most important decision I ever made in my life.
And I encourage you to do the same.
Here I am.
Lord Musemate.
Buckle up, everybody.
Here we go.
The Charlie Kirk Show is proudly sponsored by Preserve Gold, the leading gold and silver experts and the only precious metals company I recommend to my family, friends, and viewers.
All right, welcome to the Charlie Kirk Show.
It is Monday.
We are in the month of December, finally.
I hope you all had a very warm, restful, relaxing Thanksgiving holiday with your friends and family.
You ate too much food.
There's a lot going on.
There was a ton of news.
That was probably the biggest news weekend over a Thanksgiving that I can recall.
There's probably one I'm forgetting about.
It kicked off on Wednesday.
It really Wednesday evening is when two National Guardsmen, Sarah Beckstrom, who's 20 years old, she's now deceased, and Andrew Wolfe were attacked in an ambush-style shooting targeting the National Guard just a few blocks from the White House from the White House.
Stop.
That's two blocks, basically.
And the attacker is 29-year-old Ramanula Lachenwal.
Ramanola Lachenwal.
Background.
He is an Afghan national who entered the U.S. in 2021 under humanitarian parole following the U.S. withdrawal from Afghanistan.
He had collaborated reportedly with the CIA as a member of a partner force in Candahar.
Our beloved allies who love America and freedom.
Yes.
And then he resided in, so apparently he applied for asylum December 2024, which was approved April 23rd, 2025.
So they're saying the Trump administration approved this.
I believe it's asylum judges who evaluate these for the most part.
He resided in Bellingham, Washington, which is basically, it's on the border of Canada.
And he drove 40 hours across the country to carry out this attack.
And then all hell breaks loose, everything.
Go ahead.
Yeah.
And on top of that, we should add he has a wife and five children who shall be your burden to bear for the rest of time.
Because of course.
And so yeah, all hell breaks loose.
He conducts this attack.
And this is happening really right after the show on Wednesday.
And email us, Freedom at Charlie Kirk, if you were following this or if this is all news to you, if you were checked out for the holiday.
So what really happens is what's incredible is president trump reacts very sharply to this very strongly he gives some remarks he gives some remarks that night but what was especially telling was the truth social post he made uh was it that night or the following day it was the following day the following day so well yeah i mean actually technically it was i think later that night yeah let's just i want to i want to read this because it's actually just quite a barn burner of a statement i won't read the whole thing yeah but i want to read most exactly i was pulling up the uh the most uh important portion of it.
I just, I think we should just, I'll blitz through it really quick.
A very happy Thanksgiving salutation to all our great American citizens and patriots who have been so nice in allowing our country to be divided, disrupted, carved up, murdered, beaten, mugged, and laughed at, along with certain other foolish countries throughout the world for being politically correct and just plain stupid when it comes to immigration.
The official U.S. foreign population stands at 53 million people, most of which are on welfare from failed nations or from prisons, mental institutions, gangs, or drug cartels.
Let's skip ahead a bit.
A migrant earning $30,000 with a green card will get roughly $50,000 in yearly benefits for their family.
The real migrant population is much higher.
This refugee burden is the leading cause of social dysfunction in America, something that did not exist after World War II with failed schools, high crime, urban decay, overcrowded hospitals, housing shortages, and large deficits, etc.
As an example, and this is, he calls out the story we covered a bunch last week, the Somali fraud stuff that Chris Rufo covered.
He says, in the state of Minnesota, hundreds of thousands of refugees from Somali, it's about 80,000 total, but it's Trump, are completely taking over the once great state of Minnesota.
Somali gangs are roving the streets looking for prey as our wonderful people stay locked in their apartments and houses, hoping they will be left alone.
The seriously retarded governor says that the governor of Minnesota, Tim Waltz, does nothing, either through fear, incompetence, or both, while the worst congresswoman in our country, Ilan Omar, always wrapped in her swaddling hijab, who probably came into the U.S. illegally in that you are not allowed to marry your brother, does nothing but hatefully complain.
Goes on longer, and then he concludes, only reverse migration can fully cure this situation.
So here's where he goes down his policy endorsements.
So he says, I will permanently pause migration from all third world countries to allow the U.S. system to fully recover.
I will terminate all of the millions of Biden illegal admissions, including those signed by Sleepy Joe Biden's autopen, and remove anyone who is not a net asset to the United States or is incapable of loving our country.
He will end all federal benefits and subsidies to non-citizens of our country.
That's a huge one that probably hasn't gotten enough attention.
Denaturalize migrants who undermine domestic tranquility and deport any foreign national who is a public charge, security risk, or non-compatible with Western civilization.
And then, yeah, and then reverse migration.
So now all hell breaks loose.
The rest of the weekend is basically a back and forth debate about the merits of this.
And I had a prediction.
I called the shot early in the morning, and we're going to have Rich Barris on at the top of our two to see if I was right.
But I said this will be probably the most controversial.
I think that's safe to say.
The left-wing media is going to lose its mind.
They've already proven that over the ensuing days.
But this will be broadly, very popular.
Broadly, very popular with American people of all backgrounds, by the way.
It's not just a white thing.
It's not just a European descent thing.
If you are here legally, if you are a law abiding citizen and you're sick of seeing the country get and take advantage and overrun, you are going to love this policy.
And it's already the case that if you're a foreigner, you're not supposed to be here if you're a public charge.
And we just, we routinely don't care about enforcing.
We've expanded laws in general.
We've just stopped having standards in general.
It really was like it was a true case, frankly, of you could either have laws or you could kind of feel mean sometimes enforcing laws, which I'll be frank, we have no problem doing that for all sorts of other laws.
Like, fun fact: did you know that families are separated when we arrest a murderer or a gangbanger and put them in prison?
A lot of those guys have kids.
Some of them have wives.
A lot of them have family members.
They freak out.
We put them away because it is for the good of the country and for society.
And we can do the same thing with our immigration policy.
Well, and it's listen, I think it's important because the liberal freak out.
And so, here, here's what I also said: I predicted: the liberal freak out is going to be predominantly from white progressives.
And I think that that is mostly proving true.
But there's voices of all shades coming out against this, but they're all Democrats and it's all relatively predictable.
Well, and an Indiana senator, a Republican, says he's not going to vote for redistricting because Trump said the word retarded.
Yes.
And that turns out that that same Indiana senator's wife is getting certain contracts.
He's also been guilty of a DUI, all sorts of things.
Well, let's just play a smattering here now of people blaming President Trump for the shooting, which kicked this whole weekend off.
Let's go ahead and say, let's just, I will say Al Sharpton because he's always fun.
111.
Two people fighting for their lives, guardsmen, that this president put there.
And as I said, I was one that was very vocal against that.
He's very vocal against that.
Here's Rep Washiman Schultz blaming Trump as well.
110.
Would an individual have flown across the country to target law enforcement officers in Washington, D.C.
And I mean, the answer is likely no.
So, why wasn't the president's first thought, wow, you know, maybe I should reconsider deploying military troops in the nation's capital or in any city?
Now, reminder: the National Guard has been largely very successful in its deployments.
Crime is down.
They are a peacekeeping force.
They are not out there pointing guns in people's faces.
It's simply, it's the same.
It was a purely symbolic act.
It's just he wanted to attack American soldiers, and this was a high-profile way for him to do it.
A thousand percent.
And by the way, this guy was working with the CIA.
And this is what gets me actually when I think about this.
Listen, there are some good Afghan people that worked loyally.
My brother was deployed to Afghanistan and says very nice things about some of them, says some not-so-nice things about others.
But basically, what the litmus test was: well, listen, if you're going to accept CIA cash and betray your own homeland and work with an invading force, then we are going to reward you by bringing you over here with no strings attached to it.
All five of your kids.
Yeah, and you can all have 500 kids and live on the public dole.
It's getting the logic is just astounding.
And I think Americans are getting very, very fed up with having our country overrun and ripped off.
That's why it will be popular.
It's an interesting time for business.
Tariff and trade policies are dynamic.
Supply chains are squeezed and cash flow tighter than ever.
If your business can't adapt in real time, you're in a world of hurt.
Hey, it's Blake from the Charlie Kirk Show.
You just heard Charlie talking about the global business environment.
Nothing's changed since then.

This is ABC News.
This is the fourth such story on this poor, poor individual from Afghanistan that had such a hard time in this country that we can't figure out.
As investigators continue to delve into what may have motivated the suspect in the deadly National Guard shooting last week, a portrait of a life of increasing financial stress and a potential mental health crisis.
He shouted.
The system failed him.
Yeah, he shouted Alu Akbar while he shot the National Guard.
The FBI just like flipping tables.
What could have motivated him?
We can't figure this out.
Twiddling their thumbs.
I mean, disgusting.
By the way, this is a fourth such mainstream news media article about this shooter.
It's like they're painting in a sympathetic light.
Yeah.
A mental health crisis.
And this is what they do with illegal immigrants.
We give all of the asylum seekers $300,000 in free mental health care.
This might not have happened.
If there were no billionaires, then you know what?
It was inequality.
Society is to blame for this.
Systemic oppression of this Afghan.
We can't dump on the media too much because over the weekend, well, okay, we can always dump on the media.
I was going to say.
I was very happy this happened over the weekend.
And it shows you how bad it was.
So we covered the Somali fraud story with Chris Rufo and Thorpe.
Ryan Thorpe.
Yes.
We always have to make sure it was two guys.
No, no.
Both of them.
And so they covered all the feeding frenzy of fraud in the Somali community.
By the way, that story blew.
Blew.
We were early on.
Absolutely.
We were early on it.
And, you know, they're frauding the autism program, the housing program.
And they're sending the money to Al-Shabaab and Al-Shabaab.
But even if it doesn't, it's just absolutely, it's this cloistered ethnic community that is ripping off the rest of Minnesota.
And so the New York Times clearly, they had an article that came out this weekend, how fraud swamped Minnesota's social services system on Tim Walz' watch.
And what's crazy about it is they just have to say it's members of the Somali diaspora.
It's very clear the New York Times had this story and was sitting on it, and they had to sort of roll it out once this got covered.
And the story, I don't need to read the whole thing, but it just, it basically frankly says, yeah, it's over a billion dollars, which if you run the numbers, and I did, it's about 80,000 Somalis in Minnesota.
That's $12,500 per person in fraud if they got a billion dollars out of this through Feeding Our Future, which was a COVID scam, through this housing program they're ripping off through the autism program.
And I suspect there's others too.
It's just this clear case of any program that exists, we will find a way to commit fraud against it because we don't really consider it wrong to do as far as I can tell.
And there was an amazing follow-up, which was the union for Minnesota's Department of Human Services.
They just dropped a tweet.
Absolutely, just 100% blame.
This has to be a left-wing union.
And they just blame Tim Walz.
And they say, Tim Walz is 100% responsible for massive fraud in Minnesota.
We let Governor Walls know a fraud early on, hoping for a partnership in stopping it.
But no, we got the opposite response.
Tim Walz systematically retaliated against whistleblowers with monitoring, threats, repression, and he did his best to discredit fraud reports.
Yeah, so Tim Walz is actually in the New York Times article as well.
They say that they caught the fraud right away, and they just said, Oh, well, we're going to accuse you of racism if you don't keep the money flowing.
And that just 100% worked on Minnesota Democrats.
And it also says, and this is important, this gets at the heart of everything, they didn't act because Somalis were seen as a core voting block for Minnesota Democrats.
Yeah, so it's our votes.
Don't stop the fraud.
Yeah, you saw that in the mayoral race, by the way.
Yes.
And by the way, here, so Trump is now blaming Joe Biden for this.
He gets asked on Air Force One.
I believe it was in Air Force One.
Maybe it was actually in the Oval.
I can't remember this.
But I got this clip sent to me by at least five people over the weekend saying Trump is back.
They love this side of Trump where he just kind of just rips into reporters.
Let's play 107.
Why do you blame the Biden administration?
Because they let him in.
Are you stupid?
Are you a stupid person?
Because they came into on a plane along with thousands of other people that shouldn't be here.
And I mean, it just kept going on and on and on.
I mean, let's play 108.
This is another good clip.
Do you blame all Afghans for this one man's not?
No, but we've had a lot of problems with Afghans because they had a lot of them coming in on these planes.
Again, I show you this picture.
We had a lot of them coming in on these planes that are look at them.
There was no checking.
They just poured into the plane.
But they came in.
Yeah, I know.
Just the old story.
Many are wonderful.
Yeah, I'm sure.
You know, I really hope that it was 19 countries, including Afghanistan, Iran, Venezuela, a lot in Africa.
I really hope this holds up.
I mean, what's crazy, I was looking at that.
There's still 1,800 Afghans they're trying to bring into the U.S. They're sitting in Qatar right now, I believe.
Yeah, well, and by the way, the news breaking on the Sunday shows is that Secretary Christy Noam is going to move to deport even those with pending asylum claims.
So the crackdown on this is huge.
I want to hear your thoughts.
Please email us, freedom at charliekirk.com.
We're going to read them in the final segment of this hour.
Do you like President Trump's tweet?
What actually was a tweet?
What was an ex-post?
So he did it right on Wednesday night, early Thursday morning.
Do you like it?

All right, joining us now is Nate Morris.
He's a Republican out of Kentucky, and he's a candidate for the U.S. Senate.
Nate, welcome back to the show.
It's good to see you.
Oh, it's great to see you.
I hope you had a great Thanksgiving.
We did, besides all the breaking news, and your name started getting thrown in the mix of so much of the conversation because you have been hitting the issues of immigration from the time you got into this race.
You even came on with Charlie to talk about it.
So I want to get into that.
But first, I'm going to have you react to a clip that was circulating this weekend over Kentucky Senate Republican candidate, Andy Barr.
And he's talking, it's a clip, it's a flashback clip to when he's talking about how much he supported resettling all these Afghans in America.
115.
About resettlement of those refugees.
Where should they go?
What are the options?
Yes.
I mean, we have failed in our obligation to help many of these Afghans who risked their lives and in many cases died for the cause of their own country in assistance to the United States.
And we owe them to help them get into our country with these visas and the P1 and P2 visas as well.
And I voted for these special immigrant visas because it would send a terrible message to our allies around the world that we're going to abandon you if you help us in your time of need.
All right, Nate Morris, your reaction to that clip.
Just absolutely an utter disgraceful.
And let's go back to this debate.
Let's go back to 2021 when we were having this debate as a country.
And Andy Barr at that moment was standing with Joe Biden, was standing with Mitch McConnell, was standing with Mike Pence against the MAGA movement on this position to allow these Afghan refugees into our country.
And again, President Trump got it right.
He predicted that this would happen.
And we see this firsthand that you look at JD Vance's position, you look at Charlie's position as we were having this debate as a country.
And it's no surprise that Andy Barr, again, sided with his mentor, Mitch McConnell, and the swamp creatures, like Joe Biden and others.
This is what he truly believes.
He's had a long history of amnesty.
He's had a long history of putting foreign countries ahead of the interest of American people.
And we've got to get tough in this country.
And we've got to have common sense.
And I go back to what has been animating our campaign.
We've called for a full moratorium on any new immigration coming into our country until we deport every single one of these illegals that have invaded us.
We're absolutely full as a country.
We can't handle anymore.
And for the sake of Western civilization, for the sake of our people, we've got to keep fighting and make sure we keep all these folks out until we get our hands on this issue.
And President Trump, once again, got it right.
And that's why he's come out with his moratorium, because this must happen to save the country, to save Western civilization.
Yeah, and you were on this early, Nate.
And I think we need to play a clip to give you your proper credit here because this is a clip from August 25th of you with Charlie talking about the immigration moratorium.
Let's go ahead and play cut 114.
You want to stop all immigration?
I'm sorry, all immigration, Nate Morris.
That's amazing.
You want an immigration moratorium?
Producer Andrew right now is giving you a standing ovation.
Explain, Nate Morris.
What do you mean by that?
There's at least 20 congressional seats that would flip from Democrat to Republican if illegals didn't vote in our elections.
And Charlie, we know that Democrats love illegals coming into our country so they can cheat and they can get these illegals on our census and they can rig elections.
And we know that rhinos love illegals because they love cheap labor.
And the only way to fix this is we've got to stop.
We've got to have a full moratorium.
And I stand with the American worker.
We have to put American people first.
And we've got to build stuff in this country again.
You know that, Charlie.
And this is a matter of national security, but it's also about the viability of our middle class.
Nate Morris, that was, I mean, you talk about how we need to get tough.
Blake and I were just talking about in the break.
We were saying, you know how many problems we could just instantly overnight fix?
The fix everything switch that you can hit by just not importing the entire third world problem.
Not importing a permanent underclass.
And in the case of the Somalis in Minnesota, we're seeing massive fraud rings.
And by the way, they're trying to say that you cannot impugn the character of an entire people because of the actions of the few.
That's not the American way.
In general, I agree, but when you have enough problems of your own here and we're just going to heap gasoline on an already burning house, that makes zero sense.
And I think guys like you that are willing to say the tough things out loud, willing to take hard lines and tough stances, you are going to inspire the enthusiasm of a voting base that a guy like Andy Barr just simply cannot because he's still singing off of like a 20, you know, I don't know, 2008 song sheet and it just doesn't work anymore.
Our problems have grown too big, too, too massive.
We need tough lines.
We need tough men to defend Western civilization like yourself.
You know, react however you will.
Nate Morris.
Well, how many tragedies do we have to have in this country to finally get real and to get tough and to have common sense?
I mean, this tragedy could have been prevented, I believe, if we'd gotten tough with the people we let in our country.
They should have never been here to begin with.
And let's call a spade a spade here.
Mitch McConnell, Joe Biden, Mike Pence, all the never Trumpers, and Andy Barr, they have blood on their hands.
They have blood on their hands because of how they voted and what they're supporting and their policies and adamantly opposing Donald Trump, JD Vance, Charlie Kirk, and the whole MAGA movement for where we were on this position in 2021.
And they cannot run from that.
They've got to take responsibility for that.
And it's time once and for all.
We've got to get tough as a country.
And how many more tragedies do we have to have and talk about as a country before we make it happen?
Enough is enough.
And we've seen all this fraud, all this crime, all the jobs that have been taken, all the hospitals that are full, all the schools that are being overrun, all the hit and runs.
I mean, you wouldn't believe the hit and runs that I hear about in Kentucky from illegals.
And once and for all, let's get it right.
Let's be tough as a country.
Let's stand with President Trump and make sure all these folks go back.
We get this moratorium in place and we don't ingest any more third world problems.
These are folks that are never going to share our values.
They're never going to assimilate.
They're never going to accept American exceptionalism and for what it means.
But most importantly, this is a generational battle to protect Western civilization.
And we got one shot and we got to take it.
You know, I'm reminded right now, Blake, of that verse that Charlie used to always quote from Deuteronomy 28, 43.
The foreigners who reside among you will rise above you higher and higher, but you will sink lower and lower.
They will lend to you, but you will not let, but you will not lend to them.
They will be the head and you will be the tail.
All these curses will come upon you.
So it's like the foreigner will rule over you.
And I'm reminded of this because I'm about to play you one of the more infuriating clips I've ever seen.
This is Wajahat Ali saying, whites, your mistake is you let us in.
We are breeding people.
Your culture is sick.
Your culture's offer, basically.
Let's play 116.
You have lost.
You lost.
The mistake that you made is you let us in in the first place.
That's the thing with brown people.
I'm going to say this as a brown person.
There's a lot of us.
Like a lot.
And we breed.
We're a breeding people.
Your story is a story filled with misery.
It's filled with bland chicken.
It's filled with terrible, terrible dry meat.
Your music sucks.
All your culture sucks.
Nobody, that's why the kids like listen to black people and their music.
That's why the kids love Latinos.
Your parties suck because they're monochromatic.
Our parties have better food, better music, better looking women.
And we welcomed these people into our country for some reason.
Yeah, and that's how their attitude is all the time.
He's came to this country because his freaking parents came from Pakistan, one of the biggest dumps on planet Earth, and it always will be.
And that's how he treats us.
He came to a country that was nice because his family could have never built a country as nice as America in Pakistan, ever in a million years.
So he came to this one to take advantage of it.
And that's his attitude.
He's a disgusting parasite.
Yes.
Nate Morris, the floor is yours.
What do you think when you hear people describe America that way?
Well, it's absolutely disgusting.
And it infuriates me.
It enrages me.
And one of the big reasons why I'm in the Senate race is because I had to get in.
Because the choices that we had in Kentucky were more of Mitch McConnell, more amnesty, more of this nonsense that causes all this crime and all this strife around our country.
And it's not willing to stand up for Western civilization because that's the battle that we're in.
You know, Charlie would talk about, Nate, we're not just in a battle of Democrat versus Republican.
This is good versus evil.
And good must win.
And that's why we've got to get great people that come from the outside that are business people, people that don't need the job or the money.
I'm here to fight, and I'm here to fight for the people of Kentucky and for our country.
I'm here to fight for my faith.
I'm here to fight for Western civilization to make sure that it lives on for my son.
And we've got people in this country that shouldn't be here.
They need to all go back.
And we've been so clear about this from the very beginning.
And what I'll say is, Andy Barr, when I came out with my moratorium to launch my campaign, you know what he called me?
He called me a nativist.
He called me a nativist.
And let's remember who said the word nativist?
It was Hillary Clinton describing the MAGA movement, describing all of us.
And that's what these rhinos believe.
That's what these people like Andy Barr, these weak men that have been in these positions of influence and power.
And that's why they got to go.
And that's why we've got to have people that are willing to stand up, stand firm with MAGA, stand with the president.
Because once again, President Trump predicted what was going to happen.
He predicted it.
And all we had to do was stand with him, follow his leadership, follow his vision, and we wouldn't be in the kind of messes that we saw, like we saw over the weekend.
This should have never happened.
And again, let's remember these folks have blood on their hands, and they need to be held responsible.
They need to be held responsible at the ballot box.
And that's why we got to keep fighting with the MAGA movement.
Yeah.
Everybody, go to natemorris.com.
Support this man.
He's got a backbone, and he is willing to fight and take the tough positions.
And we just have your back 100%.
By the way, you're rising in the polling right now, Nate.
So keep it up.
Keep fighting.
We got your back in a huge way.
God bless you.
Thanks for making the time.
Thank you so much.
All right.
See you soon.
Connection, open dialogue.
These are the things that build communities.
Charlie, Kirk, and TikTok share in that knowledge.
That's why TikTok has built a space where that kind of listening actually happens.
People don't just post, they respond.
They build on each other's ideas.
You'll see a teacher simplifying a tough lesson so it finally clicks, or a gardener sharing a trick that saved their crop.
But what matters most isn't the video.
It's what comes next.
Someone asking a question, someone else answering with a story of their own.
And suddenly, people who've never met become a community built on curiosity.
When people listen and understand, a shift happens.
Walls come down.
Ideas travel further and connection, real connection, takes their place.
That's what listening does.
It reminds us that we're not as different as we may think.
And that's what makes TikTok so powerful.
It's a place where every post can turn into a conversation and every conversation can make a difference.
Portions of our program are sponsored in part by TikTok.
This clip, another, let's add this to the list of infuriating clips that have come out recently.
Ilhan Omar talking about the Somali community, 156.
Somalis are not terrorizing this nation.
We are helping it thrive.
Somalis have always seen as a fabric, has seen themselves as a fabric of this nation.
So not only are we not going anywhere.
Not only are we not going anywhere, we are not going to allow anybody to make us feel less Minnesotan or less American.
All I'm going to say is we have more than one clip where when they're speaking among their own community and they say our country is not the United States of America.
No, that they're standing up and fighting for Somalia.
And that's what happens.
I mean, honestly, our immigration system has been so stupid and so just wrong-headed, this Tabula Rasa.
We're all blank slates and we just bring them in.
To quote Enoch Powell, we are a nation busily building our own funeral pyre.
Oof, that's depressing.
So, Blake, why don't you pull up a few emails?
But first, let's go over this, I guess you would call it a controversy that's brewing over the cartel drug boats story, which is that they are now alleging that there was two strikes, and this is on the first drug boat.
So, what it is, is we've been bombing drug boats in the Caribbean for several months now, and the report allegation is that there was one of these strikes on a drug boat, and the story goes that they told Heg Seth about it.
You know, okay, we're 100% confident this is anarcho-terrorist drug boat, and he says, instead of just strike it, he says apparently explicitly, kill them all.
And so, they blow up the boat, and then they do observation afterwards, and they see that there are some guys clinging to wreckage from the boat in the water, and then they do a follow-up strike to pulverize these guys floating in the water, allegedly because they're following Hegseth's orders to, quote, kill them all.
Now, what they say is that this is a war crime because you're not supposed to attack helpless combatants, essentially, who are incapable of resisting or fleeing or what have you.
Now, what's complicated here is, as people have pointed out, for example, when we were doing our drone wars in Yemen and Pakistan, there have been similar allocations.
They call these double-tap strikes, where you hit the same location twice, whether to pulverize anything that remains, or this was a big case I know in Pakistan, to discourage first responders from responding to the scene of a strike because they don't want to get hit by the follow-up.
That wouldn't apply here, but that among many things is coming up.
The other thing that I'd say is very funny about this is people saying, oh, this is a war crime.
They're going to go to the Hog.
One, I don't believe we're signatories to the International Criminal Court.
And two, I saw this pointed out on X.
The U.S. president apparently has standing authority from Congress back from the 90s when they were voting on this to use military force to invade the Netherlands to extract any U.S. personnel who are put before an international criminal court tribunal.
No, your point is well made, though, that there has been so many of these questionable strikes.
Biden, if you want to throw up 159, newly declassified video shows U.S. killing of 10 civilians in drone strike.
The New York Times obtained footage of a botched strike in Kabul whose victims included seven children through a Freedom of Information Act lawsuit.
So this, I mean, if you're going to go down this road, this is a terrible, terrible thing to do.
And here's what's really tricky.
You've got Senator Mark Kelly, one of the seditious six, who's now warning service members that if you do illegal acts, when we get back in power, you might be prosecuted.
147.
I've sunk two boats, two ships.
I sunk an OSA II missile patrol boat in Kuwait Harbor.
I sunk a Polnakni troop carrier in the Persian Gulf during the First Gulf War.
Never once did I question whether those orders were legal or illegal.
People can tell the difference, should be able to tell the difference between something that is unlawful and something that is lawful.
And if I was ever given an unlawful order, I would refuse.
I would, you know, if you have time, you can certainly go to the judge, advocate, generals, the lawyers, and have a discussion about it.
If you don't have time, you just say simply, I'm not going to do that.
That's against the law.
You know, the funny thing is, is Libs in the Gulf War did call the strikes in Kuwait Harbor, or not necessarily Kuwait Harbor, a lot of the strikes in Iraq illegal because we basically owned the Iraqis too hard.
And he goes on to basically say that the cartel boats that are getting blown up, that he thinks that that's questionable.
And you're putting these servicemen in a tough position because these are obviously illegal strikes is essentially the insinuation here.
And so we are at the precipice of a very, very dangerous precedent where they are, he's essentially saying, you have to be your own judge and jury in the moment and defy the president and the commander-in-chief or the secretary of war and refuse to do an order.
This is seeding the ground for a 100% worlding of our military.
Let's do some of the emails here.
We have a lot.
We have Phyllis.
I wish this movement to deport all illegals would have occurred in the first Trump administration.
I think.
100 cheers for Nate Morris.
Alrighty.
Yes, we have Hate America Out from Herman.
We have Tina, we want America back.
We feel we're being invaded.
They want to take us over.
Lucia says, I am 100% behind a moratorium on immigration and going after the corruption the Somalis have created in Minnesota.
Michelle says, deport them all.
Thank you, Mr. President.
Kathleen says, Trump is right.
Immigration is our biggest problem.
Deborah says mass deportation.
I agree 100%.
Stanley says 50% off Cyber Monday deals, members only.
Yeah, I love that.
Check this out.
Charlie has a lot of spammy milk.
The immigrants, where will they go? The journalist asks.
She goes, what?
They get dropped and go to Joy Behar, Joy Reed, Sonny Hostin, Jake Tapper, Martha Radditz, and all their neighborhoods where the liars live.
How about we should get them out of the country?
