Okay, everybody, today on the Charlie Kirk Show, we are here live from our Pastor Summit in beautiful Gainesville, Georgia.
Joining the program is Lucas Miles from TPSA Faith, and we talk about also two young patriots, two amazing—it's hard to call them young because they're older than me, but they're young in political terms.
J.D. Vance and Stephen Miller are doing a phenomenal job.
As the ideological vanguard of the MAGA movement, you can email me freedom at charliekirk.com and subscribe to our podcast.

Email me, as always, freedom at charliekirk.com.
Buckle up, everybody.
Here we go.
Charlie, what you've done is incredible here.
Maybe Charlie Kirk is on the college campus.
I want you to know we are lucky to have Charlie Kirk.
Charlie Kirk's running the White House, folks.
I want to thank Charlie.
He's an incredible guy.
His spirit, his love of this country.
He's done an amazing job building one of the most powerful youth organizations ever created, Turning Point USA.
We will not embrace the ideas that have destroyed countries, destroyed lives, and we are going to fight for freedom on campuses across the country.
That's why we are here.

We are here in Gainesville, Georgia at beautiful Free Chapel for our Faith Forward Pastors Summit.
And I am back in the chair.
Very special thank you to producer Andrew for filling in on short notice yesterday.
I was in very bad shape yesterday.
I got very sick over the weekend.
I haven't been that sick in nearly five years, actually.
It was the sickest I was in nearly five years.
I could not move.
It takes a lot to take me out of the chair for a sick day.
There is something nasty going around.
I did every preparation measure imaginable.
That thing roared through the house.
I was even traveling for five days, and I thought I avoided it.
And we think it was the norovirus, let's just say.
Not fun, but recovered rather quickly, all things being equal.
We had an amazing event last evening in Wisconsin.
I was able to muster up enough to do that event.
That event was brought to you by Big Pharma, because I used every drug under the sun to be able to give the speech there last night in beautiful Oconomowoc, Wisconsin.
And we were there supporting Mr. Brad Schimmel, hopefully to become...
On the Wisconsin Supreme Court, the most important race of 2025 is happening in Wisconsin.
It all starts today.
Early voting starts today in Wisconsin.
So we did that event intentionally, aligning with the push for early voting there.
So much to cover here as we are here at the TPUSA Faith Pastor Summit.
Also, Jensen Franklin is a partner here doing this at Free Chapel.
Lots to cover.
We're going to have Lucas Miles on the program, who is our director at TPUSA Faith.
We're going to have Jensen Franklin himself on the program.
We are also going to have Andrew Sedra on the program, all about the rise of Islamism and Mohammedism.
Very important topic, as the rise of Mohammedism in the West is one of the greatest existential cultural threats.
Forget the whole idea of the Houthis and the terrorists in Iran.
That's important.
But the cultural ascension of Mohammedism is directly at odds with a free society.
We're going to explore that with Andrew Sedra.
It is slow motion cultural suicide.
I want to emphasize two rock stars that President Trump has empowered.
There is an ascendant.
There is a growing.
There is an increasingly popular force and energy in the conservative movement, in ideological vanguard.
J.D. Vance and Stephen Miller.
I want to brag on both of these.
Incredible leaders for a second.
They're both great friends of mine.
I'm honored to call them friends.
They are in the trenches fighting for the country every single day.
Stephen Miller had, without a doubt, one of the best and most dynamic and informative, might I add, cable news segments that you'll ever find.
Usually cable news is largely, especially CNN, just a waste of time.
Love Fox News, but CNN is just a waste of time.
Why would anybody watch CNN?
Stephen Miller goes on there.
And puts on a PhD-level masterclass on exactly what is happening with the expulsion and the deportation of these Trendy Aragua invaders through a constitutional lens and argues rather brilliantly,
running circles around Ms. Casey Hunt, why President Trump and this administration is in their rightful authority to do this and why this district court judge is...
Defecating on the Constitution when he dares challenge it.
She was so in over her head.
It was delicious to watch.
Let's just talk.
These are two young guns.
You've got Stephen Miller and J.D. Vance that are the ideological vanguard.
They are simultaneously fighting for the president and his agenda.
I wish I could play the entire 10-minute clip of Stephen Miller.
Obviously, we can't on this program.
But let's play a little bit of a snippet.
It's worth every minute.
Playcut 108.
So you called the judge's order just earlier today, quote, patently unlawful, end quote, and said that it was an assault on democracy itself.
Does that mean that the administration is ignoring this order?
And might you ignore future court orders that meet the criteria you laid out?
The president of the United States and his administration reserve all rights under the Constitution.
To conduct national security operations in defense of the United States.
The Alien Enemies Act, which was passed into law by the founding generation of this country, men like John Adams, was written explicitly to give the president the authority to repel an alien invasion of the United States.
That is not something that a district court judge has any authority whatsoever to interfere with.
To enjoin, to restrict, or to restrain any way.
You can read the law yourself.
There's not one clause in that law that makes it subject to judicial review, let alone district court review.
Stephen Miller continues here on this Constitutional Scholar Masterclass.
Play Cut 109.
If you could answer my question first, please.
Is Venezuela invading our country in a way that would apply this way?
So I'll answer yours and you'll answer mine.
Under the terms of the statute.
Train de Aragua is an alien enemy force that has come here as detailed at length in the proclamation at the direction of the Venezuelan government.
The statute says that a president has the ability to repel an invasion or predatory incursion that is directed by a foreign government.
By a state or a government, right?
Are they a state or a government?
Yes, it is documented that TDA was sent by the Venezuelan government in the proclamation.
And here's an even more important point.
Under the Constitution, who makes that determination?
A district court judge elected by no one or the commander-in-chief of the army and navy?
The president and the president alone makes a decision of what triggers that determination in the statute.
So do you then think we are actually at war with Venezuela, the nation state of Venezuela?
You're not hearing me and you're not understanding me.
You're not hearing me.
By the way, can we just get a side-by-side image up on screen?
I hate to overly generalize, but you're going to have to indulge me in my generalizations for a moment.
That's what's going on in America.
On the right, you have very calm, stable, stoic, measured, wise, alpha male Stephen Miller with his life all together, beautiful family, defending his nation.
On the left, you have scrambled.
Not really a clear thinker.
I'm not even saying she's not bright, which obviously she isn't.
She can't control that.
But she's just a sloppy thinker.
She doesn't have the mental capacity or the matrix to be able to even process.
And she also does it in such a smug, condescending way as if she kind of like leans back.
Well, are you trying to say she was so out of her element here?
And Stephen Miller was just kind of playing with her.
My favorite part of the tape, you gotta get this, Ryan, is when she was like, well, according to your own ex-post, and Stephen's like, nope, nope, and then he reads it word for word, and some CNN producer then puts up the quote and turns out Stephen Miller was right.
She got even the quote wrong that he was then rehearsing, that he was then saying.
And of course she had people...
In her ear, obviously, three or four producers piping in, trying to give her one-liners.
It's just a perfect picture of what is going on in the country right now.
It really was a 10 out of 10 masterclass.
So you got Stephen Miller, and then we have the J.D. Vance element.
The future is very bright, everybody.
It's not just President Trump that is shouldering this burden.
You have an entire team.
You have Hegseth.
You got Marco Rubio.
You got Elon Musk.
You have this...
Phenomenal deep bench.
And they don't know which attack vector to focus on because it's a team of all-stars.
You look at Trump 2 versus Trump 1. In Trump 1, we did not have this chorus.
We did not have this chorus, this symphony of rock stars and all-stars.
Hey everybody, Charlie Kirk here.

Okay, let's play cut 134, please.
Read the statute.
Alien Enemies Act.
1798.
It says if a predatory incursion is perpetrated by a foreign government, so it lists three qualifying actions.
It could be an act of war.
It does say in the very beginning there has to be a declared war against a nation or a state.
That's what it says.
Wrong.
Look up the statute.
It's on my account on social media.
That's actually where we found it earlier.
Yes.
It says or a predatory incursion or an invasion.
The statute delineates three criteria for triggering the Alien Enemies Act.
One is an act of war, which, by the way, an invasion is an act of war, but put that aside.
One is an invasion, which this is.
One is a predatory incursion, which this is.
So it actually meets all three statutory criteria.
Wrong.
The same way that J.D. Vance has his not-today Margaret, or what was it, stop-talking Margaret, or whatever it was, or just stop with your yammering Margaret.
Stephen Miller has wrong.
And by the way, she was wrong.
She has a whole platoon of producers.
This is all she does, right?
This is all Miss Casey Hunt does.
Her job is to do one hour of just reading a teleprompter.
Her whole day is just configured around this.
Stephen Miller is up at five in the morning.
He's got three kids.
He's a phenomenal husband, a resolute fighter for the country, governing nine different things across.
And then he has to get ready for a cable news hit, and she still can't be prepared for it.
I got to play one more here.
It's Stephen Miller, and then we are going to play a little bit of J.D. Vance, play
Under a proper reading of the Constitution, district court judges provide relief to individual plaintiffs seeking relief.
District court judges do not have the authority as a general matter to enjoin the functioning of the executive branch, but their authority...
It's at its lowest point when the president is exercising his powers as commander-in-chief.
And I asked you a question and you never answered it.
Can a judge and join troop movements overseas?
Can a district court judge and join troop movements overseas?
Stephen, I am not going to get into the...
Just say no, and then you'll know that I'm right.
This is a separate question, Stephen.
Okay, we're not talking about other troops overseas.
I need to ask you about something else.
The president issued a proclamation delineating in detail.
How the Venezuelan regime sent this gang, this terrorist organization, to our shores.
Just say no and you'll know that I'm right.
I mean, that is just a chef's kiss masterclass.
And Stephen Miller's absolutely right.
A district court judge does not have authority to enjoin a president's ability to do foreign policy matters.
By the way, breaking news.
Chief Justice Roberts pushes back against calls to impeach judge who rules against President Trump.
A legal mind here that we know very well in the program has told us exclusively, quote, this is completely improper for a chief justice to do.
The courts are totally out of control right now, everybody.
Understand that the sovereign, the power in America, has been primarily concentrated into two buckets the last 100 years.
Into the unelected bureaucracy and the unelected courts.
Almost all of the power has been broken into those two buckets.
The sovereign is actually in the people, and that's why we have presidents.
Can President Trump actually, can he impeach judges?
Of course he can.
He'd have a hard time to do it, but constitutionally, it's one of the only checks and balances in our system.
And now John Roberts is coming out trying to say that it's wrong for Donald Trump to do this.
They are creating the constitutional crisis here because they are losing their grip on power.
President Trump used the law of the land to repel and to be able to deport Trende Aragua.
Could you imagine if every time we have to deport somebody, they have to have a separate hearing?
They have to have a separate deportation hearing for every...
That's the way that they could destroy deportations through bureaucracy.
They could end the deportation effort by grinding it down to a halt.
By using the federal bureaucracy.
Did these judges win seven swing states?
Did these judges win a popular vote mandate?
Chief Justice Roberts wrote, quote, for more than two centuries has been established that impeachment is not an appropriate response to disagreement concerning a judicial decision.
Chief Justice Roberts, you are totally wrong here.
You are totally wrong.
Quote, the normal appellate review process exists for that purpose.
Oh, the appellate review process will be used.
And I think your Supreme Court...
We'll end up siding with President Trump.
But a district court judge has no authority or jurisdiction over foreign policy decisions of a duly elected president of the United States.
With President Trump making massive strides in his first month in office, alone to deliver on campaign promises to make America great again, it's clear his administration is committed to driving down costs and unleashing prosperity across our country.
Now they're pressuring Congress.
to implement mandates that will undermine the one real check against drug companies and ban the very market-based incentives that help employers and families save on prescriptions and health care
Even worse, Big Pharma wants to strip American employers of the freedom to choose health benefits that work best for them.
Their proposals could hand Big Pharma a $32 billion money grab at the expense of American employers and families.
Conservatives for lower healthcare costs warns that Big Pharma isn't on our side.
They fought against solutions to lower drug prices during Trump's first term, opposed Bobby Kennedy's nomination to HHS to make America healthy again, and now they want even more government control over the private healthcare market, interfering with President Trump's promise to cut prescription drug costs.
Big Pharma is no friend of the American people.

Congress can put a stop to this.

All right, joining us is Lucas Miles.
Lucas, welcome to the program.
Hey, thank you so much for having me.
So, Lucas, we are here in Gainesville, Georgia at the Faith Forward TPUSA Faith event conference training.
Tell us all about it.
Absolutely.
We're here at Pastor Jensen Franklin's church, which Jensen's like America's pastor.
He's just, he's so good to us.
He's been so generous with this whole event.
Incredible facility.
And we have expected today about 1,800 pastors and faith leaders from all across the country that are going to be joining us here, really as a time of refreshing, as a time of encouragement, really shoring up their understanding on some of these key topics and issues that I think are facing the church today.
And I think really as a celebration together.
Looking forward to hearing from some of the top speakers in this nation that we've brought together, and it's going to be an incredible event.
1,800 pastors and faith leaders.
That's remarkable.
There's not many groups that are gathering people like this at this size.
That's over 500 senior pastors, spouses, we have ministry leaders, you know, associate pastors, worship pastors that are all gathering here.
And this is, you know, sometimes just getting 30 pastors in a room is like herding cats and it's hard to do.
Because they have theological differences.
And that is one of our really central issues, is that we want to help unify the church around primary doctrine.
Look, I think that it's beautiful.
That churches have individual, unique, secondary positions that they take and they can celebrate within their churches.
But we have to learn how to work together and not allow those secondary issues separate us.
And I think that's why we saw the problems in this nation, especially over the last four years, get to where it got to because the church remained largely silent on these issues.
They're debating secondary problems rather than working together to really stand for liberty and freedom.
Yeah, it's closed-hand, open-handed issues, another way to put it, which is, look, you've got to be a Trinitarian.
We're not going to do the whole dualistic thing.
But, you know, eschatology, that's an open-handed issue.
It's a secondary issue.
And so, you know, look, and some of these issues are tertiary, you know, and we can get into worship styles and different things.
Do we sing hymns or modern songs?
Those are not the things that we should be debating about as brothers and sisters of Christ.
We have things like the Apostles' Creed and the Nicene Creed to guide us, which are really, you know, those aren't scripture themselves, but they're summaries of the truth of the New Testament.
And these are the things we want to rally around so that we can really work together.
If we're going to be in heaven together, we should learn.
Yeah, and so I want to emphasize this point.
What TPSA Faith is doing is so important.
We've been at this for a couple years.
We are rallying, training pastors and equipping them in the grassroots in a way that we have not seen for quite a while and quite honestly in our lifetime.
And I want to just, what does success look like?
For a pastor that comes through one of our trainings?
Yeah, I think first off, they realize they're not alone.
You know, there's so many pastors, they're like that prophet in a cave thinking that they're all by themselves, but they need reminded that the Lord's reserved thousands, you know, that have not bowed the knee to Baal and that are willing to stand beside them.
And so I think that our pastors here, they find relationships, they find friendships.
I think they also find educational components.
You know, pastors, some of these guys are spending, you know, 20 to 40 hours a week sometimes preparing message series and things like this.
And it sometimes makes, it's difficult for them to also.
Read up on critical race theory and queer theory and understand issues of sovereign nations and these things.
And so I think we're able to fast forward some of that understanding and really help equip them with verbiage and language that they can take to the pulpit to answer these real questions that their people are facing and asking.
I love it.
I want to go back to what we were talking about earlier.
One of our Christian brothers, J.D. Vance.
Yes.
A phenomenal guy and a Midwesterner.
So you and I both have a...
Next date over from me, yeah.
So if you actually put Charlie, Lucas, and J.D. together...
I like it.
I like it.
You got Illinois, you got Indiana, and Ohio.
J.D. Vance gave an amazing speech this morning that's going very viral, that I want to play a piece of tape.
And also, I just want to say, everybody, the President Trump-Vladimir Putin phone call is being translated as we speak.
We're going to have a breaking news analysis in just a couple moments live here on the program.
But first, let's play Cut 113.
Last month, migrant crossings were down 94% to their lowest number all time, and that happened just in two months of serious border enforcement.
Thanks to President Trump's leadership, last month, for the first time in over a year, the majority of job gains went to American citizens born on U.S. soil, and that's important.
For the first time in over a year, the majority of job creation actually went to American citizens.
I want to play one more piece of tape here and then just ask a more broad theological question.
Let's play cut 115.
I'd say that globalization's hunger for cheap labor is a problem precisely because it's been bad for innovation.
Both our working people, our populists, and our innovators gathered here today have the same enemy.
And the solution, I believe, is American innovation.
And to reclaiming our heritage via America's great industrial comeback.
And I believe that's what we're on the cusp of, a great American industrial comeback.
So, J.D. Vance mentioned previously in the speech as well, borders.
How should Christians and pastors think about immigration and borders?
Yeah, you know, there's a thing within Christian theology called sphere sovereignty.
And this is something I wrote about in my book, Woke Jesus.
And I think it's a very...
Misunderstood or underrepresented aspect of the Christian faith, and I think a lot of pastors are ignorant to this.
When you look at God as the Creator, He established a world of order.
He took chaos, and He brought order out of that.
And this is one of the aspects of the mightiness of our God.
And within that, we see authority given to kings and rulers over the nation.
We see authority given to fathers and parents over their household and their children.
We see authority given to elders over their children.
And so whenever you have something that tries to usurp authority or the ones who are delegated authority, they have delegated authority over those areas, there's violations.
We saw this during COVID when governors are telling churches that they can't sing.
Their authority stopped at the church border.
The pastors and the elders, it was their job to dictate and decide what was going to happen within those churches.
We have individual sovereignty over ourselves.
What we have here in America as a representative government, we have the...
We the people, and we have a president in the executive branch, and we have a right, I believe a God-given right, to have strong, solid borders.
And the porous nature that just allows people to come in and say, well, Jesus was an immigrant.
This is a false idea that's propagated by the Christian left, that Jesus was somehow an illegal immigrant in Egypt, despite the fact that was also under Roman rule.
There's no instance in Scripture that we see this.
And so, look, as Christians, we want to love everybody, but people...
We need to reform immigration.
We need to create ways for people to get in and for there to be a wise and warm welcome for people legally.
But this idea that Christianity should support a porous southern border, this is, I think, a false doctrine, and it's just a propaganda to the left.
The proponents for open borders primarily are our Catholic friends.
Not even the rank and file, but some of the major charities.
But we have to be very fair that in our own evangelical circles, there's more and more relaxed posture towards...
We have to be critical of our own.
Yes, 100%.
Can you comment on that?
Yeah, I think that there's multiple things that are happening here.
We've talked a lot about this idea of there's true pastors, trembling pastors, and traitorous pastors.
I love that categorization.
And I think a lot of these guys are in this trembling category.
We saw, and you've talked about this more than anybody, Prop 139 in Arizona.
We saw so many pastors that were just silent the whole time and really gave way to radical access to abortion within the state of Arizona.
And if we take that same posture over the issue at our southern border or over some of these other social issues and then stand back a year later or two years later when we're so shocked that these things happen.
It's the church's job.
We talk about this idea of separation in church and state.
The state should always be far enough away from the church that it can never tell it what to do.
It's not the state's job to dictate the church.
The church is subject to God.
But the church should always be close enough to the state in order to be her conscience.
I think that if we do that,
if pastors recognize their position, we're going to realize that we are in a position of strength and that we have a lot more power than what we think we do.
I completely and totally agree.
If it's not for the church to stand up on these moral issues, then we get into societal confusion.
And I believe that's one of the things we're experiencing right now.
If you do not live by the Christian ethic, you will live by the secular ethic.
And the secular ethic is inherently pagan.
You're actually composing a book around these elements, right?
One minute, tell us about it.
Yeah, so the book is called The Pagan Threat, Confronting America's Godless Uprising.
It's available for pre-order right now.
And in this book, I go through and I lay out kind of these, all of the different pagan ideologies that are really on the rise today, and ultimately what we can do about as Christians.
And a lot of this comes back to, you see something like the Apostles' Creed.
It gives us a roadmap, an apologetic, for how we can navigate our faith in order to really...
We have tonight,
yourself, I'll be speaking.
We have Jensen Franklin and Matt Walsh.
Matt Walsh.
What an incredible lineup.
I'm honored to be part of it.
Matt Walsh is going to light this place up.
We're going to talk about the eradication of trans ideology from the public square and what Christians can do about it.
Lucas, thanks so much, man.
Thank you.
God bless you.
Private student loan debt in America totals over $300 billion.
Getting out of debt is the right move for you and your family.
YReFi helps refinance distressed or defaulted private student loans that others will not touch.
YReFi is not a debt settlement company, and they work with each borrower individually, tailoring each loan to each borrower's specific situation.
You will not be calling a faceless call center.
YReFi does not care what your credit score is because of private student loan debt.
So many Americans feel stuck and helpless, and they've even lost hope.
YReFi gives you a light at the end of the tunnel.
It may not be available in all states, and YReFi offers a three-minute rate check without any credit impact.

That is Y-R-E-F-Y.com.
Can you imagine being debt-free and not living under this burden anymore?
Be unburdened by what has been.
But most importantly, find a friend or family member that might have private student loan debt and go to whyrefi.com.
Okay, a lot happening right now.
We got all the breaking news that we're analyzing.
We're going to see what we get on the JFK files.
We have the Russia-Ukrainian call that just wrapped between President Trump and Vladimir Putin.
We also have developing in real time.
This is outrageous stuff from the court.
They are radically, they are in a proper...
And President Trump should keep on operating as if what a district court judge, when it comes to foreign policy, does not pertain to his actions.
This is extremely unusual for SCOTUS to comment on current affairs.
But this is the pressure of Washington, D.C. Let me explain to you exactly what is going on here.
John Roberts lives in the suburbs of Washington, D.C. He's getting a lot of country club chatter.
John Roberts plays golf.
The weather's getting nicer in Washington.
He has to have lunch.
Maybe at Bethesda Country Club.
Who knows?
He's got to be around the high society folks.
And he's getting a lot of chatter.
His wife is getting a lot of chatter.
He's starting to feel the pressure.
The regime is waking up, everybody.
We had those first...
40 days, we're able to do whatever we wanted, and boom, executive order this, and almost there was no opposition.
That's over.
We called that play last week.
We said the opposition is alive, the resistance is activated.
And John Roberts is getting a lot of phone calls, getting a lot of little whispers, a lot of guys in the country club locker room saying, so when are you going to speak out against this madman, Chief Justice?
He's getting a lot of pressure.
That's exactly what is going on here.
And I think he's completely out of line.
President Trump is the chief executive and commander-in-chief.
If there is a case that John Roberts wants to weigh in on, well, then that case will come right up to him.
That case will come up to him and he will say, I believe this is the right interpretation or the wrong interpretation.
But for him to preemptively come out like this, it's totally out of line.
And I'm not just saying this.
We are getting text after text from legal expert, legal expert, Supreme Court clerks, and many others.
In the 2018 Trump v.
Hawaii case, Clarence Thomas wrote, quote, These injunctions did not emerge until a century and a half after the founding, and they appeared to be consistent with longstanding limits on equitable relief and the power of Article III courts.
If their popularity continues, this court must address...
Their legality appears to be inconsistent with longstanding limits on equitable relief.
What we're experiencing is a constitutional crisis created actually by the courts, not by President Trump.
What they want is a process where you have to have a month-long approval to deport every single Trendy Aragua member.
That is outrageous.
It is wrong.
And we are eventually going to win up at the U.S. Supreme Court.
You are going to win up at the U.S. Supreme Court.
