Okay, everybody, happy Monday.
We are here live in beautiful Palm Beach, still on assignment to fulfill the mandate, the mandate that you gave President Trump, that the American people gave President Trump to have meaningful and substantial government reform.
It is the center of the political universe here in Palm Beach.
I'll tell you, you go to a Starbucks, you see a senator.
You go to a McDonald's, you see President Trump.
I'm half kidding.
You go to just a local restaurant, it's the CNBC place.
The best thing I could compare, it's like the Republican National Convention every single day for two or three weeks straight.
And we're helping out wherever we can, you know, filling holes, meeting with people, trying to make sure that the mandate is fulfilled.
And that mandate is very clear and very simple.
Nearly three weeks ago, we were on pins and needles.
Three weeks ago, we were praying and the Lord delivered.
And glory be to God in the highest for giving us and this nation another opportunity.
I think I speak for everyone in this audience that when we heard the news and we saw the news, there was this massive sigh of relief.
However, the work is just beginning.
Donald Trump is going to be subverted by the intel community.
He is going to be spied on.
He is going to be lied upon.
He's going to be leaked.
We are at our high right now and there will be downs and there will be ups.
And there will be valleys, there will be troughs, there will be summits.
We must persevere through all of it.
You see, President Trump has an opportunity given by the American people that is not a once-in-a-lifetime opportunity.
This is a once-in-many-lifetimes opportunity.
I was sitting down with an incredibly successful businessman this last weekend.
Incredibly successful.
One of the most on the planet.
Not Elon Musk, but somebody else.
And he said, Charlie, I've lived 70 plus years.
This is unlike anything I've ever seen.
I said, what do you mean?
He said, the combination of the world's richest man, of an American comeback story, like President Trump, Winning the popular vote, winning the electoral vote, and then overcoming all of the things that they tried to stop him with, and then running on very transparently issues the media told you not to run on.
He made the very astute point.
He ran on mass deportations.
He ran on bringing peace to Ukraine.
He ran on tariffs.
He ran on all the issues.
The media said, you can't say that.
You can't say that.
You can't say that.
And he leaned into it and he still won in a record way.
On the trans stuff, et cetera, et cetera.
This is a once in many lifetimes opportunity.
And phase one was just getting more votes than the bad guys.
Now we have to assemble Trump's team, which is we are living in phase two.
However, there is this major impediment from fulfilling the mandate.
There is this major obstacle.

Understand, there is legitimate fear.

They were surprised that Trump won, but also the Trump team was not ready for the ambush that was awaiting them.
The Trump team was not ready for all the deep state actors that were subverting.
Michael Flynn being spied upon six days into the administration.
They were not ready for Russiagate.
There will be no Russiagate this time.
Knock on wood and knock on glass.
If there is, no one's going to believe it.
Pam Bondi is resolutely pro-American and in President Trump's corner.
She's not going to play ball with any of that stuff.
Just think last time.
We had a deal with Chuck Schumer threatening you that the intel agencies have six ways from Sunday to get back at you.
We have many different people saying that The Russians heavily involved themselves in our election.
We have a mandate this time.
Popular vote, electoral vote.
And every single swing state.
Nevada, Arizona, Georgia, North Carolina, Pennsylvania, Michigan, Wisconsin.
It's completely different.
You have a Trump team that is prepared for the saboteurs.
In 2016, 2017, D.C. wasn't afraid of Trump.
They were kind of confused.
How did this guy win?
How do we do this?
Now there is legitimate fear.
And Donald Trump has been brilliant in his strategy to flood the zone.
Tulsi Gabbard, Bobby Kennedy, Pete Hegsett.
Over the top you have Elon Musk and Vivek Ramaswamy.
All these incredible patriots one by one by one to flood the zone.
This is a once in many lifetimes opportunity.
It may never, ever, ever, ever happen again.
And that's exactly why I am here in Palm Beach, to just help a little bit here, a little millimeter of help here, a little inch of help here, to not squander this.
It is very tempting to want to rest on our laurels and think everything's going to be fine.
We won the election.
No, now the real battle begins.
And I know everybody in this audience feels similarly.
Because there is legitimate, this is not performative, this is not faking, there's legitimate shrieking and gnashing of teeth in the kingdom of Washington, D.C. Because there's an element that didn't exist last time.
You have Elon Musk with one of the most popular platforms on the planet, X, which is now at the top of the App Store like every day, who is going to broadcast the revolution live.
They can't control that, and they know it, and it really bothers them.
No longer is it going to be the conduit to CBS, ABC, NBC. Oh, here's this.
No one listens to that stuff.
Legacy media is dying.
It's decreasing.
The Hallmark Channel is beating CNN and MSNBC. I know it's Chris, people like Hallmark movies, but still, no one is watching that stuff.
The revolution is being broadcast live on X, and the American Renaissance is underway.
And they are afraid that Trump is going to do Schedule F. That Trump is going to just throw doge at them.
Meanwhile, we have reforms of the DOJ, reforms of HHS, Truth and Transparency, Reconciliation Commission, pardons for January 6th nonviolent offenders, pardon for Ross Ulbricht, not to mention JFK files being released.
How can they play defense against us?
They can't.
Donald Trump is blitzing the linebackers.
And they do not have the protection to be able to keep their little regime happy.
And so we cannot squander this.
And personnel is policy.
However, standing in the way and the immediate threat is not Chuck U. Schumer.
It's not Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez.
It's not Nancy Pelosi.
It's not Akeem Jeffries.
It's none of those characters.
No, no, no.
Standing currently in the mandate that the American people gave them, standing in the way, Are some, not all, are some slow-moving Senate Republicans.
Now, we want to take an encouragement posture here on this program because these people haven't necessarily told us how they'll vote, but they are foreshadowing it.
They're trying to tell you a little bit ahead of time, ah, it's not going to go great.
And we're going to name some of those names of these people that inexcusably think that the American people voted for them.
The American people voted for Trump and they begrudgingly filled in the Senate Republican bubble after that.
And Dave McCormick gets it, great man.
Bernie Moreno gets it, great man.
Tim Sheehy gets it.
You see, these recently newly minted Senate Republicans are all for Donald Trump's picks because they are fresh and they know, holy crow, I would not be here if it wasn't for President Trump.
But these old pros, these old bulls, That are inherited from a generation-long loss where they still think that Russia's our greatest enemy.
Oh, no, no.
They think that the revolution can be stopped there.
But we, the people, are going to make sure that we have a different set of circumstances than years prior.

You could make the argument that there's only been three or four moments like this in American history to get us back on to the founders vision.
You can make the argument that this is bigger than anything that Reagan even did in the 80s.
You can make that argument.
Not that the political victory was bigger, but Reagan did not argue for this kind of transformation.
The contrast is so different between the Democrat Party and this party.
Carter-Reagan had differences.
They were way more similar than they were apart.
They just were.
Carter was just a bad operator and a pessimist and had bad big government ideas.
Reagan was an optimist, loved the country, but Reagan was not trying to go and disassemble the Leviathan.
That just wasn't Reagan's mandate.
In fact, Reagan Wanted to close the Department of Education?
It was bigger by the end of his term.
Just a fact.
And let's be honest.
This was an attempted color revolution.
And we have all the tables set.
The people voted for it.
We ballot chased.
We registered voters.
We secured our elections.
We won young people.
We have this incredible momentum.
Donald Trump is doing what he said he's going to do.
He's picking all-star after all-star.
Peg Seth, Bobby Kennedy, Tulsi, despite all the yammering class.
Oh, you can't pick Bobby.
Boom.
You can't pick Tulsi.
Boom.
And now, now we have some people standing in the way.
But let me first just kind of set the table, and then I'm going to show you one of the senators who's standing in the way.
Let's go to cut 14. 59% of Americans approve how Trump is handling his transition.
Play cut 14. Our latest CBS News poll shows that 59% of Americans approve of how President-elect Donald Trump is handling the presidential transition.
And now cut 16. Our polling also finds many of the president-elect's well-known designees have more support than opposition, including Robert F. Kennedy Jr., Tulsi Gabbard, and Pete Hegseth.
So here we are with this all-star team.
Who could be against this?
Who could be against Tulsi Gabbard, for example?
Former co-chair of the DNC, Privacy Hawk, understands the threat and the menace of the intel agencies.
She intimately understands how the intel community can lie about you, leak on you, and subvert our country.
Well, I could tell you one person who could potentially be against that he's not there yet.
But again, they deploy Mr. Lankford for the dirty work of the US Senate.
He was obviously deployed by Mr. Mitch.
To go do this ridiculous bipartisan border bill that became a top talking point.
I don't have a lot of time, but let me understand.
Let me tell you why.
Mr. Lankford from Oklahoma fits all the criteria.
Number one, he is immune from the voters till 2028. Number two, he's from a deep red state.
And number three, for whatever reason, he's a lackey of leadership.
Now, to be clear, he has not said he will vote against Tulsi Gabbard yet, but he is peddling this repulsive garbage against an American patriot, Tulsi Gabbard.
Play cut 17. Does anything about her concern you?
Well, we'll have lots of questions.
She met with Bashir Assad.
We'll want to know what the purpose was and what the direction for that was.
As a member of Congress, we'll want to get a chance to talk about past comments that she's made and get them into full context.
So sure, there's comments that are floating out there, but we want to be able to know the rest of the story.
What exactly do you think is the rest of the story, Senator Langford?
What do you think that would be?
No, the answer should be that President Trump gets the cabinet of his choosing.
Allow me to put this whole that Tulsi is a Russian asset smear to bed once and for all.
Hillary Clinton invented the lie about Tulsi because she was supporting Bernie, just like Hillary Clinton invented the Russia hoax about Trump.
Same playbook, same nasty woman.
Now, mind you, this is not the first time that we've seen this kind of maneuvering and kind of Senate backroom dealing.
By the way, buried in the same CBS polling is the fact that a majority of Americans, 51 to 49, are against sending more arms and money to Ukraine.
It is deeply unpopular to continue to escalate the conflict in Ukraine, just like me, just like Tulsi.
This is a once in many lifetimes opportunity that has been given to us, that you, the American people, gave to us, gave to anyone that is remotely involved in this.
And we must remember that the Senate works for the people.
They are not an unelected Praetorian guard that gets to say that we know what's better.
Advise and consent, do that.
But do not vote against Tulsi Gabbard, which I was saying Senator Langford will do, but he's flirting with some really dangerous stuff there.
That is completely baseless.
So Democrats basically want to smear the majority of Americans as Russian assets.
That's what they've been doing the last seven to eight years.
Remember, there are three or four plays in DC that you can try to accuse people basically of sex crimes.
That's Hegseth and Gates.
You can call somebody a racist.
They're also trying to deal with Hegseth.
Or you can call them a Russian asset.
Instead of getting down to policy disagreements, they call you names.

Senator, you went viral this weekend for pushing back on the comments made by your colleague in the Senate, Tammy Duckworth.
I'm going to play that piece of tape here.
Actually, I'm going to first play the Tammy Duckworth tape and then have you respond to it here live.
Let's play cut 10 to set the table, please.
Now, you and Tulsi Gabbard are both veterans.
You served with her in the House.
What do you think of her?
Well, I think she's compromised.
I think by going to Syria and basically backing a brutal dictator there, I mean, Russian-controlled media called her a Russian asset.
So I do think that we have a real deep concern whether or not She's a compromised person.
And frankly, the U.S. Intelligence Committee has identified her as having troubling relationships with America's foes.
And so my worry is that she couldn't pass a background check.
Senator, your reaction to that?
It's ridiculous.
As I said right after her, it's absurd to say that.
I mean, Tulsi Gabbard is a lieutenant colonel in the United States Army.
She commands the reserve unit in Oklahoma and Missouri.
She since then has been promoted.
I'm pretty sure if she was compromised, the United States Army wouldn't have her as a lieutenant colonel.
And Tammy Duckworth...
Is being extremely dangerous, and I mean that, extremely dangerous, and to redact those words for even saying that, because she knows better.
She's a veteran herself.
She's served in the Army.
She understands the vetting that takes place even before you get promoted, especially to an 05, which is a lieutenant colonel.
And they serve together.
And so she's just a pundit of the Democrat Party by going out and saying these dangerous words because she wants to instill fear in the American people because of their hatred to Donald Trump.
Yeah, and I just, I mean, so Senator, I want to take a step back here.
There's typically in the U.S. Senate...
Obviously advise and consent, but there is this code that you will not speak negatively publicly against another colleague.
At least it's an unspoken rule, right?
Now, Tulsi is not a member of the Senate, but shouldn't there be similar sort of respect for fellow veterans and people that are currently serving?
I mean, I find this to be a repulsive comment by Senator Duckworth and with no basis whatsoever.
I'm sure you agree in theme, Senator, here.
Well, it's even deeper.
It is kind of an unwritten code that you walk on very dangerous ground, or what I say, hot coals, when you're talking about a fellow member or a colleague of yours.
But it's even deeper when you start talking about a veteran.
And, and, and she, and, and Tulsi's not, not a veteran yet because she's still in the Army.
But when you start talking about Tammy Duckworth and talking about someone that is still in uniform, that is a, that is a, that is, I would say you're not just walking on hot coals.
You're completely on fire and out of touch because there's a lot of men and women in uniform that's going to push back on you immediately because of what you're saying.
And it's absurd.
And let me reiterate this, Charlie.
It's absurd for her to say that.
Tulsi is a lieutenant colonel in the United States Army, and you're saying she's a Russian asset?
So you're saying that the United States Army is corrupt?
You're saying that those that promoted her promoted a Russian asset and knowingly is letting her serve and command the reserve unit in Oklahoma and Missouri?
You're saying that the United States Army doesn't know what you know?
That is ridiculous.
Yeah, and so I want to just once and for all, Senator, kind of clear the air on this.
The New York Times just published a ridiculous piece a couple days ago saying that Tulsi Gabbard was a Putin propagandist and essentially a Russian asset.
Not until six paragraphs down do they finally fess up and admit there's absolutely zero evidence she ever collaborated with Russian intelligence.
And so you have to ask the question, where does this come from?
This comes from her having different foreign policy views, which is part of the country.
You can have disagreements on certain stuff.
I certainly am against what's happening in Ukraine.
People can disagree.
Fine.
However, we're getting to really dangerous territory where you can call someone a Putin propagandist.
I thought the US Senate would take advice and consent, at least with a heavier weight, right, Senator, than engaging in the Anonymous throwing of accusations.
And so can we clear the air here?
What are the accusations against Tulsi Gabbard and what is the truth center to the best of your knowledge?
Well, the accusation is the same thing they accused President Trump of being, right?
The Russian collusion, Russian asset.
He's compromised because he has business, because he conversates with Putin.
It's the same storybook that the Democrats used on Oregon, and you said that best.
I mean, either you're a racist, you're a misogynist, or you're a Russian spy.
That's kind of like their playbook that they continue to go over and over and over again with.
And so what people are complaining about is in, I think it was 2019, maybe 2020. I can't remember which year it was.
But Tulsi went to Syria on her own.
She was a member of Congress when she did that.
She took a she took a Codel over to to Jordan.
She entered into Syria and she was having a meeting with Assad at the time.
There was there was there was she got intercepted.
It shouldn't have took place, but she did.
And then they was there was a video released of her.
This didn't mean that she was she was an asset.
She did get she did get compromised for a second.
I'm not her herself didn't get compromised, but her her trip got compromised because the media that took a picture of her and then took a video of her and release it to the public.
It was never supposed to be public.
And now they're all said and they're saying that she was a Russian asset.
Remember, she was in the United States Army at that time, too.
And there was a small investigation that was done.
It was completely found baseless.
And completely pushed out.
Since then, she's ran for President of the United States, and she's been promoted twice.
So I really, there's nothing there.
There is nothing that they can even talk about other than their hatred towards Tulsi because she left the Democrat woke movement and said that this isn't the Democrat Party that she once was part of, and now she's part of the Republican Party, and that's really what it comes down to.
Okay, Senator.
Senator, can you walk us through the confirmation schedule as far as the timeline of how this works?
So start in early January with advise and consent.
Our audience is very confused.
You guys can actually start hearings before Trump is president.
Is that correct?
Yeah, we can start the hearing process and set it up.
So on January 4th, which is a Saturday, but I'm just saying technically after January 3rd and everybody gets sworn in to the new Congress, which would be the 119th Congress, we can move in with the hearing process.
We can't do actual confirmation, but we can set the stage to do them on January 21st.
And what we're trying to do now is do them in blocks.
So if we can get the hearing processes done through the committee and then we can set them up on the floor for a vote, the committee passes them, and then we can have them.
We can have some of the ones that may not be as tough or as, I guess, ones that are going to go through without any breeze or without any issue.
We can put those in a block.
When you talk about Pete or when you start talking about – or Peter, you start talking about Tulsi, maybe Pam.
Pam shouldn't really have any issues at all.
When you start talking about Bobby Kennedy, those will probably have to go one at a time.
But everything can be ready to roll.
I don't think there will be a need to do a recess appointments on these.
There may be on some of the lower ones that Chuck Schumer just wants to drag his feet on.
But the recess process is very difficult.
And that's threading a hard needle to be able to get that done We can go into that if you want to into depth.
Yeah, so what is, because there's been a lot of coverage on that, both houses, House and Senate need to adjourn, right?
And it needs to be for at least 10 days.
Again, I have a very Elementary understanding here.
Please educate our audience on the recess process.
Right, so Article 2, Section 2 gives us the ability to advise and consent, and then we can also recess.
And Article 2, Section 3 gives the President the authority to put us into recess.
But because this has been tried before, now remember, Article 2, Section 3 has never been evoked ever by the President of the United States.
Underneath the Obama administration in 2014, both chambers did recess.
And by the way, when both chambers recess, it has to be a procedural motion to do so.
It's not debatable, but it is amendable.
Meaning that Chuck Schumer can amend it, and then it can go to the House, and Hakeem Jeffries can amend it.
They have to be equal.
So if they continue to amend it, they could keep us in there for quite some time.
When they both adjourn and they're not exactly the same when they go on to recess, then what took place in 2014, Obama went ahead and made an appointment.
The Republicans took him to court.
The Supreme Court ruled in our favor, and it was a canon decision that actually did that, and it overturned the recess appointment.
But say we can get it done.
We can get both houses to adjourn.
They had to be adjourned and recessed for a minimum of 10 days before the recess appointment can take place.
Now, if Article 2, Section 2, we can't agree to it, and underneath Article 2, Section 3, the president can, if both chambers cannot agree, the president can recess us for a set amount of days.
If that takes place, the person that is appointed in an over-recess is not a permanent physician.
And it's an unpaid position.
So they can't get paid, and they still got to get confirmed.
And they can only be in possession of that position for a maximum of 201 days or until the next Congress goes in place.
So meaning that that's a temporary position unpaid.
It's not ideal to do that, but it's the last-ditch effort.
If the Democrats try to hold up this administration from actually pushing forward the mandate the American people put forward on Congress.
So, Senator, thank you for hanging for another segment.
We are told by the media that Bobby Kennedy, Tulsi Gabbard, and Pete Hegseth are unconfirmable.
Now, I'm not going to ask you to do Vegas odds here, but is there any evidence to show that there's no way that they can get confirmed?
No, absolutely not.
I believe they can get confirmed.
Peter's going to have a little bit more of a challenge because Matt Gaetz is gone and that kind of gave him some cover under fire.
Now Pete is the tip of the spear.
I think with the report that is out there right now, the police report, I think it's pretty easy for Peter to go through and explain what took place.
And I'm okay with it.
I mean, I had a long conversation with him.
It's clear that there was nothing wrong.
These charges were absolutely false.
Not even charges.
These accusations were absolutely false.
And the police found nothing there.
And that's why there was absolutely no charges or even a long investigation of it.
They looked at it, said this is ridiculous, this is false, and kicked it out.
I think Peter will be fine.
And I'm just saying this is but.
I don't think there will, but if something were to come out on anything else on him, then that's going to be very difficult for Peter to move forward.
But right now, I think Peter can be confirmed.
Tulsi, remember when we're talking about getting people confirmed, it's not about putting yeses on the board.
It's from keeping noes going on the board.
I think right now Tulsi probably sits at 48 Republicans yes.
And the same thing with Bobby.
There's going to be about five that we have to work past from putting no's on.
And I'm very confident.
I mean, if I'm putting odds on this, I'm saying 80 to 90 percent confident that we can get Tulsi and Bobby pushed through.
You sat down with Tulsi yesterday.
She can articulate herself.
She can explain whatever questions they want to.
She's comfortable in this situation.
You talk to Bobby.
Bobby's only problem is that he questions science.
That's not a problem.
We should question science.
And when you sit down and you have Bobby talk to you, he is extremely easy to talk to, very intelligent on these issues, and can break it down in a simple manner.
I think those that get to sit down and talk to him will agree with him.
Now, is Tulsi going to get any Democrat votes?
No.
Is Bobby going to get any Democrats?
No.
But they should be able to get 51, and I would be hoping for 53 Republican votes.
So I'm confident we can get those two confirmed.
So, Senator, you're breaking some news here, just so that you say that Tulsi probably has five uncommitted-ish.
Is that about right?
There's about five people that are...
I'll say there's five people that are very skeptical, but they haven't sat down and talked to her yet.
I believe once they sat down and talked to her, that'll be different.
And I think Bobby probably has a little more than that, but not much.
And I think Bobby, when he sits down and talks to individuals too, that'll change.
And that's what I've been telling these individuals.
Obviously, I consider Bobby a friend, and Tulsi is as close to as my sister.
And so I'm very close to Tulsi.
Our families are very close.
And when I've talked to people about both of them, it's just a matter of saying, keep an open mind, sit down and talk to them.
And since we have good relationships, everybody's been very good about that.
There's not been anybody that's come out against Peter.
There hasn't been anybody that's come out against Tulsi.
And no one's come out against Bobby, but they're all holding their powder dry.
And I feel good where we're at.
I really do.
I feel positive on where we're going to move with these individuals being confirmed.
Well, look, I just, Senator, I also encourage everyone to listen to our Megyn Kelly interview from last week, where she really broke down the Pete Hegseth.
I think that was very important.
And she debunks a lot of that.
And I think it's really important because we can't allow another baseless narrative of the Brett Kavanaugh stuff to continue.
And so I think that's really important.
