Charlie, what you've done is incredible here.
Maybe Charlie Kirk is on the college campus.
I want you to know we are lucky to have Charlie Kirk.
Charlie Kirk's running the White House, folks!
I want to thank Charlie.
He's an incredible guy.
His spirit, his love of this country.
He's done an amazing job building one of the most powerful youth organizations ever created, Turning Point USA.
We will not embrace the ideas that have destroyed countries, destroyed lives, and we are going to fight for freedom on campuses across the country.

Hello, everybody.
How are we doing tonight?
How great was J.D.
Vance's speech tonight?
That was awesome.
I got my official gear.
Nice.
Is that really?
Trump Vance 2024.
So I was front row in the room.
This is like your third t-shirt of the day now.
Yeah, I'll be on the end.
So, I have a question.
How did it, who watched it on TV?
Any of you three?
I was there.
I was there first.
You were there, you were next to me.
I'm just curious how it presented on television.
How it, I think that's my phone.
I don't think any of us were here watching on TV.
Okay, so let's go through the elements.
Did you guys already recap the speech or not yet?
Let's carry on where Andrew has left off because it's a really great point.
Andrew was just talking about how much of a difference, a tone shift from 2016 to now.
So he entered basically a room in 2016 of mostly, and this is from the National Committee, I'm telling you this, mostly people that did not like him in that room in 2016.
Totally.
And so this is a, he's completely changed the party.
The party has shifted dramatically.
That was a room that absolutely loves him, and now you have a vice presidential candidate that has adopted every tone, tenor, facet, element of The MAGA movement, up there as your VP candidate, that is a massive step forward.
That's not just running, that's jumping all around the stage.
So, to an untrained eye, here's why this speech was so significant.
Neoliberalism, which is the bipartisan project post-World War II that has been a failed experiment, is three major things.
Reckless and adventurous foreign wars.
Unlimited mass migration and unfettered trade of foreign countries even at the expense of the homeland.
He methodically went through all three and said it was a mistake to go into Iraq.
It was a mistake to import all this stuff and de-industrialize our country.
It was a mistake to have all these foreigners come to the country.
Do you know what I love?
He called them newcomers.
The newcomers.
Yes.
Oh!
Blake, was that not?
That was like chef's kiss.
It was amazing.
And in the beginning, one of the greatest mantras that he had was that when he said, we are not going to buy energy from overseas, we're going to buy it from American workers and American-based energy.
And so, I have people texting me like crazy, the campaign deserves a lot of credit.
Four times he went through.
And all of you in Michigan, Pennsylvania, Wisconsin, and Ohio.
All of you in Michigan, Pennsylvania, Wisconsin, Ohio.
Blake, talk about the geographic Precision, that speech.
That speech was a blue wall.
That was like you're running for governor in Michigan speech.
He had to thread a needle because he had to shout out Ohio State, but... I thought he handled that beautifully.
It helps that they just won a national title.
It calms it down a little bit.
I love that, you know, we've had enough political violence.
I thought that was a great line.
It was... It was a great pitch, Charlie.
So Jack, your reaction to the speech, the energy, the room was electric.
The room was absolutely electric.
My kids were there, Fox News put them on, which is kind of funny.
This was a speech, by the way, and I was going to say to Tyler, Tyler, think about this.
In 2016, Could a candidate like J.D.
Vance have come anywhere near that ticket?
He couldn't have become a congressman.
No, there's no way.
He nominated Paul Ryan for the vice president.
The threats that loomed.
I'm telling you, this is the point.
This is it.
He walked into the room and everybody hated him.
He changed the entire landscape to a place where, and here's the thought that occurred to me, it's been running through my head for about all week, and I just got it.
Donald Trump could have picked pretty much anyone in the party as his VP.
I think just about, after Saturday, anyone would have said yes.
But you know what he did?
He picked a deplorable.
He picked somebody who wasn't just, and Trump, of course, he gives the voice to the forgotten man, the forgotten woman, the forgotten communities, but he is not one of them himself.
And Don Jr.
early on kind of made that point.
He said, I'm from Trump Tower.
You're from middle Ohio.
And JD Vance is one of the people that Donald Trump has spent all these years talking about and he took that family and he elevated them to that stage the same way he's going to elevate the people of this country and Charlie by the way going back to the speech
Not only did J.D.
Vance describe neoliberalism, if you notice what he did, he used the imagery of Joe Biden, feeble, decrepit, broken.
He contrasted Joe Biden is neoliberalism.
I just love that part where he went through.
We passed NAFTA.
Joe Biden was there to vote for us while I was in, I think, the third grade.
And then Joe Biden voted to give China most favored nation status.
And then Joe Biden voted to invade Iraq.
It really is Joe Biden who's been in government for What, like 60 years at this point?
Joe Biden was there at every step of the way as they de-industrialized America, as they did invade the world, invite the world, all of that.
Joe Biden was there for every part of it and now Joe Biden is the one in the White House and we're going to boot him out.
If Washington DC had a mascot, it would be Joe Biden.
That's a really bad mascot.
There was a scene... And if America had a mascot, it would be J.D.
Vance.
Did you see how it shocked the room, though?
When J.D.
Vance said, Joe Biden has been in government longer than I've been alive.
And that was, in the room, it just like... By a lot.
It popped.
It just popped.
I want to play some tape here.
Let's go to this right here.
This is 161.
This is my favorite line, which is J.D.
Vance says, people will not fight for abstractions, but they'll fight for their home.
This right here is showing that conservatism is about real life implications, your neighborhood, your home, your family, not some bumper sticker by some DC think tank.
Play cut 161, please.
People will not fight for abstractions, but they will fight for their home.
And if this movement of ours is going to succeed, and if this country is going to thrive, our leaders have to remember that America is a nation, and its citizens deserve leaders who put its interests first.
So guys, this was all about the excesses of neoliberalism.
And so, let's go into this even deeper, Jack, that J.D.
Vance was running a Big Ten strategy.
The Big Ten, Wisconsin, Michigan, Pennsylvania in particular, and talking about union jobs, talking about the muscular class.
This is a very sophisticated and focused Trump team that knows we need to win a Rust Belt state.
Look, he took the blue wall and I would go so far as to say that when Donald Trump picked J.D.
Vance and then J.D.
Vance gave a speech like we just saw here, The blue wall was just flattened.
The blue wall is coming down.
Why are we calling it the blue wall?
Make it a red wall.
Mr. Biden, tear down this wall and we're gonna make it a red wall.
Blake, I want you to riff on that.
The J.D.
Vance selection could be such a realignment where we are able to then one day call it the Red Wall.
Can you explore that?
I mean, so, Ohio.
Ohio voted for Obama, I think, twice.
And it was a very competitive swing state.
It was a bellwether state.
It always voted for the winner.
Now, it's not even a swing state at all.
It's a state... Same with Iowa.
We could win Iowa too.
Iowa, it was one of the first primaries because it was so consistently swung back and forth between the parties.
It voted for Obama by 10 points, I think.
But now we're turning Iowa into a state not competitive.
Ohio as a state, not competitive.
Or Florida.
Florida as a state, not competitive.
Florida is a lot of transplanted Midwesterners.
Hundreds of Ohioans live in Florida now.
And a lot of Illinoisans.
So we should ask ourselves, why can't we do the same thing to Pittsburgh, the same thing to Detroit, the same thing to Milwaukee?
And Tyler?
I just want to say that on top of the Rust Belt conversation, JD hit something really unique, which was he targeted the Sun Belt as well with the Home Builders.
He talked about, this is a really important part of his speech.
You talk about this all the time, by the way.
I mean, young people are struggling because they can't get into homes.
Young people are struggling because they can't move.
We have, Arizona has a really massive, massive employment issue right now with those who are home builders, those that are construction workers, because everything is at a grinding halt thanks to Joe Biden.
J.D.
just quietly came into the room and just leveled a boom.
And that's not just Arizona.
That's Nevada.
That's Clark County.
That's Las Vegas.
That's Florida.
We have growth that's happening across Georgia and Tennessee and in the Southeast.
So this wasn't just a Rust Belt touch.
Heat, heat!
Perfectly bridge the gap to the Sunbelt States as well.
And you're seeing that geographic strategy in every section of the speech because he's got something in there for everybody, but specifically geo-targeted through rhetoric.
Through language that is going to speak specifically to those battleground states.
Obviously, as Charlie pointed out, in many times naming the states, but also as you're saying, he's talking about those key industries in key states.
And I just have to come back to it though.
I was telling reporters all day today that you watch, because I heard JD Vance, I had a little preview because I saw JD at NatCon last week.
And I said, he's going to say something that will transform American politics, because he is going to break one of the biggest taboos that both parties has.
He is going to say America is not just an idea, that America is a place, America is our home, and we will defend our home.
This is a transformative idea in American politics.
Joe Biden just said the opposite at the debate.
This is a new and entirely new coalition that is going to be formed behind this.
It's kind of like the birth of a third party that just happens to be inside the Republican
Party.
And this is a long overdue correction.
Yes, because the Republican Party was enjoying support from rural voters.
But the, and Blake, I want your take here, but the mold of the industrial rust belt was
always better fit in the Republican Party with more conservative social values, firearm
ownership, Second Amendment, those issues.
But it was always a weird fit within the Democrat Party.
It always was.
And I think the biggest lack of appeal was the Republican Party.
I mean, we support free markets, we do support free enterprise, but it was too easily manipulated to say, oh, well, if you believe in this, you have to support General Electric sending every single factory to Hong Kong.
Just have to square the circle and say, actually, wait, you don't need to support that.
That you can support free markets and still think that America should not export its entire industrial base to our number one ideological and political rival.
And once you're able to do that, and when you're able to say, actually, the American government should imagine the country as a giant family, that you should look out for the nation's children, which is its people, and put their interests first.
Biden and the Democrats are going to come out and say, every single person who's showing up at Eagle Pass, at El Paso, at San Diego, that they can hop across the border and they're equally as American as you or I, and they can just be bused to every city, get every benefit known to man, and they're just as American as you, and you have no right to object to this.
And now we have a Republican Party that is brave enough to say, No, that's not true, and we're going to fight for the people of this country.
And we're going to do something about it.
And the immigration was beautifully weaved in.
And also, just really quick, my team's reminding me, if you guys think you want to become a member, it's members.charliekirk.com to get our Never Surrender shirt.
I had so many people asking, where do I get that shirt?
Where do I get that shirt?
Members.charliekirk.com.
But also, Tyler, We looked at each other, the homes issue.
I lobbied hard.
I have the text messages to prove it.
You have to mention the home affordability crisis and it happened and he beautifully delivered it.
That alone, you could clip that and run that as an ad in Arizona.
There's two elements to the home building issue.
One, Young people literally can't get in homes, but more importantly, millennials under the age of 40 cannot move.
They cannot move right now.
It's too expensive for them to move into houses that are bigger.
So what does that mean?
Not having kids or being overcrowded in your home.
The second element is, when you were down, we were just talking about this, the homebuilders.
The homebuilders in Maricopa County, and Clark County, and Fulton County, and across the state.
I mean, Tampa Bay is the largest, now the fastest growing area of Florida.
Families, conservative families are moving there in droves.
And they cannot get, they cannot build enough houses fast enough because of what Joe Biden's done to the economy.
The reality is this, is if we have four more years of this, Nobody's going anywhere.
People that are our age and younger are going to be stuck and trapped in apartments.
And this is why the only counter argument, and it's a dumb counter argument, that Joe Biden has is capping rent increases.
We don't want tax increases!
We want homes!
We want land!
We want to own homes, not just rent!
We want to own land!
And so, I also want to hear from the audience here.
For those of you that watched at home on television, can you email me freedom at charliekirk.com?
I have it popped up.
How did the JD Vance speech pop on television?
I'm genuinely curious.
I want to read some of these emails because sometimes what happens in the room is not always what happens on TV.
Would you agree, Jack?
It's happened so many times where I'll be at a speech and I'm like, oh, that was a great speech.
That was a good time.
And the media will, and the other thing I want to look for, Charlie, too, is the media will clip something and they will twist it.
They will put it out of context.
And it only becomes viral.
So for example, they're like, JD Vance mentions political violence in his speech.
Right, exactly.
It's like, wait, what?
No!
That wasn't it at all!
And he's making like a collegiate reference to, you know, Ohio State and all these jokes.
So, that's another thing.
Now, I didn't really see many of those things in this speech that they could glom onto, but you never know what bee will get in Rachel Maddow's bonnet and what orders will come down.
But I would tell you, they are going to be coming after J.D.
Vance very, very hard on the left-wing channels after a speech like this.
Blake, you have a thought here?
I was thinking about Kai Trump's speech, which was a great speech.
I thought that, do we have clips?
How the media will present it, they'll be like, TRUMP HARASSES HIS DAUGHTER WHILE THEY'RE PLAYING GOLF!
IT'S ABUSIVE PSYCHOPATH!
I thought this was awesome.
This is an 18-year-old young lady, who by the way is one of the best golfers in the country.
I thought this was a very powerful moment, not easy to do.
Play cut 150.
Hi everyone, my name is Kai Mazin Trump.
I am the granddaughter of Donald Trump.
I'm speaking today to share the side of my grandpa that people don't often see.
To me, he's just a normal grandpa.
He gives us candy and soda when our parents aren't looking.
When we play golf together, if I'm not on his team, he'll try to get inside of my head.
I know.
And he's always surprised that I don't let him get to me.
But I have to remind him, I'm a Trump too.
On Saturday, I was shocked when I heard that he has been shot.
And I just wanted to know if he was okay.
It was heartbreaking that someone would do that to another person.
A lot of people have put my grandpa through hell, and he's still standing.
Grandpa, you are such an inspiration, and I love you.
So, I thought that was so great.
Guys, there is so much Biden news today as well that we have to get to.
I talked to two very well-sourced, I mean, radical media types.
I don't even know their names.
And they were like, Biden's done.
I mean, so what's amazing about this is you go on the floor.
I've been all day, every media person that I've talked to today, all the people, by the way, I was breaking news from inside the convention as it was going on because my phone's blowing up just like yours, Charlie, and people don't realize that normally it's sort of like The two ecosystems don't coincide like this, you know, it's sort of like the conservative media sphere is over here and the corporate media sphere is over there, but at this event we're all together and suddenly we're all comparing notes and sharing stuff on the fact that Biden, and I'll just say it, I talked to someone very high up at an outlet that people wouldn't expect would be talking to Jack Masovic,
And they were like, it's Jover.
It's full on Jover.
The story that I broke, by the way, from inside the White House, White House officials send this to me, that Kamala Harris's senior officials are now going up to Biden officials and say, it's time to pass the buck.
Guys, I just hope everyone understands.
The removal of Joe Biden is imminent.
Tyler, do you agree?
All the forces are happening.
It's the COVID thing that's more than that though.
We should summarize that quick.
You can check Charlie's tweets weeks ago.
The unions and the union bosses that run the Union C4s in Michigan pulled all of the Biden materials off the floor.
They fired all of the staff.
You saw it.
They stopped doing all of the work.
This has been a battle internal for weeks that some people on the left have said, this is going to happen no matter what.
We're not going to allow it to not happen.
But it looks like Sunday, is it Sunday?
We have coming up here.
They are doing a Zoom call.
They changed the rules of the DNC.
They have a Zoom call.
What we're hearing and what it sounds like is that they're going to have a arduous step-down process all done over Zoom.
So, Blake, you have a thought here.
Well, I just wanted to make sure everyone knew that while we've been having our big confab today, Chuck Schumer came out, said Joe's got to go.
Adam Schiff came out, said it's time to step down, Joe.
Every reporter I've spoken to here has just said Democrats are in meltdown, which is great for us because otherwise the press would be rushing to define JD Vance the way they feel like.
Democrats would be rushing to do that.
They'd all be collaborating and they can't right now because the party is Totally imploding.
Look, the Democrats are smart.
They wanted us to get our convention out of the way, and we might be attacking the wrong guy.
The two Democrat operatives I talked to in the back of the room, they're media guys, they're like, no way, this is what they're saying.
They're saying Kamala Harris, Andy Beshear.
What?
Andy Beshear would be tough, man.
He's the Democrat governor of Kentucky, or Kamala Harris, Josh Shapiro, from Pennsylvania.
I'm hearing Shapiro doesn't want it, though.
He's balking on this.
Because, look, Shapiro might be garbage.
Shapiro might be absolute trash.
And I know this, by the way, because we're from the same county.
Josh Shapiro, not Ben Shapiro, for the record.
Oh, excuse me.
I'm so sorry.
So sorry.
So sorry.
I do mean Josh Shapiro.
I do mean Josh Shapiro.
Sorry.
Long day.
Long day, folks.
Yes, Josh Shapiro is absolute trash, but that guy is smart.
And that guy knows that Kamala Harris is not someone that he wants to hitch his wagon to.
He wants to be the first president out of Pennsylvania.
He wants to be the first Jewish president.
He wants all of these things.
Very ambitious, very smart guy.
He knows to not tie to Kamala Harris.
They would love to have him from Pennsylvania.
He doesn't want to do it.
We've been smart.
We've been hearing.
Borders are Kamala Harris.
Biden did us a big favor.
He sent Kamala, go fix the border.
This was always the part of the play, though.
They gave her the border.
Remember, they gave her Ukraine.
They sent her to the Munich conference right before Putin crossed the border so that she would be associated with the largest failures of Obama, excuse me, of the, well, the Obama-Biden Part 3.
And then you get I think the only thing they can't really put on her is
Afghanistan.
So this is according to Graham Allen. Can you check this, Jack?
Did you send this in the chat? Pelosi is asking Biden to drop out in a private conversation.
Well, I mean, it's, Charlie, if Chuck came out, that means there was a meeting of the minds.
This is a plan.
And you.
We heard and we said this.
We said they're going to talk about an illness.
They're going to da-da-da, right?
We're going to go through this.
What's going to happen this next week, I think, is they've got everyone lined up begrudgingly to say step down.
They're going to come out and talk illness.
It's not going to be mental illness.
It's going to be physical illness.
It's going to be ailment.
And then they're just going to quietly do this over Zoom.
And the problem that they have right now, which is a real problem, is they do not have someone that wants to hitch their wagon to Kamala Harris.
Yeah, CNN's got it.
Pelosi.
So Biden is done.
Is that fair to say, Blake?
He's done.
Hey!
Well, hold on.
Well, hold on.
This is interesting.
This is good.
And I want the audience to email me freedom at charliekirk.com.
Would you rather run against Biden or Kamala Harris?
Freedom at charliekirk.com.
Secondly, I want to let, I have to do this.
I want to say James, Debbie, Martha, Elizabeth, Stephen, you guys are all new members.

Members.CharlieKirk.com.
Blake, I cut you off.
It's not Jover until Joe says it's Jover.
Just so we're clear, I have a New York Times reporter that says Biden is not done until he releases his grip.
He is not there yet.
So this is key.
This is key.
Kamala Harris does not have it locked up yet.
He's not sure if he wants to hold it over.
And of course, keep in mind, he can drop out of the race while still being president.
So there's a lot of, as Donald Trump would say, complicated business that goes ahead here.
Yeah, so can I just say one, Tyler, you have a thought?
I was just going to say, reality though, Jack, is They would look so awful if he didn't resign.
No, I'm well aware.
So... But will he?
But that's their problem.
That's the core of their problem, right?
He has to resign.
Let me throw in real quick... Kamala has to become president and she has to become their nominee.
She does, but... She can run as the vice president.
I had the report last night... He will not resign as president.
I had the report last night that... You think her... You don't think so?
No, I think he'll serve out his term and she'll run as a VP.
He'll serve and then she runs.
He will serve out his term.
He will not.
Here's the big driver.
No way.
Last night, I had the story up, even before Adam Schiff came in this morning, even before anybody came out this afternoon, that it was, and it lines up with what you're saying Tyler, that it was the big donors.
That the big donors started coming in and saying, you know what?
The NATO conference was okay, but the Lester Holt interview, followed by this progressive caucus call, followed by the BET, they said we're done.
The money is done.
The checks are done.
I want to ask you this question, Charlie.
You don't think that Him remaining in as a lame-duck president drags them?
I think it's the opposite.
I think that he gets to look as a hero in Chicago.
That he gets to serve out his term.
He was the guy that prevented us from Trump.
That he goes and christens and anoints Kamala.
The final night of the convention will be Biden-Harris and Biden passing the baton and saying, look, I'm a realist.
Here is the next generation.
She's my current vice president and the next president of the United States, Kamala Harris.
And he goes out as a hero, which he's always cared about.
And that, by the way, goes back to your source saying he will not give up his grip, but he would hand off a baton to the future.
He could do crazy radical stuff and Kamala would be like, oh that's not me, I'm too busy running for president.
Like he can create the preconditions to help her.
Yeah, but you don't think that Congressional Democrats will, like, lose their mind over that?
No, but think about what, under what circumstance that Joe Biden will broker a deal.
It's a deal.
It's a deal.
I don't think, I don't think this can work.
I think their best hope is they have to resign.
They need to get Kamala in there.
They need to get Kamala in there and hope that America's like, oh, she's new.
Give her a shot!
But then they lose the spark of first female president.
They have to fill the vice president with somebody.
He just got COVID today, Charlie.
Wait, wait, wait.
Here's what we say.
Here's what we say, by the way.
He got COVID today.
Guys, don't talk over each other.
I know, but this is, like, this is good.
This is entertaining.
This is like WWE.
It is.
It is.
He got COVID today.
They're setting up an illness situation.
You can't keep him in there if he's, like, well, plus... How do you say... Borderly ill.
He's borderly ill.
Then how do you say, if she's so good to be president, why don't you let her be president right now?
How do you do it?
It doesn't work.
It doesn't work.
You can't do it.
You can't do it.
So I just... You should take bets.
Again, keep emailing us freedom at charliekirk.com.
Who would you rather run against?
Joe or Kami?
Joe or Kami?
So here's the third option.
Can I read this to you?
From a very well-sourced New York Times reporter.
You guys ready?
Because we gotta think three-dimensionally.
So let's just go through this.
And this guy is the best sourced.
He's been right about everything.
He's top tier, as good as it gets.
This is house of cards stuff.
Three paths for Democrats as I see it.
One, stick with Biden, comma possible landslide.
Two, Harris Shapiro.
Still an uphill battle, but at least there's less boat rocking.
Three, rock the boats by not sticking with Harris, but go with Whitmer and Westmore.
No ties to the Biden administration, but also low name ID.
Very high risk, very high reward.
So question politically, and I don't really know all the details in our workings, is Whitmer part of the Obama alum group?
I don't know.
We're going to have to spend time on that because he doesn't want to let go of the grip.
Westmore is part of the Obama gang.
He is.
The Maryland gang.
That is Gretchen.
Gretchen I think is a creature of Arabella.
Which would mean she kind of is then.
She's a floating, she just floats.
But here's the interesting debate, Blake.
I think that there's no problem for Biden to remain as the president and then Kamala runs for the presidency as VP.
I just think, remember, no one likes Kamala.
Their best hope is they can psyop people into thinking she's okay by like, oh, just put her in the White House, have her give...
Never give some, like, fake speech!
She's trying so hard!
There's an interesting point to that, though, Charlie.
There's a really interesting point, which is... If Kamala stays in... I just lost my thought.
It happens to Joe all the time.
It's 12-15 Eastern.
Here's what I'm saying to Tyler, is that...
If you're sitting there and you're Joe Biden and you're the Democrats and you're saying, she is the greatest person to lead America.
She is the person to be the president.
She can right all the wrongs once she gets in there.
And it's like, well, wait a minute.
You guys are the ones preventing her from being in there.
She could be president right now.
She could be running things.
You won't do so.
This is going to create a huge problem, by the way.
And Trump is just going to say that over and over at the debate.
If she's so good, why isn't she president now?
Here's the issue, Charlie.
The Black Pastors in Michigan, this is a really interesting point here.
The Black Pastors in Michigan came out and said they like Kamala as the nominee.
Is there any world where Michelle Obama comes into this?
I don't think so.
No, no, no.
Just so we're clear, just so we are clear, that Joe Biden gets to metaphorically choose his successor, but there still is a delegate fight that will be looming, that there will be some fissures of, well, why Kamala?
Why Kamala?
Now the delegate body is Biden loyal, but there is about 40% that are Bernie Sanders types.
And so do they open it up for like a speedy convention like they set, like a speedy primary?
This will be an open convention.
Charlie, are you saying we need to go to Chicago?
I'm going.
I'm going.
We're going to be out there.
He's going home.
Guys, what do you think?
Should we go home to Chicago?
We're packing up and going to Chicago.
Hey, we're going to the road again.
If you think this convention was watched, that is going to be the most watched thing in the history of television.
In addition to the violence outside, you're going to have...
Yeah, I don't think I'm going to get a primetime address in Chicago.
People will always tune in when they're wondering if they'll see someone die on live television.
Right, and Chicago will be the safest it's ever been in my lifetime, that week.
I guarantee it.
And so, so let's just, according to everything, so Biden releases his delegates, Kamala Harris will offer herself as the nominee, but other people can make nominations.
They can say, I nominate Bernie Sanders, who should have won the nomination twice in 2016 and 2020.
And they softened their superdelegate portion here.
And remember, we have different elements.
So just like here at the RNC, the DNC also has real strong pockets, like you mentioned, of Bernie Sanders supporters.
AOC-style supporters.
They were not managing their delegates.
Here at our convention, it's like 95% pro-Trump delegates.
That's for sure.
We're all pro-Trump, right?
We love Donald Trump.
The people who are showing up to the DNC convention, they were not pro-Biden people.
These are not people that are super hot on Joe Biden.
They were not managing this because they didn't think they needed to.
This is going to be a disaster, Charlie.
What is the best case scenario for us?
I would rather probably run against Joe Biden.
However, Kamala Harris is not an upgrade for the Democrats.
Think about it.
Here's the risk.
Donald Trump is now going to be sitting on a war chest.
He's raising money like crazy this week.
We can now define Kamala Harris with negative advertising before she's officially the nominee.
We can now bury them in messaging while they aren't even sure who their nominee is.
We don't even need to define her.
Biden defined it for us.
He says she's our lead on Ukraine.
Disaster.
She's our lead on the border.
Disaster.
Thanks, Joe.
And she also can't debate Charlie.
She's not a debater.
So then who will they pick as VP?
I think Buttigieg is in the running, but it's a little radical.
I think Shapiro or Bashir.
They need someone from the Midwest.
Buttigieg.
Bashir or Shapiro?
They've got to win the Blue Wall.
They have to win the Blue Wall?
Mark Kelly doesn't help in the Blue Wall as much.
They've got to win the Blue Wall?
Mark Kelly is a potato?
They need talent from the Midwest.
That's Whitmer.
She's got the book out this week.
A double female ticket?
Wow.
Double female would be... No, I think that's a bad idea.
There's no way.
No, they're not going to do that.
No, they're not going to do that.
There's no way.
There's no way they do that.
But Kamala Harris, I think, will be... I don't want to say easy.
However, it's...
Other people have.
Yeah, exactly.
Willie Brown.
Wow.
She is very beatable.
Montel.
She's very, very beatable.
I think Biden we can beat.
Kamala we can beat.
We can beat anyone, but I think we know our situation right now and we don't want to blow it up.
Why take any risk with anybody new?
Kamala was one of the most unpopular candidates in the Democrat Party when she got selected as VP.
I mean, look at her presidential, by the way.
When she ran in the primary, she didn't even win a single delegate in her own primary.
So this whole K-Hibe, oh, oh, oh, oh, uh-oh, uh-oh.
Who wants to give up a mic here?
Storming the show here.
What's going on, fellas?
Good to see you.
So, Byron, I got to get you on the record.
Would you rather run against Joe Biden or Kamala Harris?
Oh, Joe Biden.
But it doesn't really matter.
Did you see the news today?
It's happening.
Schumer and Pelosi are against Biden.
Schumer, Pelosi, Shifty?
That's right.
All in one day.
Listen, you can see this thing coming a mile away.
A lot of them were talking very quietly.
They wanted him out because they're not even thinking about the White House.
They're thinking about the Senate.
They're thinking about the House majority.
But the biggest thing for us is doing the work.
This convention's electric, nothing like we've ever seen.
The unity is amazing.
Our party I don't think has ever been this unified.
But now we gotta turn the votes out.
Now we have to take this energy to action, make the calls, knock the doors, get people to the polls, get them to voting, get the ballots in.
That's the path to victory.
I want to play some more highlights here and get your reaction, Byron.
I also want to say thank you, Susie.
Thank you, Paul and Isaac for becoming a member.
Members.CharlieKirk.com.
Senator J.D.
Vance gave an amazing speech tonight, didn't he, Byron?
He did.
It was just absolutely terrific.
Don Jr., also our friend, was terrific.
Let's go cut 1.51, talking about the shot heard around the world.
1.51.
And in that moment, My father didn't just show his character.
He showed America's character.
When he stood up with blood on his face and the flag at his back, the world saw a spirit that could never be broken.
And that is the true spirit of America.
So, thank you.
So Don Jr.
was amazing tonight, and the iconic photo of Donald Trump rising after being shot will live for quite some time.
What does that say about Donald Trump the person, Byron?
For me, it's that he's not to be denied.
There are people that go through life And they try to do something.
There are people that go through life, they kind of wait to see if something opens up for them.
And there are people who go through life and they knock down the doors no matter what obstacle is in front of them.
Donald Trump knocks down the doors despite the obstacles.
And even in that moment, he took the time to show the world They tried to take me down, but I'm not out.
That's the resolve of the American people.
When we face our biggest stripes in our country, 9-11, the last biggest one we faced, what happened on 9-12?
The American people, they galvanized, they rose together.
We said, we're going to rebuild, we're going to be united, and we're going to go get who came after us.
It's the same resolve amongst the American people.
Donald Trump just exhibited that on Saturday.
That's his resolve today.
It's going to move through the entire election.
A really powerful connection to JD Vance was the mayor of East Palestine, Ohio.
Jack, can you just, before I play Cut 145, remind people of J.D., Trump, East Palestine.
I think J.D.
got the VP nod starting with East Palestine.
We walked through this the other night, but it just, I'll never quite understand if this was God's plan or something on a higher level, but if you remember, and people remember, that back in 2021, Then 2022 rolls around and people are saying, is Trump still going to run?
Is he still into it?
You know, he does the announcement and people are still kind of wondering, is he still in it?
J.D.
Vance wins, but the midterms were softer than we would have liked.
Yep.
Softer than we would have liked in 2022.
And there was a question about Donald Trump.
And J.D.
Vance comes in and endorses him, like his first week as a senator, and then a month later, unbeknownst to everybody, a train derails in East Palestine.
J.D.
Vance goes there, and J.D.
Vance calls Donald Trump and says, Donald Trump, you need to come to East Palestine, Ohio.
And that was the moment It felt like the spark was relit between J.D.
Vance, Donald Trump, the people about East Palestine, that mayor who was there, he went to the McDonald's afterwards, went to the pizza place with you after that one, but that was the first one when he really went out and he just spoke with the people and being with East Palestine showed these people are still here.
They still need a champion.
Donald Trump, J.D.
Vance, this is a team to represent them in a way that no one else ever has.
You're absolutely right.
I want to play the tape really quick, guys.
Let's play Cut 145.
For the longest time, the White House was silent.
And we never heard a word from Vice President Harris.
I guess we weren't their type of folks.
No Hollywood elites or Wall Street billionaires live in East Palestine.
Just hardworking Americans.
I mean Byron.
Boom!
But listen, that speech, every speech, this entire convention from everyday Americans, The tone has been the same.
People have struggled.
People have been needing help.
Where has Joe Biden been?
We know he was sleeping.
Where has Kamala Harris been?
She's not been out there.
Where's the Democrat Party been?
They've been nowhere to be seen.
Donald Trump.
JD Vance.
Don Jr.
Marco.
Matt Gaetz, Marjorie, Bobert, myself, Ana Paulina Luna.
We've all been out there trying to talk to the forgotten men and women of this country and the reason why is because our party has transitioned.
Our party is fighting for the people who can no longer fight for themselves because that is the only way we're going to build a great America in 2024 and beyond.
Amen.
And so, Tyler, as we come to our close here with our time here, let's talk about what, from now to Chicago, as the Dems in disarray, what is the boring and necessary work we should be focused on?
Every day, just like our man said right here, chasing votes.
Byron is right.
Chasing the vote.
Every single day.
And that's in the blue wall, what we're talking about right now.
Pennsylvania, Michigan, Wisconsin.
Where we are.
Right now, while they're under chaos, Charlie, we have to leverage this time to give them the JD Vance treatment.
That's what we gotta do.
Before they can figure out who's gonna be their answer to J.D.
Vance, we've got to give them the J.D.
Vance treatment right here in Milwaukee, Waukesha.
I'm telling you, we have an office 15 minutes right away from here.
We were training 25 new ballot chasers today.
That's the work we have to do.
Tyler, with that, I'm going to put Vivek in for you, okay?
Vivek, go down to the end.
You got a great American taking over for me.
I'm about to slide out.
Just here for two minutes, guys.
Good to see you.
Vivek Ramaswamy, everybody.
Love you guys.
Okay, Vivek, I got to get you on the record.
All right, let's do it.
You were right.
They're pulling Biden.
It happened today.
Would you rather run against Biden or Kamala?
Oh my gosh, it's like, it's going to be neither of them because both are really poor choices.
Yeah.
Okay, but how do you think they're going to be able to overstep the high priestess of the Democrat Party, a black female who's VP?
For another black female?
Michelle?
You think it's Michelle?
I mean, look, put yourself, I mean, that's about as crazy to say today as it was a year and a half ago when I was saying it's not going to be Biden, right?
And many of you were too.
The way I look at this is don't try to map things out.
None of us know the future, but map out the incentives on the board, right?
You want to predict the future as best you can.
It's not conspiracization.
It's just like business analysis.
Look at the collective incentives.
Yes, they have an identity politic constraint.
Well, who checks the same boxes?
At the same time, if you're going to take your shot, take your one best shot to win.
It's why it hasn't happened yet.
They wanted the RNC to happen first.
They wanted the VP to be named.
They wanted full information.
And with full information, they're going to make their choice.
Can we meet Michelle Obama?
Yes.
OK.
I mean, yes, absolutely.
OK.
And the reason is, we have actually an Alternative vision of who we are and what we're running for.
And that's what we require.
This is a big risk for us.
Obsessing over this, who it's going to be.
That distraction is exactly what they're rooting for.
Because think about this.
Play this out.
Late August.
That's when their convention is.
You're within two and a half months of their election.
There's going to be a honeymoon phase.
Whoever they put up.
It's like a tortured prisoner being released.
You're going to fall in love with whoever releases you from the prison.
We insulate ourselves against that.
I think this message of national unity, not the fake unity, but the real unity, I think is going to insulate ourselves against that risk.
But that's what we got to be aware of.
You got to know what you're up against.
And I think it is, I might be wrong, but I personally think it is highly unlikely to be either Biden or Kamala.
That's what I think.
So if that's the case, and if it's Michelle or somebody else, you're saying the message should remain the same regardless of who it is.
And in fact, we should be ahead of it.
What does it look like to be ahead of it?
So owning that message of national unity starting here, Don Jr.
did a great job of it.
J.D.
did a great job of it tonight.
I tried to do my best last night.
Donald Trump, I think, is going to do great tomorrow.
That's actually what insulates us against the risk of whoever they put up, right?
Because then they have no space, no option.
You did a great job last, what, two nights ago?
I saw that.
Great job.
And that's the kind of message we need.
Economic empowerment.
That's what you were talking about.
Lifts up everybody.
That's unifying.
So I think we're doing it right now, but the same spirit we had this week, carry this forward all the way through the Democratic Convention, and then that's how we, even if it's Michelle Obama, I think we're going to be in just fine shape.
If we take our eye off the ball, we have a risk.
So Byron, do you agree with that analysis?
I mostly agree.
The only thing I will say is they got about 150 million reasons why it's not Michelle Obama.
Because the money's gotta go somewhere.
What are they gonna do, drop it all out in the street and bring it all back?
It's just, functionally that creates a problem.
But overall, the one thing I will agree with you on, I do agree with you on a lot, the one thing I will also say is, the messaging from this week, where Donald Trump really has been for the last year, where the party has definitely moved to, a unified message, focused on Americans, focused on the actual issues, it's gonna be very difficult for them to have this chaos in their party and move forward to November as long as we do our work.
And that's a great point.
So I would just hone why I'm bothering to say this, right?
One is Charlie asked me what I think, so I told you what I think.
But even more importantly, we got to be prepared for that possibility.
I agree.
If it's not, I'm happy because then we got this thing in the landslide.
You just gave me an idea, though, for the counter message.
And it's so obvious.
It's so obvious.
You turn their negative into our positive.
So you say we are the party of unity.
They are the party of disunity.
And so They are the ones disunited with each other.
They're disunited with the people.
They're disunited with the families.
They're disunited with the border.
And you just tie Michelle Obama, Kamala Harris, whoever it is, gets to own the dysfunction.
We are unity.
They are disunity.
It's so simple.
Real quick, and this is important.
It doesn't matter who they put up.
The agenda that they push remains the same.
You might have a better messenger, but that agenda has hurt so many people in our country.
They've been feeling it every single day the last four years.
We have the prescription for success.
Give it up for Byron Donalds, everybody, right?
Good to see you.
Charlie, I'm going to excuse myself as well.
You got it.
One more message though.
We've got to get there and shut it down.
That's all we need to do with the federal bureaucracy, nanny state.
Get in there, shut it down, and our best days are ahead, guys.
Good seeing you.
I love it.
Thanks so much. I want to look. All right, everybody.
Members, right now, I want to thank Ed.
I want to thank Daryl.
I want to thank Susan.
And let's see who else we have here.
Mikey and Michelle.
Members.CharlieKirk.com.
That's Members.CharlieKirk.com.
You guys get a shirt.
You also can communicate with our team.
We have been streaming.
How many hours have we been streaming this week, Blake?
Oh, gosh.
It's about five hours a day.
Pretty much, yeah.
Plus the assassination attempt.
We're at about 35 hours so far.
35 hours.
That sounds light.
And we're going to be streaming again tomorrow night.
Imagine Joe Biden trying to do this.
Yeah, right, exactly.
So, guys, let's kind of recap all this together.
Huge night with the VP.
I want to play some more just highlights here just for the audience that didn't get a chance to see all of it.
By the way, you know networks were cutting out of these primetime speeches?
Like, what is wrong with these people?
Of course they were.
Okay, let's go to... I love this.
UNC frat boys who protected our American flag during the Hamas riots.
I thought this was an awesome moment.
Play Cut 148.
When a mob tried to take down the American flag on our campus, we knew we couldn't let that happen.
We stood guard, we held it up, and we did not let it fall.
It was all about respect.
Not just for the cloth, but for everything that the flag stands for.
Too many people have sacrificed everything for it.
The least we can do is keep it flying.
And tonight, we are proud to honor our flag again.
Crowd cheers.
Music.
I met them backstage.
They're like the biggest Turning Point Charlie Kirk Show fans ever.
A lot of them said he has like perfect Zoomer hair.
Oh, all of them were like central casting of Zoomer Pratt Boys.
They were supposed to be in Detroit with us.
But they do.
Messed up their flight.
They booked the wrong month.
I heard that story.
They literally screwed up the date.
They booked the wrong month.
They're like, oh no, we booked the wrong month.
Oh dude, you said June?
We thought it was July!
I thought you were joking.
So they use their vouchers to come here, probably.
Oh, that is too good.
That is so rich.
Let's go to another piece of tape here from a phenomenal night at the Republican National Convention.
Let's go here.
Oh, this was a great speech by Shabazz Kenstenbaum about the anti-Semitism on universities.
I thought he was excellent.
Very well delivered.
Don't you guys think he gave a great speech?
Play cut 149.
My fellow Americans, The anti-Semitic bigotry, unfortunately, extends far beyond the universities.
Although I once voted for Bernie Sanders, I now recognize that the far left has not only abandoned the Jewish people, but the American people.
The Democratic Party, the party I registered to vote for the day I turned 18, has become ideologically poisoned.
And it is this poison, it is this corruption that is infecting far too many young American students.
Let's be clear.
The far left's anti-Semitic extremism has no virtue, and the radicalism on our campuses and on our streets has no moral legitimacy.
I thought he was, the crowd loved his speech.
But the speech of the night, every night, we at war, who wins the speech of the night, was the 98-year-old World War II veteran saying that he would re-enlist back into the armed forces.
Re-enlist, if Donald Trump asked him to.
And storm whatever beach you need in the storm.
Normandy!
This right here, you know that some of the networks cut this guy's speech?
They have to, they're in the tent.
They cut all night.
It's so disgraceful.
I had people texting me being like, why did the World War II guy get cut off?
Plate cut 164 please.
It hurts my heart to see what our current president and vice president have done to the country I love so well.
They humiliated us in Afghanistan.
We pushed around in China.
Terrorists run wild in the Middle East.
And they let our own southern border get overrun.
He's been married for 76 years, too.
That's almost as long as Joe Biden's been in government.
Wow, look at this.
Joe Biden started in government at the age of five.
No, but the crux of his speech was that I storm Normandy Beach, I don't recognize this country anymore, and I'm ready to keep serving it at 98, and that's why we must elect Donald Trump.
Credit to the Trump campaign and the convention staff that got this guy.
Absolutely terrific.
Jack, your thought as a veteran?
Look, you hear something like that and, you know, different ceremonies that I was in in the military and different times I've had.
Now, as a Navy guy, I've had the opportunity to meet with survivors of Pearl Harbor, to meet veterans, various veterans of World War Two in the Pacific Theater.
That's predominantly where the Navy fight was.
My grandfather stormed the beaches in Operation Torch, as a matter of fact.
So under Patton's army, with the big push into northern Africa when it was being controlled by the Germans. And so to see that direct link, this might
be, and I'm just going to say it, Charlie, this might be one of the last times that we see a
speech from a World War II veteran at one of these. That is such a good point. 165. Donald Trump was
moved. He was moved during this speech.
Plague caught 165. And President Trump back in commander in chief, I would go back to re-enlist
today.
And I will storm whatever beach my country wants me to.
I will storm whatever beach my country wants me to.
This guy was at D-Day.
He was in the Battle of the Bulge.
He defeated Nazi Germany, and he says, if Trump's back, I'll go do it all again.
And the best part of it, Tyler, he was from Wisconsin.
From Wisconsin!
Eleven kids, too!
Eleven kids.
I can't imagine how many grandkids and great-grandkids.
True Wisconsinite.
So guys, let's summarize it here.
I want to say thank you.
By the way, it's almost 1 a.m.
Eastern.
It's unbelievable how time flies here.
It's just remarkable.
I want to thank Laura, Nicole, Molly, Heather, Linda, Cami, Steph, Shannon, Oscar, Regina.
That is members.charliekirk.com.
Final thoughts on a triumphant night.
Tyler.
Tonight, JD Vance, not just adequately, but Perfectly poised himself as the most incredible VP candidate that we've ever put up.
He laid out a vision that Jack and I were just talking about that the left can't keep up with.
He said so many things in order That they are going to be having to write for the next two months just to catch up with every point that he said in his speech tonight.
And he's just getting started.
Tonight was day one of basically J.D.
Vance Arama, so I'm excited for it.
Jack, closing thoughts?
And not only that, but he wrapped it up with the deep authenticity and the connection to the common man and woman Bringing the family out on stage and I just have to go back and say it again.
Donald Trump could have picked anyone in this party and he chose a deplorable.
Blake, closing thoughts?
We'll have J.D.
Vance as a leader in the party for the next 40 years, and he'll still have spent less time in Washington than Joe Biden.
