So we were promised all of the January 6th tapes.
We got some of them last week from Speaker Johnson.
It is obvious that Speaker Johnson is trying to put a band-aid on the gashing head wound that his political future is experiencing because he just disappointed us all by giving all the leverage, all the ability to cut spending to Chuck U. Schumer and Joe Biden.
When right now, this should be the number one week, just so we're clear, where they're working on cutting spending.
They should be in D.C. right now.
They should be negotiating, hammering stuff out, saying, hey, order the turkey on Thursday.
We should be negotiating instead.
He said, here you go, Chuck Schumer.
Have a nice Thanksgiving.

So Mike Johnson turned to his team.
He said, oh, wow, the base is mad at me.
Yes, we are mad at you, Mike Johnson.
You unacceptably gave the Democrats and the regime spenders everything they wanted going into a new year, which I doubt we're going to get serious spending reform.
You could have here, but forget it there.
So he said, what do we have?
They said, oh, we'll release the tapes.
Well, he released some tapes.
And joining us now is Julie Kelly to discuss.
Julie, welcome to the program.
What did we learn, if anything, with the tapes being released last week?
Well, I think we learned that the majority, overwhelming majority of the American people have not seen video like this, Charlie.
You and I have because you've been covering this and I've had access to this surveillance video for the last year or so and also in court exhibits and trials.
But most Americans have not seen video of police standing right there as protesters walk throughout the building.
They have not seen video of police standing by an open door, fist bumping or allowing hundreds of people inside the building.
They certainly have not seen video of a suspected perpetrator who was handcuffed and then released, fist bump what looks like an undercover police officer.
So the whole narrative is crumbling.
As you know, Charlie, this is why you see the left freaking out, people on MSNBC, Jamie Raskin, Liz Cheney, Adam Kinzinger.
They're all melting down because they know that their narrative is crumbling.
The American people now are seriously questioning what they've been told about the events of January 6th.
They want to see more evidence.
They want more documents.
More importantly, they want to know why the people responsible for securing the Capitol, that person was not Donald Trump.
It was Nancy Pelosi, why they left the Capitol so vulnerable that day.
And now you see police officers on tape letting people inside the building.
So how much of the tapes have now been released and what are we still waiting for?
I think this first tranche was just several hours.
I believe it was maybe a total of 40 to 50 hours.
Of course, there are thousands of hours.
I think there's up to 44,000 hours of footage.
And this is throughout the Capitol complex, Charlie.
A lot of that video has nothing to do with the events of four-hour disturbance that afternoon, but also video that they have archived from January 5th and going into the 7th.
So there is a lot more for the American people to see.
And you see these people, protesters, walking right through a part of the building with police standing there.
There will be more shocking video clips that will be made public.
And I think mostly related to the very violent behavior of police that day.
And that includes DC Metro police who were throwing what they call non-lethal munition devices into the crowd, stun grenades, flashbangs, pepper balls, rubber bullets, copious amounts of tear gas, violating engagement rules, common engagement rules that law enforcement agencies have to follow, resulting in the death of three individuals, including two female Trump supporters that day.
So there's a lot more to see.
And Charlie, this is why the Department of Justice and the Capitol Police and January 6th committee members have wanted to keep this video under protective orders, which they've successfully done so really since early 2021.
And now thanks to, and Kevin McCarthy was putting this together over the last several months, but thanks to Mike Johnson and Matt Gates, they finally pulled the trigger here.
And this will be the first of an ongoing rolling production of this video to the American people.
Yeah, and you can see here the B-roll, everyone were playing it.
They're just waltzing through.
Yeah, I mean, the cops are not threatened at all.
Look at this right there.
The cops are just chilling.
Is that an insurrection?
I mean, I've seen pro-Arab Palestinian protests far more violent than that.
So let me ask, Julie, about the ever-extending ring of arrests.
It seems as if now the Dragnet is arresting people that were peacefully spectating outside of the Capitol on the Capitol grounds.
We've seen three or four arrests to suggest that.
Is that correct that the FBI is now extending the dragnet to people that were just watching the Capitol on Capitol grounds?
I mean, they already have.
They've already arrested dozens of people who never went inside the building.
I mean, they charged Enrico Enrique Terrio, the head of the Proud Boys, with seditious conspiracy, and he was in a Baltimore hotel that day.
So, of course, they have been charging people with disorderly conduct or being present on restricted grounds, other crimes for people who did not go inside the building.
But to your point, Charlie, the arrests are ongoing.
And Matthew Graves, the D.C. U.S. attorney appointed by Joe Biden in 2021, told the Washington Post last year he expects the total caseload to exceed 2,000 defendants.
We already have more than 1,200 Americans who have been investigated, arrested, subjected to armed FBI raids, prosecuted, taken plea deals, found guilty at trial, and of course incarcerated related to their participation in January 6th, that they are arresting people every week.
This month, the pace has really accelerated.
I'm getting alerts almost every day that Matthew Graves' office has announced new charges against a new defendant.
So this is all to create optics, Charlie.
So now we have the fight, the optics fight between the newly released video and people coming to terms with what really might have happened on January 6th, not the media narrative or selected clips that they've seen on the news.
But now also the accelerated pace of charges and arrests to keep January 6th in the news as we move closer to Donald Trump's March 4th trial in Washington, D.C. related to January 6th.
So you've got these kind of competing interests happening right now.
This is why the timeliness of releasing this video certainly does not work in the government's favor or special counsel Jack Smith, because they need to stay tethered to the idea this was a violent insurrection incited by Donald Trump, not something where hundreds of people entered the building with police standing right there, people with no weapons, no intent to do any violence, walking around for 15 or 20 minutes and then leaving.
So that's why the timing right now is not ideal for the DOJ.
So just really quickly, because the narrative is still out there, just remind our audience who died on that day and who and why, because they'll use the word deadly insurrection.
But outside of Ashley Babbitt, was any police officer killed?
No, no police officer was killed.
Of course, you remember early on we were told that Capitol Police Officer Brian Sicknick had been bludgeoned to death with a fire extinguisher.
That's what the New York Times reported on January 8th of 2021.
So that became sort of the animating story of January 6th.
And he received this hero's burial in the rotunda.
Joe and Jill Biden attended.
He was eulogized by Nancy Pelosi and Chuck Schumer.
He was buried at Arlington.
The whole idea is that Trump supporters who quote unquote back the blue bludgeoned to death Brian Sicknick.
What turns out later?
We find out in April of 2021, a delayed autopsy report from the DC coroner says, no, he died of a stroke, two strokes caused by a blood clot near his brain.
So he did not die of any injuries.
Now we have tons of video tracking Brian Signick.
It appears that he was sprayed with some sort of chemical irritant.
It could have been a protester.
It could have been all of the tear gas that his own fellow officers were dousing the crowd with.
And I have video of this.
And this because of the winds getting kicked back to Brian Signick.
But even so, he didn't die as a result of being hit with any sort of chemical spray.
The individuals who died that day, Ashley Babbitt, shot to death by Capitol Police Officer Lieutenant Michael Byrd.
Roseanne Boyland, a Trump supporter from Georgia, who the DC coroner said died of a meth overdose, actually died as a result of excessive force, being trampled to death, gassed, and then beaten by police officers in the lower West Tunnel Terrace Tunnel.
And then two men, Kevin Greeson and Benjamin Phillips, both of whom died of cardiac arrest, at least one, possibly two, due to the use of those flashbangs outside the crowd that started about 1:10 that afternoon.

So, Julie, let me ask you: Chad Pergram from Fox News says, Speaker Johnson, processing will involve blurring the faces of private citizens on the yet unreleased tapes to avoid any persons from being targeted for retaliation of any kind and segregating an estimated 5% of the videos that may involve sensitive security information.
That sounds like BS.
What is your take here?
Well, I think that that's probably part of the agreement that House Republicans had to consent to to get authorization from Capitol Police, who technically own this trove, even though Capitol Police work for Congress.
They're part of the legislative branch, so they're not a private security agency.
So I suspect that that's part of it.
And you do want to blur out some individuals because the argument from the beginning is that you don't want to give more material to these online groups like sedition hunters, who will then zone in on people's faces who haven't been arrested yet, plaster that all over social media and try to get more people in trouble.
So I suspect that that was part of trying to protect innocent people from this vengeful online presence.
They call themselves SLUS and of course the DOJ.
And then security reasons, you certainly do want to keep certain areas like evacuation routes concealed.
Those should be private.
Although that wasn't the case, you'll recall with Nancy Pelosi's daughter, who filmed her exiting the house through the evacuation route, getting to a vehicle, and then being taken to Fort McNair that day.
So it didn't apply to her, but it does apply to our side.
So I do think they're trying to be cautious at this point.
But look, that's sort of neither here nor there.
There's plenty for people to see.
I'm going to be posting some new surveillance video hopefully this week.
My team is working on that now to show this level of police brutality.
But there's plenty for the American people to see besides some of the individuals who might have out blurred out faces or certainly secure areas of the complex.
So let me ask you, Julie, there's this video that I think we've been trying to upload here of Capitol Police, which what seems to be paintball guns firing on the crowd.
Tell us about this striking video.
So, and I've posted some of this with my first report, I'll tell you, Charlie, the first time someone sent me video of Capitol and Metropolitan Police throwing flashbangs into the crowd, I think it was someone sent it to me in April of 2021.
I thought it was doctored video because here I had been reporting on January 6th every day, really, for months and had never seen that.
But it turns out to be legitimate.
So, what Capitol Police had were these rifle-like devices with pepper balls, which is basically a dry powder version of pepper spray.
So, they were shooting these balls into the crowd outside.
Now, keep in mind, 90% of those people were peaceful.
A lot of people had started walking from Trump's speech, which ended at 1:10, which is when Metropolitan Police, DC Police, and Capitol Police launched this attack on people outside.
So, we had people coming up, all of the signage, limited signage, the bike wrecks had already been gone.
And people are walking up and they're starting to get hit with these flashbangs, with pepper balls that then, when they hit, they deploy a gas.
It's very disabling.
So, Capitol Police were using these pepper balls.
Metropolitan police, as I said, were using stun grenades, something called sting balls, which when they hit the ground, they deploy all of these rubber bullets and copious amounts of tear gas.
I have called January 6th the worst incident of police brutality since the civil rights era.
And the more and more video that comes out, not just surveillance video, Charlie, but more importantly, body-worn camera footage, which I've also posted, showing what these police officers were doing, is I think is going to be really alarming to the American people.
So, the question is: who authorized them to use these munitions?
Were they trained in using them?
Capitol Police officers have testified in court that they were not trained, that they have never even used devices like this until January 6th, 2021.
Certainly, Metropolitan Police officers violated a number of laws, not the least of which is Officer Lila Morris, who took her baton and beat a lifeless Roseanne Boyland, who was laying on the ground around 4:30 that afternoon, probably already dead or very close to passing away, as this police officer beat her near her head that day.
So, hopefully, more of that video.
Now, there's some on surveillance video.
Again, the more telling video is body-worn camera footage that shows this.
But you can see this assault start, including Capitol Police's use of pepper balls at around 110 or 115 that day.

You are the president of the Zionist Organization of America.
Mort, welcome to the program.
It's great to be with a Bible-believing Zionist who feels the truth deep in his heart.
It's an honor to be with you.
So, Mort, what is going on right now?
I mean, you have a lot of wisdom, and you've been around for quite some time.
I'm getting attacks from every possible direction, and it is an obviously emotional time.
You've been through a lot of different chapters and fights in the fight for Israel and the fight for the West.
Walk us through this because I really respect your advice and your wisdom.
What's going on right now?
One of the reasons you can see so many ignorant college kids and ignorant adults throughout the world demonstrating in favor of Hamas, a Nazi organization whose charter explicitly calls for the murder of every Jew on earth and the destruction of Israel, is because these people don't know the truth about the Arab-Islamic war against Israel.
And I blame, frankly, Israeli officials, rabbis, and Jewish leaders for not telling the truth about the so-called occupation, for example.
In many of these rallies, you have kids screaming because there's an occupation and a deke and colonization.
You can do Hamas can do anything to stop this occupation.
What is the truth, though, that they don't know, that none of the Jewish leaders ever talk about?
There is no occupation.
This is the big lie.
Occupation means you stole someone else's sovereign land.
In 1917, after World War I, Britain legally controlled all of this area called Palestine, which was not a country.
It was a region.
Palestine was never a country.
And in 1937, they offered 95% of this area to the Arabs for a state, the Palestinian Arabs, 5% to the Jews.
The Arabs said no.
In 1948, they offered half of the rest of Palestine for a state for the Arabs and a state for the Jews, and the Arabs said no.
So there was never an occupation of Palestine.
There's no Palestinian kings or queens.
There's no Palestinian currency.
In fact, the word Palestine is a Roman name.
It's not even an Arab name.
How is this an Arab area?
But it's named, but it's used with a Roman name.
And the Arabs can't even pronounce the letter P.
They can't even say Palestine.
They say Palestine.
And Israel has given away all of Gaza over the last 30 years, 40% of Judean Samaria, the West Bank.
That's where 99% of the Arabs live.
They have their own parliament, their own newspapers, their own media, their own police, their own businesses.
They run their own lives except security.
So there is no occupation.
Not to mention that in the last 20 years, the Palestinian Arabs have been offered a state on virtually all of the disputed areas.
And it's been turned down every time, four times in the last 20 years.
They've been offered a state eight times in the last 80 years.
And it's been turned down every time.
When I ask prime ministers, how could they turn down your extraordinary offers?
They say, because we have a clause they say you must remove.
And the clause is, we accept Israel as a Jewish state.
They won't sign that.
And the prime ministers have told me they have to remove a clause that says you have to limit the number of Palestinian Arabs to come into Israel to 150,000.
They said, we want no limit.
We want to bring millions into Israel.
In other words, to end Israel as a Jewish state.
These facts, which I just briefly laid out, is not known by these students.
It's not known by the people rallying in Europe.
And I blame, frankly, Israel, as I said, Jewish leaders and rabbis for not making this clear.
I speak to colleges all the time.
When I lay out what I just laid out in more detail, they're in shock.
They can't believe this.
They've never heard this.
Another thing they don't realize that would make them hesitant to be supporting Hamas is that the Palestinian Authority pays terrorists, Arab terrorists, lifetime pensions to murder Jews.
They spend $400 million a year to pay Arabs lifetime pensions to murder Jews.
The more Jews they murder, the higher their pension.
They name schools, streets, and sports teams after Jew killers and Christian killers.
Taylor Force was a Christian walking in Tel Aviv who they murdered as a Christian.
And they also don't realize that only this very week, Muhammad Ala Zahar, the co-founder of Hamas, made a speech.
It's on the internet saying, we want the world to know the Jews of Israel are only first.
After we kill all the Jews of Israel, then we will kill the despicable Christians.
He said it last week.
And after that, we will impose Islamic law on the entire world.
If these students and other people understood these things and much more, they would be much more hesitant to want to be rallying in support of the Palestinian Arabs, whose polls this very week show that 85% of the Palestinians Arabs support murdering Jews and support Hamas and support destroying Israel.
85%.
So it's not just Hamas, these terrible leaders.
It's the Palestinian Arab people themselves who are really a grotesque culture that promotes murder and violence and rape and torture.
And so more, I want to zero in on one thing.
The students here in America, they live awfully pampered upper middle class privileged lives, many of them.
They go to university campuses where everything is provided to them.
And yet of all the causes they decide to align with, they align with people that could be best described as savage beasts from the pit of hell, engaging in outright demonic activity against a sovereign nation.
You've been doing this for quite some time.
My analysis is that when you train young people to view everything through an oppressor-oppressed type lens, they will then use that with the Israel-Hamas, Israel, Gaza type lens, I suppose.
And the public opinion polls that you mentioned, I just want to make sure everyone is clear.
89% of Palestinians support terror groups known for suicide attacks, while 75% approve of the October 7th massacre.
Now, I want to be very clear here, Mort.
Just re-emphasize that for our audience.
Three out of four people in Gaza support what these people did on October 7th.
What does that mean morally?
It means this is a horrific culture whose Quran teaches enmity toward Jews.
and toward Christians, I might add.
And the Hadith to the Koran explicitly calls for the murder of every single Jew.
So this is, they are really, I'm pained to say, following what the Quran, what their holy book teaches them.
And the holy book teaches that the infidel, the non-Muslim, if they don't convert to Islam, should be beheaded, the women should be raped.
This is all in the Quran.
And so I just see that we need, as the president of Egypt, As-Sisi, President As-Sisi, said a few years ago, they need a reformation of Islam, where they make it clear that no longer should these types of edicts in the Quran be followed.
We need a revolution.
Only two weeks ago, Al-Azhar University, which is the West Point of the Islamic Training Ground in Cairo, Egypt, they issued an edict several weeks ago stating, ordering, you must go and kill every Jew in Israel.
Can you believe this?
Al-Azhar University.
Why isn't this in the front page of the New York Times and the Washington Post?
Why aren't politicians screaming about this?
Why aren't Jews screaming about this?
It is not only about Al-Azhar, but why aren't they screaming about what Muhammad Al-Zahar, the co-founder of Hamas, said about killing all the Jews and then killing all the Christians?
We are protecting this terrible culture and we're protecting a religion that needs reformation, as the president of Egypt said in a speech at Al-Azhar University a few years ago.
He said it himself.
Yeah, and Dr. Zudi Jasser was on our program a couple of weeks ago talking about the need for a reformation within Islam.
So, Mort, I want to make sure I'm very clear because my comments have been clipped.
Now, I don't, I'm very, I'm unapologetic for what I said.
I just think it's incomplete.
I said some of the worst left-wing ideas have been supported by Jewish Americans.
To be fair, though, Jewish Americans have also supported conservative group Sheldon Adelson for years as the number one Republican donor.
So they leave that part out.
You mentioned that some, not all, but some more secular Jewish Americans are not even on the side of Israel here.
And they're also funding some of the groups that are destabilized.
Can you help me understand that?
Because I think some people in our audience are confused about that.
Yes.
Well, because of the history of the Jewish people for several thousand years of persecution, hatred, pogroms, Holocaust, we are very frightened of the non-Jewish world because of what Jews have experienced.
And so we are desperate to say we are with you, non-Jewish world.
They become Democrats because they want programs to allegedly help people, even though they really don't.
They want to have national health insurance, all sorts of programs to help people thinking.
I'm a Jew.
I'm trying to help you.
I want programs to help you.
These left-wing views by Jews are out of fear, not out of ideology or principle.
They're afraid of the non-Jewish world because of our history with the non-Jewish world.
And that's why they desperately want to show people we support non-Jews.
That's why so many Jews support a Palestinian state, which would be a Hamas-Iran terrorist state.
They're basically saying, look, we support a state for you.
We want to help you.
We want what you want.

It is fear that Jews have because of our history.

So, Mort, are you afraid that some people get caught up in left-wing politics, they overuse the slur or the slander of anti-Semite?
It is frustrating for me, for example, to receive that criticism because unfortunately, overusing a label then makes the label mean nothing.

The term anti-Semitism or anti-Semite should only be used when it's clearly anti-Semitism and anti-Semite.
Criticizing Israeli policies in a legitimate way is not anti-Semitism.
Criticizing American policies in a legitimate way is not anti-Americanism.
So one has to be very careful.
That word has been overused, and one has to be very careful.

And at our gala, December 3rd, we're going to have tremendous speakers there talking about all of this.
But I don't want Joe Biden to not be mentioned in this conversation.
He is an enormous factor in this extraordinary massacre, rape, torture, and murder of 1,400 Jews.
Joe Biden, six weeks ago, gave Iran, who funds Hamas and Hezbollah, $6 billion.
Last week, in the midst of all this, he just gave Iran another $10 billion.
Iran, which was on its knees under Trump, which had only $4 billion in reserves in the bank, because Biden not only gave these funds to Iran, but also has ignored all of the sanctions in Iran, which stopped Iran from selling oil all over the world.
Now they sell oil all over the world because of the Biden-Obama administration.
And now their reserves have gone from $4 billion to $70 billion, giving them an enormous amount of money to fund Hamas, Hezbollah, and all sorts of enemies of America as well as Israel.
So Biden is guilty of being a significant factor in this happening.
I can tell you, if Donald Trump was president, he would have continued the sanctions.
Iran would be on the verge of bankruptcy.
This never could have happened.
And he's not getting enough criticism for this.
And by the way, all Biden is talking about now is setting up a Palestinian state.
What a disastrous mistake.
Israel gave away all of Gaza to the Palestinian Arabs.
You see what happened.
Hamas took over.
30,000 rockets came into Israel.
Now he wants the Palestinian Authority to take over Gaza and as well as most of Judaism and the West Bank and give them a state.
He speaks about that regularly.
He wants to reward this massacre by giving the Palestinians a state.
This only encourages the terrorists of the Arab world.
Biden is doing a terrible disservice.
We need more people speaking out against this.
In closing here, Mort, I was surprised to see Danny Dinon, who I've met a couple of times, write a piece in the Wall Street Journal, say that we as Americans in the West have a moral obligation to take the people of Gaza.
What is your reaction to that op-ed from the Wall Street Journal?
Danny Danon is a good friend of mine.
This is a terrible mistake.
Major polls have shown that between 74 and 93% of Muslims in the Middle East are anti-Semitic.
They hate Jews in Israel.
Do we want more Jew haters coming to America, influencing Congress?
And by the way, Hayas has a major role in this.
It used to be the Hebrew Immigrant Aid Society, now simply Haias.
They used to bring Jews to America.
Now Hayas overwhelmingly brings only Muslims to America, people who hate Jews.
Many of the people Hayas has brought to America, these Muslims are involved in Students for Justice in Palestine and all of these rallies on campuses against Jews and against the Jewish state.
So what Danny Danone wrote was a terrible mistake.
We should not be bringing over people who hate Jews or anyone to America.
And I can assure you, those Muslims from Gaza not only hate Jews, they hate America.
We don't want anti-Americans coming to America.
Danny Danone made a terrible mistake, and I'm going to be calling him and telling him so.
Mort Klein, thank you for joining the program and thank you for defending Western values even when it is difficult.
And I want to make sure one of the things that makes me the most upset is the moral equivocation between Hamas and Israel.
That's just, there's nothing there.
Hamas literally means violence and discord in Hebrew, if you want to go back to its root.
And that is the best way to summarize what they want.
It is in their charter to kill as many Jews as possible.
