I appreciate this opportunity.
So Garrett, we have all our.
We're going to go through all the detail.
So let's start at the beginning.
Tell us about your bio, how you got into this.
You worked in the Trump White House, and then I want to go through that pesky little document called the Marco Polo Report.
So I do have to give the Washington Compost article a little bit of credit.
It was much better than the Huffington Compost because they actually asked me some questions.
And so the only reason why I cooperated with the writer, because I hate the outlet, is that she promised me to include a picture of our report.
And she did.
Thank goodness.
So we got a picture of the dossier in there.
And to be frank, the title of it is wrong because I'm not going after Hunter Biden.
If Hunter Biden were just a drug addict, I wouldn't care about him.
It's his business-related crimes that I'm obsessed over.
And I am obsessed over it because I think beyond election integrity, if your president is compromised by foreign powers, nothing else matters.
Back to the bio.
Very simple.
I grew up in Illinois, southern Illinois, a town called Effingham.
I know it.
And I live there now.
So I grew up there.
My family's been there since 1850, doing nothing but faring, essentially.
And I got obsessed with President Trump's trade policies, particularly in 2015.
And so when I was a senior in college, I was able to get an internship with, and through that internship, I met Peter Navarro at the White House.
I got an internship at the White House.
And so after I graduated college, I went to school at a small Catholic school in St. Louis called St. Louis University.
I got hired by Peter.
And Peter was a college professor for 30 years.
He was very comfortable around younger people.
And it was essentially a graduate assistant position.
There were four of us.
I'm not sure if you know my other colleague, Joanna Miller.
She's been embroiled in the Jack Smith witch hunt and has been subpoenaed by him and everything in the January 6th Inquisition and everything else.
And so through that job in Peter's office, really the obsession with the CCP, I got obsessed with their infiltration of the country.
And that is why I got obsessed with the content on the Biden laptop.
If the foreign deals, Charlie, were just Brazil or Japan or Romania, I don't think that it would rise to one of the most important stories so far of the 21st century.
But because it's with the ChiComs, that is where my interest originated.
And it's what drives pretty much every single day of my life is trying to tease out who precisely affiliated with the CCP that the Bidens got money from and filling in those five W's in one age: who, what, when, where, why, how.
And this group that I founded, Marco Polo, obviously is not just me.
I'm just the public face of it.
But there's much more experienced, older guys behind me.
There's two private investigators, there's an attorney, there's an accountant, there's digital forensics folks, because I'm none of those things.
I just played with the Rubik's Cube long enough.
And, you know, I'm grateful for the opportunity to talk about this because of your just enormous reach.
And hopefully, we can just talk and get the word out there about how there actually is evidence.

All tying back to Joe.

She was one of the first Tea Party people to get behind Turning Point way back when, like 11 years ago.
So, Garrett, I appreciate the biography because you are an ordinary man.
You are a young patriot who saw injustice.
You saw many of the leaders of the conservative movement not care.
And then you started to compile all of the publicly available information around the Biden crime family into something called the Marco Polo Report or the Marco, just Marco Polo.
Tell us about that because the media has done quite a trick of blacklisting it from even getting out.
Yes.
So quick point of privilege on the mechanics of the blacklisting.
A personal friend of Hunter Biden's is an executive at Microsoft.
His name is Vinny Staropoli.
Joey knows him.
He has gotten Microsoft to basically block our URL, BidenCrimes.info is the free version of the report.
You can go read it online right now.
When you visit that URL on Microsoft's browser, the Edge browser, it gives a big red flag and says that our site might steal your financial information, even though there's no payment form on the site.
So the full court press has been quite astonishing.
So they have the technical aspect of it with Microsoft.
And then they make up these ridiculous lies about my group that I'm some bigot.
It's so ridiculous.
And they say that Marco Polo is my gnome diploma, which is basically my alter ego that I'm going by the name of a 15th century Venetian explorer.
It's so stupid and ridiculous.
It's just the name of the nonprofit.
But because they don't ask those questions before they run the articles, they don't like, they don't get the basics right.
So it's a C3.
It's a very small C3.
It's about a half a dozen guys.
And we did take an extraordinary amount of time, 18 months, to do this.
And the goal was to create a document that a subcommittee of the U.S. Congress would create.
And the reason why we were able to do that is because we had the help of private investigators.
When I went through the device the first time, I realized that, holy cow, this stuff is...
It's earth-moving.
So we took the 4,000 contacts in Hunter's laptop and ran them through private investigator databases.
And through that, I was able to get a good link analysis of the LLCs and everything behind these people in the laptop.
And then while we were drafting the report, Charlie, we put the email site online.
So anyone with an internet connection can go to bidenlaptopemails.com and download the entire cache themselves.
So our goal was not to guard the data in any way.
We've released all the emails.
And then in June of this year, it took us months to redact all the genitalia.
In June of this year, we released all of the photos on the device with genitalia redacted with all of the original metadata.
So the big goal, and I know I'm being loquacious, but I haven't had a chance to speak with you before about this topic, so I'm giving you all the background like you asked.
But our main goal is to, number one, lay out all the criminal activity on the device, every single statute going to the state level and up to the federal.
And the second goal is to create a permanent repository for the data.

So, Garrett, I want to go through one of these, one of the numbers here.
There's so many links.
You're going to have us directed.
Venmo Crimes and Statutes 00:03:51
140 business crimes, 191 sex crimes, and 128 drug crimes.
So, as they say, sex sells.
What sex crimes did Hunter Biden commit?
Yes, well, we were debating internally how to lay all this out in 2021 because the data is so voluminous.
He got 200 gigabytes.
And so do you just want to do chronological, right?
Start in 2009 when the material starts and go up to 2019.
And we decided that that was too laborious.
It dragged on.
So what we did was we, like you said, separated into three sections in the order of importance.
So we think the business-related crimes are much more important than the sex and drugs crimes for the American public.
But they're still incredible and interesting.
So to answer your question directly, Hunter Biden committed prostitution offenses, sex trafficking, i.e. Man Act.
That means he moved a woman, in this case, a 19-year-old girl named Joanna Rush, across state lines for the purposes of sex.
It's a clear federal felony.
One of the whistleblowers in Congress, who ironically doesn't like our group because we publicly disclosed his name, which is ridiculous considering we pay a salary, he actually talked about this in his whistleblower testimony, Joe Ziggler.
It's no relation to me, but he talked about that the DOJ had compiled a list, I would argue, less comprehensive than ours, of the Man Act violation of the son of the sitting president.
What states he committed those?
Where did he commit those?
Connecticut was the biggest one along with California.
If somebody's following along online for free, the sex crimes are all listed starting on page 233, going to 234.
I tried to look at it, Garrett.
Not fun.
It's basically like HBO pornography.
It's not for the uninitiated.
So even though the blacked outs, you know.
Yeah, we put his cracked teeth over a couple of the genitalia.
I think that's why he's suing me because we embarrassed him.
He has his little, we call them the CEFC chiclets because the president's son got a new set of piano keys teeth paid for by the chai coms.
There was like a $1.5 million wire coming in from CEFC, and then the next day, Hunter's in a dentist's seat in downtown Manhattan.
Smile design is the exact outfit.
And he's got his teeth ground down, and that's the infamous photo.
So we call them the CEFC chiclets.
But right around that time that Hunter's getting a new grill, he's also committing federal felonies like, for example, 18 USC 1951BI-1.
What is that?
That is using a means of interstate commerce, namely Venmo, to pay hookers and pimps.
Normal people get indicted for this.
If somebody searches PACER for that statute along with the Man Act, they'll see in almost every district in the nation, presidential appointed U.S. attorneys do prosecute these crimes.
So this is not some 13th century exercise we're doing with, you know, on a monastery, picking laws that are obscure.
These are well-known statutes to the feds.
And the reason why he's not being prosecuted for them, and it's this stupid gun crime, which is a crime, but it's like, you know, he's not going to go to jail.
He'll be pardoned by either Joe Biden or a future Democrat president, and he'll get probation.
I mean, it's a gift, okay?
It's a paperwork crime, and he's a traitor to the United States.

So I just want to zero in on the sex thing for a reason, Garrett.
Some people said for years that there was underage material on the laptop.
Is there any evidence of that?
No.
What has happened is in October of 2020 when these copies were being distributed, which eventually I got mine, and they were righteously being copied because the material needs to be in the hands of as many people as possible to see the subversion in the crimes.
What happened was there was a Chinese outlet called G News that put out some false material.
For example, they put out the lie that Malia Obama was one of the girls that was fornicating with Hunter Biden, which, in fact, was one of his legal assistants names Aaron Strawder, who was basically a paid prostitute.
But she looks, by her hair, exactly like Malia Obama when she got a perm.
And so there are these lies out there that our group, ironically, gets hit viciously from the right because they think we're covering for Hunter when it's like, no, he committed 459 crimes at the very least.
And we've been more tougher.
We've been tougher on him than any group in the Western world.
But what there was evidence of is there were allegations from Hunter Biden's sister-in-law that he was sexually inappropriate with his 13-year-old niece.
Summer or actually any holiday season is such a delightful time, isn't it?

Okay, Garrett Ziegler continues, Garrett, you snuck that one in.
FARA Violations Exposed 00:10:17
Elaborate a little bit.
Well, the evidence is a bit nuanced in that there are at least a dozen allusions of Hallie Biden's allegations that Hunter was sexually inappropriate with his 13-year-old niece.
The exact allegations are that Hunter Biden, the U.S. president's son, was walking around naked, smoking crack and FaceTiming naked hookers around his 13-year-old daughter.
So, again, totally illegal, totally degenerate.
Part of the course, though, with Hunter, but it's not videos of Hunter having intercourse with this 13-year-old niece, which, again, I'm not saying could never happen.
I'm saying it's not on the device that he left at MacGeiser's shop.
So you've detailed 128 drug crimes, 191 sex crimes, and 140 business crimes.
Now, the drug crimes actually interest me the least.
I just assume he's a total druggie.
The sex crime certainly interests me because it shows a window into the degeneracy and the immorality of this family.
But then the business crimes, I don't even think that's a fair summary.
We're talking about treason, right?
We're talking about betrayal to the nation.
Build it out, Garrett.
What did you learn?
Help us out here.
We learned, and again, very quickly, the drug and the sex-related crimes, the way we got to that number is we would go literally through every single iMessage conversation, run the number through a PI database, ID the person, and then map out precisely which state law they violated in federal law.
Consequently, we did the same thing with the business-related crimes.
We went through all 128,000 emails, and any time that Hunter was an unregistered agent for a foreign principal and then received money for that, that's multiple federal felonies.
Spara violations, Foreign Agent Registration Act, 22 U.S.C. 612.
There's 18 USC 951 violations where Hunter was representing a foreign state, literally, and representing them to his dad's administration.
So that's the basis of the business-related crimes.
The U.S. president's son was an agent for foreign powers and foreign entities.
And what we do in this report is provide the granularity.
So, for example, China, Libya, Romania, Mexico, Serbia, those countries are all countries that Joe was the quote-unquote point person for.
And you'll find something in the report that Hunter did very little business outside of those countries over which Joe had foreign policy influence.
So, the RICO operation, and that is essentially what it was, not little fanny's delusions down in Georgia where the president tweeted something out and she said that was a further violation of their state RICO statute.
No, these are real RICO violations where they're receiving, just as one example, over a million dollars from a Romanian real estate oligarch in exchange for the U.S. government strong-arming the Romanian law enforcement to try to get charges dropped.
So, in Romania, there was a, and I'm picking one to illustrate the point, to tease it out.
In Romania, there was a gentleman named Gabriel Popovicu.
He was sentenced to seven years in prison for bribery over a commercial real estate deal in Bucharest called Benicia.
That's the English version of it.
I'm not getting the correct pronunciation, but it's B-A-N-A-S-E-A.
Popovicu realized that Hunter was close with his dad and the sitting U.S. ambassador, Hans Klem.
So, what the emails prove is that Hunter and boy Schiller-Flexner, specifically the attorney Michael Gottlieb, who ironically is Ruby Friedman's attorney and was Seth Rich's brother's attorney.
Michael Gottlieb and Hunter back-channeled with the sitting U.S. Ambassador, Hans Klem, and got the U.S. Embassy in Bucharest and the FBI attaché and their foreign office in Romania to try to pressure the prosecutor, Laura Covesi, to go easier on Popovicu.
So, the reason why I picked Romania Charlie is because people know the broad outline of the Ukrainian fiasco in the quid pro Joe, and you know it very well.
But the Romanian situation is hilariously and tragically the exact same thing whereby Hunter was trying to get and got U.S. officials to strong-arm foreign governments.
So, if Hunter, from a legal perspective, if Hunter were just hired to lobby the foreign governments themselves, no other intermediary involved, his attorneys could plausibly say that he didn't violate the FARA.
But because of the communications to the U.S. government, that is precisely what makes it illegal.
So, Hunter never stopped being a lobbyist when his daddy became the vice president.
He just stopped registering because if he registered, writers and journalists could figure out the quid pro Joe's a hell of a lot easier.
They could connect the dots.
And so he was trying to have his cake and eat it, too.
So let me, I have a couple questions here.
I want to add into this because it's an important part of the story: Hunter Biden suing you.
This was a laptop that he left, therefore information that became publicly available.
What is Hunter Biden suing you for?
The exact BS statutes are the violation of the Computer Fraud and Abuse Act, which is federal statute, 18 USC 1030, violation of the California Computer Data Access and Fraud Act, Penal Code 502, and then California Business and Professional Code Section 17,200.
It's all ridiculous, Charlie.
Many, many news outlets have had access to this data.
The reason why he's suing us is because we've dug deeper than everyone and we've humiliated him, which again was not our motive.
Our motive is to expose Joe's compromise.
But there's a backstory with this as well.
Hunter's attorney, Kevin Morris, the one who looks like the Geico Caveman, who was smoking a bong on the edge of his porch, that photo came out two months ago.
He sued us back in May for doxing, which is ridiculous.
His name was on like business records filed with the Secretary of State.
So it was public information.
This guy's totally ridiculous.
So that lawsuit will have an answer by October 4th.
And again, this is pure law affair.
This is all, let's see if we can get the young guy to go bankrupt.
That's essentially all they have right now.
So we had to scrap together the retainer for an attorney in L.A. in May.
And then we have to scrap together a retainer for this new lawsuit because they know we're very small.
Our budget for 22 was like $195,000.
Yeah, but you have millions of people behind you, Garrett.
That's the thing.
I don't mean to interrupt, but I want to make sure we get to this stuff before we run out of time.
So they're suing you.
They're seeking you because it's a obviously you're revealing things that they do not want to have be made public, obviously.
And not defamation.
No, that's what's so interesting on very, very technical stuff.
Yeah, exactly.
Not defamation.
So I just want to build this out before I get to the final thing I want to talk about.
That based on all the iMessage and all this, do you believe outside of reasonable doubt that Joe Biden was involved and aware with his son's illegal business dealings?
Totally.
And we have him on seven federal felonies laid out in our report.
You have Joe Biden specifically?
Joe Biden.
Joe Biden, seven federal felonies.
And I'll be very specific.
Joe Biden facilitated Hunter Biden's FAR violation, which is itself a violation of 18 U.S.C. Section 219.
For example, Joey facilitated a meeting with Hunter's help between all of them and Carlos Slim, the Mexican business magnate who you know of, who at the time of the meeting was the richest man on earth.
He was the richest man on earth at the time, and Hunter was trying to get buryma into Mexico.
So it's not this speculation of, oh, we need the phone records to prove that Joe was involved.
No, no, no, no.
The phone records will just be a cherry on top.
We know based on emails that Joe was involved in FARA violations.
And we know based on emails that Hunter, Eric Schwarren, and Joe all shared a bank account.
It's egregious.
We have proof that Eric could write and deposit checks on behalf of Joey, who was Hunter's business partner.
So this is the reason why the Washington Post profile slash hit piece didn't go into the report.
They asked Hunter's lawyers for comment on our number of 459 legal violations, and they said it was absurd.
And they asked David Brock to smear me and Jared Holt and a couple of other folks, but they never say what we're doing is false.
They never say, well, Garrett's interpretation of the FARA is wrong.
There's so many links I can't get it straight.

So, Garrett, let me ask you this.
This is a passion project of mine.
You've looked through the whole laptop, okay?
Red state AGs or Red State DAs.
Where has Joe Biden or Hunter Biden committed crimes where jurisdictions overlap with red state attorneys general or district attorneys?
Probably the most important question.
Thank you for asking it.
AG of Louisiana could take action and Arkansas.
I've spoken to the former, Jeff Landry.
They can investigate a LNG deal that was supposed to take place at Monkey Island, which is on the coast there.
And multiple wire transfers went through their state.
It's within the statute of limitations.
It's within their jurisdiction.
Arkansas and Louisiana are the two main red states.
Unsurprisingly, Hunter committed many, many crimes in blue states, California, Connecticut.
D.C. is not a state, but it's still not.
And that's not going to happen.
D.C. is a waste of time.
And I'm so proud.
I'm so glad you brought that up because nothing, we don't expect accountability at the federal level.
Even if he gets a real indictment at the federal level for MAN Act, money laundering, Joey will pardon him.
But what we need to do is bring justified charges at the state level because, as you know, Joey can't pardon those.
100%.
And if God willing, Trump gets back in, he can't pardon the local ones.
I've never heard this Louisiana thing.
Just build this out.
That's interesting to me.
So, liquid natural gas deal.
What are the actors?
That's the super red state.
What's going on here?
First, I've heard of it.
So, CEFC, the Chinese company, and we put this in two pages in our dossier.
The Chinese company that Hunter Biden collected at the very least, this is a bar, $5.8 million from his uncle Jimmy.
They were seeking to buy an island right on the Gulf Coast called Monkey Island.
And on that island, they were going to build an LNG tanker facility.
Liquid natural gas.
And because of that investment of capital, namely state-backed money in China, they were going to get preferential treatment.
So Hunter Biden, Jimmy Biden, and an attorney from Mississippi, and a couple of other U.S.-based people, Greg Michaels, for example, from Houston, Texas.
They were going to give the Chinese, the Chikom specifically, preferential access to LNG.
It's totally confirmed.
Even the Washington Compost wrote about it.
Matt Viser, their groveling White House correspondent, wrote about this deal.
And there are so many felonies there from not just FAR, which is a federal, which you can still charge the money laundering charge at the state level based on the federal felony.
But there are lobbying violations that you could get them on because they were trying to get John Bell Edwards at least a public deal.
How about RICO?
It's a conspiracy, Garrett.
How about our RICO charge?
Yes.
Yes, a real one, not a tweet, but a freaking LNG construction project that has real implications for our geopolitical standing.
It is disgusting.
When Jamie Comer came forward in January of 23 with that slide deck that showed a bunch of Mandarin characters and the U.S. map, basically they were trying to carve up where LNG resides in the United States underground, obviously, and then find quick shipment routes to the coast in Louisiana.
So it's right here.
It's in our jurisdiction.
The report is, again, just a roadmap for law enforcement.
We don't expect them to bring this into the courthouse.
What this does is shortens people's learning, Kurt, right?
If you want to know what the heck was on the device, this is where you go.
And 2,000 footnotes, like you said, we don't accuse Hunter of anything we don't have primary source evidence for because that would be wrong and immoral.
But everything he does that's criminal is logged.
So I'm just looking this up.
This is near Cameron, Louisiana, and there's a Cameron.
Cameron Parish.
Yeah, there's a Cameron Parish sheriff who seems super right-wing.
So it sounds like it's time.
Because that's the slide deck.
Yeah.
So that is an insane deal.
So, Garrett, Cameron Parish Sheriff, Louisiana.
It might sound a little silly, but this is where the LNG liquefied natural gas deal was supposed to happen.
It's deep red Cameron, Louisiana.
I mean, this sounds like a potential RICO violation in the spirit of Big Fanny Willis.
Well, it's not silly at all in that on page 125, we literally list the invoice that they sent to the Chinese company.
We have the wire transfer order on October 31st, 2017.
We have the memo laying out that they were going to pump $200 million in the 246-acre project site.
And number seven in that memo, Charlie, was Hudson West, the Chinese-backed firm, will have preferential access to all LNG prior to other customers.
So this is, like you said, the English language version of this is economic treason.
The U.S. code is RICO, and I'm sure Louisiana has one, has a state RICO statue.
And again, if you're a state-level investigator, we put the names, dates of birth, cell phone number, and address of the people involved: Greg Michaels and Britt Singletary.
So the right, if they engaged in this stuff, would have been called and subpoenaed and deposed years ago.
But these people are still out there, you know, all fat and happy.
It's egregious.
And so, just so I understand, I mean, I believe this.
James Biden might really be the entry vector, I think, because he did some stuff with hospitals in Florida.
There was something in Tennessee, right?
I mean, this is a whole nother wrinkle in the cartel, if I'm not mistaken.
You're not mistaken.
You brought up a great point with AmeriCorps.
Jimmy is Joey's eyes and ears.
What Hunter, when Hunter makes the introductions, he's not smooth enough to try to actually get something to fruition.
Jimmy is the gladhander.
So Hunter makes introductory emails, but Jimmy's the one that's going to get on the phone and actually do the Rikio violations, the nuts and bolts of it.
So, I mean, we have evidence of a meeting in Atlanta with Britt, Greg Michaels, and Jimmy Biden.
We have the hotel invoice from booking.com.
So this conspiracy, ironically, Charlie, and I didn't even put this together based on the Trump indictment, but this LNG conspiracy with Monkey Island actually touches Fannie Willis's jurisdiction because the planning was done in Atlanta.
They met up there to talk about the deal.
And do we know if they visited Monkey Island?
Is that right?
They visited Cameron Parish?
I don't know if Hunter did.
I know Jimmy did.
Okay, well, that's enough.
Well, there you go.
Yeah, even if Hunter didn't step foot in Cameron Parish, he effectuated wire transfers that went through there.
Absolutely.
Think about it.
Donald Trump visited Fulton County like twice and they indicted him in Fulton County.
So the idea that you needed, I'm just, if there's any sort of jurisdictional issues, I'm trying to work through them.
Okay, so let's go let's go broadly here then, Garrett.
I mean, I don't know how going to the Hunter Biden laptop, how you remain purity of your soul after going through that.
What are the big takeaways and lessons here that you think for the movement now that you have probably a more comprehensive picture of the Biden mafia than almost anybody else?
I don't think we'll ever get this primary source data again.
It is mind-boggling how many file types we have and the size.
So 200 gigabytes, I'm not sure we're ever going to get that much on a son of a U.S. president ever again in American history.
I don't want to say never because I don't know the future, but it is insane.
And what the takeaway is, is number one, we've tried to do an investigation that I would be proud to put my name behind in that it could have been a subcommittee of the U.S. Congress putting it out.
That's what we've done.
Also, this data is relevant today.
Every time you click on the news, there will be people on that TV screen that are in the Biden laptop emails.
Even if they're not corresponding directly with Hunter, they're talking about that person.
So like Victoria Newland, she's not corresponding directly with Hunter, but she's alluded to in the emails.
And so it's really, we've called it a new Rosetta Stone in that it's a touch point.
It's a thing you go back to.
We don't expect someone to read this in one sitting.
I think it's impossible.
It's a coffee table book that you refer back to whenever you see people on the news that are connected to the Bidens.
It is a nonviolent political mafia from Ron Clain to Steve Ricchetti to Mike Donnellin to Ted Kaufman.
All of these jokers have followed Joey's assent from the Senate through the VP's office now to the presidency.
So yeah, you're building something interesting.
That would explain why they're not, why they're white knuckling for power despite the low poll numbers and the dementia.
This is an organized crime unit where all they have is the White House.
Why would they give it up?
Why would Biden not run for reelection, right?
I mean, all those people with him.
Exactly.
I mean, it's not just Joe.
It's not just Jill.
It's Ron Klain and six or seven other actors that they're going to ride this thing down.
Yes, and their fortunes, I think the exact phrase I used in the dossier was their fortunes, prestige, access all depend on Joey's political power.
So that is why, and I'm so grateful you brought up Louisiana, but an even easier case is Arkansas.
There are many, many, many money laundering violations that he committed in Arkansas.
And I was actually involved in civil litigation with Hunter this past spring.
I was a witness for the mother of Hunter Biden's child in his child support case.
She got tired of it at all and ended up settling.
But nevertheless, I got an enormous amount of data.
And I think that if the authorities in Arkansas got that data, they would have to charge him.
So I'm very interested in the state level and local violations that he made because I think that's the only way we're going to even sniff justice because it's not going to come at the federal level.
No.
But we're creating a permanent repository for the data.
So along with our legal fights, if I want your viewers and listeners to take away one thing is we are not guarding this information.
