Today is an interesting thing.
You know, I get in very early to prep the show and I'm reading newspapers.
I probably read articles 14, 15 hours a day, constantly consuming information, listening to podcasts, keeping my eyes on all the different chats and Telegram channels and people that are putting things in.
This morning is just kind of a little bit of a curveball.
So we have this UFO hearing with some explosive testimony.
I don't know if I believe all of it.
The UFO thing, I'm like, okay, a little bit overdone, but you might believe it.
You might think that they're living among us, there is alien invaders, or it could be potential foreign governments that are using hyper-sophisticated technology.
I'm open-minded to all of it.
I'm not dismissing it.
I'm not saying, oh, wow, tinfoil hat.
I'm like, yeah, you know, after what I've lived through it the last couple of years, to be honest, with mRNA gene-altering vaccines, you know, trying to say that, oh, it came from a bat in the Wuhan Institute of Virology of Epstein's Island.
I have a little bit more of a, let's just say, open-minded posture towards this.
We have a UFO hearing, and then boom, out of nowhere, breaking news out of Delaware, what we were supposed to hear out of Delaware was Hunter Biden plea deal accepted, regime wins again.
But is there trouble in paradise?
Sure seems that way.
CNN comes in super aggressive and blunt.
I was watching this a couple minutes before we went live here.
It's like, boy, I thought we were leading with the day the earth stood still.
But it turns out that we're going to lead with Hunter Biden's plea deal in absolute jeopardy.

So as I went back into the courtroom, the hearing had just begun again.
The judge was back on the bench, and she was pressing the prosecution on this investigation.
So then the judge said, Would this include a possible FARA charge?
That's not registering as a foreign agent.
The prosecutor said, No, the deal would not include that.
It was at that point that she had said to the prosecution, you know, if you were not, if you can charge that, then what does this mean?
And the prosecutors, she asked Hunter Biden's attorneys about that, and he said, Well, then there's no deal.
And the prosecutor said, Then there is no deal.
So Biden's team said that the plea agreement, as far as they understood it, was now null and void.
I mean, that's pretty blunt, null and void.
Now, potentially, they're in recess and it could be reconfigured.
I'm sure some people are working the phones and they're saying, What is going on?
What is going on?
Now, there's a couple explanations here.
There's the surface-level explanation that this was one of the sloppiest plea deals ever put together.
There's several ongoing investigations.
Maybe, just maybe, Chuck Grassley and the Senate Republicans and House Republicans who submitted this information to the judge got the judge thinking that this is so unusual.
This is so damaging because there are active investigations.
Or there is another explanation potentially that they want to still potentially tap Joe Biden out of the presidential race in 2024.
They don't want to put this thing off the pasture yet.
They're not ready to close it.
Maybe they want a Gavin Newsom.
Maybe they want a Michelle Obama.
Maybe they want somebody else.
Again, that is just pure speculation.
But there's a lot of scrambling going on right now, scrambling all over the place.
Scrambling to brush this all away, then say, sorry, he took a plea deal, can't make any more charges.
It doesn't seem like that's going to be happening.
I mean, out of Delaware, the plan was supposed to be Hunter Biden flies in on a private jet with his bong-smoking lawyer, and everything's fine.
It just disappears.
Nothing to see here.
Very similar to kind of James Comey's daughter prosecuting Delaine Maxwell.
Like, can memory hold that?
Where's the client's list?
Shut up, bigot.
Focus on UFOs.
Oh, okay, sure.
It's like, well, I kind of want to see the Epstein client list.
I'll just be very honest.
The UFO thing is interesting.
It's kind of like political popcorn.
I'm way more interested in the Epstein client list than I am whether or not there might be levitating objects outside of airplanes.
I don't know if that's true or not.
I'm open-minded to it.
Their testimonies are awfully compelling, but this is all happening at the same day.
It's all happening at the same time, same day.
And it does, I think it generates a lot more questions than it does answers.
So on the Hunter Biden situation in Delaware, again, this is breaking in real time.
The plan, the expectation was boring.
Hunter Biden comes in.
He gets the plea deal.
The Bidens are protected.
And then the media can say, this is old news.
He's already admitted to these two felonies.
And of course, the plan would be for Joe Biden or a future Democrat president to pardon him so that he has a clean record.
So it really isn't anything.
It's just a temporary label of being called a felon.
But it makes you think: is the administrative state not yet comfortable to run Joe Biden in 2024?
Are they seeing this disruptive force of RFK Jr., this disruptive force of Cornell West?
It does make you think.
Now, the actual details of what is going on with this Hunter Biden plea deal is this is really important.
Since the plea deal was announced, here's what we've had.
This is significant.
House Republicans deserve credit for this.
We've had two IRS whistleblowers, including a gay Democrat, testify to Congress about being pressured to not investigate the big guy and about prosecutors treating Hunter favorably.
Hunter's legal team called a court clerk and pretended to be someone else in order to deceive the court.
This is an amazing story, by the way.
So I don't know if we have any sound on this.
These people are so desperate.
They're so dishonest.
This is how you know there's a spiritual war going on.
Like this is not rational behavior at all.
Like there's something invisible that is involved in this.
And the media makes fun of you when you say that.
I don't care.
It's true.
I mean, these people are acting unhinged.
So Latham Watkins, which is a top-tier blue chip AAA plus rated law firm, does a lot of corporate representation.
Apparently, a lawyer for Latham Watkins called the court and misrepresented is a nice word for it.
They lied, pretending to actually represent the House Republicans, saying we want an amicus brief to be pulled.
Now, is that against the law?
Are you allowed to lie to a federal clerk?
I guess the lawyer is being sanctioned.
I don't even know what sanctioned means.
It means that you don't get your lunch money.
I don't know.
But they impersonated the House Republican lawyers.
I want you to think about this.
A blue chip AAA law firm of these people probably went to Harvard, Yale, and Stanford.
They call up the law clerks and they pretend this person is Jessica Bengals, director of litigation.
Is this the woman?
So this is Jessica Bengals who lied.
Jessica Bengals is the director of litigation services, and she just calls the Hunter Biden clerk office and lies.
She just pretends.
And by the way, the left, they're big into pretending.
There's women pretending to be men and men pretending to be women.
They're big into this.
So maybe she thought, like, hey, the trans thing is in vogue.
I could just pretend to be a House Republican lawyer.
You kind of, you know, you are your own truth.
She's just kind of pantomiming with the costume of being a House Republican lawyer.
Doesn't work that way.
But guess what?
The clerk that works for the judge took notes.
And so Jessica Bengals called the Delaware court clerk.
This is one of the oddest stories.
It's like so, it defies reason.
Calls the Delaware court clerk and allegedly made misrepresentations, lied that she worked for the GOP lawyer, Ted Cottilla, and then he wanted his filing taken down.
She actually works for Latham Watkins, the former firm of Hunter's lawyer, Chris Clark.
And so the first thing is this woman should be disbarred for this behavior.
Number two, is it against the law?
I don't know.
Number three, did Hunter Biden know?
Did Hunter Biden know that his blue chip lawyer was going to call and lie?
Latham Watkins is this massive national law firm, one of the top 20 in America.
This is not some sort of misunderstanding.
They're calling, pretending to be somebody else to get an amicus.
By the way, amicus briefs are literally the briefs of the people.
Anyone can submit them.
They're not exactly like game-changing things.
It's like, of all the things to lie about, this is so perplexing.

Who in the government either, what agency, sub-agency, what contractors, who should be called into the next hearing about UAPs, either in a public setting or even in a private setting?
I can give you a specific cooperative and hostile witness list of specific individuals that were in those.
And how soon can we get that list?
I'm happy to provide that to you after the hearing.

So UAP is unidentified aerial phenomena.
So I guess there's three explanations.
These guys are making all this up.
Number two, we're not alone and there's interterrestrial, extraterrestrial technology that is among us.
Or number three, that there is foreign government and domestic government technology that far exceeds anything that we are publicly told about.
Supersonic technology, levitation, all that stuff that you've seen, I'm sure, documentaries or YouTube videos on.
So, or it could be a mixture of all three.

I'd have to say, half of you are upset that I'm not telling the truth about aliens.

The other half of you are super upset that we're even talking about this at all because you say it's a huge distraction.

And so it's a little bit of an open question.
Now, we must remember the Intel community has a history of using UFO stuff to expose leakers or to discredit people.
It could easily be the case here.
Who knows?
But some of these testimonies are rather bold, you got to say.
They're saying some things that are, they are there, I got to tell you.
So Grush, who's one of the people that is testifying, has claimed the media outlets that there is a highly bizarre, decades-long conspiracy by the U.S. government to cover up crashed UFOs.
His theory specifies that Italian dictator Mussolini recovered a crash UFO in 1933 and covered it up with the help of the Vatican before the craft was eventually seized by the U.S.

The only alleged evidence of this is a small drawing on a memo.
So look, after the couple years, last couple years we lived through, I'm open-minded.
I'm like, okay, sure, interesting.
You know, that's something we just ask questions.
I don't really have any strong opinions on it.
I don't get into the place of intentionally dismissing people as like, oh, you're a conspiracy theorist.
That is a CIA term used to discredit people.
That doesn't mean that everything you say is totally true.
I mean, obviously.
But by the way, our institutions are the ones that have been peddling the true conspiracy theories.
Believing that the mRNA shot was safe and effective, that's a conspiracy theory.
Believing that shutting down schools and there'll be no impact on children, that is a conspiracy theory.
Telling people to wear masks outside when they jog, that's a conspiracy theory.
Saying that Ivermectin is horse-paced, that's a conspiracy theory.
Saying that Jeffrey Epstein didn't have a clients list and stopped looking at it and he wasn't involved with people, the royal family, and not involved with high society billionaires, and not involved with people in the intel agencies, that's a conspiracy theory.
Telling me that the JFK assassination is exactly what the Warren Commission said: single shooter, Texas Books schoolbook depository, bolt action rifle, Lee Harvey Oswald.
I think that takes more of a conspiracy theory to believe in the actual regime narrative of the JFK assassination than some of the other evidence around it.
And we've gone through that.

Is the UFO thing a PSYOP?
Is it a distraction?
Is there truth to it?
Who knows?

You should watch the hearing.
There might be something interesting.
I think if there were to be the most plausible explanation, it's that, yeah, there's probably foreign government technology that has been advancing really quickly and they're spying on our government or spying on our country and people are starting to recognize it.
Maybe that's an explanation.
Or maybe it's all just a con.
Maybe it's all just this smokescreen vapor to have you look at the shiny dangling object when, oh, I don't know, all these other important things are happening, like the hearing in Delaware.
We have such a loss of faith in our experts and our institutions.

This deal is by no means underway, being accepted by the judge, because the judge is not okay with linking the tax guilty pleas with avoiding the charge on the gun or any other possible charges.
As we now know, there is an ongoing existing current investigation separate from this case into Hunter Biden.
That's what we've got so far.
We expect the court to resume here for them to be back in session, and we'll bring you more as we get it.
Okay, so Paul Sperry has tweeted Hunter Biden's legal team believed his legal exposure would end by pleading guilty to misdemeanors today, and he would be protected by double jeopardy laws from further charges.
But now, Hunter is exposed to possible indictments for money laundering and far representations with his Foreign Agent Representation Act, which was used against Lieutenant General Michael Flynn.
It was rarely used post-1930s, but now, I mean, Hunter Biden has violated it more than almost anybody we have ever seen based on all public reporting and all the things.
But it sounds now they're restricting it to just a plea deal, to just taxes, which means that they could prosecute Hunter for other things.
So what the judge seems to be doing is like, okay, I guess, government, if you want to have a plea deal on taxes, that's fine, but you are not going to be protected from double jeopardy.
Double jeopardy, meaning you can't be tried twice for the same crime.
Once you go through and you get acquitted, you can't be tried again on all this other stuff, money laundering, fair representations, so on and so forth.
It's an ongoing story.
I bet some very powerful people are working the phones right now.

And now, on the other side of the news cycle, it's kind of fun how we're going back and forth.

Four minutes ago from CNN, the judge is asking Hunter Biden a series of questions about the facts that are included in the charging documents.
The judge asked Biden for the names of the foreign companies where he has worked.
Quote, the Ukrainian energy company was Barisma, Biden said.
Biden has also mentioned his work for the Chinese energy company, CEFC.
The judge asked Biden directly, you did know that you owed tax money, right?
And Biden said, yes, Your Honor.
17 minutes ago from CNN, prosecutors and defense agreed to a revised plea deal for Hunter Biden.
The Hunter Biden plea deal proceedings have restarted, and the president has agreed to a limited agreement that covers 2014 to 19 and only includes conduct related to tax offenses, drug use, and gun possession.
The two sides have agreed that this deal does not shield him from potential future charges.
The proceedings are ongoing.
So who benefits?
It's like that old Latin phrase, cue bono, cuibono.

So who benefits from the Hunter-Biden deal falling apart?
Well, Gavin Newsom definitely benefits.
People in the Democrat Party that might have a little anxiety or unease about Joe Biden being the nominee, they might be a little bit scared that this is a real thing.
What do I have behind me?
Let's think about this.
Donald Trump just came out today breaking news.
He is going all in on early voting and chasing the ballots.
Do you think potentially Democrats are a little bit nervous that Republicans are going to even the playing field of the Arizona, Wisconsin, Georgia infrastructure, and they're a little worried they can't do the Federman thing again in 2024?
I'm just asking.
I mean, behind me, I have turning point actions chase the vote.
There is a significant amount of chatter.
The volume has been increasing on Republicans' focus to change the way that we do early voting, securing elections, and really focusing on this nonsense of mass mail and vote balloting.
Are Democrats now saying, well, we actually need a candidate?
We actually need a candidate, not this, you know, Jimmy Carter.
Again, like I said, Jimmy Carter is about the same mental acuity right now as Joe Biden.
They're right on the same mark.
And Jimmy Carter's in hospice.
They're about the same.
So who benefits from the Hunter Biden plea deal falling apart?
Or is this just not somebody pulling the strings?
Is this just the administrative state that overshot and this judge is personally insulted?
And I want to get back to this because I don't think we came to any sort of clarity on this because I'm certainly confused.
What the heck is going on when you have a blue chip law firm calling and lying?

The media so they're so dishonest.

So Jessica Bengals calls the judge's office and just lies.

There is a fair amount of articles on this.

So Seattle Times, like this article here, judge threatens to sanction Hunter Biden lawyers after legal dispute.
That's how CNN calls it, a legal dispute.
Could you imagine?
Let's just hold on for a second.

Right now, Donald Trump is facing 400 years in prison by the Department of Justice.
Let's pretend Alina Haba, one of Donald Trump's attorneys, called Jack Smith, or called one of the judges for the document case, okay?
And said, and pretended to be an employee for the Department of Justice and said, hey, we want to get this piece of evidence dismissed.
How do you think that lawyer would be treated?
That is precisely what is going on.
That is exactly what is going on.
And everyone just kind of says, oh, it's just a legal dispute.
What that tells me, the way that Hunter Biden's legal team is acting from the lawyer that is out on, he's out, he was LA a couple days ago.
He's out on a porch like Cheech and Chong.
Like, what is this?
Like 1964 Animal House man?
Like, no, this guy's the lawyer.
I mean, all kidding aside, if I was the lawyer for Hunter Biden, I would be going into much harder drugs than cannabis and marijuana.
I would be exploring like mushrooms, psychedelics, ayahuasca, like it would all be on the table.
If my job was to represent that craven, evil family, I would be like perpetually medicated.
But that's just me.
And so you got this guy who's out there like doing a bong in between meetings with Hunter Biden.
You got this other woman, Jessica Jessica Bengals, who is calling around, like pretending and lying about who she is.
Like, oh, yeah, I work for the House Republicans and they're taking notes.
And the judge is like, I'm at a sanction.
You should be like disbarred for this, okay?
You should have, you should have to answer to the American Bar Association or whatever state that you passed the bar in.
Looks as if she's New York.
By the way, the New York bar, you do not want to mess with.
That is one of the hardest bars and they are vicious.
Rudy Giuliani is potentially getting disbarred for questioning election results.
And you got this woman working the phones acting as if she's somebody else.
So this legal team is not acting like they're confident.
They're acting like they're under duress, that there's a lot of pressure on them.
And by the way, this lawyer, the druggie, Kevin Morris, who I guarantee you he's doing harder drugs than just the weed.
That's just what we know of.
The bong ripping lawyer, he was dubbed Hunter Biden's sugar brother after he agreed to loan the first son, loan the first son, a reported 2.8 million to pay off his tax debts and join his legal team amid criminal and congressional investigations.
Yeah, loan.
This guy's getting a favor in the government in some way.
And by the way, the real question that we all need to ask is, are you allowed to even meet Hunter Biden if you do not give him some crack at the beginning of the meeting?
That's the question, right?
It's like kind of like the introductory step.
We have like this cartel of degenerates running the country, but they're not acting confident.
These people are acting neurotically.

So let me tell you more philosophically why I like this UFO hearing.
Again, half of you are going to be upset.
Half of you will be thrilled.
Not because I'm overly interested in the alien topic.
I think a lot of it because of our movies and this idea, are we alone and how are there other species out there is obviously just ridiculously interesting, right?
It's also very easy for the commoner to discuss.
And are we alone?
And have we been visited?
And, you know, all this stuff.
What actually makes me excited about this hearing is that we are now pushing the boundaries of questions we're allowed to ask.
That excites me.
So the alien thing is one thing, but are we now allowed to ask and have real hearings on otherwise prohibited thought crimes?
I hope so.
Are we allowed to ask that the administrative state might have been behind the assassination of Martin Luther King and Malcolm X, John F. Kennedy, and Bobby Kennedy?
I don't know the answer to that, but I want to see all the files.
I want to see all the Kennedy assassination files.
That is helpful in empowering the citizenry to know what type of government we've actually had post-J. Edgar Hoover.
Post-World War II, a neoliberal regime took over Washington, D.C., invade the world, invite the world, free trade at all costs, philosopher kings, secret knowledge of people that are running the government.
And Richard Nixon, how to get rid of him.
John F. Kennedy, whether he was displaced by our own government, other means, that's an open question.
I certainly have strong opinions about that.
But George Herbert Walker Bush, former CIA director, kind of ran the government in the 1980s as vice president, became president in the early 90s.
Bill Clinton, obviously very close with Jeffrey Epstein, George W. Bush, the son of George H.W. Bush.
It kind of seems as if this sort of type of caricature of a ruler continued and continued.
Donald Trump is not going to jail or they're not trying to get Donald Trump to go to jail, let me be specific, because of his lies.

It's because he told truths they don't like.
Liars are promoted and called cable television hosts.
Truth tellers that say things you're not supposed to say are smeared, slandered, and put in prison.
So as we have this kind of pushing the boundaries of acceptable thought and the Overton window moves on the alien thing, simultaneously, yesterday, there was this incredible RFK Jr. town hall with Sean Hannity.
And RFK Jr. is totally wrong on the gay stuff.
He says some weird stuff on this like Jewish vaccine thing.
I didn't like what he said there.
Even if he meant well with it, it's not good.
Don't do that.
Also, he called Moms for Liberty to Hate Group.
Not good.
So I have to say that as a precondition.
But also, I could not be more enthusiastic when RFK Jr. speaks the truth about what's happening in Ukraine.

France, Germany, and Russia all agreed to the Minsk Accords.
That year, Zelensky ran for president.
He was a comedian.
He had no political experience.
Why did he win?
Because he ran on one issue, signing the Minsk Accords.
As soon as he got in there, Victoria Newman and the White House told him he couldn't do it.
Putin sends 40,000 troops in.
That's not enough to conquer the country.
Clearly, he wanted us to come to the negotiation.
He wanted somebody to come to the negotiating table.
Zelensky came to the negotiating table, signed a new agreement that was the Minsk Accords II in 2022.
And that would have allowed Donbas to stay and Lukans to stay to remain as part of Ukraine.
We said Putin signed it.
Zelensky initialed it.
And Putin, in good faith, began withdrawing troops from the Ukraine.
What happened?
We sent Boris Johnson over there to torpedo it because we don't want peace.
We want war with Russia.
Bingo.
Perpetual war keeps the regime in power.
Orwell knew this.
Peace is a threat to oligarchs.
A illegitimate regime needs war because it justifies their domestic international tyranny.
Peace is a threat to the regime.
Once you realize that and you internalize that, your whole perspective of foreign policy will change.
My entire life, I was born in 1993.
There's only a couple years I can isolate where we have not been involved actively in a kinetic war.
From 2001, we were involved in war in Afghanistan and Iraq.
Donald Trump scaled those down, and then we're building it right back up.
But you could call dictator displacement in Libya thanks to Hillary Rodham Clinton, Syria with Bashar al-Assad, and now Ukraine.
War is not about national security.
No-wind wars keep the administrative state permanently powerful and rich.
Permanent war, no-win wars, is a backwards money laundering scheme of crony capitalism of the wildest imaginations of people that otherwise would not be able to earn an honest buck in a market economy.
These are bad people that get rich sending your sons and your daughters to go fight no-win wars against people that we actually should not hate.
