Whistleblower X with Nigel Farage and Darren Beattie
America and Britain are the world's two great birthplaces of political liberty...and both are well on their way to becoming dystopian tyrannies. Brexit prophet Nigel Farage joins Charlie to talk about having his bank account closed due to his political opinions, and the greater danger of core rights being conditioned on political submission. Plus, Charlie reacts to the controversy around Jason Aldean's new song, and Darren Beattie joins to react to the stunning, fresh testimony of "Whistleblower X" before Congress.Support the show: http://www.charliekirk.com/supportSee omnystudio.com/listener for privacy information.

Nigel Farage Debanked00:01:52
Hey everybody, Tenda Charlie Kirk Show.
Darren Beattie joins the program to go through the latest bombshell testimony on Capitol Hill.
And Nigel Farage joins us about how he is the victim of a debanking scheme.
It's happening in America.
It's happening in the United Kingdom.
It's very scary.
Email us as always, freedom at charliekirk.com and subscribe to our podcast.
Open up your podcast app and type in Charlie Kirk Show and get involved with TurningpointUSA at tpusa.com.
Buckle up, everybody.
Here we go.
Charlie, what you've done is incredible here.
Maybe Charlie Kirk is on the college campuses.
I want you to know we are lucky to have Charlie Kirk.
Charlie Kirk's running the White House, folks.
I want to thank Charlie.
He's an incredible guy.
His spirit, his love of this country.
He's done an amazing job building one of the most powerful youth organizations ever created.
Turning point USA.
We will not embrace the ideas that have destroyed countries, destroyed lives, and we are going to fight for freedom on campuses across the country.
That's why we are here.
Brought to you by the Loan Experts I Trust, Andrew and Todd at Sierra Pacific Mortgage at andrewandTodd.com.
Welcome back, everybody.
Joining us now is an amazing man, Nigel Farage, host of Farage on GB News and leader of Brexit.
Nigel Farage has been debanked, something we see a lot in the States, and it's extraordinary.
Bank acts Farage, as you quote, doesn't align with our values.
Nigel, welcome to the program.
Walk us through this extraordinary story.
Yeah, I mean, Charlie, I've been with the same banking group since 1980, which I know makes me sound very old.
And I've run my personal account with them.
I've run business accounts with them.
Banks Rejecting Values00:09:15
I've never had any problem at all.
I've had mortgages with them that I've paid off before time.
You know, I am a creditworthy customer.
And yet I receive a telephone call followed by a letter to say we are cancelling your accounts.
No reason given whatsoever.
And so I speak to them on the phone.
I get somebody higher up the chain on the phone.
Oh, we're doing it for commercial reasons.
Well, there is something called a data subject access request.
Now, I can put in, as a citizen, a request to my bank in this country under the law, and they have within 30 days to give me my personal data.
Got to be honest, Charlie, I didn't even know two months ago this right existed, but I've used it, and it's proved two things.
Firstly, when they decided to cancel me, I was, in their own words, an economically viable customer.
So what they told the media was a lie.
But more importantly, it's 40 pages of absolute vitriol, bile, and prejudice.
They obviously loathe me.
The word Brexit is mentioned 86 times in the document.
And wait for this.
Russia is mentioned 144 times.
My supposed links with Russian money.
You know, was Brexit funded by the Russians?
It's exactly the same Russia hoax that you saw with Donald Trump in America.
And they've done exactly the same thing to me.
They've decided that I'm a risk because of Russia.
But more importantly, they don't think my public statements are in line with their values of inclusion and diversity, whatever that means.
You know, I thought these people were banks.
I thought they were banks, not social engineers.
And the thing that annoys me the most is that after the sub-prime crisis in 2008, through greed and stupidity, these banks were bailed out by us, the taxpayer.
Huge bailouts of banks.
And now they can treat us with contempt.
Charlie, it's not just me that's being debanked.
It's happening to thousands of businesses.
It's happening to people that operate in cash because they want to move us to a cashless society.
They want to move us in the end to central bank digital currencies.
And even more worryingly, is banks are now beginning a process of checking the social media accounts of their holders.
And you could finish up with huge numbers of people being debanked.
And effectively, we'd be in a China social credit style system.
So this is a crusade that says we need to live in liberty and free speech.
And this practice, these practices, have got to end.
So, Nigel, several thoughts on this.
It seems this sort of practice has been happening in America, and debanking is occurring where they're trying to basically ghettoize the conservative movement and try to put us on an island where we're not able to participate in mainstream society.
So, Nigel, talk about the Russia thing, because your stance has always been peace, reconciliation.
What is it about Western governments that have them so worried that a dissident point of view or a contrarian point of view might be introduced with this ongoing proxy war against Russia?
Well, look, I mean, you're right.
I mean, you know, at the moment, at the moment, we must all support war.
War, war, war, more war, more weapons, cluster bombs from Joe Biden, whatever it is.
But actually, we've got to go back further than this.
The twin shocks in 2016 of Brexit and Donald Trump getting elected, the establishment looked for an excuse and they decided that it was going to be Russia.
They convinced themselves that somehow Russia had a huge effect on both of those elections.
And they've been peddling this conspiracy theory for year after year after year.
And this is what this report on me shows.
You know, every extreme left-wing article written in The Guardian or wherever else it may be, attempting to link me with Russia, accusations that I'd taken half a million pounds of money direct from the Kremlin, all of it wholly untrue, is in this report.
So this isn't just about the war that's currently going on.
This started properly in 2016.
We're seeing so many similarities between what's happening in the UK and America.
Nigel, do you think this sort of idea of debanking and domestic totalitarianism did it start in America and then was then exported to European Western democracy countries?
Or is this a European idea that made its way to America and then bouncing back?
Where did this really start?
I'm afraid to say this is a uniquely American export in the last couple of years of us doing our best to copy Mao's China.
Your thoughts, Nigel Farage?
Yeah, it's a good one because we do send things back and forth across the pond.
We recently sent you Prince Harry, so good luck with that.
You sent us West Coast woke culture, and I'd love to send it back to you.
I'd like to think that the Brexit wave helped Donald Trump get elected.
So we send back and forth to each other, good things, and bad things.
I think the truth of it is that it's the European Union that seized on this, seized on this and anti-money laundering directives in a very, very big way.
But the truth of it is that our banking industries aren't American.
They aren't British.
They aren't European.
They're globalist.
So when a big banking corporation makes a decision, it's making it on a global level.
So I think in this particular case, I know that we can blame any one more than the other, but the phenomenon is happening on both sides of the pond.
And it is conservatives every single time that are being singled out.
And so, Nigel, is this illegal to do what they did to you in the United Kingdom?
The Prime Minister Rishi said this is wrong.
No one should be barred from using basic services for their political views.
Elon Musk agreed.
Are there laws on the books that prevent this?
And if not, is there a movement in the House of Commons to try to fix this?
I have been promised by the minister in charge of financial services that they will act on this and act on this quickly and make sure a law is in place that says you cannot have your bank account closed for legal personal political opinions.
And I'm normally, Charlie, very skeptical about government promises turning into action.
But for once, I think I've struck something here in terms of the mood of the country.
And I'm optimistic that they will act.
I sure hope so.
So, Nigel, I just want to get your top-level reaction about a minute and a half remaining.
Donald Trump is facing multiple domestic indictments after he did ride that populist nationalist wave that you really helped give breath to in the summer of 2016.
Your reaction to Donald Trump facing multiple indictments and 400 years in prison.
Well, it becomes just one after the other.
It almost becomes meaningless, Charlie.
It almost becomes meaningless.
Two, three, four, five, however many indictments there are.
It almost becomes meaningless.
No fair-minded person can believe that what is happening to Trump is right, whether they like him, whether they don't like him.
And what he needs, what he needs above all, is an inner moral strength to stand up and fight through all this.
If he announced he was withdrawing from the presidential race, they dropped pretty much all of these charges.
You know that.
I know that.
He knows that.
And yet, you know something?
I've got to know him over the years, just as you've done.
I mean, he is, he is an incredibly resilient, determined human being, and he will fight through this.
And I think in many ways, the more extreme, a very politicized judiciary, and this is something that America needs to think about very hard for its future.
But I think their actions actually make it more likely he wins the presidency next year than less.
So Rachel Maddow said, actually, Rachel Maddow said, hey, there could be a plea deal where if he stops running, he could avoid prison.
Nigel Farage, I am in the final stages of finalizing a trip to your beautiful country this fall.
I can't, I hopefully we'll see you there.
Nigel, you're a great patriot, and I call you that even though you're not a citizen of our country.
God bless you, Nigel Farage.
Thank you, Charlie.

I'm going to say something that will get me a lot of hate mail.
Really don't care.
I'm not a big fan of country music.
I think it's like noise that rhymes, but that's fine.
There's a lot of good people that perform it, a lot of good people that like it.
You don't have to force somebody to like something.
You just got to be honest about what you like.
When I do say this, though, it's like when I go after corn, it's like a complete thought crime, which is fine.
I'm always honest.
However, I do love country music culture in the sense it's very pro-American.
The people are super decent.
It's nice.
And so I think country music culture and country music are two different things.
Producer Andrew is a big country music fan.
And I mean, some of the songs are nice, like the more patriotic ones, I could like, I'm just, when it gets into the deep, the deep tracks of country music, you lose me.
I would rather not listen to that.
So, however, I had a great chance.
And by the way, when I have a chance to meet all these country music fans, it's not fans, country music artists.
And like, the secret is out that I don't like country music.
And when I say that, they don't always take it very well.
It's just like I'm insulting their life's work.
I don't mean it that way.
I guess it would be better if I lied, but I prefer not to.
Anyway, I had a chance to meet Jason and Brittany Aldean at AmericaFest last year, and they are awesome people.
He's a very, very gifted musician, songwriter, incredibly talented.
And he was nice enough to come to AmericaFest and introduce Candace Owens at our big Turning Point USA event.
They were so gracious.
They were so kind.
They were so real.
And I really liked them.
And I have a lot of respect for them.
And I said, hey, you know, you guys are always welcome back to our events.
And they, you know, offered us free tickets to all their stuff.
And that was really cool.
So, Jason Aldean, I would consider him to be top one, two, or three of all country music artists.
Again, not exactly a space I'm overly involved in, but based on everything that I've seen, he's A-list, blue chip, right?
Jason Aldean is the top, one of the top dogs, right?
So it'd kind of be to give a, how do I say this in football terms?
It would be like Mahomes and Joe Burrow.
It would be like he's right up there, right?
He's like one top two or three of all country music stars.
So he comes out with this country music video that honestly is rather melodic and easy to listen to.
Lyrics are good.
All about do not try that in a small town.
Saying that, and again, the lyrics are pretty clear that do not try the rioting, eluding the murder, and that we saw it during Floyd Apalooza in a small town.
And the response to Jason Aldean's song has been widespread cancellation, accusing him of saying that he wants to lynch people.
I mean, this is unbelievably outrageous.
By the way, these are the same people that had video after video showing shooting Donald Trump.
Remember the Snoop Dogg video of shooting Donald Trump?
Or what's her face?
That crazed neurotic post-menopausal freak, the redhead.
What's her name?
Kathy Griffin.
That's right.
Kathy Griffin holding up the head of Donald Trump.
Cheryl Crowe tweeted at Jason Aldean.
I'm from a small town.
Even people in small towns are sick of violence.
There's nothing small town or American about promoting violence.
You should know better than everyone has survived, than anyone having survived a mass shooting.
This is not American or small town-like.
It's just lame.
Okay, so what was Jason Aldean saying?
play cut 73 out
here we take care of our own What he's saying is 100% true is, hey, BLM thugs, you vigilantes and criminals, you good-for-nothing vermin that burned down our country, try that in Fredericksburg, Texas.
Try that in Rapid City, South Dakota.
In fact, we know that when a bunch of BLM criminals tried to show up to Cordelaine, Idaho, it didn't work out very well.
It's a great story.
The good patriots in Court d'Alene, they all lined the streets with weapons.
And the BLM people got back on their paid-for-buses and went back to Seattle.
Just a reminder, Jason was on stage during the Vegas massacre.
It was his concert that shot up.
What he's talking about is a beautiful thing, which is in small towns, we care about decency.
Deep State Corruption Exposed00:15:13
We will defend our towns.
We're not going to allow this widespread criminality and filth and degeneracy and vagrancy to come to our home.
Maybe you want to do that in Atlanta and Philadelphia, but now CMT, which I've never heard, I actually have heard of it.
That's not true.
I don't watch it.
CMT has taken down the video because of the backlash.
Jason Aldean, we stand with you.
Brittany Aldean, we stand with you.
You guys are awesome.
You've always been good to us at Turning Point USA.
Do not back down and do not apologize to these awful people.
Hey, everybody, Charlie Kirk here.
Do you believe in our founders' vision for America?
That our republic will only survive if we are an educated and informed people who know our rights and our duties.

There's some amazing breaking news happening on the Hill.
There is this guy, Whistleblower X is what he is being called, who has a, he is not your typical right-wing whistleblower.
He's a gay Democrat, 13 years in the IRS.
Name is Joseph Ziegler.
And honestly, he's a great American patriot for speaking out.
God bless this man for actually believing in ethics and integrity.
I'm not sure what he's saying, but this guy's supposed to be the big one.
This guy's supposed to be, is it deep throat in the Nixon thing?
That's right.
This guy could be the one that tips it over the edge.
The indicator will be two things.
How will Democrats react on the Hill?
And what will Gavin Newsom do in the coming week?
That's how you know how powerful this testimony will be.
Two things you should keep an eye on.
What is Gavin Newsom doing in the next week?
What are his public appearances?
What states is he visiting?
Secondly, what are people on the Hill doing?
Okay.
And the second we have Darren Beatty.
I want to focus on, according to Mr. X, Hunter Biden did not report any of his barisma money in 2014 or pay any taxes.
Blake, keep it coming.
I'm talking to my team live here.
So there's a lot of testimony here.
Guys, if that testimony is as scintillating as I think it is, we should be prepared to cut to it if we can.
But in the meantime, let's segue to Darren Beatty, Revolver.news.
Darren, there's a lot happening right now.
Darren, I just want to kind of have you pause here.
I know this is live, so it's kind of you got to have to we'll do it live, as Bill O'Reilly would say.
Let's play cut 82.
I want to get your reaction to what's going on here.
Let's play cut 82.
Today, I sit here before you, not as a hero or a victim, but as a whistleblower compelled to disclose the truth.
That said, and coming forward, I believe I'm risking my career, my reputation, and my casework outside of the investigation we are here to discuss.
I ultimately made the decision to come forward after what I believe were multiple attempts at blowing the whistle in the Internal Revenue Service at the Internal Revenue Service.
No one should be above the law, regardless of your political affiliation.
Darren Beatty, this is a big one.
This is a guy that does not fit the mold of a traditional, let's say, whistleblower.
He's a gay Democrat in the IRS.
Darren Beattie, is this going to be more bluster and hype, or do you think we actually might be getting onto something here?
Well, my contextual analysis of all of the Biden crime coverage remains the same.
I think they are a criminal family.
They're corrupt, just like pretty much any politician in the United States.
A standard measure of corruption, maybe a little bit more.
And as I pointed out on numerous occasions, it is a markedly and kind of an embarrassingly unsophisticated type of corruption.
It's kind of cheap bribes, maybe cutting corners on taxes and so forth, because the Bidens just collectively were not IIQ enough to set up a real criminal infrastructure that's deeply integrated into our system in the way that, say, the Clintons and the Bushes have.
And so they have to just kind of pilfer where they can here and there with bribes of the cheapest and most tawdry variety that seems more compatible with what you'd see in some kind of third world country or even a low-level mob.
Even high-level mobsters have a more sophisticated operation than this.
So that's sort of my analysis of the corruption.
The analysis of what it means politically also remains the same.
I don't think this will remove Biden or harm Biden for any of the reasons that we would want it to.
It could, however, serve as a pretext for the regime to remove Biden if it so chooses for its own purposes, which is that they may not want to run Biden against Trump.
They might want to pull out the big gun, which is Gavin Newsom.
And so if Biden is not cooperative, they could use these kinds of criminal possibilities, corruption complaints, as a tool to remove Biden in order to put a more viable candidate in 2024.
So those are the two components of analysis that basically, I think, contextualize the various stories of Biden corruption, which are probably true.
But those are kind of contextually the most relevant elements.
And I think those remain unchanged.
So, Darren, I just want to recite to our audience here some breaking news with it.
Whistleblower says all four attorneys on the case recommended felonies for Hunter Biden in 17 and 2018 tax charges.
The testimony is ongoing, and it seems as if not only were there crimes committed, but there was a cover-up and then a cover-up of the cover-up and covering up the people that did the cover-up.
So, Darren Beattie, I want to ask you about the news that I think is even more infuriating than the indictments against Donald Trump, this alternate elector issue in Michigan.
This is something that I know you've been keeping your eyes on at Revolver.news.
They're going after the rank and file MAGA supporters in the heartland of the country for signing a piece of paper of which there was no victim whatsoever and there was a legal precedent.
Darren Beattie, how should we think about this?
Well, just another typical example of corruption, typical example of machinations to prevent the will of the people from prevailing.
And it's the same sort of thing that we've come to expect from experience of the past, really since the Trump phenomenon began.
So, and it's kind of nothing new there, just standard corruption, and yet another reminder that the regime will do anything in its power to prevent the energies associated with Trump's victory from expressing themselves again forcefully and successfully and as successfully as they had in 2016.
That's why we're seeing yet another charge against Trump.
It's clear they're going all out.
They're going to do whatever they can to take Trump off the table.
And frankly, that's the only chance.
That's what opponents even call it that, the primary opponents.
They're so far, you know, behind in the polls, you can barely call them opponents.
At this stage, everyone's just sitting around and waiting to see if the regime can actually be successful in taking Trump out and taking him off the table by hook or by crook.
And it looks like it's going to be both hook and crook, and maybe a little bit, you know, and then some.
They're pulling out all the stops.
And I think that's very clear here.
Yet a diamond coming.
We're having some connection issues, I think, with Darren, but exclusive Hunter Biden IRS whistleblower Joseph Ziegler, American patriot, tells CBS Catherine Harridge that anytime IRS investigators potentially wanted to ask questions related to Biden, they were told, quote, that's going to take too much approvals.
We can't ask those questions.
And so this is ongoing.
There's a call from him for a special prosecutor.
He said, it appeared to me that the U.S. attorney in Delaware, Weiss, was constantly hamstrung and marginalized by DOJ officials.
So, Darren, this is what's fascinating to me about this whistleblower situation: is that a majority of the stonewalling and the majority of the favoritism occurred while Donald Trump was president, totally subverting anything that Trump would want.
The deep state is real.
The deep state exists.
The deep state continues.
Darren Beatty, your reaction.
Absolutely.
Trump has, and the American people have been at war with the permanent, entrenched, deep national security state.
I mean, it just goes to show so many machinations that have come to light, including a lot of the censorship stuff that was revealed in the Twitter files, was happening under Trump because the bureaucracy hostiled Trump while he nominally controlled it.
So you have a situation of the deep state doing everything it can to remove Trump, whether or not Trump is nominally in charge.
That's why they call it the deep state.
They'll do whatever they can to maintain their grip on power.
And you see that again in across the globe for popular leaders that challenge the entrenched and corrupt authorities in their respective countries.
You saw it in Brazil, where now they did an extreme version of what they're trying to do to Trump.
Say, basically, Bolsonaro can't run.
There's a situation in Pakistan right now that is critical for anyone who wants to understand what it means for a deep state to go after a leader.
The populist leader who has a lot of interesting parallels with Trump, Imran Khan, the deep state got rid of him, they took him out.
He's trying to run just like Trump is trying to run.
They've slapped him with over 100 indictments.
He survived two assassination attempts, and now they're trying to prevent him from running entirely.
You see the same playbook happening over and over whenever a genuinely populist leader, popular leader, emerges who challenges the corrupt and entrenched structures of power in his country.
And that's exactly what Trump is doing.
And Trump is putting it all on the line, just like a great leader has to do.
You have to put it all on the line, and it looks like the deep state is as well.
It's the highest stakes election for an individual and for a country that I've ever lived through, and I think the country has lived through.
If Donald Trump is not president and/or a Republican is not president, it is more than likely he will serve 400 years in federal prison.
His crime, winning an election, he was not supposed to win.
Darren Beattie, God bless.
See you soon, Revolver.news.
Check it out.
Thank you.
Okay.
Joseph Ziegler, courageous man, not a Republican, saying that Hunter Biden filed tax returns that showed that for prostitutes and for sex clubs, let's play, I think it's cut 84 just to get ourselves warmed up here.
Play cut 84.
I will also note that while the impression has been conveyed by the U.S. Attorney in Delaware that he has similar powers to that of a special counsel in this case, free reign to do as needed, that was not the case.
It appeared to me based on what I experienced that the U.S. Attorney in Delaware in our investigation was constantly hamstrung, limited, and marginalized by DOJ officials as well as other U.S. attorneys.
I still think that a special counsel is necessary for this investigation.
He continues by saying, We have this clip: people are saying I must be more credible because I'm a Democrat who happens to be married to a man.
I'm no more credible than this man sitting next to me due to my sexual orientation or political beliefs.
The truth is, my credibility comes today from my job experience with the IRS and my intimate knowledge of the agency's standards and procedures.
It is becoming more and more clear that there have been top-down orders to protect the Biden crime syndicate.
Play cut 85.
Thus, as I read the public documents as the Department of Justice action against Hunter Biden, there is nothing that indicates Hunter Biden will be required to amend his false tax return for 2018.
A false tax return that includes proper deductions, improper deductions for prostitutes, sex clubs, and his adult children's tuition.
Again, perhaps when the plea agreement is released, it may provide us with a greater understanding.
This doesn't even get to the heart of the matter.
This doesn't even get to the heart of what's really going on here.
Selling out the country for cash.
Forget the tax stuff.
You sold out America for cash.
By the way, who was his CPA that was approving all of this?
Makes you wonder.
It's pretty awfully nakedly corrupt stuff going on there.
Will this result in Joe Biden's not running for reelection?
Let's play Cut 86.
I've recently discovered that people are saying that I must be more credible because I'm a Democrat who happens to be married to a man.
I'm no more credible than this man sitting next to me due to my sexual orientation or my political beliefs.
The truth is, my credibility comes today from my job experience with the IRS and my intimate knowledge of the agency's standard and procedures.
This is now a pattern of whistleblower after whistleblower after whistleblower.
Contrast that with the whistleblowers they paraded on Donald Trump.
Vinman, oh, he made a phone call to Zelensky that we don't like about Biden's crime.
Impeach him.
You have whistleblowers saying that there was a cover-up operation of the highest levels.
Whistleblower Cover-Up Pattern00:01:32
The cover-up is the crime here, but they did the cover-up because the crime was something they were very afraid of.
There's just so much BS here.
He says that he wasn't paying his taxes because he was hooked on drugs, but he also wasn't paying his taxes all the way back in 2014, was just leaving huge sources of income totally unreported.
But the feds don't care.
The level of cover-up to protect Hunter is insane.
So, the contrast: you have 16 MAGA senior citizens, not all of them senior citizens, that have been indicted for signing a piece of paper.
You have Donald Trump facing multiple federal indictments.
You get Steve Bannon going to jail.
James O'Keefe's home is raided.
Meanwhile, Hunter Biden is able to not pay taxes, deduct prostitutes, deduct child's tuition expenses.
If you did that, you would be in jail.
Hunter Biden does that.
He gets a favorable plea agreement, and his father is president of the United States.
I have a feeling this is just the very beginning of what we're going to learn about this disgusting family.
These people are not good.
They are evil and rotten to the core, and they're destroying the country.
