I want to talk about Mr. Weiner's bills that some of which have become law, some of which are becoming law in California, Scott Weiner, that we need to draw attention to.
There's several.
It's hard to even keep track of it.
Can we get a picture of Weiner up on screen for just so we could ruin everybody's lunch?

Laura, what's going on in California?
Well, thanks for having me on.
First of all, I want to make sure we're referring to the same Scott Weiner.
Is this Wei Sang Gao, the bold, majestic, charitable, and tall Scott Weiner, as he was listed on the ballot in 2016?
Oh, is that his private profile or is that the ballot?
That was the actual ballot.
Apparently, in San Francisco, there is a regulation that you have to have a Chinese name for any elected official that's running.
And so he chose Wei Sang Gao, which means majestic, charitable, bold, and tall.
I think we could probably all agree that he might be tall, but certainly questionable about bold, majestic, and charitable.
Sorry, I gotta, there's a San Francisco law that says you have to adopt a Chinese name to get on the ballot.
What is Nancy Pelosi's name?
Like old craven.
How do you say old craven thief in Chinese?
Mandarin, I don't know.
No, I mean, is this serious?
No, this is actually a San Francisco law that you have to.
But when we saw this, I said, this guy really has a healthy sense of self-worth.
And to your point, we're talking about someone that has is in the lead for authoring probably more bills than any state senator with his tenure and is probably going to be credited with changing the entire landscape of California with the support, of course, of Gavin Gavin Newsom.
And, you know, he's responsible for offering bills like SB 107, which, as we now know, has changed the state of California, where we are a transgender sanctuary state, to AB 2098, which we have a temporary injunction on, which says basically it erodes the First Amendment and informed consent.
I mean, I feel like we would have to go on and on and on, but there's about 65 bills that he has either authored or co-authored that are tearing down parental rights, medical freedom, harming children, and everything from starting in 2017, co-authoring a bill that said that knowingly exposing someone to HIV should no longer be a felony.
I think it's SB 145, which says that judges will have the ability to have flexibility when sentencing gay men for having sex with a minor.
You know, the reality is that if you look at how he's engaging in authoring these bills, he wants 12-year-olds to consent for their own medical procedures.
He wants to legalize sex with minors.
He wants to legalize psychedelics.
I mean, this is a pathway to lowering the overall age of consent for everything.
So many, there's a lot of aspects here.
And I know you want to have this.
Which one of those is the transgender kidnapping bill?
Because that, was he the co-sponsor of that?
He was.
Yes.
SB 107.
Can you just explain that one a little bit deeper?
Sure.
So what that means essentially, and people are horrified.
This is, first of all, this bill goes against the state of California Constitution and the federal constitution, but it says that any child, any minor that is seeking quote unquote gender affirming care can be taken across state lines by anyone, whether it's a neighbor, a babysitter, a friend, a parent, and brought into the state of California.
And they can receive gender affirming care without their parents' knowledge or consent.
And in the process, if the parents start to oppose that, they will actually lose custody.
And then of course, there's AB 665, which again is a joint bill, which says that children as young as 12 can receive mental health treatment and counseling without their parent knowledge or consent in a school setting.
So what they're trying to do is make schools healthcare environments so that your child can go to school and they can say, hey, little Johnny, how do you feel about your gender today?
And if little Johnny says, you know, I don't know, I like playing with Barbies, then next thing you know, you start this process of saying, well, little Johnny is clearly not getting the affirming care from home.
So under AB 665, we need to remove him from the home environment.
We need to put him in a group shelter.
And we're not going to notify the parents and we're not going to obtain their consent.
This is all under Scott Weiner's guidance.
So I want to play a piece of tape here.
I think you're diagnosing this correctly.
This all moves in a direction that the LGBT mafia, some, not all, but the mafia has been calling for years, which is sex with children, rape.
Let's stop calling it sex with children, which is rape.
This guy is a leading gay mafia leader, Peter Tochel, Australian-born British human rights campaigner, human rights campaigner.
It's a longer clip, and he talks that there's nothing wrong with having sex with a nine-year-old as long as the nine-year-old consents.
He means this with total seriousness, as if a nine-year-old can consent.
He says they love giving themselves away.
In fact, they think it's this beautiful thing.
This is a leading person in the Rainbow Jihadi community, PlayCut 38.
He told me when he was about 50 that he had had sex with a young man when he was nine years old.
He said it was his choice.
He said he wasn't pressured or manipulated.
He said he had no regrets about that sexual experience.
So my view is that's what he's saying.
It's his personal view as an adult, mature man looking back on his childhood.
If he says that, who am I or you to dispute it?
If an adult person looks back on an early sexual experience and says they consented to it, they were not pressured, they were not harmed, they have no regrets or complaint, I think we should do the honest thing and accept their viewpoint.
This is post-modernity at its finest, where he said, oh, yeah, just accept it as if child rape can be consented to.
Obviously, this nine-year-old was preyed upon.
Obviously, he was taken advantage of.
And this is the way we're going.
We are going to be going towards the abolition of consent laws, which Scott Weiner is getting closer and closer and closer to that line.
He is.
I mean, look, we're starting to display porn in schools.
Now they're talking about the fact that like you and I, based on those standards, are engaging in hate speech right now because we're referring to them as rapists and pedophiles when they want us to have this desensitized.
This is part of the plan.
And they want to refer to it as a minor attracted person, which is outrageous.
To your point, let's call it what it is.
These people are sick.
They are rapists.
They are pedophiles.
They are predators.
And people like Scott Weiner are paving the way.
They're fast tracking the way to harm children in the state of California based on all of these bills.
There's one after the other, and you've done a really good job of summarizing it.
But what he seems to be really the ringleader here.
There's other people that support it, but he just relentlessly introduces the most radical bills imaginable.
And so who are his constituents?
Does he represent a lot of gay people?
He does.
His district is San Francisco.
So he does.
He represents a lot of the LGBTQ community.
What I found to be unbelievable, you know, he's quoted on Twitter as saying, essentially, and I'm paraphrasing, you know, let's not rush to judgment here on how we respond to monkeypox.
If you guys remember, he was known for being out and engaging in these gay pride parades.
And it was more than that.
There was a lot of sexual behavior that these individuals were engaging in.
At the same time, we're in the middle of COVID.
And then, of course, they usher in their attempt to further panic us with monkeypox, which we know is an absolute scam.
But he's quoted as saying closing bathhouses in the 1980s, excuse me, didn't reduce HIV.
It was an epidemic blunder and pushed people into the shadows.
Let's not make the same knee-jerk mistake with monkeypox, all while being one of the strongest voices for masking up, vaccinating children, locking businesses down.
In fact, he's on video in several news interviews saying that children between the ages of 12 and 17 in the state of California, there's over a million of them that are not vaccinated for COVID.
And as a result, he authored SB 866 as a piece of legislation to circumvent parents to make sure that children were vaccinated without parent knowledge or consent.

And it's the parental consent that bothers them the most.
By the way, we call it the trans kidnapping bill for a reason, just so everybody understands.
It basically orders courts to ignore rulings in other states that are based on laws barring child mutilation.
We call it kidnapping because a parent could flee those states who loses a custody battle, come to California and say they need transgender care and use that to override custody decisions of other states.
It's crazy.
So right now you cannot take your child under 18 or your child, I should say under 18, cannot go get their ears pierced in the state of California without parent knowledge and consent, without the parent having to show their ID and sign authorization.
But yet your child, they want your child to be able to go out and engage in sexually promiscuous behavior that they're being groomed to engage in, in addition to that, making potentially life-altering decisions about their medical decision-making.

Okay, so let's continue on this, though.
Is there any hope that these bills don't pass through the legislature?
I think people in California now, parents in particular, are starting to become aware of just how dangerous this is.
And there's been a lot of people that have been on the sidelines.
And I think we're starting to see parents getting more and more galvanized.
You look at communities like Temecula, California, for example.
I know there's an absolute war between the state of California and that school board because the school board is banning LGBTQ curriculum and other forms of destructive curriculum.
And as a result, the attorney general for the state of California is going after that school board.
But what it does is it represents just how galvanized these parents are getting.
So to answer your question, I think it's a lot of this still goes fairly uncontested in part because I think people are somewhat disconnected to the legislative process.
Oftentimes we'll talk to people and say, hey, are you aware that there are bills, for example, that want these legislators want 12-year-olds to make their own medical decisions.
And parents get upset and they say, okay, well, how do I vote on that?
And we have to explain to them that, look, you already voted.
You voted in these elected officials and they're making these decisions or they're sitting on the sidelines and not opposing whoever authored these bills.
So some of it's, I think, still going fairly uncontested.
Do start, I'm starting to see some of the tide changing where people are waking up and getting more involved.
But it's really, I think, because of people like Scott Weiner that people are getting woken up and involved.
You know, he put out on Twitter a statement that said, hey, this guy just gave me a great bill idea offering drag queen 101 as part of the K through 12 curriculum.
Attending Drag Queen Storytime will satisfy the requirement.
And that statement, people would go, wow, maybe two years ago was that that's clearly a joke, right?
But I think we now know that he couldn't be more serious.
Scott Weiner would absolutely author a bill saying that in order to graduate in K through 12 in California, that you have to attend drag queen shows and drag queen story time.
And the other thing that's really nefarious that he's doing is he's not only talking about public schools, he's talking about private as well as charter schools.
Yeah, it's just Republicans refuse to do this in red states.
I mean, it's just, it's incredible.
The Democrats are enthusiastic about using political power in every possible, every imaginable way.
And I mean, look, this is this, they're going, this is the outright campaign of grooming children.
Let me just ask one question specifically to California.
What do you, do you have plans to leave?
I know you're probably tired of answering this question.
And if no, why?
This is a question that's constantly debated in my home.
I think if I said I'd leave tomorrow, my husband would be ecstatic.
Look, I was born in California.
I really do think the state is beautiful.
That being said, it's, I will probably stay in California and stand our ground.
The reason for that is California, you know, these elected officials, Scott Weiner in particular, has stated that these bills are so successful that he is working with 19 other states to author similar legislation, which means we absolutely have to change what's happening here in California, or you will not have refuge in any other state.
I mean, we're starting to see legislation, both good and bad.
You know, you're starting to see some states.
I know Tennessee just enacted some pretty good legislation.
States like Indiana, you're starting to see them put bills in place and legislative action in place where they're supporting parents' rights and medical freedom.
One of our board members, Curtis Hill, is actually running for governor in the state of Indiana, and we're extremely excited about that because we know that he will make sure that parents' rights are protected and medical freedom is protected.
But to answer your question, I don't think that we can all flee the state of California and expect that the rest of the United States is going to remain untouched.

We're seeing it in the school system everywhere from Des Moines, Iowa to places in Vermont and New Hampshire and places in the South and states that you would traditionally not.

Joining us now is the great Lauren Boebert from Colorado to discuss Biden corruption and the latest updates, the Biden family cover-up involving this tricky little character, David Weiss.
Congresswoman, thank you for taking the time.
What is the latest?
What do we know?
Well, here's the reality, Charlie.
David Weiss and Attorney General Merrick Garland gave Hunter Biden a sweetheart deal.
We all know that.
No other American would receive a deal like this.
Weiss and Garland took special actions to protect Hunter from possible charges for money laundering, bribery, human trafficking, and even a firearm offense.
Hunter Biden has repeatedly committed felony charges, yet thanks to the corruption of the Justice Department, Hunter gets probation and Charlie avoids jail time.
Now, as a member of the House Oversight and Accountability Committee, I will do everything in my power to ensure that Hunter Biden, David Weiss, Merritt Garland, and all parties involved in this cover-up will be held accountable.
But these three-letter agencies under Joe Biden's leadership are doing everything in their power to suppress the truth and silence any whistleblowers that go against their agenda.
Biden's bureaucrats have weaponized his agencies against conservatives and the American people.
And Shapley and now Weiss have confirmed an off-the-record meeting on October 7th.
In this exact meeting, Weiss claimed he did not have the authority to bring charges against Hunter Biden, which is completely false.
The evidence now also shows that Weiss had access to the FD 1023s, you know, those unclassified documents that are not released to the American people still to this day.
And I'm still calling to hold Christopher Wray accountable for that and possibly in contempt if he does not release those FD 1023s.
But those also showed Biden's $5 million bribe.
So you can't sell out the country and allow the prosecutor in charge not to investigate and not to present criminal charges.
And of course, Weiss's story just continues to change to fit Biden's lawyer's false narrative and help with this cover-up.
And the cover-up seems to be intentional, interagency.
And the adage in D.C. is typically the cover-up is worse than the crime.
I don't think that's true in this case.
I think the crime is worse than the cover-up.
The cover-up is easier to prove, though, in this sense.
And so Merrick Garland has put a lot of his career on the line and reputation and risk on the line.
What is the plan from an oversight perspective to either hold him in contempt, to impeach him?
What can we expect from the House Republican Conference to start putting points on the board here against this crime syndicate?
Well, so Chairman Mark Green already has, excuse me, sorry, I was thinking about Mayerkus for just a second.
There's so many people we want to impeach.
We know that Merrick Garland needs to be impeached.
And I want that to start in the oversight committee.
If we need to give jurisdiction to start actually looking into this, just like I did with the impeachment for Joe Biden, giving the Homeland Security Committee jurisdiction for an impeachment inquiry, or the Judiciary Committee needs to take this up.
We all know that Merrick Garland and senior corrupt officials within the Biden administration were calling the shots here.
Weiss and Garland figuratively handcuffed all of the investigators and wouldn't actually let them investigate any of the leads that they were given.
And Garland was also the one that directed the FBI raid in a President Trump's home.
So there are many things here that we can look into Merrick Garland and go after him.
Certainly contempt of Congress if he does not show up and testify before our committees and provide that information as you're seeking oversight.
But there shouldn't be two different standards of justice in this country.
The whistleblowers were cross-examined for 14 hours by both Republicans and Democrats in Congress.
And you know who hasn't been cross-examined?
Freaking Weiss.
I would like to cross-examine Merrick Garland as well.
And if it does come down to impeachment, we have the majority in the House.
Hopefully we can get the conference together and lay out the case enough to justify impeaching Attorney General Merrick Garland.

So, what is Christopher Wray's role here, if any?
What do we know in that regard?
Well, with Director Ray, you know, I mean, it's just a sad moment for the country when the FBI has gone from being this respected part of our law enforcement to becoming another tool for the Democrats during politics.
And the sickening part of this is how proud they be of it.
Remember when James Comey said that the FBI and the DOJ will do everything to bring down Trump?
Well, clearly, that's the agenda.
They will bring him down, but they will also do anything they can to cover up the Biden crime family.
And what the FBI, what have they done to investigate the attacks on so many Americans?
They are sitting idly on their hands and not doing the work that they're actually supposed to in these positions and to cover up everything that's going on with Biden.
That's just another reason that we need to bring him before the oversight committee.
Christopher Wray will be going before the Judiciary Committee this week and will answer to members of Congress there for the weaponization of DOJ.
And hopefully we can get some accountability out of that.
But I have a feeling he's going to have a lot of, well, this is under investigation, so I'm not allowed to speak to that.
So we have got to get aggressive as House members and use every tool available, whether that's the Holman rule and targeting salaries, holding him in contempt, impeachment, whatever the case may be.
We have to bring justice back to Washington.
If there ever wasn't.
Fencing off the money would be a good start.
I mean, Christopher Wray, in one of the most defiant acts, brazen acts that we've seen ever last summer ended a Senate hearing early to go board his FBI-funded, taxpayer-funded FBI private jet to go to his vacation in the Adirondacks.
That was Christopher Wray, taxpayer-funded Gulf Stream to the Adirondacks.
And he just told the Senate, I'm done asking questions.
So absolutely shameful.
Charlie, this just proves that these bureaucrats have too much power.
They are funded by the American people.
They are created by Congress.
We have oversight into exactly what they are doing with the American tax dollars.
And when they refuse to answer questions, then that's when you know that they have grown too big.
They have too much power.
And we have got to start reining that in.
You know, on Wednesday, when Christopher Wray comes before the Judiciary Committee, I think they need to ask questions like: Are the agents who worked on the Russia investigation still at the FBI?
Who's been fired?
Anybody?
Has anyone been let go for this?
Durham found that the FBI officials went against protocol to go after President Trump before the 2016 election.
And for a party so caught up in equality, the Democrats clearly don't care about equal justice.
So there are still more questions that need to be asked.
But also, they're working for a man who has spent 40% of his time in the White House on vacation.
And when he's actually at the White House, he's just wandering around the basement, wondering what flavor ice cream he's.
Last question here, Lauren, I know you've been leading on this.
Likelihood we get impeachment proceedings to the Senate before Christmas.
To the Senate before Christmas is a tough one.
I still need everyone to continue to put pressure on their members of Congress to make sure that this inquiry actually comes up in the Homeland Security Committee.
I have been promised that it will.
There is an impeachment proceedings kind of leading up to impeaching Secretary Mayorkis.
But the Biden impeachment articles need to be wrapped up in that rather than waiting until that is complete.
So we still have to put pressure on the members in this committee and on leadership here to ensure that that happens.
Because Charlie, if we're going to get jerked around and this inquiry doesn't take place, I want due process.
I want this to play out in committees.
That's how I wanted it from the beginning, but it wasn't happening.
So I forced the vote on the House floor and was promised that this would actually take place.
If it does not, I will once again call up articles of impeachment and force a straight up and down vote, yes or no.
Do we impeach Joe Biden?
If Congress isn't going to actually do the work, we are still going to put on notice to the American people where they're representing.
This guy's a traitor to the country.
He's a scumbag.
He's an evil person.
Put a clean impeachment resolution and get everybody on record.
We need impeachment proceedings by the 1st of January.
