These are the times that try men's souls.
But what comes after that?

But he stands by it now, deserves the love and thanks of man and woman.

In the document American Crisis by the author of Common Sense Thomas Paine, but let's focus on that second sentence.
The summer soldier and the sunshine patriot will shrink from service of their country.
That is most of the Republican Party.
Most of the Republican Party does not have the stomach.
They don't have the gut.
They do not have the fortitude.
They do not have the backbone, the spine for what we're about to go through right now and what we are living through.
They are living in willful ignorance.
They are hypnotized by their own talking points.
We kind of call it happy talk here.
As we've said before, the country we grew up in, that country no longer exists.
The Vichy French, the people that are actively collaborating with the regime, which is part of the Republican Party, they want nothing to do with what we're about to talk about this hour.
Breaking yesterday, it's almost certain that Donald Trump is going to be indicted by the federal government, the Department of Justice, for violations of the Espionage Act for presidential records keeping.
Yeah, we'll talk about how silly this is, how baseless this is, how, of course, other people, other former presidents, former Secretary of State, violated these laws and these precautions in far greater detail.
But that's not really what's going on here.
We know that.
You show me the man, I'll show you the crime.

This is bigger than even Trump.
Let's just remember what we are seeing in just the last 60 days.
Breaking news yesterday shows that Fox News is holding the line and they want Tucker Carlson to be benched through 2025.
They sent him a cease and desist for the Twitter video.
They want Tucker completely on the sidelines.
Can't put Tucker Carlson in prison, but you can muzzle him where he is not allowed to sing anything for a breach of contract.
Steve Bannon is likely to go to prison in the next couple weeks.
Those are his words, not my words, for four months.
Got to bench him and the whole war room posse.
Dan Bongino out at Fox at his top-rated show and his program as a weekend show.
James O'Keefe out at Project Veritas and is now being sued by Project Veritas.
Donald Trump is going to be indicted again.
Now, Department of Justice fighting charges in New York.
Georgia's going to come as well.
You can add to the list, of course, the targeting of Rudy Giuliani, targeting of Roger Stone, Catholics being spied on by the FBI, moms and dads being called domestic terrorists, Matt Taibbi being targeted by the Internal Revenue Service, meme makers going to prison, Douglas Mackey, the Soviet-style persecution of January 6ers.
Ken Paxton is being impeached.
You see what's really going on here?
The intel agencies being the central nervous system of the regime.
This is an all-out Blitzkrieg.
This is no longer a game.
This is no longer a policy debate.
This is not about corporate tax policy.
And this is not about, well, you know, I think that these regulations is what we know.
Now, this is about a question of: is this Constitution still valid?
Is the American project going to continue?
These are existential questions.
The Republican Party is filled with, as Thomas Paine would say, summer soldiers and sunshine patriots who shrink from the service of their country.
And I just want to give a disclaimer, and we have to caution people at our events and our broadcasts.
You might be too weak for this moment.
You probably can't handle this.
Go find something else to do.
Just get fat and happy, get drunk, smoke a bunch of weed.
We're going to go win this thing.
If you don't have the stomach or the intestinal fortitude to go through what we're living through, get out of the game.
I don't want to hear your cattle walling.
I don't want to hear your complaining.
I don't want to hear your yakking.
Oh, well, Charlie, you know, we have to be better listeners, like Sunshine Patriot Doug Bergum or Mike Pence, which is, you know, we'll play some tape here.
It's just, it makes me sick to my stomach, some of the stuff he's saying.
Oh, well, I don't think the Republican Party has changed.
They are blitz-krieging the entire American right.
And we have people running for the presidency talking us about tax policy.
You got Chris Christie going on TV calling Donald Trump a Putin puppet.
And it's not just about Trump.
You see it with Tucker and Ubannon.
And as I see Bongino and O'Keefe, you say, oh, my goodness, look at this constellation of the most powerful, most effective voices that are being picked off one by one.
But why wouldn't the regime and the deep state do this?
There is nothing holding them accountable.
There is not a Republican attorney general across the country that has indicted BLM for their flagrant criminal activity for violating charitable law.
You only have one side fighting because we are staffed with sunshine patriots, as Thomas Paine warned us about.
People that do not want to acknowledge and admit that the Rubicon has been crossed, that we are in a different state of affairs.
That fine, you could just indict a former president, but of course, you can't go after Bill Clinton for flying on Lolita Express with Jeffrey Epstein and underage girls.
No.
You can't go after Hillary Clinton for smashing cell phones and destroying documents.
You can't go after Hunter Biden for being a traitor to the United States alongside Joe Biden.
No, no, no, no.
There's only one side that can receive this kind of persecution.
But this is expected.
We should expect them to come after us this hard.
What is infuriating is the lack of response by the party that's supposed to defend us.
We're going to talk about why they hate Trump.
We're going to talk about how they actually hate your values.
They hate your behaviors.
They hate you.
And they want to just try to put him on a Soviet-style show trial like Darkness at Noon by Arthur Kessler and to make an example of him and to mock him and to try to thwart and to stunt further activism.
They want to try to demoralize you where the voices that you resonate with, like Tucker Carlson and Bannon and Bongino, where the investigative reporters who uncover this darkness are mired in lawsuits.
This is all part of a broader strategy.
Are we going to now live as citizens or serfs?
That's the question.
This is all macro playing out.
Yeah, it's about Trump.
Yes, it's about his war on neoliberalism.
This is a much bigger picture, though, and it is a binary.
Do we live as citizens or do we live as serfs?
Do you live as serfs or the sovereign?
It's that simple.

And still, I get Republicans that, you know, I had a guy come up to the other day.
They said, you know, I think Chris Christie would be a great president.
He has a lot to say.
It's time for us to unite as a country.
And I just told this guy off.
And I was just going for a walk around and I was just clearing my head.
And this guy comes up to me.
I said, with all possible due respect, you should go move out of the country, go to Barbados.
We're going to win this thing.
You are totally useless right now for what we're living through.
You're living in some sort of narnia scenario.
I mean, you have the same sort of delusion that a trans person is living under.
Same sort of thing.
If you think all of a sudden that what we need to do is unify the country around a uniparty regime that is acting like a Pullet Bureau against political dissonance.

Fox News can confirm that federal prosecutors have notified Donald Trump's legal team that the former president is a target, a target of a criminal investigation and the handling of classified material.

But then is this the Democrat for a Democrat swap?
And that was about two years ago.
How about the people that the left really counts on?
But they have a Borg type mentality.
They'll just replace it.
So who is orchestrating all of this?

The Trump story, the MAGA movement, will be defined.
The story will be written by either he gets defeated or he defeats the intel agencies.

He showed all of his cards, which is: you wage war on the Intel agencies.

And that right there was the Lexington and Concord moment of a single person, Donald Trump, who had the courage to call out the Intel oligarchy that has been running our country.

When you have people running for the presidency for the opposition party, there should be a message sent that it's unacceptable to use the power of the government to go after a former president.
Never been done in American history.

We're going to get out of the Paris Climate Accord.
We're going to scale down the war in Afghanistan.
I'm going to actually do a deal with Putin.
We're going to make ourselves energy independent.
We're going to move that embassy to Jerusalem, even though every chattering intel classes can't do that, can't do that, can't do that.
We're going to build a wall.
So yes, Chris Christie, it is self-inflicted.
Because if Donald Trump would have became president and said, I solemnly swear, and he would have been a Bush uniparty neoliberal puppet, and he would have just calmed it all down and would have done a little thing here or there and would have run to the middle and would have been a Willard Mitt Romney private equity.
Let's just ship our jobs to China and I'm going to manage the decline of America.
Donald Trump would not be indicted by the DOJ.
If Donald Trump would have done a deal with the devil, if Donald Trump would have become more like Paul Ryan with an overly aggressive Twitter feed, none of this would be happening.
So in that case, Chris Christie is right.
It is self-inflicted because he cared about you.
Because Donald Trump, when he became president, cared about the American people.
He cared about the plumber and the electrician and the welder, the member of the muscular class that was being crushed by the Leviathan.
For a man that gets accused by everybody by being, oh, he's egotistical and narcissistic and all of this.
If that's really the case, why didn't he become a weak-kneed vanilla moderate and betray all of his campaign promises to preserve himself when he was president?
That's what George W. Bush did.
That's what basically every other Republican has done when they get elected office.
They do what the intel agencies tell them to do.
Donald Trump waged all out war on the untouchable, the actual sovereign of our government, which is the FBI, the CIA, the Department of Justice, all of these unchecked, unelected fourth branch of government, deep state, treacherous actors.
And now they're going to seek retribution against him and anybody that is remotely associated with him.
They have a globalist plan to keep the borders wide open, to keep the shadow government in place, to keep Zelensky's flow of money coming, to keep big tech untouched.
And Trump is a vessel to a broader worldview that he has put on his shoulders that they have to try to crush.
And that worldview is about American strength, about priorities, about nationalism, about families, about parents, about traditional, proven, ordinary values.
And you can see here, running for the presidency, his former vice president, Mike Pence, he's telling you: look, I know we've heard that the party has changed, but we're going to test that theory, Mike Pence says.
Talking about how we're the arsenal of democracy.
No, we're the arsenal of gayness.
That's what we're exporting.
We're not exporting citizen-led government.
We're exporting our trans values with gay pride flags on our embassies.
Something that I actually think Mike Pence used to fight against.
You think that the CIA, and this is not some exaggeration, the Central Intelligence Agency has just put out a tweet that says CIA's 2023 theme for Pride Month, and they have a whole picture of the entrance to Langley, Virginia, in a rainbow coloration.
While Mike Pence should be getting fired up and looking into the camera and saying, you don't do this to a former president, he's swimming and swan and doing the kind of Indiana Hoosier thing.
I don't know if the party has changed.
Oh, the party's changed, pal.
Big time.
It has changed fundamentally.
It's also changed for the better.
This is a party that is not going to get railroaded by these Marxist degenerates.
This is a party that's grassroots, that understands the stakes and the games.
This is a party that could see a fraud from a mile away.
This is a party that asks questions.
This is a party that's informed.
This is a party that is awoken.
This is not a party that just sits idly by and says, Yeah, arsenal of democracy.
That Zelensky guy is Churchill.
The Republican base is smarter than that.

If I were just to look at a post, again, he's a Mike Pence is an ethical guy by everything I've heard.
He's loyally married to his wife.
He deserves credit for that.
He, all that good stuff.
Go be a pastor.
You're a sunshine patriot, man.
Go lead a revival in southern Indiana and preach the word of God.
Get out of this arena.
Talking about arsenal, democracy, the Republican Party has changed.
We are in a metaphorical knife fight for our republic right now.
These savages and cockroaches are taking everybody out one by one, and I got to be lectured about us being an arsenal of democracy.
How about this?
Let's bring some of that spirit back here domestically.
James Comey, Intel agency spokesperson, who obviously is still in harmony with current FBI Christopher Wray, who obviously has people staffed all throughout the fifth floor in the J. Edgar Hoover Building in downtown D.C. He's broadcasting the play, and you are living through the Crossfire Hurricane equivalent.
It's called Crossfire MAGA, but it's different.
They've changed their playbook.
This is not just, oh, Carter Page, Faisal Warren, Hillary Clinton, DNC.
That was too sloppy.
That was too detectable.
Now the Intel agencies are operating subterranean and preemptively.
They cannot allow 2016 to happen again.
2020 was about mass mail and balloting, Zuckerboxes.
They deployed Fauci.
He did his service to the regime.
They had Rochelle Walensky, Pfizer, AstraZeneca, non-stop propaganda of death counts.
They held Zuckerberg hostage because of an FTC complaints that he would clamp down on information.
They had Twitter doing whatever they wanted via Yole Roth and the tabletop exercise Aspen Institute.
So now you're living to the next iteration.
This one is hyper-aggressive and it's preemptive.
This is a preemptive strike.

You said that Trump poses a near-existential threat to the rule of law.
Well, think about what four years of a retribution presidency might look like.
He could order the investigation and prosecution of individuals who he sees as enemies.
I'm sure I'm on the enemies list.
And so our Constitution really does give a rogue president, which is what this would be, tremendous power to destroy.
And so that's why I'm trying to warn people.
This is a preemptive strike.
It is brazen.
It is flagrant.
It is naked.
It is unchecked.
This is the most public intel agency interference of any constitutional process in American history.
Usually they hide it and all this.

They're proud of it.
They're going for a constitutional knockout punch, a constitutional deathblow.
And they're proud of it.

You have all the trappings of a luxurious life, and yet you are less free and by all objective metrics, less happy than ever before.
Isn't that the great irony of modernity?
Yeah, you have antibiotics, praise God, and you have Advil and you have Tylenol and you have acetametophan and you have abilities to be able to live longer.
You have blood pressure medication.
But do you have courage?
Many of you do.
Some do not.

You're challenging me, and I wish we had the country I grew up in.
Yeah, you can wish all you want, but that's not reality.
You argue with reality.

Look at Governor Doug Bergham from North Dakota, who says the issue is that we're not listening well enough.
They sidelined Tucker.
They're putting Bannon in prison.
They're calling moms and dads domestic terrorists.
China was never held accountable for the Fauci virus.
But the issue is that we have to become better listeners.

In North Dakota, we listen with respect and we talk things out.
Doug Bergham, small town boy, turned self-made, world-class business leader, extraordinarily successful governor.
A listener and a doer.
A smart guy who's achieved a lot.
Yeah, first of all, in North Dakota, you're like an 80% Republican state and a 75% Christian state and a lot of other things that make it easier to govern in North Dakota.
Doug Bergham, the issue is that we don't listen enough.
Enough anger.
You know what?
I am angry, Doug Bergham.
I'm angry that the beautiful country that I grew up in is being shredded by these unelected, degenerate Marxists.
It's time for a little righteous indignation.
And I don't need your Chamber of Commerce happy talk from Fargo, North Dakota.
Oh, we just got to listen.
I love North Dakota.
They don't love you very much based on the people I've talked to.
Get out, Sunshine Patriot.
Go move to Ottawa with Canadians that are overly agreeable to tyranny.
We Americans fight.
That's what we do.
We don't need appeasement.
We don't need neutral peace settlements.
And yes, you must also, throughout all this, realize they're trying to provoke you.
You stay peaceful.
You stay constructive.
They're the violent ones.
But we are not metaphorically media matters suing for peace.
We're here to win and we will win.
We might not win immediately, but the one thing that you will not take from this show, the one thing you will not take from our turning point kids is the one thing that I keep on getting emailed to me, which is surrender.
About half of the audience emailing me today is ready to give up.
Fine, I'm 29 years old.
I want to live in this beautiful country.
We're going to keep on building.
We're going to keep on fighting.
You could take everything from us.
You can indict us and throw us all in prison and shut down our businesses and confiscate our assets.
You will not take our grit.

You could take all material possessions.
You could smear us and slander us and call us names, but you will not take our spirit.
It's not about listening better or too much anger.
You know what?
I think we need a little bit more righteous indignation.
We need a little bit more calling out of the deep state criminals.
