Here we go.
Charlie, what you've done is incredible here.
Maybe Charlie Kirk is on the college campus.
I want you to know we are lucky to have Charlie Kirk.
Charlie Kirk's running the White House, folks.
I want to thank Charlie.
He's an incredible guy.
His spirit, his love of this country, he's done an amazing job building one of the most powerful youth organizations ever created, Turning Point USA.
We will not embrace the ideas that have destroyed countries, destroyed lives, and we are going to fight for freedom on campuses across the country.
That's why we are here.
Brought to you by the Loan Experts I Trust, Andrew and Todd at Sierra Pacific Mortgage at AndrewandTodd.com.
We have known for a while that the totalitarian arsonists that are trying to take over the country, you could call them the woke, the Marxists, the American Democrat Party, they hate the Constitution.
We know that.
The Constitution is the greatest political document ever written.
This is exactly why they're doing everything they possibly can to abolish the Electoral College, to add new states, to give them the power to be able to have HR1.
They've been engaging in a 100-year project to destroy the Constitution, the promise of the Founding Fathers.
They don't like the idea of separation of powers, consent to the governed, an independent judiciary.
They don't like that.
And they especially want the third branch of government, Article 3 of the United States Constitution, the Supreme Court, to act in absolute lockstep harmony with the administrative state.
You see, Congress largely does the bidding of the administrative state.
You want a war in eastern Ukraine?
You want the borders wide open?
You want to have the military go totally trans?
You'll find enough legislators to kind of just turn a blind eye.
The executive branch is the administrative state, that fourth branch of government.
But the Supreme Court, largely thanks to President Donald Trump, by the way, President Donald Trump winning the 2016 election, giving us Amy Coney Barrett, Neil Gorsuch, and Brett Kavanaugh running the table.
Three Supreme Court justices that have largely done a great job.
I mean, there's been some decisions I don't like, but it's been a great job.
Has changed the game.
Now, all of a sudden, there is a counterbalance to this non-stop blitzkrieg on our freedoms and liberties brought to you by the unchecked fourth branch of government.
You see the Supreme Court striking down Roe versus Wade, reconsidering the Chevron decision, reconsidering the Lemon decision.
They're restoring the Constitution as the bedrock authority for the American government, and the left doesn't like that.
You see, the left, they have pathological ambitions and means, but they also have some petty and personal ones as well.
And there is an all-out campaign, an all-out assault against one of the most honorable individuals ever to serve in the United States government, ever to be in a position of authority and leadership.
Someone that our children should learn about, someone that grew up in absolute poverty and ascended to a seat on the U.S. Supreme Court.
He's been maligned and smeared and attacked in every possible direction.
And it's a man who they believe never should have been on the U.S. Supreme Court.
And by the way, he is now by far, with the death of Antonin Scalia, which happened, boy, when did that happen?
That happened seven years ago almost.
Geez, that was January, February 2016, if I remember correctly.
He is by far the most conservative member on the U.S. Supreme Court.
Him and Alito.
I mean, you read their opinions like, whoa, that's something else.
That is just unbelievable.
And you look at Clarence Thomas, he says Dobbs is just the beginning.
I mean, they want to go after other decisions.
They want to go against the Obergefeld case, which you're not even allowed to say that, the same-sex marriage case that overturned states' rights and individual initiative on a state level.
The left has hated Clarence Thomas since the moment George H.W. Bush, to his credit, nominated him to go to the U.S. Supreme Court.
Now, remember, Supreme Court hearings used to not be very contentious.
Used to be 98-nothing and 72-10, kind of boring, you know, okay, great, passer-by.
But then the Democrats decided to cross the Rubicon.
The Democrats decided to derail one of President Ronald Reagan's nominees, the great Robert Bork.
Robert Bork should have been on the U.S. Supreme Court.
He was an unbelievable writer.
He knew the Constitution through and through, but they went after him and they went after him very, very hard.
They not just condemned him, they mocked him.
They made him seem like a radical, which he wasn't.
He was a thoughtful, reasonable person.
And the term borking, a nominee, was born.
That you could derail a nomination.
And they tried to do this to Kavanaugh, by the way, and they were unsuccessful.
And basically, they were able to consolidate 58 Democrats to 42 Republicans to reject a Supreme Court nominee, the first of which in over 50 years to be rejected by the U.S. Senate.
Joe Biden was the instrumental person.
He was the chairman of the Senate Judiciary Committee and derailed Robert Bork's attempt to go on the U.S. Supreme Court.
Play Cut 119.
As a nationally known jurist and legal scholar, Robert Bork was a mainstay of conservative jurisprudence for more than half a century.
Those views fueled a titanic struggle over his 1987 nomination to the U.S. Supreme Court, a fight that became a seminal moment in altering the process for all future nominees.
Bork's Supreme Court confirmation hearings unfolded in September 1987 and heralded a historic struggle over the ideological composition of the federal courts.
The judge's responsibility is to discern how the framers' values, defined in the context of the world they knew, apply in the world we know.
Brilliant.
I mean, Ted Kennedy, who was an evil person, how many times can you say Chappaquittick was involved?
Joe Biden was involved.
This same cabal.
It's like they never go away.
Bork was unbelievably thoughtful, but they got rid of him.
And they thought, oh, wow, they saw we now have a blueprint.
We can now execute a fundamental transformation of the country by now politicizing Supreme Court hearings.
And so they tried it again.
George H.W. Bush, who came after, obviously Ronald Reagan, had a Supreme Court opening.
By the way, just really quick note: instead of Robert Bork, we got Anthony Kennedy, who was good on some decisions and just terror, just beyond awful on other decisions.
For example, Planned Parenthood v. Casey was one of the just one of the most confusing Supreme Court decisions in the history of American jurisprudence.
I mean, it was basically Anthony Kennedy and Planned Parenthood v. V. Casey being like, well, you can have your own truth and you can make up your own existence.
It was just nonsense.
So they wanted to bork Clarence Thomas in order to get another Anthony Kennedy.
Clarence Thomas, being a black man, a true conservative, they said, no, no, there is no way we're going to allow this guy.
And he was young at the time and he still has a lot of energy, a lot of vitality.
They wanted to derail him.
They wanted to use the Bork playbook to go after Clarence Thomas.
They wanted to use the Bork blueprints to try to keep the court in their image.
They went after Clarence Thomas through a series of fake and false accusations through a left-wing activist by the name of Anita Hill.
They tried everything they possibly could.
And Clarence Thomas, this is why they hate him.
He's very similar to Donald Trump in this regard and very similar to a lot of the heroes of the last couple decades, like Rush Limbaugh and Tucker Carlson.
He punched back against the media.
Clarence Thomas, by the way, the Clarence Thomas hearings is what radicalized Andrew Breitbart.
People forget that.
They forget that Andrew Breitbart was a left-wing liberal until he started listening to the Clarence Thomas hearings.
He said, this is totally unfair.
They're going after this guy in a terrible way.
And Clarence Thomas laid it down.
Clarence Thomas said, you are not going to come after me.
And he used a race card against the Democrats, Justice Thomas, saying this is a high-tech lynching, one of the most articulate, beautiful, persuasive, and powerful pieces of testimony in the history of America.
Clarence Thomas Play Cut 115.
I think something is dreadfully wrong with this country when any person, any person in this free country would be subjected to this.
Securing Emergency Food Supplies 00:03:03
This is not a closed room.
This is a circus.
It's a national disgrace.
And from my standpoint, as a black American, as far as I'm concerned, it is a high-tech lynching for uppity blacks who in any way deign to think for themselves, to do for themselves, to have different ideas.
And it is a message that unless you kowtow to an old order, this is what will happen to you.
You will be lynched, destroyed, caricatured by a committee of the U.S., U.S. Senate rather than hung from a tree.
Oh, you should have cut it, Ryan.
Oh, the best part of that C-SPAN footage.
You know the best part of that C-SPAN footage?
The degenerate Joe Biden is like this with his hands.
You got to find the screen grab.
I've seen that video probably 50 times.
And then Joe Biden's just staring at him.
That message was delivered right to Joe Biden.
But guess what?
Joe Biden's not involved in this current attack, but his allies are.
They're striking back against Clarence Thomas.
And I'm going to walk you through all of it.
They're trying to take this guy out the same way they took out James O'Keefe, the same way they took out Tucker Carlson, the same way that they've indicted Donald Trump.
They got their eyes set on Clarence Thomas.

Rule number 13 in the rules for radicals: pick the target, freeze it, personalize it, and polarize it.
Rule number eight: keep the pressure on.
Rules for Radicals is one of the many, let's just say, pieces of literature that radical left-wing activists consider to be their gospel, how they operate.
It's more of the technical side than the philosophical side, the philosophical side we've gone through, but the technical side of how they operate can be best explained through Rules for Radicals, amongst many other pieces of literature.
But I think this is really important: pick the target, freeze it, personalize it, and polarize it.
Radical Left Tactics Exposed 00:15:40
That's what they're doing right now to Clarence Thomas.
They've done that to Tucker Carlson.
They've done that to James O'Keefe.
They see the movement makers on the right.
They see the people that are willing to be effective, courageous, bold.
You notice that they don't go after John Roberts?
You notice that?
John Roberts is not a big point of controversy.
Oh, no, no, but Neil Gorsuch, yep.
But Clarence Thomas is number one.
And let's just be honest.
The reason why they hate Clarence Thomas is the same reason why they refuse to put Clarence Thomas in the Black History Museum brought to you by the Smithsonian right there in downtown D.C.
It's because they consider Clarence Thomas to be a race traitor.
That's how bigoted these people are.
They consider Clarence Thomas to be a traitor to the black race.
And it's white liberals that largely believe this because they believe they can control black people the same way that Democrats controlled black people through poll taxes and segregation, which they're doing again, and also through slavery.
They just control black people differently through government handouts and goodies and voting for the Democrat Party.
While white liberals remain rich and powerful, blacks continue to line up to vote for the American Democrat Party.
The whole thing's a scam.
Candace Owens, Brandon Tatum, are doing a great job of exposing that scam.
And Clarence Thomas should be taught in every school, don't you think?
I mean, we're all about uplifting black voices.
Why is it that we do not make the story of Clarence Thomas, the biography of Clarence Thomas, mandatory to learn as far as the AP U.S. history course?
The guy grew up in absolute abject poverty in the antebellum South.
If anyone could tell you about institutional systemic racism, it's probably the black guy on the U.S. Supreme Court.
I'd like to hear what he has to say.
He rejects it.
He hates race politics.
He hates tribalism.
He talks about it.
He hates sectarianism.
And by the way, they've gone after the Supreme Court in many ways.
Remember last summer, the assassination attempt against Brett Kavanaugh, the repeated threats on hand to relocate Supreme Court justices.
They're doing everything they possibly can to shake the fiber of the third branch of government because the Supreme Court is the only part of government they do not have complete control of.
That's right.
The only part of government, the only part of the federal government, they control the CIA, the FBI, Department of Justice, the EPA, the Department of Interior, Department of Labor, Department of Education.
They control the Marines.
They control the Senate.
They technically don't control the House, but they control parts of the House of Representatives.
But they control, because it's 50-50, the legislative branch.
They control everything, that third branch of government, which has the power to say, nope, unconstitutional, reverse this, it drives them nuts.
And a lot of them blame Clarence Thomas for this.
This is the inside baseball thing that you're not going to hear on your nightly news because the Supreme Court's a very deliberative body, way more than the Senate.
So the way the Supreme Court works is it's very clubby.
And by the way, it should work this way.
This is one of the things that the founders actually still have in place, unlike the mess that is the legislative branch.
But the reason that the Supreme Court works is that they hear a case, right?
They'll hear a case.
It could be, you know, the Chevron case.
It could be the Lemon case.
It could be Roe versus Wade.
And then they have a big table.
No clerks allowed.
And it's just nine people.
And they talk.
And they have coffee and then they talk.
And they debate.
One of the reasons they hate Clarence Thomas is that he's unbelievably charming because he's a great person.
Let me say that again.
He's a good person.
And they're attacking him for being a generous, good person, for basically helping out his nephew to go to college through a friend of his in Dallas.
Clarence Thomas is a good person.
And guess what?
So he's in this private room, nine people, and maybe he's able to win over John Roberts a little bit more.
Maybe he's able to de-radicalize Sodomayor and Kagan.
Maybe not that effective.
Their votes have been terrible.
But they hate Clarence Thomas because this is what's important.
He took the philosophical tradition from Scalia and continued it and carries it forward.
You see, Clarence Thomas has not done the John Roberts thing where he gets flimsy and goes to the middle.
Clarence Thomas is actually holding down the conservative opinion.
They look to him as a thought leader, and they should.
The guy is objectively brilliant.
So Amy Coney Barrett and Brett Kavanaugh and Neil Gorsuch come on.
He's almost like the godfather of the originalist viewpoint.
The guy's so well read.
He's so deep.
This is one of the reasons why the left hates him is because he impacts those dialogues and those discussions in those private nine-person, and they can't control that.
The administrative state is not able to impact that.

Okay, let's get actually down to the substance of it, right?
So their accusations, the big one that they are throwing at Clarence Thomas, is all about payments.
Okay, so ProPublica has a hit piece against Clarence Thomas.
It's all about tuition payments.
This whole thing is super bizarre.
So Clarence Thomas, being a good Christian, a very devout Catholic, by the way, fostered his grandnephew, Mark, taking custody of him and essentially raising him from the age of 10.
As part of that, he sent them to Hidden Lake Academy, a boarding school in Georgia.
Dallas-based Republican donor and a good man, Harlan Crowe, paid for two years of tuition at that school.
And once again, the complaint is that Thomas did not report this as a gift.
That's just nonsense.
It's well known that Harlan Crowe and Clarence Thomas are very good friends.
Harlan Crowe, for anyone that knows this, he's an incredible collector.
He loves American history and he has a friendship with Clarence Thomas.
Are you not allowed to have friends if you're on the Supreme Court?
The only statement Thomas has made is that he and his wife are very close friends with the Crows.
That's well known.
And then his understanding was that he wasn't required to report any of these things.
And on both points, he's correct.
There's no evidence of any bribery or corruption.
But they're coming after him hard.
They want criminal investigations.
They want indictments.
They want the whole thing.
Mika Brzezinski on payments to Clarence Thomas's wife, because then it somehow involves something around Ginny Thomas.
They're going after the entire family, everybody.
Play cut 116.
We're going to talk now about the new reporting on payments to the wife of Supreme Court Justice Clarence Thomas.
Citing documents, it reviewed the Washington Post reports that conservative judicial activist Leonard Leo paid Ginny Thomas tens of thousands of dollars for consulting work, but gave specific instructions that her name be left off the paperwork.
The same year, the nonprofit, the Judicial Education Project, filed a brief to the Supreme Court challenging a landmark civil rights law aimed at protecting minority voters.
That's the real key, isn't it?
They don't like how he votes.
They don't like his decisions.
They don't like his opinions.
You see, one of the reasons they hate Clarence Thomas so much is they thought over a period of time with all of these nonsense attacks, he would moderate his positions.
They thought that Clarence Thomas would become like John Roberts, kind of vanilla, squishy in the middle.
They're coming after him because he's effective and he's persuasive.
And his clerks are actually going on to make a massive impact.
They view him as somebody who never should have been there in the first place.
I think we underestimate the power of scoring political animosity.
Joe Biden was defeated in the confirmation of Clarence Thomas.
And Joe Biden and his allies, they don't forget, they look at the judicial branch as striking down his vaccine mandate, striking down ruling by fiat, and they want to find somebody to blame.
The New York Times has come out regarding these accusations, saying enforcement actions for any failure to comply with the disclosure law have another constraint.
There's generally a four-year statute of limitations for civil actions under federal law.
The tuition payments fall outside that window.
In his statement, Mr. Palloetta indicated that Mr. Crowe has paid for Mr. Mark Martin's tuition at the Randolph Macon Academy in Virginia in the 2006-2007 academic year.
Oh, wait, so let me get this straight.
The accusation is that Clarence Thomas had a friend be generous towards a person in need that was not his son.
That's the accusation.
You're too generous, Clarence Thomas.
Your friends are too generous.
Meanwhile, while we're on the topic, someone who was never held accountable for not recusing themselves, Justice Elena Kagan.
Remember when she had to rule on the Obamacare decision?
When there were some very suspicious connections between her and her husband regarding companies that had business in front of the court?
And that's the other thing: Harlan Court never had any business in front of the court.
Not to mention, did you know that Sonia Sotomayor took $3 million from a book publisher and did not recuse it from its cases?
And they did have business in front of the court.
So the clear thing is this: Thomas never broke a law, and this could have been targeted earlier.
Why is it coming out now?
Ideological motivations.
The left obviously had a strategy meeting earlier this year, and they said we got to start taking people off.
And they've tried and they try.
They were successful in Tucker.
Tucker's been temporarily muzzled.
They've indicted Donald Trump and they're probably going to indict him federally, which is going to create a whole mess of things.
And I'm not even sure how that's going to end up.
Take out James O'Keefe, Veritas, way too effective.
And they know they're probably going to be unsuccessful in taking out Clarence Thomas.
So then, what is the secondary or third or fourth reason they're doing this?
They're doing this to try to make an example that if you dare be courageous, if you do not tow the party line, we're going to try to ruin your life.
We're going to obliterate you.
We are going to put you on display the same way Clarence Thomas predicted it during his confirmation hearing as a high-tech lynching.
They're just trying to do it all over again.
But do not underestimate the racial component here.
They want to try to tar and feather and smear and slander any black American that speaks out against the American Democrat dominance over the urban community.
Clarence Thomas represents a different way for black America.
He represents a different path for black Americans.
Play Cut 118.
Sonny Hostin from the View speaking about Clarence Thomas, Play Cut 118.
It's interesting.
Cornyn, who is a Republican, says basically it's a racist attack, which is what they said when he was appointed to the Supreme Court.
It's just not true.
And I think the worst part of the fact that they're using the black card in that way is that it lessens the real degradation when it happens to African Americans in this country.
And so I think that's, you know, that's just smoke and mirrors.
Yeah, just smoke and mirrors.
You see, you see how uncomfortable she gets, though?
She's not as articulate.
As soon as you use the race card against the left and you call them bigots, which they are, they get on real uncomfortable footing.
Same with the black-only calculus course at Evanston High School.
They don't like it.
Here's the good news: the Supreme Court justices release a unanimous 9-0 letter slamming Democrat senators over the fake Clarence Thomas ethics scandal.
But they're not going to stop.
They literally created, according to Justice Alito, Justice Alito wrote this very powerful piece in the Wall Street Journal.
He said, the leaks made us targets of assassination.
Alito says that the leak created an atmosphere of suspicion and distrust.
We worked through it, and last year we got our work done.
This year, I think we're trying to get back to normal operations as much as we can, but it was damaging.
He continues, quote, I personally have a pretty good idea who's responsible, but that's different from the level of proof that is needed to name somebody, he says.
Ooh, that's interesting.
He knows who the leaker is.
Here's a question: Has the Department of Justice interviewed Justice Alito?
Probably not.
Has the Justice Department gone to Justice Alito and said, Hey, do you know who the leaker is?
He writes it publicly.
He's certain about the motive.
Quote, it was part of an effort to prevent the Dobbs draft from becoming the decision of the court.
And that's how it was used for those six weeks by people on the outside as part of a campaign to try and intimidate the court.
And nobody was arrested.
The only person arrested was the thankfully failed assassination attempt on Brett Kavanaugh.
Remember the armed man outside of Brett Kavanaugh?
He wanted to tie up Brett Kavanaugh's entire family.
All the protesting outside of the Supreme Court was illegal, and none of those people were arrested.
Could you imagine if we as conservatives protested outside of Sotomayor's house?
I don't recommend this, but if we did it, we'd be arrested in a heartbeat.
You can't do it.
It's against the law.
They'd say it's outrageous.
And remember Nancy Pelosi's slow-walked legislation to increase security for these Supreme Court justices?
Katanji Brown Jackson, who's a fool, who is a spokesperson for how the regime wants black America to operate, is precisely and exactly what they wished Clarence Thomas would become.
And he's defying them.
The third branch of government is the last check and balance on the administrative state.
The Chevron decision, by the way, it could be a death blow to the unchecked, unaccountable power that the progressives put into this fourth branch of government.
And thanks to Donald Trump and thanks to his nominees, Gorsuch, Kavanaugh, Amy Coney Barrett, we have one part of the government that is able to check all the others.
It's not enough, but it's something.
And this goes to show that the left is not happy until they imperialize every square inch of our country.
State Level People Led Movements 00:05:49
They want to control it all.
They want the whole ballgame.
They want to colonize the country around their view.
This is one of the most amazing things that has happened this year.
This was not helped by the RNC.
This wasn't some national GOP strategy.
This wasn't funded by some, you know, massive group.
This is organic.
A few activists, a couple shows like our show, Matt Walsh and Tucker Carlson, that just kept on talking about the chemical castration of children and asking the question, why is this legal?
Why is this allowed?
Why are we putting up with this?
So this was a couple media people.
This is why they had to try to hack Matt Walsh's phone and take Tucker Carlson off.
And groups of moms and dads that decided to get involved.
The conservative movement a couple years ago wouldn't touch this issue.
Well, it's freedom.
You should be able to castrate yourself if you're an 11-year-old.
Well, that mentality has gone away and died.
And Asa Hutchinson is going on TV and saying, well, the bill went too far.
Yeah.
Okay, pal, you're done.
Guess what?
The very same state where he vetoed that bill, this is what's amazing.
16 states.
This is without a centralized plan.
This is without somebody pulling the strings.
This all just happened.
It just grew out of the grassroots.
This is a people-led movement.
16 states have now banned the medical mutilation on children.
16 states.
These states no longer allow doctors to prescribe hormones, puberty blockers, and perform gender reassignment surgeries on kids.
Arkansas, Florida, Georgia, Idaho, Indiana, Iowa, Kentucky, Mississippi.
By the way, let's just pause on Kentucky.
That's a Democrat governor who signed that.
Interesting, right?
Andy Bashir.
Mississippi, Missouri, Montana, North Dakota.
He's got a lot of problems, but I'm glad he signed that.
Oklahoma, Governor Stitt.
South Dakota, Governor Noam.
Tennessee, Utah, and West Virginia.
That is 16 states so far and more coming.
This is an entirely state-level movement.
No federal government, no turtle, no Lady Graham, huge momentum, and it has changed.
Let me show you how it's changed.
This is a long clip, but it's worthy.
Just listen.
This was the banality, if you will.
I just have to keep on doing what, you know, whatever Walmart tells me to do, whatever, you know, the muscle memory of the 1980s is.
Here's Asa Hutchinson with Tucker Carlson.
Tucker Carlson single-handedly with Matt Walsh.
And I'd give our show a little bit of credit, but Tucker and Matt, they have remade the public policy agenda on the state level on this issue.
That shows the power of media.
That shows the power of independent journalism.
That shows the power of courage.
It's not some super PAC.
It's not some Mitch McConnell thing.
No, no, no.
You could do it on the state level.
Look, just listen to how Cut 113, this is Asa Hutchinson saying, well, this is Bill Buckley and Ronald Reagan.
He's been kicked out of the party and the grassroots are now in charge.
Play Cut 113.
But let me just ask you, I mean, there are all kinds of, we're talking about minors, children here, and there are all kinds of things in Arkansas.
Kids in every state are not allowed to do.
Get married, drink a beer, get a tattoo.
Why do you think it's important for conservatives to make certain that children can block their puberty, be chemically castrated?
Why is that a conservative value?
If you would tell us.
Well, first of all, you have parents involved in very difficult decisions.
You have physicians that are involved in these decisions.
And I go back to William Buckley.
I go back to Ronald Reagan, the principles of our party, which believes in a limited role of government.
Are we as a party abandoning a limited role of government and saying we're going to invoke the government decision-making over and above physicians, over and above health care, over and above parents, and saying, so you can't do it?
Yeah, he believes it's healthcare.
You better believe we are going to say that medieval butchers are not allowed to go after minors.
Heck yeah.
We believe in a small but strong government, especially in a state level.
