Joe Biden is officially running for reelection.
We made a prediction last year.
We were said, we don't know if Joe Biden's going to run.
You know, are they going to indict Hunter?
Are they going to come after it?
Are they going to go after the regime and disassemble it?
And we weren't sure.
Seems that there is a new era of politics that has come in, which is it's all about the machine.
It's all about the political machine you build in the early states.
It's all about Wisconsin, Georgia, and Arizona.
You see, Joe Biden is running for reelection, and I have a provocative but honest take.
And I know many of you, you don't want to be lied to any longer.
So I'm going to tell you exactly how it is right now.
And we're going to play Joe Biden's re-election announcement video.
Joe Biden is going to be very tough to beat.
I've said it before, and I'll say it again.
It's not about Joe Biden, okay?
It's not about his ability to speak sentences, which he can't do.
And he obviously has dementia.
He obviously doesn't always know where he is.
And we can make fun of that.
Elections as we know it no longer really exist.
It's now a game.
It's a game of who can put the most pieces of paper in a ballot dropbox.
It's about ballot chasing, voter registration, signature verification, lawfare.
It's about the plumbing of elections.
And you pair that with billions of dollars that will be spent on misleading advertisements, going negative on Republicans and boosting Joe Biden.
Joe Biden is the strong favorite, regardless of who he runs against.
It doesn't matter if he's done a crummy job.
They're going to micro-target voter after voter using artificial intelligence.
And look, so here's their latest announcement video.
It's a good announcement video.
I mean, people on our team said, wow, that's powerful.
Why don't Republicans make videos like this?
Good question.
I have no good answer.
I don't know.
But I mean, I can almost guarantee that this entire announcement video was used with AI of what words, what phrases, what buzzwords resonate the most, run through a chat GPT equivalent.
Joe Biden had nothing to do with creating this.
And with the election of John Fetterman, they've proved that they can get anybody into office.
It does not matter.
So while we are in the middle of what's going to be a very expensive Republican primary, worrying about debates and candidate selection and all this, the Democrats have announced they're basically canceling all primary debates.
They don't want to have Robert Kennedy Jr. against Joe Biden.
They're going to coronate Joe Biden.
They're going to raise a couple billion dollars.
They're going to spend those couple billion dollars in Arizona, Wisconsin, and Georgia.
They're going to sue in Wisconsin, where they now control the Supreme Court.
They're going to say it's easier than ever to vote by mail.
And if the signature doesn't match, it doesn't matter.
And if you disagree, you're a racist.
That's where they're going to be spending their resources.
And we are playing an outdated model.
We on the right, we think that candidates matter.
Now, candidates matter when you govern.
Candidates matter if it's an absolutely horrendous candidate.
If you're a Republican, Democrats, the media will discover for you.
They'll support you of a multi-billion dollar super PAC called the American mainstream media.
So here's Joe Biden, his re-election announcement video, play cut 23.
When I ran for president four years ago, I said we're in a battle for the soul of America.
And we still are.
The question we're facing is whether in the years ahead, we have more freedom or less freedom.
More rights or fewer.
I know what I want the answer to be, and I think you do too.
This is not a time to be complacent.
That's why I'm running for reelection.
That means a bunch of trash.
So it's really interesting.
When you release a press release as a publicly traded company, at the end of the press release, you have to disclose when you use certain buzzwords or forward-facing statements.
So for example, if you're Pepsi or if you're Coca-Cola or if you are American Express, at the end of your earnings report, at the end, by law, the SEC, the Security Exchange Commission requires it, you have to say, this press release included forward-facing statements, including this, and this.
In politics, it would probably do us some good to have the same.
This political advertisement had emotionally charged music and artificially intelligent, you know, poll-tested buzzword.
He doesn't believe any of it.
It's all nonsense, but it's going to work.
People are gullible.
This was designed to make you feel so.
And it's going to work.
And by the way, Joe Biden has nothing to do with this.
I don't even know a human being made this.
If everyone could have been just right into a information, language processing, almost sentient machine, pops out a video, and they're going to do this relentlessly.
So while we're focused on the primary, they're going to be focused on continually building this machine.
And what is he running on?
And we can laugh at this.
We can say, oh, wow, this is not a winning message.
Messages don't motivate people.
They're going to then, what they do is they create 100 little micro-targeted communities in Arizona.
The Republicans do none of this.
The RNC wasted time.
And they say, okay, here's our pro-abortion voters.
Here's our anti-gun voters.
Here's our race-conscious voters.
Here's our suburban mom voters.
And they pummel them with micro-targeted advertising that has been scientifically proven through their models to get emotional response, early voting triggering, and be persuasive for people in the middle.
Very complex machinery that they're using.

Freedom.
Personal freedom is fundamental to who we are as Americans.
There's nothing more important, nothing more sacred.
That's been the work of my first term to fight for our democracy.
But you know, around the country, MAGA extremists are lining up to take on those bedrock freedoms, cutting Social Security that you've paid for your entire life while cutting taxes for the very wealthy, dictating what healthcare decisions women can make, banning books, and telling people who they can love, all while making it more difficult for you to be able to vote.
It's all lies.
It's all nonsense.
It's balderdash.
It's bluster.
But this is their game.
It does not matter if the candidate is brain dead.
It does not matter if the candidate does not know what planet they're on.
And what the main thesis that I'm trying to submit to you today is because I just went to a political event a couple days ago and the speaker went up on stage.
He said, we're going to win in 2024 and everyone starts applauding.
And I confronted him afterwards.
I said, what's wrong with you?
He said, what evidence do you have to support that?
Like, yes, we can win.
He said, oh, well, the American people are with us and there's going to be this massive wave.
I said, since when do elections actually represent the sentiment of voters?
I said, why are you doing this?
You're doing a disservice.
Instead, the message should be, we're the underdogs, and we got to work and scrap and hustle and become precinct committee men and try to limit their ability to do shenanigans and cheat, have robust signature verification, limit mail and balloting, not just all of a sudden do big rallies, ballot chase.
You know, someone said, Charlie, is it time for us to launder ballots?
No, no, no, no, hold on.
That's illegal.
We don't do that.
They do that.
We need to ballot chase.
We need to follow the law.
The bad guys, they break the law.
And I'm going to be nothing but honest with all of you.
As of today, they take out Tucker.
They take out James O'Keefe.
They've limited the role of the NRA.
They try to limit Steve Bannon.
They're limiting all of our best players.
They're spending billions of dollars in the key states.
They are going straight for the throat of the American Republic.
They are inches away from storming the quote-unquote Bastille, from their revolution being complete.
And it's not about Joe Biden.
It's not.
It's about what they've built and the infrastructure.
And I could see the emails.
This is exactly my point.
We're getting hundreds of emails.
Charlie, I refuse to vote.
I'm not going to vote.
These are not jokes.
I mean, so they've already done their job because we're going to disenfranchise ourselves.
At the pace that this is going to go, they're going to get all their voters out and hundreds of thousands of our own are going to stay at home.

They're going to steal it again.
The country is dead.

Well, we have a lot of people in our audience that proudly no longer vote.
It's too bad.

The Democrats are going for the throat.
And Joe Biden is not just favored.
His machine, forget Joe Biden, the entire campaign and the operation is heavily favored.
And you need to know that.

People, Charlie, you're trying to say that to give up, it's so negative.

You want me to lie?
You go to the doctor.
You want to tell them, do you want to hear that you have a tumor or not?
Yes, we have a tumor and we have to remove it.
The tumor is the American Democrat Party.
It's a virus, the contagion, the bacterial infection on the country.
Let's remove it.
It's a parasite.
And so the honest truth is they have a lot of momentum.
They think they have figured it out and they are relentless.
We are not.
We are constantly on defense and there's something to it.
Producer Andrew made a very smart point yesterday.
We had a conference call on a couple topics.
He said there's something about conservatives that feels like we're always on defense.
And it makes sense because we're trying to conserve things.
So it seems like we're always just trying to go backwards.
By definition, we are defensive.
And that's not necessarily incorrect.
It's our neutral position because we're more interested in building families, building businesses.
The left, they are parasites.
They take over things.
They're an offensive position.
They're invaders.
They're conquerors.
They're imperialists.
For us, we're not programmed that way to go like take ground and to play offense.
For us, we consider it to be indecent.
Like, well, you know, live and let live.
Meanwhile, they're trans and your kids and the borders are open.
Like, live and let live.
And your grandkids hate America.
Live and let live.
And critical race theories in the schools and live and let live.
And they take out Tucker and they take out Trump.
They take out Tucker and O'Keefe in 45 days.
You think that's a coincidence?
Let's just go through that again.
They take out O'Keefe, they take out Tucker, and they indict Trump.
Boom, boom, boom.
And yeah, people say, oh, Charlie, are you next?
I mean, sure, bring it on, man.
Like, we have no delusions as if we're untouchable.
And we'll hopefully stay prayerful and faithful.
And you guys will hopefully continue to support us.
We understand we're up against a relentless opposition.
If you guys think they're not going to come after you, they'll come after you in their own form or fashion.
Knock on the door of an IRS agent, cancellation of a friend.
So, therefore, what I'm trying to say is an attitude shift, multiple attitude shifts.
How about some offense?
That's what we try to do every single day at Turning Point USA.
We're going to take ground.
We're not just going to play defense, a paradigm shift.
And we have to be honest.
Every one of you in this audience, I want you to go into 2024 with the attitude that we're probably going to lose unless we do something dramatic and different.

In 2020, there was cockiness, galore.
There was hubris, pride, and the other side was complacent in 16.
That's not going to happen again.

That's not going to happen.
So they're now prepared.
No more sneak attacks.
No more sabotage.
It's not sabotage, but no more ambush.
That's the better word, not sabotage.
No more ambush campaigns.
So it's up us against them.
Now, we have more numbers.
They have awful ideas.
They have a brain-dead candidate, but they got a lot.
They got the mainstream media.
That's a multi-billion dollar super PAC.
They got the tech companies.
They got every major CEO.
Joe Biden will raise unlimited amounts of money.
They got ballot trafficking, relaxed signature verification standards.
They got the Supreme Court in Wisconsin.
They got all sorts of stuff.
So it's going to come down to a couple counties and a couple states.
And if we play ball, we can maybe win.
But what I don't want, and I hear it a lot from people.
Oh, come on.
I heard this a couple of days ago from a Republican donor.
Charlie, I refuse to believe that in America, Joe Biden can get re-elected.
I said, what?
What universe?
Of course he could get re-elected.
What makes you believe that?
Like some sort of 1980 time warp that you're still living in?
The country has fundamentally changed.
We have 5,000 illegals coming across the border every single day.
The country has changed.
Wake up.
Not only can Joe Biden win, he's heavily favored.
So do we give up?
Of course not.
We get a plan.
We do things differently.
We get aggressive.
We play in a very, we play in the arena.

No, they've done nothing and they're doing nothing.
Don't expect the RNC to do anything in the grassroots, nothing.

Donald Trump is up 30 to 40 points in every single Republican primary poll and the primary so that we can go up.
Joe Biden is going to have no primary.
Shouldn't every precious dollar that we have right now be spent on infrastructure, not trying to figure out who's going to be the nominee of a primary where we know who's going to be the nominee?
It's a waste of time.
It is a waste of time.
So, okay, Donald Trump's going to get beat up by everybody, beat up by Asa Hutchinson, beat up by Nikki Haley, not beat up, but you know what I have.
He's going to end up beating them up.
And then it's the media will love it.
They're going to say, wow, look at all of this and headline here, Republican Civil War, Republican quarrel.
And Joe Biden will be laughing, eating ice cream, not knowing what state he's in, while the big oligarchs of the Democrat Party are pouring money into voter registration in Georgia, in Arizona, and Wisconsin.
What is the RNC going to do?
They're going to be too busy hosting debates at this entire circus.
Why are we putting ourselves through this?
Why are we supporting this entire exercise?
I know the reason why, because this is the feeding frenzy.
This is the harvest for the Republican consultants.
Nothing pays as well as a Republican primary.
Nothing.
A ton of consultants are able to represent these candidates.
They raise a bunch of money.
They run high-priced ads.
They finish fourth, but they get a nice payday.
This is the harvest.
It happens every four to eight years, eight years.
It's like the year of Jubilee.
They just go nuts.
Meanwhile, the Democrat Party, which is ruled by an Iron Fist by George Soros, Loren Powell Jobs, Reid Hoffman, and the entire Cabal of Democrats, they're not going to do any of it.
No opposition.
Basically, they're basically ending their primary.
The party of democracy, the party that lectures us about democracy, no debates, basically no primary, pure coronation, neoliberalism on display.
The revolution continues.
Do not question it.
We're going to use power against you and raise money.
The party of democracy doesn't want to have a problem, does not want to have any primary because they know a primary is messy.
It allows voices that they can't control.
And we're not 100% sure that Gavin Newsom is out.
We don't know any of this, but it certainly looks like the powers at B are lining up and saying, coronation time, go to Wisconsin, Georgia, Pennsylvania, pour money into that and build the infrastructure.
Joe Biden continues.
This is what I can't stand.
So people say, well, Charlie, how could he win?
Look at the polls.
Polls don't mean anything.
John Fetterman is a U.S. senator.
I'm not even saying John Fetterman, quote unquote, one.
He is a senator, okay?
He had more pieces of paper that they counted than the other person.
Kerry Lake was up 15 points in polls.
I don't care about the polls.
You have to stop looking at polls.
Do you have infrastructure?
Do you have ballot chasers?
Do you have grassroots warriors that are doing the type of work?
I could tell you, at turning point action, we're doing our best.
And it is a sad side of affairs.
Almost no one is doing this type of work.
And it's tough work.
It's clipboard and tennis type of work.
It's community organizing work.
It's early to rise, late to bed, work-like hell and organized type work.
It's Alinsky type work.
It's thankless work.

They say, oh, the country doesn't want him.
Doesn't matter.
It does not matter.

The other issue that the president faces is this kind of meh attitude from Democrats here.
70% of all Americans, including 51% of Democrats.
So more than half of Democrats say they just don't want to see him run again.
Yeah, but again, when they're micro-targeted with relentless advertising, it says, Republicans want to take away your right to abortion in case someone gets raped.
And they're relentlessly pummeled with this advertisement.
They're going to knock on the door for a ballot chaser to early vote.
The data has shown us it doesn't matter if they're animated by the candidate.
They will vote against Republicans and they have a machinery to make that happen.

Democrats accept Biden's reelection campaign, but they aren't necessarily excited about it.
They are, you see, they, it's so interesting.
Democrats, in some ways, disrupted this idea of machine politics.
George W. Bush, for all of his faults, Karl Rove built a very, let's just say, significant, respectable political machine in both 2000, 2004.
And the question was, can Karl Rove and the Democrats and the Republicans bring that in 2008?
Obama, because of his charisma and his silly promises, he had a total personality lift.
Democrats are getting away from that.
They're done with candidate selection.
They're done with you being excited about a candidate.
They want to be able to control everything from how the ballots go to signature verification.
They want to be able to have it all within parameters that they can push a button and that they can dictate.

Ahead of the reelection announcement, a CBS news poll found Democrats accept Biden's reelection bid, but aren't necessarily excited about it.
And still, nearly half of Democrats don't want the 80-year-old to run.
And they cite his age as the reason.
Again, doesn't matter.
They do not want to have to rely on another Obama.
Obama was a once-in-a-generation talent.
They don't have a lot of those, and they know it.
We have way more talent in our bench.
So they're trying to take the personality.
They're trying to take talent.
They're trying to make quote-unquote politics boring in some sense, of where it's just nuts and bolts, machinery, democracy.
When they say democracy, it's really machine Chicago politics.
I know this.
I grew up there.
I saw it firsthand.
And you do not want to go up against that machine.
It is brutal.
It is nasty.
They are cruel, but they are darn effective.
Meanwhile, they push their radical agenda through executive orders and agency rules and regulations.
They don't care about excitement.
It's all about creating fear of losing their happy place, where they micro-target, oh my gosh, Republicans are going to make it so you can't smoke weed on your porch, or Republicans are going to make it where you can't get an abortion, or Republicans are not going to give you free cash, or Republicans want to cut Medicare, and then they pour billions of dollars into that.
And you might say, well, who funds it?
Who funds it is the top levels of the J.B. Pritzker, the Pritzker family, Lorene Powell Jobs, Mackenzie Bezos, Reid Hoffman, George Soros, Sergey Brin, Larry Page.
Remember, these people are secular humanists for them.
This is the ballgame.
It's about power for power's sake.
And yet, Joe Biden is the guy because he does everything that is asked of him.
There is no question.
He just signs the document, goes back to sleep.
And, you know, there's this genre of content that I'm getting a little bit tired of, where people assume that Joe Biden is beatable because of how, let's just say, inarticulate he is.
Like, oh, there's no way.
Or wow, he really can't do anything.
And, you know, there's, it's just, it's all a distraction.
In fact, I think the Democrats in some way are getting a thrill.
In fact, I think they get off on getting people like Fetterman and Biden into office because it proves how good their machine is.
I think that part of it is that it's almost like a challenge.
Like, if you can get John Fetterman to become a senator, I mean, you could do it for anybody.
If you're Fetterman's campaign manager, you must feel like a God.
It's like it's the ultimate, it's the ultimate accomplishment.
I think they also do it as a way to demoralize us.
I mean, I can't tell you how many people I talk to and they say, my gosh, man, like Fetterman, what country am I living in?
It's not about the sentiment.
It's not about the attitude.
It's not about values.
That stuff doesn't matter anymore in elections.
Stop falling for it.
I've got article after article of Joe Biden down in the polls.
None of this.
It does not matter.
Stop falling for this.
Stop it.
So what is the solution?
We got to build a machine, man.
And the RNC is not doing that.
That's why I went and tried to do regime change and failed in that regard.
Joe Biden, cut three.
Every generation has a moment when they have to defend democracy.

There's nothing, simply nothing we cannot do to do it together.
All of that is synthetic.
It's astroturfed, but it's effective.
People are loving it.
They're like, wow, Joe Biden is back.

But he didn't campaign in 2020.
He was in his basement the whole time.
And we're like, oh, wow, look at the Trump rallies.
Doesn't matter.
Did you chase ballots?
No.
Did we get people to vote early?
No.
Did you get people to go register vote?
Nope.
And they're going to keep on doing it.
They're keep on running circles around us.
People say, Charlie, you're being awfully depressing today.
Wrong.
I'm being awfully honest today.
And if the truth depresses you, then do something about it.

It makes me feel so hopeless.

I have too much respect for all of you in the audience.

Every day we spend on this stupid, silly primary where we already know how it's going to end is a day the Democrats build a machine to put a pocket knife to the throat of Lady Liberty.
They are this close.
They are steps away from storming the Capitol.
We need a thousand Scott Presslers in a handful of states.
That's a good expenditure.
1,000 Scott Presslers in Arizona, 1,000 Scott Presslers in Georgia, 1,000 Scott Presslers in Wisconsin.
That's something I can invest in.
I'm dedicating my life to defeating the DNC regime.
I'm going to do my best, and I hope you guys can help me alongside of this, is that I'm going to do my best to not talk about Joe Biden for the next year and a half on this program and to talk about how we're running up against the DNC regime.
We're running up against a cartel.
Joe Biden, it's not about him.
It's not about if he can talk or can't talk or all this.
It doesn't matter.
They have created a system where they think they can plug and place anybody.
They can plug and place literally.

They want it to be where everyone is replaceable.

Where at the Republican side, we're definitely more in the spirit of the quote-unquote representative tradition of American elections.
They want replaceable parts.
This is assembly line politics is what they want.

Move that in.
Stop it.
Shut up.
Suppress you.
Censor you.
And again, if you want to say, Charlie, what is the broad picture for victory?
This is why this trans stuff and this race stuff is so helpful to the oligarchs, because the trans stuff and the race stuff keeps the economic Marxists from revolt against the oligarchs running the Democrat Party.
One of the great threats to the Democrat unity, one of the great threats to Democrat harmony, is economic Marxists saying, why the heck are we now the party of BlackRock?
Why are we now the party of Goldman Sachs?
Why are we now the party of Citibank?
Why are we now the party of Wells Fargo?
Why are we now the party of Google?
No, shut up because we're trans and they're not.
We hate the other side.
They're good at that.
The trans stuff, the race stuff are veneer.
It's smokescreen to keep the energy of the activist class focused on people like me and Matt Walsh and not on the fact that the American Democrat Party has become a fascist oligarch party.

So that's, I mean, I've said this before and people think I'm nuts when I see this, but I stand by it.
One of the great hopes for America is a Democrat Civil War led by economic Marxists against establishment, wealthy, white liberal Democrats.
Not the race stuff, actual economic Marxists, people that believe in fighting the bourgeoisie, people that believe that there are class dynamics, not race or gender dynamics, not the trans stuff, legit economic Marxism.
That used to be the Democrat Party, but you can't build a political machine that way.
So they said, okay, how do we keep these relentless cockroaches happy that are constantly talking about taking our money away?
Oh, we can agree on the trans stuff, the woke stuff, because if you're in charge of BlackRock, they'll let you earn billions of dollars as long as you say we can trans the kids.
You see, the woke stuff is the great peace deal.
The woke stuff is the peace deal that has been brokered between the leaders of the American Democrat Party and the activist class, where they otherwise would be at odds with one another because of class and wealth accumulation.
Now you have people on Aspen ski lifts talking about postmodern one-dimensional man, Herbert Marcuse, as long as it doesn't touch the wealth.
So the hope is, and this is exactly why AOC has become so normy and boring, is because AOC now realizes that the oxygen for the economic Marxist movement is over with.
It's done.
So the trans stuff and the race stuff and the anti-gun stuff, but the trans stuff and the race stuff in particular are veneers.
It's camouflage.
It's smokescreen that the energy of the American Democrat Party doesn't actually go after the capital flows of the oligarchs that benefit from the American Democrat Party.
If that ever can get exploited, man, we have a shot.
That's one thing.
But let me just kind of finish with this.
I'm getting a lot of emails.
People say, Charlie, you know, someone says, Charlie, you depressed me and all this.

You got to tell the truth.
The truth is this.
I will repeat it again.
The DNC regime with Joe Biden as the puppet, with Joe Biden as the figurehead, with Joe Biden as whatever you want to say, is likely to win.
Vegas betting odds, they are minus 14, right?
We're 14-point underdogs, whatever.
You could use basketball, football, whatever you want to use, okay?
But let's look at the good news.
We're right now in April of 2023.
Let's fix it.
Let's go register voters.
Let's invest in the early states.
Let's not say, wow, we had this revelation in September of 24.
We now know this.
I think there's widespread agreement.
So don't take the bait.
Don't look at the shiny bright light.
Don't allow their distractions, their ventriloquism, where they're like looking at, oh, look at us.
No, no, forget it.
Instead of being depressed, be active.
Be the change you want to see in the world.
Nelson Mandela, one of the most cliche things.
But you know what?
I have a lot of respect for the activists left on.
They are relentless.
They are relentless.
They do not stop.
We need that energy.
We try to do that at turning point all the time.
It's what we do here.

Let's have that attitude.
We can win in 2024.
I refuse to say we will win.
That is wholly dependent.
And if we change our attitude, change our mentality, and are honest that we are facing a leviathan that is currently the favorite.
