Courageous Whistleblower Coverage
00:09:09
|
|
| Hey everybody, today on the Charlie Kirk show. | |
| Byron and Biggs, two great congressmen. | |
| I think Byron should be vice president. | |
| What do you guys think? | |
| I want your thoughts on that. | |

| I want you to know we are lucky to have Charlie Kirk. | |
| Charlie Kirk's running the White House, folks. | |
| I want to thank Charlie. | |

| That's why we are here. | |
| Brought to you by the Loan Experts I Trust, Andrew and Todd at Sierra Pacific Mortgage at AndrewandTodd.com. | |
| Joining us now is Congressman Byron Donalds, who I think Trump should choose to be his vice president. | |
| And actually, it's fitting because Byron Donalds just endorsed Donald Trump. | |
| Byron, how are you doing? | |
| Welcome back to the program. | |
| How are you doing, Charlie? | |
| Oh, I'm going to be in the middle of the day. | |
| You're getting me in trouble, man. | |
| I'm getting in trouble, Charlie. | |
| I'm going to be doing it. | |
| I mean, I just, I'm an open, open book. | |
| I'm going to be calling him and telling them, look, Byron's the guy. | |
| I've said that privately and publicly, and you could just smile, which you do very well. | |
| You got a much better smile than I do. | |
| Byron, you endorse Donald Trump. | |
| Tell us why. | |
| Yeah. | |
| Look, man, Charlie, we got to be ready day one. | |
| China's on the move. | |
| Everybody knows about Russia. | |
| They're trying to negotiate around our dollar. | |
| These are serious foreign policy issues, and you need somebody who knows these relationships, who, when he steps right into the oval, every world leader knows what time it is and that America is not going to go anywhere. | |
| That's step one. | |
| Step two is you need somebody who knows how to push through an economic agenda, a border security agenda, a financial stability agenda, and get spending under control all on day one, where all the members of the Senate, no matter what their personal feelings are, will know exactly what the timetable is. | |
| Donald Trump is that guy. | |
| Number three, I mean, look, if you talk to Republican voters around the country, what we already know is about half of the voting public that votes Republican is supporting Donald Trump right now. | |
| I think that only solidifies. | |
| It doesn't deteriorate. | |
| I think it only gets stronger as the time goes by. | |
| So tell us about the dinner. | |
| I think it was last night. | |
| Very powerful, where I think there was nearly a dozen of the Florida Republican delegation with Donald Trump. | |
| Tell us about the dinner. | |
| You're right there, right near Donald Trump, right near the middle. | |
| And you see some great people there, Matt Gates, Ana Paulina Luna. | |
| Tell us about the dinner. | |
| It was actually, we just talked about a lot of things, talked policy. | |
| Obviously, talked politics. | |
| You can't have that many political people in the room not talk politics. | |
| But I think really it was just his way of showing appreciation for the members that decided to endorse him. | |
| So it was a light evening. | |
| We had fun. | |
| He was telling stories, you know, cracking jokes like he's apt to do. | |
| And it was just really cool to be there. | |
| And for the members of the Florida delegation to do something other than just talk, you know, Capitol Hill stuff all the time. | |
| We really just kind of took a broader view of the country, where the country's going, the things that we need to try to get accomplished. | |
| And so it was just really a great evening. | |
| So Byron, you're on oversight, and there's a lot happening right now. | |
| So let's just start with kind of the big picture here. | |
| Are we finally going to be able to get the documents out to prove the Hunter Biden, you know, and the Biden criminal family? | |
| What is the progress you guys are making on that? | |
| Whether it be, you know, the Treasury finally gave you guys access to the Bidens' suspicious activity. | |
| Tell us about it. | |
| So we were in there on Monday. | |
| I was there reading some of these reports in there for a couple hours, and I got to tell you, Charlie, it's damning. | |
| The first thing, to take a step back off the documents, anybody at the Department of Justice who actually sits down and just reads this stuff, putting aside their politics and who they want to root for, you can clearly see that there is a web of corruption, a web of deception around Joe Biden. | |
| It is Hunter Biden. | |
| We all know about him, but it's also Jim Biden, the president's brother. | |
| And so many family members are getting money. | |
| I read one of the reports dealing with the Russian mayor's wife and the money that was transferred over into a different company that then was transferred to another company. | |
| And then members of the family are getting money as a result. | |
| It is high corruption. | |
| And the part where this is where it matters for the American people, you can't tell me that Joe Biden does not know what his son and his brother are doing on a repeated basis. | |
| You can't possibly tell me that. | |
| So the easy question is: is his judgment as commander in chief compromised because of the massive amounts of money that is going to the Biden family? | |
| And yes, I would include the big guy in that. | |
| So we're actually, we finally have access to these documents. | |
| It's a massive amount of documents. | |
| We're going through all those right now. | |
| And I think we're just scratching the surface. | |
| You put that in conjunction with this IRS whistleblower that just came out and said, listen, this is, they are covering his butt. | |
| They are protecting them. | |
| They are protecting them. | |
| This actually is an internal obstruction of justice that needs to be done. | |
| And I think we're just getting started. | |
| Yeah. | |
| And so the question is: is Biden actively sending emissaries, sending a delegation into the Internal Revenue Service, into the Treasury Department? | |
| By the way, for those of you that know your Washington, D.C. geography, it is steps in the White House. | |
| It's literally the White House and the Treasury right next door. | |
| And you could get to the Treasury in 30 seconds if you leave the White House. | |
| So it's not exactly a long trip. | |
| Is Biden actively sending people into the Treasury Department? | |
| Let's play Cut 77. | |
| IRS whistleblower saying the federal investigation of Hunter Biden has been marred by special treatment. | |
| Not a shock, but we're finally getting evidence of what we already knew to be true. | |
| Play Cut 77. | |
| Attorney Mark Lytle's client is a supervisory special agent at the IRS who's prepared to tell Congress the investigation he's been working on has been hampered by what he thinks is special treatment. | |
| Lytle wouldn't talk in specifics, declining to identify either his client or the target of the investigation his client helped conduct. | |
| But CBS News has learned the investigation the whistleblower worked on is about Hunter Biden. | |
| Today, Lytle sent this letter to Congress claiming his client could provide information that would contradict sworn testimony by a senior political appointee. | |
| CBS News has learned that was Attorney General Merrick Garland. | |
| Again, this is all about Merrick Garland. | |
| You could only imagine how many interference campaigns are currently being run by the Biden regime, right? | |
| How many different layers of interference are they running? | |
| It's a very courageous whistleblower here. | |
| So is this whistleblower going to get whistleblower protection? | |
| Yeah, we're going to do everything we can to protect him because, Charlie, I really want to make this. | |
| This is important. | |
| This is not Republican Democrat politics. | |
| We have a serious problem where, in my view, this is obstruction. | |
| They are stopping investigations. | |
| They are suppressing information. | |
| We already know how they acted during the last presidential campaign, suppressing free speech. | |
| We found out in a congressional hearing that Tony Blinken, when he was an advisor to Joe Biden during the campaign, he's the one that went around and got those 51 national security experts to sign this letter about how the Hunter Biden laptop was just Russian disinformation. | |
| And that was a flat out lie. | |
| Tony Blinken is now Secretary of State, and he's been a disaster. | |
| You have this entire apparatus around Joe Biden to protect Joe Biden so that the radical left agenda can move forward without a misstep. | |
| And again, if Bill Barr was in Merrick Garland's shoes and he was quote unquote running interference like this, you already know what the big media would be doing. | |
| It will be wall-to-wall coverage. | |
| It would be nonstop. | |
| The fact that the other day, MSNBC and CNN are talking about, and these are tragic, these are tragedies in our country, these shootings that have occurred around the country, but they're covering shootings around the country, A-block, A-block, B-block, C-block, and they're ignoring corruption in the White House, in the Department of Justice, to block these investigations. | |
| It really is truly disgusting for you. | |
| For years, they accused Donald Trump of obstruction of justice, and he never did any of this. | |
| And now we have a smoking gun. | |
| I sure hope this individual is given whistleblower protection and that he is able to get the facts out there. | |
| So we have other criminal potential activity by Hunter Biden and Joe Biden, Foreign Registration Act. | |
| We have Sith Syphius registrations. | |
| We have the whole Mike Morrell wrinkling angle. | |
| How do you guys even keep this all straight? | |
|
Following The Facts On Trump
00:04:04
|
|
| Better question: how do you prioritize it? | |
| Because it's easy to get distracted. | |
| Well, for me, and I'm not going to speak for chairmans Jordan and Comer. | |
| They're doing fantastic. | |
| But for me, it's always about follow the money. | |
| You follow the money trail. | |
| That'll give you your order of importance. | |
| And then everything will flow after that. | |
| My personal view, and this goes back to all the wire transfers and all these side business deals that have been made across the globe because Jim Biden and Hunter Biden said they can deliver stuff through Joe Biden, that Joe Biden would execute the strategies while they were getting all this money. | |
| That's what I think happened. | |
| And what you have here, in my view, is money laundering, tax evasion, and you start there, and then it builds off of that. | |
| But the one thing, the one commitment I've always made before when we took the majority is House Republicans are going to follow the information. | |
| We're going to follow the facts. | |
| We're going to follow the data. | |
| We're not just going to throw hyperbole against the wall. | |
| But I'm going to tell you, everything I've seen so far, it reeks of money laundering and corruption. | |
| It's this web, like I said, it's a web of deception, frankly, around Joe Biden. | |
| And it's high time that the American people were made aware that I think their president is compromised. | |
| Are you feeling burned out and a little tired? | |
| Look, I want to tell you about something that I've become a big believer in. | |
| And if you do not know about it, you got to research it. | |
| You could fact check me. | |
| It's NAD. | |
| NAD is a precursor for your body to be able to create ATP, which is basically the life force of everything that you do. | |
| And look, there's a lot of people out there that are promising energy and doing all this, but go do some research on NAD and go see actually how incredibly important it is for high performance to be able to go actually get it to the next level. | |
| And so what does NAD stand for? | |
| Well, try to take a note here. | |
| It is nicotinamide adenonide dinucleotide. | |
| I did that pretty well, don't you think? | |
| NAD. | |
| It's a coenzyme that is central to metabolism. | |
| Again, don't take my word for it. | |
| Go watch a YouTube video or two or three or four and go fact-check me on it. | |
| I've been taking NAD for quite some time. | |
| And people say, Charlie, how do you travel 2,700 days in a decade? | |
| How do you do the 300 days a year? | |
| How do you do that? | |
| Look, it's not only because of this. | |
| I eat well and do other things as well. | |
| But if you look at NADH, especially when it combines with CoQ10 and marine collagen, it boosts your body's cellular function. | |
| I would never tell you guys to go do something I myself did not do. | |
| And Strong Cell has been able to put together a scientific breakthrough in cellular health replenishment that combines NADH, CoQ10, and marine collagen. | |
| When you combine them together, you get mental clarity. | |
| And that's a must for me. | |
| It's not just that. | |
| It's for vitality. | |
| It helps your immune system. | |
| It's all good stuff. | |
| So, go to strongcell.com forward slash Charlie today and see for yourself. | |
| It's not a stimulant. | |
| It doesn't contain any caffeine. | |
| I'm talking about overall health from the cellular level. | |
| NADH has been called the anti-aging enzyme that helps with so many issues like brain fog, short-term memory loss, blood pressure, heart disease, blood sugar retention, and so much more. | |
| And look, it's not a magic pill. | |
| It's like, oh, I'm going to start taking this and I'm going to be super smart. | |
| No, no, no, it's an additive, an amplifier on people that want to get better. | |
| But I could tell you, it makes a big difference. | |
| I've personally seen undeniable benefits from taking Strong Cell and engaging with NAD every day. | |
| So I had to partner with them. | |
| I vetted them. | |
| I checked out their ingredient profile. | |
| And do yourself a favor and give Strong Cell a try. | |
| Visit strongcell.com forward slash Charlie today and use promo code Charlie. | |
| And you get a special 20% discount on your order. | |
| Again, that's strongcell.com forward slash Charlie. | |
| NAD is your body's ability to create ATP. | |
| Don't believe me, go to WebMD, go to ScienceDirect, go to Nature Journal, NIH, YouTube. | |
| It's all natural. | |
| It's naturally occurring and you're giving your body more of what it already needs. | |
| Use promo code Charlie. | |

Natural Health And Democracy

|
|
| So, so Byron, tell us about some of the other weaponization of government investigations that are occurring. | |
| I know that we have moms and dads being spied on by school boards. | |
| We have the whole Fauci thing as well, which I know you guys are pursuing. | |
| Give us kind of a global update. | |
| Well, actually, you know, bringing up Fauci, there's so many other things that have been popping. | |
| You know, so you could forget about him, but we're not going to. | |
| That's going to remain. | |
| The collusion between elements, what it appears of the DNC and the FBI with respect to Twitter or the social media companies, that's going to continue. | |
| Real quick, take a step back. | |
| So you got this knucklehead Alvin Bragg with his phony indictment in Manhattan. | |
| Consider the fact that you did have people in the FBI who knew the laptop was real. | |
| You did have Anthony Blinken, and now we know he was the one circulating this letter to get all these national security experts to say that this is Russian disinformation. | |
| You did have them completely interfere with the 2020 election. | |
| That is fact. | |
| We have actually proven that in oversight committee. | |
| The southern border, we've not forgotten about that. | |
| That's going to continue to go under investigation. | |
| We just had an oversight this week. | |
| The inspector general of Afghanistan, the cigar, he testified in open hearing that the State Department and USAID is violating federal law and not complying with the inspector general of Afghanistan, who is trying to complete his reports on debotched withdrawal by the Biden administration. | |
| All those things are happening. | |
| So not only do you have corruption in terms of DOJ, you know, doing all this other stuff, blocking the Hunter Biden investigations, but you have Tony Blinken, again, front and center and USAID not complying with the Inspector General. | |
| The Inspector General testified to that in open hearing. | |
| So you have that going on. | |
| We talked about the whistleblower. | |
| It's like whack-a-mole. | |
| Every time you're focused on one thing, another thing pops up that you have to investigate. | |
| And look, I think to make it crystal clear, you have an administration that doesn't know what they're doing. | |
| They are failing the American people. | |
| And when you see the true depths of their failure, it's steeped in corruption and payoffs and these backdoor alliances through the Biden family. | |
| And it goes from one to the, I mean, we have a whole thing on the Taibbi saga. | |
| So let's talk about this. | |
| This is what I just laugh about, right? | |
| So the left, they are getting so angry and they're screaming about how Vladimir Putin has imprisoned the Wall Street Journal reporter. | |
| It's bad, shouldn't happen. | |
| What kind of country imprisons journalists? | |
| Meanwhile, that lunatic in the House of Representatives, I can't remember her name, I think she's from the Virgin Islands. | |
| She's calling for the imprisonment of Matt Taibbi for not sharing the sources. | |
| So, who's the ones that want to actually imprison journalists? | |
| They raid James O'Keefe, they raid Steve Bannon. | |
| So, Byron, I'm going to just House Democrat Stacey Plaskett. | |
| She's the worst. | |
| So, how do you respond, Byron? | |
| I'm sure you hear this all the time. | |
| You know, you're down in Collier County. | |
| I'm going to be there next week, and there's a lot of great, great patriots down there. | |
| How do you respond to the impatience that a lot of the conservative base has right now, where they're saying, okay, where's the handcuffs? | |
| When are people going to jail? | |
| And you got to remind people that's not the House's role. | |
| They can oversee, they can do things. | |
| But how do you respond to that? | |
| Our response is real simple. | |
| Like, we can't do what the Democrats did in terms of they just started lashing out, you know, left, right, and center because we don't have big media to support our narratives. | |
| We have to go through the painstaking process of having the evidence, following up, exposing it, being consistent with it, and then lay essentially all the breadcrumbs, blow the breadcrumbs, excuse me, for law enforcement to do their job. | |
| We have to do the hard work of actually communicating to the American people and explaining that the left's way of running government is a complete and utter disaster. | |
| And they are the height of hypocrisy. | |
| They don't care about the standards. | |
| All they care about is their agenda. | |
| The last thing, and I would say this to conservatives: you got to just stay in the fight and be in the fight. | |
| It's like a football game, Charlie. | |
| If you don't strap up because you think that the referees are against you, I can guarantee you, you're going to lose. | |
| So you have a choice to make. | |
| Do you strap up and you fight and give it everything you have, knowing that the playing field tilted against you and the refs don't like you, or do you just go home? | |
| If you go home, it's all over for all of us. | |
| And frankly, the political left wants us to go home. | |
| That's right. | |
| Because again, all they care about is the agenda, first, second, and third, and they will do anything to make sure it's accomplished. | |
| But when you talk about whether it's impeachment or anything after that, we have to lay out a credible, detailed argument that even the reporters on CNN, you know, if I go on there and tell them, look, this is why, even they can't really dispute it. | |
| All they might say is, oh, but what about the norms? | |
| What about the norms? | |
| But the left has broken the norms. | |
| It is incumbent on conservatives to demonstrate that we are the ones who are truly fighting for the souls of America. | |
| We are the one that's fighting for our democracy. | |
| We're the ones that want to maintain the greatest republic man's ever known. | |
| And we got to be consistent, do the hard work, and then go out and win elections. | |
| Byron Donalds, thanks so much. | |
| We're going to figure out a way of the 12th Amendment, if we can have two people from Florida. | |
| We'll see what we can do. | |
| Oh, my God. | |
| Byron Donalds, God bless. | |
| Hey, everybody, Charlie Kirk here. | |

Left-Wing Media Leak
00:15:36
|
|
| Check it out. | |
| Joining us now is Congressman Andy Biggs. | |
| So many stories to talk about. | |
| Let's start with the IRS whistleblower story. | |
| We just had Byron Donaldson who spoke about it. | |
| Congressman Biggs, what do we know about this whistleblower and will he receive or she receive whistleblower protections? | |
| The plan is to give full whistleblower protection to this individual. | |
| We know this is an IRS person with senior contacts. | |
| And I've been talking to individuals who know a little bit more than about this individual. | |
| This is somebody very well situated, very credible, a supervisor in a particular area and knows these issues incredibly well and is credible. | |
| And quite frankly, when this happens, Charlie, and we actually break this thing even in an even more public way, if the left-wing media doesn't cover it, then they'll never cover anything because this guy, this individual is implicating somebody, a senior political appointee with basically perjury in Congress, | |
| talks about this conflict of interest that was there. | |
| And also, and this is what I'm really intrigued about, talks about the politicization and the preferential treatment of this high-profile individual who we are all guessing to be Hunter Biden. | |
| And some people have opined and speculated, and I don't want to get too much speculation, but that maybe it's Merrick Garland is the individual who committed perjury before Congress. | |
| Whoever it is, we need to get to the bottom of it, and I believe we will. | |
| So the question then is, was Merrick Garland acting alone? | |
| Of course he wasn't. | |
| I mean, who in the Biden administration was communicating with Merrick Garland and how? | |
| That really is the question, right? | |
| Because Merrick Garland is merely a proxy. | |
| And then, so the other question then is: if Merrick Garland is interfering with the IRS investigation, is Merrick Garland interfering with the active criminal investigation of the DOJ of Hunter Biden and the special counsel with Jack Smith? | |
| Meaning, if they're interfering with some tax dispute at the IRS, there's much more serious criminal investigations the Bidens are facing. | |
| Yeah, no, you're 100% right. | |
| And we have to, part of our problem has been this administration has been dragging its feet on every request, every subpoena that we've been trying to get. | |
| And so we're relying on whistleblowers, and we keep getting more whistleblowers. | |
| And so you've got different whistleblowers that came out this week as well with regard to, say, that 51, the 51 people who signed on to a bogus letter claiming. | |
| That's nonsense. | |
| Yeah, yeah. | |
| So is Merrick Garland? | |
| I would suspect he's into it up to his eyeballs. | |
| And who in the Biden administration? | |
| Well, he's the attorney general. | |
| So he is at the very highest level. | |
| And I think it's going to be very difficult. | |
| And I look back this past weekend while I was flying back and forth into this study of the Watergate. | |
| It's really hard for a president to say that they don't know what their attorney general or the director of the CIA is doing. | |
| Yes. | |
| And so, but here's my fear, though, Andy, is that the media is going to just treat this like Tony Bobulinsky. | |
| Is it different because it's an active senior official of the IRS, right? | |
| Is this so? | |
| Let me ask you just from a PR communication standpoint, how do we ensure that this story doesn't get buried? | |
| What can we learn from previous stories where this narrative disappears? | |
| What can we do, if anything, if the answer is nothing, but is there anything we can do to force the hand, public hearings, for example, bring that whistleblower out on a daytime television hearing? | |
| That would be awfully hard to ignore. | |
| Yeah, I think we have got to do it in a dramatic fashion, not unlike our Democrats have taught us. | |
| And that is to have this in a full-blown hearing, transparent and open. | |
| So you do an afternoon hearing that rolls into the primetime television watching and have all of the conservative media outlets have got to flood the market. | |
| But what will happen is it will force the left to not be able to ignore this. | |
| So for instance, in the Blinken story on the 51, you saw CBS couldn't ignore it. | |
| So they had it there. | |
| And that's really the only way we get it out there is to push it openly, notoriously in major hearings in a way that all of the conservative media is talking about it. | |
| So it will just, it will leak into the left-wing media. | |
| But left-wing media is going to fight on this, as you know. | |
| Yeah. | |
| And so, I mean, they did this at the J6 hearings and Michael Cohen, but I think adding to the drama of this, the buildup is really important or else, because here's my fear, Andy, is sometimes, you know, Jim Jordan and all you guys, you're doing a wonderful job, but we're getting a lot of these as letters, right? | |
| You guys are issuing, no one reads them, right? | |
| I mean, we do. | |
| That's right. | |
| You know what I mean? | |
| It's like, oh, wow, look at this new letter of a sworn. | |
| Here's the difference, right? | |
| Imagine a letter, sworn testimony that Joe Biden embezzled. | |
| Great. | |
| All of a sudden, somebody on primetime TV, I can say from first-hand knowledge that Joe Biden embezzled. | |
| Boom. | |
| In the era of television, it's completely, it's the same thing. | |
| The essence is the same, but it's totally different. | |
| And so I please go ahead. | |
| You're right. | |
| No, I was going to say, you're right. | |
| That's my point is nobody reads our, I mean, we don't get our press releases beyond the conservative. | |
| That's right. | |
| It's not that nobody reads it, but it doesn't have deep penetration. | |
| It doesn't. | |
| Exactly. | |
| Exactly. | |
| So you're going to have to have to set this up where you're bringing in somebody like it would be great to have this whistleblower go forward. | |
| It'd be great to bring in somebody like this Mike Morrell character. | |
| Have them testify before prime time under oath about basically the Biden and the Biden campaigns of perpetuation of this Russian hoax because they wanted to impact the election because that's what Morell testified to. | |
| And then you go on and you say, and then you bring in the whistleblower on this Hunter Biden stuff too, because they're all tension. | |
| They're all interlinked, right? | |
| So, but if you can get them on primetime TV, somebody's going to watch it. | |
| It's going to leak into the left-wing media. | |
| And you're right. | |
| And that's, and I'm trying to say the same thing. | |
| And by the way, I think this is the way you get the media on it is you allow Democrats to ask questions too, because they'll make flesh. | |
| Absolutely. | |
| You allow, the thing is, Stacey Plaskett or whatever her name is, she'll say something crazy like, we got to imprison you. | |
| You know, they're going to say crazy stuff, right? | |
| And that's only going to add to, you know, for example, you get your question for five minutes, like, okay, Elon Omar, any questions? | |
| What the heck is she going to say? | |
| Right. | |
| I mean, for her, she's going to try to, they're going to try to question the credibility, which, by the way, is only going to help you guys, I think. | |
| So I agree. | |
| I'm going to privately message Speaker McCarthy's team and say, hey, you got to do this in the most dramatic way possible, right? | |
| It's almost you got to produce a cable TV show. | |
| We mocked the Democrats for it for J6. | |
| And the reason that it was worthy of mocking, there was no substance. | |
| But here you have a senior level official. | |
| This is Watergate on steroids, right? | |
| I mean, we're talking about This makes Watergate look like child's play, and maybe people don't care and they roll their eyes. | |
| I can't tell you how significant this is, everybody, because we've always known, we've known in state, and many people in our audience, they're enlightened, they get it. | |
| But, Congressman, we have not seen a smoking gun so clear if this ends up materializing the way it looks like of someone saying, No, no, no, no, our work to investigate the tax of Hunter Biden is being directly interfered with by Merrick Garland and Joe Biden, effectively. | |
| Yeah, I mean, just think of that. | |
| I mean, you know, Charlie, last weekend when I was flying around, I was actually reviewing a history of Watergate. | |
| This makes Watergate pale. | |
| People forget, oh, what was Watergate? | |
| Oh, somebody broke in and they didn't get anything done. | |
| They actually planted a bug where they were hearing something about the private lives of people. | |
| What you have here is an obstruction of justice, not just some tangential thing. | |
| You actually have a criminal investigation that has been politicized and thwarted. | |
| I mean, so this, you, this is a major, major thing going on here. | |
| And I personally believe, and I'm with you, I'm always a big believer. | |
| Let the Democrats have their five minutes. | |
| I mean, we saw it in the criminal justice thing, how they were so condescending to the victims in New York City. | |
| How embarrassing was that? | |
| We saw it in our borders bills, border security bills hearing this past week, how they don't even understand and they show themselves to be ignoramuses. | |
| Let them come in and show their inherent authoritarian bias and how wonderful that'll be. | |
| Because you know what they'll do? | |
| They'll try to turn it back. | |
| I guarantee you, they'll try to turn it back and say, oh, but let's compare it to January 6th, Charlie. | |
| Let's compare it to the insurrection of January 6th, because they have no defense for a president of the United States who is compromised and his staff is thwarting the criminal investigation of his own son. | |
| Yeah, direct interference. | |
| And we've known this has been happening for quite some time, but now we very well might have the smoking gun. | |
| Very simple vote. | |
| Not a single Democrat decided to vote to protect female sports. | |
| And for you in the audience out there, if you have a Democrat in your life, if you have a young woman athlete that might think they're a left-winger, just show them this vote. | |
| Say that not a single Democrat, the Democrat Party feels women's sports are worthy of protecting. | |
| Your thoughts, Andy Biggs. | |
| Yeah, easy vote. | |
| We had it in the Judiciary Committee before, same result as it was coming through. | |
| Every Republican votes for it. | |
| Every Democrat votes against it. | |
| And if you want to get a picture of this, Charlie, and your audience, of how what the Democrat Party actually thinks about this, look at the comments from minority leader Jakeem Jeffries after this vote. | |
| He basically said, oh, it's a non-issue. | |
| It's no big deal. | |
| And the reality is, having had daughters who competed athletically, it is a big deal. | |
| It is a huge deal. | |
| And it shows how out of touch the Democrats really are with the American people and the plight and the scenarios. | |
| And I'll just say this: this is their intention to basically change our entire culture. | |
| And this is one more way that they were trying to do it. | |
| And thank goodness, you know, Greg Stewie, Virginia Fox, they were the ones who really pushed this through our Congress this time and good on them. | |
| Women's sports will be a thing of the past in a couple of years and past. | |
| And again, I'm not exactly an activist for female sports. | |
| I just believe that people with mental delusions should not be able to interfere with female activity. | |
| All right. | |
| So, Congressman, I want to ask you about some other upcoming votes. | |
| I mean, we had yesterday, Senator Hawley on the border, 5,000 people a day coming across the southern border. | |
| You are, in my opinion, the most articulate and passionate on this topic, being on a border state. | |
| Maorkas says that the border is completely and totally secure. | |
| He should go to jail. | |
| He's a traitor to the United States. | |
| What are we doing to try to hold Majorkis and these gang of criminals accountable? | |
| I'm begging my colleagues to join my attempt to impeach Maorkis. | |
| You know, Charlie, I've got Republicans who won't impeach Majorca. | |
| They say this is Biden's deal. | |
| And I tell them, it isn't Biden's deal. | |
| Biden's not running the border. | |
| Maorcas is running the border. | |
| This is his policies, and he needs to be removed. | |
| He is creating a danger. | |
| And guess what? | |
| Title 42 goes away, Charlie, in just about three weeks now. | |
| And when that goes away, you're going to see a total rush to the border. | |
| There are tens of thousands of people already gathering on the southern side of our border waiting for Title 42 to go away. | |
| That's what they want. | |
| They're going to come on. | |
| That's what they want. | |
| And guess what? | |
| I've been to multiple sectors and multiple sectors in the last month. | |
| There is not a single local law enforcement or border sector chief who says that they're ready for the surge that's about to happen. | |
| So if you thought the Haitian bridge crisis of a year or so ago was rough when we had about 25 to 28,000 Haitians come across over three days and they were underneath that bridge. | |
| Guess what? | |
| You're going to have that in probably six out of the nine southern border sectors and none of them are prepared for it. | |
| People are going to be released right on the streets. | |
| They're not going to be, they don't vet them now. | |
| They can't vet them now, but they won't vet them. | |
| And they're going to be in our communities, especially if you're in a border state. | |
| That's what's going to happen. | |
| It's going to be overwhelming, Charlie. | |
| And so, Congressman, in closing here, why do they want so many illegals to come across the country? | |
| What is the motive of this regime? | |
| You know who asked me that this week? | |
| Jerry Nadler says, why do you guys think we want this? | |
| And I said, because I think you want this because you want to do it. | |
| But here's the way to think of it. | |
| You've got some groups that want to reconquer the Southwest and restore that. | |
| It's stated the goal of La Raza. | |
| Yes. | |
| La Raza and Mecha. | |
| So you've got people who say, we want to eliminate the boundaries of the Westphalian state system. | |
| So they don't want national borders. | |
| You've got people say they want to rebuild the Democrat Party with these individuals. | |
| And if you heard some of the Democrats in our hearing the other night, they'll tell you we want them to come here because they pick our food and they do our laundry. | |
| I mean, it's that condescending and that crazy, Charlie. | |
| They don't love this country, and that's why they want to change it. | |
| And they want to change it through not people from just one or two countries, but people from 160 plus countries around the world. | |
| You know who's number three on the list right now for this fiscal year coming through the Tucson sector in which you live, Charlie, and I live. | |
| South Asian Indians. | |
| Yeah, there you go. | |
| Almost 11,000 of them in just four and a half months. | |
| It is an absolute disgrace. | |
| And very few, no one, this is why they had to do what they did to Carrie Lake. | |
| She was actually going to stop it. | |
| Congressman Biggs, thank you so much. | |
| Thanks, Charlie. | |
