Brought to you by the Loan Experts I Trust, Andrew and Todd at Sierra Pacific Mortgage at andrewandTodd.com.
You better believe we're going to do the Hunter Biden whistleblower story.
It's a huge story, the IRS.
We have Senator Josh Hawley coming up in just a few moments.
But I want to begin today talking about something personal, something that Tucker Carlson, he just mentioned briefly the other night.
I said, oh my goodness, why didn't I think of that?
Because I lived through it.
I saw the change of the great city of Chicago.
And Chicago really is in the news right now.
Where hundreds of black youth this last weekend stormed the streets, targeted white people, pillaged and plundered and looted, unrestrained, unregulated, unchecked violence.
And Tucker Carlson made a mention.
He kind of moved on from it.
I said, oh my goodness, that is one of the best points.
I want to build that out.
I want to mention it.
And there's so much news happening today, but this is personal to me.
And it's important for all of us to recognize and realize because we are living through an America that Barack Obama largely built.
Barack Obama, the bitter Marxist.
Barack Obama, the revolutionary.
Barack Obama, the Chicago community organizer.
Remember, Barack Obama cast a vision of a post-racial America.
I lived through it in 2007 and 2008.
And I just didn't live through the era.
I was in the capital city of Obama world.
The cultural revolution started in Chicago.
David Axelrod, Valerie Jarrett, David Plough, Barack Obama.
Living in the suburbs of Chicago, it was overwhelming.
It was almost like a religious revival, what Obama started in 2007 and 2008.
You couldn't oppose it.
In fact, it seemed as if there almost might be something to this.
It was a magical, utopian vision that we can move past what divides us.
That really was one of the main motivating factors behind Obama's campaign.
Many people voted for Obama because he promised an era of not just racial reconciliation, but a post-racial America.
It was a frenzy.
It was madness.
I remember I was a freshman in high school when all this was happening.
Remember this?
Barack Obama at Millennium Park.
Of course, some of you know Millennium Park.
They have the Bean.
They have the beautiful outdoor concert venue.
It's right near the Art Institute of Chicago.
It was once the most beautiful, one of the most beautiful places in the entire country, if not in Chicago, obviously.
Remember this vision that Obama cast 15 years ago?
15 years ago, Obama talked about what we could achieve, what we could do if we worked together.
Barack Obama used the public support that was given to him.
And where are we 15 years later?
Play Cut 85.
But I will always be honest with you about the challenges we face.
What began 21 months ago in the depths of winter cannot end on this autumn night.
This victory alone is not the change we seek.
It is only the chance for us to make that change.
And that cannot happen if we go back to the way things were.
It can't happen without you, without a new spirit of service, a new spirit of sacrifice.
That was roughly hundreds of thousands of people that came from all over the Chicagoland area to Millennium Park on election night, where Barack Obama was announced the president of the United States.
It was an overwhelming, it had a religious revival component.
You almost felt like this was political Billy Graham.
You couldn't contain it.
It was a frenzy.
It was madness.
It had a life of its own.
And again, Obama was so clear about hope and change and how we're going to make America a better place that we are going to have progress.
We're going to move forward.
But Obama actually had a different agenda all along and he hoodwinked the good people of Chicago and Illinois.
People were quasi-messianic about Barack Obama, but I want to tie all this together because we've lived through the Obama era.
And I don't have to convince you who Obama is, how Obama is a bitter Marxist who doesn't love America and he surrounded himself with people that feel the same way.
Remember, Obama's vice president is now the president.
And so in a direct line of leadership, the person now running the country comes straight from that same cabal of criminals.
But just feet away, because I ran the address.
I couldn't believe it.
Literally just a couple hundred yards away.
When he cast that vision, the same place, the same neighborhood where 15 years ago Obama promised a post-racial reconciliation, a post-racial America, promised racial reconciliation.
What do we see now?
Well, in the streets of Chicago, it's never been more dangerous, more depressing.
It's never been more out of control.
It's called a teen takeover of these young black teens, many of whom were just entering the world when Obama gave that speech.
What do you think about that?
Many of these black teens were six months old, eight months old, a year old, when Obama made that speech 15 years ago.
And now here they are, 16, 17, 18, in a country that widespread supports looting and violence.
The vision that Obama cast is far from one that has made America one of living in harmony.
Let's play cut 28.
That is hundreds of black youth just right there, Millennium Park, right there is where Obama gave a speech.
And now the new mayor of Chicago, Brandon Johnson, says, look, all the targeting white people, the looting, the crime, the burning, not the burning of cars, but the destruction of cars.
It's just like kids playing in a home.
New mayor of Chicago, Brandon Johnson, justifies this.
Play cut 84.
Look, demonizing children is wrong.
We have to keep them safe as well.
Have you ever taught middle school?
I have.
Have you ever raised young people?
Do you understand the risk that young people take just because they're young?
Do you know that home plate is at the bottom of my stairs?
I found it out when my son was sliding down those stairs trying to score.
They're young.
Sometimes they make silly decisions.
They do.
And so we have to make sure that we are investing to make sure that young people know that they are supported.
Investing so that people are supported.
This is what he is downplaying.
Look at this.
Black youth going after a white woman in what appears to be a hate crime on the city of streets of the city of Chicago.
And by the way, enough of this investing thing.
There's more money than ever being poured into these inner cities.
How about consequences?
Prison time, handcuffs, play cut 25.
And the media is saying, oh, well, you know, the story is that the woman was pushed out of the way to try to get to her innocent black boyfriend or something of this sense.
It's nonsense.
It's an anti-white hate crime.
And Lori Lightfoot, the outgoing mayor, says it's not mayhem.
Now, of course, we know that if hundreds of white MAGA hat-wearing people descended in Chicago after black people, it'd be the number one news story in the country.
How do I know this?
Well, it's because when Jesse Smollett pretended that two white people came after him wearing MAGA hats and allegedly put a noose on him, it received nonstop nationwide coverage.
The only problem is it never happened.
Lori Lightfoot, play cut 67.
There are a few that came with different intentions, and they have and they will be dealt with.
But I'm not going to use your language, which I think is wrong to say that it's mayhem.
We all, many of us lived through, not all, I shouldn't say all of us, the hope and change promise.
This is a good question to ask a liberal in your life that was a big Obama person.
How did it work?
Where are we at 15 years later?
Where is that utopia?
The very neighborhood that launched Barack Obama is dirtier, more dangerous, violent, more depressing, less prosperous than ever before.
And I hate to say Barack Obama got exactly what he wanted.
He never wanted actually the improvement of communities.
He never wanted people to be lifted up.
He wanted power.
And he wanted, as he said, and his counterpart, Michelle said, the fundamental transformation of America.
No one has been as successful as the Obama family has the last 15 years in fundamentally transforming America.
They got what they wanted.
They cast a vision and they have achieved it.
The country has been fundamentally transformed as we are living through Obama's cultural revolution.

The Untouchable Class in DC00:04:02
This Hunter Biden IRS whistleblower story is incredible, but let me just kind of summarize the thing with Obama.
It's worth reflection because Obama hoodwinked the entire country.
Obama promised us a post-racial America.
We have more racial disharmony than ever before, thanks to Obama and his allies.
Obama promised us an era of an ending of corrupt politics.
We have more inside deals and more power in Washington, D.C.
And the counties around Washington, D.C. are wealthier than ever before.
Here's a good question to ask your friends.
Where are the wealthiest counties in America?
Seven out of 10 of the wealthiest counties in America are surrounding Washington, D.C. What products does Washington, D.C. make?
Cars?
Do they make semiconductors?
You know that the wealthiest counties in America used to be around Chicago and Detroit.
Now the wealthiest counties are all around Washington, D.C.
We went from a country that rewarded merit and work and risk-tank and entrepreneurialism to a country that now rewards insider crony deals, nepotism, proximity, and that's a perfect segue to Mr. Hunter Biden.
Hunter Biden has been under investigation by the federal government, multiple federal agencies since 2018, but no charges have been filed, and the investigation also hasn't been closed.
In other words, this investigation has been going on for longer than the United States was involved in World War II.
We have Hunter's entire laptop exposing his personal life, and there's a lot there.
Let me tell you what.
It's filled with obvious, shady, and potential criminal behavior, but somehow we don't have anything conclusive on him, which is just nonsense.
What it really is, is that the investigation on Hunter Biden keeps on getting interfered with.
I want to talk about obstruction of justice.
It's always been obvious what's happening.
Someone inside the Internal Revenue Service is holding up a serious investigation into Hunter Biden.
Well, now we know a special IRS agent is seeking whistleblower protection to disclose alleged mishandling of the investigation into Hunter Biden.
Now, the whistleblower, the letter, it's very, very vague.
It doesn't say that Hunter Biden is the high-profile person whose investigation is being sabotaged.
However, according to the Wall Street Journal, it's been made clear to lawmakers that this is the person who's being protected.
A letter to the lawmakers from the agent's attorney, Mark Little, says the IRS has failed to address clear conflicts of interest in the investigation into Hunter Biden and his potential crimes related to taxes and an illegal gun purchase.
The agent has already shared the information internally with the IRS and the Justice Department watchdog.
Yeah, that's a good way to make sure nothing happens.
Where's Congress?
We need the House to move on this immediately.
According to the Wall Street Journal, this whistleblower's claim contradicts sworn testimony as an unnamed senior political appointee.
Presumably, the unnamed senior appointee is Attorney General Merrick Garland.
So, what we have now is an IRS whistleblower coming out and saying that the investigation into Hunter Biden is being interfered with.
We've known this the entire time.
This is nothing new.
Because if you take down Hunter Biden, in the process of that investigation, you're going to find the big man.
You're going to find not just taxes not being paid.
You're going to find the big guy, Joe Biden.
Remember Tony Bobulinsky, who came out with the smoking gun of smoking guns, and people just kind of shrugged their shoulders and they didn't care.
Tony Bobulinsky, who said on the record repeatedly and was willing to testify, was willing to work with federal investigators, willing to work with the DOJ to say that Joe Biden and Hunter Biden were breaking international customs and also domestic law, selling out our country to the Chinese Communist Party.
I don't want to get your hopes up, though.
I'm of the belief that these people are largely untouchable.
We have the untouchable class, and then we have us.
We have the untouchable class and the persecuted class.
The untouchable class is largely white liberals who run the country.

The investment world is completely different in 2023, and you cannot do the same thing as last year.
Woke companies are aggressively implementing ESG.
Interest rates are going up, and inflation is still lingering.

Joining us now is Senator Josh Hawley.
Senator, welcome back to the program, and thank you for your leadership in the Senate.
I want to play a piece of tape and allow you to react.
Let's go cut 776, Mayorkas, and we'll have your reaction.
Play cut 76.
It is my testimony that the border is secure, and we are working every day, day and night, to increase its security.
Does THS have operational control of our entire border?
No, sir.
Senator, what does he mean by secure?
He means wide open.
He means, Charlie, actually, and it's great to be with you, by the way.
He means that they've got the border right where they want it.
They want it open.
The Biden administration wants people to be able to walk across with impunity.
They want people to be able to go wherever they want.
They want illegals to stream in the country and cartels to do whatever they want.
So, yeah, they're happy with it.
So, secure means their policy is working the way they want it to work.
But here's the thing, Charlie.
We've got drugs pouring across the border.
We've got 350,000 children who have been smuggled across the border, thousands of whom are now in slave labor conditions in the shadows in this country.
That's because of this administration.
And Charlie, they just don't care.
That's the bottom line.
I agree.
So, Senator, you're going to have to help me because I get asked this question all the time.
Why do they want the border open so badly?
Oh, I think because a couple of things.
They want to bring in more voters.
I think they clearly think that illegal immigrants come into the country eventually will get citizenship status or heck, be able to vote in some states as illegals and that this will help them over time.
I think a lot of it's political, but I think a lot of it is also it's cultural and ideological.
Listen, if you have illegal immigrants who come into this country and drive down wages, it means you don't have to pay American workers or legal immigrants the wages they deserve.
And they're all for that.
The Democrats talk about supporting workers.
They're not for American workers.
So they're happy to have these people come over, take American jobs, drive down American wage.
Well, and what you've just articulated, and I totally agree, is a couple different entities then that benefit from open borders, megacorporations, agricultural industry, and then the American Democrat Party, by their own admission, they believe they're going to win politically from this.
And so, Senator, is it correct?
Three to 5,000 people a day?
Is that about where we're at right now?
Yeah, it's going to get much worse because Title 42 expires here.
I mean, I say expires.
The Biden administration is removing it in just a few weeks.
And Charlie, there is going to be an enormous explosion.
If you want to get a sense of what it's like, what it's going to be, look at what happened a couple of years ago when they removed children from Title 42.
They did that back in January of 2021.
And in one month, there was a 342% increase in the number of kids, 342% increase.
That's about the scale we're going to see here in about two, three weeks.
You're one of the few senators, I think, doing an effective job to hold this fourth branch of government accountable.
The concern I have and our audience has is the general attitude that I am receiving from Mayorkis is he doesn't really care as if there is, yeah, okay, he'll receive the scolding.
He'll receive the online and viral, you know, condemnation, but it's as if he has a higher purpose ideological agenda.
A great example of this is Cut 75, where you do a phenomenal job cross-examining him, and it's effective.
It helps us in the narrative war, but I don't think Mayorkis is moved by this.
It's as if he has a duty to something beyond Congress.
He thinks he's better than you, Senator.
Play Cut 75.
Why have you permitted 345,000 children to come into this country unaccompanied?
Why have you permitted thousands of them to be abused and exploited?
Senator, what we do is we enforce the law.
But let me just say this.
You're not.
You're not going to take any responsibility for the indentured servitude and exploitation of children that is happening on your watch.
Mr. Secretary, this is par for the course for you.
You do it every time you appear before this committee.
You do it every time you appear before Congress.
I, for one, am sick and tired of it.
And thousands of children are in physical danger, danger, because of what you are doing.
You should have resigned long ago.
And if you cannot change course, you should be removed from office.
Senator, that's a very effective line of questioning, but does it move him?
He's just kind of like a Pete Buttigieg automaton for open borders.
He doesn't seem to care.
Oh, it doesn't move him at all.
No, I mean, he is unfortunately irredeemable in this sense.
Yeah, I agree.
But what will make a difference is, is that if he's not going to do his job and he's just going to flout the law, which is what he is doing, if he's going to lie to Congress, then the House should impeach him.
I agree.
And the House has the power to do that.
And Charlie, there is value in saying that, no, we're not going to allow you just to flout the law.
No, we're not going to allow you to lie about Border Patrol.
And no, we're not going to allow you to bring thousands of kids into this country and have them be turned over to be slaves.
Like we're going to draw the line somewhere and we're going to say this is the example.
So I urge the House to do it.
I mean, I think the time has come.
They can gather evidence as part of that proceeding about what's really going on at DHS.
House investigators ought to camp out over at the Homeland Security Department.
They ought to be in every meeting.
They ought to be into every file figuring out what this guy has done.
And it's time to take action.
And the smugness that he has is quite incredible.
And it's just the pomposity of, oh, yeah, the border is completely open.
It's as if he almost gets enjoyment from just not that it would be one thing if it was a lie.
It is the polar opposite.
We have a super highway for illegals bringing in drugs and bringing in crime.
And the children is an important aspect of this.
I want to play this right here, Play Cut 73, you at the hearing here.
New York Times article shows how thousands of kids are being smuggled across the border and then put into labor jobs.
Play Cut 73.
This is from the New York Times.
Thousands of children have ended up in punishing jobs across the country, working overnight in slaughterhouses, replacing roofs, operating machinery in factories, all in violation of child labor laws.
For example, there's a young girl named Carolina from Guatemala.
She is 15 years old.
What does she do?
She packages Cheerios overnight at a factory.
She says, sometimes I get tired and I feel sick.
The times goes on, her stomach often hurt.
She wasn't sure if that was because of a lack of sleep or the stress of the incessant roar of the machines or her own worry.
Now, Senator, for our audience that might just be alarmed by this, this is slave labor domestically in the United States involving children.
We have millions of federal agents and bureaucrats that love to go storm James O'Keefe's home, go after Steve Bannon, go after conservative businesses.
Where's the Department of Labor like knocking on these?
Like, hey, you guys have Nicaraguan 13-year-olds doing slave labor for you.
Is that a concern for the Democrats?
Oh, no.
If it involves the multinational corporations, Charlie, who send them all those donations, you know, all the executives who fund the Democrats, then it's fine.
And if you look at what's going on here, where are these children being sent?
It's to the big global corporations.
And they are working for nothing.
I mean, this is, it's great for the corporations.
They don't have to pay the kids anything and they don't have to pay an American worker or a legal immigrant anything.
So the Democrats are fine with that.
But yeah, they'll send an FBI SWAT team to the house of a pro-life demonstrator to target him and his children.
That's priority.
I think that's just the most important point, which is it's not as if this regime is afraid to use government force, right?
I mean, can we get a raid of, I don't know, a bunch of 12-year-olds from Honduras that are putting together trinkets or Cheerios?
I mean, I could get behind that.
I mean, we got, we obviously come in guns ablazing to pastors' homes or dissident journalists or Mar-a-Lago.
So you go and raid Mar-a-Lago, you indict Donald Trump, and we just kind of shrug our shoulders when there is a new slave trade that basically is now institutionalized here domestically.
Because of their problem.
Yeah.
And so talk about that New York Times article.
That's amazing that they covered it.
A lot of people didn't mention it.
Could just build that out a little bit more.
Yeah, so here's the deal.
Since the Biden administration lifted Title 42 for kids, almost 350,000 unaccompanied kids, they're by themselves.
And we're talking kids, 12, 13, 14, have come across the border.
The Biden administration has lost track completely of almost 100,000 of them.
Where are they?
The Times did this investigation and they found they're in slave labor.
They're working for these giant multinational corporations and in punishing conditions, Charlie.
They're not going to school.
Sometimes they're not being fed.
This is happening in the United States.
But yeah, what's the Biden administration doing?
They're trying to infiltrate churches.
You know, they're doing raids on pro-life families.
They're visiting the homes of journalists with IRS agents.
That's their priority because they want to control the speech in this country.
They want to control the narrative.
Actually, helping victims, the most victimized people, these kids who have no say, often don't speak English.
Oh, they don't care about that.
That messes up their line.
That messes up their whole propaganda effort.
They don't care at all.
Breaking news.
After sworn testimony, former acting CIA director Mike Morrell colluded.
We know that the Biden campaign solicited the letter from 50-plus Intel officials that labeled Hunter Biden's laptop Russian disinformation, which was then used as a prerequisite for social media censorship.
And so who made the call to then acting CIA director Morrell?
Remember, this was technically Trump's government at the time.
Who's going to be held accountable?
I mean, this is not just direct election interference.
This is unlike anything we've ever seen before.
Yeah, I think Tony Blinken, I thought, was the big revelation that came out of the committee, the House committee here just recently that Blinken was the one on the campaign on the Biden campaign who is drumming this stuff up.
And we saw how Blinken got rewarded.
He's now the Secretary of State, for heaven's sakes.
He's the one who's predicting the same thing.
So Tony Blinken called a Trump appointee and the Trump appointee took direction from the Biden campaign.
I'm told that Blinken is the one who solicited the letter, that the 51 national security folks who signed a letter saying that this is all disinformation, that Blinken is the one who solicited it.
Maybe I'm wrong about that.
No, I mean, it sounds right.
I just, because it was current and active intel agencies and Politico put them all together and Politico had the worst headline of them all is they said this and the way they worded it, this looks like Russian disinformation.
But then, Senator, I lost access to my Twitter because I wasn't allowed to talk about the laptop two weeks before because they said, oh, according to Politico.
So this is how it works, everybody.
You have these criminals in government that all agree.
It's like 99% of scientists agree on climate change.
And then they use that.
They write an article.
And then that article is used as a basis to then shut up dissident speech in a political campaign.
Senator, I wish we had more time.
I know you have a book coming out soon.
I'm excited to promote that heavily and do some stuff with you.
So, Senator, thanks so much.
Thanks for having me, Charlie.
There's several verses here.
Exodus 23, 3 is, you shall not slant your testimony in favor of a person just because that person is poor.
Yeah, actually, it's the new James, King James is better, actually.
You shall not show partiality to a poor person in his dispute.
That is the idea of blind justice, and that is the right way.
It's the opposite is also true.
You should not show partiality to a poor person or a rich person.
The principle applies to your socioeconomic status should not be able to help you.
But of course, it does.
That's an ideal that we don't even get close to living up to, especially in this postmodern America.
I'm going to play a piece of tape here.
John Fetterman is chairing a committee.
I'm going to keep on reiterating it.
Don't look at the horse race, Trump versus DeSantis.
Are we building an infrastructure in Georgia, Arizona, Wisconsin to chase ballots, do early voting, and signature verification?
Every time I see John Fetterman's confirmation that the way we did elections for years is over, it is dead.
It's about chasing ballots.
And the Democrats are awfully good at it.
Play cut 80.
I called this hearing of the U.S. Senate Subcommittee and Food and Nutrition, especially crops, organics, and research to order.
Well, I think Joe Biden speaks better than he does, and that really says something.
Doesn't matter.
They're going to run Joe Biden for the presidency, most likely.
That's what it looks like.
They think they can win with anybody because they have the machinery to do it.
By machinery, I mean ballot chasers, the relaxed signature verification rules, favorable Secretary of State's offices, favorable Supreme Courts, the lawfare strategy, all the above.
Want to get to another story here?
Let's go to this one, which I think is fascinating.
It kind of ties into what we've been talking about earlier, which I think is very important.
Let's go to no, instead, let's go to cut 62.
Protecting Women in Sports00:02:54
This event was life-changing, but it's not the end of my story.
So I'm here to announce that I plan on making a comeback to the NFL.
So the diagnosis of pretty much what happened to me was basically Commodio Cortis.
It's a direct blow at a specific point in your heartbeat that causes cardiac arrest.
And that's pretty much what everyone's seen January 2nd of this year.
Commodiocortis is the leading cause of death in youth and youth athletes across all sports.
So that's something that I personally will be taking a step in to make a change.
Glad he's doing better.
Praise God.
And they say that DeMar Hamlin will be back on the field this fall.
Cut 82, the woman that looks like a Wiccan, I'm not sure if she is, Rosett DeLauro has a very interesting point here, and it segues to a question that I don't think anyone has successfully been able to answer.
How did the Democrat Party go from a party that just years ago was arguing for women's equality and women's rights?
And now in the latest vote, not a single Democrat decided to vote that female sports are worthy of protection.
What has happened to the American Democrat Party?
Well, Rosa DeLauro says that we need to make sure we use female dummies.
And the question should have been: well, Congresswoman DeLauro, what is a woman?
Play cut 82.
You also plan to make important investments to address the roadway safety crisis, including the critical funding that would accelerate the development.
And this is an area I've written to you about of the use of female dummies in crash testing.
This will start to fight the gender inequity among vehicle safety and crash victims.
