| Brought to you by my friends, Andrew and Todd at Sierra Pacific Mortgage, 888, 888 1172 or AndrewNTodd.com. | |
| Could this be the week that the first time in American history, a former president is arrested? | |
| Sure seems that way. | |
| The Manhattan District Attorney, Alvin Bragg, is indicating alongside Donald Trump's statements that Donald Trump might be handcuffed, processed, fingerprinted in Manhattan this week. | |
| He would be the first former president in history to face criminal charges. | |
| What is in dispute? | |
| Did Donald Trump murder somebody? | |
| Did he burn down a department store? | |
| Did he do mass looting? | |
| Did he embezzle money? | |
| Did he short a bunch of stocks? | |
| Did he scam the crypto market? | |
| Did he falsify bank documents? | |
| Did he oversee the Silicon Valley Bank? | |
| Was he a chairman of Lehman Brothers? | |
| Did he do the made-off scheme? | |
| Nope. | |
| Donald Trump made a personal payment in his own personal life while a presidential campaign was occurring regarding something with Stormy Daniels, of which it is very unclear what exactly is going on there, because Stormy Daniels in 2018 came out and said, yeah, we actually didn't have it in a fair. | |
| You guys didn't know that, did you? | |
| She came out and said that in 2018. | |
| Media won't cover that. | |
| But Alvin Bragg is coming out and saying that this is a campaign finance violation that needs to elevate all the way to the level of a felony. | |
| Let's catch you up on it. | |
| Play cut two. | |
| Former President Trump claiming authorities will arrest him tomorrow. | |
| He would be the first former president in history to face criminal charges. | |
| The possible arrest related to a hush money payment made to adult film star Stormy Daniels. | |
| You'll remember it happened in the run-up to the 2016 election. | |
| The Manhattan District Attorney's Office has been investigating the case for years, and a grand jury is reportedly on the verge of bringing charges. | |
| On the verge of bringing charges. | |
| They're saying an arrest is imminent, that they've been investigating this for years. | |
| But of course, now that the 2024 presidential campaign is starting to heat up, the Manhattan District Attorney is getting into full gear and they say as early as tomorrow, you could see Donald Trump, the 45th president of the United States, once the darling of New York who saved Woman Rink, built the actually purchased the Plaza Hotel, did the Hyatt deal, saved the convention center. | |
| One of the most notable philanthropists in the history of New York City, they want to seek revenge against him. | |
| And it's obvious why, and we'll talk about it, but let's build out this, their argument. | |
| Their argument is that Donald Trump in his own private life paid Stormy Daniels as a hush money payment as a way to try and influence the 2016 presidential campaign. | |
| This is such, this is beyond an abuse of the criminal justice system. | |
| Even if you hate Donald Trump, even if you are the most anti-Trump person, you cannot possibly justify that this is what the criminal justice system is for. | |
| This is not even a novel legal theory. | |
| This is a fiction of the legal code. | |
| Signs indicate that Bragg's plan is to claim that Trump's payments to Stormy Daniels were improperly classified as a legal expense. | |
| Now, even that would just be a misdemeanor if true. | |
| So to make it a felony, like Bragg has been saying, that it's a crime was committed to cover up another crime. | |
| And the theory goes that it goes a bigger crime making this in illegal campaign contribution. | |
| This is such an abuse. | |
| It basically says any spending in your personal life is actually for a political campaign. | |
| And then it just begs the question, was Donald Trump selling our country out to the Chinese Communist Party so his cocaine-addicted son could make money and our national security could be compromised? | |
| Did Donald Trump smash a bunch of devices even though they were under subpoena and they just disappeared? | |
|
Democrats Running Government Illegally
00:04:08
|
|
| Did Donald Trump engage in a summer of love, of looting and fire and arson? | |
| No, of course not. | |
| A city that is more dangerous than ever. | |
| And the local DA is going straight after the 45th President of the United States. | |
| Why is this happening? | |
| Now, many of you say, well, Charles, because they want to take out Trump before 2024. | |
| That's partially true. | |
| But there is a promise that was made, top-down, and it's almost been a competition. | |
| It's what a competition between Letitia James and the Fulton County person and Alvin Bragg is a competition to seek revenge over justice. | |
| Seared into the memory of the Democrat Party elite is how they felt that night in 2016 on election night. | |
| Not only were the expectations high, they were metaphorically measuring the drapes. | |
| They had their cabinet all picked out at the Kravitz Center. | |
| They were ready for what came next. | |
| What came next was supposed to be the seamless entrance into the destruction of America, the postmodern America, the abolition of the Republican Party, the first female president that would keep the neoliberal order going. | |
| The Supreme Court was supposed to be a 7-2 left-wing majority. | |
| Circuit courts were to be flooded with left-wing radicals and activists. | |
| The borders would be completely and totally wide open. | |
| We would enter the Paris Climate Accord. | |
| The Iran deal would be approved. | |
| We would destroy finally the American middle class. | |
| Silicon Valley would get everything that they asked. | |
| Wall Street would remain untouched. | |
| The muscular class would be pummeled. | |
| We would have a whole regime of anti-racism implemented in every single portion of our country. | |
| We'd have endless war invading Libya to Syria to Ukraine. | |
| War, as far as the eye can see, we would add another 5 million green card immigrants because why not? | |
| We invade the world. | |
| We invite the world. | |
| All of this was planned. | |
| It was ready. | |
| It was on a piece of paper. | |
| All they needed to do was beat the crazy developer man from New York City. | |
| And Hillary Clinton lost. | |
| And she lost in a humiliating fashion. | |
| It was a legit surprise. | |
| And you cannot ever properly capture the feeling of the Democrat elite when that occurred. | |
| The glass ceiling was not broken that evening. | |
| The crying, the despair, the drunkenness, the panic, the paranoia that the man who was down 10 points in the polls suddenly won that night. | |
| Weeping and the gnashing of the teeth. | |
| It is seared into the consciousness. | |
| It never has gone away. | |
| That night is the night that the Democrat Party said shall live in infamy. | |
| Regardless of how they did in the midterms, regardless of how they were able to implement Joe Biden, that memory of 2016 for the septogenarian, octogenarian, Marxist, miserable creeps like Nancy Pelosi and Schumer, they felt as if time was robbed from them. | |
| They felt as if that was going to be the climax of the revolution. | |
| Because you might remember in the 2008 presidential primary, there was the Obama camp and the Clinton camp. | |
| And Obama brought in a whole bunch of other radicals and cronies that got rich and they were able to run the government. | |
| The Clinton camp still had some say they ran the State Department, you had the Podestas, but they were really waiting for their shot to run the government. | |
| And they said, okay, fine, Obama, you get eight years, but then Hillary and 16, this is it. | |
| We run the government in our image, just like the Clinton Global Initiative. | |
| We're going to get fabulously wealthy. | |
| We're going to take over the government. | |
| We're going to do it our way. | |
| And then this guy, Donald Trump, comes and runs a completely different type of campaign. | |
| It wasn't a Mitt Romney neoliberal campaign. | |
| It wasn't open borders. | |
| It wasn't free trade. | |
| And these people swore to themselves, we will have our revenge. | |
| It's not enough to defeat him. | |
| It's not enough to displace him from office. | |
| No, no, no. | |
| We need handcuffs. | |
| We need perp walks. | |
|
Unfair Indictment Against Us
00:07:14
|
|
| We need orange jumpsuits. | |
| We need the demolition of his business. | |
| The cruelty is the point. | |
| We're going to take him down by any means possible because that night was supposed to be the entrance into a new America. | |
| We were supposed to enter into a brave new world that night at the Javit Center. | |
| We were supposed to break through into a new chapter, a new eon where we run everything. | |
| The courts are taken over. | |
| The country will never go back to Republican dominance. | |
| And the man who everyone mocked and ridiculed and scorned at, who had a 1% chance of winning, according to the New York Times, turned everything upside down 180. | |
| And these people have not forgotten. | |
| This, more than anything else, is about revenge. | |
| It's petty. | |
| It's personal. | |
| But in the same place where they were supposed to be celebrating Hillary Clinton's victory, Manhattan in one of the boroughs in New York, that's exactly where they want to take him down. | |
| And it's by no mistake, this quote-unquote thrill kill is supposed to humiliate Donald Trump in the same city that he made a name for himself. | |
| They get off on this stuff. | |
| These people are sick. | |
| They're twisted. | |
| They find this sadistic pleasure. | |
| It's a fetish where they say, oh, yeah, you wrote the art of the deal. | |
| Well, now you're going to have to write the art of how to get out of jail. | |
| That's how these people are. | |
| These are secular, miserable, joyless fanatics. | |

| Liberals are jubilant. | |
| There's a hashtag arrestmas. | |
| They are celebrating. | |
| They are salivating. | |
| You see, when you do not have a belief in the divine or the internal or you do not have a strong ethical code, you find meaning in the cruelty of others, in the treatment of others. | |
| And Donald Trump has been made as a Hitlerian type figure. | |
| And right now, liberals all across the internet are celebrating. | |
| They're having parties. | |
| They're saying that finally we are doing it. | |
| And they're going to realize that, okay, Donald Trump gets fingerprinted in the process. | |
| Your life is still super miserable with all your cats in your apartment in Brooklyn. | |
| Like, it doesn't make your life any better all of a sudden because Donald Trump has to fly in and has to fight a felony. | |
| It's a really bad way to run your life to all of a sudden act as if your meaning is connected to somebody else's life becoming more difficult. | |
| But that's what you get when you have an entire university system that isn't built on wisdom or goodness. | |
| So the left is celebrating. | |
| They're salivating. | |
| It's happening in great numbers. | |
| This is all built on revenge. | |
| It's built on revenge because it was the regime that never got implemented. | |
| Donald Trump disrupted so much of this, in particular in the courts and the international scene, from how he rearranged NATO to getting out of the Parents' Climate Accord to redoing NAFTA to finally holding the Chinese Communist Party accountable. | |
| And if it wasn't for the virus and the lockdowns and the infiltration of Fauci and Burks into the Trump government, then Donald Trump would have easily have won four more years. | |
| In fact, of course, we believe if it wasn't for Zuckerbucks and the mail-in ballots and the signature verification, he would still be president. | |
| But there's a second element here that really bothers me, and I don't think this is going to be covered by most people in media, which is why have Republican district attorneys, why have Republican attorney generals not started to investigate the legitimate crimes of the Democrat mafia? | |
| You see, they think they can keep on doing this against Donald Trump, against Steve Bannon, against all of the people on the right, and they kind of snicker and they say, yeah, we're going to abuse power, and the right won't even look into our own crimes. | |
| And they laugh. | |
| Why is it that the Attorney General of Arkansas or some DA in Arkansas does not have an open criminal investigation into the crimes of Hunter Biden? | |
| At least give the Democrats a little bit of a fear that we're willing to use political power to look into the actual crimes that they have committed. | |
| You see, you have one side that is enthusiastic to use the legal system to try to turn our country into a Stalinist nightmare. | |
| We have another side that is terrified to even use the legal system in a legitimate way to look into the actual crimes of the entire Democrat regime. | |
| You see, here we are. | |
| We're going to be talking about how unjust this is and how abusive this is and how it's an overreach. | |
| All that stuff is legitimate, and we should say that. | |
| But we are now in a power dispute. | |
| We're in a power dispute. | |
| There will be one winner. | |
| Either the right will win or the left will win. | |
| The left thinks they can win by putting us in jail and by ridiculing us and by using the criminal justice system against us. | |
| But when they are able to continue to commit crimes, and look, the House GOP is doing their job, but this is less of a congressional issue. | |
| The House GOP demands the New York City district attorney turn over documents and give testimony as to the politically motivated persecution of Donald Trump. | |
| That's a great sign. | |
| That would not have happened a decade ago. | |
| Paul Ryan and his pack of moderates would have been like, whoa, this is not us. | |
| We don't want to interfere with an investigation. | |
| That's ridiculous. | |
| I'm glad they're doing that. | |
| I'm talking about district attorneys. | |
| I'm talking about attorney generals. | |
| Do we have a current grand jury right now in a red state against Joe Biden, the treason he's committed against America? | |
| If not, why not? | |
| Ask your attorney general. | |
| Do we have a current investigation into the Clinton Crime Foundation of the crimes that they committed against the American homeland or maybe even committed in Arkansas? | |
| The way Arkansas is a super red state that the Clintons and the Bidens have both heavily trafficked throughout the last couple of years. | |
| You're trying to tell me that you couldn't find a misdemeanor that Hunter Biden committed in Arkansas. | |
| So, if this is the new threshold, if the new threshold of American politics is, wow, you have a misdemeanor of a payment to Stormy Daniels that could be classified as a campaign finance thing, then what exactly would you call it when you get a $3 million wire from a Chinese Communist Party-affiliated company? | |
| Why does a Republican district attorney not investigate them right now? | |
| I don't want excuses, I want answers, and you should too. | |
| I want a sheriff, a DA, and panel a grand jury. | |
| I don't like where we are in our country. | |
| I don't like talking like this. | |

|
|
| They will not back down. | |
| They will not respect us, they being the regime, they being the left, until there is even a micron of fear that their crimes might be exposed. | |
| You want to have this stop? | |
| Then you have to all of a sudden look into these people and you have to make them feel as if there is a check in the balance for the actual crimes they've committed. | |
| Mutually assured destruction. | |
| We have one side that is usurping the Constitution. | |
| We have one side that is investigating us. | |
| We have one side that is absolutely going after us every single day. | |
| On our side, we do press releases. | |
| Well, you know, this is a very unfair indictment. | |
| Yeah, of course it is. | |
| We need a war deterrent. | |
| They're at war against us. | |
| They're about to go indict Donald Trump and they're going to fingerprint him and perp walk him. | |
| The only way that you get them to stop is if their cronies and their leaders start to be a little uneasy and nervous that they might be fingerprinted and processed for the actual crimes they've committed. | |
| Okay, Kirk fans, I need you to stop and pay attention to this. | |

|
|
| Thank you for coming out for one last rally before election day tomorrow. | |
| The scene here is so different than it was a few hours ago when people were happy and relaxed. | |
| There are people who are just in shock and they are just stunned at the idea that they were completely sure they were coming to this event to celebrate Hillary Clinton becoming the first female president. | |
| And now they are confronting the reality that they could be walking out of here, perhaps expecting that Donald Trump is going to become president. | |
| It was humiliating. | |
| And they made a pledge. | |
| They made a blood oath. | |
| They made a promise to themselves that we will never forget and we will put this man in handcuffs. | |
| That's the way the left operates. | |
| They're petty. | |
| They're personal. | |
| They do not believe in forgiveness. | |
| They do not move on. | |
| For them, this life is everything. | |
| They do not have a teleological belief in the eternal or the divine. | |
| Some of them claim to, but this is it. | |
| This is their ballgame. | |
| And he stole it from them. | |
| Joining us now is Stephen Miller, excellent legal mind to help unpack the entrance into a Stalinist country that we are seeing in real time. | |
| Stephen, welcome to the program. | |
| Stephen, you served significant time alongside President Trump, and you did a wonderful job in the administration. | |
| You're also a great legal mind. | |
| Walk us through what we're seeing here with the Manhattan District Attorney in your own words. | |
| Yes, well, thank you. | |
| And as you mentioned, I was with President Trump going all the way back to the early days of the original campaign on through that whole campaign through the entire administration, every single day of it. | |
| And as you laid out, this is exactly what you said. | |
| The Clinton campaign, the Democrat establishment, the financial establishment, the entire architecture of the Deep State could not abide, could not allow, could not permit President Trump to be president of the United States, could not have a person whom they could not control, whom their normal techniques of manipulation, psychological warfare, | |
| and intimidation could not influence. | |
| In other words, they're used to the idea that they can manufacture or leak intelligence, whether it be to the New York Times or to anybody else, or suggest that there's going to be some kind of political prosecution and be able to control the behavior when the other team gets their candidate in. | |
| President Trump, they could not, still cannot do that with. | |
| And so this is all it has always been and continues to be about that, which brings us again to the Soros DA in Manhattan. | |
| So you have a situation here where, if I remember correctly, Mr. Bragg won the Democrat primary in New York, specifically in Manhattan, also known as New York County, with 85,000 votes and was significantly funded by George Soros. | |
| So a very small number of people living in Manhattan selected one prosecutor who now assumes for himself complete control over the electoral process for 300 million Americans. | |
| This case is built on one legal lie and falsehood and just complete deception after another. | |
| But the simplest version of it is this. | |
| The Department of Justice and the FEC, which has sole legal authority over our election laws, declined repeatedly over a period of years to pursue any kind of criminal matter against President Trump related to the dispute with Miss Daniels because there was no crime. | |
| In fact, it's quite the opposite. | |
| As anyone who works in the government can tell you, and I worked in the government for many years, the rule is the exact opposite. | |
| Federal campaign funds shall not and cannot be used for a personal matter. | |
| You cannot use campaign funds to pay for your alimony, to pay for your child support, to pay for your home repairs, and certainly not to pay for personal legal disputes arising from anything. | |
| They expected him to use it from his campaign fund for whatever the reason for the Stormy Daniels transaction was. | |
| I mean, it's not even a novel theory. | |
| Just so everyone understands, let's pretend. | |
| Don't say, don't say, yeah, exactly. | |
| Stop. | |
| People stop saying novel theory. | |
| As I said, it's a lie. | |
| It's an inversion. | |
| Ask yourself this question. | |
| If President Trump or his subordinates or his campaign had taken federal election funds and transferred them to Ms. Daniels, what would have happened? | |
| The Department of Justice would have charged those individuals with a crime for the misappropriation of campaign funds. | |
| Yeah, and so here's under the so let's just build out what their case is this, that Donald Trump was running for the presidency and that he only made this payment for Stormy Daniels to Stormy Daniels for political purposes, of which there's no evidence of any of that. | |
| And it should have been classified as a campaign payment. | |
| I mean, Stephen, this is not just show me the man, I'll show you the crime. | |
| It's show me the man and I'll make up the crime. | |
| Exactly. | |
| Make up the crime, make up the law, make up everything. | |
| And even that doesn't really fully convey the extent of this madness because the prosecutor in Manhattan, elected in a Democrat primary with 85,000 votes, has absolutely no authority, no authority to enforce federal election law whatsoever. | |
| None. | |
| So he's making his own law that he doesn't have authority to enforce in the first instance. | |
| And just if you were to take what he was saying seriously, and nobody should, because again, it's all about what you laid out and what I laid out about the real motives. | |
| But you're going to take it seriously. | |
| Under this theory, if a candidate is running for office and there's a dispute over, say, alimony with his ex-wife, and the ex-wife requests a different amount of alimony based on years-long disputes, whatever, that the candidate would be legally obliged to transfer all the alimony payments over to his campaign. | |
| And from now on, his wife will get all of her alimony payments from his election campaign. | |
| But to not do that would be a crime. | |
| That if you tried to pay alimony with your personal funds, you're a criminal. | |
| What kind of criminal pays alimony out of their own pocket? | |
| Obviously, that's what campaigns are for. | |
| That is what this would mean if it was taken seriously. | |
| But again, the whole point is, the whole point is that they are Marxists and the truth is nothing to them. | |
| No, that's right. | |
| So, Stephen, let's talk about something I mentioned in the previous segment. | |
| And what irritates me is that, look, we are in a struggle for power for the future of America. | |
| It's not enough to complain about this. | |
| I'm asking an open-ended question. | |
| Why is it that we do not have district attorneys or attorney generals, attorneys general across the country using their political power to investigate the legitimate crimes of Hunter Biden, Hillary Clinton, James Comey, the international crimes? | |
| Forget the DOJ and the FBI. | |
| If they're the only side that is willing to use political power and they're willing to do it on a public scale against a former president, then we're going to continually just be steamrolled by these people. | |
| There needs to be some deterrence here. | |
| Do you agree? | |
| Yes, I think you've laid it out correctly. | |
| So here's how I put it. | |
| Conservatives have to be able to hold two truths in their mind at the same time and understand there's no contradiction between them. | |
| Truth one, it's a terrible tragedy that all of our institutions, and especially our legal institutions, have been taken over by the left. | |
| Truth two, neutrality alone will not save those institutions or the country. | |
| And I think the second one is that Stephen was saying that this myth that we live under neutrality. | |
| And by the way, some of the, you know, some of the crew here in the Wall Street Journal, they're going to be writing like, well, this is really bad against Trump, but let's just try to turn down the temperature. | |
| I yearn. | |
| I desire. | |
| I want to live in a country where the temperature is turned down. | |
| I think that would be excellent, but it's not realistic. | |
| And they're going to continue to commit crimes. | |
| They're going to continue to subpoena, indict against us while they're able to do whatever they want to do. | |
| Hunter Biden is going to get away with it. | |
| Joe Biden will get away with it. | |
| The Obama family will get away with it. | |
| I mean, you talk about documented actual crimes. | |
| I mean, think about it. | |
| This is pretty extraordinary. | |
| Here you have Donald Trump, who's been a New York City developer for 40 to 50 years. | |
| They've indicted him from the Department, not indicted. | |
| They've investigated him from the Department of Justice, two impeachments, Manhattan and Georgia. | |
| And the best they have is a payment to Stormy Daniels that they said was a paperwork thing. | |
| I mean, you show me the developer in New York. | |
| Most of them, I'll show you the crime. | |
| This is the best that they have. | |
| But I think what Stephen was saying is that there has never been a series of investigations into any human being, and this is the best that they have. | |
| The best they have is a fiction, a lie, a fabrication of a legal theory. | |
| I think that they thought they were going to find out that Donald Trump was ordering hits against people. | |
| Oh, wait, hold on a second. | |
| Let me ask you a question. | |
| Was it as if Donald Trump rode down with Jeffrey Epstein on Lolita Express? | |
| No, no, that's reserved for Bill Clinton and Bill Gates. | |
| Why are there not active criminal investigations into Bill Gates and Bill Clinton, all the people that went down to the island with Epstein? | |
| At least investigate them. | |
| Ask the question. | |
| Were Bill Gates and Bill Clinton involved materially or financially in the trafficking of underage women to Jeffrey Epstein's island? | |
| That's a lot more important of a question to answer than did Donald Trump issue a payment to Stormy Daniels into some sort of island. | |
| By the way, rich, high-profile people get extorted all the time. | |
| And so here we now know Bill Gates and Bill Clinton were flying on a private island with Jeffrey Epstein. | |
| There might have been underage women involved. | |
| We do know that underage women were on the island. | |
| And so where's the criminal investigation at? | |
| Where's the Republican DA that's looking into that? | |
| Well, I don't have a jurisdiction of that. | |
| That's not true. | |
| There's Republican DAs and sheriffs and prosecutors all across the country where these people have entered and exited and entered and exited. | |
| You're trying to tell me that the Alvin Bragg has a great claim to jurisdiction just because Donald Trump lived in New York and he happened to be running for president at the time? | |
| No, they're twisting the law to do it. | |
| This is a question of deterrence. | |
| You have one side that is trying to put us all in jail. | |
| And then our side just complains about it. | |
| I really hope it gets better. | |
| I really wish America was the way it was. | |
| I really want things to calm down and simmer down. | |
| Boy, those Democrats, they're really nasty. | |
| And, you know, there's going to be a backlash. | |
| I just laugh when people say that. | |
| There's going to be a backlash. | |
| What backlash exactly do you expect? | |
| You think people are going to run to the polls in 2024? | |
| Because, you know, I'm really going to be more motivated to vote for Donald Trump because they indicted him in New York. | |
| Yeah, there might be a backlash in the primary. | |
| There's only a backlash if you create one. | |
| They will not stop unless we stop them. | |
| We need their ruling class, the Democrat ruling class, to feel the pressure of investigations, subpoenas. | |
| It's not as if there's a lack of material there. | |
| You show me, and this is the reason why. | |
| It's not that they are worse people than the Republicans, and they, it's because they have acted in a pattern of behavior for multiple decades, believing they will never be held accountable. | |
| That's why there's such low-hanging fruit there. | |
| The Bidens did brazen acts of treason against America because they kept telling themselves, chuckling on their porches, smoking their cigars, overlooking their Delaware estates, saying, yeah, we'll get away with it. | |
| We control the criminal justice instruments. | |
| And they were largely right. | |
| But now the Republican Party needs to change. | |
| The proper response is today, Republican attorney generals and Republican district attorneys and Republican prosecutors need to start issuing indictments. | |
| Not just, I'm sorry, not indictments, subpoenas, investigations. | |
| Start asking questions. | |
| Ask questions of the Clintons. | |
| Ask questions of the Bidens. | |
| Ask questions of James Comey and Peter Struckstroke Smirk. | |
| I mean, there is a plethora of Democrat criminal activity that we have well documented. | |
| And it's not enough to write an op-ed in the Wall Street Journal. | |
| We need actual accountability. | |
| Let me tell you a fear I have that I don't know if the bad guys have put this into the calculus, but it seems as if they're hoping for this. | |
| And I want to make it very clear something we should not do. | |
| The national security apparatus, as they continually have a supply and demand problem with terrorism and domestic violent extremism, they are salivating. | |
| They are hoping that Trump Make America Great Again Patriots like you will act in an uncharacteristic way because of this injustice. | |
| Just understand that they would love nothing more than to infiltrate using people like Ray Eps to turn up the temperature and make you do something that you might regret. | |
| Do not fall for it. | |
| Stay peaceful. | |
| Stay disciplined. | |
| Speak your mind. | |
| Protest this outrage. | |
| But understand that the national security apparatus, they would love nothing more than to use this as a reason to expand Patriot Act 2.0. | |
| They have 400 people in the D.C. gulag. | |
| They'd love to put another 600 people in the D.C. gulag. | |
| And so if you are going to protest and if you're going to speak out your mind, know this. | |
| Do not play into their plans to do something that you might regret that might be uncharacteristic. | |
| The best way to actually fight back against this is to get our own people that we have given arrest authority to, that we have given investigative authority to, to go do what the Manhattan DA equivalent has done. | |
| You're trying to tell me these Democrats have not committed crimes in red states. | |
| We know the Clinton Crime Initiative had offices and a base in Arkansas. | |
| We know that Hunter Biden... | |
| You're trying to tell me Hunter Biden didn't do a hush money payment to the sugar, he was the sugar daddy to that woman that he impregnated and denied it was her. | |
| And then there's this poor child that is growing up without a father in Arkansas. | |
| That whole situation has not been covered by the media. | |
| And could that payment be classified as a campaign finance violation? | |
| And by the way, this is done all the time if it is actually done what they say Donald Trump did. | |
| Did you know the Obama campaign fined big for hiding donors and keeping illegal donations? | |
| Did you know that Bill Clinton did a $850,000 hush money payment and nobody cared? | |
| Bragg is using the criminal justice system to indict Trump, even though Hillary and Bill Clinton did the exact same thing. | |
|
Clinton Hush Money Backfire

|
|
| Of course, this is all just complaining because they're always going to do the same thing. | |
| And yes, we might have the moral high ground, but at what point do we say we're actually going to be willing to use political power to even the playing field? | |
| I do not find delight in talking about this. | |
| But you're going to see two types of Republicans emerge. | |
| You're going to see the type of Republican that complains about it. | |
| Oh, wow, this is terrible. | |
| This is wrong. | |
| This is, okay, that's fine. | |
| And then you're going to see a second type of Republican that will be harder to pinpoint. | |
| And I want you to take notes. | |
| I want you to see how each person lines up. | |
| The second type of Republican is somebody that understands the dynamics that we are not living in a neutral country. | |
| They've weaponized the entire criminal justice system. | |
| And honestly, they need to start to feel the pressure too. | |
| They got to start to feel the spice. | |
| Mutually assured destruction helps us avoid nuclear war. | |
| Right now, you have one side of nuclear weapons and you have one side that are willing to use it. | |
| When are we going to start to do the same? | |
| It's the only thing they understand. | |
| They don't understand arguments. | |
| They don't understand truth. | |
| They don't understand precedent. | |
| They don't resonate with any of that stuff. | |
| All they see is pure power politics. | |
| It's why they actually fear Donald Trump. | |
| It's because Donald Trump was able to displace them from power for four years. | |
| That's why they have to try to remove him. | |
| And it's going to be very fascinating how many Republicans are going to kind of just say the normy thing here because they want Donald Trump out of the picture. | |
| But I want to push back on what some people are saying. | |
| You're emailing me freedom at charliekirk.com. | |
| Oh, Charlie, this is going to be major backfire. | |
| This is going to be there. | |
| It might be philosophically backfire. | |
| It might not be popular in the eyes of lots of people. | |
| But how did the raid on Mar-a-Lago backfire on them? | |
| Did we use that in the midterms that people care? | |
| No, people kind of roll their eyes and they move on in life. | |
| They're like, whatever. | |
| The only way this stops is when Republican attorneys general and Republican prosecutors start to actually use political power against the Democrats that are criminalizing and persecuting us. | |
| And just to summarize all of this, what you're about to see tomorrow, if Donald Trump gets fingerprinted, if Donald Trump gets arrested, it is petty. | |
| It is personal. | |
| And it is pent-up revenge of a blood oath that they made to one another that night they were supposed to take over the American government in 2016. | |
