Arizona Ballot Curing Crisis
00:11:29
|
|
| Hey, everybody. | |
| Urgent, urgent, urgent. | |
| If you live in Arizona, make sure you check your voter status to see if your ballot needs to be cured. | |
| There's something very suspicious happening in Arizona, and we try to unpack it here. | |

| Buckle up, everybody. | |
| Here we go. | |
| Charlie, what you've done is incredible here. | |
| Maybe Charlie Kirk is on the college campus. | |
| I want you to know we are lucky to have Charlie Kirk. | |
| Charlie Kirk's running the White House, folks. | |
| I want to thank Charlie. | |
| He's an incredible guy. | |
| His spirit, his love of this country. | |
| He's done an amazing job building one of the most powerful youth organizations ever created. | |
| Turning point USA. | |
| We will not embrace the ideas that have destroyed countries, destroyed lives, and we are going to fight for freedom on campuses across the country. | |
| That's why we are here. | |
| Brought to you by the Loan Experts I Trust, Andrew and Todd at Sierra Pacific Mortgage at andrewandTodd.com. | |
| Look, I'm not trying to give people false hope or anything, but something does not make any sense. | |
| We have just received 800-plus emails of people, not including the four right here, which now it's four because we just asked, where their votes haven't been tabulated from voting in person on Election Day in Arizona. | |
| Let's play cut 280, please. | |
| None of the machines were reading very well. | |
| My first ballot, they tried to scan about eight times. | |
| It was rejected every time. | |
| They were saying that the tabulating machines were down. | |
| The line was at least 20 people at the tabulators because of the functioning, ill-functioning tabulators that should have been properly tested and ready. | |
| Put my ballot in, it did not take. | |
| I reversed it. | |
| It did not take. | |
| One of the tabulators was broken, and the other tabulator kept rejecting everyone's vote. | |
| There's something not right here. | |
| I don't know what it means. | |
| I don't know if it's going to be enough, or I don't know if tonight she's going to win 70%. | |
| I have no idea. | |
| But by a very simple statistical analysis, if I'm literally within 30 feet of two people and within 100 feet of four people that have all had the same experience, and these are not drop-offs, these are people that voted in person. | |
| And it shouldn't be showing that it's not even a matter of provisional. | |
| Lori says it shows that I vote has not been counted. | |
| And I vote. | |
| I mean, I got one after the other after the other after the other. | |
| Andrew, help me make sense of this. | |
| I'm trying to stay very, you know, factual in how I'm going about this. | |
| But it's, I mean, but it does. | |
| I've been everybody's wet blanket today. | |
| Everybody's getting mad at me on the chats and the emails. | |
| I think Andrew is controlled opposition. | |
| It's laughable, that part. | |
| But I mean, listen, I've been the wet blanket saying we don't have the evidence. | |
| All right. | |
| But this is weird. | |
| I mean, it's really weird. | |
| One really boring explanation, Charlie, is that the machines don't talk to each other. | |
| No, But here's the problem, Andrew. | |
| I hear you. | |
| But if you call the recorder's office and then they confirm they found your ballot and they say it hasn't been counted, we're now talking to a human being reinforcing our suspicion. | |
| Absolutely. | |
| I mean, listen, the statistical possibility or probability that four in our own team, we've got another one that says that they're not. | |
| Now we're at a thousand. | |
| We're at a thousand emails. | |
| I mean, the people they're coming in. | |
| I mean, this one right here, Karina. | |
| Charlie, I voted day of, and it shows that our vote has not been counted. | |
| How is this possible? | |
| This is illegal. | |
| They have to count it if it's day of. | |
| They count it right there on site. | |
| Is Tyler coming? | |
| Can we get the Calvary here? | |
| The Tyler Calvary. | |
| By the way, we just got breaking news that AZ6 with Siscomani, he's boosted his lead by another 777 votes. | |
| Which is great. | |
| Andrew, can you talk about the significance of that? | |
| I got to message this to Carrie's team. | |
| So can you talk about that for a second? | |
| Yeah, I mean, the significance is that if you add all of these races that have started to fall our way, I mean, there was another flip last night in Oregon as well, which was massively important. | |
| I mean, the house is looking like a deadlock. | |
| I mean, even Dave Wasserman, which is great. | |
| Basically saying that the Republicans have the House and this conversation you had last hour with Matt Gates rings super true. | |
| I mean, we're going to be able to put some serious breaks on spending, and we're going to be able to investigate. | |
| We're going to hold hearings. | |
| J6 committees done. | |
| That'll be a big, big win. | |
| But at the end of the day, Arizona, California, and Florida and New York are where the wins happen. | |
| I mean, that's just the end of the day. | |
| A couple in Virginia, actually, as well. | |
| But that's a big deal. | |
| And Arizona is coming out for Schweikert and Siscomani. | |
| That's a massive, massive win for the House. | |
| So, you know, hold the line there. | |
| Here's the phone number. | |
| Here's the phone number to call. | |
| And please be respectful. | |
| A lot of these people are volunteers. | |
| It is 602-506-1511. | |
| Don't get angry with them. | |
| Just be factual. | |
| Record the conversation if you can for Maricopa County. | |
| Again, be very calm with them. | |
| Okay. | |
| A lot of these guys, they're not exactly experts on this. | |
| Okay. | |
| So, but if you are talking to an official person from Maricopa County, then they should really know what they're talking about here, right? | |
| 602-506-1511. | |
| Listen to this. | |
| Charlie, my elderly parents voted in person on election day. | |
| I just checked their online status. | |
| Neither of their votes have yet to be tallied. | |
| My mother was sent a mail and absentee, even though she had requested not to have one sent to her. | |
| She then went to a voting center on November 8th, opted to have it voided, and voted in person. | |
| My father was not on the mailed absentee list, so there's no reason his vote should have been received. | |
| They tried to vote an anthem, and due to long lines, they were told to go find another place. | |
| That is illegal, by the way. | |
| You're not allowed to tell people to go away. | |
| You can't do that. | |
| That is the act of voter suppression. | |
| So they had to go in the car 20 minutes away and go vote near Deer Valley Airport. | |
| One of our producers actually asked an interesting question. | |
| Is there anybody who voted in person where it says they did? | |
| Yes. | |
| It counted? | |
| Yes, there's a couple. | |
| Yeah. | |
| So, but send us those as well. | |
| By the way, no, but that actually works against the county's argument. | |
| It's in our favor. | |
| I'm not in favor of like that. | |
| No, it means the systems are talking. | |
| No, it means that some same-day votes were counted and some were not. | |
| Right. | |
| And why were, I mean, why would some not be counted? | |
| Again, this is not at all what is the guarantee that the county has told us repeatedly is that same-day election votes outside of box 13 are counted on site. | |
| The phone number is 602-506-1511 to call Maricopa County, please. | |
| Say that again, Charlie. | |
| 602-506-1511. | |
| And I implore you to be respectful. | |
| These people are working hard, and some of them are probably on your political team. | |
| Okay? | |
| Yeah. | |
| So don't harass them. | |
| Don't do any of that stuff. | |
| But don't take no for an answer if all of a sudden they tell you that you voted in person. | |
| Okay? | |
| And record some of those calls if you can. | |
| And you can email them, freedom at charliekirk.com. | |
| This is unbelievable. | |
| I mean, it's one after the other after the other. | |
| This would explain, I mean, I'm just, I'm not trying to get too on shaky footing here, Andrew, but it would explain some of the data deficits that we're experiencing, right? | |
| Kind of the shock and awe where I'm like, that number doesn't make sense, and that doesn't make sense. | |
| And that doesn't correlate. | |
| Am I wrong here, Andrew? | |
| No, I mean, I'm looking, I'm looking at it, you know, hi, Charlie. | |
| My friend voted at this location and her ballot was counted. | |
| Okay, it's building 8,600 at Scottsdale. | |
| That actually count, that means that there is the people that haven't been counted. | |
| And then, but by the way, so the argument would be, oh, Charlie, it's just because their machines are antiquated. | |
| No, no, no. | |
| We just called them and they said we have your ballot and it's not going to be counted for a couple days. | |
| Well, and here's another one. | |
| I checked, I voted in person on game day at 6:30 a.m. | |
| My vote has not been counted. | |
| Congressional number eight, legislative three, supervisor number three. | |
| Sincerely, Kelly. | |
| They said, Charlie, the check your ballot website is down. | |
| We either crashed it or they took it down. | |
| I bet we crashed it. | |
| I bet we crashed it. | |
| Yeah. | |
| The power of this audience is like, it's ridiculous. | |
| We've seen it time and time again. | |
| Yeah. | |
| That's why they're name-checking you, Charlie. | |
| Of course. | |
| So this is this one right here. | |
| Charlie, registered independent, voted Republican, ballot tabulated. | |
| Okay, so some are tabulated same day, but some are not. | |
| And so then it's not a machine, it's not a computer issue. | |
| I mean, that's that actually, to your point, Charlie, that reinforces the point that you're making. | |
| No, no, no, they are talking. | |
| Yeah, well, though, that means that there's a narrative too. | |
| And by the way, somebody, again, I hope that the call can get recorded and you guys should record the calls because I want to know what's going on here because there could potentially, this thing's going to be decided by 5,000 or 7,000 votes either way, right? | |
| And so if Kerry Lake gets within 7,000 votes, within 5,000 votes, and we're talking about, I don't know, I'm just by the law of large numbers, 20,000 Republican ballots not counted. | |
| I mean, I'm looking at the inbox too, Charlie. | |
| I mean, every second that you refresh the email, freedom at charliekirk.com. | |
| I mean, there's another like 50, 60 emails coming in right now. | |
| And I would say at least half of them are saying that their vote hasn't tabulated. | |
| I'm not trying to get people's hopes up. | |
| There's something wrong here. | |
| I know it in my gut. | |
| If you want to know what the left's real plan is for your kids, just look at how they react to the wonderful company of Patriot Mobile. | |
| I use Patriot Mobile and you should too. | |

|
| I voted in person. | |
| I checked the website first and I voted in person, showed not counted. | |
| I called Maricopa County right now and they said that theirs haven't been counted, that we have not counted my ballot yet. | |
| Tyler, is this normal? | |
| If this is, if this is true, Charlie, people calling Maricopa County and them responding that their election day in-person ballot was not counted. | |
| Yes. | |
| Is very bizarre. | |
| Now, there's a couple of potential explanations for it. | |
| Explanation number one would be there were a number of precincts or not precincts because they don't vote by precinct. | |
| A number of vote centers that were screwed up where they mixed together all the normal votes and all of the drops. | |
| The drops are bucket three. | |
| That means that this drop tonight could include a lot of election day. | |
| That's what I'm saying. | |
| That's what I'm saying. | |
| And they haven't figured this out yet. | |
| Oh, because it's a freaking third world country. | |
| Because they screwed up the election so bad on Tuesday. | |
| And this is why everyone should be very concerned. | |
| Because, and this is why I'm like seeing some people that carry that like to carry the water for the recorder's office and for Bill Gates. | |
| Like, guys, what happened on Tuesday was we had long lines. | |
| We had polling places shut down. | |
| They sent people to other places. | |
| They had polling places, at least two full polling places that we know of where they mixed all the ballots up together. | |
| And so those have even been counted. | |
| Those are both in Trump 2020 land. | |
| They had an entire polling place where for hours and hours and hours they printed the ballots incorrectly, where they were shrunk. | |
| And so those haven't even been counted. | |
| This is about a thousand ballots in there. | |
| Really? | |
| And then there's, according to the report that I got from the team, and this was yesterday, so this may be a little old now, but there was about seven envelopes of hundreds and hundreds of ballots each that were polling places that had misprints, misreads, all those things as well. | |
| So, I mean, we're talking there, there still is out there, Charlie, like 10 to 15,000 minimum. | |
| And that's of what we know, because that's the other thing, too. | |
| Maricopa County is not, and I'll tell you this straight up: Maricopa County has not been extraordinarily forthright with some of our attorneys. | |
| They've pushed back on giving answers at times because they're afraid they're going to get sued, which they're going to get sued. | |
| I mean, they're going to get sued. | |
| So they should get sued, but targeting. | |
| So why class action laws? | |
| Why are there not lawsuits now? | |
| Injunctions. | |
| We need lawyers. | |
| We need 500 lawsuits. | |
| We need to flood the zone. | |
| So, Charlie, right now, they have every attorney on the planet that's down there, and they're doing a combination of things. | |
| One is they're working on the lawsuit that has to go forward from Tuesday's issues. | |
| But two, there's all these other issues that are out there. | |
| And so if they take their eye off the ball and they focus on suing just for Tuesday, then they're going to take their eye off of all the things because they're trying to watch them do the, because they're taking this long to count down. | |
| But like, so, I mean, our team member right there, who you know, Mikey, he voted in person. | |
| His wife did the same thing. | |
| They did not request an early mail-in ballot, so no spoiled ballot. | |
| They go to the machine, it accepts it. | |
| Wife's ballot counted, all good. | |
| His ballot now calls and gets a status check. | |
| And Maricopa says, quote, oh, it's here and will be tabulated in the coming days, even though it ran through the machine. | |
| What the heck? | |
| So the question is, what do you mean coming days? | |
| Because Maricopa County has told us how many votes they have left and that they're already processed. | |
| Like, where are these all the other ballots? | |
| There's a chance that would be within their behavior that there could be 5,000, 10,000, 15,000 more votes out there, 20,000 votes. | |
| Well, I mean, I can't speak to it other than I'm speculating based on what I am what Mikey endured here, but like, yeah, Mikey's vote should have already been counted if it went through the machine. | |
| Do you know where he voted at? | |
| I mean, like in Scotland. | |
| Yeah, no, no, in right near like Papago Park. | |
| Okay. | |
| Right near there. | |
| Whoa. | |
| I mean, that's, those are, those are first and first out. | |
| They should have been tabulated a long time ago. | |
| No, no, but it should have been tabulated at the site, right? | |
| Well, that should have been topic site, but then all the other, so any ballot that had an issue or that was tray three or whatever. | |
| It wasn't boxed. | |
| Those are. | |
| We have another team member right there. | |
| FIFO'd already. | |
| The great Jeff. | |
| He went and voted in person right down the street in Awatuke, like right down the street here. | |
| And it shows that his vote's not counted on the website. | |
| Yeah, in person? | |
| In person. | |
| In person. | |
| We've got another three staffers that are saying the same thing. | |
| People who voted in person, their ballots should have been counted on election night. | |
| And I mean, some people are, but then the counter argument is like, oh, their kind of computer system is weird and doesn't update in real time. | |
| Yeah, now they're saying that the system's glitching is what they're telling people. | |
| Yeah, so when Mikey called, they said that, oh, our machines went down here in the recorder's office. | |
| And so this is what they're saying. | |
| I mean, this is a disaster. | |
| Yeah, this is very fishy. | |
| And I'm not trying to like get into weird subterranean theories. | |
| I'm just looking at what is in front of us, right? | |
| If you have the chance, you should record your phone conversations with the recorder's office. | |
| This is a one-consent statement. | |
| So, by the way, I have the phone number. | |
| I want to repeat it for everyone and be respectful, please. | |
| Okay. | |
| I don't want any harassment or any of that nonsense. | |
| 602-506-1511. | |
| That is Maricopa County. | |
| First, check your voting history online before you call them. | |
| If you voted in person and your ballot has not been counted, there's something going on. | |
| We want to hear from you. | |
| Yes. | |

| Balanceofnature.com. | |
| Discount code Charlie. | |
| Okay, let's talk about ballot curing. | |
| What is ballot curing? | |
| So let's set the table what we were just talking about, Charlie. | |
| If Pima's drop for Carrie comes back even moderately favorable, just above like unfavorable, she's in this thing. | |
| What did Trump win that drop by like 51.52? | |
| He won it. | |
| He won it. | |
| I think it was like 52.48. | |
| And she's outperforming him and she's outperforming. | |
| So if she gets a 54 or 55 vote drop of day of drops in Pima. | |
| She's in this game. | |
| She just is. | |
| And that means that this race could come down to hundreds of votes. | |
| This could literally be Bush v. Gore, Florida 2000. | |
| That's what we're looking at. | |
| We're looking at it. | |
| We're looking at Bush v. Gore. | |
| And now it all makes sense why these psychopaths have slow walked this thing. | |
| I'll be honest, it also makes sense the very vanilla tepid press release that Katie Hobbs released today. | |
| Well, here's the deal. | |
| And let's not speculate too much, but let's talk about facts and how much this sucks for Republicans and why they screwed Republicans on this. | |
| So the process to cure ballots, curing ballots means that you're fixing your ballot. | |
| So, if you send in a mail-in ballot, let's say you screw up your signature or you have a random mark on it or you don't fill it out properly, then they get set aside and they give you a chance to correct it. | |
| They gave you a chance to correct it. | |
| So, they call you, they call you down, they voter verify you, and then you're able to fix your ballot and get it counted. | |
| That's curing your ballot. | |
| Democrats have more. | |
| One second, Andrew, finish, Tyler. | |
| Democrats have more than Republicans typically, but Republicans are just really bad at this. | |
| We just basically, most elections across the country, we just roll over it. | |
| We just like phone it in. | |
| We don't do it. | |
| So, right now, I just came, Charlie, from the vote curing center. | |
| We have literally hundreds, probably close to a thousand people. | |
| How do you lose if you have a thousand people ready to cure ballots on a Monday meeting? | |
| Like, this is showing their credit strength. | |
| But it matters. | |
| It matters who the person that needs their ballot cured is. | |
| So, there's a story that just came out today. | |
| We're going through the list. | |
| I won't say if it's a Republican or a Democrat, but they just discovered that a guy has been dead since like 2001 who had had his vote sent in that needed cured. | |
| Are you kidding me? | |
| I'm not kidding you. | |
| So, yeah, the voter rolls are not perfect. | |
| The ballot curing matters, but do you think Democrats are like going to, do you think that they're going to these people and be like, oh, whatever, just sign it. | |
| Just handle it, right? | |
| Like, just fix it for somebody else. | |
| And these could be dead voters. | |
| But, anyways, but that's just one off. | |
| I'm sure it's a one-on-one. | |
| I'm sure it's not happening all over. | |
| I'm sure our voter rolls are great. | |
| But the curing of the ballot thing that matters, and this is why it sucks for Republicans. | |
| Democrats, this FIFO onesies and twosies from Bill Gates, first in, first out. | |
| What have we been witnessing happening, Charlie? | |
| Well, we've been witnessing which ballots have come in first? | |
| The Democrats, but even more than that, our predictions are just off the mark and almost inexplicably, right? | |
| So the Democrat ballots come in first. | |
| So if they have ballot issues that need to be corrected through curing, guess who has a longer amount of time to correct them? | |
| Democrats. | |
| Democrats. | |
| So them delaying this. | |
| This is so interesting. | |
| Them delaying this. | |
| And I just got off the phone with Harme Dylan. | |
| That's who I was on the phone. | |
| Wednesday's the deadline. | |
| So Harmee calls. | |
| But if they don't post the ballots till Tuesday. | |
| So the statutory deadline is Wednesday at the end of close of business day. | |
| And Republicans, we don't even have the list back yet. | |
| They haven't even tabulated the votes, Charlie. | |
| Okay, so when are we going to start to see lawsuits, like aggressive lawsuits? | |
| I just got off the phone with Harme Dylan. | |
| We're in federal court. | |
| We need to be in state court. | |
| I just got this voter suppression. | |
| I just got off the phone with Harmee. | |
| They have been working through all of this. | |
| She's got guys working on this right now. | |
| They are, I mean, but again, the problem that we have right now is we need the lawyers watching them what they're doing right now because then they can try to manipulate or change or screw us another way. | |
| Like you just mentioned, there could be votes out there that haven't even been counted yet. | |
| Yeah, look, the thing that is starting to make one-to-one, I don't know what the end result is going to be. | |
| I don't. | |
| However, every one of our predictions has been like really off, not off, but like off by three or four points. | |
| And Tyler, is it possible that there's really 120,000 ballots left in Maricopa or 130,000 ballots left? | |
| I don't know what to say. | |
| I cannot explain what the story that you just told me. | |
| And I hope we get the audio together. | |
| And I hope we're working on it right now. | |
| I hope Andrew can pull this together because this one instance, and we're getting hundreds, if not thousands of these coming in, they've had hundreds of these come in by the hour of people talking about voter suppression, about how they had to leave and they couldn't vote, how long they voted at polling places, issues now that we're seeing like this where they're calling down the recorder's office and the recorder, the county elections officials at the county elections department is saying that we don't have your vote tabulated. | |
| They're seeing that. | |
| Now, I do want to correct one thing. | |
| People are going online and they're clicking on their voting history, not seeing their current vote. | |
| I think this is a flaw in the system, but that's your previous votes as your vote history. | |
| That when you click on that on Maricopa County, you need to click on your voter status, your vote status. | |
| That's going to tell you how you voted. | |
| So, what this election says, you click on the vote status. | |
| So, if you voted in person on election day, and it'll say, it'll say that your vote has been recorded. | |
| Okay, well, someone says, Charlie, my vote has not been counted or recorded. | |
| I voted in person at Glendale Community College, 56th and 57th, and Happy Valley Road. | |
| If you've voted in person, if you voted in person on election day, you need to send in. | |
| So, this is the website that you need to go to: defenddemocracyaz.com. | |
| That's defenddemocracyaz.com. | |
| We should put that up on the thing. | |
| I have a tweet actually that's going pretty wild on that. | |
| Carrie Lake has been promoting it. | |
| Mark Fincham's been promoting it. | |
| Others have been promoting it. | |
| I just got off the phone with Mark Fincham on the way over here. | |
| He's putting that up. | |
| I think this came from the campaigns. | |
| I don't know exactly where it came from, but they are going to the attorneys so they can start taking in all of the information of people who are disenfranchised on election day. | |
| And this isn't just election day. | |
| This is the things like Charlie's talking about now. | |
| If you're going online and you're seeing that your vote has not been recorded, you need to call the recorder's offices. | |
| I've been like literally all I've been up since 5 a.m. this morning when my dog started barking early. | |
| And I took him out and I already had like 50 messages of like, what do I do? | |
| What do I do? | |
| And I feel so bad for our citizens because this is not how it's supposed to be, Charlie. | |
| They should be able to go down to the polling place, cast their vote, and know that we have confident enough people that are recording their vote and their vote is counting. | |
| And we have literally tens of thousands, if not hundreds of thousands of people now that are fleeing. | |
| So, so let me tell you what gives me hope in Pima. | |
| I know so many right-wingers that haven't had their votes tabulated yet. | |
| So, Donald Trump, so Katie Hobbs is down 22 points right now in Pima. | |
| That's way below what our projections are. | |
| You mean up? | |
| She's down. | |
| I mean, I mean, Carrie Lake is down 22 points. | |
| Carrie is and that's way below our projections. | |
| She, yeah, she'll probably end up. | |
| I mean, I think a best case scenario is 12 to 15 points down. | |
| That means she's going to win the drop tonight, 57 to 58. | |
| I hope so. | |
| That would be what our expectations are. | |
| Our expectation is that she loses Pima about by 15 points. | |
| Worst case scenario. | |
| Okay, so I want to tell the URLs again. | |
| First one is CarrieLake.com/slash cure. | |
| So, how do you know if your ballot needs to be cured? | |
| If your ballot needs to be cured, you well, first off, if you log on there, it'll say that. | |
| But we actually have teams of hundreds of people right now that are contacting you. | |
| So, they're coming to your door, they're making calls to you. | |
| You're probably going to get a text message. | |
| So, pay attention to your text messages. | |
| Do not think it's just like Donald Trump asking you for money or whatever, like Ronald McDaniel asking you for money or whatever the RC stuff is. | |
| That's not the text message. | |
| The text message you're looking for is going to come from the Republican Party that says, Hey, your vote may not have been counted. | |
| You need to cure it. | |
| This is where you need to go to do it. | |
| And we have people standing by to help with that. | |
| And so, you can actually go to carrylake.com/slash cure if you want to check your status and you want to see if you need to cure your ballot. | |
| That's carrylake.com/slash cure. | |
| They made a nice, easy domain for it. | |
| That's what they're working on yesterday. | |
| Yeah, so they have tons of volunteers that are ready to go for the first time ever. | |
| Yeah, I just came from there, but we should working harder than I've never seen this before. | |
| We should cure Doug Ducey never did this. | |
| You should cure in Yavapai and Mojave. | |
| Do they allow a curing window there? | |
| Is Carrie doing that? | |
| Yep. | |
| You go to CarrieLake.com/slash cure. | |
| It has all of the, I think it's up on the screen right now. | |
| So, the statute is statewide, or is that Maricopa statue? | |
| What do you mean? | |
| Statute for the end of curing. | |
| The end of curing is for statewide. | |
| It's yeah, but we got to sue and get that extended. | |
| They haven't even counted the votes. | |
| So, I just got off the phone with Harmeet. | |
| They're looking at that's one of the things they're working on. | |
| The 15 things they're working on right now. | |
| I love Harmeet. | |
| We got to get, we got to sue now. | |
| No, no time. | |
| Here's the question: Do Democratic, does that help Democrats out more? | |
| Well, it might a little bit, but I think it's a one-to-one. | |
| But I think it's not one-to-one. | |
| The Democrats have about four times more curable ballots than we do. | |
| So, the question is, is like, yeah, we got screwed here, but you know, you can't, you know, so if this is, and this is why I just got off the phone with Harmeet, if this was by race, you know, there's tons of jurisprudence here to say, you know, your or my race got screwed here because we were targeted racially. | |
| There's bias here. | |
| There's clearly bias against Republicans, against white Republicans, against suburban, yes, older people, white Republicans, and Hispanic Republicans that are outside of the FIFO bubble. | |
| And again, if you're not mad at Bill Gates, you should be extraordinarily mad at Bill Gates because these idiots are so stupid. | |
| And it's one or one or the other, right? | |
| One is they intentionally wanted to screw Republicans. | |
| They just adjusted their Maricopa total to 94,000 ballots. | |
| They said that now it's 94,000? | |
| They said 72 last night. | |
| Yeah. | |
| Because they're adding in the fixed ballots too, the corrected ballots from those good areas. | |
| That could be a good thing for us. | |
| I'm going to ask Gina. | |
| I'll call Gene as you can. | |
| That could be a good thing for us. | |
| It's now, I'm sorry to interrupt you. | |
| 94,000 left in Maricopa. | |
| No, we knew that. | |
| Remember, I told you there's going to be 10 or 15,000 ballots are still out there. | |
| So you said they went from 72 to 94. | |
| Yeah, now it's 94. | |
| 20,000 is more. | |
| Yeah. | |
| That's more than what my estimate is. | |
| Well, 94,000. | |
| I mean, that. | |
| I'm going to ask if those are the ballots that we were anticipating or are these randomly new ballots that all of a sudden appeared out of nowhere. | |
| So there's still 8,600. | |
| I mean, you're right. | |
| This could be Bush v. Gore type stuff. | |
| This is Bush v. Gore. | |
| We are now reliving 2,000 hanging shad. | |
| This is what Arizona is going to be. | |
| This is going to live in textbooks forever. | |
| And no one's ever going to forget the name Bill Gates or Stephen Richer for really fumbling this. | |
| This is why I think this is why they wanted to drop the ballots to get this race called to try to get it out of the media spotlight because this thing's going to come down to cured ballots, provisionals. | |
| This thing's going to come down to signature verification. | |
| People getting sued because they screwed everybody on election day. | |
| I mean, like, this is like. | |
| But what's the recourse for them? | |
| What's the remedy? | |
| The remedy, I mean, they're talking. | |
| I mean, there was an election that was completely redone in North Carolina because of Malfeasance. | |
| Do you think that's in the cards? | |
| Everything's in the cards. | |
| If you screwed up the election so bad, let's get these lawsuits filed. | |
| Let's say that this is within thousands of votes and we have thousands of people who said that they got screwed at the polls. | |
| I mean, a judge has to seriously look at that and say we got to hold a new election. | |
| And there's, and there is, there is precedence for this because it happened in North Carolina. | |
| Now, I don't think anybody wants that. | |
| Nobody wants a new election. | |
| Like, are you kidding me? | |
| Like, we've just spent, you know, me. | |
| Like, I've just been spending like how much of my time? | |
| I haven't gone on vacation in years. | |
| I literally spent the last year and a half working on this election site. | |
| I mean, nobody wants another election. | |
| Is that a complaint they're going to file soon asking for a new election? | |
| Well, I don't think that I don't think we're quite there yet, but that's on the table. | |
| That's me. | |
| When does the certification drop dead date? | |
| There is no drop dead date. | |
| A judge can come in and basically upend the whole thing. | |
| I mean, if this is taking forever because they can't count the votes, because it's taking forever, can you redo a county or would the whole state be redone? | |
| It would have to be the whole state. | |
| Oh, my God. | |
| It would have to be the whole state. | |
| Kerry has a tough road ahead, a narrow path. | |
| We're going to know a lot in Pima. | |
| There's 97,000 ballots remaining in Maricopa, and it's going to be tough. | |
| But Tyler, what you're saying is there could be more ballots out there that we don't know of, and we don't even know how many people were disenfranchised. | |
| Can I dive into something real quick? | |
| I am so sick and tired of the people who are so caught up in this like black pilled, like it's impossible to overcome like the tyrants. | |
| No, guys, this history of the world is written upon the books of us overcoming tyrants. | |
| We know they're tyrannical. | |
| We know they're crazy, but tyrants thrive on people who give up. | |
| And so like, I understand how you feel. | |
| I understand how pissed off you still are about 2020. | |
| I understand how pissed off you are about the scenario that we're in right now. | |
| Yes. | |
| But when you're wandering around the field with your musket, talking to like complaining to your commanding officer, going, these guys are unfair. | |
| They're stabbing us when they're holding us as prisoners of war. | |
| Like, and then you get shot in the head, like, you're dead. | |
| So fight. | |
| Yeah. | |
| So fight. | |
| So what does that look like? | |
| What does fighting look like? | |
| Fighting right now is chasing down every ballot, checking your voter status right now, making sure that your vote counted, and then holding these tyrants accountable for not doing their basic job, which was getting a ballot, counting it, and then reporting the results. | |
| This is not difficult stuff. | |
| We're not asking them to do calculus here, Charlie. | |
| Yes. | |
| We're asking them to take a ballot that's a physical ballot in Arizona, count the ballot, and then tell us the results. | |
| And guess who didn't recuse herself for this entire process? | |
| Katie Hobbs, do you think Katie Hobbs knows these results before we do? | |
| You know, I'm getting mad. | |
| I'm like, I'm like election night on primary night. | |
| I got mad. | |
| Katie Hobbs didn't recuse herself. | |
| So she's getting the results before all of us are getting them, Charlie. | |
| Well, I think that actually, I mean, Katie Hobbs' recent press release was super vanilla. | |
| It was weird. | |
| She's like, we're now the likely favorite. | |
| I'm like, that's a weird way to work. | |
| Likely favorite? | |
|
Katie Hobbs Recusal Questions
00:03:05
|
|
| Yeah. | |
| That's a weird way to work. | |
| No, you've never been anybody's favorite. | |
| Okay. | |
| Like, that's the point. | |
| That's why you are a very lonely person. | |
| So let's just say we're not doing hopium dealing. | |
| Okay. | |
| Yeah, we're not dealing in hopium. | |
| We're dealing in like strap up, put your, but let's let's go. | |
| The armor of God on first. | |
| Let's go through the actual election armor on and then let's go fight like patriots because at the end of the day, anyone that sits there and tells you like, it's pointless. | |
| Don't do that work. | |
| Complain about Charlie Kirk. | |
| Complain about this. | |
| Complain about that. | |
| Like, I'm telling you, complain about Rana. | |
| Complain about Kelly Ward. | |
| Complain about whatever. | |
| Like, guys, complain about Kerry Lake. | |
| Like, I've heard it all. | |
| I've seen it all. | |
| I'm on Twitter. | |
| I see you guys. | |
| I see you. | |
| And you're not helping. | |
| You need to go out right now, tell all your friends and family, check on their voter status. | |
| Let's hold these punks accountable for not counting votes. | |
| That's right. | |
| And we have this recording of someone that's in our space that's literally sitting in our office, sitting on the other side of the glass right now, that's vote has not been confirmed as counted. | |
| And we're doing our job. | |
| So that's our job. | |
| Your job is to do the same with your family. | |
| So let me go through the math. | |
| Let's just talk about Maricopa. | |
| Okay. | |
| Now, this would be an ambitious number for Carrie to get tonight, but not impossible. | |
| Yes. | |
| Because there are still excerpts that have not been fully reported. | |
| Yes, right? | |
| Yes. | |
| So there's 97,000 ballots left in Maricopa. | |
| There's basically three blocks that you need to be aware of. | |
| Block one is Maricopa County's votes that they've been hanging on to, which seem to be the most conservative votes that exist in Maricopa County. | |
| Another vote total was done, dropped yesterday. | |
| The drawdown of the votes, guess what was drawn down the most yesterday again? | |
| Was it really Democrat district? | |
| Yes, again? | |
| Are you serious? | |
| Yes. | |
| The highest drawdown numbers were in Democrat districts. | |
| And again, their excuses FIFO. | |
| The second group is the Pima County block. | |
| Can I just finish the math really quick? | |
| So if Kerry Lake gets 62.5% out of Maricopa tonight, if they report all 97,000 ballots, if, if, if, if she, she's tied with Katie Hobbs. | |
| Yeah. | |
| Which then it comes down to Pima, comes down to Pinal, comes down to Yavapai, comes down to Apache, which is not good for us. | |
| Now, I just want to make sure everyone's clear. | |
| A 62.5 number would be very ambitious tonight, right, Tyler? | |
| That's a big number. | |
| That's an eight-point increase from what she did last evening. | |
| But we're talking about excerpts, and we're also talking about a lot of right-wingers that have not had their ballots counted from election day. | |
| From election day. | |
| And I'm not totally blackpilled either on, you know, we keep saying that. | |
| I'm not totally depressed about Apache either, because remember, Apache County also has an eager Springerville, which are actually very conservative communities that are there that could very likely have voted day of a little bit more and had it later dropped. | |
| I mean, so if Pima comes and closes this gap, we're in the ballgame. | |
