Here we go.
Charlie, what you've done is incredible here.
Maybe Charlie Kirk is on the college campus.
I want you to know we are lucky to have Charlie Kirk.
Charlie Kirk's running the White House, folks.
I want to thank Charlie.
He's an incredible guy.
His spirit is love of this country.
He's done an amazing job building one of the most powerful youth organizations ever created, Turning Point USA.
We will not embrace the ideas that have destroyed countries, destroyed lives, and we are going to fight for freedom on campuses across the country.
That's why we are here.
Brought to you by the Loan Experts I Trust, Andrew and Todd at Sierra Pacific Mortgage at andrewandTodd.com.
It is Judgment Day.
I'm here with Jack Pesobic.
As always, you can email me freedom at charliekirk.com.
We got some very serious problems happening in Arizona.
I'm hearing about problems in Tennessee of machines that are just not working.
In Arizona, 20% of all tabulators in Maricopa County are not working.
Now, this might deter you from the polls.
It should do the opposite.
You need to show up in record numbers.
And look, I'm getting the reports.
Let me just tell you kind of the brass tacks of what is going on.
As of right now, there have been about 65,000 people that have cast a ballot in person in Maricopa County that does not count drop-offs.
We need that number to be 400,000.
We are not on pace to hit that.
We are behind already.
Katie Hobbs and Blake Masters and Mark Kelly.
Mark Kelly actually might be breathing a sigh of relief with all the shenanigans and games that are happening in Arizona.
Now you might say, well, Charlie, I already voted.
What else can I do?
You got to get five more people out to the polls and keep them in line.
I'm telling you, the numbers are not there.
I mean, turnout is up everywhere across the country.
Now, some people might be going in and dropping off their ballot.
I don't know.
I'm telling you, there's some major issues here.
And by the way, Jack, we are getting emails from people like we've never seen this.
So, Charlie, Charlie, let's go back to this a little bit because we were talking just before we got cut off.
The box three, they're saying machines are having issues 20%.
And that's just the number that we're doing.
We'll have that clip if we can get it.
We need to get that clip out because this is like something you'd hear in Nicaragua, right?
Everybody won this election.
The idea, someone said at one point, the machines are warming up.
They're taking time to warm up the machines.
I'm sorry, it's not 19.
Well, so when I, when I went and voted, this one, by the way, I have my beautiful I voted sticker.
We're in Maricopa County.
And I'm responsible for 30 people to go out to vote, 30 people.
Okay.
30 people.
And you guys got to be as well.
When I went in to vote, I said, wait a second.
What do you mean that the tabulator isn't working?
They said, oh, yeah, the machine's not working.
They know about it.
We're just going to go put it in this box here.
And the box means that it's counted in the coming days.
So the box gets counted not at, shouldn't the box be counted at the precinct then, right?
No, I mean, but they don't have a machine to count it.
So they don't have the machine.
They don't have the workers because they assumed the machine was going to work.
So they've got a box and they're telling people that the quote-unquote backup plan is essentially stick it behind door number three.
Yeah, I don't want to play games with door number three.
What should people do, Charlie, if they're here in Arizona, if they get told, put your, your ballot, your sacred, right, our sacred democracy that we've been talking about for all these weeks and months and years since the 2020 election, our sacred democracy is now trapped behind door number three.
Yep.
And so someone says, Charlie, why are you panicking?
It's only 10.08 Arizona time.
Look, I'm panicking because you need 10 times more votes than you have right now.
And by the way, wouldn't it be better for us to panic and not celebrate?
You expect me to bring champagne on here right now?
I'm telling you right now, the modeling is not there.
There are three rushes on election day.
There's the early morning rush, there's a lunchtime rush, and there's your after-work rush.
What Charlie is saying here is that first rush did not come in in the numbers that we needed to have it come in.
Yeah, and we don't know it.
Tyler Boyer says we are on track to lose.
So look, I mean, if you guys think that's the problem, then you can stay at home and enjoy a Katie Hobbs governorship.
I sure hope people start turning out, right?
And I mean, we're getting emails from people all across Arizona, freedom at charliekirk.com.
And I'm telling you, there's huge issues.
Okay, so do we have the tape there?
So here's it.
Look, vote counting machines aren't working properly at 20% of vote centers in Maricopa County.
Listening to a press conference on the issue, they haven't said why.
No one knows why 20% of all the machines just aren't working.
There are two tabulators at each location.
When I went in to vote this morning, they just said, oh, yeah, sorry, this is just kind of normal.
It's just the kind of the way it goes.
That's just what they said.
We have that tape?
All right, listen, this is him saying 20% of the machines aren't working.
And we're very excited about how things are going today on Election Day.
We did want to come out and discuss one issue that's going on out there in about 20% of the vote centers.
Again, we have 223 vote centers across the county.
In about 20% of those, when people will go and they try and run the ballot through this tabulator, maybe one out of every five or so of those ballots, they're not going through.
One out of five, it's not going through, Jack?
That's the recorder right here just a couple of minutes ago saying, by the way, everything is fine.
I like that better in the original rush.
One out of five of the ballots that we are trying to run through the machines aren't working.
It's not who votes.
It's who counts the votes.
That's right.
Yes.
By the way, if we show up, we win.
I'm telling you right now.
This is right now.
So we do not have the numbers that are showing an action plan now.
We need an action plan.
What do people do when they're responding when they go to vote?
You have to processes your ballot and you stay there and wait until they have someone come and fix the machine.
You do not put the ballot in box three.
So we're not doing box three, door three.
No, no, no.
No.
You don't do box three.
You don't do door three.
Look, I mean, hold the line.
And by the way, if you've got a mail-in ballot, you can go there and surrender your ballot and then they give you a new ballot to cast in person.
Now, some precincts are turning out in huge numbers.
In Surprise, they're turning out.
In Peoria, they're turning out.
In Scottsdale, they're turning out.
But guess what?
When I went to go vote this morning, they said, oh, yeah, by the way, the machine's just down.
The machine's down.
Warming up.
It's just warming up.
It's just warming up in the 90s.
This one right here.
The machines are not working.
They handed me a felt pen.
I instead had an ink pen and waited for a machine to accept it.
Good for you, Matt.
Thank you.
I want to hear about all your experience of what's happening.
Freedom at CharlieKirk.com.
By the way, Charlie actually reads the emails.
Yeah, I mean, Freedom at Charlie Kirk, it just goes to him.
People are asking me, you know, Charlie, what do we do?
You have to stay in line.
You have to stay in line and demand that they count your vote.
And look, that might mean that you have to take a half a day off work.
By the way, it's against the law for your boss to punish you for waiting to vote.
Just so we're clear, right?
So you could basically call your boss, be like, look, they can't count my vote.
I'm waiting in line.
Any retribution because of that is illegal.
Now, I will say this.
Remember when I try to tell people to consider voting early?
Voting, by the way, is a civil right.
Yes, that's right.
Remember when I try to tell people to consider in-person early voting?
I recall.
Look, right now, here's the case.
We need to swarm the polls.
Storm the polls.
Yes.
And peacefully and patriotically in the most amazing way we possibly can.
Because the modeling just isn't there yet.
Now, what might end up happening is people might be dropping off a ton of ballots because they get mailed in ballots and they drop them off.
So we need to see.
Charlie, I'm going to put this out there.
And I said this on Twitter this morning that you realize what they're doing, right?
That the people that want to move us to mass mail-ins that want to move us to ballot Dropbox voting, they want this.
They want problems on election day, whether it's machines, whether it's tabulators, whether it's a lack of election workers, whatever it is.
This serves the purpose of moving election away from the traditional and constitutional, right?
Federal law states, right, the first Tuesday after the first Monday, that it will be an election day.
They are shifting this and normalizing the idea of, well, it's just too many people.
It's so hard to do it.
You can't get the workers out when every other, every single other industrialized nation in the Western world is able to do this in one day without these problems.
Look, there's problems in a lot of elections.
This one is going to have a lot of them.
The point is this: do not crack, don't melt down, and keep the morale up and hold and stay the lineup.
Steady resolve the morning shows.
Yeah, but look, we need to get people to keep on showing up in major numbers.
And so, look, so someone says, Charlie, isn't this good news?
As of 9 a.m., about 45,000 voters have checked into Maricopa County.
They ask, is this good news?
No, that's low.
Like, we need five people.
We did it at 9:30.
At 9 a.m.
9 a.m.
No, no, no.
That should have been at 7 a.m.
We need half a million people by the end of the day in Maricopa County.
That's right.
So that's about, so if you've got, what, 10, was it 10 hours of voting?
Yeah, and look, someone says 50,000 people.
He says, Charlie, you're freaking out way too early.
I'm freaking out because I know the numbers.
I don't even know if I'm freaking out.
And Jack, how many times do we need to prove that we know the numbers around here?
Guys, don't make Charlie do it again.
All right.
He did it the last time we had on the primary day, and he sat there and went through county by county, batch by batch.
Don't make me have to sit through that again.
Someone says here, Charlie, turnout is low question mark.
I thought Carrie Lake's rallies were well attended.
Well, people hopefully are showing up right now.
We're going to get a new ballot drop in the next 15 minutes.
Every half hour on the, you know, every half hour, we're going to find out how many people are showing up and we're going to see what happens.
But also, it could be that people are coming and dropping off their ballot.
If you went today and dropped off your ballot or you know other people that did that, I want to email me freedom at charliekirk.com.
So look, and again, if your ballot is rejected, then, and if they fail to run it through it again, if it fails a second time, then you have to have them spoil the ballot and fill out a new one.
I know that takes a lot of time.
It's just the way it is.
And 20%, 20% of all the machines are not operating right now in Arizona.
You got to get at least five other people out to the polls today.
This is a sabotage campaign.
Remember, I told Jack, we said they're going to have traffic jam issues because they know where else.
I thought you were being chicken little, and now it's like, it's like you had a crystal ball, Charlie's crystal ball.
It's the only thing they had left was to stop this.
Look, in the good old days, we Americans argued about which policies to pursue to improve this beautiful country.
Charlie Kirk here.
Too often we find ourselves arguing about whether or not America is great or not, or whether we should be ashamed or whether we should love America.
The reason for this is simple.
For too many years, too many of our schools have been neglecting to teach young people about our great heritage of liberty, presenting them instead a dishonest narrative of America as a fundamentally unjust or racist country.
Hillsdale College is winging in for America, the wonderful Hillsdale College, by offering a free online course, such as The Great American Story, A Land of Hope, Constitution 101, The Meaning of History of the Constitution.

It is a specific call to action.
We got to make sure you stay in line and vote.
And if after a couple attempts your ballot is not counted, you have to spoil the ballot and you got to go back through it.
So, right now, there are 20%, one in five of the precincts, 20% of precincts that are not in Maricopa County Arizona.
Do you mean get out and get back in line?
Yeah, I mean, if after two attempts, it doesn't work, it's going to take more time.
Some people aren't going to do it.
So, basically, they have created a drop box called Box 3, where they say, oh, those will be counted later.
Do not trust them with that.
I don't trust that.
Do not do a second.
I'll trust that for a second.
Now, look, so the numbers look really low right now.
I'm texting with Rich Barris.
The explanation very well could be that people are turning up and dropping off their ballot, and that does not get counted.
We don't know what that is.
For example, you know, someone said right here that they dropped off their ballot this morning and they said the following: They said, Charlie, I dropped off my ballot yesterday.
How do I check to see if I voted?
Well, there is a way to do it through a portal on the Maricopa website.
And so, look, it's just the tone that we have to have on election day is you got to play like you're five points down, right?
And so, in certain precincts, I could tell you that the lines are extraordinary.
One right here says, Charlie, hey, Charlie, keep the faith.
I was at my local poll here at 6 a.m.
They are already having problems.
Luckily, mine went through.
Well, good.
So, look, and someone says, Charlie, here, we know how important the election is.
You need to stay calm.
It's obvious you're upset.
Let the Patriots do their jobs.
Please settle down.
I don't know, Jack.
Is today the day to settle down?
Just relax, just kick back.
See what's on Netflix.
I don't know if that really is the helpful tone right now.
Watch the game.
Maybe some grilling in the backyard.
No, no, today's the day that everything is on the line.
Today, we are facing, and Charlie, we laid this out last night.
We are facing a potential generational realignment in our politics.
If you want that, then you cannot have a weak turnout today.
Even if we win, even if we get across the finish line by a couple of inches, that's not going to break the back of the establishment.
It's not going to break down the uniparty system.
We need a blowout win today.
That means people not just winning at the top of the ticket, that means all the way up and down the ballot.
And I'm talking about all across Long Island and New York, Staten Island, which is big, Pennsylvania.
I broke this this morning.
One of the reports I'm getting out from the central Pennsylvania areas, the rurals, the exurbs, the F-150 cavalry, Charlie, the F-150 cavalry is showing up in droves.
The muscular class, the working class, they're coming out in Pennsylvania.
That's what we need, and we need it all day.
Secure a Blowout Win 00:16:03
It can't stop.
It can't let up.
And if the line is too long and you got to get to work, then guess what?
You're coming back on your lunch break or you're coming back after work.
You're coming back when it matters.
And stay in line, hold the line.
Do not take one step back.
Vote like your children's lives depend on it because they do.
Someone says, Charlie, don't settle down.
Thank you.
Yeah, today's, look, I'm looking at the numbers, and Rich Barris says this.
So, look, there's a chance the numbers aren't where they need to be.
And you might say, Charlie, it's very early.
But, Jack, can we just walk through a little bit of trajectory analysis, right?
I mean, I mean, again, there are three big rushes on election day.
It's just how it works.
You got to think of it.
It's human nature.
And by no means am I saying don't vote or anything?
I'm saying the opposite, actually.
I'm saying you have to now bring more people to the polls, right?
Because of all of these looming issues, all the shenanigans, all the nonsense that they're doing.
Okay, let's go to this.
Let's go to cut 88.
A poll worker in Maricopa County tells Election Day voters the machines are broken.
Play cut 88.
So, what happens if we have two tabulators?
One of the tabulators is not working, okay?
The other tabulator is taking about 75% successful.
So 25% of them are being misread, and it could be a printer issue, or it could be the tabulator itself.
So when it's misread, you have an option to put it into what's called box three, and it gets read whether it goes downtown and gets read manually or whether it gets refetted into our tabular.
You have to resist the box three.
Do not put it in box three.
I love the everything's fine, everything's okay kind of attitude there.
Oh, this is normal.
This isn't something to worry about.
It's like Mr. Rogers up there going, don't, you'll be fine.
Hi, neighbor.
Just put it here in box three and don't worry.
Don't worry about your ballot.
Don't worry about your sacred vote.
Don't worry about the blood, sweat, and tears of patriots that built this country.
No, they'll be all protected by box three.
Yeah, I don't think so.
Be very careful with that.
We just got a good email here.
Charlie, long lines in surprise, Arizona.
Good to see.
That's great.
Surprise is a Republican tilting area.
That's a great sign.
Now, the good news, look, can we get to some good news, though, for Arizona?
Let's do it.
Is that okay?
Because I think people could use some good news is that despite the lower turnout, that so far, it's only been four and a half hours, right?
And the modeling is not where it needs to be, but we are winning.
Republicans are casting 60% of all the votes so far on election day.
There you go.
Democrats, 14%.
Independents, 26%.
And we are winning independents.
So essentially, we're winning almost two and a half to one just non-partisan split.
We could be winning as high as three to one.
Hey, everybody, Charlie Kirk here.
The world is in chaos, and it's going to cause food shortages unlike anything we've ever seen.
You need a three-month food kit from MyPatriot Supply.

Have a backup plan.
Preparewithkirk.com.
Check it out.
Getting some good reports.
Turnout is picking up.
That kind of mid-morning surge.
I think people are turning into an all-day affair.
The F-150 Cavalry in Pennsylvania, Charlie, the F-150 Cavalry has arrived.
They're going to be arriving all day.
They're in the central PA.
They're in the Xurbs.
They're in the rurals, Lancaster County, York County.
We need to drive that.
And Western PA.
We need Western PA.
Also, by the way, remember that Connor Lamb district, we are looking to flip that seed in the Connor Lamb district.
It will be flipped today.
Just watch.
As always, you can email us what you're seeing, what you're hearing, freedom at charliekirk.com.
And look, if I have some urgency in my voice today, I will not apologize for that because we need to increase the trend.
Does that mean it can?
Of course, in a second, this can turn around.
But we do not, here's the way it works in Arizona.
And I don't mean to be too focused on Arizona because we're a national program, but I think the eyes of the nation really are on Arizona, aren't they, Jack?
I agree.
Yeah.
And so with Carrie Lake and Blake Masters and all these dynamics and it being a 2024 state is there's a lot of people that are dropping off their ballot.
We have no idea how many people that is.
So explain that.
Why when somebody drops off the ballot, do we not get that?
Well, because no one's counting it.
It gets put in a big box and then they count it in the days after.
And I say, well, why do people like box four?
So these are people that are kind of splitting the difference between putting their ballot in the mail and voting in person so they feel more secure.
And there is some rationale for this.
So it's like turning the actual polling station into a drop box.
So basically they go and they look at the poll worker and they say, where do I put it?
You put it in the drop box and you walk away.
Okay.
That's it.
And hopefully that gets counted.
The idea being that that's much more secure than one of these units.
Then just some Dropbox on the side of the street.
Yeah.
Right.
I've seen them driving around here at Maricopa.
Just so everybody knows, we're here in the heart of Maricopa County right now.
Email is freedom at charliekirk.com.
Okay, let's get to some sound here and let's get through.
Okay, so I want to go to this one here.
North Scottsdale voting location, just like mine, having technical difficulties.
Let's go to cut 89.
And as it's wrong, are they putting in some audio ballots?
The other option is the social accessible voting price.
100% of the time, how would you like?
Lots of ballot issues happening right now.
I know that was hard to hear, but.
We're fortifying the elections hard here in Maricopa.
We're fortifying them so hard right now.
But it's also happening in Mercer County, New Jersey, play cut 92.
Voting machines are down in each district across Mercer County because of a printing and scamming issue with the ballots.
But voters, though, can still go to their polling locations, insert their ballot into an emergency slot of the machine.
And the website, it says it appears that county officials won't be able to tally those votes, though, tonight.
They are right now working to fix that problem.
New Jersey, baby.
I love New Jersey.
And so I hear there it's the emergency slot.
So it's not door three there.
It's the emergency slot.
So Jack, are we seeing good turnout in Pennsylvania so far?
So we're seeing good turnout in the suburbs, or excuse me, the exurbs, the rurals and central.
What do you mean by the exurbs?
So that's sort of your, you're in between rural and suburbs.
But, but, and take this with a note of caution, because I'm also seeing high turnout in Philadelphia.
We're also getting reports of high turnout in Philadelphia.
Urban Philadelphia.
In urban Philadelphia.
This is your Federman.
That's your Shapiro.
That's your straight ticket Democrat votes.
We're hearing high numbers in Philadelphia.
And we knew it would be high in Philadelphia because, well, that's what Philadelphia does on elections.
They always seem to find those extra votes that you didn't think were there.
Fetterman is already saying this might take multiple days.
Is that right?
Well, and Fetterman, not only that, Charlie, he's hired Mark Elias.
That news just broke this morning that Mark Elias, we remember him of dossier fame, of Russia Gate fame, of Fusion GPS, Mark Elias from the Hillary campaign, has just been hired officially by the Federman campaign.
So that means essentially, more than likely, they're looking at a close election, neck and neck, end neck when it comes to Federman.
And they know that Mark Elias is the guy that when it comes, because when it gets down to a game of inches, that's when you have to start getting into, okay, was this an undated ballot?
Was a misdated ballot?
Was it potentially a double vote?
So you know what double vote is?
Double vote is when in Pennsylvania, double voting is when you've sent in your mail-in ballot.
Your mail-in ballot has been received, but then maybe you forgot you did that because it was a couple of weeks ago.
You show up in person.
Now, normally the election books would be out there and they would have that listed to say, well, hold on.
You know, I've got you here.
I can't have you come in in person.
What they're doing is they're taking that out now.
So the Philadelphia Commission just met this morning and I'm hearing that they were having a discussion of this.
They're going to allow it and then allow the spoilation of it.
But the question is, of course, are they actually docking the first ballot or are they going to count that as well?
That is the question.
So here's Philadelphia, folks.
Welcome to Philly.
Wickenburg, Arizona, really great place in Maricopa.
Neither machine in Wickenburg is reading ballots.
Some people are trying multiple times, fail, fail, fail.
We're told to put them in the machine or drive to a different polling place.
So many angry voters here in Wickenburg.
Now, if you go to a different polling place, there is a chance, there is a chance that they will not count your ballot according to Harmeat Dillon.
So, someone says, Charlie, I thought you had TPSA people at the polls.
Also, where are the banned posse people?
We're the precinct people.
MAGA knew this would happen.
Look, you can't fix a machine.
That's the problem.
Is we've tried.
You got to get rid of the Maricopa County recorder.
The machines are the problem right now.
So, they have to run them through these machines, and one out of five of them are spitting them back.
One out of five of them are not working.
20% of the machines.
This isn't Nicaragua, by the way.
That's right.
This isn't the warlord that's taking over Haiti right now.
This is Maricopa County, Pennsylvania, or excuse me, Arizona.
We're here in a first-world country, an industrialized nation.
We can't even hold a vote on election day.
That is where we're at right now.
Email us freedom at charliekirk.com.
Let's get to another piece of sound here.
We're seeing these issues happen and pop up all across America, but we are not trying to deter you.
We're trying to actually make this should make you want to vote more and bring more people out to the polls.
But you must be vigilant.
No complaining.
You got to stay in line.
You got to stay focused.
Hold on.
Go through the entire line.
And if your ballot is rejected more than twice by the machine, then you have to spoil that ballot and you got to go through the process all over again.
And you might be there for an hour.
You might be there for two hours.
Now, Jack, I believe this is all part of Katie Hobbes voter suppression.
I really do.
I think this is a voter suppression operation to try to stop Republicans from voting.
How is it legal that the Secretary of State that's running the election is herself the candidate on the top of the ballot?
How is that legal?
Here's some good news.
Voted in Peoria this morning and everything was operating normally.
No major delays.
And I voted Republican top to bottom, a senior citizen relatively new to Arizona.
God bless you, William.
Have a Blake Masters sign in my yard.
Hopefully, my neighbors will vote Republican.
Well, not every precinct then, not every voting center is a catastrophe.
That's great.
Praise God.
Let's go to this one here.
Charlie, I just voted in Awatuki.
The tabular worked.
It was busy.
I asked about the flow and they said it was a steady flow since 6 a.m.
Thanks, Frank.
Look, this is why we keep the pressure up.
This is why you keep the pressure up.
This is why you name the officials too, by the way.
Stephen Richard showed that Bill Gates.
You showed the names.
You put that Bill Gates, really.
I remember you said that the last time.
It's not the Bill Gates.
It's a different bill.
It's not the Bill Gates.
So some of the people.
How much part of the name does he own?
Kathy just emailed me 110 people in line in Fountain Hills.
That is a very good sign.
Fountain Hills is like right-wing central.
That is a great.
So does it seem like maybe people slept in a little bit, but now they're starting to come out more?
Yeah, look, I mean, we're going to get new numbers right now in the next 10 minutes.
Again, we are monitoring this.
Our entire turning point action team is all across the country.
Obviously, and here's the thing: I know we have a national radio program and we have a national live stream, and we are a little biased because we're here in Arizona.
But I want everyone to understand: Arizona is a microcosm that if we are able to push back against these demons and these awful ideas, it will help save the country, right?
And that's why you're here, Jack.
You're a Pennsylvanian who's here in Arizona, manning the ship.
Look, we remember election night 2020.
It started here in Arizona.
That's where all of the things that went wrong started to go wrong.
That's why Arizona became ground zero.
Arizona became the target for everything to be turned back.
Yes.
Right.
That's right.
So if Arizona is fixed, then it will follow that Georgia, Michigan, Pennsylvania, whether it's Bacom County, Fulton County, Philadelphia County, Milwaukee County, and Wisconsin.
We're already, by the way, hearing issues from a lawyer I have up there.
These are the direct areas.
It's the same places, right?
The same names that you were all very familiar with throughout all of 2020.
It's the exact same Maricopa County that was always the head of the snake.
It was always Maricopa County.
That's right.
Email us your thoughts, freedom at charliekirk.com.
Freedom at charliekirk.com.
And look, I actually think the turnout is going to overwhelm them.
I have faith in the great people of Arizona that we are going to hit our numbers.
I'm just trying to warn you, we're not there yet.
It's so for those of you that might be watching and you're just getting up, you're like, oh, what's the kind of point in voting?
No, no, no.
This is, we have them on the ropes.
We got to show up.
This is the chance to do it.
Someone says, Charlie, there's no way to beat the machines.
No way.
Even if the machines are working, how can you trust them?
So, Jack, how do we respond to that?
People say that.
Email me, freedom at charliekirk.com.
Thoughts, Jack.
You have to show up.
You have to show up in droves.
You have to show up as a posse.
You have to bring your friends.
And if you have paper ballots, there's evidence.
And with the paper ballots, there's a paper trail.
This is something that chain of custody exists.
It goes from you directly in.
There's no digital, et cetera, Mike Lindell kind of stuff coming in here.
No, What you have is a direct paper trail with a hand count, a hand count that you can go and put up next to the machine when this all comes out later.
Because by the way, if there are issues, Charlie, are we going to fight it or are we going to let it slide?
We're not going to let it.
We're not going to let it slide.
That's right.
Everybody watching, we're getting here.
Charlie, be careful not to panic voters.
They may not come out if they hear a bunch of BS is going on.
Thank you for that feedback.
If I'm panicking the voters, I apologize, but I'm not going to be like other programs where they're already measuring the drapes and they're ordering dump perion.
Not going to happen.
Okay.
Oh, everything will be fine.
Let's just see what's coming up later.
By the way, we only have a couple hours left.
This is where we have to begin to overwhelm the system and go in major and major ways that we've never seen before.
Idaho Patriots, Charlie, I live in Eagle, Idaho.
Things seem to be going smoothly.
We desperately need a governor change.
I voted for Ammon Bundy.
I voted Republican from top to bottom with Ammon Bundy as governor.
God bless you.
I just got a message from the West Wing.
Some of the talking points for the KJP briefing, which is going to be coming up.
Here's what you're going to hear.
You're going to hear slow counting is normal.
Machines always have errors here and there, but it's not going to take anything.
Poll workers are nonpartisan and criticizing them verbally.
Well, that's basically domestic terrorism.
You're going to hear all of this coming up from that briefing podium in just a few weeks.
Wow.
Wait, so they are going to do a press release today?
They're doing a press conference.
However, they've called LID when it comes to Biden.
So Biden's doing a press conference?
No, no, no.
KJP.
I mean, if Biden did a press conference, that'd be the greatest GO TV operation.
I would love to look at this episode.
I love Blood.
He's going to tell us about how he's going to shut down drilling and coal and everything else.
Mitch just said, Charlie, my ballot was not read in Cave Creek this morning.
What a disaster.
Put in the slot in front of machine.
Just checked.
My ballot has been counted.
Good job, Mitch.
Thank you for voting.
Love Cave Creek.
Email is freedom at CharlieKirk.com.
Spoiled ballots.
Hi, Charlie.
In Wisconsin, when we spoil a ballot, you don't have to stand in line again.
It's done immediately.
You're given a new ballot to take to the booth.
On the other hand, there's a lot of spoiled ballots that wait.
That could be as the poll captain does the spoiling and reissuing.
Thank you.
I'm actually, Judy says, love the urgency.
You're not panicking anybody.
Thank you, Judy.
Ballot Chaos in Cave Creek 00:14:57
God bless you.
I am curious, what is the vibe in Wisconsin?
I am, that's a really important state in more ways than one.
I'm curious.
Do we have Georgia Patriots?
I'm wondering how things feel in Georgia.
How do things feel in Wisconsin?
How do things feel in Michigan?
And guess what?
How do things feel in New York and Oregon?
I'm interested.
Email me, freedom at charliekirk.com.
Frederick says I'm in New York, voted at 10 a.m.
No problem.
Hey, New York's elections are having less problems than Arizona's elections, Jeff.
Well, you know why that is.
That's because the Cuomo machine is getting behind Zelda up there.
Yeah, so let me just kind of elaborate a little bit more.
Look, you're going to be hearing a lot about Arizona.
It's national news.
Brett Baer is even talking about it.
He says that there might be some funny business going on in Arizona.
Brett Baer thinks there might be funny business in Arizona.
I'll just let that speak for itself.
So, but here's why.
Okay, so Maricopa County is this monstrosity of a county, okay?
One of the largest counties ever.
Okay.
It's the fourth largest county in America.
It's used to be a Republican county and now it's right on the edge.
And I could go through the whole history.
Austin and Tyler could go through the whole history of it.
But basically, they tried to universalize mail-in voting, and it did not stick.
And so instead of having all these precincts, there are 223 voting centers.
Wait, because when you said if there's an issue at the center, go find another location.
I'm like, what do you mean, find another location?
I got to be careful saying that.
If you've already read, if you already checked in to vote, there's a chance they won't take you at the other center.
I know this is confusing everybody.
We're trying to clarify this in real time.
Even the concept, the concept, the very concept of a vote center.
Okay, that's not how things are supposed to be.
It's a precinct.
The people of the precinct go there.
The election workers are from the precinct.
You know the person that you see because it's the same person you see every year, twice a year, whether it's the general, whether it's the primary.
You see them, you see your neighbors, you recognize each other.
That's how it's supposed to work.
Yes, that's accountability.
We got Tyler Boyer coming in just a second here.
I want to hear all of your emails, freedom at charliekirk.com.
I want pictures of lines.
I want videos of any problems of things that might be happening.
I pray there's no problems.
Tyler Boyer joins us now for a very quick update.
Tyler, you are the Arizona expert.
People are very confused.
What is going on in here in Marajopa?
Are we hitting the numbers?
Do we need more people to show up and vote, Tyler?
What's going on?
We need everybody to show up and vote right now.
You're experiencing extraordinarily long lines, dysfunctionally long lines.
And this is at the hands of a system that Adrian Fontes created.
And Stephen Richard, unfortunately, has not fixed.
What we're seeing right now, and you just brought this up, Charlie, and this is really imperative.
If you go in and you check in and your ballot isn't scanning, you need to ask them for another print.
I just experienced this myself.
I personally just went in, requested a ballot.
The wonderful poll judge that was there is a neighbor and a friend.
The ballot printed misprinted.
I just tweeted about this.
It was so blotchy from the printer that the scanner could not read it.
And so, because of this, they luckily I caught it because I knew what I was looking for.
But I believe this is part of the problem of why people aren't having their ballot be read: you have bad equipment, you have faulty equipment, you have machines that need to be replaced, printers that need to be replaced.
And the poll judge there told me they've requested it hours ago for replacement, and they can't even get people to pick up the phone in Maricopa County.
This is what we're dealing with.
Yeah, so Tyler, we're seeing a lot of people that are just so confused.
Do you go to another polling place or do you stay in the polling place, Tyler?
So, if you've already printed your ballot and checked in at that polling place, you cannot go to another polling place.
But if you're going, if you're showing up and you see a long line and you're like, I'm giving up on this, you want to go to a different one, that's fine.
But once you check in, that's as if your ballot has been cast or is being cast there.
So, if you check in and you don't actually read your ballot through the machine, then it's basically as if like you voted and voted for nobody.
Yes, someone says right here, Tyler, sorry to interrupt.
Someone says here, Charlie, I tried three times, spoiled ballots in every attempt.
They gave me another ballot happen again.
Tyler, what are people supposed to do?
They spend the whole day at the polling place?
This is what happened to me just now.
You have to request, it's probably because of the bad print and/or machines are faulty.
You need to request them to reprint and try again.
Reprint, spoil that ballot, try again.
Now, if it happens four or five times, the best bet is to go to it, is to cancel your vote, cancel your check-in.
They can officially do that on the polling place, but uh, don't leave, don't just leave and give up.
You cannot do that once you've checked it.
Yeah, do not give up.
So, one out of five, one out of five voting centers are experiencing this problem.
We need more people to show up.
Is that right?
You have to show up, you have to get in line, you have to show that we care about Arizona.
Do not give up on Arizona.
Do not give up on the poll.
I don't care if it's two, three, four hours long.
It is legally required of your employer to allow you to vote.
Yes, that's right.
And if it takes all day because Stephen Richer and co are incompetent, because Bill Gates made fun of people on Twitter for questioning their process in Maricopa County, I mean, it is disturbing.
And we have an archive.
We have an archive of this, Charlie.
We'll talk about it later.
Tyler Boyer, Turning Point Action CEO, Tyler, keep on doing what you're doing in the East Valley.
Everyone got to show up and vote in big numbers.
We are going to win.
Okay, I'm trying to get a good sense of how many people have voted.
So far, according to the official Maricopa numbers, 70,137 people have voted in person, 40,000 Republicans, 18,800 Democrats.
That's a really good split.
In fact, the Democrats actually...
The split is where we want it.
Yeah, the Democrats actually.
The issue is actually the numbers.
The Democrats actually picked up a little bit.
And then independents.
I'm sorry.
I'm way off.
I'm rereading all this.
Let's see.
Richard Barris's numbers are all screwed up.
Got it.
Okay.
He texted me this.
I'm sorry.
18,000 independents, 9,000 Democrats.
Now it makes a lot of sense.
Okay.
Point is 70,000 votes cast.
Anybody in the audience, if you went into a polling place today and you dropped off a ballot, just email me.
And if you know people have done the same, because I'm trying to figure out how many people, we don't know.
Did you say independents are breaking two to one over Democrats?
Yeah, so there's a potential there is a potential that Republicans, Kerry Lake, and Blake Masters win 3.2 to 1 votes statewide today.
So that's just a turnout game, basically.
You just need to get people turned out.
So email me freedom at charliekirk.com.
If you went to a polling place today in Arizona and you just dropped off a ballot, because the way it works in Arizona, we don't know that number.
We know every number except same-day drop-offs.
So it's just a big mystery.
They're not even counting any of it.
No, it just goes in a box.
Goes in the box.
It goes in a box.
But a lot of people do that.
Mystery box of Maricopa County.
A lot of people do that.
And that's fine.
It's great.
And it's not the most secure way, but...
J.J. Abrams are here.
Okay, let's email me freedom at charliekirk.com.
We have a lot of different things happening.
I do want to kind of talk about some other places across the country that are experiencing issues.
But look, here's the biggest thing.
So actually, we have one of our producers out here.
You know, there's a two-hour wait right now in Mesa, Arizona to vote.
That is a good structural sign.
Okay.
You know what I mean?
Like that's a good, that's a good prerequisite and ingredient.
Now, whether or not the Michigan...
So how's Mesa?
Is Mesa blue or red?
It should be red.
It should be red.
Yeah.
It should all be red, Charlie.
It's very, very LDS.
Okay.
Very family.
So that's an area we should win.
It's an area that Trump struggled with a little bit.
You know, very Jeff Flaky.
Right.
But for this, in a midterm, that should do a lot better for us.
Right, if you're a lower propensity, you're more regular.
Regular.
Yeah, so look, the positive of having these long lines is Democrats that don't care as much.
It's only going to increase our margin of Republican versus Democrat.
The problem is we might lose some of the roles.
Look, MSNBC was very upset that I spoke at the Kerry Lake rally last night, but I'll tell you something.
Those people would stand in that line for hours.
They would crawl over broken glass to vote for Kerry Lake.
I don't see anybody doing that for Katie Obs.
Very good.
Frankie says, Charlie, more people have come to vote in North Phoenix in our conservative precinct to drop off ballots than to vote in person.
Okay.
So that drop, but just so we're clear, we're going to get very comfortable, Jack, because we're going to be here for a couple of days streaming.
Charlie, people are texting me.
They're saying, Jack, why is Charlie panicking?
Why is Charlie freaking out?
I'm not panicking.
I have an urgent posture, and you want that.
Everyone should want that.
Okay.
Steely resolve.
Posture of urgency is what is going to win.
Okay, let's go to Tom Bevin.
He runs Real Clear Politics.
He does a great job.
I'm a very big fan of Real Clear Politics.
I visited a lot this election season.
Tom, welcome to the program.
Great to be with you, Troy.
Tom, what's your final prediction and projection?
Real Clear Politics, what are you seeing?
And looks like turnout is very high today in most parts of the country.
Walk us through it.
Yeah, I mean, our final projection in the House is Republicans will pick up 31 seats is the sort of most likely number.
We have a range from anywhere from 14 all the way up to 48.
But if you split the difference, the average gain is 31 seats.
In the Senate, we have Republicans picking up three.
And that, again, I think could go higher if it turns out to be a big night for Republicans.
You will see we have Maggie Hassen holding the seat in New Hampshire right now, but that race is obviously very, very close.
That could easily go the Republicans' way.
And then you're looking at, you know, upwards from there, it would be Colorado, it would be Washington State.
Even Connecticut, I think, would be close in that scenario.
So, and then in the governor's races, we have GOP picking up two, two governorships.
Yeah, so let's talk about the Pennsylvania race.
What does your polling show versus the delta between Oz and Mastriano?
What does that show in your latest polling?
Because I think that really fascinates people of, you know, different parts of the state.
Mostriano might actually outperform Oz in the central part of the state, and Oz will definitely outperform Mastriano in the suburbs.
What does your data show in that race?
Yeah, so our final average in Pennsylvania, Oz is ahead, but by, I think, three-tenths of 1%.
So it's very, very close.
He's obviously been on the upswing.
The final couple of polls have showed him ahead.
So he definitely seems to have the momentum there.
And we think that's going to be a Republican hold.
Wow.
Okay.
So then in other parts of the country, these kind of sleeper races, your Real Clear Politics average showed Tudor Dixon really kind of surge in these kind of Midwestern governor races.
But if history is any guide, sometimes bluer states are more comfortable with a Republican governor than they would be for a Republican senator.
Is that right?
I mean, we look at Minnesota, Michigan, and Wisconsin, those kind of three industrial Midwest states.
What is your data showing for those governor races?
So the Michigan race is tight.
And I think actually in Wisconsin, Tim Michaels is ahead in that race.
And Ron Johnson's going to win that race.
I think he's up three and a half in our average.
He's probably going to end up winning by more than that if it does turn out to be a good Republican night.
So you might see a Republican governor in Wisconsin.
I've always said that I thought the Minnesota race could be close.
It is, you know, I think five points, maybe a little bit less.
So Jensen is within striking distance.
And then we actually have Tudor Dixon winning in Michigan.
We just feel that the last poll, Trafalgar poll, had her up one point.
That race has been closing.
And again, that upper Midwest has been sort of ground zero when you're talking about poll error over the last three cycles in terms of non-college educated white voters, rural voters.
It has been, you know, Wisconsin's been among the worst.
Michigan's been bad.
Pennsylvania has also been one of the offenders.
So I think for all of those reasons, we see Tudor Dixon pulling it out tonight.
Yeah, I think that would really shock the world in more ways than one.
And then kind of the sleeper races, Tom.
I mean, the question, front page of realclearpolitics.com, my favorite website this time of year.
I love this one.
Polster Sweat, Another Election Day Reckoning from Stephen of Politico.
I mean, polling, and this is what I love about your averages because you're blending them, right?
So you kind of approximate to some form of what the truth is.
But there's a chance there might be a three to four point polling miss.
Is that right?
Yeah.
I mean, again, you have to look at how this has gone over the last three cycles in particular, 16, 18, and 20.
I mean, there's been this debate that's been going on, right?
And folks on the left, you know, Joy Reed dragged us the other day.
Simon Rosenberg, even Nate Cohn, Nate Sober, some of those guys have said, listen, you know, it's Republican pollsters flooding the zone with these crap polls.
It's all propaganda and you can't take it.
You can't take it.
You got to ignore all that stuff and rely on the sort of independent polls.
And they're the ones that show Democrats ahead.
The problem with that theory is, number one, it's not true.
It's not just right-wing polls that are showing.
We have Data for Progress, which is a Democratic firm that shows Republicans ahead all over the board, including Blake Masters in Arizona, by the way, but also Herschel Walker in Georgia and other places.
And on top of that, the Republican pollsters, the Republican leading firms, Trafalgar, Susquehanna, Insider Advantage, and the like, have been more accurate over the last three cycles than these other firms.
And so if you're going to, you know, discount any of the polls that you see, you'd be discounting folks like Quinnipiac and Marist and the New York Times Ciena and things like that.
So, but again, we're putting all those polls in our averages and they are where they are.
And right now, they show Republicans, again, picking up three seats in the Senate.
These will be close races, obviously.
But again, if Republicans do have a good night, that number easily could go higher.
Tom Bevin, thank you so much for your great commentary, RealClearPolitics.com.
Great job as always.
Thank you so much.
Thanks, Charlie.

We know Tyler Boyer here.
Now, Tyler, the tone we're taking is we're not going to freak out.
We have urgency.
Everybody should be freaked out, and everyone should go to the polls.
I'm telling you right now.
No, I'm not kidding you.
What is happening in Maricopa County is criminal.
And it's not like none of us have been saying nothing and just sitting by.
We have been for years now, years going on now, four years, telling people what they have done and what they've done to Maricopa County is wrong.
And we're seeing this in real live action here.
Tyler, you were blasting them the first time we were here.
Everybody in the audience, if you dropped off a ballot today, I want to hear from you.
I want to know if you other people are the same.
The reason I'm trying to find that number, I'm trying to approximate where the base is.
We're not going to know.
Freedom at charliekirk.com.
It's a guessing game, okay?
And that's because I want to know where we're at.
Freedom at CharlieKirk.com.
Okay, we were going to play a video.
Do we have it?
We are not sunk yet.
We will never surrender.
We will never give up.
Never, never, never.
It's not who we are.
It's not what we do.
We never give up.
Rush Lynn Baugh.
Man, he's actually still alive.
Man, no, he's not.
His legacy lives.
We should keep him alive.
His legacy.
Well, he's alive in a sense.
He's alive.
In a sense.
Yes.
Today is a big reckoning.
He's looking down right now.
It is the first election, major election since the death of the great Rush Limbaugh.
Rush Limbaugh is looking down on us right now.
Okay, so Tyler, what's going on here in Arizona?
One out of five of the voting centers do not have machines that are functioning.
What the heck is going on?
Well, I'll tell you this.
Can you guys hear me okay?
Make sure his mic is on the back.
I don't think my mic is on.
Okay, there we go.
Okay, so this is what's going on right now.
What we're seeing is, and this is what we warned years ago, was that a move from precinct-based polling to vote centers.
And so this is what they did in California.
This is what they did on the coast, the coastal elites trying to enforce this.
This is Eric Holder, Barack Obama-era stuff, where they wanted to eliminate precinct-based polling.
Well, the question is, why do they want to eliminate precinct-based polling?
Because precinct-based polling has accountability.
There's accountability in precinct-based polling because you can know at my precinct, there's only a few thousand voters.
I know if Jack goes and votes, I know the people down there.
So now what they wanted to do was open this up so you can vote anywhere you want out of convenience.
And essentially what has happened in that process was that they were able to shrink the polling places.
Well, what does that mean?
Well, they can control where the polling places go then, right?
So vote centers now, oh, are magically in better Democrat areas and worse in Republican areas.
And when we have issues now, we have fewer polling places.
And now magically in Republican areas, it's harder for them to get to them.
And in a place like Maricopa County, and this is the same everywhere.
And this is a warning signal to Salt Lake.
This is a warning signal to Boise.
This is a warning signal to Nashville.
I want you to understand this.
The Democrats understand that they can fix problems.
They can make things easier and better for voters in Democrat areas.
And they can take longer and have worse off scenarios for Republicans in the outskirts of town.
And this is why building up cities up instead of out is instead of horizontal.
That's right.
And this is why precinct polling, you need to bring government closer to you.
You need a Jeffersonian model.
You have to do this.
Otherwise, you will lose control of your country very quickly.
This is what's happening in Maricopa County.
I do have breaking.
This is out of Kyle Becker.
Pennsylvania judge just ruled to allow ballots to count that are received up to November 14th, a week after election day.
This is what they want.
They're allowing ballots under the week after election day in Pennsylvania.
This is what they're hoping for, I think.
And they just hired Mark Elias.
So I don't want to get conspiracy theorists here in Arizona, but in general, this is what they want to have happen.
What they want to have happen is we implemented these really good ideas because this is the best way to vote.
And then all of a sudden there's breakdown, right?
And then a judge comes in and they go, oh, we're going to keep ballot.
We're going to keep polling places open until next week.
Well, honestly, they should keep some of these polling places open in some of these areas.
Today, until the lines get taken care of.
Yes.
But then that's it.
I think that in Mesa and Scottsdale, they should open up for a couple more hours.
I just want to say that I just want to take a moment to just say how much appreciation I have for democracy, how much I love democracy.
Don't you guys love democracy?
We're not a democracy right now.
Don't you love this?
I love democracy.
I love democracy, though.
I just love my democracy.
Charlie, this is what's important to understand, though.
This chaos that's been inflicted upon Arizona is 100% the handiwork of Adrian Fontes.
So Adrian Fontes came into office in 2018 through 2020 and I'm sorry, 2016 through 2020.
And he absolutely changed all of this.
So in the four years that he was recorder of Maricopa County, he's the one that put his fingerprints all over these new systems.
Steven Richer, who is a Republican, but he's not really friendly with the Republican Party at all.
And so I don't really count him as a Republican for that reason, ignored all of the issues, all the things that he ran on, saying Adrian Fontes was a fraud, that he was changing the election law.
And Steven Richard hasn't done enough to fix all these stuff.
He's done nothing.
He's done almost nothing.
This is a laughingstock of the world.
Everybody, email us freedom at charliekirk.com.
Tyler, we got a first-hand report here, which is why I think some of the modeling is off.
They said Charlie went by the Scottsdale City Hall dropbox location.
It's guarded by two guards here, and there's also a polling place.
They have an overflow because there's at least three boxes of drop-offs, 500 per box.
So a lot of people are going and dropping off their ballot.
We do not recommend that, right, Tyler?
But that's not, we have no idea what that number is.
That's like this massive mystery, right?
So as far as turnout goes, we have no idea.
20 seconds.
Well, and this is what the Democrats want.
They want you to drop off your ballot so then they can, like Jack just do their shenanigans.
We're going to be in Pennsylvania.
We're going to be, we're going to be Philly.
We're going to be San Francisco.
Where they're just like, you know what?
Take three months to vote and then they can count votes, collect votes for months and months and months and months.
This is not the way America should work.
We all agree that we should know who wins.
Federal law says everybody, tonight we are going to be streaming.
This is your election headquarters Charlie Kirk show with Jack, with Austin, with Tyler, with Andrew, with Savannah Hernandez, with Benny Johnson.

It's starting to pick up, Jack.
It's starting to pick up people across the country.
It's like Arizona's waking up and they're flooding the polls.
Because, Charlie, people are angry.
People have a righteous anger because they've seen what happened in Maricopa County.
They've seen the utter disgrace that they've done to our elections, that they've done to our democracy.
They've done to put it in our republic.
Thank you.
Okay.
We're very clear about this.
What they've done to take the blood, sweat, and tears of the patriots who came before us, who built this land, who carved this land from nothing, from absolutely nothing.
Families like Tyler's here.
They've been here generations.
Eighth generation.
Eighth generation.
Yeah, it's actually, I just found out I was wrong.
I'm not a seventh generation in Arizona.
I'm an eighth generation.
Eighth generation.
Righteous Anger Across America 00:04:04
I just found out this week I was wrong.
They showed up here when it was still in ocean, by the way.
That's right.
All right.
We're going to press pause on this.
Everybody, email us freedom at charliekirk.com.
I want to hear about your voting experience.
Even if you think it's just, oh, whatever.
I want to hear it all because we're, here's the thing: Jack, we already have 10,000 emails, and I'm able to synthesize it into trends, into hot spots, into issues, and publicize it.
So, freedom at charliekirk.com.
You guys give us the information of where we can help get more people to the polls and all things that are happening.
Guess what?
We've the media now.
Yes, that's right.
Okay.
And joining us now is Ari Fleischer.
Ari, welcome back to the program.
It is Judgment Day and Election Day.
Ari, what do you make of this mess in Arizona where one out of five precincts don't have machines that are working?
What are your thoughts, Ari?
Well, number one, I'm glad the people in charge of the elections immediately disclosed it when Publix showed people in a video what the problem was, and they are assuring people that there is an alternative way.
You just bill out your ballot.
It's held in a lockbox.
I'm not one to immediately jump to the most sinister conclusion.
There are problems in elections.
These are mechanical issues.
I don't think that there's anything nefarious going on here.
And so long as that vote still counts, it's going to turn out to be fine.
So, Ari, what do you make of just the recent kind of polling?
What kind of night do you anticipate here?
You've been around a lot of elections.
You've seen a lot of different things, and it seems like the polls have kind of been misaligned for quite a while.
What are your thoughts?
What kind of night do you think we can expect tonight?
Recent history shows that the polling overstates how the Democrats are doing for the most part.
Not in every case.
I've gone back and looked at this.
In 2018, the last midterm election, there were eight real close races.
In six of them, the polling overstated how the Democrat was doing.
But in two of them, Arizona and Nevada, it overstated how the Republican was doing.
And so we have to bear that in mind because we have races in Arizona and Nevada this time.
I hope the polls aren't overstating the Republicans there.
This cycle, 2022, the 10 most competitive races, the four that are held by Republicans now that they have to keep, Pennsylvania, Ohio, Wisconsin, North Carolina.
The last day of polling shows Republicans are winning in all four of those.
And the six pickup states that Republicans have an opportunity to gain seats in the Senate, the polls show Republicans are winning in three, Democrats are winning in three.
If history is any guide, the polls, with the exceptions of Arizona and Nevada, understate Republican performance.
And that's why in 2022, Charlie, I am so bullish.
It's obvious, and it's been obvious all year.
Republicans take the House.
And I still have a 33% scenario in which Republicans take six seats in the Senate.
Boy, so you think six seats in the Senate?
Is that right?
A 33% chance of that.
One-third chance of that.
Wow, that's here.
Here are the six seats.
It's New Hampshire, it's Georgia, Arizona, Nevada, Washington State, and Colorado.
That's where competitive races are underway.
The poll shows Republicans winning in three of them.
Polls show Democrats are winning in three.
The outliers are Washington State and Colorado.
If the wave is big enough, Republicans can win Washington and Colorado.
I think the likelihood is Republicans end up at 53 or 54 seats if I had to bet in the Senate.
But I don't rule out.
I give it a 33% chance.
If the wave is big, Colorado and Washington go down.
So, Ari, what about Pennsylvania?
What's your take on that?
What do you feel about Pennsylvania and how things are trending there?
No, a landslide in Pennsylvania for a Republican is 51%.
And I think Oz is on his way to that size landslide.
I just think, given how Federman debated, especially in his radical, so far to the left, anti-crime policies, Oz wins that one by a narrow margin.
I just don't see at the end of the day Federman winning.
Yeah, with a whole week of counting ballots and all of that.
Any house races in particular you're keeping your eye on tonight?
Yeah, I'm really looking at my own hometown race.
I live in the Hudson Valley area, a suburb outside of New York City.
That's really interesting.
Pennsylvania Landslide Predicted 00:15:17
My race is Assemblyman Mike Lawler, who was running against the head of the Democrat Congressional Campaign Committee, Sean Patrick Mahoney, Maloney.
And he could lose.
The Democrat could lose.
An incumbent Democrat in a plus-10 Biden district could lose to Assemblyman Lawler.
That's my congressman, my race, and I've got a real close eye on it.
Very good.
Ari, thank you for coming on the show today.
It's a big day.
Love the commentary as always.
Thanks so much.
Thanks, Charlie.
Thank you.
Email us freedom at charliekirk.com.
Tyler, okay.
So people are saying, I ran my ballot through the machine twice and it got rejected in Arizona.
What do we do?
I ran my ballot through the machine eight times and it got rejected.
So then what do you do?
So this is what's going on here.
I discovered, luckily, because we looked at it, the ballot was not printed.
So the system, the election system, a company that we shall not name, it starts with a D, that operates the system.
Domino's Pizza.
Domino's Pizza has they, these ballots, they print them on site, Charlie.
So you show up, you scan and you check in, and then a table prints off the ballot.
And now what's happening, and we're seeing this happen in many, many places, the ink sucks or the paper is in there wrong or whatever.
And so mine printed out and it's spotty.
And so I tweeted this out.
It's spotty, but to the naked eye, you wouldn't notice this unless you looked at it real close.
I went through, fill out my whole, I noticed it and I was like, oh, that's weird.
Looks a little bit bad, but maybe it's just fine.
Maybe the outsides are fine.
That's all I need.
I went through and marked the entire ballot.
I sent spent 20 minutes there marking my ballot.
And I go to the machine.
I vote no for all the judges.
I vote for all, no, for all the judges, right?
Yeah.
So I was there for the entire thing.
Retain.
No.
Retain.
No.
Retain?
No.
Retain?
No.
No, Napolitano.
No.
Do you see?
No.
Anyway, so I go to the machine.
I put it in.
They're like, oh, put it backwards.
No.
No, put it the other way.
Turn it around.
16 times of doing this.
And then they're like, you know what?
Do you just want to put it in the read later pile than to Phoenix pile?
And I was like, absolutely not.
And they're like, do you want to vote by electronic tabulation?
I'm like, absolutely not.
I'm like, reprint me a ballot.
So they reprinted me a ballot.
And this time I checked it.
They printed it from the other printer that this one worked.
And the poll judge told me, yeah, and she's a good, she's a great lady.
I know her.
I go to the same place every time.
Super involved in the community.
She said, yeah, we've requested a new printer and we've been telling them all day I can't get through to somebody now in Maricopa County.
So let's play a piece of tape here, Tyler.
Don't mean to interrupt, but you know that Stephen Richer is bragging.
Where Stephen Richard says, We're having a wonderful day here in Maricopa County.
By the way, one in five voting centers don't have machines that work, but we anticipated this and we put them off into a box and we're going to count them later.
Let's tell, do we have that tape?
We do.
Okay, play that tape.
94.
Everything's going great.
Except for the fact that one out of five polling places aren't working.
Love my love my democracy so much.
Safest and securest worlds aren't working.
Safest and secure.
So, Tyler, what do they do?
Because I'm getting emails right now.
They said it's not clear.
What do I do if this happens?
You got to go through it again.
So this is the insanity of everything, Charlie.
We have literally an insane person.
His name is Bill Gates.
And yeah, it's not the same Bill Gates that everybody else is aware of.
Farmland, Eat the Bugs.
It's a different Bill Gates.
Sorry.
He is the supervisor in Maricopa County.
He's a very small man.
And I tried to be friendly with this guy, went and met with him.
I was like, look, people have serious concerns.
I sat with him in his office and I sat across from him and I was very respectful.
I said, Bill, look, there's people that have serious concerns with how these elections are run.
Adrian Fontes did a number on our people.
We got to get this right.
And essentially what happened was when Adrian Fontes was recorder, the county came in and he was doing such a terrible job.
They're like, oh, we have to do an entire elections department to counterweight him.
And then Stephen Richard gets elected and promises all these things and nothing has changed.
And you know what they've done for the past year, Charlie?
They've mocked citizens.
They've used the Maricopa County Twitter handle.
They've laughed at people.
They've told them they're stupid.
They've told them they're idiots in their own way.
They've laughed at them.
They've mocked them.
Right.
And citizens don't deserve it.
But Tyler, I just, I hate to just keep on nailing this.
What do people do?
They have to go through the line again.
So if you're there, you do not leave.
You go back.
If you're if your ballot check your ballot, if it looks splotchy and not printed correctly, that means like white spots or it's a little bit gray or lightly printed.
Go back and demand them to reprint you a new ballot.
They'll spoil that ballot and print you a new one.
And then that one should work.
That is what's happening, I think, to most people is it's malfunctioning equipment, which is one of the issues that I'm talking about.
It's a big period of time.
It creates longer lines.
That's what's happening.
That's what's happening.
It took me, I took a polling place.
Because people are going through the lines multiple times now.
You have to go to the next line.
I mean, that's what I mean.
Yeah, they'll service you till you're done.
I was there for waiting.
Of course.
It creates a line.
So it's creating a longer line as people do.
So not only were we waiting in line for 20, 30 minutes, plus, and now many of these lines we're getting reports back are hours long, 30, 40, 50 minutes long.
That's insane.
Hold the line.
There's two hour lines in Mesa right now.
Now it's a disgrace.
It's an absolute disgrace.
Now it's talking, now we're talking, it's taking over a half hour just to vote because you're having to do this multiple times.
And by the way, if you vote for the judges, that's a 20-minute experience.
That's what I'm saying.
Yeah.
To fill in all those little things.
And so this isn't right.
And you should feel angry because you should be angry over this because we have incompetent people.
Look, if we were where we were 10 years ago, which is an easier-to-use voting system and we had precinct-based polling, we don't have these issues.
That's just it.
And that's what we've said over and over.
It's a very common sense thing.
They've introduced complexity into the system.
This is what they hate, Jack.
This is what they hate, Charlie.
They hate common sense people coming to them that are normal people going, guys, this is just stupid.
This is just a bad way of doing business.
They want to implement essentially Eric Holder, Obama-style rules and election procedures, and they want to pretend to be smarter than you.
And this is what you get from that.
It's unbelievable.
Charlie, I just went to vote in Glendale, Michigan, Glendale Mission and Ministry in Glendale, Arizona.
The machines are working.
There are a few people showing up when I left, and the line was not that long.
They were getting us in and out.
Well, Glendale, we need more people to show up in Glendale, right?
It could go either way.
We'll see.
Freedom at CharlieKirk.com.
Charlie, I've been checking out polls.
Two out of three have been shut down in Sun City.
Tabulator not working and one ran out of ink.
People sent to it other places.
Hundreds of older people were in line.
I'll check more locations.
Hundreds of older people in Sun City.
There is a retirement community that's in Northeast Mesa.
It is in the Red Mountain area.
Right now, the report is that it's over two and a half hours long of a line.
I wonder who predicted that a couple of weeks ago.
This is one of the reddest areas of the state.
It's voter suppression by Stephen Richer.
Rents are soaring at unprecedented highs.
If you're renting or have a friend or family member, that is, now is a great time to make the move to homeownership.
Look, you got to own renting, that's great.
Reset stuff.
Andrew Del Rey and Todd Avakian at Sierra Pacific Mortgage have helped so many people make that leap from renting to owning with lots of programs that offer first-time buyers assistance with little to no down payment needed.
I encourage you right now to visit my buddies, their website.
They're great guys.
They're Christians.
They're conservatives.
They love the Lord.
AndrewNTodd.com right now.
The thing I love about these guys is it's not about the transaction.
They're helping you create a plan to help you reach your goals.
Give them a call or go to their website, andrewandTodd.com.
With today's still historically low interest rates, it's easier than you think to become a homeowner.
I've relied on them and producer Andrew has as well.
I highly recommend you take action now.
And if you know someone paying rent, tell them about Andrew and Todd.
Go to andrewandtodd.com and tell them the Charlie Kirk show sent you.
Look, if you go back to our episodes two weeks ago, we talked about a traffic jam by design.
Remember, we talked about how they are going to clog up the election day plumbing.
Tyler, how long are these lines in some areas in the older areas where people have trouble standing for an hour in the retirement communities?
We're talking about hour and a half lines.
There's rings.
And so what happened when you eliminate precinct-based polling, that means there's fewer polling places, which means that they do it by number, which means that there's fewer numbers on the outside of the county, which means it's harder for people to get to vote.
And so what's happening and what I think we're seeing is people coming from out of town to these nearest polling places, and it's overwhelming these outside polling places.
So like in surprise, we're getting reports that we have massive lines up in the northern part of the valley.
We're seeing massive lines up in Red Mountain area in Mesa.
We're seeing massive lines.
And these are not going to get better.
They're going to get worse as the day goes on.
When people get off work, this is going to be a catastrophe.
People can't give up, Charlie.
They cannot give up.
They have to know that like you have to stay there, plant your flag, get your vote cast today.
Do not just drop off your ballot.
Yeah, the only silver lining is that Democrats do not have the stamina to wait in line like this.
I mean, some projections are showing we're winning election day voting rather significantly.
We're winning election day voting by like a lot threefold right now over Democrats.
And we don't know how the independents are voting, but we assume that they're skewing our way.
They're skewing our way.
I'm an independent.
I'm a registered independent because I hate the Republican Party on a lot of things.
And so proudly, because I think they're incompetent.
And so, but obviously I voted for Kerry Lake and Blake Masters and Abe Hamade and Mark Fincham.
So there's a lot of people like me, right, Tyler?
There's a lot of registered independents.
Jack, what are we hearing across the country?
What's the vibe?
Everybody email us freedom at charliekirk.com.
Jack, what do you got?
I still keep hearing this story about huge working class turnout in Pennsylvania.
We're talking the Xerox, the rurals, the F-150 cavalry coming out.
But at the same time, Charlie, I'm also hearing anecdotally, secondhand, of course, fog of election day for a lot of this stuff, that Philadelphia's numbers are up.
And we did not want Philadelphia to have high turnout today because we already know that Philadelphia had a high early vote, those mailing votes that they were really pushing in Philadelphia.
Of course, they did that in 2020 as well.
So if that's up and we're also up, they have a huge cushion going in.
Plus these rulings that we're getting out of Philadelphia now, it keeps going back and forth with the courts and everything else that the last piece I saw, there's 30,000 votes now, 30,000 votes in the state of Pennsylvania, which was only, which 30,000 votes is going to be the margin, by the way, which are going to be enough to decide the margin.
They will not be counted until a week after election day because of the latest ruling.
So Mark Elias has decamped.
He's on his way to Pennsylvania right now.
The rulings are flying back and forth across the state in terms of these ballots, in terms of double voting, the commissioners in Philadelphia, the undated votes.
We know it's going to be closed.
It's going to come down to inches.
And Republicans, by the way, if you're a Republican or a conservative or an election lawyer out there, you need to have eyes on two states, Arizona and Pennsylvania.
Those are the railheads right there.

Someone says here, Charlie, of 223 locations in Maricopa County and 20% are having problems.
It's 44 locations and one out of five balance are being misread.
Well, it's not misread.
It's just they're not being read at all, right?
It's more than that.
It's actually, we have reports.
It's over 50% of locations have issues or 50 locations have issues, not 50%.
Sorry.
This is a bad issue because it's not, we don't even know the number of people who are having experiencing bigger or small, I'm sorry, smaller issues than these big ones of just like straight up equipment not working or long lines or shutting down the polling places.
So look, stay in line.
If you're in line and you haven't checked in and you want to go to a different place, you can.
But once you've checked in, do not just scrap your ballot.
It's as if you're if you voted once you've checked in.
Yes.
Yes.
Everybody email us freedom at charliekirk.com.
Look, we're seeing these trends happening, but the turnout is there.
People are turning out.
And I'm just afraid that the traffic jam is going to deter people.
Please, for your country, stay in line.
Stay in line.
Do not allow themselves to deter you.
Do not allow them to really demoralize you, right?
I mean, this is a chance to save the republic.
It is within striking distance.
On October 21st.
Hey, Stephen Richer, mail-in numbers are way below 2018, which means we'll get a tsunami at the polls.
Can you guarantee every voter on Election Day will have a ballot?
Will you have enough paper ballot backup printers and technicians that no one goes without a ballot?
That tweet was ignored by Stephen Richer and Bill Gates, who are allowing this to happen in Maricopa County.
We have to have resolve.
We have to stay the course.
We stay in line.
We show up in record numbers.
You get your friends to do this as well.
We're going to win.
It is Judgment Day.
You need to make a plan to go vote.

True Turnout Numbers Lag 00:04:51
Does a great job.
Rich, how you feeling?
Living the dream, Charlie.
I'm feeling pretty good, actually.
What are you seeing with turnout across the country?
Are our people turning out?
Yeah, let's go around the map a little bit.
I'm looking, I hate to say I had to retweet Dave Washerman, but I did because he's right.
I was just looking at it actually when he tweeted it.
First off, if you look at some of these precincts, I'm looking at Virginia 10, 2-7, of course, but Virginia 10, because I'm wondering, are Republicans going to turn out?
That's a Biden plus 20 that got competitive.
And it really, Republicans needed a turnout advantage to make a go out of it.
Charlie, Democrats are, their turnout on Election Day is in deep trouble.
And Republicans are crushing them in Virginia.
In Florida, I'm looking at some of these more liberal precincts to see, you know, is there any significant boost?
Because they just don't have the pool of the registration edge in Florida that they used to have.
So they always had a pool of voters they could try to tap that aren't four out of fours to get out on Election Day.
They're getting creamed.
In Miami-Dade, in Pinellas County, they're getting creamed.
And this is going to be ugly in Florida.
In Washoe County, Republicans are romping it.
And in Clark County, they are slightly better.
What happens is Democrats will vote in Clark County on Election Day.
And we'll see Republicans start off with a very strong edge early in the morning.
And then later in the day, Democrats get out and the trend starts to converge.
Right now, Republicans are outperforming their expected trend.
It's close, but they are outperforming their expected trend.
And there are a lot of indies voting in Nevada.
Why does that matter?
Because, you know, if you look at polls that had Laxalt up and Lombardo up, it's always one of those states that I'm always very cautious about.
We have Laxalt and Lombardo winning each independence by about 20 points.
That's the last time a Republican won it.
It was Dean Heller.
He did it 5333.
That's basically right in the area of where we had it.
And then some of these Insider Advantage and Emerson, they actually had them winning independence by more.
So, you know, look, they didn't get the Clark County firewall of 47,000 that we heard about for two bloody weeks.
You know, they got to 39.
So they were already down with Republicans.
We don't have much from rural.
So, you know, they're going to come out in mass in rural.
That leaves Maricopa the anomaly here.
All right.
This is very, very frustrating because I'm being sent videos all over Phoenix and Maricopa.
The turnout is significantly heavy.
And it just doesn't, the numbers themselves that are being reported suggest to me that because of the issues that are happening in Maricopa, there is a reporting lag and that the turnout numbers aren't really reflecting the true turnout numbers.
And I have an update on that.
Harmee Dylan says that if they have an agreement and there will be trained people who will observe the transportation of the ballots that go into the infamous draw number three.
So let me ask you the question, Rich.
Sorry to interrupt you.
So in the total turnout numbers, maybe Tyler knows this, our expert here with you.
Is that counted in the total number if it goes to box three or no?
Because I got it.
I don't think so, right?
Because this is why the numbers might be a little low.
I just got a text from a doctor in the valley.
Okay.
Charlie.
It's not counted in the ones we have.
Let me read the text.
Charlie, I'm at the Mountain View Park in Scottsdale.
Only one in six ballots were going through.
The rest are having to be reprinted or turned in for hand counts tonight.
This is from the pool.
Workers were also embarrassed.
It's a 45-minute wait.
So most people are just turning them into box three.
Yeah.
And Charlie, those are not going to be.
And Tyler, unless I'm mistaken here, I'm being told they are not being reported in the Maricopa update, but that they most, and I don't know what this means, folks.
I'm just relaying the information I'm getting.
Most will be counted tonight.
So, yeah, it's a bit of a you-know-what show.
There's a check-in number and then there's a vote cast number.
Got it.
And so if they checked in, then the answer, if it's the check-in number that you're looking at, then the answer is yes.
That counts as the check-in number.
If it's the actual number of votes cast, which I believe is a different or separate number, then the answer is no.
But those votes will not be tabulated until the same time essentially that the drop-offs are tabulated.
Yeah.
Does the check-in number give you hard breakdown?
Yes, I believe it does.
I'll check on that.
That's a good question.
Yeah.
Yeah.
The ones I got, let me actually, I'll look.
That's a really good question.
I'll look at what I got last year and they were slow.
They didn't give the number up.
We're close to 90, I believe, now, or we're, it's probably behind.
Third World Voting Situation 00:03:24
But this is what I sent to you, Charlie.
That was, those are votes that are actually counted as like tags not checked.
It does not count by the line.
So look, I got to be honest.
Yeah.
It's an extra.
It's probably an extra 50,000 votes on top of that.
I mean, people are just saying forget it.
But Rich, I'm hearing about two or three hour waits in line.
I mean, two or three hours.
I just had a friend sent.
Yeah.
I had a friend send me a couple videos.
I'll send them to you in Phoenix.
I mean, this is, you know, he said, you know, it looks like there are some lefties, but for the most part, they're people.
I mean, rocking the Kerry Lake shirts.
And I can tell from some of our data, the independents that are voting today are voting.
They're voting heavily Republican.
I mean, the mail-in balloting, very different vote look, the way the vote looks among independents than what we're seeing on election day.
So, you know, I just, what I'm seeing doesn't make sense with what Maricopa's reporting.
So I'm, I'm just, look, there are delays.
And I think that's what's going on here.
And then I think obviously, too, we have those numbers segregated.
You know, Charlie, it is because, you know, it should be done.
No.
No.
This is such, it's such a joke and it's an insult.
This is a third world situation.
This is an insult to our veterans.
It's an insult to our taxpayers.
It's an insult to parents.
It's an insult to everyone.
And that criminal, Bill Gates and Stephen Richer.
Tyler, how do you get rid of these people?
I mean, this is not Honduras.
Why are we putting up with this?
So, just another person.
I'm getting more messages than I can keep up with.
And I'm a nobody.
One sec.
I want to hear what Tyler has to say.
I'm getting messages faster than I can keep up.
This is from a girl that I know.
Her mom messaged her: Well, dad and I just spent two hours voting.
We both had to redo our ballots, and the machine rejected mine three times and dad's twice.
They want you to put it in a box to be picked up instead.
We were persistent and kept it until it was finally accepted.
Two hours.
This is illegal.
People need to be in handcuffs over DOJ stuff.
This is, I mean, and the Department of Justice is here looking for voter intimidation.
It is, DOJ.
Tyler's right.
This is part of the civil rights discussion at the Justice Department.
I'm telling you, this is right, Rich.
I mean, no exaggeration here.
Why are people not in handcuffs right now?
This is Tyler.
I think he said it.
If I'm not mistaken, he's totally on the money.
This is what the civil rights division of the Justice Department exists for.
This is the textbook.
This is what it's supposed to do.
This is what it's supposed to do.
It is.
If you have hurdles to vote, which is exactly what the Adrian Fontes, Katie Hobbs, now Stephen Richer model has given us is hurdles to vote.
We have people waiting for hours.
All intentional.
And we predicted this.
It pisses me off, right, Jack?
We said this.
Traffic jams, election day plumbing.
This is going to be their strategy.
Charlie, you were going off.
You were going off for like 24 hours straight about a week or two ago, and everybody said, Oh, Charlie, you're panicking.
It's too much.
It's crazy.
And you said, No, I see this.
I foresee this.
Now the entire world is like, I feel like these guys are, these machines are supposed to be run by the same people that run the ice cream machine in the comments.
Look, the Department of Justice is here looking for voter intimidation.
How about the Department of Justice goes and starts arresting people that forget passwords on machines and two hour lines in Mesa, and they're saying that your ballot might not count.
Could you imagine if that happened in a black neighborhood?
Leg irons and handcuffs is the only solution.
We're going to win.
Election Day Plumbing Strategy 00:16:08
Show up and vote.

Rich, look, most people are supporting us at freedom at charliekirk.com, but some people are saying, Charlie, come on, stop being so dramatic and all this.
Rich, is there some truth to the kind of the fire alarm that I'm pulling here?
Yeah, there is.
Look, without a doubt, look, folks, I'm intellectually honest with myself.
They're trying to throw a monkey branch in the election day vote, and you cannot sit around and let them do it.
It's really that's right.
If you're mad about what's going on in Maricopa, then do you know, Blake Masters' tweet is absolutely right.
Go grab three of your friends, make 10 phone calls, go get people out and overwhelm.
I do have an update.
We're over 100,000 in Maricopa that is counted right now.
And the party breakdown is 57% Republican, 28% unaffiliated, 14% Democratic.
According to the data we have, which it will adjust over the time and throughout the day, the people that we spoke to in Maricopa coming out to vote today currently.
All right.
Let me give it to you because there is good news, but again, you can't rest on your laurels.
Like Charlie is trying to make sure that you guys don't fall asleep at the last minute here.
All right.
Masters is winning the independent election day vote.
It's 2.5 to one, basically two and a half to one.
So but it won't matter if you don't go out and vote.
So look, we have 104,000 people that have checked in, Tyler and Rich.
Is that right?
104,000 people.
104.
Yeah.
Yeah.
And so more broadly, though, we do not know the number we do not know is how many people that have come and dropped off their ballot.
We do not know that.
And I believe that number is going to be more than the people.
I think it's going to be double that, which what ends up happening in on day elections.
It just is.
15%, Charlie.
That's what we were looking at.
That's what could change.
That's it could change.
15% said they made no statewide.
Well, which is huge.
If 2.1 million people vote, then that is.
That's right.
That's 320,000.
It's almost, it could be.
Yeah.
I mean, that's.
Well, we're talking about election day people, people who said they're going to bring.
Yeah.
But no, I mean 15% of election day voters or yeah.
No, 15% of people said they were going to bring their ballot in on election day.
Sorry, I don't mean to confuse you.
Well, but that means, okay, so it could be huge.
If 2.10, we're talking about 320,000 potential drop-offs today.
Tyler, is that right?
Yeah, that's about right.
That's insane.
Yeah, but I want more.
And guess what?
Do you want to know the margins?
Should I even say it, Charlie?
What?
Yeah, go ahead.
The margins.
Yeah, go ahead.
All right.
So for Masters, the margins, come on, hurry up.
All right.
For Masters, the margin is 30 points.
Is this actually for Kerry Lake?
What is this?
Yeah.
It's almost 30 points.
And for Kerry Lake, it's basically the same.
There are some, you know, some candidates, give or take, have a little bit less of a margin.
Fincham's like 20-something.
Hamida is almost almost 30.
So, I mean, it's a Republican vote.
Big Republican vote.
So, I mean, look, there's a lot of people dropping off ballots.
I mean, in our audience, and that we, it's the way that they, we don't know.
It just goes into this box.
And then they could lose a box.
They could, we don't know.
And so it's happening right here.
Someone just emailed us freedom at charliekirk.com.
Charlie just voted in Paradise Valley.
Took about an hour, 30 minutes in line.
Ballot accepted.
If it takes an hour, you got a problem, right, Tyler?
We got to fix the system.
This is crazy.
Saw at least five people dropping off ballots.
I was lucky, but very worried until the tabulator actually accepted my ballot, which is very good.
Email is freedom at charliekirk.com.
This one right here in Mesa, Arizona, LDS Church, massive line.
People came out and said they had problems with machines.
I'm going to stay in line watching your show in line.
Thank you.
Very, very good.
Dropped off ballots.
Charlie, I just saw a dozen or so people drop off ballots this morning at the 43rd and Dunlap location.
Well, I don't know if that neighborhood doesn't.
I don't know where 43rd and Dunlap is, but I don't know if that's a Republican stronghold.
That's not.
I was going to say that.
I mean, it's you never know, right?
It's not the greatest area.
And the problem is, so Tyler and Rich, when we extend the counting window, it extends the probability for them to be able to play games.
Is that right?
And basically what we're seeing why people say, Charlie, I'm not sure.
I don't know why in Pennsylvania, they just said extended it by a week.
People say, Charlie, why 14 days?
What we're seeing is we're not.
So Tyler, this is important.
If you do not have enough people that actually count votes on election day the way that we should, it's going to turn this into a multi-day spectacle.
Is that fair?
Yes.
Which then extends the window for them.
Maybe not to harm with Kerry, but definitely mess with Blake, definitely mess with Fincham.
And I've been on the line today with Harmit, who's one of my colleagues in the RNC.
She's one of the good ones that we have on the RNC.
And Harmeet Dylan, one of the conversations that we're having kind of ongoing, is it cuts both ways when you extend the voting period, right?
Which is, we don't, we don't want to, you kind of are welcoming opening Pandora's box a little bit when you're like, look at all these problems, extend voting period, because then the Democrats come in and they go, yeah, you know what?
Yeah, let's extend it for days.
Let's extend it for weeks.
Let's, you know what?
Voting should never end.
You know, voting should never end.
We should just keep it going.
Cyclical voting.
Yes, cyclical voting.
It's become this joke.
And so, look, the fundamentals, though, I do want to give our audience some hope because I don't want to be too doom and gloom.
And Rich, I don't know if you have to go if you could stay for now.
The fundamentals are there, meaning the margins are there.
I'm just very worried about all these different issues that are arising.
We got to show up in massive numbers, get five friends to do the same.
Email me, freedom at charliekirk.com.
What is going on in Pennsylvania and Michigan?
Yeah, Pennsylvania, the turnout does sound really good.
So we'll, you know, people tend to inflate stuff, but we were talking to some people that were saying this could be a 2020 level turnout in this county.
And that would be obviously a red county.
I don't know if we're going to get to 2020, folks, but the way Republicans are voting in some of these areas, I wouldn't be surprised if in some areas Republicans kind of out, you know, the way 2018 was a reverse.
You know, Republicans showed up, but they didn't show up as much as Democrats.
It was outstanding for them during a midterm.
I think maybe what we're going to see is a bit of a reverse here.
And then with independents breaking the way they are, which is for Republicans, that's why John Fetterman absolutely had to run to a federal judge to get them to extend the days that elect not only is the undated ballot issue up right now in Pennsylvania, which the Supreme Court said, no, they had to be segregated at non-counted.
It's not just that now.
Fetterman hired Michael Lias, probably the most disgusting lawyer in politics, and they got a judge to extend the arrivals of ballots to 14 days.
14.
It's just, it's insane.
But they're doing this because they see the turnout.
They do.
I mean, Democrats have a real turnout issue today, guys.
I mean, just to give you an idea, in Washoe County, Republicans erased the early vote lead that Democrats had in less than two hours.
It was gone, wiped out, and they're still voting.
So believe me, Democrats are running these judges to do that.
Good, Jack.
Was that you?
Go ahead.
Yeah, I was just going to say the Philadelphia City Commissioners even came in just this morning.
And I had to tweet out earlier.
Now, 6ABC has it.
Hundreds of people whose names were published by the Philadelphia City Commissioners, which is the city's election board, showed up at City Hall on Monday and they've been allowed to correct errors with the dates.
They've been allowed to correct the incorrect dates, the mail-in ballots.
They're filing replacement ballots or provisional ballots.
They're extending this out past beyond what would have been called double voting in the past.
They're now allowing that to be done at the day of.
That's not what Pennsylvania law says, but they're just going with it anyway.
Yeah, even Jack, even with the extending of the period, that violates the law.
So, but they just don't care.
They're just doing it.
So, you know, Harmeed is doing a great, she did a great job on the undated ballot case.
Power grab by Pennsylvania.
Absolutely.
This is their way.
Absolutely.
This is their way to try to look disenfranchise the American voter.
I mean, there's no other way to put it.
There really is no other way to put it.
Now, I still think Oz could pull it out anyway.
I really do.
You know, because, you know, we always have these people reading these early vote tee leaves.
And the truth of the matter is, you know, there's about four variables that go into that equation.
And when you're reading the early vote tee leaves, at best, you have one out of four.
That's it.
And one of the biggest ones, of course, is you don't know how these people are voting.
And in Pennsylvania, if you look at where the returns were coming in, yes, Democrats had a huge lead.
It was three, about three and a half to one in the early vote.
They had a little over four to one in 2020.
And the difference between 2020 and now is that a lot of the ballots disproportionately were coming from Democrat areas, Allegheny, Philadelphia.
That is not happening now.
Philadelphia is below their targets.
Allegheny is below their targets.
And a lot of the Democrat vote that was being returned was rural vote.
Why does that matter?
Because 10%, 10% of Fetterman's prior vote from one poll to another after the debate told us, we, after seeing that debate, I can't vote for John Fetterman.
So it doesn't necessarily mean they can't, if it comes back from Philadelphia, it's 99% likely going to be a John Fetterman and Josh Lapiro vote.
If it comes back from, and I mean, Jack, you know this better.
If it comes back from Pike County, right?
Or Monroe or even Erie at this point, it is not 99% likely to be one of their votes.
So, and we also just don't know how those independents voted.
The polling suggested they were going to break really heavily for Republicans.
I think, by the way, I think John Ralston, as the day goes on, he's the Clark County, Nevada guy, right?
I think he's going to learn that lesson tonight, all right?
And which is your firewall, your arbitrary numbers of the Clark County firewall don't freaking matter if you lose independence by 20 points and Republicans vote on election day.
It doesn't matter.
It gets wiped away.
So, you know, we'll see, Jack.
I still do think Oz.
Richard, by the way, that's why they're doing one of the, I've seen this anecdotally.
I haven't seen the numbers yet, though, but anecdotally stories about high turnout in Philadelphia itself in the Philadelphia wards, now South Philly and Northeast, which obviously is awards that we want.
But are there other wards of Philadelphia where we're seeing high turnout?
And that would be interesting to me because, of course, as we know, like we were saying before, they were pushing for these mail-in ballots.
They were pushing drop boxes very hard down there.
Yeah, and that's there is a, there is a, and you know, this, there's a culture in Philly of coming out on election day, which is why, um, you know, look, the media is going to push it as high turnout regardless.
They always do this.
Uh, we've we see this and hear this every election cycle.
But there are two wards in Philadelphia that are going to vote on election day, and they're going to be Republican wards.
So we'll just have to see those numbers.
I am going to call a guy when in a little bit later, and he's running a race out there, and he's obviously going to have the numbers for them, but he's got a chunk of that in his area.
So we'll see.
And, you know, I just don't have it right now, Jack.
But again, I would say this: John Fetterman would not be running to federal judges now, two of them.
He would not hire, he would not have hired Mark Elias if he thought he was going to win this race.
So Richard.
He thinks he's going to lose.
So he wants to count illegal votes.
Rich, I know you got to go.
So finally, just what you're seeing right now nationwide, are you seeing the turnout, the enthusiasm, the lines, the surge that would be the prerequisite, the ingredient for a red tsunami?
Yeah, yeah, I am.
I am.
In Virginia, 10, those numbers are stunning.
It's again, a Biden 20 district, and Republicans are stomping Democrats there.
You know, Democrats had some early votes in, but guys, you know, it's the same story all around.
Look at Arizona.
I mean, it remains to be seen whether it was enough.
1.53 is not what they wanted, right?
You know that.
In Clark County, 37,000 or 39,000 return ballots by election day is not what they wanted.
So, you know, a three to five, 3.5 advantage or 3.5 to 1 advantage in Pennsylvania is not what they wanted.
They wanted a 4.1.
So, you know, basically it's not, it's not enough to not worry about being completely overwhelmed and wiped out.
And based on turnout, by the way, in places like New York, New York 17, Maloney's in deep trouble.
He is in deep trouble.
This will be the first time in four decades a sitting chair gets knocked out in a general election.
This is the night it's shaping up to be, but it's not over.
2.40, go vote.
2.40 Eastern Standard Time.
Go vote.
Right?
I'm not going to let up.
That's right.
Go vote.
In massive numbers.
Rich, I know you got to go.
I hope you can pipe in tomorrow for our tonight for our live stream.
I'm sorry, tonight.
Well, we're also going to be going into tomorrow, unfortunately.
But Rich Barris, People's Pundin State.
We'll see you tonight, brother.
Thanks so much, Rich.
Pipe in anytime.
Okay.
Thank you.
All right.
Sounds good.
Email us, everybody, freedom at charliekirk.com.
That is freedom at charliekirk.com.
Let's go to cut 74.
Anderson Cooper worries there's a lot of gullible Hispanic voters out there because those Hispanics, you know, they're just so dumb.
Play Cut 74.
The number of Hispanic eligible voters has increased by nearly 5 million since 2018.
But Spanish-speaking communities are also being flooded with disinformation and conspiracy theories, much of it through social media.
How many times have they used this narrative, Jack, that somehow the Hispanics, they can't just help themselves, but get involved in all these conspiracy narratives?
Yeah, remember, are these the same Hispanics that we were told can't figure out how to vote by themselves, can't figure out how to register, can't get an ID, can't log into the internet, as Biden said during the debates at one point.
That it's ridiculous.
It's infantilizing, actually, is what it is, because we know what's going on here.
We explained this yesterday.
When Hispanics, so many of them have had family or they themselves that went through South America, Latin America, and they've heard two phrases, two words specifically, socialista and inflation.
They know that when they hear those two words, they're inherently combined.
They're intrinsically combined, and they destroy nations.
They break down governments.
They break down neighborhoods.
They unleash crime.
They make prices go through the roof.
That's why they left those nations.
And when they hear that coming here to the United States, they understand what it means and they have the power of the ballot box to do something about that.
You're seeing it in Arizona.
You're seeing it in Nevada.
I guarantee you'll see it in Colorado.
You see it in Colorado and in Florida.
It's what's turned Florida from a purple state into a solid red state.
Destroy Nations with Crime 00:08:50
We got an email here from a friend, freedom at charliekirk.com, one of our many listeners.
And by the way, those of you that are saying, hey, I don't know what I'm going to do for my election coverage tonight, make the Charlie Kirk show a destination.
Jack Pesobic will be here.
This is the headquarters.
This is ground zero for every race across the country, but especially as it gets late, especially as it gets late.
We got every congressional race mapped out.
We have all the hotspots.
We have all the Senate races.
We got governor's races.
Charlie, the polls at Queen Creek Library are packed today.
I've seen more traffic today than in recent elections.
Probably a good sign for Republicans since we are Election Day voters.
Yes, Queen Creek, I believe, is in Pinal County.
I think it's outside of Maricopa, technically.
And that is a Republican stronghold.
Charlie, I just voted 1230 in one of the new voting centers.
Here's some notes.
No lines, only three checks, check in iPads.
One was down, so they retook the end time as their most important out of scan box for the metal box to put the ballot in.
Far difference in previous years.
Two watchers were there.
Thank you very much.
Turnout in Northern Michigan.
Charlie, I live in a small county in Michigan, red area, but the turnout was similar to a presidential election.
It's great, Jack.
Michigan.
Vote for Jerry Dixon.
That's one of our specialists.
So far, so that is very good.
People are coming out against Prop 3 and against Whitmer.
Can you look at what Prop 3 is in Michigan?
I might not be up to that.
Might be an abortion.
I don't think it's an abortion thing.
Parental consent.
Adds the right to abortion and contraceptive use to the state constitution.
And yeah, would require parental consent.
Yep.
Emails freedom at charliekirk.com.
Getting a lot of emails of people all across the country.
Hey, Charlie, I live in JD Vance territory west of Toledo.
I have never seen voter turnout like this ever.
Voting usually takes 15 minutes.
Today it was an hour.
And you said Michigan.
So Toledo's right next to Michigan.
That's Rust Belt.
We're talking about Russia.
Yeah, so I'm just trying to get a little bit of pocket.
That's why I love our people that email us.
It's just really special.
We have the best audience.
Okay, let's go to this one: freedom at charliekirk.com.
Let me actually go to this one.
Charlie, I live in Illinois.
Never seen turnout like this in rural Illinois.
Really hope Darren Bailey can pull it off.
Okay, let's go to another piece of sound here.
Getting a lot.
Actually, one more from Arizona.
My wife and I had no issues at all at Perry High School in Gilbert for all Republicans.
We only had to wait a few minutes in line.
Every one of the 20 voting stations was occupied, so it was busy.
Thanks so much, Trevor.
Hey, everybody, Charlie Kirk here.

Mypillow.com, promo code Kirk.
By the way, the wait time in Chandler is, they say 42 minutes with 122 people in line in Chandler.
It's completely disgraceful.
No, this is voter suppression by every means.
If we had an actual DOJ, they would be coming in and they'd be breaking this up.
They'd be figuring it out.
They'd be launching investigations and it should be civil and potentially criminal.
Jack, this is one o'clock in the afternoon and there's a 45-minute wait.
That's a really good sign for Republicans.
It's also a serious, just demerit and black eye for the Maricopa County supervisors.
Well, but what we're seeing, though, is, as I said before, you have the early, you have the early morning rush, then you have the lunch rush, then you have the afterwork rush.
So we're seeing, we are in the midst of the lunch rush right now.
One o'clock, that's exactly when you would expect to see it.
But between the lunch rush and the afterwork rush, that's when you have really that 2 p.m. to kind of forget the whole.
And that's when, particularly in Pennsylvania, the Philadelphia area, that's when the shenanigans start to creep in.
So just a couple of things, everybody.
On Rumble, on YouTube, on Getter, all these different platforms, we're going to be starting streaming live at 6 o'clock Eastern, and we're going to go for as long as we can.
We're going to be here all week, actually, every evening.
Jack, eyes on Pennsylvania, especially, right?
100%.
With ballot drops and all that stuff happening.
It's already in the courts.
Pennsylvania's election is already in the courts as we speak.
So do me a favor: if you're currently watching right now on YouTube, okay, there is a bell that you guys can hit as far as subscribing to our YouTube channel, and you guys can get notified as soon as we go live here.
We're very communicative, Jack.
Would you say we're one of the more communicative shows?
We read every email.
You guys don't realize this.
I can see Charlie's green here.
He's actually looking at your emails as they go in.
As they come in, he's forwarding them off to us.
He's actioning some to different people.
Say, hey, follow up on this, read back with this, reach out to this person.
They've got something.
I mean, this is an active election headquarters war room that you are in right now.
So you can email us throughout the day, freedom at charliekirk.com.
It's freedom at charliekirk.com.
And a lot of different things are happening across the country.
Here's what we are seeing: the trends, the trend from Kentucky.
We have data from Maine, data from Florida, data from Virginia, data from Illinois, from Michigan, basically all across the country, is that the lines in the Republican areas are off the charts.
Yeah.
Like over the top.
The F-150 cavalry.
It is incredible.
And if we continue to show up and we keep these trends, it is going to be a red tsunami tonight.
It is going to be an overwhelming.
But guess what?
We have six hours left on the clock in certain voting areas.
What time is it Eastern right now?
It's 3 o'clock Eastern.
That's four hours left.
Four hours left on the East Coast.
Get another person to the polls.
Text somebody right now.
We can obliterate the American Democrat Party.
We are seeing the numbers and we're about to see a massive surge right now.
And so, look, for all of you that are anxious about Arizona, the numbers of in-person voting are getting better.
They are getting better.
But there is kind of this hidden vote of people that have come in and turned in their ballot.
I think that is going to shock the world and overwhelm people in a very serious and significant way.
So you guys can email us freedom at charliekirk.com.
That's freedom at charliekirk.com.
And to clarify, if your ballot gets rejected, you guys can spoil it and retry until it takes it.
Box three is only done in the worst case, last case scenario.
If you run out of time, it is better than going home.
And it's better.
I'm sorry.
Let me just, I'm reading this and it's a little bit, the grammar is all over the place.
It is better than going home without voting, but it's best for you to try again and try again.
Okay.
So box three, Jack, does that make sense?
Is the worst case scenario?
You put that into the mystery box.
We have no idea what happens to it.
Yeah.
Only do box three if you have kids at home and other things that are more pressing.
Totally understand it.
But you must acknowledge box three is not the most secure way to vote.
Correct.
Okay.
So currently our numbers are in Maricopa County right around 115,000 people that have voted right now.
Okay.
That does not count drop-offs and that does not count our other Republican strongholds across the country, such as Yavapai and Mojave and Yuma.
And so you tally all that together.
Republicans are showing up.
The drop-offs, though, is the X factor.
The amount of people that have come and dropped off their ballot, we do not know.
So across the country, I want to keep on hearing for you: freedom at charliekirk.com.
We're about to prepare for a very, very long live stream tonight.
And we're doing a lot of different things.
You guys can email us, freedom at charliekirk.com.
Some people said, Charlie, you talked about Arizona too much.
Well, honestly, Arizona was kind of the center of all the drama today, wasn't it?
Well, I think Arizona is a leading indicator, though.
But only Arizona was the ground zero of 2020.
Yes.
And so what happens here affects the rest of the nation.
But also, what other county had any drama today?
I mean, that's the question.
I mean, Mercer County in New Jersey.
Mercia, New Jersey, Luzerne in Pennsylvania.
We're also headquartered here.
But Maricopa County, Arizona, I think everybody knows that this is the eyes of the world, the press of the world.
There's internet.
Charlie, you know, there's international press here.
There's from Tokyo.
They know Singapore.
They know that.
They're all here in Maricopa County, in Phoenix.
They're watching Kerry Lake because they don't want candidates like her getting elected.
They don't want candidates like this movement puts forward getting elected that thumb their nose.
Charlie, I remember when she walked out of that RGA meeting, when she thumbed her nose at them and then went to the Mike Lindell event.
Ground Zero Drama Spreads 00:03:51
You remember that?
She flew out.
People don't do that.
You go and kiss the ring.
She walked up to the ring and she turned her back to it.
Everybody, email freedom at charliekirk.com, freedom at charliekirk.com.
Okay, David says, Charlie, you're killing me.
I love you, Charlie.
Hover Warroom has been telling us we have poll watchers by the thousands.
It's safe to assume someone is watching the box.
Yes, but the problem is sometimes people slip through where they say they're a Republican poll watcher, but they're not.
Okay, we're just talking about having the most secure process.
Right, right.
So the idea is that, you know, no one's going to be taking your box, you know, your ballot and stealing it from the, you know, the mystery box or something.
The point is, is that if your vote is counted today, then that means we know that it's in, it's in the bank.
If it's in that box, if it's in the mail, if it's in a ballot drop box, if it's in something else, that means there are more steps, more links in the chain between that ballot and the chain of custody that actually brings it to having voted in the election.
So we are prioritizing this and creating a hierarchy of most secure versus least secure.
