Honest Vaccine Conversation 00:03:56
Hey, everybody.
Today at Charlie Kirk Show, recent vaccine news out of Florida.
And we talk about a very sad story out of Illinois where a young lady passed away, a daughter of a congressman, and maybe the vaccine was responsible.
Maybe not.
We're just asking a question.
And I really hope that we start to have an honest conversation about how the vaccine might be damaging young people.
It's one of the most transparent crimes happening in America right now, and no one wants to talk about it.

As many of you know, we are on tour this week, and we have a pretty exciting tour schedule going to UT Austin on Wednesday, University of Texas Austin.
I'm told it's pretty liberal there.
So if you're in the Austin area, would love to see you.
It's tpusa.com/slash tour.
And then we go to, boy, we're going all over the place.
I'm going to be in California this weekend at our Turning Point USA Western Regional Conference.
Then we have our Young Latino Leadership Summit, which is going to be a lot of fun.
And then I go to Kansas City, and then I go to New York, and then I go to Tallahassee, and then I go to Colorado.
So we're all over the place.
If you guys want to see us on tour, tpusa.com slash tour and check it out.
And also, we are kind of bragging on our new, let's just, you call it a docu series.
It's amazing what the team at Turning Point USA has been able to pull off.
It is our border battle series.
It's all about what's happening on the southern border.
Why is nobody talking about it?
Well, we are at Turning Point USA.
You guys could check it out with our wonderful partners from the Salem media group, SalemNow.com.
Promo code Kirk gets you 20% off.
It's a pretty amazing documentary, docu series.
And you guys can see the trailer at SalemNow.com.
And I'm told it's doing very, very well.
We spent a lot of time on it.
We went down to the border, embedded ourselves in Border Patrol, talked to Sheriff Mark Lamb at great length, talked to experts, one after the other, after the other.
And it's pretty amazing.
We live here in Phoenix, Arizona.
We broadcast live from Arizona.
We're not traveling.
And I can tell you the drugs, the crime, the human trafficking, the smuggling, the deterioration of our sovereignty, the invasion that is happening every single day, it's impacting all of us.
And so we, I think, catalog all that in a very entertaining way.
You're going to learn a lot.
And that is SalemNow.com.
You learn about the cartel.
You learn about how the serial killers that are coming into the country, it's not actually people, it's fentanyl.
And all of that is SalemNow.com.
You guys could check it out.
We're honored to partner with Salem on that.
And I'm telling you, if you want to learn a little bit about the southern border crisis, that is border battle.
Distrust in MRNA Push 00:11:38
Our team at Turning Point USA has just crushed it.
Very proud of that.
SalemNow.com.
Okay, let's get to a story here that is kind of a thought crime story.
And I got to give credit to our team.
Our team has been on the cutting edge of the mRNA gene-altering technology, otherwise known as a vaccine.
From the very beginning, you know, our program was not anti-vax, we weren't pro-vax, but we certainly were skeptical about all the same actors and companies, deep state bureaucrats, members of the fourth branch of government that were pushing a new technology of a vaccine, not just pushing, but mandating it on the American people without anybody allowed to ask questions.
No one was allowed to have disagreement, opposition, look at the data.
And it was always very troubling for us on the program from the very beginning.
And from November of 2020, I was actually November, December 2020, I was at Greg Farrington's church in California.
I think it's Rockland, California.
It's Destiny Church.
Greg Farrington's a great guy.
And he asked me about the vaccine.
Now, mind you, I hadn't done a lot of research about the vaccine.
I had never really been into the vaccine as a topic, if you will.
There were a lot of great people that were doing work in that world: Dr. Tenpenny and Bobby Kennedy Jr., Robert F. Kennedy Jr., I should say, and a lot of other people.
I had never really gotten into it.
It wasn't a place of area of passion of mine or something I had a lot of expertise in.
And I remember answering the question on stage out of pure instinct, built on distrust and cynicism of what happened in the year 2020.
Now, what I said on that stage, I'm paraphrasing here and drawing from memory, is basically, I don't think I trust this vaccine because the very same companies, the very same people that have lied to us throughout the entire calendar of 2020 are now trying to push this gene-altering MRNA technology on us.
And what is the vaccine supposed to prevent against?
How do we know this is going to work?
And this is before we had any of the amazing insight from Dr. Robert Malone or Dr. Brett Weinstein or Dr. Peter McCullough.
This was way ahead of the curve.
And I remember a lot of conservatives, especially were admonishing me for speaking out against, you know, what could be a life-saving vaccine.
And again, I didn't really think very strongly one way or the other.
And I will say, looking back on the calendar year 2020 and 2021, I was very naive because I thought that people would get sick and tired of the COVID-19 fascism, would get sick and tired of the lockdowns, the measures that accompanied with.
I thought people were going to push back way more aggressively.
I was wrong.
People like to be controlled, it seemed, that America's love of liberty is nowhere near as robust as I thought.
I think we're getting it back, but it just seemed as if fear dominated the American discourse and Zeitgeist a lot more than facts, courage, and a love of liberty.
Anyway, so I kind of, as the vaccine rolled out, I remember Dr. Robert Malone had this incredible conversation with Dr. Brett Weinstein, and I believe it happened in April or May of 2021.
I remember exactly where I was when I read the story.
It was right before I got married.
And basically, Dr. Robert Malone was talking about how he's the inventor of the mRNA technology.
And there's something very wrong with the technology, he said.
And this lined up perfectly with a lot of the kind of inherent cynicism and skepticism that I had.
It was an unbelievable parallel with some of the first-hand anecdote and that anecdotes I was hearing from people on the ground that were saying, Boy, I got the vaccine and now I feel really goofy and funky, or man, I got the vaccine, or my mom or my dad did, and they dropped dead a couple days later, and it's inexplicable.
And so, I put together some of these stories, and then all of a sudden, there was a scientist that was speaking out against it, Dr. Robert Malone.
And I hope all of you understand that maybe of you that are skeptical about the vaccine, that prior to Dr. Robert Malone, prior to Dr. Peter McCullough, talked prior to all of this, this was a top-level thought crime.
Even speaking out against a vaccine at all would get you banned from social media, disinvited from polite society, not taken seriously at all, whatsoever.
And, you know, we cared less and less about that on the program.
But, you know, to be perfectly honest, we contemplated this for quite some time here on the Charlie Kirk show.
We said, boy, how much do we go in on this?
You know, do we want to be called anti-vaxxers and all these different pejoratives that they throw at you?
And we obviously made the decision: who cares?
We're going to do what's right.
We're going to go all in and basically, you know, tell a story that is factual, that is reasonable, that is, you know, rooted in truth.
And so, you know, I remember back in 2021 when there was momentum, you know, May of 2021, there was momentum around this.
I asked our audience, I asked you, how many of you have first-hand experiences of the vaccine harming yourself or harming people around you in your family?
And again, we had no ideological agenda on this program.
If the vaccine worked, we would have admitted it.
We would have told people to go take it.
Our agenda has always been about facts and truth.
We're not bought by some company or have some sort of agenda.
We're open-minded.
And yet, the facts, reality, if you will, was taking us quickly in a direction that was basically being very, you should be very skeptical of the vaccine.
We received, I kid you not, and producer Andrew would tell you this, thousands of emails.
Now, I did this right before I got married, went on my honeymoon.
It was one of the last episodes we did.
Basically, like, hey, tell me about your experience of the vaccine.
Email me, freedom at charliekirk.com.
And we got flooded.
It was a deluge, a deluge, I should say, of emails and emails, of tragic, horrible stories of people that got the vaccine and were paralyzed, parents that got the vaccine.
I mean, you've heard all these stories.
You know, menstrual cycle disruptions with something, chest pains, you know, pericarditis, myocarditis, thousands and thousands and thousands and thousands of emails.
And so when I got back from my honeymoon, I remember I told Andrew, I said, Andrew, we're going to kind of take a little bold of a step here.
I know there's something wrong here.
I know that in the end, we are going to be vindicated and we are going to be exonerated, but we are going to get hit on social media.
We are going to get hit by even, you know, some people that donate to Turning Point USA are not going to like this, but I don't care.
We have to use our platform.
And by the way, there were other programs that still to this day on the conservative side, they peddle and push the vaccine.
Now, whether they're paid by Pfizer, AstraZeneca, and Moderna, I don't know.
But they never, ever had an objective, fair analysis towards what was happening with the vaccine or what they call what was really an mRNA COVID shot.
And so we went all in factually, of course.
We had Robert F. Kennedy Jr. on our show, Dr. Tenpenny on our show, Dr. McCullough, Dr. Malone.
And, you know, we experienced plenty of, you know, cancellation attempts by the bad guys.
But I hate this is one of the saddest I told you so episodes, or let's just say conversations we've ever had.
I find no joy, zero joy whatsoever in saying I told you so.
And it wasn't just me, it was others, but very few.
Tucker Carlson deserves a lot of credit around this topic.
We're going to talk about some of the new revelations out of Florida.
Email me, freedom at charliekirk.com.
Always keep an open mind on this stuff, everybody.
Okay, so I gave you some of the background of kind of how we approached this topic and this story, especially over the last couple years.
And I got to tell you, what just came out of Florida doesn't surprise us, but it should be the number one news story in the country for a couple days.
Remember, they mandated this mRNA shot to 100 plus million people.
I think the final number was 180 million, 200 million people took this shot.
They are still requiring it for some people in the military.
They are still telling six-month-olds to get this shot.
And never looking at any of the data, never looking at any of the facts about how there might be adverse events, how there might be, let's just say, externalities around this.
Well, Florida has a pretty amazing surgeon general, Dr. Joseph Lodopo.
And he sent out an amazing press release warning that men ages 18 to 39 should not take the COVID vaccine.
Surgeon General Florida Dr. Joseph Lodopo said the warning is based on an analysis of data from inside Florida showing a sharply higher risk of cardiac death in young men and young men in the 28 days following the shots.
This is not Alex Jones, who, by the way, has been right about a lot of things and no one wants to admit it.
This is not some sort of TV doctor.
No, no, no.
This is the Surgeon General of Florida that is telling young men ages 18 to 39 not to take the COVID vaccine.
Men under 40 had an 84% increased risk of death following vaccination with an mRNA shot.
The analysis that you guys can check out, Alex Berenson has been terrific.
He publicized this.
You guys can check it out at FloridahealthCOVID-19.gov.
The analysis found that people who received non-mRNA vaccinations, generally meaning Johnson ⁇ Johnson DNA A vaccine, had a lower risk of cardiac death after the shot.
Only the mRNA jabs were associated with more cardiac deaths.
So yes, there's a difference between the mRNA and the DNA.
That's Dr. Joseph Lodopo or Latipo.
I'm sorry if I'm mispronouncing it.
And so he being the Surgeon General of Florida is saying, wait a second, if you go and get the vaccine as a 25-year-old in Florida, you have an 84% increased risk of death.
Now, many of you might say, oh, what's the big difference?
What difference does this make?
Well, it makes a big difference.
You have kids?
You have grandkids?
Do you have loved ones ages 18 to 29, 18 to 39 that might have taken the vaccine?
We are expelling people from our military still to this day for not taking this shot that now the Surgeon General of Florida is telling us very well might result in increased heart attacks or heart issues.
And it's not just that.
Nature.com has a story that everyone should be aware of.
Increased emergency cardiovascular events among under 40 population in Israel during vaccine rollout and during third COVID-19 wave.
There's story after story after story of this.
You'll never see how, you know, since May, COVID was nearly disappeared as a global killer, a fact that was largely underreported by the media.
And they spent two years hyping the threat of the Chinese coronavirus.
Despite all of their aggressive county rules, counting rules, not even 1% of deaths worldwide are now attributed to COVID.
Meanwhile, overall deaths, including in younger people, have spiked in 2022 in many countries that relied heavily on mRNA technology.
Pharma-Captured State Reality 00:15:53
What is going on here?
But meanwhile, you know, other countries are actually fleeing the mRNA technology.
Our country is leaning in because we are a pharma-captured state.
We are controlled by the pharmaceutical companies.
But for example, the Norwegian Institute of Public Health recommends a booster dose of coronavirus vaccine before the coming on autumn and winter.
But they're actually saying that if you are 18 to 64, only take it if you have underlying risk of severe disease.
Australia has quietly stopped recommending more COVID vaccines for almost everyone.
Norway under 65.
Only a few months ago, Australia had one of the most aggressive coercion programs to force COVID vaccines, and now they're saying forget it.
Australia joins Denmark in curtailing its vaccine program for adults under 50.
Norway went even further, saying that no one under 65 should receive additional shots unless they were at underlying risk of severe disease.
Why is it that other countries that are poorer than America, not to say they're poor countries, but they're not as wealthy as us, why are they defecting from the mRNA vaccine and America is leaning in?
And I got to tell you, I'm so disappointed at some people that call themselves conservatives.
They keep on peddling this.
History will not judge them well.
If you want to know what the left's real plan is for your kids, just look at how they react to the wonderful company of Patriot Mobile.
I use Patriot Mobile and you should too.
Patriot Mobile is America's only Christian conservative cell phone provider.
This is because they take a portion of your bill and fund conservative causes and candidates who believe in sanctity of life, freedom of speech, the Second Amendment, and they're winning.

It's amazing when you look at these stories one after the other.
Independent.co.uk, excess deaths continue to soar despite COVID deaths decreasing.
Despite COVID deaths dropping in the United Kingdom, there's still a ton of excess deaths, and the biggest increase is in heart failure.
I wonder why.
Well, if you go back to the original conversation that Dr. Robert Malone had with Dr. Weinstein on, I think it's the Dark Horse podcast.
Dr. Robert Malone, before any of the data was in, he warned, he said, if you get this mRNA technology, you're going to see pericarditis and myocarditis increase.
That's exactly what we have seen.
And look, I hate to talk about this very tragic story.
I don't like it at all, but it is necessary.
Because as soon as it happened, I remember I messaged Andrew.
I said, I wonder if the vaccine had something to do with this.
Now, before I go any further, we do not know conclusively if the vaccine was the reason for this poor young girl, her death.
We don't know that.
But we do know that she was fully vaccinated against COVID-19.
A couple months ago, it kind of shocked the world when Democrat representative from Illinois, Sean Kasten, announced that his 17-year-old daughter died from cardiac arrhythma.
Her name was Gwen Caston.
Sean Kasten has been a major proponent and pusher of young children to get vaccinated.
He talked about how everyone in his family has started their vaccination process.
Sean Cast is a big vaccine promoter and peddler.
And then tragically, his daughter got fully vaccinated and passed away peacefully in her sleep.
Now, in the statement, her family wrote extensively about, well, how this sort of thing just happens.
Look, I'd be very honest, this sort of thing does not just happen.
Young people don't just die of sudden cardiac arrhythmia.
It's incredibly rare to say that.
So anyway, here's the story from People.com.
The family of Illinois Representative Sean Kasten said in a statement Friday that his 17-year-old daughter died of sudden cardiac arrhythmia on June 13th.
They said that she exercised in layman's terms, she was fine and that her heart just stopped.
We don't know what caused the arrhythmia, likely never will.
They said that she was a healthy 2022 teenager.
They said, ate well, exercised, got regular checkups, didn't suffer from any behavioral issues, had a close relationship with family and friends.
And then they said in her statement, rather bizarrely, that she was fully vaccinated against COVID-19 and quarantined after occasional positive asymptomatic COVID tests during the Omicron wave.
And that she had just come home with an evening with friends, went to bed, and didn't wake up.
Incredibly tragic.
They said, we're heartbroken, but we are not unique.
Huh.
Sudden, unexplained heart failure among young, healthy people is rare, but real.
We're left grasping at the wrong end of random chance.
Now, we do know that there's been 1,354 athlete cardiac arrests, 922 of them dead since the COVID vaccine.
We do know, thanks to Dr. Lottapo from Florida, that the technology behind the mRNA vaccine does increase the likelihood of a cardiac event.
It does increase the likelihood of cardiac issues.
We know that.
It's a fact.
The Florida Surgeon General is now saying that.
Now, of course, don't expect Anthony Fauci, the CDC, NIH, or any of the criminals that run the deep state health bureaucracy in our country to say this.
And look, I don't mean to, you know, what's the right way to say this?
I don't mean to trivialize the death of this poor young girl of this representative.
But I am saying this because why is it that we are not even allowed to say in the shortest terms that maybe the vaccine had something to do with this poor young 17-year-old passing away in her sleep?
She didn't deserve this.
The family went on to say, we've cried again over each of your letters, messages, meals, and flowers, but they are appreciated.
It is a comfort to know how many lives Gwen touched over her 17 years.
She had a really beautiful, kind, loving heart, and it stopped, as all must.
None of us know when our last heartbeat will come.
The best we can hope is that for our loved ones who do pass, we'll have no regrets about the time we were lucky enough to share.
So hug the folks you love a little harder today, be present in their lives, and spread your love a little further.
Because in the end, that's all that remains.
We'll never know if it was the vaccine or not.
But Sean Kasten said this in 2021.
The rumors are true.
My staff and I are vaccinated because we trust the science and want to protect ourselves and the people around us.
Everybody on our staff got vaccinated as soon as they got the chance to do it and didn't have to worry about it, adding that they made the choice because they don't like to be dead.
Sure hope it wasn't the vaccine.
I sure hope it was just a random loss of life.
But there's a lot of random people dropping dead.
There is a died suddenly group on Facebook that now has over 300,000 members.
And again, speaking purely anecdotally, purely anecdotally, of course, the activist press and media doesn't do any of this work because they're so dishonest and they're so against the American people.
But just anecdotally, we have hundreds, if not thousands, I'll have to go back and look to be precise, of people that have emailed us of saying loved ones that got the vaccine dropped dead days later.
And again, Sean Caston said in the statement, she was fully vaccinated against COVID-19, the family said in their statement.
Why would the family put that in their statement?
Now, producer Andrew believes, and he might be right, by the way, I'm not saying he's wrong.
He thinks it's kind of like a virtue signal to other liberal friends, like, oh, look, we still did our job and she passed away.
I'm not so sure.
I think that deep down the family knows the vaccine might have had something to do with this.
I think that this is the only way they're able to trial balloon this out there.
I think the family deep down can put two and two together.
And now you have the Florida Surgeon General coming up, and they say, all right, email us your thoughts, freedom at charliekirk.com.
Again, I'm not trying to trivialize this.
It's very sensitive, but I'm talking about this story for a reason.
They're out there bragging about how great the vaccine is.
Okay.
Well, unfortunately, we're seeing a lot of young people, healthy young people, drop dead.
Is it the vaccine?
Maybe.
Is it not the vaccine?
I don't know.
Tell me why a lot of young people are dropping dead right now.
It's happening at record alarming rates.
I'm open to any suggestions whatsoever.
Okay, let's get to another story here.
We're getting a lot of emails, freedom at charliekirk.com about the midterms, and we've been focused on the midterms.
We are under 30 days to the midterms, everybody.
30 days.
In fact, early voting has already started in many states, and it's only going to increase.
The Washington Post, though, has some new polls out today.
And it shows the following.
It says that 93% of Democrats want to see Trump indicted.
But the recent other polls of Democrats also show that 64% of Democrats also support reparations.
30% of Democrats think it's fine to kill a baby at its due date.
And 25% of Democrats think men can get pregnant.
25%.
So when I say, you know, people say, well, we need unity in our country.
I really don't think that.
I think we need clarity of what side that you're on.
If you think that men can become pregnant, I have nothing in common with you.
Nothing.
And I have no desire to try to find some harmonic middle ground.
Let's try to find some middle ground.
What is the middle ground exactly between the people that believe that men can become pregnant and those that live in biological reality?
What is the common ground?
How do we negotiate with that?
Because what we have learned over the years is that Democrats, it's not just that they hold these views, and this is where conservatives fail far too often, in my opinion.
It's not just that the left holds wacky views, is they want to impose them on your children.
It's one thing to have weird views.
They have for quite some time, as Newt Gingrich beautifully put it on our program.
Democrats are just weird.
They are weird.
But not only are they weird, they want your children to believe very weird, wacky, nonsensical things as well.
We're at a period of time now where you look at the Democrat regime.
64% of them want reparations.
I'd be very interested to how many of the white liberals that say they want reparations are willing to actually pay for them.
And I want to get into some other polls here, just kind of more generally.
And this kind of, I sent out a tweet over the weekend or a tweet or a getter or a truth or whatever you want to call it, whatever the word is now today that we use, which is very simple.
And it's just a very fair analysis, I think, which is this, which is we're at a period of time right now where the Democrats have hit their metaphorical polling ceiling.
And we're starting to see that collapse at every single turn.
You see, Democrats, in more ways than one, their abortion fanaticism is no longer resonating with voters.
So here's what we do know.
And I know this because I was just hiking in a trail in Phoenix, Arizona, and someone came up to me and they said, Charlie, love the show.
Love listening to you on AM960.
Thank you.
We really appreciate that.
And he said, I'm going to get 30 people to go vote.
I said, wow, 30 is a lot.
Okay, let's pretend it's 10.
Okay.
But the enthusiasm, the drive that this guy had in his eyes to go get other people to go vote, to go get other people to turn out.
And I thought to myself in the car ride back home, I said, boy, if you model that out, do you think the average Democrat really has that kind of grassroots enthusiasm right now?
Do you think the average Democrat is that scrappy to hustle to get it across the finish line?
And by the way, you wouldn't expect that because even when Republicans take over power, the next election, the people out of power, they're always a little scrappier.
They always get a little bit angrier.
They always get a little bit more frustrated.
It's perfectly understandable and normal.
It's to be expected in midterm politics.
So we know Republicans are going to have higher turnout.
We know that Republicans are harder to poll.
We know that.
Republicans are less likely to talk to pollsters.
Republicans in rural areas are more likely to just kind of hide in plain sight and not identify as conservatives.
We also know that recent data shows us that independents are trending in the Republican direction in massive numbers.
And I could tell you, talking to people on the ground, the Democrat abortion fanaticism, the word I used previously, it's growing very, very tired.
Look, I'm 100% pro-life.
I know some people in our audience are pro-life and some people are not.
And some people say they want some restrictions and all that.
That's fine.
But I've said for quite some time, not everyone is as pro-life as I am.
I fully acknowledge it.
I admit it.
We talk openly about life on this program.
We talk about it at our Turning Point USA events, at our TPUSA Faith events.
But here's the reality.
Abortion is going lower and lower in the priority of issues that people are voting on.
They want it to be a complete and total abortion referendum.
And the Nevada Senate race, which we're going to talk about after the break, a very, very interesting one.
We've been talking about the Nevada Senate race for quite some time on this program.
I think we have been ahead of the curve on the Nevada Senate race here.
Producer Andrew is a, let's just say he's from Nevada.
I think that's a Nevadan, right?
Of course it is.
Yeah.
From the Silver State.
He's a Silver Stater, and he's a proud one, too.
He really believes Nevada is going to pull it off.
I hope so.
I'm cynical because of Clark County and the culinary unions.
I really think Nevada has some fight left in them more than Colorado.
Andrew is very cynical on Colorado, I got to tell you.
He thinks Colorado is over, but Nevada has some fight in it.
But I think you're seeing all these dynamics hit Nevada, which very well could spell doom for the Democrat Senate chances.
Rents are soaring at unprecedented highs.
If you're renting or have a friend or family member that is, now is a great time to make the move to homeownership.
Look, you got to own renting, that's great reset stuff.
Andrew Del Rey and Todd Avakian at Sierra Pacific Mortgage have helped so many people make that leap from renting to owning with lots of programs that offer first-time buyers assistance with little to no down payment needed.
I encourage you right now to visit my buddies, their website.
They're great guys.
They're Christians.
They're conservatives.
They love the Lord.
AndrewandTodd.com right now.
The thing I love about these guys, it's not about the transaction.
They're helping you create a plan to help you reach your goals.
Give them a call or go to their website, AndrewandTodd.com.
With today's still historically low interest rates, it's easier than you think to become a homeowner.
I've relied on them and producer Andrew has as well.

Latino Vote Shift 00:05:47
What is going on in the Silver State?
First of all, love Nevada, great people.
And I think Nevada has some fight left in them.
I really do.
It's one of the most beautiful states in the country, especially up in northern Nevada in particular.
So there is this story from the Associated Press that caught my eye.
Nevada Senate race tests potency of abortion focus for Democrats.
Democrats predicted abortion would be Senator Catherine Cortez-Masto's saving grace.
This is the first line of the Associated Press article.
Now, they thought that they would be able to carry some of these incumbent Democrats across the finish line solely on the abortion issue.
It is a testing ground for the potency of the Dobbs decision.
Now, what's interesting about Nevada is it's a very, let's just, it's a very Hispanic population.
Andrew can look up the demographics.
I think it's 38%, might not be that much, 35% Hispanic.
We can look it up.
But what I find to be interesting, though, is that even if most Hispanics might be, you know, want some restrictions on abortion or something, you know, like let's just say some Hispanics are okay with some abortion.
Let me put it that way.
They don't want to hear about it all the time.
And that's where I think the Democrats have missed the mark.
Most Hispanic voters know abortion is wrong.
They're pro-family in their values.
And they don't want to hear all the time non-stop repetition.
Okay, so the state's 28% Hispanic.
I wasn't that far off.
28%.
They don't want to hear about it.
So this article here, but inside Nevada's crowded union halls, across its sun-scorched desert towns and on the buzzing Las Vegas Strip, there are signs that the outrage over the Supreme Court decision to dismantle abortion rights, yeah, right, that's not abortion rights, whatever, may not be enough to overcome intensifying economic concerns.
The AP writes, that's leaving Cortez Masto as the Senate's most vulnerable Democrat in the final month of the volatile midterm election year.
Cortez Masto, who voted for 87,000 new IRS agents.
And she's running up against a very good candidate, Adam Laxalt, a disciplined candidate with statewide name ID, who has yet to make a big blunder.
The opposition file has already been deployed on Adam years ago.
And despite all the money being spent against Adam Laxalt, he's doing very, very well.
Her predicament is the starkest example of the challenge facing Democrats nationwide as they attempt to capitalize on anger over the abortion ruling, while Republicans focus on crime and stubborn inflation.
Yes, stubborn inflation.
You mean the fact people are going bankrupt, right?
The Associated Press continues.
If Cortez Masto can't turn things around, the GOP will be well on its way to netting the one seat they need to retake the Senate and blunt the final years, two years of Joe Biden's term.
In an interview, Cortez-Masto sidestepped the question about her fragile political standing.
She acknowledged there's more work to be done on the economy in the working class state in which gasoline remains over $5.40 a gallon.
The unemployment rate is higher than the national average.
And spending at casinos has not kept place with inflation.
And I've said before, Governor Sisilak, the very corrupt governor of Nevada, very bad guy, locking down the casinos will go down as one of the most, let's just say, it's put the Democrats in jeopardy more than any other state.
As casinos operate in Vegas, the economy goes.
Culinary unions, restaurants, travel, tourism, and locking them down just decimated the Las Vegas-Clark County economy.
So we're seeing this.
And also, NBC News writes this article.
Again, we've been really focusing on Nevada and Arizona.
We believe the American West is going to deliver some triumphant victories coming into this midterm election, largely because of Latinos.
Nevada, Democrats see signs of a nightmare scenario.
Latino voters staying home.
It's what keeps me up at night, says Melissa Morales, president of Somos PAC, which backs Cortez Masto.
Yeah, so 25% of Democrats think men can become pregnant.
What percentage of Latino and Hispanic voters think that men can become pregnant?
What percentage of Latino voters want reparations?
Zero?
Like negative zero?
By some measures, Democrats need to carry two-thirds of Latino vote if they're to retain the Senate seat that could determine which party claims the Senate.
They're not going to, period.
The Latino vote is no longer a reliable majority Democrat vote.
Are more Latinos going to vote Democrat than Republican?
Probably.
Depends on the state, depends on the region.
Rio Grande Valley and in Florida, I think they're going to go.
I think DeSantis is going to win by 10 points.
I think DeSantis is going to run up the score.
I think Greg Abbott is going to destroy Robert Francis O'Rourke, the fake Hispanic Irishman from El Paso.
What's going to happen in Arizona?
I don't know, but polling shows, and again, the polling could be wrong, Carrie Lake is leading with Hispanics against Katie Hobbs.
It turns out they're not a monolith.
It turns out that despite all the Democrats catawauling and their nonstop filibustering, Hispanics and Latinos care about regular issues.
Quote: Many Latino voters who in the past elections have voted with Democrats are today persuadable, but Republicans have so far failed to win them over, said the memo.
It noted Democrats needed two-thirds of Latino voters to fend off GOP challenges, and Republicans needed one-third.
Of the Latinos who spoke to NBC News, more than half said they didn't plan on voting or weren't aware of the upcoming election.
Some couldn't vote because they weren't U.S. citizens.
Oh, really?
They weren't U.S. citizens?
Yeah, they should be deported.
That's a different topic for a different time.
