I can't tell you how many people told me, Charlie, you can't have Alex Jones on your program.
Don't have Alex Jones on your program.
Because we did a whole kind of program on it yesterday about how I believe how unfairly treated Alex Jones was with this whole recent saga.
And I just don't like when people all of a sudden impose their false framework on our program.
I have to agree with everything, but why can't we have robust discussion and back and forth?
So then I told my team, you know what?
Let's have Alex Jones on our program because the Rubicon has been crossed.
We believe in freedom of speech.
And I agree with a lot of things Alex says, and then I don't agree with some things he says.
That's America.
You don't cancel somebody because of it.
So joining us now is the most canceled man in America in his own words, Alex Jones.
Alex, welcome to the Charlie Kirk Show.
Charlie, absolutely.
I mean, even mainline reporters interviewed Charlie Manson.
So even I'm the worst person in the world.
People should be able to talk to me.
But the truth is they want to misrepresent what I've said and done.
That's why they don't want me to ever actually be live on air.
So big fan of what you do.
And God bless you.
It's good to be here.
Thank you, Alex.
So let's talk about the Sandy Hook thing.
Let's just start with that.
I don't like what you said at the beginning.
You've said now, going back, that it was a mistake and that you're not even allowed to correct it.
They're trying to destroy your life and bankrupt you because of it.
Floor is yours.
Tell us the story from your perspective that the media is intentionally not covering.
Well, if you go back 10 years ago, the internet questioned what happened there, like they questioned Jesse Smollett or so many other events.
And I barely ever covered it, like 20-something minutes they brought into evidence.
They tried to make me the Sandy Hook guy once Trump won.
And so they just simply said, oh, he's a bully.
He's stalking people.
He's doing all this.
None of that was true.
They had Democrat judges in Austin and in Connecticut say that I was defaulted, so I couldn't defend myself.
I sat there while the judge said to the jury, he is guilty.
You will find him guilty.
So this is their new weaponization of the media.
It's a very small part of what I've ever covered.
I question every major event.
I question Uvalde.
I believe children died in Uvalde, but the head of the state of police in Texas and the mayor of Uvalde say there's a cover-up and they've been lied to.
So they want to punish people that question things.
They want to say, oh, he's not a populist leader.
He's not a popular person with the people.
No, he's the Sandy Hook man.
And so they've used that like claiming Trump says all Mexicans are criminals.
Well, Trump never said all Mexicans are criminals.
He said some very good people come across the border, some very bad people, we should screen them.
So just like they tried to make Trump hates all Hispanics fake news, it's the same thing here.
It's been total disinfo.
Even CNN had to retract today and say, okay, Jones's cell phone wasn't given to the other lawyers.
That was made up.
All of this stuff is basically made up.
And it just is next level desperateness.
So they have the January 6th committee to try to demonize Trump supporters and the American people.
Now they are using Sandy Hook to demonize independent media.
So just like I got deplatformed four years ago and was patient zero for that, now I'm patient zero for all of the new censorship and lawfare that's happening and taking place.
Yeah, so Alex, they don't even give you a chance to apologize for what you said either.
And you said that multiple times.
You said, I'm not allowed to clear things up.
So it's now the standard we're going to bankrupt you and destroy your life, run you through the smear campaign and the propaganda machine, even if you might have speculated about something that you now regret.
Is that now the new standard in the court of law?
Well, that is the new standard.
Going back five, six years ago, I hadn't covered it not one time in over a year in 2015, 16.
This all came out in court.
And when they said, stop attacking us, stop assaulting our families.
I never said their names, never sent anybody to investigate it.
It wasn't true.
So I said, listen, I think Sandy Hook happened, and I apologize if I hurt your feelings.
They went, oh my gosh, we're going to sue you now.
You admit you were lying.
And so that's all this is: they use Alex Jones against dead children, Alex Jones, and, you know, free speech versus ambulance chasers standing on the bodies of dead children.
And so that's all they've done.
But I said six plus years ago, I believe Sandy Hook happened, and I apologize and said I was wrong.
But they never, so AP last week said, Jones finally admits on the stand Sandy Cook happened.
There's like 15 apologies going back six years.
So that's how they brand you.
It's how they target you.
It's what they do.
And so it's disgusting.
But at the end of the day, populist America, it's not just conservatives, not just nationalists, not just Christians know that I'm just promoting American freedom.
And of course, I question everything.
You know, when Jesse Smollett said at 2:30 in the morning, 23 below zero, two white guys come up and put bleach on him and a noose around his neck and say this is my country.
I said, I've already been sued for questioning events, but I believe this is fake.
Whether I'm wrong or right, I have a right to question.
And I was right about Jesse Smollett and Bubba Wallace and so many other things.
So that's how they just changed the subject.
And Jeffrey.
You were the first one on the Epstein thing, and no one actually mentions that, which now it's just considered to be, oh, yeah, of course, we knew it all along.
No, actually, you didn't.
Alex was covering that 15 years ago.
And now it's the Epstein lawyer that signed the search warrant on Mar-Lago and Trump.
So think about that.
So I want to talk to you about that, Alex.
Rubicon's been crossed.
They come after you with this ridiculous judgment.
They expand the IRS, 87,000 agents.
They raid Mar-a-Lago.
Are these connected events?
What's the lesson here?
What's the takeaway?
100%, the corrupt multinational corporations that are anti-free market, monopolist, monopolist, they know the world's woken up to them.
They know that people are saying no.
And so they're bringing in every form of authoritarianism they can.
Biden said over a year ago he's going to declare questioning elections or questioning lockdowns or questioning forced inoculations as terrorism.
And so they're just simply trying to outlaw their political opposition right now.
What do we do about it?
We don't get violent.
We don't get baited by them.
We are culturally winning, not even as conservatives or Christians, but as populists that just want a free nation.
And so people know Biden increased the inflation.
They know Biden cut off the pipelines.
They know Biden imploded the borders.
They know Biden did all these things.
And so they're just simply trying to change the subject, but the people are with us.
And so if we just get out and vote and expose election fraud, if we just promote our ideology of common sense and of family, people resonate with that and we're going to win.
That's why we see all the tyranny, because culturally and politically, the power structure knows that they're not with the people.
So, Alex, let me ask you: do you think yesterday raid of Mar-a-Lago is an act of desperation?
It certainly feels that way, that the great reset crowd, you know, the Davos crew, that they are freaking out that the people are starting to actually restore to some voice.
Is there some, do you feel that?
Do you think all of a sudden that they're acting out of a sense of paranoia and last-minute desperation?
I mean, I totally agree, Charlie.
This is 100% desperation when you've got this incredibly popular president who is set to announce he's running again and you don't know what to do.
So you raid him when the federal law says a president can get anything he wants from the National Archives or his presidential library.
This is all a giant red herring to try to disqualify Trump for running in 2024.
And I predict it will make Trump run and it will make Trump win.
I think they've jumped the shark on this.
Yeah, and it's the question is then, how do we respond to it?
And then what is the, I mean, so you talk about the globalists a lot.
Do you think there's any disagreement within the globalists on actually how to handle this stuff?
I mean, it seems like there's more dissension in those ranks than people actually would ever recognize.
That there might be actually a globalist civil war happening soon.
Your thoughts, Alex?
Well, Charlie, that's really smart.
I mean, that is.
I have met with Bilderberg attendees.
I've met with top billionaires that don't like what the main globalist system is doing.
Yes.
So to think that there's only one globalist or one super power structure, that's not true.
There are a lot of people that are very wealthy and very powerful that don't like what's happening.
And they're just waiting for the people to stand up and not submit so that they can basically back us as well.
So that's absolutely on target.
Are you like every one of us that thinks our country has gone nuts, whether it's Russia Gate market crashes or selling oil to China or this insane inflation?
Well, right now, you need a financial mind who understands your concerns, but at the same time, as a Christian worldview of money.
That's why you should talk to my friends at PAX Financial Group.
Look, I've given my money to PAX Financial to manage.
If it's good enough for me, I think it's good for you.
Like all of us, they have concerns, but they also have hope.
In this market, you must have a financial person who shares your hope and at the same time can help you with biblical, responsible investing, B-R-I, biblical, responsible investing.
That's why I want you to text the word Charlie to 74868.
That is Charlie to 74868 to connect with my friends at the PAX Financial Group, biblical responsible investing.
So take out your phone.
Just text Charlie to 74868.
That's 74868.
Text Charlie to connect with my great friends at the PAX Financial Group.
Alex, you were banned in one day.
Talk about this.
Apple iCloud, Facebook, Twitter, Google.
It was simultaneous.
There was collusion.
It was you first, and they went after all of us afterwards.
How do you keep going?
What's the lesson for the everyday American that gets canceled?
It was Alex Jones first, and they went after Donald Trump.
It's Alex Jones first, and they raid Mar-a-Lago.
Like you said, you're patient zero.
What keeps you going?
What's your advice to the Everyday American?
Well, it's actually the four-year anniversary yesterday.
It was August 8th, 2018, that I woke up at like 4 a.m. like I always do, and all my alerts were going off.
My inbox was full.
And it was Tim Cook met with the other heads of the other big five tech companies, Facebook, Google, Twitter, you name it.
Apple, which he headed up, and made the decision to ban Alex Jones.
And then over 100 other platforms from Uber Eats to LinkedIn, Uber Eats, everything.
They said that you no longer can order Uber Eats.
Is that what they did?
That's right.
My name was put into the social credit score database that they're already setting up.
I was the test case, patient zero for the social credit score, putting us into that.
The Uniparty Plan Ahead 00:11:35
And so I saw that happen, and I told listeners, I said, this is for you.
This is a precedent-setting case for everybody.
And now they admit that.
So now with lawfare and rigged courts and weaponized judiciary and weaponized law enforcement, now what's happening to me, they admit, they said in closing arguments last week in the stage Sandy Hook trial, again where the judge said I was already guilty, they said, we're going to silence him.
We're going to take him out.
These are quotes.
We're going to take his megaphone and then we're going to take everybody else's megaphone.
Anybody that questions us, the judge said, I am truth.
You are not.
What I say is truth.
What you say is lies.
Those are quotes right out of 1984.
So they have devolved into what George Arwell wrote about in 1947.
Yes.
They have literally devolved into the most classical form of tyranny because humans do the same cycles over and over again.
So we look at this and we think, well, that's history books.
No, that's happening now, Charlie.
Orwell said, all tyrannies rule through fraud and force, but once the fraud is exposed, they must rely exclusively on force.
And that's one of the things that we must then rely on, right, Alex, which is freedom of speech, discourse, and dialogue.
You call it out how it is, but it's not just the Democrats.
There's a uniparty component to this.
You saw this with the response or the lack thereof to the raid on Mar-a-Lago.
Why do some people on the right not get what moment it is?
I mean, it should be totally clear after yesterday.
Well, that's right.
A lot of people think keeping their heads down is how they've won.
And yeah, while America was running, while America was being taken over the last 50 years, keeping your head down, going along might have protected you.
But now, when they're collapsing things by design with the great reset, submission is death.
Submission is slavery.
And plus, it's fun to be engaged.
It's fun to not submit.
It's fun to be the black sheep.
It's fun to be the 1776 rebels, but that's where we're at.
And so many people want to try to play it safe.
They want to grovel to an establishment that is collapsing, an establishment that's coming down.
Alex, tell us more about the great reset.
We've talked about it on this program.
I think you were the first one to pinpoint it.
Just explain it to kind of some of our new listeners here.
What is the great reset?
And I want to kind of go from there.
Well, I've been on air 28 years, but before that, I just got fascinated with geopolitical books by Zbigny Brzezinski and Henry Kissinger and others.
And they talked about in the future, cutting off resources, creating a post-industrial world, State Apartment Memorandum 200, things like that.
And in the last 20 years, they began to say we need a reset, a shutdown of the old civilization to put us onto the new one.
Then I discovered they're not going to shut down the old civilization for some Star Trek or Buck Rogers future.
They're going to shut down the old civilization to bring in a super brave new world genetic.
Huxley and Orwellian blend.
Yeah, that's exactly right.
Absolutely.
So that's why I wrote the book, The Great Reset and the War for the World, that comes out at the end of the month.
It's already number nine on Amazon, the top sellers in the world.
People are blown away that have read the book because it was easier to write.
People say, how'd you write this incredible book?
50% of it's their quotes.
I mean, they admit their plan.
You'll own nothing.
You'll have nothing.
We'll end the family.
We'll grow humans in artificial wombs.
Everyone will be pre-programmed.
This is a corporate.
Monsanto and others didn't just want a corporate takeover of all the seeds or just a corporate takeover with cloned cows and pigs.
They want a full corporate takeover of humanity.
And that's what the great reset is.
So it's a new form of warfare.
It's a total takeover.
But if we're aware of it, we can be stakeholders and players in it.
But Alex, let me just push back on behalf of some of our audience here.
They'll say, come on, that's conspiracy stuff.
How do you respond when they say that, Alex?
They call you conspiracy theorists.
They call you, they say that you spread disinformation.
But you say, look, it's all just in the book.
How do you respond to that?
There are still New York Times articles and Financial Times and London articles that I've seen the last month saying Alex Jones is crazy.
There is no globalism.
There is no new world order.
That's like saying that Joe Biden didn't the puppet president.
I mean, it's total gaslighting.
And they have announced you'll own nothing, you'll have nothing.
You're going to have chips under your skin to buy and sell, global social credit scores, carbon taxes.
All over Europe, they're banning the majority of cows and bankrupting the farms.
They're trying to buy farmers off their lands.
They don't produce food because, quote, farming is bad for the earth.
They are creating feudalism, artificial scarcity, so people are beholden to the system with a social credit score and a universal basic income.
So the plan of the Davos elites and the globalists is completely public.
And so that's why it's so frustrating.
I'm not trying to get viewers and listeners to believe me.
I'm simply asking them, go read what Klaus Schwab and Bill Gates say.
Go look at what's happening in the Netherlands and in Australia and Canada.
Go look at what they're teaching school children here.
It's corporate fascists using a communist ideology to control people.
Go back seven years ago, Obama in Africa saying to Africans, you can't have cars or air conditioning, but he's got jets and huge estates right at sea level, but he says the ocean's going to rise and we're all going to be dead.
They're trying to train us to not stand up for ourselves.
And I'm simply getting people to wake up and say, listen, don't listen to what Alex Jones says.
Go hear what Bill Gates and Klaus Schwab and Ted.
Yeah, sir.
But let me interrupt you here, Alex.
Some people have limiting beliefs.
They say, if that is true, then what else might I believe is a lie?
How do you break people out of the comfort of the lies they live in?
Because that's what you do for a living, isn't it?
Try to shake them out because you say, wait a second, Alex, come on, Bill Gates is not actually trying to take over the world and all this.
Is it just you hit him over the head with blunt truth?
Or how do you go about that?
You know, I don't have a big intellectual plan.
I just believe in people.
And I think if you show them how these groups are turning off your electricity, turning off your oil, turning off your coal, turning off your gas, trying to have drag queen pedophile time with your kids, dissolving the borders, devaluing your currency, and saying they're going to conquer you through economic warfare.
I just believe organically the public's going to see that and say no.
So I don't see it as my job to figure out all the psychology and all the geopolitical things.
I see it as my job, Charlie, to simply get people to a turning point.
Whether do you want to keep going down the robe of the new world order or do you want to go back to the renaissance and the great awakening?
Because the great awakening is the answer to the great reset.
So I'm not here to tell people what to do.
I'm here to point out the globalists think you're in a coma.
They think you're in a trance.
They think you're dumb.
And they've already decided your future.
I want you to not listen to me.
I just want you to know your future is being decided.
And I want you to be part of that decision-making process.
I have a lot more faith in the grassroots people than I do Klaus Schwab.
It's not just Klaus Schwab, it's Bill Gates.
They're buying up farmland here domestically.
And the reason I ask that question, though, Alex, is that for some people, when they actually read this, they then realize they have to do something, isn't it?
That they realize that they can no longer be in the trans.
They can no longer live in the world.
You will eat bugs.
You will drink sewage.
You'll own nothing.
You'll have nothing.
You think that can't be real.
They're saying it.
They're engaged in Stockholm syndrome.
They know that statistically, about half the public, if you threaten them with something and say something horrible, instead of fighting, they will roll over.
And women are great.
Some women are the best fighters I know, but statistically, women are three times more likely to go under Stockholm Syndrome.
And that's why they want domesticated, emasculated men who'll go under it as well.
So they know that a large portion of people, if you tell them, we're coming, we're taking over, you'll have nothing, they'll just go, okay, you're the boss, you're the alpha male, tell me what to do.
So because men haven't been alpha males and stood up for Western civilization and the empowerment of the future and a pro-human future, we've allowed sick, degenerate alpha males to come in and threaten the women and children and men to get in line with them.
So I'm fighting Stockholm syndrome and saying, submitting to tyranny will not empower you.
Groveling will get you raped.
Let's stop bowing.
Let's start standing up for what's right.
Let's start fighting.
Alex Jones, the most canceled man in America.
One thing I want to ask you, Alex, the last thing is the spiritual dimension.
You speak openly about how you believe there's a spiritual dimension to all of this, about how you think that's good versus evil, light versus dark.
Spiritual dimension, tell me about it.
Do you think there's an invisible war happening around us?
We know that just in the visual light spectrum, we see less than 5% of it.
And we know with mathematicians now, they've proven that there's dark matter that has five times the dimensional weight of our universe.
So we know that we're basically blind.
And we know that there are powerful forces going on in the universe.
But our founders, many of which weren't even Christians, most were, but some weren't.
They were agnostics, but they still said God should be above us because that's our connection to the infinite.
If we let the state be above us, we've made the state God.
So some of them didn't believe in God, but they said, but by not believing in God, we make the state God.
And so I just want people to expand their horizons, expand their understanding, and realize there really are people that have wicked, twisted, horrible, destructive, vandalistic desires.
And there are those of us that want to build a better future and love beauty and honesty and order and goodness and not order imposed by a superstate, but order imposed by the code that God put in on our heart.
Whether you believe or God or not, that code is there.
So God gave us free will.
We have free will.
The left tells us we don't have free will.
We're animals, but they want to direct us as animals because they know we have free will.
So that's basically where I am.
I know there's good and evil.
I know God and Satan are real.
We're experiencing on this planet.
It's a massive test.
And people won't have power over this evil until they realize there is good energy and there is bad energy.
And if you reach out to God and the universe and ask God to show you that God's real, it will take you on the greatest adventure of your lives.
Ladies and gentlemen, God is real and God is waiting to take your hand, but God's not like Satan.
Satan grabs you and tries to kidnap you spiritually.
God has an open hand, but says, take my hand.
And then the real adventure begins.
Alex Jones, he's not crazy.
He's just early.
He's ahead of the curve.
Alex, what's happened to you is despicable and disgusting.
And I want to reiterate that it's fundamentally wrong.
How could people help you?
Well, look, what they've said on the news is fake.
They don't have my phone.
CNA had to admit they don't have my phone.
They just lied about that.
They're so desperate.
It's capped at five-something million dollars.
I don't even have any money.
We're in bankruptcy, so they can't get us.
Protecting InfoWars Today 00:02:25
As long as we get support at InfowarStore.com for the book, The Great Reset, and the films and t-shirts and all of it, we're going to continue on air for a long, long time.
But they see InfoWars as a rallying point.
They're trying to shut down.
They believe they can shut InfoWars down.
They can come after everybody else.
They've admitted that in the national news, CNN, you name it.
And so InfoWars is a rallying point.

Elizabeth said, Hi, Charlie.
Loved it.
Thanks for having Alex on to tell us out of the story warmly.
Elizabeth from Atlanta, Georgia.
Jack Pesobic is here to kind of help us do a little post-game.
Jack, what'd you think?
Well, Charlie, I thought it was really interesting the way Alex came in, kind of weaved everything through, and you certainly got him to express his take on not just the Trump raid or his own trial, but so many things that are going on and really gave us a tapestry of looking at, at least through his lens, where we're going.
Freedom of Speech Matters 00:16:22
And I appreciate the fact that we always know there's two sides to every story, right?
And whether we can agree with one or the other and say, well, this is wrong or this is right, we ought to at least have the airing out of that.
And that's the point of having these public platforms.
And that's the point of having freedom of speech.
But what I thought was interesting is that Alex didn't spend the time beleaguering his case or whining about himself or complaining about what he's being put through.
I mean, he took the fight directly to the front line and said, this is about a regime and a global cabal that isn't just after him.
It's actually after every single one of us because they want to make us these emasculated, just satiated insectoids that are just following along, seeing whatever the next streaming thing is on Netflix, and then not actually taking action and human agency.
And I think you could see that in his own way, right?
In his own way, he wants to feel like he's helping people and he wants to do the right thing.
This isn't a guy who they were, they tried to portray him as, oh, you just care about the money and you're just a sellout and all this.
And I don't know.
That's not the sense I got.
No, look, he has a style, right?
He goes right after it.
And that's, I mean, that's speech, though, isn't it, Jack?
I mean, this is what bothers me is people say, you know, you can't have on the show.
Can I'm on the show all these like experts that have been wrong about everything?
They're the same people that told me to get the vaccine and go lockdown.
Like, okay, set this one out.
And, but isn't it only make us more foreign to one another when you don't speak and hear people's ideas and perspectives?
It actually makes the country more enjoyable.
You don't have to love everything that was said there, but it was largely reasonable, wasn't it?
I thought it was largely reasonable.
And again, to your point, you know, I went back and looked at some of the statements.
I said, yeah, you know, I wouldn't agree with that.
I wouldn't have said that.
But when I hear it today, and the fact that keep in mind that if we're going to be the type of people who say, as Christians, right, as God-centered people, that we believe that people can repent and ask for forgiveness, with atonement being the core, the core of Christianity through Christ Jesus.
That's exactly right.
If you don't have that, that's totalitarianism.
That's progressivism.
That's wokeism.
It takes away atonement.
It takes away all of that.
So if someone's willing to admit that they were wrong and then publicly state so publicly apologize, that's the kind of country that I want to live on.
And at the same time, I want to live in the kind of country where we don't have the government and courts going around to radio stations and podcasts and TV shows and telling them what they are allowed to say.
So, Jack, to kind of broaden this, I was texting you yesterday and I texted you a picture of Julius Caesar crossing the Rubicon River.
The Rubicon has been crossed.
What's your take on the rate of Trump's mar-a-lago?
I have a couple theories that we floated around here.
What's your take?
Look, my take on this is it's quite simple, right?
There's numerous layers to it.
I mean, we're hearing reports now that Biden and Ron Clain knew about this, that Biden found out about it while he was in quarantine.
Merrick Garland, of course, the vindictive Merrick Garland wanting to strike back against the Republicans that he views as having taken that seat from him that Gorsuch, every time he sees him on that Supreme Court, he knows that seat was supposed to be mine.
And I'm going to take it out on all of you.
But look, at the end of the day, Charlie, what they've done, this isn't about the Presidential Records Act.
This is about tearing up the Constitution.
Yes.
And when I came on the show yesterday with you, I said there's two doors.
And I said it at CPAC.
We'll talk about it more at AmericaFest.
There are two doors.
We can walk through one.
And one door, that's our republic.
And that is everything that we have held, everything that our forefathers built, this nation that they built from nothing.
And then people came here and rose up from the ground.
And the other door is tyranny.
It's tyranny and it's Bolshevism and it is critical race theory and social justice and whatever you want to call it.
That door is, that door is the Soviet Union.
And I know which one I'm going to pick.
And I'm going to fight to make sure that this country goes through the door that takes us back to the Republic.
And folks, you got to understand something.
The country that you grew up in at this moment does not exist.
We have a path to get back to that country, but we are now in the fourth turning and the Republic is on the line.
The Republic's at play.
And there are dark forces that absolutely want to take us to a completely separate place that's never before been seen in this country.
We've never been that country.
I don't want to be that country.
Guess what?
Now we are that country.
But, you know, to look at it from a political perspective, I really do think that just, you know, put the analyst cap on, I am here in D.C. We're in a midterm year.
We're going into a presidential year.
I know that there's been this kind of asterisk on moderates and independents when it comes to Donald Trump.
But I got to tell you, I think this is the kind of action that moves people out of that column and back towards the top column.
So I want to play this piece of tape.
We played it in the second hour, and I want your response to this, Jack.
Do you think this is a forceful enough response from the Senate leadership?
This is Senator Tim Scott.
I want you to think about this.
Is him on a chance to really dunk on the FBI?
This is your Republican leadership.
Play cut 40.
Do you think the FBI, do you still believe and trust in the FBI to do its job, even with a former president, in a nonpartisan way?
Or do you believe, as the former president says, that the FBI is executing a witch hunt?
Well, we've had the FBI before, the Judiciary Committee, just in the last two weeks, trying to figure out why they do what they do.
And there's been lots of questions before this raid about whether or not the FBI is doing their job apolitical.
And we don't know the answer to that question yet.
I have doubts about the FBI.
This is going to raise more questions, in my opinion.
We need to let this play out and see exactly what happens.
Jack, we need to let this play out.
We don't know if the FBI is political or not.
Your thoughts.
Charlie, I've said it before.
The left plays to win and the Republicans just play.
And you hear right there, it's like, oh, let's just play.
Let's just play it out.
Let's see what happens.
Let's see where this goes.
Are you kidding me?
Chris Ray was just in the Judiciary Committee lying to your face, Senator.
He knew that this was coming and he lied to your face.
And aren't you even personally offended by this?
Look, Charlie, are we a country that's run by the people or are we run now by the national security state?
Because to me, and I'm just going to say it, that sounds like Tim Scott's worried about something.
Oh, I don't want to go against these guys.
They're going to rape me in an election year.
That's right.
You got to stand up right now and say, I want the power that was gifted to me by our forefathers, by the voters of the state of South Carolina or whatever state any other senator represents.
That's power.
The national security state, they don't exist in our federal constitution.
We have three branches of government.
That's supposed to be it, not this fourth branch that says, oh, well, we're going to give Hillary Clinton a pass here in 2020 so she can run, or excuse me, 2016, but we're not going to give Trump a pass in 2020.
We are going to give Hunter Biden a pass, but then we're also going to go after, in a preemptive coup, go after Donald Trump 2024 before he's even announced, which by the way, I mean, I saw some people saying that he should just announce from Mar-a-Lago tonight.
I think that would be hilarious from the steps of Mar-a-Lago if he did that.
But at the end of the day, Charlie, look, you come on here and you ask people every day, do you know what time it is?
What time is it?
Tim Scott, come on the Charlie Gurk program.
Come on Human Events Daily with me.
I'd love to have a conversation with you about this.
I mean, it's just an extraordinary thing.
So I want to play this piece of tape here of the great Ron Paul.
Play cut 44.
It's a little long.
And then let's just appreciate how right Ron Paul was early.
Not right about everything, but he was definitely right about this, Play Cut 44.
You know, most of our history, we didn't have those institutions.
The FBI came in during the First World War.
And interestingly enough, the one thing that Woodrow Wilson did, he used the FBI to spy on American citizens and actually arrest them if they disagreed with his foreign policy about going to war in Europe.
And isn't it interesting how recent they used it in the Vietnam era?
Democrats used it there.
Republicans used the FBI to spy on 100 different groups in this country, including the churches, who disagree with the policy in Central America.
It almost looks like the FBI was designed to spy on Americans who might be disagreeing with policy, especially the foreign policy.
So the FBI, although I don't think I could condemn everything they've ever done, because I'm sure some of the investigations and investigation of crime has been beneficial, but that could be accomplished through Justice Department within our states.
We wouldn't reject that portion of it.
I think the FBI has kept and continues to keep a lot of records on a lot of individuals.
Jack?
I mean, you don't even have to go all the way back to JFK and Malcolm X to find FBI involvement.
Let's go look at the Pulse nightclub shooting.
Let's go look at the Boston bombing.
Let's look at all of these times where federal informants have been found in and around these major events.
Let's go look, you know, let's take another look at Steven Paddock, the Las Vegas shooter, the largest mass shooting in American history, which we're not even supposed to talk about anymore.
But no, Charlie.
Don't worry about that stuff.
This is about the sacred Presidential Records Act, an act, by the way, I mean, cut me a break.
We've got libraries across the entire country of records that presidents took with them out of the White House.
No, I don't want an American shtasi deciding who can and can't run for president, senate, or Congress.
I want the American people to decide that.
Yeah, I just, I totally agree.
And look, talk for briefly here, Jack.
J. Edgar Hoover, tell us a little about the history of the FBI.
We've got about a minute and a half.
Well, J. Edgar Hoover, which, by the way, if he were around today, I'm sure he would love the Drag Queen Story Hour.
And I'm sure that he would love to pronounce people.
I mean, he'd be leading the movement.
He's a progenitor of the movement in many ways.
He was the drag queen before anybody else.
Sick of the colour.
Precisely.
He kept files on everybody in Washington, D.C.
So he's the longest serving FBI director.
And what he did was, sure, he went after the bank robbers, absolutely.
But by creating that power, he realized that if he wanted power for himself, that he could collect files on who?
Political dissidents, political activists, congressmen, senators, presidents.
He was targeting everybody with his investigations.
And so when it comes down to it, this idea that, oh, well, the FBI has just become corrupt.
And I would say, I don't know, because I'm sure that wherever he is, J. Edgar Hoover is looking up right now and smiling that his legacy is still alive today.
Because you really have to look at an institution that from its start has had these sort of dual tracks.
One track, yeah, go after the child pedophiles and the child traffickers.
Absolutely.
All for that.
I'll support you every single day of the week on that one, twice on Sundays.
Go after the bank robbers.
Go after people like the Wall Street Fat Cats and people work with the SEC on that.
But when you're going after political opponents, when you're going after people using these thin veneers, it's ridiculous.
Jack, I will agree with you.
Some Republicans are getting this right.
I mean, the phenomenal Newt Gingrich came on our program and he said this is the Stasi.
Rick Scott is going out and saying this is like the Nazis and the Soviet Union play cut 33.
This should scare the living daylights out of American citizens and say, We have got to change our federal government.
The way our federal government has gone, it's like what we thought about the Gestapo and people like that.
That they just go after people.
What we thought about Soviet Union, what we look at Latin America, we have got to say to ourselves, this cannot be our country.
We have got to say, we're a country of laws, not of people that are attacking their political opponent and getting away with it.
So you got two Scotts.
You got Tim Scott and Rick Scott.
That was the good Scott.
Jack, your thoughts.
Well, you know, I remember General Milley, he's running around out there saying that he submitted or he wrote but didn't submit this resignation letter after President Trump ordered the federal government to clear Lafayette Square when they were trying to set the White House complex down on fire.
Milley wanted to resign over that, wrote this incredibly emotional letter.
I mean, it reads like something that you'd find from a teenage girl on Tumblr or TikTok saying about, oh, you're acting like the people we fought in World War II.
This is so tough.
This is a guy who wants people to follow him into battle, by the way.
I wouldn't follow him into a drive-through.
And I'm wondering, though, has General Milley submitted a resignation letter yet?
Because clearly, this is the government doing exactly the same thing.
In fact, maybe 10 times worse.
But look, at the end of the day, we can play double standards and we can issue statements.
I want action.
I want people to see, I want our elected leaders, our Republican leaders, whether you're a governor or whether you're a senator, tell me what you are doing.
Are you going to enable, empower the sheriffs to prevent something like this from happening on your soil again if this is your state?
If you're in the Senate or if you're in the House looking at becoming the next majority, are you going to open up investigations directly into the funding of the FBI, the conduct of these classified investigations, the conduct of FBI informants, whether or not they were involved in January 6th?
Go read Revolver if you want to find out anything about that.
Where is the action?
And I'm not, and I'm going to say it, I don't want the Trey Gowdy stuff anymore, right?
We're done with that.
We're done with the bait and switch.
I want brass tax.
Show me the documents.
I want Senator Church up there telling me the CIA's got a heart attack gun, right?
Tell me what's actually going on in these agencies.
Is it a heart attack gun?
Go back to the church committee.
It was at one point, Frank Church gets up there, holds up the gun, and says the CIA has a gun that causes heart attacks.
I have heard that before.
I just want to make sure I heard it from you.
And when you look it up, it's the CIA's heart attack gun history of yesterday.
Senator Frank Church displays the CIA's top secret weapon known as the heart attack gun in 1975.
You got to wonder if they still have that.
Years ago.
So if that was 50 years ago, what do you have now when we're talking about designer bioweapons that can affect one person based on their DNA?
Yeah, so what are the likelihood we actually get a Republican Party that does a church-style committee?
Well, I think what's amazing, Charlie, and I said this yesterday, but to tease it out again, it's that there is a third party in the United States of America right now, a viable third party, and that's called MAGA.
Okay, it's ensconced within the Republican Party, but it is a third party.
And I think we need to kind of start branding it that way, that there's this old right and the new right.
And if you want to be part of the new right, you have to find out those candidates like the Kerry Lakes, like the Joe Kents, like the Doug Mastrianos, like the JD Vances, like the Blake Masters out there who understand what time it is and are actually willing to move the ball down the field to move the needle rather than go onto what was it, CBS and say, just gotta let this play out.
See what happens.
Just let it play out, man.
Just let it play out.
We'll see.
I don't know.
Don't come after me, please.
That's exactly right.
Just don't raid me.
That's what's exactly what Tim Scott is saying.
Now I'm asking some questions about that guy.
Interesting.
Needless to say.
Jack Pisobic, thank you so much.
And also, your show is on Real America's Voice every day, every night at 10 p.m. Eastern.
