The Right's "Manifesto of Reality" and How We Win in November

With reports stating that Joe Biden has privately announced to Barack Obama and others that he intends to run again in 2024 "to defeat Trump," Charlie begins laying out the roadmap to a landslide electoral victory—and the path is surprisingly very straightforward, assuming a free and fair election. He dives in to what that looks like and the very simple message conservatives need to embrace in order to win back the hearts and minds of the American people. Support the show: http://www.charliekirk.com/supportSee omnystudio.com/listener for privacy information.

Buckle up, everybody.
Here we go.
Charlie, what you've done is incredible here.
Maybe Charlie Kirk is on the college campuses.
I want you to know we are lucky to have Charlie Kirk.
Charlie Kirk's running the White House, folks.
I want to thank Charlie.
He's an incredible guy.
His spirit, his love of this country, he's done an amazing job building one of the most powerful youth organizations ever created, Turning Point USA.
We will not embrace the ideas that have destroyed countries, destroyed lives, and we are going to fight for freedom on campuses across the country.
That's why we are here.
Brought to you by Andrew and Todd at Sierra Pacific Mortgage.

Go to andrewandtodd.com, the wonderfulandrewandtodd.com.
I was just kind of, I was musing with Andrew earlier.
I said, what an amazing, just on the mask mandate thing that happened in Florida.
What an amazing victory that it just took one person with courage.
One judge, one person of courage was able to rescind the mask mandates as we know it.
It's remarkable.
And so that's really should be kind of a lesson for a lot of us.
And the lesson should be whether or not we are willing to stand up against tyranny and stand with courage.
You know, we have a lot of people that know what needs to be done, but few people that are willing to actually do what is necessary to actually take a stand for liberty with courage.
And that's what we saw with this single judge in Florida.
One person, one judge is able to completely change the livelihood of millions of travelers across America.
Really begs the question, why that didn't happen earlier.
Now, I think something that we as conservatives can learn is how the left has been able to successfully kind of quote unquote work the ropes, if you will, when they were able to kind of do judge shopping under Donald Trump and his administration.
Remember the ACLU?
There used to be, you know, Donald Trump would sign a piece of paper and they would go shop it to some judge in Hawaii and it would have national implications.
Now, this whole idea of circuit court judges and kind of the federal judge kind of system is a new phenomenon.
The Founding Fathers allowed for it to happen, but it doesn't require for it to happen in the United States Constitution.
Therefore, because we are able to have this kind of circuit court and appellate court judge system, the left have become very shrewd and they've become very good at being able to shop around judges for their own purposes.
They go and find judges they agree with.
They sue in those districts where they know they're going to get a favorable ruling from.
And we as conservatives should be unafraid to do the same.
We as people that love freedom and liberty.
And so this Florida judge who put forward this ruling really is an example of that, which is it's a judge who obviously respects individual sovereignty, who obviously respects the proper way to make laws.
And now this judge did not come out against masks.
This judge did not even comment on masks.
Instead, the judge went after a technical aspect of this, saying it violated the rulemaking procedure.
And this judge is 35 years old.
35-year-old judge.
It's just incredible.
I'll make sure I get her name right.
She should be, you want to talk about an Amy Coney Barrett 2.0, 35 years old, and probably one of the most courageous acts of judicial interpretation I've seen in recent memory.
Here she is right here.
Catherine Kimball Mizel.
Okay, let's get to some sound here.
Let's go to this ridiculous clip here.
Jen Saki breaks down in tears about Florida anti-grooming law on a podcast with Jessica Yellen, PlayCut 42.
This is a political wedge issue and an attempt to win a culture war.
And they're doing that in a way that is harsh and cruel to a community of kids, especially.
I'm like going to get emotional.
I'm going to get emotional about this issue because I just, it's horrible.
But, you know, it's like kids who are bullied.
And all these leaders are taking steps to hurt them and hurt their lives and hurt their families.
Apparently, that is now worth crying about.
But courage is something that is rare.
Moral courage is the most necessary yet absent characteristic in men.
Courage requires action and it requires knowing what you want.
You know, it really amazes me how many people don't know what they want in their life.
They think they know what they want, but most of it kind of is around material satisfaction and not about actually pursuing virtue.
You cannot have a virtuous society without a courageous people.
It's very important to remember.
Let's get into this story here.
It's one of the more bizarre stories that has happened in the last couple of weeks.
So there is this amazing Twitter account that basically scours TikTok and kind of online videos and then kind of screen records them, captures them and spreads it.
And we've actually used a lot of their content here on this show.
It's called Libs of TikTok.
So the account owner of Libs of TikTok wants to stay anonymous and is now been doxxed by the Washington Post and then banned from Twitter.
This is her on Tucker Carlson Play Cut 40.
It's just remarkable to me in a country like ours that you feel the need to remain anonymous.
Tell us why you're not giving us your name tonight.
Well, I've gotten a few death threats.
I got a ton of hate mail.
And the left has been showing recently, you know, how they would treat people who disagreed with them.
It's funny because it's some of the death threats.
I mean, I've like reported it and the people, they still have their accounts on Twitter.
So, you know, you can throw in violence and still keep your account, but you can't play a video of what a leftist is themselves saying.
Yeah, I mean, so she's getting death threats.
That's awful, obviously, but I don't know what country she thinks she lives in.
I mean, if you're going to be involved in the culture war, they're going to try to destroy your life.
We all get death threats, right?
It's not right.
I wish that wasn't the case.
So she's now going on and talking about how she can't expose her identity.
They're going to figure it out.
The left is going to come after you.
These are vicious people.
So I don't know what world she thinks she's living in.
And so I hope she comes out and owns it and punches back twice as hard.
People say, well, you have a right to be anonymous.
Of course, you have a right to be anonymous, but that's not the country we live in anymore.
We're up against a totalitarian left that will destroy you and crush you at every single turn.
This is the reporter who wrote this article, Taylor Lorenz from the Washington Post, who wants to go dox personal information of anonymous Twitter users.
And look, anonymous speech is protected by the First Amendment.
It should be, and it is.
What I'm just saying, though, is that if you're going to end up having one of the most popular Twitter accounts in America, if you're going to end up being a just incredibly powerful force against the left, then have there should be no illusions that you'll be able to stay anonymous.
They will throw almost state-style actors against you and try to destroy your life.
So, my advice to this person who runs Libs of TikTok, just take the power away from them.
Come out and say, This is my name.
I'm going to own it.
And come after me.
But I think she actually gives more power to the left by trying to stay anonymous.
So she says, Look, I need to stay anonymous because we get death threats on these platforms.
And if you make a okay, I mean, yeah, that's what happens.
We all get death threats.
You're right.
Okay, this is Taylor Lorenz.
A few weeks ago, the writer crying about being harassed on the internet.
Meanwhile, Taylor Lorenz, the author of this article of The Washington Post, trying to harass the libs of TikTok.
Play cut 36.
You feel like any little piece of information that gets out on you will be used by the worst people on the internet to destroy your life.
And it's so isolating and terrifying.
It's horrifying.
I'm so sorry.
It's overwhelming.
It's really hard.
But yeah, she's saying it's terrifying.
It's awful.
It's something I can't quite control.
Spring and summer are the seasons for finally getting outside for entertaining, pool parties, and barbecues.
But if your yard looks like a plant cemetery, you're not going to enjoy it as much.

Let me get into this story here.
We have this development from Joe Biden where he says that he told Obama that he is going to run for re-election in 2024.
He said he's going to run again in 2024.
Now, if you haven't seen this piece of tape here, it's worth looking at of him and the Easter bunny.
Like, it's this really bizarre and weird tape.
Play cut 23 of Jill Biden telling Joe Biden to wave.
Play cut 23.
Welcome to the South Lawn.
Thank you and happy, happy Easter.
All right.
Wave, wave.
Cut 24, Jill Biden saying to Joe Biden response says, they're not going to let me read at all.
Play cut 24.
Okay, so I'm going to quickly read Brown Bear, Brown Bear, so you're all not soaking wet.
And they're not going to let me read it all.
I'll let you here.
You can start us off.
Can you, oh, here we go.
Can I read backwards?
Does that look like a guy that's ready to run for reelection?
Joe Biden in North Carolina, cut six after just a completely just bizarre speech, appears to just kind of go to a random person.
There's no person and just kind of do an air handshake.
Totally confused where he's going.
Play cut six.
He just kind of walks off the side of the podium and just kind of gestures his hand.
I think he's going to shake a hand of somebody.
One in five Americans do not believe that Joe Biden will finish his first term.
And by the way, I think it's great news if he finishes his first term and runs for re-election.
Only 45% of people believe it's very likely he will finish his first term.
Most people believe that it's not going to happen.
In fact, in some way, they say it's either somewhat unlikely or somewhat likely.
Predictably, 71% of Americans have some doubt that Joe Biden is going to not last his entire term.
71%.
And confidence in Kamala Harris is also very low, which brings the inevitable question: if Biden leaves before his term is up, will Kamala Harris then succeed Joe Biden?
Kamala Harris is also very, very unpopular in more ways than one.
Now, one of the issues that is kind of overarching all the other, of course, is inflation.
Inflation is a tax on working people.
Inflation is not going to be fixed anytime soon.
Inflation breaks the back of normal, everyday Americans.
Cut three, Georgia Restaurant Association, Bidenflation could cause another 3,000 restaurants to close by the end of the year.
An inflation forecast that leaves many restaurants shaken.
Inflation eats up their thin profit margins.
Restaurants have had to raise prices by at least 10%.
Karen Bremmer leads Georgia's Restaurant Association.
How many more restaurants in Georgia do you expect realistically will close by, say, the end of 2022?
The Rise of Anti-Woke Appetite 00:13:05
I think we could lose another 3,000 restaurants probably.
Because?
Because people are just stretched to the max right now.
3,000 restaurants.
But that's all part of the plan, isn't it?
Part of the plan is to crush middle-class workers, middle-class business owners, middle-class entrepreneurs.
Because, look, McDonald's and Taco Bell and the bigger chains, if you will, Chili's, Outback, they're not going to go under.
They have the capital flows to keep them afloat.
They have better technology for mobile ordering and delivery, and they're part of the Postmates and Uber Eats Network.
It is the local small businesses that are going to get crushed.
So the question is, where are the American people on this?
So there's a kind of a poll that isn't a poll.
And the great Rush Limbaugh used to really enjoy looking into stories like this, which is what are people consuming?
What is doing well and what is not doing well?
So many of you have heard about this story of CNN Plus.
CNN Plus had the ambitious idea of trying to become some form of a Netflix for news.
What a dumb idea.
Axios.com has come out and said that CNN Plus looks doomed.
CNN Plus has roughly 150,000 subscribers so far.
We have more subscribers than CNN Plus.
Warner Bros. Discovery wants to eventually bring all of them under one giant service around HBO Max.
And CNN Plus' original plan was for CNN Plus to become profitable in four years by investing $1 billion into the service.
Executives believe that if the service wasn't being kneecapped, its growth rate would have rivaled other print news outlets like the Wall Street Journal, The Washington Post, which have about 2.9 to 2.7 million digital subscribers, respectively.
However, no one really wants to watch CNN Plus.
It's not just the fact that no one's subscribing to it.
It's that the content itself is going horribly.
But it's not just on CNN Plus.
It's also Jon Stewart's new show.
The Postmillennial.com reports that Jon Stewart's new woke TV show tanks and loses 80% of viewers after first episode.
It's on Apple TV.
This is not sustainable at all.
While shows like ours are flourishing and we're hiring and we're adding staff and we are strengthening our entire program, our podcast is growing and our radio program is growing and the things we're doing on Rumble is growing and on YouTube it's growing.
Jon Stewart is floundering.
No one wants that information.
In fact, the shows like Bill Maher and Joe Rogan and Rs and the people at the Daily Wire, the great folks of the Daily Wire, they're doing very well.
There is kind of this anti-woke appetite that is growing amongst the people.
That people no long, they've been fed a steady diet of men can become pregnant, which Apple now has an emoji that says men can become pregnant, or that race is all that matters, or we need to teach five-year-olds about transgenderism.
And most people are just kind of throwing their hands up and saying, I don't really want that content.
The market is actually telling us right now that people do not want this woke garbage.
They don't.
It's not to say that they're becoming radical right-wingers, but they're not as liberal or they're not as radical as you might see fit.
And I've said this entire time, which is why things can change.
And this is one of my great complaints about kind of some of the cynicism that sometimes feeds into the conservative movement where people say, Charlie, is there hope?
Can things, you know, how do we turn things around?
It's that we as conservatives, we as pro-Americans, we as people a part of the Parents Party, all these things, we must be focused that with enough effort, people can be persuaded and perspectives can be changed.
A great example is look at BLM.
BLM was like the most powerful political movement in America for like six weeks.
We took a strong stance against it.
Now they're wildly unpopular.
Don't believe me?
Well, the black mayor of New York City is now coming out and blaming the reforms brought to you by BLM as why New York City is so dangerous.
Play cut eight.
Major mistakes made throughout the years that destroyed the trust that the police commissioner is talking about.
We have to rebuild that trust, but we can't rebuild that trust by allowing those who are dangerous and that have they have a repeated history of violence to continue to be on our streets.
The policies of the woke are now being attacked by Democrats themselves.
The top podcasts out there are conservative podcasts, ours included.
You look at the top 15 podcasts on Apple News.
More than 50% are conservative podcasts and podcasts lean younger audiences.
Only 20%, 1% of young people have a favorable view of Joe Biden.
And Democrats watch Tucker Carlson more than any other cable news show.
CNN is imploding, yet conservative radio stations and conservative media is exploding.
We are ahead of the curve on all these things, largely because we live on team reality where Jon Stewart does not, and CNN Plus does not.
And now, even Eric Adams is saying that BLM, which was super popular, look, these progressive policies have gone too far, and we're going to need to try to restore faith in the police.
Foxnews.com has an article out that says that the massive increase in blacks murdered was a result of the defund police movement, thanks to BLM and Floyd Apalooza.
We unfortunately saw all this happening.
We predicted it.
But I want to give credit to all of you listening and watching that didn't give up, that continually spread the good word, that kept on broadcasting the truth.
We believe that eventually people would then open their eyes.
And this is what's happening right now: there is this great awakening happening right now in America.
People are now saying, wait a second, have I just been a sheep the entire time?
I know it could be very frustrating for those of you that have been fully alert and fully awake since the very beginning, especially those of you that didn't fall to the kind of mass formation psychosis of lockdowns and vaccine mandates and mask mandates.
But this is kind of a poll within a poll where you see if CNN Plus can't sustain itself despite a $1 billion push, if Jon Stewart can't sustain himself, then the American people are already telling you what they're going to want to do politically.
Politico forecast has just come out.
It's updated.
They believe the Senate is likely to lean Republican and the House of Representatives is likely Republican.
And by the way, Politico usually ends up being a little more to the left than to the right on these things.
And it's because of all these things.
This woke nonsense.
It's because of the overindulgence that everything is racist, the wide open border, the deteriorating economy.
I'm going to frame, and I'm going to write a column on this and we'll do an entire podcast series on this.
November, a return to team reality.
That there are 15 to 20 things that we are going to say.
We should have shirts on the Charlie Kirk show, Andrew, that just say team reality.
And I'll deal with you if you're on team reality.
Bill Maher is on team reality.
Joe Rogan is on team reality.
Borders matter generally.
I believe they really matter.
But just, you think borders are important?
You think there's limitations on human intervention to people suffering?
Money does not create wealth.
Gender roles matter.
Biological reality must be recognized.
Like just like 15 to 20 of these things.
We should come up with a reality manifesto.
You know, the reality manifesto is not a bad idea.
And if you disagree with these things, then you have a whole political party that can declare war on Newtonian physics, the law of thermodynamics.
That's it.
That's what November is all about.
Michael sent us freedom at charliekirk.com.
Rush Lumbaugh's 35 undeniable truths.
This is really good.
Morality is not defined by individual choice.
Compassion is no substitute for justice.
Man, Rush was great, wasn't he?
There is a God, number 20.
Words mean things, Rush Lumbaugh.
You could afford your house without your government if it weren't for your government.
Too many Americans can't laugh at themselves anymore.
Follow the money when somebody says it's not the money.
It's always the money.
Rush Lumbaugh cut 18.
I'm not arrogant.
The great Rush Lumbaugh.
It's terrific.
Okay, so we're going to come up with the reality manifesto.
And that really is kind of the question, right?
Which is what is reality?
And I don't think we have to overthink it.
I think reality is, let's just first and foremost start with the five senses.
Don't have to overthink that.
And then what can be proven in the natural world?
I obviously believe reality transcends all of that as well.
I believe there's a spiritual dimension, but that's something that we can sort out a different time.
I'm going to get to this story here, the postmillennial.com Turning Point USA event mobbed by a human wall of leftist student protesters.
Turning Point USA hosted an event at Tulane University, the wonderfully tolerant Tulane, and was blocked off by a human wall of leftist protesters.
The event was coordinated by Dreanna Sixto does a great job for us.
I believe she's going to move over to Turning Point Action sometime soon to participate in a prove-me-wrong table session that aimed to have conservatives and dissenting voices discuss hot-button political topics on campus.
The Tulane radicals responded by saying, nobody wants you here.
Your club is spreading hate.
I don't like it.
Somebody yell at you.
The video by TPUSA, and you can find it at tpusa.com, is going viral.
Let's see if we can actually get some of that tape.
I know it might be a quick pull here.
Put it in our little chat here.
Our Turning Point USA students did incredible.
And look, this is one of the reasons why people are now rejecting Jon Stewart and CNN Plus.
They say, okay, look, I might not agree with Charlie Kirk on everything, which is fine.
I don't care.
I might not agree with Turning Point and everything.
Again, not a big deal.
But I don't want that.
That's just like venomous and disgusting and nasty and cruel and mean.
When I was at Berkeley, the students were actually okay.
Some of them were pretty nasty and condescending and kind of being smart, Alex.
That tape will be out soon, by the way.
But then there was the professional protesters that were obviously paid by union organizers, all wearing the same shirts with megaphones, screaming nonstop.
Charlie Kirk is terrible, blah, Victor Marx and many people try to go up to him in the talk to him.
They don't want any part of it.
They're part of this, that's the group.
It's like Unite Against Hate.
That's it.
United Against Hate.
I think you can, I don't know who funds them, but they obviously are funded.
Yeah, that's it.
It's United Against Hate.
I think so.
No, it's a different group.
It's Smash Hate or something.
That's it, I think.
Yeah, that's the logo.
That's it.
United Against Hate.
That's it.
And so they're always coming out with megaphones and screaming at people and doing all this sort of stuff.
Protesters held signs that read, capitalism kills, or I want to live in a country that has our back support our human rights.
All capitalism is crony.
Water, shelter, food is a human right.
Tulane University campus police were soon dispatched.
Quote, Turning Point USA said, this is how the left handles views that threaten its agenda.
It silences shoutdowns and intimidates, but Turning Point USA will not be intimidated.
The more the left does this, the more they are going to move the overturn window for decent, normal, and good people to reject the radical left.
Charlie Kirk and Turning Point USA, when we go to campuses, when we go and give speeches, we're talking about decency and dialogue.
We're talking about agreement of some very basic principles.
So what is November going to be about?
Yes, it'll be about borders.
It'll be about the transgender stuff.
It will be about size and scope of government.
It'll be about gas prices.
But there is an undercurrent beneath all of it that is unfolding every single day, which is by what standard and by what rules do you govern yourself?
Reality or some sort of fantasy?
And the fantasy is that I could just create wealth out of thin air.
I can be whatever gender I want to be.
And most Americans are anchored.
They are, let's say, as Dad Saad would say, brought down by the pesky shackles of reality.
