Something is happening with Joe Biden.
And I don't mean that something physically is happening.
We know that.
We know that Joe Biden, unfortunately, is showing signs of someone who doesn't really have all of his faculties there.
I would feel really sorry for him if he wasn't running the country into the ground and having a smug, arrogant attitude about it.
But there's something else happening with Joe Biden that a careful eye is able to see.
In fact, I think most people are seeing it.
Joe Biden is so underwater in the polling.
Joe Biden is so unpopular.
And Joe Biden is no longer useful.
I believe there's a discarding, an abandonment happening in regards to Joe Biden.
I believe that there is something happening right now where the people who really run our government, which we'll get into, are casting him aside.
What is Joe Biden good for anyway?
Well, the latest polling out of 538, which skews to be liberal Democratic, says that 53% of voters disapprove of Joe Biden and 41% approve.
To give an idea, at the beginning of the presidency, it was the opposite.
53% of Biden people approved of Joe Biden, and it went down, as to say, only 35% disproved.
It's been a complete inversion of support.
68% of voters blame Joe Biden for higher gas prices.
So you're starting to see the people flee from Joe Biden, but that's not it.
Breaking today, Jen Psaki, the liar, deceitful, good-for-nothing press secretary of the United States, is retiring.
She's going to take an MSNBC gig.
She's going to become an MSNBC host and maybe give a competition to Rachel Maddow.
They're saying, oh, no, that's not true.
We'll see.
She'll fit right in.
She's angry.
She's unwise.
She's a liar.
She's uninteresting.
She'll be perfect at MSNBC.
Maybe she'll replace Joy Reed.
We also have all the chatter this last week of Hunter Biden's looming indictment, where even CNN is talking about Hunter Biden's indictment.
We've played this clip before, but I think it's worth playing again, just listening very carefully.
If CNN is covering it this way, what are they really trying to tell you?
What are they really trying to communicate?
They're trying to do a wink and a nod like, hey, Biden might not be around for much longer.

Well, Brianna, this is a very real, very substantial investigation of potentially serious federal crimes.
We are seeing federal prosecutors in Delaware do exactly what you would expect to see federal prosecutors do in this situation.
They're talking to witnesses.
They're bringing people into the grand jury.
They're issuing subpoenas.
And I would expect, as Evan reported, they're now gaining steam and they need to make a decision, I think, in the at least intermediate future.
This case has been going on for four years, and there is a realistic chance this could result in federal charges.
Of course, then we'd be in unprecedented political territory, not legal territory, but a situation of having potentially the Justice Department prosecuting and trying to imprison the son of the president.
So I'm far too cynical to believe that all of a sudden they found all this evidence and now they're going after Hunter Biden.
No, no, no.
They're doing this because someone gave the thumbs up.
Someone authorized the green light.
You don't get a federal investigation into the son of the president in the United States unless that president really isn't being very useful to the party or the machine that he represents.
You blend that with something mentioned earlier, but here's just some numbers.
Every single poll in the last two weeks show Biden underwater, most by double digits.
Hunter Biden just happens to be the son of a president who's no longer popular and really is showing no signs of being able to bring this presidency back to life.
And so, for example, the regime, the legal machine that runs our country, the DOJ, they never seriously investigated Hillary Clinton or Bill Clinton.
They threatened doing that with the Clinton Foundation in Arkansas, but you didn't really hear much about that, did you?
It kind of disappeared.
Because the people who really run our government said, knock it off.
It's fine.
Hillary made a deal.
She's useful for us.
She goes on TV and spreads our disinformation.
She'll do what we need to do.
Cut it out.
Joe Biden is now an obstacle.
So Joe Biden was helpful to solve the Bernie Sanders dilemma when Bernie Sanders was ascending in the polls right when COVID was breaking in the spring of 2020.
And overnight, again, I've said this before, and I would just love to see it.
In fact, I would love to see the 72 Hours in South Carolina documentary, the great press story no one ever talks about, where the entire presidential race and the presidency as we know it changed in 72 hours, where Joe Biden went from fifth in the race to the frontrunner overnight, where the entire race reset, where Iowa didn't matter where Joe Biden finished like fifth or sixth, New Hampshire didn't matter where he finished fifth.
And all of a sudden you go down to South Carolina and everyone drops out except Bernie Sanders, basically.
Everyone drops out and endorses Joe Biden.
Someone started to work the phones.
Someone started to say, no, no, no, no, this is not going to work.
You got to endorse them.
This is not going to work.
Someone started to plan and to coordinate.
Now, who is that somebody?
Well, we don't really have to have that creative of the imagination.
It's not even Klaus Schwab.
It's not George Soros.
It's the most obvious person who is Joe Biden's former boss.
It's Barack Obama, obviously.
Barack Obama has been running this government from Martha's Vineyard through his proxies, Valerie Jarrett and other people, this entire time.
But the cruel and the unusual truth for Joe Biden, and which should make Hunter very nervous and Joe Biden is Obama doesn't care about you.
Obama's never cared about Joe Biden.
Joe Biden has always been a means to the end for Barack Obama.
The only reason why Barack Obama picked Joe Biden to be his vice president was to be a counter to the looming narrative that he had no experience and John McCain had all this experience.
That was the only reason.
So Barack Obama said, well, who's the old guy in the Senate that will do what I'm supposed to tell him to do and has enough corruption and enough there that we can kind of keep him in his box?
He might say a couple things here and there, but he can help us with Rust Belt voters.
So how about Joe Biden?
Scranton Joe is perfect.
The young, charismatic, black candidate from Chicago who was being painted by a radical, was able to have the blue dog Democrat Joe Biden come alongside.
A completely useless vice president, might I add, and someone who was almost going through the motions when he was running for the presidency for the 2020 election.
No one would show up to his events in Iowa.
He plummeted in the polls.
His debates were a complete joke.
But somebody worked the phones to make sure that Bernie Sanders Bolshevik wasn't the nominee.
Because even with all the Mark Elias intervention, even with Zuckerberg's $430 million, even with all of that, Trump would have beat Bernie Sanders.
All of those things together.
And Bernie Sanders leaves the Democrat Party highly fractured because he wouldn't have pandered to corporate interests.
So you're seeing the sake retirement.
You're seeing Hunter Biden's looming indictment.
You're seeing Joe Biden's polling underneath.
There are record amounts of resignations happening within the White House.

Well, look, the people actually running the country, they're running out of patience with Joe Biden.
They got to walk back too many things he's saying.
And it's not even that his kind of imprecise way of talking is winning them any favors.
It'd be one thing if he kind of have a gaff here and there and be kind of embraced by the public, like, oh, that's kind of sweet.
Now, people are actually looking at this pretty harshly, and they should.
Their lives are getting considerably worse.
And the person in charge doesn't answer questions.
When he does, he'll say things like we're sending troops to Ukraine.
We're going to respond with chemical weapons and force, and we need regime change in Russia.

All three things.
As soon as he said it, the White House had to walk back.
I mean, Obama was a bitter radical.
But when you looked at Obama, he knew how to play the game.
Obama, I think, was one of the worst presidents ever.
I think Joe Biden is competing with that marker.
But Obama, he was able to play the media.
He did the Hollywood shows.
He had the light-hearted appeal.
He never turned his back on the base.
Obama was smart enough to understand that the people who actually run our government, the people behind Obama, that they can cast you aside in a moment if you get too unpopular, if you don't do what you're told, or if you're not at least able to kind of keep things at some form of political equilibrium.
Joe Biden has become such a massive liability, and there really is no path to restitution.
Now, what's incredible is how the Biden team running the White House really doesn't see this coming at all.
In fact, internal messages in the White House are starting to get leaked.
That Saki is expediting her jump to the mainstream media.
Staffers who work for Joe Biden are saying that entire office has turned into a toxic work environment.
That's so interesting because if lunch was not delivered on time when Donald Trump was president, it got leaked to the New York Times.
If a staffer spilled coffee, it was front page of the Huffington Post.
Everything that happened in the Trump White House was leaked, it was covered, and it was tweeted in real time.
Yet in this White House, we don't get a lot of the palace intrigue, do we?
But we're starting to.
For the first year, it was as if there was almost a presidential decree that you were not allowed to report on things happening within the Biden White House.
But now you're starting to see an ever-so-steady leaking operation where people are getting out of the White House.
They're saying it's a terrible place to work.
Kamala Harris can't even retain staffers.
Now, we always knew that Joe Biden was going to be a flawed president.
He lacked basic communication motor skills.
Half the time, he didn't know where he was.
However, there is a realization happening right now.
The Democrats are now starting to say out loud: whoa, whoa, whoa, it's April.
Happened quickly, feel like Christmas was last week.
It was a quick spring.
And they say, wait a second, soon it's going to be summer and then Labor Day.
And Labor Day is 30 days out from early voting.
And so Democrats are saying, hold on, hold on, whoa, Okay, we were trying to build back better thing.
HR1 didn't pass, all this stuff.
You're trying to tell me where in April right now we have a president with a 40% approval rating.
Republicans are raising record money.
They're fielding great candidates.
They're on message, and 70% of voters blame Biden for high gas prices.
Inflation is double digits.
They're starting to be kind of a collective freak out.
An emergency break glass.
Yeah, every Democrat is breaking glass right now.
They don't really know what to do.

And if that's in fact the case, then there's likely unreported money that will be found.

Hi, Charlie.
Thanks for having me.
All right, so Jennifer, tell us about this project and how our listeners can support.
So the Women's Bill of Rights is a very simple document that, if passed into law, would codify our common sense understanding of terms like woman and female and male and mother, father, things of that nature.
And it would basically also codify current Supreme Court jurisprudence on sex discrimination.
And so it wouldn't change anything.
It's not a big revolutionary document.
It's a common sense document that, frankly, five years ago, I didn't think we needed.
But apparently, there's some confusion today about what some of these basic terms mean.
And if we don't codify these terms, people are going to manipulate them and use them in unintended ways.
So can you just talk more about the model legislation?
This doesn't seem very controversial, but of course, people are going to push back against this.
I wouldn't be surprised.
So walk us through what this would look like.
And would the feminists potentially be like the NARAL and all these other organizations?
Would they ever be partners in this?
Or is this something that unfortunately will become unnecessarily politicized?
Well, they should be because there's nothing political about it.
It is a document that we actually worked together with a radical feminist group called Wolf, the Women's Liberation Front.
We worked with them.
We worked with Concerned Women for America.
We worked with women's groups from all over the political spectrum to come together and put forward this very basic declaration of what it means to be a woman, what the term sex means, means either male or female, one of two biological sexes, not gender, not gender identity.
And, you know, it's not, it shouldn't be controversial.
Anybody should be able to support this because, frankly, it doesn't mean that you support any particular policy.
It just means that we are speaking the same language.
So we can't talk about sex.
We can't talk about gender.
We can't talk about sex discrimination if we're not on the same page and we're speaking a different language.
So anybody should be able to support this.
If you don't support, that tells us, well, that tells us something pretty significant, doesn't it?
Well, yeah, I mean, that's kind of where we're at.
So how would you respond to, because there's this looming movement, I was just at University of Arkansas of all places where a feminist came up and the feminists said, listen, a woman is anyone who wants to be a woman.
This is a growing belief.
I don't think it's a majority.
I don't.
But especially with young people who go to college and get indoctrinated, this nonsense, running an organization called the Independent Women's Voice, I want to compliment you guys.
You're doing a wonderful job to actually say, what is a woman?
Like not exactly having to overthink it.
But I was so blown away by this young lady who's telling me that she thinks that William Thomas or Leah Thomas or whatever is the same woman as she is.
How do you respond to that?
Well, it's just false.
I mean, it's a legal fiction, right?
And you can create a legal fiction and say something is what you want it to be, but that doesn't make it true.
A woman is an adult human-female.
Everybody knows that.
And everybody knows that female is a biological term that refers to the sex of the human race or other actually mammals as well, but refers to the sex that can produce offspring.
That is what it is.
Everybody knows that.
And we just need to make clear that our laws are crystal clear about that.
So that, you know, if that young woman at the University of Arkansas, she can say whatever she wants, but we can't change our legal rules.
Yeah, and that's the most important point is that you can have whatever wacky idea you want.
I mean, you could believe in the earth is flat.
Like, okay, I guess that's fine.
But how you calibrate public policy and laws is completely different than some sort of weird, abstract, disproven belief that is being pushed forward.
And I think those two things get conflated because, you know, when I was on, when I'm on these campuses, I'm saying these things, you know, people who identify as trans, whatever, they'll come up.
They'll say, you don't acknowledge that I'm a real person.
I'm like, well, you actually, I don't give much thought to who you are.
I don't really care, to be honest.
What I care is what the law says.
And so, can you kind of elaborate more on that?
Because I think that distinction is really important.
Yeah, I mean, everybody's free to live as they want to live.
And, you know, you can express your sex or your sexual orientation or your gender in any way that you want.
But our anti-discrimination laws are set up to prohibit unfair discrimination on the basis of sex.
Now, that statutes mean something.
Laws mean something.
The words and laws mean something.
And when Congress passed that statute, those, well, many statutes, right?
The employment, education, whatever.
But when those statutes were passed, the word sex did and still does mean something very specific.
It refers to biology.
It refers to one of two biological sexes.
And you can't just change that by waving a magic wand.
If you want Congress to pass a statute that protects other categories, then you can ask your congressman or senator to introduce such a law.
They actually have.
It's called the Equality Act.
And we can have a debate about whether anti-discrimination laws should protect those categories.
But we have to be transparent about it.
And we have to at least acknowledge that those other categories, gender and gender identity, sometimes conflict with biological categories.
And we have to at least ask our lawmakers to consider whether they want to make those trade-offs, whether they want to protect one group of people at the expense of another, in this case, women.
Those are trade-offs that the legislature needs to debate.
It's not for judges to decide.
It's for the legislature to decide.
So as a lawyer, you know, you have to be precise with your terminology.

I think that's really wise.

And even during Kavanaugh, Believe All Women, that we need more women in leadership.
And now they're just silent on what a woman actually is.
And it's an amazing moment.
It really is.

I want to expand on the point that I made earlier about the displacement going on with Joe Biden.

So something's going on with Joe Biden.
His poll numbers are absolutely tanking, but it seems like elements within the Democratic Party are turning on him.
We're not going to pretend we understand exactly what's going on here, but something definitely is.
Here's this example.
And you remember this very well.
Just before the last election, the New York Post ran a story about the contents of Hunter Biden's laptop.
It was a huge story, but big tech censored it immediately.
So it turns out when they accuse people of Russian disinformation, they're not always sincere.
Of course, they're liars.
They'll say whatever they need to say.
That was before the election.
They needed to get Biden elected.
They did it.
But now they're telling you something very different.
Now they're telling you, in fact, the laptop is real.
Why is that?
I think there is a plan underway to remove the sinking ship that is Joe Biden.
It's a slow-motion Titanic episode that's happening here.
And people at the top levels of our government that are running our government get rid of this.
I'm going to conjecture of who I think will be the replacement.

There is this drumbeat that is continuing.
And look, we've said for a while that the Biden presidency was the kamikaze presidency.
They just want to bring it into the ground, and Joe Biden just wants to be known as the president who was the bridge presidency.
But that doesn't seem to be working for Obama.
You see, Obama and the entire group of people that are actually running our government-Soros, Gates, Obama-they're all friends together.
They're so infatuated by power and they are seduced by the promise of an endless reign that they're like, wait a second, why are we putting up with this?
Just get rid of him.
He got us what we needed.
He got Trump out of office.
We now control the executive branch of the government.
So let's make some changes.
Let's make them quickly.
So the Obamas, who are, of course, in charge of the government, they're giving the thumbs up.
They're giving the green light to displace and remove Biden from office.
So, what this looks like, I don't know.
But here's what I do know: the Department of Justice is so politicized, the Department of Justice does what the people in charge want them to do.
You see, the Department of Justice just doesn't go and like, wow, we found all this evidence on Hunter Biden.
No, no, no, this was an insurance policy, an insurance policy that they never wanted Biden to be too powerful that there wasn't a way to get rid of him.
So they allowed this investigation to unfold.
And this was always in the background.
It's like, hey, if Biden gets too unpopular, let's heat up that investigation against Mr. Hunter.
Let's turn up the temperature a little bit.
And as Biden started to make one bad mistake after the other, Afghanistan, open borders, inflation, gas prices.
Now, mind you, it's not that Obama disagrees with the destruction of the country.
Obama is the chief fiddler.
He makes Nero look like a phenomenal emperor.
Obama golfed while Rome would burn.
I mean, that's not the issue.
The issue is why Biden was so bad at explaining it and convincing people what's happening because Obama, even despite the country, which was in total, it was just in an awful place for years when Obama was president.
Not as bad as it is now.
Obama was able to play the media circuit.
He's able to play the game.
He was able to go on Colbert.
He was able to go on Fallon, Kimmel, hang out with celebrities.
He was able to be the cool guy presidency, go abroad.
And he was able to boost four or five points regardless of where he went, no matter what happened.
He's able to kind of just get that, get his numbers up enough, enough to be able to survive.
And Obama said this, by the way.
Remember when Obama said he wants to control a front man president through an earpiece?

What you know now, do you wish you had a third term?
And I used to say, you know what?
If I could make an arrangement where I had a stand-in, a front man or front woman, and they had an earpiece in, and I was just in my basement in my sweats looking through the stuff.
And then I could sort of deliver the lines, but somebody else was doing all the talking and ceremony.
I'd be fine with that.
You'd be fine with that.
Just have a nice front man.
I'll be able to control them.
What better person to control than Biden?
But no one wants to control a loser.
No one wants to control someone who's only going to serve one term and the entire government's going to fall apart around him.
So they gave Biden a shot.
They said, you got a year.
Let's see how you do.
Started off, he was popular.
At least the poll showed it.
I don't think he was, but whatever.
Poll showed it.
But now he's so deeply unpopular, and it's such a looming political liability coming into November.
The meetings are happening at a rapid pace.
And so then all of a sudden, the leaks are occurring.
Why would it be that the New York Times comes out and says the laptop is real while they say that the Hunter Biden investigation is heating up and Jensaki retires or goes to MSNBC?
You have all these different things happening, and we're supposed to believe, oh, it's just a coincidence.
It's not a coincidence.
It's a coordination.
Whether they're going to remove Joe Biden in some sort of ceremony or he's going to resign, I don't know what it looks like.
Or maybe he's going to say, I just served one term.
They're going to threaten it.
