DeSantis Breaks Disney and Biden's Crypto Surveillance State with Ben Weingarten
Charlie breaks down the newest assaults on normalcy and innocence undertaken by Disney as they remove "boys and girls" and "ladies and gentlemen" in favor of "hello friends" and welcome "everyone." What is going on at Disney? Charlie also plays the tape back from a troubling employee townhall call where content producers admit to their very open queer agenda. Hear the shocking tape for yourself. Next up, Charlie welcomes columnist and investigative journalist, Ben Weingarten, to the show to break down his insights into Biden's coming Crypto surveillance state as the US Treasury weighs the introduction of a central bank digital dollar. This under the radar story is something we need to keep a very close eye on and we have the details you need so you can be prepared. Education as Force and Youth Power00:15:34
What on earth is happening at the Disney company?
It's getting worse.
It's not exactly a habit I want to get into to just keep on covering what is the inner politics of Disney, but it's worth it.
It's necessary.
We're going to spend some time on it.
Disney is one of the most valuable companies on the planet, $250 billion company.
They control, run, and operate the most influential amusement park where people come from all over the world and the country in a time they'll never forget to be able to ride roller coasters and go through amusement park and all that stuff.
And families love it.
And Disney World is an objectively well-run operation.
But now Disney is making some serious changes.
And it's all because of Ron DeSantis in a good way, by the way.
Ron DeSantis signed this bill in Florida, which was a parental rights bill, an anti-grooming bill that many of the activist groups are super concerned about that five-year-olds won't be able to learn about this stuff.
And Disney is over the top compensating for this.
I mean, it's so shockingly and stunningly.
It should be a last and final warning for every family out there and every parent out there.
You better stop your Disney Plus subscription.
You better stop your Hulu subscription.
This is not okay, what Disney is doing.
What exactly is Disney doing, you might ask?
Let's go through some examples, and then I'm going to play some tape here that came out, which is just so extraordinary.
So when you go to one of Disney's parks, Disneyland or Disney World, they will no longer use boys and girls at any park greetings to promote inclusivity because not everyone is a boy or girl and they don't want to alienate the trans people.
Disney, as a matter of policy, will now say they will no longer use boys and girls.
Quote, Disney parks are axing gendered language, such as boys and girls and ladies and gentlemen in their park greetings to promote gender inclusivity.
Disney's diversity and inclusion manager, Vivian Ware, was heard speaking about the changes in a video conference call recorded by Christopher Ruffo.
We'll get to that in a second.
We've provided training for all of our cast members in relation to that.
So now they know to say hello, everyone.
Or hello, friends, instead of hello, boys and girls.
You see, gender is tyrannical, according to Disney.
Breaking today, also, Disney has made an announcement, and they said by the end of this year, half of all of the characters in Disney movies will be lesbian, gay, bisexual, trans, or queer.
Half.
Now, of course, Disney is not an adult-driven company.
They do some adult programming, but the main profit center for Disney is content for three-year-olds to 13-year-olds.
And yet, Disney finds it appropriate that they want half of all their characters to be gay, bisexual, trans, half by the end of this year.
So there is a video obtained that shows how Disney really feels about you and feels about this situation.
Cut 48, Disney corporate president Carrie Burke says, quote, as the mother of one transgender child and one pansexual child, she supports many, many, many LGBTQIA characters in our stories and wants them to be in leading roles.
Play cut 48.
I'm here as a mother of two queer children, actually, one transgender child and one pansexual child, and also as a leader.
And that was the thing that really got me because I have heard so much from so many of my colleagues over the course of the last couple of weeks.
We have many, many, many LGBTQIA characters in our stories, and yet we don't have enough leads.
These people are so brainwashed.
How do these parents sleep at night, actually?
I don't even know if I live in the same civilization as these people.
Corporate president Carrie Burke, we need more leading roles of trans and LGBTQ characters.
Isn't it interesting how we went from gay marriage being the law of the land, which we thought would end this discussion?
Then we went to gender, which we thought would end the discussion, to now we're talking more about lesbian, gay, bisexual, trans issues than we even were during the time when gay marriage was not even legal.
Isn't that interesting how it works?
The more legislative wins the trans lobby gets, the more we actually end up talking about it.
Maybe it's because it's not about liberty or equality, but maybe it's about conformity.
Maybe it's about making you submit to their way of life.
Cut 49, this tape is circulating virally.
Christopher Ruffo obtained video from Inside Disney's all-hands meeting about the Florida parental rights bill, in which executive Latoya Raveno says her team has implemented a, quote, not at all secret gay agenda and is regularly adding queerness to children's programming.
Final warning, parents, if your child or grandchild is consuming Disney content, they will be the recipient of a not-at-all secret gay agenda.
Play Cut 49.
The showrunners are super welcoming.
Meredith Roberts and like the our leadership over there has been so welcoming to like my like not at all secret gay agenda.
And so all that like momentum that I felt like that sense of I don't have to be afraid to like let's have these two characters kiss.
Let's in the background this like I was just wherever I could just basically adding queerness to like the if you see anything queer the show brought them but like I just was like no one would stop me and no one was trying to stop me.
They called us bigots if we dared to say that there was a slippery slope that would accompany legalization.
But now this woman on this, she's an executive producer, I believe, within the Disney leadership is chuckling, saying, we need more queerness.
It's not a secret gay agenda.
We need children to be exposed to two dudes kissing each other at a very young age.
And what's so interesting is that it is tied to this entire conversation.
And it's this, it's Christopher Caldwell.
I mean, it's, I know I keep resorting back to it, but Christopher Caldwell really depicted the danger of having out of control liberation movements that are not anchored in legitimate grievance.
Christopher Caldwell in the book Age of Entitlement warned us that the trajectory that we are on is the very groups that allegedly want liberation will soon become the tyrants themselves.
In fact, it will happen almost immediately, almost overnight.
That once the groups are formed, it's not like all of a sudden the ACLU and the LGBT groups like disassemble, like, oh, we got gay marriage done.
Now we can just put our paperwork away.
No, it's an entire cottage industry of outrage and hysteria.
It gave them meaning and purpose.
And so now it's just, that's not about making gay marriage illegal.
It's legal in every single state.
That was always their big fight.
No, now it's about making your kids gay.
Why else would you want to have two dudes or two women kissing in a Disney film?
What is the agenda?
To expose them to it or to increase the ranks of the LGBTQ community?
What is the process?
People were gay before this sort of nonsense was happening.
So why exactly are you doing this?
They're like, well, we want to have four-year-olds that have homosexual attractions to know that they're not alone when they're watching movies.
Like, really?
A four-year-old?
Like, four-year-olds are eating dirt.
Like, I don't think they're exactly making very deep arguments about what they're sexually attracted to, but they want to do what every tyrant wants to do and every autocrat wants to do.
They want to obliterate the innocence of children.
And what is so scary about removing the innocence of children is that you can't get it back.
That's the moral claim of protecting children.
Is because once that line is crossed, there's no undoing it.
And the damage is done for the rest of the life for the child.
It's hard to believe that this is Disney.

I don't think the Florida bill goes far enough.
I'm glad Ron DeSantis signed it into law.
I think it's terrific.
I don't think it went far enough.
I think it should go all the way up to high school.
I don't think children in public schools paid for by taxpayer dollars should be experiencing any of these topics.
I certainly didn't when I was in first, second, third, fourth, fifth grade.
And that's 10 years ago.
Well, it was like 15 years ago when I was in those grades.
I mean, this is a recent phenomenon.
I mean, you're in sixth grade and seventh grade still.
You know what the parents?
I mean, the teachers were so careful in a good way.
They said, just talk to your parents about that.
Talk to your parents about that.
Talk to your parents about that.
There were like really clear lines that were drawn where teachers have didn't cross them.
And they said, yeah, you know, I'm not comfortable talking about that.
Teachers would say that all the time because kids ask questions.
They're really inquisitive.
Now it's the opposite.
Now it's, no, no, no, don't talk to your parents about that.
Come to me, third grader.
And they want to create this kind of cultural echo chamber, if you will, where you see the two dudes kissing on Disney Plus.
Your teacher is talking about gay stuff all the time.
And by the time you're in fourth grade, all you're thinking about is like hypersexual activity and not even sexual activity that would be in kind of the quote-unquote heteronormative way, but in kind of a way that fourth graders wouldn't otherwise really be thinking about it.
And it goes even deeper.
These are like kindergarten kids they're going to.
Ron Perlman, whoever he is, I think he's Hellboy, right?
Is that right?
Some actor.
He's really into himself.
He attacked Ron DeSantis via Twitter, PlayCut 53.
Good morning, Governor DeSantis.
Ron here.
Don't say gay.
Don't say as the first two words in a sentence spoken by a political leader of a state in the United States of America.
Don't say.
Don't say, you Nazi pig.
Say First Amendment.
Read about it.
Then run for office.
You piece of shit.
Yeah, super sophisticated.
First Amendment.
That's an interesting argument that the left uses because they hate speech.
They obviously hate freedom of speech.
I'm banned from Twitter.
That's your example.
But what does he mean?
So should teachers be able to talk about whatever they want to talk about to kindergarteners?
Of course not.
That's what education is.
Education is not a public forum.
Education, and this is a very difficult thing for some people to grasp.
Education, primarily education of children under the age of 15, is the use of force.
I want to think about that.
Education is the use of force.
By definition, if you are an adult teaching a nine-year-old, you're in a position of power over that nine-year-old.
So, when you have a use of force, by definition, education should be rooted in things that are virtuous.
It is compelled speech.
By definition, you are not allowing anyone to express their opinion on any sort of thing they want to talk about at any time.
Free speech is a willing listener and a willing speaker.
Education is not.
You have a captive audience.
Now, we believe eight-year-olds should be a captive audience to learn how to spell, to learn how to do math, to learn the basics of science and biology.
Very basic things.
That kind of captive audience is ramped into this idea that kids are compelled to listen to their teachers.
This is why we have truancy laws.
We believe that compulsory attendance to school is generally a good thing.
But Ron Perlman's like, what about free speech?
Well, what about it?
Teachers have curriculum.
You just can't talk to five-year-olds about anything you want to talk about.
By the way, it would really be bad for them.
It would destroy the innocence of the children.
So, according to Ron Perlman and the kind of very sloppy ACLU style argument where all of a sudden they become the ambassadors of free speech, even though they hate free speech, the argument would quickly become: well, you don't want to restrict the gay teacher from telling a six-year-old all about the orgy that they went to while doing cocaine till 4 a.m.
Like, is that appropriate, Ron Perlman?
Yeah, it's free speech.
Actually, you're an idiot.
You have six-year-olds, they shouldn't be exposed to any of that stuff.
Teachers are engaging in the use of government power, not their own private speech.
They can tell you whatever they want when they get home.
You can go march in gay pride flag parades.
You can do whatever you want.
You can dance on your rooftop, but when you've got five or six or seven-year-olds and you're being paid by the state, actually, no, you don't have the ability to say whatever you want to say.
You're there to teach, which means to lead forth.
Education comes from the Latin word to lead forth.
Dollar Reset and Federal Reserve Primer00:11:56
For a couple of years now, people have been setting up a contest between crypto and gold, but that's like comparing a truck with an SUV.
Both carry stuff and travel from A to B, but they do different jobs.
Gold's job is to keep the value of your money safe and preserve its value.
And since Ukraine, the oil and the inflation crisis, it's done a brilliant job compared to stocks and other investments.
So if you're worried about what's going on right now, who isn't?
Just talk to an expert at Noble Gold about precious metal IRAs for your retirement.

With us right now is Ben Whitgarten, who is a fellow at the Claremont Institute and also from Real Clear Investigations with a phenomenal news story about how the federal government via the Biden regime is putting together this crypto executive order.
This might be a little wonky for some people, but I want you to listen carefully because we know that there is a currency reset looming by the great reset crowd, and this all ties together with the erosion of our liberty.
Ben, welcome back to the Charlie Kirk Show.
Charlie, thanks so much for having me.
Really appreciate it.
All right.
Walk us through what is this executive order and how does this apply to most Americans, whether they own cryptocurrency or not?
This executive order holds the potential to create the linchpin of a social credit system with American characteristics.
What this order calls for, and it's important to note that the Biden administration writes in the text of the order: my administration places the highest urgency on research and development efforts into the potential design and deployment options of a United States CBDC, central bank digital currency.
That's one plank of the order.
Another plank of the order is that the Biden administration seeks to build a regulatory regime around all manner of digital assets, including cryptocurrencies.
So two things, regulating cryptocurrencies, which of course compete with the US dollar, and then creating a digital version of the US dollar.
And it mobilizes a whole slew of federal agencies to create a CBDC.
So we know what regulations of cryptocurrencies will do.
Obviously, it will make it more costly to transact in them.
It could potentially kill them.
And of course, the basis of cryptocurrencies at the outset was in large part to create a hedge against or an alternative to central bank created dollars because central banks, of course, do all sorts of things to manipulate their currencies, erode the value of the dollar in your pocket, monetize their debt.
Paper currencies, of course, allow governments to act like drunken sailors.
The CBDC is the antithesis basically of a cryptocurrency because it is the ultimate centralized central bank controlled currency, except because it's digital, it also creates the potential for one of the greatest surveillance tools possible in the history of mankind.
In addition to being able to digitally, with the snap of a finger, devalue the currency in your pocket, set it, program it so that it can expire at a certain point in time, and therefore, of course, manipulate economic behavior, and then potentially freeze or seize the assets in one's account, potentially on the basis of political ideology.
And this isn't just speculation.
China, communist China, is the largest world power to issue a CBDC, the electronic yuan.
And China has experimented with making dollars expire after a certain amount of months.
And of course, will integrate this into its social credit system where if you act in ways that fail to comply with whatever the regime is mandating, if you don't cross the street in the crosswalk, they can automatically fine you, take those funds out of your account.
That's like the most mundane example of the kind of tyranny that a CBDC could unleash.
So tell us how this plays into the world reserve currency situation and where does that stand in your opinion?
There's a lot of chatter that America might lose its status as the world reserve currency.
Where do you think that entire situation plays into right now?
And what you're talking about, by the way, just happened in Canada with empowering Trudeau and his tyrants to be able to seize cryptocurrency assets.
Walk us through both of those things.
Yeah, so let's start with the second one, which is one of the reasons why we should be more than skeptical of what's coming down the pike.
We've seen the Biden administration in league with other world leaders, of course, and the U.S. leading this effort, given its outsized influence over the global financial system, in no small part because we hold the world's reserve currency, essentially try to cancel Russia from the global financial and economic architecture, of course, with certain carve-outs, as we all know.
We saw, to your point, the Trudeau regime debank convoy participants, wrongthinkers there.
And the Biden administration, just weeks before they did so, urged the Trudeau regime to use all of its powers to counteract, to counter and fight those truckers.
And then if you look back to January 6th, as Tucker Carlson reported, the Biden administration, the Biden DOJ, went to Bank of America and asked to collect financial transaction information on several hundred, I guess, presumed guilty wrongthinkers who happened to be in or around Washington, D.C. on January 6th, hoovered that information up.
And of course, the bank gladly handed it over.
And last but not least, as I've been hammering home for since it came out last June, the Biden administration issued a national strategy for countering domestic terrorism, which codifies a war on wrongthink and calls for using the banking system to further pursue what it would call terrorists, but which, of course, obviously can classify conservatives writ large as being a terrorist threat.
All of the dangers are there in terms of the weaponization of a system like this.
And that's one of the reasons why this is such a pressing matter.
Now, on the issue of the reserve currency more broadly, the story, the history of the U.S. dollar is of a currency that was backed by gold and then a pseudo-gold backed currency.
And then as a result of reckless spending, debt and deficits, the paper dollar, which we've had since 1971.
The next step in the long slide from the most sound currency in the world to a currency just as potentially weak as any other, as the Zimbabwe currency was before it went belly up, is this next step to a digital currency that can, of course, be digitally printed out of thin air and manipulated at warp speed.
And in terms of the question of...
So no, I just want to interject really quick.
Sorry, finish that point really quick, Ben.
And just I want to ask you a specific follow-up.
So please go ahead.
Yeah.
So in terms of will we maintain the reserve currency, the U.S. dollar still dominates in terms of all currency out there.
A majority of it are U.S. dollars.
The oil is mainly traded in the U.S. dollar.
But adversarial regimes, particularly those who are faced with sanctions or otherwise cut off from the global financial architecture, of course, are trying to create alternatives.
They already transact in cryptocurrencies.
They would love to have an alternative currency of the U.S. dollar on which major natural resources might be traded, because ultimately it undermines our power because the dominance of the dollar is maybe the central pillar of the U.S. being the dominant world power.
So dollars still dominate in terms of what transactions are transacted in.
Our markets continue to be the most liquid and deepest in the world, but the dollar is only as strong at the end of the day as people believe the U.S. government is faithful to its principles and as strong as they believe our productive assets are.
That is ultimately what the dollar is backed by.
You know, full faith and credit of the U.S. government is one definition of it.
But in reality, it's confidence in our system and our ability to be a productive people.
And all of that is called into question, obviously, with the kinds of policies we're seeing right now.
Yeah, I mean, it's our entire currency is built on the fact that we have aircraft carriers and most countries don't actually, when it comes down to it, we have brute force and the faith and just kind of whether or not we're able to defend ourselves.
So really quickly, Ben, one thing I don't quite understand, though, and I understand enough about cryptocurrency to be dangerous more than kind of, I would say, a regular person, but by far from an expert, is how can the government actually get into the technology of crypto?
By definition, it's decentralized.
It's very hard to track.
But at the same time, it's transparent while also being anonymous.
Transparent because there's an open ledger, but anonymous because you don't actually know who's actually owning all the crypto in real time.
What is the government's plan to be able to actually seize it from a technological perspective?
Well, it would seem, and the Federal Reserve has put out a primer on this earlier in the year.
And it seems as if it's sort of been a choreographed effort leading up to this call for then all these various agencies to take six months and draft up a report on how we would go about executing this sort of CBDC.
So, the devil will be in those details, but I think it's clear that they see a technology that allows for at the speed of light all manner of transactions.
They view this as the natural off-ramp to a paper dollar that they have devalued.
And so, they can use the technologies in terms of electronic payment processing and potentially making the Federal Reserve the bank of all banks that we might have accounts with, or the big banks probably will not like that.
So, maybe the big banks will serve as a middleman between the Federal Reserve and us.
But it's a totally open question why we would expect there to be all of those benefits that exist when it comes to cryptocurrencies of the anonymity, the digital ledger, the decentralized nature of it.
This is the ultimate centralization, just leveraging the technology in terms of the electronic platforms that might be used and the surveillance of it.
Very important topic here, everybody.
All your money is going to be going digitally very soon.
And Ben Weitgarten has been on this.
Biden's crypto executive order portends dollar destruction, liberty erosion by Ben Weitgarten from newsweek.com.
Check it out, Ben.
Thank you so much.
Charlie, thanks for having me.
Really appreciate it.
Have you looked at how much of Russia is inside your 401k or IRA?
Did you know my friends at PAX Financial Group have zero investments in Russia through their biblical investment strategy?
Those companies were screened out long ago because they didn't pass the treat people right test.
One of the most important tenets of the Christian faith is to love your neighbor, and this includes to love your employees.
Based on PAX's biblical responsible investment strategy, a company, domestic or international, is excluded from an investment from your portfolio if it violates our innate God-given fundamental rights.
So, PAX Financial is wonderful.
They share our values.
In fact, I know people that have switched to PAX Financial from our partnership, and they speak so favorably about it.

I'm going to get Douglas Murray back on the program.
Douglas Murray has one of the great lines to describe the American racial situation that I could think of.
He says, We have a supply and demand problem when it comes to racism in America.
An incredibly low supply, but a high demand to find racism because we have a media and legal apparatus that is willing.
In fact, they are, they have an appetite to jump on them at every corner.
Now, I've become very cynical when it comes to this topic, unfortunately, because every time I see a news headline about a racist threat or some sort of hate crime in the making, I immediately say, Are we sure that's not a hoax?
I'm not saying that hate crimes don't happen.
I'm not saying they're not real.
But I certainly go into kind of a default setting of like, are we sure this isn't Jesse Smellett 2.0?
Well, a story that was circulating online, if you kind of watch the BLM channels, which we try to kind of keep our eyes on, was something out of Sacramento, Sacramento County Sheriff's Office.
News release: Rosemont High School racist graffiti investigation update.
On Tuesday, the 22nd of March, at approximately 5:14, school officials at Rosemont High School, Sacramento City Unified School District in the county of Sacramento, reported racist graffiti that has been written in pencil on the wall of a hallway inside a campus building.
Two Rosemont High School students were observed writing a racial obscenity.
So it was released.
It was referred to detectives who worked closely with the school district and administrators.
And it turns out that the people that wrote the all N-word should die, terrible thing to write, was two black girls.
Two black girls who wanted attention to try to make themselves feel more important.
I don't know.
Unfortunately, this is a growing pattern and theme that we see across the country.
There's this website like fakehatecrimes.com, where it's just like this long list of how many.
And why is that?
If you have Jussie Smollett and you have the situation that we had at White Bear Lake High School, Minnesota, where I think her name was Severin, a phenomenal turning point USA chapter leader of ours, who was smeared and slandered for allegedly being a racist and sending these Instagram messages, even though she didn't send them, and it was black students who sent them, and the administration wouldn't even come out and say it because they said it was racist to say that the black kids were sending the messages, even though the white girl was the one that was a victim of the black people saying the message against the black people.
Same thing at this Sacramento school as well.
What does that say?
It's fakehatecrimes.org.
Thank you.
Who actually runs this website?
Fakehatecrimes.org.
Yeah.
Avery Severn.
That's right.
White Bear Lake High School in Minnesota.
I want to know who runs this website.
Fakehatecrimes.org.
You guys could check it out.
And this one's the first one.
It's number 460 in just the last couple of years.
How about this one right here?
A student at Wright State University who said who's a victim of a racist act no longer wants to be, wants this to be looked into, admits they did it themselves.
One after the other after the other.
What does that say for your society?
Well, it says that the incentive structure is completely upside down.
That there is more upside in being a victim of a race hoax than downside of trying to create a race hoax.
What's the downside?
You just say, oh, I was joking or I was just trying to show people what we experience on a day-to-day basis.
Oh, okay, that's fine.
That's good.
Instead of actually trying to live a virtuous and authentic life, what does it say for young black girls in Sacramento that feel as if they have to go right on the side of a wall, something so heinous and so terrible?
Here's a news flash for you.
If America was so racist, we wouldn't have 460 fake hate hoaxes in just the last couple of years.
You guys could check it out right now.
Fakehatecrimes.org.
If America was so racist, why on earth do we need if America is so racist?
Why are people faking their own hate crimes?
Do you think like during the KKK, people were like, you know what?
What I really need to do is go fake my own hate crime.
Nope, there was ample opportunity there for hate crimes to happen.
Black people didn't have to fake their own hate crimes.
They were real.
But no, America is so decent.
We're so unracist.
There's kind of a new cottage industry of just making up your own hate crime.
And you get away with it.
I've said this for a long time, and I get backlash when I say it.
I don't care.
The penalty for faking a hate crime should be the same for the hate crime itself.
These girls should have to go to jail.
You get the whole sheriffs involved and everyone, and everyone's up in arms and they're walking up.
How dare anyone do this?
Serve some time.
But oh no, I can't do that.
It's a hate crime to fake a hate crime.
Prove me wrong.
