With us is the great American patriot Candace Owens, who made the terrible mistake of saying we shouldn't discriminate against people just because their country's at war.

And for whatever reason, the entire media decided to be so outraged about that.
And of course, talking about Candace saying that Russians are being targeted unnecessarily because of a stereotype that's being pushed.
I want to talk to her about that and so much more.
Candace, welcome back to the program.
Thanks for having me.
How you doing?
Doing great.
So walk us through your perspective on the Russian-Ukrainian situation.
How should we be thinking about this?
Yeah.
It's a really wild perspective to have that people should not be discriminated against.
And it's crazy to me that, especially following the aggressive two-year Black Lives Matter campaign, this is something that even needs to be said, considering we just had the entire world marching hands pretending that discriminatory practices is what was plaguing Western society.
And yet this breaks out, this war breaks out between Russia and Ukraine, and everybody gets on board.
Absent any facts, by the way, like the entire Western narrative is let's keep people extremely ignorant with propaganda and just use emotional engineering when it comes to discussing the issues at hand.
I mean, to see the press first and foremost reporting that Putin just woke up one day, right?
I mean, this is how stupid it is.
It's like telling a story to a toddler.
Putin woke up one day, didn't take his crazy pills, and then decided to bomb Ukraine.
Does that even sound like a serious foreign policy perspective in terms of what's going on in the Eastern Corridor?
Of course not, but this is what they're asking Americans to believe.
And unfortunately, ignorance is not a defensive strategy.
So ignorance is the strategy that Adolf Hitler and his propagandists employed in World War II.
And they thought they were winning the war until the very end until they realized they weren't winning the war.
And so, even if the truth makes you uncomfortable, it's important that it's discussed from a security perspective so that Americans have a realistic idea of how secure we are right now in terms of what's going on in the Western corridor.
And the answer, in my opinion, is not secure at all.
We're not secure at all because it has never been the circumstance that America can't get OPEC to pick up the phone.
You know, for America to be calling the leader of Venezuela and asking about oil, which by the way is nonsensical, given the fact that you're saying Putin is a horrible person.
If Putin's a horrible person, wouldn't you think that also the leader of Venezuela, they've been starving its citizens, locking them in the country, would also fit under that category.
So it's been, it's just been a lot of nonsense, and the left is being plagued with ignorance.
And what we've been just trying to inject across the board is just a more sober analysis of what's happening, which of course includes a realistic discussion about NATO and its eastward expansion and what the implications are with China locking arms with Russia in this moment.
Yeah, and you've been a real clear voice and a rare voice.
So Candace, it's kind of an unusual moment because it seems like most people in the conservative world are kind of like on board for this Ukraine thing.
Why do you think that is?
I mean, it's become almost impossible to push back against it.
I mean, obviously, you do a great job of it, but it's almost overwhelming agreement.
Well, we've always had the war hawks on the Republican side, right?
You know what I mean?
Like we've produced the McCains, the Bushes, the people that understand how much money can be made by going to war.
And that's just the truth of the matter.
You know, wars are an incredible money laundering opportunity for the government and people that get on board with it.
So they're telling you, rah, rah, rah.
I mean, they just told us we had to leave Afghanistan after 10 years, plus leave billions of dollars, abandoned billions of dollars of our weapon.
And the barely their excuse that we got was, oh, well, because we shouldn't be dying on foreign soil and it's time to stop killing sons and daughters of America.
And now, I mean, what do we blink?
And now, if all of a sudden we're being told that it's incumbent upon us to want to go to war with a nuclear power in the Eastern Corridor, which is, of course, much more well-equipped than the Taliban was.
And so it doesn't make sense.
And so what I am also trying to explain to people is that it's very important to try to understand energy policy, which is a topic that evades most people, obviously so, because our school systems are literally teaching us about Black Lives Matter and critical race theory and things that make entirely no sense.
You know, they're so watered down that people don't understand that the entire world's an energy map.
You know, one thing that I theorize, and obviously I can't prove it at the moment, but our withdrawal from Afghanistan to me seemed really interesting because as soon as we announced our withdrawal, China, the leaders came out and said that we instantly recognize Taliban as legitimate government and we're looking to work with them.
And the one thing that China does the best is it mines, right?
And they've been mining all across the African continent.
And if you look at what Afghanistan from a resource perspective is rich in, it's either the first or the second in terms of not uranium, pardon, what's lithium, right?
Lithium is used for batteries, batteries that are put into cars.
Well, one thing that the West has been adamant about is that this is an opportunity, this Russian-Ukrainian conflict, for us to divest from oil and to look for electric solutions.
So I'm theorizing that what we're seeing in the West is that a lot of these families are going long on electric.
And over and over again, this Biden administration keeps beating that drama, electric, electric, electric.
We shouldn't be turning back on the pipelines.
Again, a nonsensical perspective to have when we know that gas prices are going through the roof.
It seems like they're trying to force us into the Green New Deal.
And I think that that's the only thing that makes the Afghanistan withdrawal make sense.
What seems to me to be intentional, stoking of conflict in the East via NATO, knowing fully well that for the last three decades, you know, Russia has said that their red line was NATO expanding eastward.
And that's not something that's coming from, not only coming from the Kremlin, but if you care to look into it, declassified CIA docs, where you can see James Baker pardon over and over again, insisting that if Germany and Gorbachev, pardon, if Gorbachev agreed to German reunification, that we would agree that we would not expand one inch eastward.
And so it's fundamentally dishonest for the West to pretend that that was not the basis of conversations all throughout the Bush administration through various conversations declassified, not only in France, you can look at declassified docs in the UK, declassified docs in America.

We have made that promise.
In fact, at that point, because I did a lot of research on this, the CIA was actually, I'm sorry, not the CIA, the American government was even saying that NATO in a few years wasn't even going to be a military organization.
They told Gorbachev's people, like, it's not even going to, you know, down the line, we're not even going to be a military organization.
It's really just going to be a political alliance.
So, you know, it was a lot of fluff and a lot of lies and lies in terms of what happened today.
I would appreciate them being more honest and saying, you know, we did provide those assurances, but we've changed things and here's why.
But they're not ready to have that conversation.
And instead, they're going with, you know, Putin didn't take his crazy pills.
And now he's just trying to bomb Ukraine and recreate the Soviet Union with a GDP that is smaller than California's.
I mean, it's just completely nonsensical.
Yeah, why is Turkey a NATO?
No one can really answer that question.
It really, like, I mean, it's just kind of, it's like a Middle Eastern country and mostly Muslim.
It's like, I don't, that feels like an overexpansion.
Look, everybody, I know you love freedom and you want to defend it.
And I know you love the Constitution.
It's a beautiful document, and so do I.

And then this whole idea of Ukraine becoming part of NATO, we knew that wasn't going to happen.
And it was kind of this like false promise and it could have been a neutral buffer state.
So, Candace, you came out and you said what we also said in this program that the United States was involved in funding biolabs in Ukraine.
We got fact-checked.
You got fact-checked, but you found something and you caught them in their own lie.
I'm super interested in this.
Yeah, so I mean, obviously, we all know that these fact-checkers are just complete hacks that are funded by, you know, whether it's big pharma or funded by the State Department.
Like these are people that are really meant to dissuade Americans against pursuing a truer narrative, right?
They're just, they're quite literally modern propagandists.
They're just propagandists.
And so every time they email me, I know that they're working on a hit piece and they're trying to clean something up.
And one thing that's been really strange is just how many times our government has been caught lying in this particular scenario, right?
So, again, with propaganda, initially, they said, you know, Putin's crazy.
I don't know why he's saying there's neo-Nazis in Ukraine.
You just go back two years and our Western press was reporting on the neo-Nazi buildup in Ukraine.
And you're going, are we supposed to pretend that you weren't, yeah, that you guys weren't telling us this existed and that we weren't sending money to actually fund, you know, not specifically state that this money should not go to the Azov battalion.
You know, so again, they're just going, oh, forget what we said yesterday.
This is something new.
But anyway, so they emailed me and they asked, they were doing a fact check and it was a really snobby email.
Basically, you know, I had called out the fact that, you know, following the Russian invasion of Ukraine, that they made a very weird move to pull down what were just one-pager fact sheets regarding all of the Department of Defense funding, about, you know, let's call it 13, I'm estimating now, 13 bio labs throughout Ukraine.
It's a weird move to pull down these pages after conflict has broken out, right?
It's sort of like if you're trying to convince us that these biolabs are completely above board and you're just trying to help them contain things, don't pull it down from the embassy website, from the Kiev embassy website, the U.S. Embassy website in Kiev.
And so I had noted that and fortunately had saved all the hyperlinks.
And they had said, oh, what are you talking about, Candace?
These biolab fact sheets are still on the website.
They've been here forever and you just didn't see them.
I mean, quite literally, the definition of gaslighting, like pretending that I was so stupid that I didn't realize that they were always on the website.
And so I realized in that moment that they had made the move, the State Department, to put the fact sheets back on because my tweet had gone viral showing people that they had pulled them down.
And what ended up happening was that I said to him, actually, you know, I saved these links and these are entirely different hyperlinks and URLs than were initially there, which means that they've now put up new fact sheets.
And the fact checker came back and said, oh, well, I spoke to the State Department and they said that the reason they did that is because actually the websites, those links have been defunct since 2016, since a website upgrade in 2016, which is basically them again gaslighting me, like you just didn't realize that actually it's been defunct for a very long time.
And they only fixed it because you drew attention to something that's meaningless.
And of course, the politi fact person doesn't realize that that's not how the internet works.
And we can use things like WaybackMachinearchive.org to fact check the fact checkers.
And it turns out that, no, that site has been active all the way through from 2017 to 2021.
So they just flat out lie.
The State Department told a lie.
And again, which begs the question, why do they keep lying about these things?
Why are they lying about the neo-Nazi buildup?
Why are they lying about the biolabs?
First, they said the biolabs were a Putin conspiracy theory.
Now they say, okay, there are biolabs, but these are totally, you know, okay biolabs.
And we, of course, had Newland on the stand saying that it was, they were fearful that Putin would get a hold of these biolabs.
Well, why are they fearful?
If you're telling the truth, you know, you don't have to keep updating your story.
And right now, the State Department keeps updating their story.
And in my opinion, Charlie, this is the most interesting element of this war as an American, because we have just faced two years of COVID tyranny.
And so whereas I would not have been so curious about biolabs had it been three years ago, I am incredibly curious about these biolabs.
I'm incredibly curious about these allegations that the United States is releasing, potentially releasing pathogens.
Cell Bills Fund The Left 00:03:05
Because, like I said, Putin is not the first person to have made those allegations.
These allegations did not begin with the outbreak of war in the Western, in the Eastern Corridor.
These allegations have been being made against the West for decades.
And I think for the first time, we're starting to pay attention and really just demand answers from our government.
Yeah, I mean, we know from the Department of Defense's documents, we spent $200 million in Ukraine on threat reduction, cooperative threat reduction program, which just sounds so Orwellian, right?
It's like, yeah, we're trying to reduce the threat by doing what?
What says, quote, we invest $200 million since 2005 supporting 46 Ukrainian labs, health facilities, and diagnostic sites.
And we should totally trust our public health officials.
They've never done anything wrong.
Look, stop giving money to companies that hate you.
I know I say it a lot, but it's pretty simple and it's important.

They're probably funding pro-abortion groups.
They're probably funding LGBT groups.

The political class is obsessed with supporting anything that's outside of America.

DOD and CTR's program began its biological work in Ukraine to eliminate the remnants of Soviet Union's illegal biological program.
Like, okay, it takes 17 years to remove a bio, like maybe like five, you know, maybe at the TSA speed, like 10, but like 17 years to get rid of a biolab.
Like, really?
I mean, that's where we're at the point where, and yeah, and by the way, they lied about Snake Island, right?
They lied about the ghost of Kyiv.
You know, there's been a lot of kind of disinformation.
That's what happens in war, right?
So here's what it said in WikiLeaks really quick from 2008.
We know that some of what the government was doing in Ukraine from documents released by WikiLeaks.
In a 2008 cable, it was revealed by Andrew Weber of OSDCTR, the type of cooperative threat reduction program, held a discussion with Ukrainian officials about the need to create one central lab in Ukraine that would house its most dangerous pathogens because, amongst other reasons, quote, the U.S. seeks to consolidate the strains and pathogens that could be used by terrorists on humans or agricultural targets, end quote.
That's Wikileaks in 2008.
Right.
And this is all, these are the conversations that the American people should be having because, as I said, the implications here are much larger and way beyond, you know, what's happening between Ukraine and Russia.
What is our, we've never gotten an official answer about the Wuhan lab, and we know that American money was there.
And I think what they're trying to do is play a game of semantics when it comes to bioweapon, right?
Versus biological research.
Here's the thing: if you're researching dangerous pathogens, those are weapons, right?
If they are leaked out of a lab, they become weapons.
So, for them to try to play this game of semantics and go, well, this is just for research purposes, nobody should be accepting that as an excuse.
Why are we researching so many dangerous pathogens?
And like I said, the opposition party in Ukraine a few years ago, before Zelensky locked the guy up, was saying that they were having unusual outbreaks in Ukraine and Serbian news was reporting on this as well, all around these bio labs that our Department of Defense has been funding.
And when you look at those one facts, those one pagers, it says that we're funding the construction of buildings, right?
That doesn't sound to me like you're just trying to help them get rid of labs.
They're commission it by building new ones.
Yeah, exactly.
The best way to get rid of something is by building another thing.
I mean, none of that makes any sense.
So, like I said, a lot of questions that have not been answered.
And for those of us that are demanding clear answers from our government, we're being smeared as on the payroll of the Kremlin.
And it's just, it's foolish.
It's over and over again that every time you ask a question, they just try to pigeonhole you into some bizarre category.
You know, yesterday you're a white supremacist.
Today, you're on the Kremlin's payroll.
And none of it makes any sense.
So, a couple of minutes remaining here, Candace.
So, I want you to kind of get into that kind of psychology of it, which really fascinates me.
We go from locking down and virtue signaling on vaccine and mandates, vaccine mass mandates.
By the way, Candace has a great documentary out on parlor.com about vaccines.
You guys got to check it out.
The response, I've had many people message me about it.
Also, people, so then we went to the kind of Floyd a Palooza thing when we decided to destroy our entire civilization, kind of post-George Floyd situation, which you were obviously very outspoken about.
And then we go to Ukraine.
Like, is there a through line?
Are those separate things?
Like, do you think there's some kind of like psychological underpinning behind this of kind of mass formation psychosis?
Yeah.
Constantly.
There's always a masturbation psychosis.
They're always telling you who you need to be angry at.
You know, it's straight white males yesterday.
It's anybody that's not, you know, that doesn't have some sort of diversity element to them, whether it's gay, trans, whatever it is, hate these people because George Floyd died.
Then it's like, oh, never mind, hate people that are not masked.
Oh, never mind, hate people that are not unvaccinated.
Oh, never mind, hate people that are not boosted.
Oh, never mind, hate people that are Russian.
I mean, it's absolutely insane.
I don't know how people that are following along with this and actually doing as they say don't have a headache from this, right?
And at the end of the day, what they're trying to do is to just release so much non-information that people can't hold a thought, right?
And it's just a game of libeling and smearing individuals that are able to think critically about these topics and to ask meaningful questions.
And they're hopeful that if they just keep playing this game of ADHD and going, look over here, look over here, look over here, this person bad, that no one will realize that actually the only person that is bad, the only people that are bad and that are implicated in all of this, are our governments.
When I say our government, I am talking about Zelensky, who is a shady, corrupt character.
And any person that does not acknowledge that is not being honest with you.
He is far from a hero in this.
I'm talking about Vladimir Putin, of course, who we know has goals to be the dictator of Russia until 300 years after he dies.
And I'm, of course, talking about the United States government, which I mean, if Jen Sackey, if we are not watching her age every single day from the lies that she has to continue to tell the American people, I mean, it's incredible to see it.
I can't imagine having a job like that where every day you just have to tell baldface lies about why things are happening in our country.
And in reality, those people have sold out our country.
And in my opinion, are just trying to wipe out the middle class.
And they've been very successful at that.
I mean, you could physically see that it deteriorates a human being when you just have to be kind of living in the pool of deceit every single day.
It's just not good for you physically.
It destroys you.
So yeah, the eyes are the window to the soul.
Your eyes are dead right now.
And that's right.
You could see it with, I mean, look at Anthony Fauci's eyes.
You look at any one of these people.
But I suppose, Candace, that's an interesting thing.
Do you think there's a generational component to this, at least from our listeners?
And again, I get so much hate.
I was just looking at all these emails.
It's wonderful.
You know, where I said people over 50 seem to be kind of more eager to kind of get into this Ukrainian conflict.
People under 30, at least from kind of the end.
Did you see something to that?
Why do you think that's the case?
Yeah, I've spoken about this.
I mean, you have to understand people that are older lived through real Cold War propaganda, right?
So in the way that you have to understand, they were contending with a government that was telling the red scare telling them every single day, Russia, Russia, Russia, Russia, bad.
And that was at the time when the propagandists owned the market on information.
There was no social media.
There was no computer.
There was no internet that was able to allow them to break away from the thought and hear more sober analysis.
You know, these people were executing drills under their desks for nuclear war, which by the way, I don't think would have saved them.
But, you know, imagine growing up as a child and being told to hide under a desk, right?
And that just doesn't go away with time, right?
So they're way more conditioned to buy the Russia bad narrative than us.
You know, I said this when somebody had like, you know, mean tweeted me about that and we're like, oh, Putin Puppet.
I was like, hey, man, like I grew up in the 90s.
Like we were like, you know, in sync versus backstreet boys was our drama.
Like this is not like you're not, the red scare doesn't really work.
No, it wasn't like the Rocky movie where it's like the bad guys were the Russians, right?
Yeah.
And that was the simulation that was coming down.
And propaganda was much more effective back then, again, because they owned everything, right?
So it was like you were reading the New York Times, you were reading nothing, and that was a token of your education.
You were educated because you read the New York Times every day.
And now, because our generation has the means to pursue so many alternative voices and people like you and people like me, you know, amassing millions of followers in Joe Rogan, they're able to actually think more critically.
And I don't mean that as an insult to the people that are listening to the show and are, you know, frustrated with the fact that we're talking about this beyond Russia bad, because we all have the propaganda from our childhood that's long lasting.
And a great example of that is for us, it was 9-11, right?
I was terrified.
I was terrified of people that weren't even Muslim, you know, Hindus.
I mean, it was like, you know, I was, it was that traumatizing because they kept telling us every time you got on the plane, it's going to blow up.
They could blow up something.
We all have our childhood fears that we bring into adulthood and older people are bringing in their Cold War fears, understandably so.
But I'm hopeful that they are able to abandon them and think critically about what's going on.
That's the smartest point I've heard, honestly, on that.
And I mean, it was like right in front of me.
I didn't even think about it because you're right.
It was a generation that like grew up on like the miracle on ice or the U.S. hockey team against Russia, like Boycott in the Olympics and like the Berlin Wall and the Rocky movies, the bad guys were the Russians, like all the bond villains in the 70s and 80s were like Russian speaking type, you know what I mean?
Like all of the caricature of evil was Russian.
It was always pointing eastwards.
So in closing, Candace, tell us about the projects you're working on, how people can support you, and just kind of a note of encouragement to our audience.
Yeah, you know, I think that a note of encouragement would be to say that I wake up every single day and I'm optimistic because I do think that what we're experiencing right now is a global awakening.
You know, despite all the rhetoric, it's obviously falling on deaf ears and people are being more frustrated at the top with their inability to control the narrative, which is why they're constantly attacking conservatives.
And, you know, projects that I'm working on, and because I've been so fired up as a mother, obviously, I'm pregnant with my second child and just going through having the experience of having my first child, realizing the corruption of big pharma, which I think was underscored for a lot of parents during COVID who were forced to submit their children to these shots and their children had reactions and they're not allowed to talk about it.
So I'm really leaning into that element as a parent.
And as you mentioned early, earlier, thank you, Charlie, my series, which is 100% free, being done just by me, a shot in the dark to take parents through the vaccination schedule that they suggest for children and making sure that they have the facts that they need so they can make an informed decision.
Because I am telling you, if you think what is going on in the East is bad, you have no idea in terms of what has been going on in the West for a very long time.
It's thoughtful.
It's thoughtful.
It's well researched.
It's grounded in facts.
It took you a long time to put it together, right?
Yeah, I mean, I've been researching this stuff since I was one month pregnant with my first son.
And so it's been about two and a half years of research.
And because you have to pay, they have created, it's like thuggery.
If you want to access the papers about childhood cancer rates exploding, you have to pay $100 to access that journal.
Unless you're a doctor, then you can use your code and get into it for free.
And unfortunately, most parents just trust the doctors because why wouldn't we?
You know, why would we ever think that a doctor wanted to harm our child?
And in many circumstances, they don't want to harm your child and are just as ignorant as you are, just or are operating under duress, being told that they'll lose their license, or they are being bribed.
There are parents that all of these pediatricians that are saying, if your child is not staying on schedule, they have to leave my office.
They are being provided financial incentives from the insurance company.
The insurance company gives them kickbacks, $40,000 per child that completes the vaccination schedule.
That's a lot of money for a doctor.
And so it's all about just educating parents.
They understand what's happening so they don't feel scared because that's how you're made to feel as a first time, second time, third time parent.
Do this or your child is going to die.
You're constantly operating under blackmail.
You know, like your child will die.
And that's not true.
My child, just to be honest and open about it, is completely unvaccinated.
He is the happiest, healthiest kid in the entire world.
And I will not allow him to be stigmatized because of a world that's existing in the dark.
And we're not even allowed to ask questions.
You just get kind of the stonewall, like Stasi response, like, get out of here.
Like, I mean, how dare you even?
How dare you?
Right.
You're not, you're not even, you're not a doctor.
You're not a doctor.
And then when you speak to doctors and you say, what did you learn about vaccines in school?
They will be honest with you and tell you nothing.
We just, we are told this is what you give the children and this is the schedule.
And that's it.
There is no critical thinking.
And so, like I said, it's not an aim against doctors.
I understand how things work and how they operate under duress.
You saw that during COVID.
They have your license will be suspended if you don't get the booster shot.
Your license will be suspended if you don't do this.
There is no freedom.
And we've spoken about this a lot as conservatives.
Charlie, definitely with you on stage talking about how people don't understand that our healthcare system is nothing about, it has nothing to do with free markets at all.
It's the exact opposite.
And that's one piece of this.
People to understand that this is, we're talking about a drug cartel.
This is if Pablo Escobar had gotten it right, right?
He would be the FDA.
And he was darn close, but the Americans came in and our DEA came in and took him out.
And so he had the same exact thing.
He had the politicians on payroll.
He had the president on payroll.
He was engineering elections by paying for lobbying for certain people to be elected.
And he went pretty far.
And the same people have this idea, like Mexico is so corrupt, all of these places so corrupt.
It's hard to sober your mind to realize that this is actually going on in America too, right?
And we have congressmen that are complicit.
We have the FDA, the CDC, the growth of all of these healthcare bureaucrats that have been complicit.
And the only people that are suffering because of it are our children.
And I could talk on and on about this, but one of the most significant things that happened during COVID when I tried to make people understand why Biden administration pushed to try to get into the workplace, right?
To say, to have OSHA say that you could mandate this shot for employees or else you're going to have to mask.
This exact same battle happened in the 1970s.
It's how they got into the classroom with children.
It will start with one shot and then they mandate 20 shots.
And now for children, it's 74 shots while you're in school, right?
Imagine how much money that is for pharmaceutical companies when you know that every single child has to get 74 of your shots.
Okay.
And then you finish college and you go, okay, they don't have to take any more shots.
Most adults don't stay up on their boosters or anything like that.
Well, if OSHA had been successful, Charlie, the trillions and trillions upon trillions of dollars that would have been earned because they would have mandated, they would have started with one like they did with going for kids in school.
And we would have been at 74, you know, and we would have had to do it to keep our jobs.
You know, thank God we won that battle because that was a big pharma.
That was a huge, big pharma push.
It's a massive annuity scheme, right?
You can continue to have captive customers.
And if you dare even ask questions about it, we've had Dr. 10penny on our show and others, like people just lose their mind.
They're like, you're not allowed to think that.
It's a thought crime.
We've had Bobby Kennedy Jr. on the program as well, asking questions about it because this impacts so many different people.
