Okay, I want to get into mandates and vaccine news.
Breaking today, the Biden regime has now officially put forth the rule for the private sector mandate through OSHA, the Occupational Safety and Health Administration.
And so we have said on this show that there was no mandate, there was no mandate.
That is no longer true.
It was true then.
It is not true now, as there is now a rule from OSHA to require employers to comply.
So basically, let me read the essence of it.
This is the ultimate constitutional workaround.
And for a reason that is so incredibly inexplicable and stunning, the Occupational Safety and Health Administration is getting employers with more than 100 employees, us, a January 4th deadline to comply with President Biden's Fauci virus vaccine mandate and threatening thousands of dollars in fines for defiant businesses, according to a fact sheet released by the White House Thursday.
This will impact over 17 million workers.
Okay, so we're not going to comply at Turning Point USA.
We have 195 employees, almost all of whom are under the age of 30.
Very few are over the age of 30, many of whom already have contracted the Fauci virus.
Some of our employees have decided to get vaccinated.
A lot of our employees do not want to get vaccinated.
And who is Biden to say that all of a sudden you are going to tell us what to do with our medical decisions for our employees?
It's every single individual employee's choice.
You're going to come in and tell Turning Point USA how to run our business?
No.
And so I was just texting right now with our attorneys.
We are going to sue in federal court.
We said that earlier.
We won't be alone.
There's many lawsuits happening.
I just hope that, quite honestly, that the my fear is that a poorly written lawsuit in a bad district is going to be filed.
That is my fear that will uphold this thing.
But we will be suing.
We have 190 plus employees, and I'm not getting vaccinated.
One of my great employees, I'm not going to say his name right down there.
He got vaccinated.
So we have plenty of people that make different choices.
We don't judge based on it.
I don't care.
I don't ask about it.
And yet, just I want you to think about how, yes, of course, it's obviously patently unconstitutional.
It's all this, but this is super creepy.
Could you imagine using OSHA to come in and be like, yes, I need to go see your medical history?
I need to see what drugs you're on.
I need to go see how many employees you have on Prozac.
Like, who do you think you are?
24 state attorney generals have come out.
A group of 24 Republican state attorney generals have warned and they will continue to push forward saying that they are going to sue.
But Biden doesn't care about the courts.
They're going to do this anyway.
This is the important thing.
There's a lot of different dynamics with this.
And look, if you're a small business owner, people say, well, Charlie, I have to comply.
We're not going to comply.
Okay.
It's not going to happen.
I'm not going to have testing centers.
I'm not going to have swab kit.
We're not doing any of that stuff.
Okay.
You take care of yourself.
We believe in liberty and freedom.
It's that simple.
OSHA somehow governs what we do.
By the way, the other thing is that most of our employees are remote.
Most of our employees are people that work in the field.
OSHA continues by saying, Biden says, we've been patient, but our patience is wearing thin and your refusal has cost all of us.
When are we going to just say timeout?
Why do so many people that are getting vaccinated then get the virus?
And we have to keep on putting up with this con job.
This is a con is what it is.
So obvious.
Mayor Eric Garcetti got the virus after being vaccinated.
I could go on and on and on and on.
And Colin Powell, right?
He got the virus after being vaccinated.
Gensaki got the virus after being vaccinated.
Majorkis got the virus after being vaccinated.
We had a great event at University of Alabama, and I asked, it was a really nice young man.
I have to say, he was super polite, and I didn't go hard on him.
But I asked, he said, you know, what's the difference between this and measles, mumps, and rubella and polio?
I said, do you walk around having fear that you are going to get measles every day?
He said, no.
I said, because that vaccine works.
It's because you've been successfully inoculated.
He said, well, I am worried I might get a breakthrough case because I've been vaccinated.
Well, yeah, that's the point.
This OSHA rule, it's extraordinary.
We're going to fight it.
We're going to fight it in the courts.
We're not going to comply.
We need massive non-compliance, everybody.
If you are a business owner, you need to not comply.
Now, let me read to you.
This is so funny.
I got this morning.
This is typical corporate America, big Wall Street firm.
I'm not going to say which one.
Huge Wall Street firm for one of their meetings.
They say, regarding COVID-19, our firm requires proof of vaccination for all in-person activities.
This is for a financial retreat.
This is the opinion of Wall Street.
To attend, you must have at least 14 days after your single dose vaccine or a second dose in a two-series, even though vaccinated attendees must complete a COVID-19 test.
I mean, is it a vaccine or is it a treatment?
I mean, goodness gracious.
So you have to get tested even though you have the vaccine within 48 hours of the event.
I have not heard anyone, and this is an open invite to anyone in the medical industrial complex, please come on the show and defend this.
Please.
I'm happy to allow you to argue from authority.
And you could even do the Skype interview or the Zoom interview with all of your degrees.
Okay.
You can have your Johns Hopkins degree behind you.
You can have all of them framed so you can argue from authority.
I have some very simple questions, very simple ones, which is, if the vaccine works, why are people that are getting vaccinated keep on getting positive for the same virus that they are vaccinated against?
They changed the definition of the vaccine.
The CDC did, the Center for Disease Control.
They changed the definition.
The rule is set to impact roughly 84 million employees.
70% of all U.S. adults are fully vaccinated, according to the administration.
We will be suing, and our good friends of the Daily Why are also suing.
Good buddy Jeremy Boring is leading that forward.
Good for him.
I'm glad to hear that.
Who are they to say what private businesses can do with our employees' medical decisions?
And by the way, this is what's so crazy is that they accuse us of wanting to control women's bodies.
I had that lunatic that came in and debated us, that schizophrenic that came in for that abortion debate.
He's like, Charlie, you as conservatives just want to control women's bodies.
I said, really?
You're the one that now wants to tell my female employees they have to get vaccinated against their will.
And so let me just tell you what happened.
Last night, we were at University of Alabama, as I mentioned, and we went through in great detail this because this really thoughtful question by a guy.
He said, well, what's the difference between this vaccine and the measle mumps rebella vaccine?
And I gave three, and then I gave six reasons why it was different.
It was an expanded list.
And then the last thing I asked, and I went through all the VARES numbers, vaccine adverse event reporting system.
I said, it could be right.
It could be wrong.
I wasn't even like defending it firmly.
But I said this.
I said, how many people in this room know somebody or yourself have experienced an adverse event from the vaccine?
Connor, how many hands went up?
Three-fourths of the room?
Three-fourths of the room.
Three-fourths of the room raised their hands, at least.
So just in that little test case right there, three-fourths of the room raises their hand saying that they know someone that was adversely affected from the vaccine.
That should be a timeout.
Wait a second.
If I said, how many people here have experienced an adverse event from your polio vaccine?
Maybe one hand would go up, maybe two.

The agency had before the definition for a vaccination read, quote, the act of introducing a vaccine into the body to produce immunity to a specific disease.
Now the CDC says immunity has been switched to protection.
The term vaccine also got a makeover where the CDC's definition changed from, quote, a product that stimulates a person's immune system to produce immunity to a specific disease to current.
Oh, so it went from preventing a disease to treating the disease.
But if it's a treatment, then why aren't we allowed to talk about treatments that independent peer-reviewed studies, not to mention the data out of India and other places, are showing very positive success for azithromycin, hydroxychloroquine, ivermectin.
Now, but if there is a treatment, this is the important thing, then emergency use authorization of the vaccine would not be allowed.
That's the important thing.

So the OSHA rule is now in place.
By January 4th, you must comply.
We won't comply.
We're going to sue these employers that are just abiding to this stuff.
It's just an indictment of how weak parts of the country have become.
There's some good appeals that are being kind of put forward.
But this private sector, federal government private sector rule is unprecedented.
Not to mention it conflicts with state laws.
So some states, such as Texas and Montana, have laws that ban COVID-19 vaccine mandates by private employers.
OSHA said the federal rule takes precedence over conflicting state laws.
So here's what needs to happen.
We've talked about this a lot.
Any Republican governor that can hear my voice, you should say the federal OSHA has no jurisdiction over our employers.

It's immoral.
It's unconstitutional.
It's evil.
Protect your voters.
Tell the federal government, go find somewhere else to go poke around.
The same way that Portland, Seattle, San Francisco, Philadelphia, New York passed sanctuary city laws.
Every Republican governor right now needs to pass a sanctuary freedom law for vaccines right now.
Sign an executive order.
Tell OSHA you are not welcome in our state.
You are not going to be talking to our employers.

So why is it that they're able to pass sanctuary city laws in Seattle and Portland and San Francisco, but our Republican governors are afraid to protect their voters and their constituents from vaccine mandates?
Why are Republicans afraid to do that?
Well, Montana and Texas aren't.
And I know the governor of Montana, Greg Gianforte, he's a good man, and I think he's going to step up and do the right thing.
I really do.
So now I want to segue from the OSHA mandate, which we're going to keep on weaving in and out of, to Rand Paul, Dr. Rand Paul's phenomenal cross-examination of Fauci.
So Rand Paul has been, in my opinion, the best senator to cross-examine Fauci.
He has been clear, confident, wise, courageous.
We're going to play cut 107 here, where Rand Paul, who's actually a medical doctor, puts Fauci on the ropes.

According to the framework and guidelines.
So what you're doing is defining a way gain of function.
You're simply saying it doesn't exist because you changed the definition on the NIH website.
This is terrible, and you're completely trying to escape the idea that we should do something about trying to prevent a pandemic from leaking from a lab.
The preponderance of evidence now points towards this coming from the lab.
And what you've done is changed the definition on your website to try to cover your ass, basically.
That's what you've done.
You've changed the website to try to have a new definition that doesn't include the risky research that's going on.
Until you admit that it's risky, we're not going to get anywhere.
You have to admit that this research was risky.
The NIH has now rebuked them.
Your own agency has rebuked them.
But that thing is, is you're still unwilling to admit that they gained in function when they say they became sicker.
They gained in lethality.
It's a new virus.
That's not gain of function.
According to the definition that is currently operable, you know, Senator Lenew.
Let's make it clear for the people who are listening.
The current definition was done over a two to three year period by outside bodies, including the NSABB, two conferences by the National Academy of Science, Engineering, and Medicine on December 2014.
Now, let's, I want the whole clip because there's another part where he asks him to resign, but we can get to that.
So Rand is focusing on Fauci, saying that you're changing the definition of the vaccine.
You change the definition of gain of function research.
You've changed the definition of the vaccine.
This is one of the only tricks they know.

To try to define a way what's going on in Wuhan.

And now Rochelle Walensky, who's another incredibly immoral criminal running our government, is now saying something very suspicious.
She's saying that you might need therapeutics after the vaccines.
Huh?
If the vaccine works perfectly, why do you need therapeutics after the vaccines?
Remember, the fact that azithromycin, ivermectin, hydroxychloroquine, monoclonal antibodies have been suppressed has been one of the great injustices of my lifetime.
On our program, we are about to announce in the next couple of days a man unvaccinated with incredible underlying comorbidities that I know personally took monoclonal and ivermectin and breezed through about with the Fauci virus.

I'm absolutely for using therapeutics, but I think they should be used after we use vaccination because vaccination, certainly we have seen that the therapeutics that are out there, the remdesopir, the dexamethasone, the monipiravir is a promising new therapeutic that Dr. Fauci just mentioned a few minutes ago.
All of those would be after you're infected.
They prevent, they work to prevent severe disease and death.
You notice they don't mention regeneron, azithromycin, hydroxychloroquine, ivermectin.
No, just remdesivir that's super expensive, that actually could destroy your kidneys.
Remdesivir, very, very costly, but only after vaccines?
Why?
Oh, it's because of the money.
These people are all paid off.
It is so transparent.

I would say maybe half of the audiences and people I talk to even know what monoclonal is.

Now, I know you weren't there at the time.
They inherited these contracts from the Trump administration.
Those decisions caused a shortage, especially for us in Alabama.
At the same time, the Biden administration was ramping up monoclonal production as we're trying to get back to it.
HHS turned and gave a $142 million non-compete contract to an accounting firm to market these treatments to the public.
The administration hired KPMG to promote a therapeutic that the government stopped buying.
That makes no sense.
And there's no answer, of course.
Bill Cassidy asks the most obvious question, why is natural immunity not being looked at?
Why is it that people that already have it then have to get revaccinated?

If we don't know that natural immunity confers protection against future infection, it's because we've decided not to look.
Because I've learned that there is a cohort of people that we know have been previously infected.
We've got the bench research showing that the triad of antibodies, T cells, and B cells are there, and that 92% of them are still there at age at six months out.
So why don't we, why have we not done the research showing that natural immunity confers protection against recurrent infection?
And they dodge it.
All they care about is a changing definition of a vaccine because they all get paid.
They get paid by AstraZeneca.
They get paid by Pfizer.
They get paid by Moderna.
We have a massive problem in our country of people that take way too much drugs, way too many drugs.
We have a huge issue.
And people say, well, Charlie, we need to lower drug prices.
Yeah, that's probably true.
How about we try to take less drugs?
Why do we have to give so much power to these pharmaceutical companies?
Why are they allowed to advertise on television the amount that they are?
If you actually needed those drugs, wouldn't your doctor just prescribe them?
Why is it that every other commercial is brought to you by another drug company?
Is this really about health or is this about something more nefarious?
And I've said for a while, I don't think drug companies should be allowed to advertise.
I don't.
Why is it that you have to have all the, if you have a problem, go to your doctor and if they know a drug that can help you, why do you have to go ask your doctor about this?
That's kind of weird, isn't it?
That you need to go ask your doctor about some sort of commercial of some guy smiling, throwing a football with his grandson in the backyard.
Maybe this drug is for you.
And meanwhile, the side effects are like, boom, half the screen on the bottom of it.
And I'm not discounting.
We have a lot of people listening right now that have had your lives benefited by certain medical advancements and pharmaceuticals.
That's fine.
I agree.
That can be helpful.
We are way past what I consider to be the mean or the middle ground of where we should be in our country.
Way past that.
We have a sick care system in our country.
Instead of talking about diet and waging a war on processed foods and trying to say that our country is incredibly overweight and obese, which we are, our country has become remarkably inactive and phone addicted.
And by the way, we know that Body Mass Index BMI plays a direct role in your likelihood of defeating the Fauci virus.
But all they want to talk about is mass vaccinations because they don't want to take on the processed food industry.
That's a whole nother oligarchy that needs to be taken down in our country.
You can add that to the list, by the way.
The tech oligarchy, the Wall Street oligarchy, the surveillance oligarchy, the defense industry oligarchy, the pharmaceutical oligarchy, and the processed food oligarchy.
My goodness, the sugar and fat oligarchy that is feeding processed sugar and processed foods to young people, it's an injustice.

And now politicians don't like talking about this.
