New Talking Point on Racism 00:08:15
Hey, everybody.
Happy Monday.
We're taking your questions.
You've emailed us, freedom at charliekirk.com in an ask-me-anything type format.
Should states build a border wall on the southern border?
What should we do to fight back?
What does victory look like?
We talk about vaccines and the transgender debate and more.
If you want to support us, go to charliekirk.com/slash support.
It's charliekirk.com/slash support.
If you want to get involved with TurningPointUSA, go to tpusa.com.
If you want to see us in Tampa at our student action summit, go to tpusa.com/slash SAS.
It's Monday.
I'm taking your questions.
You've emailed us.
Buckle up.
Here we go.
Charlie, what you've done is incredible here.
Maybe Charlie Kirk is on the college campus.
I want you to know we are lucky to have Charlie Kirk.
Charlie Kirk's running the White House, folks.
I want to thank Charlie.
He's an incredible guy.
His spirit, his love of this country.
He's done an amazing job building one of the most powerful youth organizations ever created.
Turning point USA.
We will not embrace the ideas that have destroyed countries, destroyed lives, and we are going to fight for freedom on campuses across the country.
That's why we are here.
In 1857, the SS Central, also known as the Gold Ship, sank with 9.1 tons of gold on board, valued at $2.1 million.
That is the modern-day equivalent to hundreds of millions, the greatest American treasure ever discovered at sea.
Today, Noble Gold, a California-based company with a pristine reputation, has a share of these coins available to their clients.
Over 7,000 gold coins, mainly $1, $5, or $20 gold coins from 1840 to 1857, were recovered from the SS Central America shipwreck.
Most of these coins from the ship of gold were quickly acquired by private collectors when the coins were first brought to the market in early 2000.
Now Noble's clients can get this unforgettable part of American history at a fair, affordable valuation.
Contact Noble Gold and ask about the Kirk shipwreck deal to receive this unique offer.
Visit noblegoldinvestments.com.
Then call a Noble Gold representative to ask about shipwreck coins.
Inflation is here, so it's time to tell better stories at your parties by showcasing inflation-resistant, one-of-a-kind coins from a collection destined to rise in value.
It's Friday, so I am taking your questions this entire hour.
Maybe you're in Riverside, California.
Maybe you are in Fargo, North Dakota.
Maybe you are in Atlanta or Dallas or Sarasota or Tampa.
Then email us your thoughts, freedom at charliekirk.com, or maybe you are in Charlottesville, Virginia.
I love Charlottesville, Virginia.
What a great part of the country.
Or maybe you are in Yakima, Washington.
Email us, freedom at charliekirk.com, and I will take your questions.
One question that one of our listeners have is: say, hey, Charlie, my friends are saying that critical race theory is not being taught in schools, that it's a legal theory.
How do I handle this?
Paul from Minnesota.
Well, Paul, congratulations.
Thanks for your question, and thanks for subscribing to our podcast.
You get a signed copy of the MAGA Doctrine.
This is their new talking point.
Their new talking point because we have been playing offense, by the way, and good job.
Sometimes on this program, we're talking about things that are going wrong.
Sometimes we talk about things that need improvement.
But I think it's time we actually do a little bit of a pat on our back.
We have put these people on defense, and it's been many months of ramping up.
I will say this, though.
The left got a little bit of, got a little lazy, wouldn't you agree, Connor, right after Biden's inauguration?
They did not preempt this critical race theory fight as well as they have with other ones.
They kind of allowed this grassroots movement to grow, and they are playing defense at every turn.
So this is their new talking point.
Their new talking point is: hey, Charlie, critical race theory is this really hard to understand legal theory.
Fourth graders aren't learning that.
The best way I can say kind of deconstructed is this, is that trigonometry is not being taught to fourth graders, but math is.
So you're talking about the early principles that will eventually let them grasp these ideas.
And so, no, they're not learning critical race theory.
They're learning the beginning stages of it.
They're learning the ABCs of racism.
And there is a proper way that we have to handle this.
We have to get out of an academic bubble and outside of abstractions.
And here's, and this is hard for conservatives because we don't like playing brass knuckle politics.
We, as conservatives, prefer a marketplace of ideas.
But would you have a marketplace of ideas with Joseph Stalin?
No, Media Matters is going to say Charlie Kirk compares critical race theory to Joseph Stalin.
Well, the ideologies are similar, to be perfectly honest.
Would you have a marketplace of ideas with Nathan Bedford Forrest?
Nathan Bedford Forrest ran the KKK.
He started the KKK.
Or do you just call people who are part of the KKK racists and bigots?
This is a very difficult thing because you don't want to call everyone a racist because we get called that all the time baselessly from the other side, but they're actually racist and it's actually very effective because they don't know how to handle it.
Tucker Carlson said it best: let's play Cut 98 as an example of this and how we've heard white hate so much lately, we've forgotten that the one thing you couldn't do in America is attack someone based on their skin color.
Cut 98.
White men, they're the problem.
You hear that so often that you don't pause to consider what a change this is.
It used to be only a few years ago that the one thing you couldn't do in America was attack people in public on the basis of their race.
I don't like that group because of their skin color.
Let's hurt them.
You couldn't say that.
It was the one unacceptable thing and for very good reason.
You cannot maintain a multiracial democracy unless people of every color have exactly the same rights and responsibilities under the law and are considered of precisely the same moral value under God.
Now, we are a republic, but I know what Tucker is saying.
Tucker's a dear friend of mine.
Cut 100.
Tucker on how critical race theory is an inaccurate way to explain what's going on.
Here's what you got to do.
If it is in your local community, you have to be willing to say, man, look this person in the eyes and say, you're a bigot.
You hate people.
And then that's it.
That's the conversation, that they hate other skin colors.
Cut 100.
But critical race theory is an inaccurate way to describe what's happening.
Like so much academic jargon, the phrase critical race theory doesn't mean anything.
It obscures rather than illuminates.
It is designed that way.
It is designed to confuse you.
What's happening in our schools and our military and our government is both simpler and easier to recognize than that.
It's not critical race theory.
It's racism.
Not neo-racism or reverse racism.
Those are meaningless terms.
It is race hate.
It is peddled by the people in charge in the hope that it will make them more powerful.
That's all it is.
And Tucker said something that's very important to finish the answer to this question.
It's designed to confuse you.
Clarity leads to decency.
Clarity leads to a respectful country.
When you are clear about what you believe and why you believe it, and then you're clear about what the other person believes and why they believe it, there really is very little place for chaos.
Clarity creates order.
Critical race theory and wokeism and racism is intentionally trying to make your compass spin.
It's intentionally trying to make your bearings confused.
It's intentionally trying to make you look around and say, I don't recognize this.
That's the point.
They want you all of a sudden to look at your GPS navigation metaphorically and say, I don't know where I am anymore.
You see, a confused society, a society without clarity, is much more likely to embrace totalitarianism.
And that's the point.
With massive infusions of intentional confusion, oh, I kind of like that.
With massive infusions of intentional confusion, you are more likely to bend the knee to the Leviathan.
Texas Reaffirms State Sovereignty 00:03:36
Let's get to the next question here.
Freedom at CharlieKirk.com.
You guys can email us your questions.
This is from Sikhali Punta.
Hi, Charlie.
While listening to your episode with Bob and Rob, you guys chatted about open borders.
That's on the Charlie Kirk Show podcast.
After listening to countless hours of other podcasts, I have the utmost respect and appreciation for the American system.
I love how states are so independent yet united.
The southern border, from what I can gather, is out of control.
My question is because the states have created a federal government, they have more power than, say, a province in Canada.
It's true.
So why do individual states not just tell the federal government to pound sand and control their own border?
God bless America and you.
So why don't individual states just tell the federal government to pounce in?
That's what they should do.
And Texas is beginning to do that.
Texas is building the border wall.
Governor Greg Abbott is doing that.
And Kamala Harris, or is it Kamala?
We call her Kemi here.
I think Kami is a good name.
Kami has finally visited the border.
Remember her famous line?
She said, well, I haven't been to Europe either, obviously.
Cut 89.
Kamala Harris is looking, I've been to the border many times.
I live at the border.
I have a house at the border.
My children are born at the border.
I know the border.
The border's like me and I am the border, of which we are all one the same.
Don't tell me like you know more than the border.
I have, I have a, hey, look, I have a nest at the border, okay?
Like, you know, that kind of camera.
I see everything at the border.
I have surveillance at the border.
I spy on the border.
I am the border.
How dare you?
Ha ha ha!
Going to cackle play cut 89.
How do you guys decide that right now was the right time to make your first trip to the border?
Well, it's not my first trip.
I've been to the border many times.
I was the person in charge of the response.
So the important aspect of this visit is leading this visit after the work that we did in Guatemala and Mexico.
Because as I've long said, I said back in March I was going to come to the border, so this is not a new plan.
Do you notice how she does the big head knob?
You know, the big one?
It's not just like a little, it's the whole head.
And then she talks with her hands like she's trying to levitate.
She has her degree in borderology.
Didn't you know that?
She is the governor of the border.
She is the czar of the border.
She is the dictator of the border.
There's never been anyone that understands the border better than Kamala Harris.
How dare you question if you are you're racist?
And so Texas should build a border wall and Arizona should build the border wall.
The states need to reaffirm their sovereignty.
If the federal government is going to do nothing about a humanitarian and moral and sovereignty crisis, it is time for the Texas National Guard to be fully mobilized to the border.
It's time for the southern border wall to be completely built and it's time for Texas Rangers to have arrest and deportation authority over any foreign national that steps into Texas.
Make them sue you, Governor Abbott.
And Florida has sent in reinforcements.
We need a massive border construction and deportation force to the southern border.
Kamala Harris, who is the czar and the queenista of the border, Kami, she has decided that she cares more about the needs, wants, and interests of Guatemala than of Guadalajara, actually, no, Guadalajara, Mexico, than of, let's say, Galveston, Texas.
That's what I meant to say.
She cares more about Guatemala than Galveston, Texas.
It's time for the states to reaffirm their sovereignty.
With the ever-increasing numbers of makes and models, it is now impossible to stock all the parts you need on a traditional chain storefront.
Why endure often pointless and seemingly intimidating questioning and wait while the counterman orders the parts on his computer or her computer, choosing the only brand his warehouse happens to carry?
Georgia Sues Over Election Teaching 00:15:14
You have computers with access to rockauto.com at home and in your pocket.
One reason to repair and maintain your cars is to save money and that you can then use for other important things like mortgages or food.
Why choose to spend 30, 50, or 100% more?
Rockauto.com is a terrific company.
They've been long-term partners here on this program and this podcast.
Rockauto.com is a family business and they love their country.
Serving auto parts customers online for 20 years.
Go to rockauto.com to shop for auto and body parts from hundreds of manufacturers.
Look, when I walk into an auto shop, they might as well speak Swahili.
I understand none of it.
But rockauto.com is easy, it's seamless, it's understandable.
So go to rockauto.com and pick out all your parts and write Charlie Kirk in the how did you hear about us.
Maybe you need a new Johnson rod.
Maybe you need a new thing that I don't know anything about cars, so maybe you need that thing.
Then go to rockauto.com and type in Charlie Kirk to how you heard us.
Amazing selection, reliably low prices, great people, all the parts your car will ever need, rockauto.com.
From Kevin, good afternoon, Charlie.
I'm a regular listener to your show.
Today is my birthday.
Well, happy birthday.
It's also my sister's birthday today.
I am 49.
My question is: today, Joe Biden just weaponized the State Department, the Justice Department, but I know what you mean, by suing the state of Georgia.
How concerned should we be that Joe is going after the state's elections and the new voting laws?
Are you surprised Joe and the Communist Marxist Democrat Party haven't moved on this sooner?
This is unprecedented, but they think of themselves as Dwight D. Eisenhower.
This is the argument they're about to make.
You want to hear a prediction here?
You're about to hear it.
They're going to say, well, we used the federal government to desegregate schools in Arkansas with the Little Rock 9.
We brought in the National Guard and the governor blinked.
Why wouldn't we bring in the federal government to go against these racist voting laws?
You see, that's why it's so important to set the terms of engagement and the truth of what we're dealing with, because then it actually puts guardrails on further involvement or intervention.
The Biden administration is suing the state of Georgia, alleging, quote, changes to the Georgia's election laws were enacted with the purpose of denying and abridging the right of black Georgians to vote on account of their color or race.
You see, they're so worried that Governor Brian Kemp wants to know the identity and verify the signature of every voter in Georgia, the federal government is now swooping in with unlimited resources to crush the state of Georgia.
Now, mind you, if this was the case, why does the Biden administration not sue the state of Delaware, Joe Biden's home state of Delaware, with stricter voting laws than the state of Georgia?
Why is the Biden administration not suing Georgia?
The obvious reason is that whatever machine they have set up in Delaware benefits Democrats and benefits Joe Biden and quite honestly, benefits white politicians because Delaware produces a lot of white politicians.
Now, in Georgia, it's become a battleground state, purely and totally manufactured by the Democrat Party and Vichy French Neville Chamberlain Republicans that have always been suing for peace while they get steamrolled by the Stacey Abrams group of the Democrat Party.
And Georgia, very interestingly, has this lawsuit going on, which, by the way, ballot inspectors against the Georgia judges' own orders have just inspected those Fulton County ballots.
You read these affidavits and you read the realclearpolitics.com article.
They allege thousands of photocopied ballots were counted in this last election.
If just a few of those ballots were not counted in the first election before the runoff, David Perdue would have avoided a runoff with John Ossif, and David Perdue would have been the U.S. Senator from Georgia.
Instead, it forced a runoff and they got two Democrat senators from Georgia.
Play cut 105.
Today, the Department of Justice is suing the state of Georgia.
Our complaint alleges that recent changes to Georgia's election laws were enacted with the purpose of denying or abridging the right of black Georgians to vote on account of their race or color in violation of section two of the Voting Rights Act.
There is no evidence of this whatsoever.
In fact, this expands voting on Sunday for black communities.
But the Biden administration wants to make a public example.
This is the Soviet equivalent of, this is the American equivalent of a Soviet practice called a show trial.
They want to put something on display.
They want a spectacle.
You know who this is for?
This is for Pennsylvania and Arizona.
This is for other states.
This is pure and total Democrat-style intimidation.
You see, one of the KKK's tactics that they used was intimidation, trying to show others that they can't act in a certain way.
Now, we know that the Georgia election was not done constitutionally.
We know the Georgia election was done immorally.
But now the federal government is intervening because they're afraid that Raphael Warnock is going to lose to potentially Herschel Walker and run Herschel Run.
I love Herschel Walker.
He's a great guy, and he would beat Raphael Warnock by 10 points.
It would be delicious to see.
They're worried.
They're worried that their current monopoly on power is about to be broken up.
And because of that, the Biden administration is coming in and they are unconstitutionally questioning the plenary powers of the state to administer elections as they see fit.
And nothing in the Georgia election law violates the Civil Rights Act, no matter what Merrick Garland or the Department of Justice says.
But they are worried.
They know they are standing on fragile footing and that the American people are about to displace the Democrats from power.
Here's one here from Mike, who emailed us in.
Charlie, I live in Riverside, California.
I've been hearing that because people are standing up to the left and fighting against critical race theory, the left is going to teach critical race theory under a different format called Transformational Social and Emotional Learning, T-cell.
Have you heard any truth to this?
I went to my school board district site and they have links to Transformative Cell.
I would love more on this.
Thank you, Mike and Riverside.
Yes, they are playing linguistic names and change around acronyms of the same hateful ideology, the same racist ideology.
So you should call it radical racial education.
It's very simple.
Are you teaching children about skin color?
You should ask your educators.
This is a very simple.
Here's three questions you guys should ask your educators.
Take notes.
Do you think skin color matters?
Do you think it's important?
Do you think skin color is something important?
That's question number one.
Number two, what is race?
Explain it to me.
What makes one race different than the other?
Please build out to me the differences between a white person and a black person.
And number three, are you going to all of a sudden teach children that what matters most in life is things they cannot control or change?
Those three questions there should be asked repeatedly, clearly, and gracefully and concisely of everything, every single educator across the country or person in charge of curriculum.
These ideas already dominate our corporations that many corporations, they believe that skin color is incredibly important.
They think that how you look is a value.
We here on the Charlie Kirk show think how you look is completely and totally irrelevant.
We care about who you are.
We care about your character.
We care about stuff that's a lot harder than skin color.
We care about stuff that takes effort, skill, commitment, discipline.
It takes work.
You see, skin color doesn't require any of that stuff.
A tribal society is not one I want to live in.
I don't want to live in a society where all of a sudden we say, ah, that's where the blacks live.
That's where the whites live.
We don't talk to each other.
We hate each other.
And so, Mike, that's what they want, because that creates the conditions for totalitarianism.
They want a conditional environment where a small group of people can control a lot of different things.
A republic where people have mutual respect, where people know each other.
That does not allow those sorts of things to occur.
Now, I want to read again from Aristotle, book five.
I've read this a couple times on our podcast, and I know some people's eyes glaze over, but hear me out.
Aristotle, of course, learned from Plato, and Plato learned from Socrates.
Aristotle was much more focused on things you can see than things you can, much less abstractionist and much more focused on the empirical world.
Aristotle was a scientist, and he ran the Lyceum.
And so, Aristotle in the book Politics.
So, Aristotle wrote a book on metaphysics.
He wrote a book on ethics and politics.
The best way to read it, and again, I learned from Dr. Larry Arn.
I took their phenomenal course at hillsdale.edu, and hopefully have some more announcements about that soon.
And it was a lot of work, and I have whole books of notes on it.
Again, I'm by no means an expert, okay?
I have a very elementary form of knowledge on this, but enough where it's actually really helped enhance my worldview.
And he wrote in Politics, Book 5, Chapter 11, about tyrants.
This is 2,500 years ago, about a small group of people controlling a lot of things.
And this is what tyrants do.
Tyrants preserve themselves by not letting there be any schools or other collegial gatherings, like the lockdowns, for leisured pursuits, and doing everything that will keep all people as unknown to one another as possible, since familiarity breeds greater degree of mutual trust.
So let's use that logically and go backwards in what Aristotle's teaching us here.
Do you think that what we're teaching our children creates greater degrees of mutual trust?
Do you think that CRT or transformational social equity learning or whatever this nonsense is, again, it's word laundering.
It's relabeling.
That's all that it is.
Do you know what it's like?
Let me give you a couple examples of what this is like.
This is like Acorn.
After Acorn got defunded by James O'Keefe, they just changed their name to some other social organizing organization.
You know what else this is like?
This is like all of these companies that go through all these scandals and they come out with this big rebranding package is what this is like.
Many times we have seen people that go through big scandals and they come out all of a sudden with kind of the new and improved 2.0.
It doesn't matter what they call it.
The ideas are the same.
Do you think skin color matters?
What is race?
And are you going to teach young people that they should be conscious or thinking about skin color all the time?
Skin, color, and the physical appearance is merely a garment.
It's irrelevant, which houses the mind and the spiritual.
That is what matters.
The spirit and the mind.
If you care about just the melanin content, you are a tribal racist.
If you care about melanin content, you care about things that cannot be changed or moved.
Okay, let's go to another question here.
One of my friends here, someone emailed us and said, KDKA in Pittsburgh is the only station east of the Mississippi with a K. Huh, that's interesting.
I learned something new every single day.
I learned so much from our listeners.
Thank you.
And says, also, it seems to me that we have a reverse Potempkin village here in the Constitutional Republic.
Hopefully it'll get back on track to be that very soon.
Not exactly sure what that means, but I do know what a Potempkin village is.
I'm not totally processing what she means by it or he means by a reverse Potempkin village.
I will let producer Connor be able to process that.
Okay, let's get to another question here.
Freedom at CharlieKirk.com.
Here's one.
Both my grandfathers fought in wars and brought our families up to be proud Americans and to love our country because it is the greatest country in the world.
My grandfather fought in World War II.
My ancestors fought in World War I. My ancestors fought in the Civil War, the War of 1812 and the Revolutionary War.
The first Kirks got here in 1620.
Hat tip to you, Alphonsus Kirk.
We think of you very often and frequent.
The 501-year anniversary of the Kirks coming here to America.
I'm happy to say that generally the Kirks have made a positive impression, but guess what?
That doesn't make me a good person and it doesn't make me a bad person.
I am so ashamed of how Americans see America today.
We need a shift and the Democrats understand that they are destroying our beautiful country.
How do we do that?
I know this sounds like a simple answer, but I believe Republicans need a strategic plan to stand together in order to make this happen.
As you constantly state, our party needs courage.
Kristen D.
So here's a good question.
Why are Republicans even negotiating a multi-trillion dollar infrastructure package while our military is teaching KKK ideology?
Why are we putting up with that?
Why are Senate Republicans even negotiating infrastructure packages while we have this ideology in the military?
Here's how Senate Republicans should be acting.
We are not sitting down for dinner.
We are not going to have a cup of coffee with you, Democrats, until our military is immune to these abstract political fringe ideas.
The military is the last straw.
We don't put up with it.
And so you're right.
Republicans need an action plan.
Republicans need a comprehensive plan of how we are going to take back the nation.
So what does that look like?
It looks like every single precinct committee position needs to be filled across the country.
If you want to save America and you're not a precinct committee person, that's something you got to do.
We got to keep the pressure on the school boards.
And I want to say some positive news.
There's a school board revolution happening right now in the country.
It is awesome.
It is robust.
It's authentic.
And I love it.
You know what else we need to do?
We need to perpetually play offense and never accept the terms of their debate, ever.
They need to accept the terms of our debate.
Never again do you have to explain your way from not being a racist.
Scoff at it and dismiss it.
Call them a racist because they are.
Call them a bigot.
And then we need to build new things and build big things.
We need to stop using their corporations whenever possible.
I know it's not easy, as I say this incredibly hypocritically with an Apple device right in front of me, which again, we're working on getting a sticker across it.
We need to build new stuff.
We need to have new entrepreneurs that are going to take risks.
I know it's not easy.
School Board Revolution News 00:06:47
And I'm not, by the way, I'm right there with you.
Okay.
I'm preaching against woke corporations.
Next thing you know, I'm like, well, what are we having for lunch?
Well, Charlie, you can either get Chipotle or you can get this woke company or this.
I say, okay, we got to work on this.
And we do.
And then I say, well, what kind of shirts are we selling?
Well, we can have the one made in Wuhan, China, or the one made in Ho Chi Minh City.
I'm happy to say that the shirt I'm wearing right now is made by my wife and it's made here in America.
So, incremental changes like that.
We got to build new things.
But more than anything else, we need a mindset shift.
That's what we need.
We need a mindset shift.
Where all of a sudden you say, look, we're going to do what it takes, what it is necessary to win, to take terrain from them and to protect the framework and civil government and free societies.
We are not going to manage the decay.
One of my friends, and you'll hear this podcast soon.
I'm not going to say who it is.
I said, Well, are you comfortable having the right opinion and losing the country?
And this person said, Yes.
See, I'm not happy with that.
I'm not comfortable with that.
You know what that would be saying?
It's like saying Winston Churchill would have to be.
Imagine Winston Churchill saying, you know, we got the right ideas, but I had to give up Britain because I wasn't willing to do what was necessary.
Sometimes the stakes get so high that you have to do what is needed to achieve victory.
Did you ever read the fine print that appears when you start browsing in incognito mode?
It says that your activity might still be visible to your employer, your school, or your internet service provider.
How can they even call it incognito?
To really stop these people from visiting, from seeing the sites you visit, you need to do what I do and use ExpressVPN.
Think about all the times you've used the Wi-Fi at a coffee shop, a hotel, or even at your parents' home.
Without ExpressVPN, every single site you visit could be logged by the admin of that network.
And that's still true when you're in incognito mode.
What's more is your home internet provider, I'm talking about Comcast, ATT, or whatever, can also see and record your browsing data.
ExpressVPN is an application.
It's an app that encrypts all of your network data and reroutes it through a network of secure servers so that your private online activity says just that, private.
ExpressVPN works on all of your devices and it's super easy to use.
So stop letting strangers invade your online privacy.

Hey, Charlie, my question to you is, why are we only hearing about transgender males in women's sports and not transgender women competing in male sports?
It seems to me that males are doing it for an ego thing and females are doing it because they truly believe that's what they are.
What are your thoughts on this?
And congratulations on your recent marriage.
May God bless you and your wife abundantly.
Well, one of the reasons you're not hearing about it is because I don't think any woman who thinks that they are a man has any sort of a shot at competing in male sports because it sort of basically proves our point.
By the way, I'm happy to report, I don't know, one of these Olympians who thought they were a woman lost tremendously and did not qualify.
I don't know if you saw that or not.
So this man was such a bad athlete.
He couldn't compete against men and he actually got beat by women.
And these people have deep mental problems and they need help.
They need counseling.
They need prayer.
They need compassion.
They don't need to be treated in a way, though, that delegitimizes standards and order and a framework of systems that work.
That is not the way to do that.
Let's get to the next question here.
Freedom at CharlieKirk.com.
Let's do this one.
Hey, Charlie, Kamala Harris seems to have visited the border.
Do you think Trump going as well had anything to do with it?
Thanks so much, Carl from Arkansas.
Thank you, Carl, from Arkansas.
Yes.
Donald Trump going down to the border and announcing it forced the hand of Kamala Harris.
Yes.
Donald Trump saying that he was going to come down to the border all of a sudden forced the hand of a current elected official, Kamala Harris, to go down to the border.
I want to get to one more here before the end.
Do we have Cut 64?
Let's play Cut 64.
That's Jen Saki who says that Kamala Harris visiting the border because the crisis is not under control.
Cut 64.
This trip on Friday, which is being done in coordination with the Department of Homeland Security, Secretary Mayorkas is, of course, joining her to continue to address the root causes and work in coordination to get the situation under control.
It must not be under control if you're sending the vice president there.
Let's get one more question here from Quinton.
Mike Lindell, a good man, mypillow.com promo code Kirk, has made comments that Trump would be reinstated to the office this fall.
How would that be?
Because nothing in the Constitution states reinstatement to office.
Love Mike.
I don't think that's going to happen, but we do have an exclusive conversation where Mike just sounds off, and we're going to have that on our podcast.
I love his passion for the Lord, for Jesus.
And Mike is a friend of mine.
You know, people say, well, Charlie, do you denounce what?
Like, hold on a second.
Just calm down.
Okay.
Since when am I in the business of denouncing friends?
Is that what we have to do now?
You have to police the comments and the opinions of people that you like.
Is that this weird new micro-tyranny we have to be in that I have to justify who my friends are?
Mike Lindell has always been very good to me.
Mike Lindell employs a lot of people.
Mike Lindell has a lot of passion for his country and he loves Jesus Christ.
If he says some things that I don't see eye to eye with him, then that's between Mike and I. You are trying to divide us if you're all of a sudden trying to interject yourself when some blogger says, What's your comment on this?
Because I know you're friends with him.
You know what?
The comment is, screw you.
That's the comment.
Mike's a friend of mine, promo code Kirk.
Have a nice life.
You got a question for Mike?
Call Mike.
I'm all of a sudden not going to be forced tyrannically into playing on the terms of engagement.
And that's some good advice for all of you.
All of you have these friendships that all of a sudden are trying to, that you have that you like, well, do you denounce this because this person did that?
Be loyal to your friends.
Be good to them.
Friendship is a gift from the Lord.
Aristotle wrote a lot about friendship.
So I refuse to all of a sudden sever ties with people that I've shared experiences and values with just because some blogger tells me to do so.
Thanks so much for listening, everybody.
