Hey everybody, election fraud hearing in the United States Senate.
Some bombshell and breaking revelations here on the Charlie Kirk Show.
We go through all of it.
Please consider supporting us at charliekirk.com/slash support.
If you like the work we are doing, get behind us at charliekirk.com/slash support.
Election fraud hearing.
We have the news of the insight.
Buckle up, everybody.
Here we go.
Charlie, what you've done is incredible here.
Maybe Charlie Kirk is on the college campuses.
I want you to know we are lucky to have Charlie Kirk.
Charlie Kirk's running the White House, folks.
I want to thank Charlie.
He's an incredible guy.
His spirit, his love of this country.
He's done an amazing job building one of the most powerful youth organizations ever created.
Turning point USA.
We will not embrace the ideas that have destroyed countries, destroyed lives, and we are going to fight for freedom on campuses across the country.
That's why we are here.
If you guys want to give back this Christmas, the best way to do that is through our partnership with prison fellowship ministries.
They do a great job.
It's called the Angel Tree Campaign.
Basically, there's a lot of children out there through no fault of their own don't have parents around because their parents are in prison.
And these kids are the real victims because they didn't ask for this.
They didn't do anything to get in that circumstance.
But all of the data shows that when children do not have a relationship with their parent any way whatsoever, they're more likely to get into crime themselves.
And it's not good for the country.
It's not good for them.
And so at the Prison Tree Fellowship, Angel Tree, we are able to have a partnership where these young people are able to hear from their parents, show them the love of Jesus Christ.
It's amazing.
So go to charliekirk.com, scroll down and click the Angel Tree banner.
We, just here on this program, you guys, radio stations across the country, we have helped 2,349 children.
It's pretty amazing.
And it's going up.
2,349 kids.
It's awesome.
So you guys can keep on helping us by doing that.
Go to charliekirk.com, scroll down, and go to Angel Tree.

I want to get into the highly contentious Senate hearing yesterday around voter fraud and election fraud.
And make no mistake, voter fraud is real.
When you have an election or any contest to assume control over a $4 trillion government where over 150 million people participate, there will be cheating.
There will be organized criminal activity to try and influence that outcome.
Anyone who tells you the opposite is the actual conspiracy theorist.
Conspiracy is not a theory.
Conspiracy is a crime.
And there definitely was a conspiracy or is a conspiracy to defeat Donald Trump.
We saw this with the coup against Donald Trump when it came to spying through the FISA courts and through the Federal Bureau of Investigation.
We have seen this through their not just willingness, but their commitment to destroy Donald Trump at every single turn and at all costs.
And so this hearing yesterday was really something to see.
Several United States senators, Senator Lankford, Senator Ram Paul, Senator Hawley, and Senator Johnson were terrific yesterday.
And I think this hearing should have got a lot more press coverage.
In fact, there was almost no press coverage at all whatsoever.
Not even the New York Times.
They didn't even admit that it happened.
A lot of people did not even know that the United States Senate was hosting hearings on this.
And if the United States senators that were hosting this hearing actually believed what they were saying, then they should rise up and refuse to certify their election results on January 6th when the final electoral college results have to be certified by the United States Senate.
So let's go through some of these details here.
Let's start with Cut 64.
This is Senator Lankford, who I believe is from Oklahoma, saying that 42,000 people in Nevada voted more than once, 1,500 of them dead.
19,000 didn't live in Nevada.
8,000 voted from a non-existent address.
15,000 registered to a commercial address and 4,000 non-citizens.
Had there been any prosecutions?
Attorney Benal, not yet, Senator Play, Cut 64.
42,000 people in Nevada voted more than once, according to your work in this.
42,000 people.
1,500 people voted in Nevada that were dead.
19,000 people voted though they did not live in Nevada and they weren't a college student.
8,000 people voted from a non-existent address.
15,000 people voted though they were registered to a commercial address or a vacant address.
And 4,000 people voted in Nevada that are non-citizens.
Do you know of any prosecutions currently going on in Nevada for any voter fraud?
Not yet, Senator, and that's extremely important.
So the Department of Justice and the Federal Bureau of Investigation at Bill Barr's direction is not looking into any of this.
42,000 people in Nevada, according to Senator Lankford.
Now, let me just tell you about Senator Lankford.
He's an establishment Republican.
He is not a grassroots conservative.
I think highly of him, but I think he'd be the first one to say that he panders to establishment and he's kind of in that kind of caricature.
He's in the kind of climbing the ranks of Senate leadership game.
He's saying that 42,000 people in Nevada voted more than once, 1,500 of them dead.
15,000 registered to a commercial address and 4,000 non-citizens.
No prosecutions.
No one looking into it.
33,000 was the final margin in Nevada.
33,000.
Where is the federal Bureau of Investigation?
Where is the Department of Justice?
Well, they're being told by their own Attorney General there's no voter fraud that could influence the election.
How does the Attorney General know that without looking into it?
That would be like the Attorney General saying back in the 1960s, there's no corruption in the Catholic Church.
There's no children getting abused.
We just know this.
It's a matter of fact.
You don't know what you don't investigate.
Where's the Nevada Attorney General?
Probably a Democrat.
The illegal votes in Nevada shouldn't be counted.
The results should be invalidated.
Let's go to Cut 60, Senator Rand Paul, who says very clearly exactly what happened in November, play tape.
The courts never looked at the facts.
The courts don't like elections, and so they stayed out of it by finding an excuse, standing or otherwise, to stay out of it.
But the fraud happened.
The election in many ways was stolen.
And the only way it'll be fixed is by in the future reinforcing the laws.
The fraud happened.
The election in many ways was stolen.
That's Senator Rand Paul, who I consider to be a friend and an American hero for what he's saying.
He is not an establishment Republican.
He gets it and he fights.
He fights the tough fights.
We need dozens of more people like Senator Rand Paul.
Where are the instruments of government who are in charge of the rule of law?
We've talked about many times on this program what ends up happening when people lose total and complete faith in their institutions and the systems that are supposed to implement fairness and call balls and strikes.
Now, mind you, when Republicans rarely, but when they do engage in voter fraud, the Department of Justice is on there instantaneously.
The Department of Justice is never shy to go after Republicans.
But the Department of Justice has just kept hands off.
They say, ah, 42,000 people in Nevada voted more than once, 1,500 of them dead.
By the way, for the tech censors out there that are working for YouTube and Google, I am just citing what a senator has said, a U.S. Senator, okay?
This is not just some guy on the side of the street with a bullhorn saying this as you pass by.
This is a United States Senator from Oklahoma.
This is Senator Rand Paul that says the fraud has happened.
What I have found to be actually some good news, this might not give you a lot of satisfaction.
If you go back into November 17th, one month ago, less U.S. senators were talking about this than today.
In fact, they were trying to avoid this a month ago.
The reason is that the court of public opinion is shifting in our direction.
Meanwhile, the actual courts are shifting in an unknown direction, a non-political direction.
Senator Josh Hawley hits this perfectly, where he said 74 million Americans are not going to shut up.
I just spoke to a businessman here and he said, I am never going to let this go.
This will be known as the great fraud and the great steal.
How do you react when something is stolen from you?
Do you forget about it?
I want you to imagine if your home gets broken into and your family possessions go missing.
Is that something that you just turn the page because you're told it's for the betterment of the country?
When you are a victim of theft, you typically want revenge and you typically don't trust the system that existed.
If you had a home security system in your home and a thief comes in and steals all of your possessions, are you going to trust that security system in the future?
And then you report it to the local police and they say, you understand there's no evidence of widespread theft in your home, at least any that could influence your net worth.
So these are my family possessions.
This matters to me.
Sit down and shut up.
Your insistence is ruining the country.
That's exactly how people feel.
They feel morally the same than when a robber or a burglar or a thief comes into your home and steals something that you care about because our votes were stolen.
They feel the exact same way.
With the turning point movement that we have started on campuses across the country, I've had the honor of traveling to many of these universities and engage in rigorous debate with the next generation.
When you talk to as many students as I do, there are several familiar themes.
I see disillusionment with the media, a lack of hope in their job prospects, and I hear them commonly claim that they're victims and that they deserve better.
While college students actually realize it or not, they're forming ideologies that will affect the way they think and treat others for a lifetime.
I like to recommend a great book to any young person in this time of life.
It's called Reflections on the Existence of God by best-selling author Richard Simmons III.
This guy doesn't shy away from the hardest questions of life.
Reflections on the existence of God is a collection of short essays that tackles the biggest question of all.
Does God exist?
This book is well researched and easy to read.
One of the most important things a young person can do is to solidify their worldview.
Our worldview informs our personal, social, and political lives.
It helps us understand our purpose.
So I'm challenging college students to ask themselves life's toughest questions.

Check it out.
Senator Josh Hawley makes the best argument that 74 million Americans are not just going to shut up and telling them that their views do not matter.
That's not a recipe for success for our country.
Almost word for word, what I said on Fox recently.
Let's play cut 59.
Well, I'll tell you what, 74 million Americans are not going to shut up.
And telling them that their views don't matter and that their concerns don't matter and they should just be quiet is not a recipe for success in this country.
It's not a recipe for the unity that I hear now the other side is suddenly so interested in after years, years of trying to delegitimize President Donald Trump.
If you want to unify the country, is the best way to unify the country by telling people to sit down and shut up?
If you want to unify the country, are you just going to tell people that there's no validity to the questions that they have?
If you want to unify the country, are you going to just call everyone a conspiracy theorist despite unanswered questions?
Senator Lankford himself said that there are 42,000 people in Nevada that voted more than once, 1,500 of them dead.
19,000 didn't live in Nevada.
This is just Nevada, by the way.
8,000 voted from a non-existent address.
15,000 registered to a commercial address.
4,000 non-citizens.
No prosecutions, no investigations.
Our Department of Justice seems very disinterested in all of these investigations.
The hearing yesterday was about voter fraud and election fraud.
It quickly descended into a shouting match of Senator Gary Peters, who probably cheated to become a senator against the terrific John James, as Ron Johnson started ripping into Gary Peters, accusing him of spreading Russian disinformation, which is entirely true.
Play Cut 51.
Senator Paul, Mr. Chairman, I got to respond to that.
I mean, you're saying I'm putting out disinformation.
Well, one, it had nothing to do with this report.
You lied repeatedly.
You lied repeatedly in the press when I was spreading Russian disinformation, and that was an outright lie.
And I told you to stop lying, and you continue to do it.
This is terrible, what you're doing to this committee and all the great work that you talked about.
It is what you have done to this committee.
You've not falsely accusing the chairman of spreading disinformation.
Nothing could have been further from the truth, and you're spouting it again, which is why I had to spot.
What Senator Ron Johnson is talking about is the Hunter Biden investigation that Chuck Grassley assisted with, where Senator Ron Johnson launched the investigation into the Biden crime family and all of their escapades across the world, where they sold this out to China, sold this out to Ukraine, sold this out to the mayor of Moscow's wife.
And Senator Gary Peters, who is a very foolish person and incredibly corrupt, he went out into the press after Senator Ron Johnson talked about the Hunter Biden laptop, talked about the corruption, and he called that Russian disinformation.
That's what Senator Ron Johnson is responding to.
Not to mention the entire Democrat Party is purchased by the Chinese, by the Chinese Communist Party.
We have two capitals in our country.
We have a Potempkin village capital that really does not make any decisions.
And then we have the actual capital, the actual power source.
If you want to know where the decisions are being made in our country, if you want to know where the most powerful people actually whine and dine, it's in the San Francisco Bay Area.
That's where Kamala Harris is from, Eric Swalwell, that's where Nancy Pelosi, the tech companies, Google and Facebook, Salesforce, they're all headquartered in the Menlo Park, Oakland, Bay Area.
Where does George Soros' son live?
Berkeley, California.
And that's exactly why they were targeted by Fang Fang, Chinese, Feinstein.
All because it seems as if there's something that's happening in the San Francisco Bay Area that make all this decisions in a certain trajectory or a certain way.
And when Senator Gary Peters is peddling this Chinese disinformation, he is doing the bidding of the San Francisco Bay Area ruling class.
If Senator Ron Johnson and Lankford believed what their committee was actually telling them, that this election was probably stolen, then they should refuse to certify the election on January 6th.
On January 6th, it comes up in front of the United States Senate.
And if one senator objects, it goes to two hours of debate, and then we have a vote.
And that's the final step.
So we're going through the hearing yesterday that should have been frontline news on every single news network across the country.
Instead, it was ignored.
Senator Lankford said that 42,000 people in Nevada voted more than once.
1,500 of them were dead.
Rand Paul said very clearly that fraud happened and the election was in many ways stolen.
And the only way it will be fixed is by, in the future, enforcing the laws.
Senator Josh Hawley said 74 million people are not just going to go away.
And here's the issue: is that there was definitely fraud.
But let's use the Georgia example.
Raffensperger, who is a highly suspicious individual, came out and he said Donald Trump got outworked.
It's nonsense.
Instead, Raffensperger got outmaneuvered.
So what happened back in 2018 is Brian Kemp, who made all these wonderful promises about being this rock star conservative.
We've aired his ridiculous advertisement many times here on this program.
And he takes office.
Stacey Abrams never concedes.
Now, she never conceded, not out of vanity, because that's how we mocked her, but instead she was up to something else.
She was up to a legal claim and a challenge to change the Georgia voter rolls.
So she got advice from some very wise and capable lawyers who told her, do not concede under any circumstances whatsoever, similar to kind of what Hillary Clinton said.
We're going to go raise tens of millions of dollars for you to go sue Kemp and Rothensberger.
Now, the lawsuit was pretty well put together.
The lawsuit, because Stacey Abrams had a lot of money and a lot of time, detailed real human beings that submitted real ballots that were rejected because the signatures were off.
She found very good stories to back this up.
The lawyers framed them very well, and they sued under a violation of the Civil Rights Act, or at least the Voting Rights Act, I think is a better, it's the Voting Rights Act, which is, I think, a component, or it came after of the Civil Rights Act.
It was an amendment to it.
If I was a judge in Georgia, I would have been sympathetic to Stacey Abrams' case.
Meanwhile, you have the best lawyers in the country arguing fervently, and in opposition, Raffensperger and Kemp that do not know how to fight.
They don't have the spine to fight.
They don't have the wherewithal to fight.
They do not want it.
So they got scared.
All of a sudden, Stacey Abrams started to call about criminal referrals.
She talked about how she's going to get the Department of Justice involved, even though there was nothing to get the DOJ involved.
But if you want to mobilize the DOJ, just scream racism, and the DOJ gets deployed like the 101st Airborne.
You've never seen anything like it.
You scream racism.
They show up to Bubble Wallace's garage to tell us that a rope is obviously not put there by the KKK lynch mob.
So Kemp and Rauffensperger started to get nervous.
Kemp and Rauffensperger then settled with Stacey Abrams.
They settled.
Now, this is unconstitutional.
And by settling, part of what Stacey Abrams was asking for was a relaxing of the signature requirements, absentee ballots, drop-off requirements, all sorts of things that seemed just to be procedural changes.
They seemed to be nothing more than just kind of tampering around on the edges.
And Brian Kemp and Raffensperger said to themselves, We're in power.
We don't want the DOJ to come after us.
We don't want to start this huge thing calling us racists.
And basically, what happened is they said, All right, well, I guess we'll win Georgia by three points instead of 3.2 points.
Stacey Abrams got exactly what she needed.
She got the concessions necessary to be able to have an unregulated deluge of ballots that could go into the Georgia voter rolls.
You pair that up with a BLM incorporated insurrectionist movement that made white Georgia upper-middle-class liberals ashamed of their skin color in a state that had, of course, a very mixed racial history.
You had a motivated black base, but interestingly, the motivated black base across the country were more towards Trump than they were in Atlanta.
No one can still explain that, that as soon as you have a county line, Fulton County line gets drawn, black voters start voting in a certain way differently than they would in other parts of the country.
But Republicans in Georgia were so confident, they were so cocky, they did not think that even with the deluge of ballots they knew Stacey Abrams was going to put into the system, that anything could actually change.
And here's the problem: we know the fraud occurred, but the fraud cannot be proven until we get signature verification, which shows exactly the type of signature relaxation of standards that Stacey Abrams is able to achieve.
These are signatures that are nowhere near what they should be.
How did we get there?
Weak Republicans and persistent Democrats that cared about process a lot more than politics.
They cared about how the votes were actually counted.
As Joseph Stalin famously said, it's one way the votes are counted, but really are cast.
What really matters is how the votes are counted.
And this is something that Republicans just seemed quite honestly disinterested in.
There's this tweet here by Greg Dolizel.
He is a Georgia state senator representing Forsyth County District 27.
He says, I tested the signature match for absentee ballots in Georgia and it failed.
I'm tired of the denier saying there is no evidence.
Signature match doesn't work.
Here's your evidence.
Is it any surprise?
Only 2011 signatures were rejected out of 1.3 million in November.
We must fix this.
His own ballot was the signature on the absentee ballot request form got nowhere near the signature on the voter ID.
So basically, I think he was almost testing the system.
Is that fair to say, Greg Dolizel?
There's no way he didn't do this intentionally.
If you look at the signature on the photo ID and the signature he put on the absentee ballot, now in his defense, he might have been at the DMV in a really bad mood.
Therefore, he wrote in ancient Hebrew or hieroglyphics.
I mean, you look at the signature he put on his photo ID, it's as if he's writing on the pyramids of Giza.
Like, I don't know what that is.
It's kind of like the pie symbol and just kind of a dash.
I guess he was trying to test it.
Now, interestingly, this was for the Georgia runoff because it was the 28th date.
So he was doing this for the Georgia runoff.
That's what he was doing.
He's like, I'm going to prove voter fraud right now.
Very smart.
And I'm going to prove it by not fraudulently filling it out, just filling out the signature different than what the signature they have on file.
Got it.
That's what Greg Dolezel was doing, right?
For the runoff, saying, you want to see there's no fraud?
Look at the difference here.
This is evidence.
They submitted his ballot.
Raufensperger, why are you submitting his ballot and taking his ballot?
This is evidence.
It's because Kemp and Raffensperger had no backbone.
They had no guts, and no other thing that you could fill in the blanks about.
Kemp and Roffensperger would rather have Biden win Georgia than them lose their political power.
Selfish people.
Selfish.
If they would have fought like Ron DeSantis did, this would not be a problem.
And now we have the evidence of that fraud that exists.
So we have hundreds of thousands of ballots that went through.
And now Greg Dolezel shows us through signature verification that there was no signature verification.
It's a mirage.
It doesn't exist.
So the issue is this.
You can't now change the rules after the election has happened.
And that's why Kemp and Raffensperger did such an unbelievable disservice to our country.
By the way, first of all, the Constitution, the United States Constitution, says that all of these technical changes must go to the state legislature.
My question is: why was the state legislature not holding hearings, not allowing this to happen?
Answer, Kemp and Roffensperger probably exerted their political control saying, please let us do this.
We don't want to go to jail.
We don't want to get investigated by the DOJ.
Because maybe Kemp did do some suspicious stuff in 2018.
Maybe Kemp did lose to Stacey Abrams.
And so a lot of people, including myself, are saying, what is the remedy?
The remedy should be Kemp and Roffensperger, first and foremost, saying they did this unconstitutionally.
Kemp and Raffensperger, most specifically Roffensperger, should put up his hand and say, I did this unconstitutionally.
I admit it.
These elections were not done under the guidelines of the United States Constitution.
Instead, they're digging in.
And so Roffensperger says, well, Trump got outworked.
No, you got outmaneuvered.
You got outplanned.
You got outworked by Stacey Abrams.
Stacey Abrams, who gets glamorized on the Washington Post, I can see why they did that big story on her now, where they made her look like superwoman, this big thing.
We were making fun of it at the time, but I was always suspicious.
So, where's our whole team?
Why are they doing this?
Was she going to be vice president?
No.
She's Solinsky.
She's their Chicago community organizer.
That's why they're heroizing her in a heroine-type sense.
For good reason.
She gamed the whole system.
And she made it almost impossible to backtrace the fraud to the practice of ballot laundering.

Add to that a presidential run in 2012, a victorious battle over cancer, and a flourishing career in Atlanta radio.
Herman was an amazing man whose life embodied the values we strive to live and pass along to our kids and grandkids.

If the senators believe that they actually want to pick a fight and win, then why don't they pick a fight on January 6th?
They should pick a fight, hold the line, and say the Senate will not certify the election results.
1876 style.
The hearing was great.
I got to give Senator Lankford credit.
In fact, I think the Senator Lankford piece is almost worth playing again.
It's the most surprising because Senator Blankford is the most established of all the people that talked.
And he said that there were 42,000 people in Nevada who voted more than once, 1,500 dead, 19,000 who didn't live in Nevada, 8,000 voted from a non-existent address, 15,000 registered a commercial address, and 4,000 non-citizens.
Have there been any prosecutions?
Not yet, Senator.
Play cut 64.
Not yet, Senator.
There are no investigations, and that is extremely important.
Now, we are going to have Senator Mike Lee, Senator Paul, and Senator Ted Cruz on our podcast very soon on the Charlie Kirk Show podcast exclusively.
We are here at the Turning Point USA Student Action Summit.
I could tell you that we have a pretty amazing lineup here at our Turning Point USA Student Action Summit.
In fact, so amazing and so incredible that we are going to have, I think, some great podcast content as we kind of get people to be able to kind of take them aside, including Congressman-elect Madison Cawthorne.
We are going to have Congressman Matt Gates, phenomenal people, Senator Rampaul, Mike Lee, Ted Cruz, and many others.
And I think that the United States Senate now needs to unite and at least say, we're going to go to roll call vote.
Obviously, every Democrat's going to vote to certify, obviously.
But all it takes is one senator to object to get this to go to a roll call vote.
Two hours of debate, and then we will see how many Republicans want to put their name behind what Lankford himself says is a fraudulent election.
He said, I'm not saying this.
42,000 people in Nevada voted more than once.
1,500 are dead.
Rand Paul said the fraud happened.
The election in many ways was stolen.
And the only way it will be fixed in the future is by enforcing the laws.
Senate is the last stand.
Some people are saying, what about these court cases?
We have zero indication to believe that there is a breathing judge in the country that is going to overturn these election results.
It doesn't exist.
I'm not saying the case isn't good.
It's not what I'm saying.
I'm not saying the attorneys don't know what they're doing.
I'm saying there is not a judge that wants to be in that position.
They are human beings.
They are risk-averse and they are not political by nature.
They're not.
And so the Senate is the last stand.
The Senate could block Joe Biden from getting sworn in.
If the Senate on January 6th came out with 51 votes, actually, no, I'm sorry, 50 votes because Pence would definitely be the tiebreaker there.
5-0 votes and said, we're not certifying the election.
Too many questions.
Unanswered fraud.
Not happening.
Joe Biden does not get inaugurated on January 20th.
That's simple.
If only Republicans controlled the Senate, right?
If only Republicans were in control.
People say it's time to fight.
That's what fighting looks like.
Ask your U.S. Senator why they're going to certify the election on January 6th.
Why will they put their name and your name behind this shaman of an exercise?
It's the last stand.
Some people say, what about the state legislatures?
They're not even meeting.
Okay?
They have no interest whatsoever in this.
But Pennsylvania, Arizona, maybe Georgia, maybe.
Wisconsin, Pennsylvania, Wisconsin and Michigan, not happening.
Arizona, the head of the Arizona speaker of the House said, we're not even meeting about this.
Okay?
So the state legislatures ended up being more weak and more corrupt than our wildest imagination.
The judges want nothing to do with this.
The U.S. Senate could stop it.
It's just a matter of how much they love their country, really.
It really is.
It's a matter of are they willing to stand up with truth and courage.
We'll see what happens.
Thanks so much for listening, everybody.
