Bill Barr directly intervened to keep Hunter Biden probe secret before the election by warning against issuing subpoenas and asking prosecutors if their staff could be trusted.
It says here: Barr sought to uphold existing Department of Justice policy against interfering in an election, cautioned against any moves that could go public, such as a subpoena.
Came despite Trump and Republican lawmakers demanding Hunter probe.
Hunter Biden revealed last week his taxes were under investigation, and Democrats have accused Barr of acting like, quote, Trump's personal lawyer.
This is from the Daily Mail.
So the first person that should be blamed here is the media.
You see, when Democrats are in charge, they use the leaking process to their advantage.
If we actually had a media that was interested in finding out whether or not Hunter Biden was under investigation, this would have got leaked immediately.
Now, Bill Barr is just going to say, well, I was following Department of Justice protocol.
But here's the issue with that.
Our side, even the good ones, we actually follow a moral code that the other side disdains.
The Department of Justice policy is officially not to leak or confirm investigations.
And Barr follows it here while recent evidence from predecessors is the exact opposite.
In both cases, the decisions hurt our side.
They play to win and destroy us.
We follow the rules.
It's that simple.
And Bill Barr following the rules, the result of that, he intervened in not intervening.
He intervened in not allowing the public to know that the person who could become president of the United States and his son are under federal investigation for potential money laundering and not just tax issues.
Let's go to cut 14 of President Trump defending Bob Mueller and attacking Bill Barr on Fox and Friends.

Say what you want about Robert Mueller.
When Buzzfeed put out a phony article, I think it was BuzzSfeed, but Buzzfeed put out a phony article.
Bob Mueller stepped out and he said that article was a phony and then there was ultimately proven no collusion.
After two years, no collusion.
But Bob Mueller stood up and he interjected that this article was false.
Bill Barr should have done the same thing.
And yet, Bill Barr did not.
Bill Barr could have interjected after Tony Bobulinsky went public, and they could have confirmed that, yes, Hunter Biden is under federal investigation.
And here's why this matters.
By not interfering, you interfere.
Your inaction is actually action.
36% of Biden voters have said they had no idea whatsoever that Joe Biden had Chinese influences or was under criminal investigation.
16% said they wouldn't have voted for Joe Biden.
Let's pretend that is half right.
Let's pretend just 5% of people wouldn't have voted for Joe Biden if they would have known.
Peter Schweitzer was on Life, Liberty, and Levin last night with the great one, and he said it's a national tragedy how the media acted as gatekeepers of the Hunter Biden story.
He's right.
And not just that, the tech companies, they locked you out of your account if you dare talk about it.
The trillion-dollar companies, the conquerors of our time, they did not allow the New York Post to have access to their Twitter account because they were talking about this laptop.
Now that the election is over, all of a sudden now we can talk about it.
Now it's all going to come to light.
But as the Electoral College meets right now, and there are lots of pending litigation and things that can still happen, including the United States Senate not certifying the Electoral College results, similar to 1876, where the House of Representatives and the Senate could not come to an agreement of who would become president.
Now we are in a circumstance where the person who is on pace to become president never actually had to run an election or run a campaign, never had to come under criticism, tough questions, is the most artificial campaign in American history, the least transparent candidate in American history.
All of this coordinated attack and movement and activity made possible because of the unification of the hatred of Donald Trump and with it, the country.
Bill Barr made a very big mistake here.
Bill Barr had a moral obligation to confirm that Joe Biden and his son, particularly his son, were under active criminal investigation.
His unwillingness to do so, in fact, his refusal to do so, resulted in an entire electorate voting on an incomplete picture, voting only on Trump hatred and not understanding that Joe Biden is actually materially, financially, and morally more corrupt than Hillary Clinton and Bill Clinton.
And in Cut 18, John Ratcliffe said he briefed members of the House and Senate intelligence committees earlier this summer about the Chinese Communist Party's strategy to blackmail lawmakers, which includes Hunter Biden and Joe Biden.

You wrote a piece for the Wall Street Journal, and you say China is targeting members of Congress with six times the frequency of Russia and 12 times the frequency of Iran.
What is behind Beijing's aggressive approach?
So they want laws and policies out of the United States that are favorable to China.
And what they're really trying to do is through blackmail, through bribery, through overt and covert influence, trying to make sure that only laws that are favorable to China are passed.
Have you been to Capitol Hill and have you briefed this threat information to lawmakers?
I was so troubled by what I saw from the position as the director of national intelligence that I went and briefed both the House and Senate intelligence committees on this information, which they found surprising and troubling.
But that's part of alerting members of Congress to the threats that they're facing and that the American people are facing in this broad campaign that China has to replace the United States as the world's superpower.
When did you brief those two intelligence committees?
Earlier this summer.
So the real question is, why didn't Clapper speak out against this when Clapper was running the director of national intelligence?
Why didn't Clapper speak out and mention how people are bought and paid for by the Chinese Communist Party?
Is Clapper paid for?
I don't know.
Is Clapper purchased?
Well, maybe because Clapper was representing a government and an executive branch that was purchased, was currently being blackmailed and extorted by the Chinese Communist Party.
Everything that the House Committee on American Activities tried to find is now right in front of us.

CNN Brian Stelter downplaying the seriousness of the Hunter Biden investigation.

We watched every hour on Thursday and Friday, and more than 50% of the hours, more than half the hours on Fox, began or led or started with this: Hunter.
Hunter, All right, that's enough.
You get it?
The lead story was Hunter Biden, Joe Biden's son.
The lead, of course, means they think the most important story was Hunter Biden.
They led every hour with it more times than not.
And so essentially, Brian Stelter is trying to say that this hurts their credibility.
I never knew Brian Stelter was interested in the credibility of anything.
Brian Stelter's show is a joke.
The fact it still continues is quite magnificent, actually.
There must be something I'm missing.
This is one of the greatest disinformation scandals in American history: that an American electorate had no idea that a candidate's family was involved and was possibly intricately not just aware, but behind selling our country out to the Chinese Communist Party.
The Ukrainians, internationally, most America thought, yeah, Joe Biden, whatever.
He's kind of losing it, but at least he's not Trump.
Little did they know he is a subcontractor for the Chinese Communist Party.
No different if Xi Jinping ran for president or Joe Biden.
No different.

Sidney Powell is out saying that President Trump now has enough evidence to trigger the executive order from 2018 and can appoint a special prosecutor and impound all the voting machines.

Well, given the level of foreign interference we can demonstrate and the country has evidence of in our filings of foreign interference in the election, it's more than sufficient to trigger the president's executive order from 2018.
I think under the emergency powers, he could even appoint a special prosecutor to look into this, which is exactly what needs to happen.
Every machine, every voting machine in the country should be impounded right now.
There's frankly more than enough criminal probable cause to justify that.
What if I told you that there was a moment in American history where someone was very worried about communist infiltration into the State Department, a presidential administration, Voice of America, and the United States Army?
What if I told you there used to be an appetite to see if our government has been compromised?
Well, we know our government has been compromised.
We know this.
This used to be called the Senate Committee on Un-American Activities, led by Joe McCarthy.
Joe McCarthy and McCarthyism is used as a smear tactic now to try to get people to stop talking about how the communists are infiltrating our country.
Almost everything that Joe McCarthy warned about has now come to light.
And what Sidney Powell is talking about is a 2018 executive order against foreign interference in the election.
But I have to tell you this: that the lack of outrage, interest, and focus from the American people in how we have been purchased by the motivated, authoritarian, and evil Chinese is not good.
Most Americans are medicated, pseudo-mechanical, and mechanized, and miserable.
Massive men lead lives of quiet desperation.
So in 2018, President Trump signed an executive order on foreign interference in our election, giving him expanded power and authority to be able to impose certain sanctions in the event of interference in the United States election.
This was signed in response to many accusations that the president was not taking foreign interference in the election serious enough.
By the authority vested in the president by the Constitution, it signs an executive order and it goes on to say basically that he could take dramatic action that can hold foreign actors accountable in a United States election.
Now, this is the most foreign-interfered election that we've ever seen, just differently interfered than how the Democrats would like.
It's not foreign-interfered in the sense that Russia and the Kremlin came in and tried to help Donald Trump as much as the pro-Chinese party would like us to believe, which is the Democrat Party, where they literally sleep with Chinese spies, are driven around by the CCP, and take billions of dollars of contributions over decades of companies that are linked to the Chinese Communist Party.
But instead, we have been foreign-interfered by the candidate that was running for the Democrat Party.
The candidate running for the Democrat nomination is a Chinese agent.
He could be called a Chinese spy, allegedly.
There is no difference between Joe Biden's worldview and that of Feng Feng or Xi Jinping.
The only difference is how they get there.
Joe Biden has said favorable things about China.
Joe Biden has written extensively about China.
And we already know that Hunter Biden has benefited financially from relationships with the Chinese Communist Party.

Well, why isn't somebody doing something about this?
Well, that's what the Department of Justice should have been doing.
And if the American people had all the available evidence about the candidates in front of them, then they would have been able to make an informed decision.
For example, how is it fair that everyone in America has been able to read the most financially, politically, and personally exhaustive report in American history towards a president, the Mueller Report?
We knew.
We now know about the president's financial dealings.
We know that he has not been corrupted by Russia.
So the president had to be investigated for political reasons, and nothing was found.
But Joe Biden, the former vice president of the United States, who served twice as long as President Trump and oversaw the Chinese portfolio, he is untouchable, according to Bill Barr.
We can't announce that his son and the big man are in potential financial relationships with each other.
And now new emails have come out that corroborate and show that Hunter Biden called his father his business partner.
Now, one part of the United States Constitution that was used frequently to try and attack President Donald Trump unsuccessfully and on very shaky footing is something called the Emoluments Clause, the Foreign Emoluments Clause.
It's in Article 1, Section 9, Clause 8 of the Constitution.
It says, no title of nobility shall be granted by the United States, and no person holding any office or profit or trust under them shall, without the consent of Congress, accept of any present emolument, office, or title of any kind whatever from any king, prince, or foreign state.
So they are trying to use this as a way to attack President Trump because he had foreign nationals staying at his hotel.
That's a pretty ridiculous accusation.
However, why don't we now use Solinsky's rules and use the enemy's own book of rules against them?
If they were willing to remove President Trump based on the emoluments clause of being corrupted through foreign powers, why is it then that they wouldn't want Joe Biden removed from president as he and his family have done extensive business dealings and getting money that is completely undeserving?
Why is it that Hunter Biden was able to receive massive sums of money from the Chinese Communist Party?
Why is it Joe Biden was able to receive via his son being called the big man?
Just absolutely incomprehensible sums of money.
Because of this, Joe Biden should be disallowed from being sworn in as president of the United States, 10% for the big man, we have been told.
We have pictures of Joe Biden whining and dining with Xi Jinping, talking about how China's rise is a good thing for America.
Everything that they accuse Donald Trump of when it came to collusion, they themselves have actually done with the Chinese Communist Party, which should allow President Donald Trump to use the 2018 executive order that was signed into law as he swore an oath to defend the Constitution against enemies foreign and domestic to be able to find these voting machines.
We have now found a Michigan judge has said that records must be massively deleted, election observers have been obstructed, and vote dumps happen, of course, in the middle of the night, but all of that is now being thrown out.
And the news out of Michigan is also a forensic report from the Allied Security Operations Group, which I just checked them out on a surface level.
They look very credible.
They have 60-plus years of offering security services.
They are hired to investigate and audit and check out systems or certain technology, intellectual property.
They're hired by courts.
They're hired by prosecutors as a third party.
So they were hired to look into Michigan.
The Allied Security Operations Group looked into Dominion voting systems, and the report says, quote, the allowable election error rate established by the Federal Election Commission guidelines is of one in 250,000 ballots.
They observed an error rate of 68.05% with Dominion voting systems.
Its findings focus on Antrim County, which saw its election results glitch and flip thousands of votes for President Trump to Joe Biden.
In addition, the apologists and the defenders say that, oh, no, this was a human error.
But this now goes to show it was a computer error.
How many other votes were shifted and switched across the country away from Donald Trump?
How many votes did Donald Trump actually get?
And a forensic report from the Allied Security Operations Group says that it was intentionally and purposefully designed with inherent errors to create systemic fraud and influence election results.
This is a third-party testimony.
This leads to voter or election fraud.
You read the Allied Security Operations Group that has an 18-page report.
It says the event, the election event designer log shows that Dominion ImageCast precinct cards were programmed with new ballot programming on the 23rd of October.
And then again after the election on the 5th of November, the system changes affects how ballots are read and tabulated.
Who is behind this?
Who's actually playing games with our voting systems and our voting machines?
This is a third-party company that has come in and has come in and said that the USB memory sticks were played with at the poll book and so much more.
It goes to show even that there were changes in the electronic tabulation of machines, that a proposed initiated ordinance to authorize votes.
Was this an electronic coup?
Now, Allied Universal Services, I'm sure, is going to come under massive scrutiny and allegations from the activist media because I'm sure that they tend to be more Republican than not, just in their leadership or whatever.
I guarantee this is exactly what the left will do.
That does not mean that their findings are invalidated.
That does not mean that their findings are wrong.
I encourage you to read this report from Allied Universal Security that was hired to look into the Michigan Dominion voting systems.

It says, my name is Russell James Ramsland Jr.

He worked for NASA and MIT.
Among other organizations, he served with technical government panels.
He knows what he's talking about.
This guy is not a conspiracy theorist.

He argues that the vote changes in tabulations was upwards of 68% in just Antrim County.
And this is an 18-page detailed factual report piece by piece that at length goes through that Dominion election management systems.
He says this, there is clear evidence of software generated movement of votes.
The claims made on the Office of the Secretary of State website are false.
This is Russell James Ramsland, who has an MBA from Harvard, political science degree from Duke, worked for NASA and worked for MIT.
And the director of national intelligence report should be out this week as well.
Why have these machines not been impounded?
Why have they not been forensically reviewed by third-party potential criminal auditors?
Why is it that we are seeing a almost refusal by our law enforcement officers to do this very type of investigation?
If you go through this report, it basically shows our entire election system is a fraud, is what this says.
Now, it's either Russell James Ramsland is a schizophrenic and he's making all this up, or maybe, and obviously more likely, there's a lot of truth here.
And it goes through this 18-page report: how Dominion voting systems has been absolutely, completely, and totally corrupted from within with last-minute changes.

Thanksgiving gave the NFL a small ratings rebound, but it did not last.

One week after having their best ratings week of the year, the NFL faceplanted with 14.5 million viewer average for week 13.
That was 29% drop in viewership.

The good fighters of old first put themselves beyond the possibility of defeat and then waited for an opportunity of defeating the enemy.
And of course, the most famous quote of all that is employed by the Chinese Communist Party, the supreme art of war is to subdue the enemy without fighting.
The Chinese Communist Party thinks they can break our will through BLM incorporated political correctness, left-wing social movements.
The culture war that is raging in our country does nothing but benefits a Chinese global takeover.
And that intersects exactly with the electronic war and corruption in our voting systems and puts it all together.
