Welcome to this episode of the Charlie Kirk Show.
I am joined today by a friend of mine and someone who truly fights for the future of our republic, James O'Keefe from Project Veritas.
James, welcome back to the Charlie Kirk Show.
Great to be back with you, Charlie.
So James has been fighting more effectively, more effectively, I should say, than almost anyone in the movement for years.
He's been uncovering the lies of the left for quite some time through a variety of different tactics.
James, you have an ongoing series here on big tech and Facebook and Twitter and Google.
You have really uncovered some remarkable things.
Update our listeners and viewers on the work that you're doing to basically expose the bias within these very, very powerful tech companies.

We have a series right now, actually, on Facebook.
We're calling it Expose Facebook.
And these are whistleblowers who came to us from within Facebook.
Two of them on the record, one of them in the shadows.
And they're kind of giving us video.
They're giving us documents.
And the first installment of this was released today.
And the next two will be released next week.
Bias, censorship.
This one today involves a memo that was written by someone in the company outlining a policy to prefer foreign workers to American workers.
Facebook responded by saying this memo is not authentic, but in fact, as I speak to you right now, Facebook has suspended a number of their own user accounts and are kind of investigating the incident.
So what we have here is a bunch of insiders who are coming public in the coming days.
And you just happened to have me on the first day of the series, and you'll see more next week.
But this is a movement to expose tech bias and censorship, things that we've suspected to be true, but have never been able to confirm it.
And this comes on the heels, Charlie, of undercover work we've done into Twitter, into Pinterest.
We exposed Twitter saying they shadow banned users.
We exposed Pinterest censoring Bible verses.
We've done a lot of this sort of work over the last Google, Google's algorithmic fairness memorandum from a year ago, where they said they wanted to stop the next Trump situation from happening, if you remember that one.
So what we see is a movement of whistleblowers coming public.
We give them the camera, they record the fraud, and the exposed Facebook is starting today.
So James, can you Walk us through kind of the history of Project Veritas really quick, why you do what you do and how you do it.
I think that's also very helpful for our listeners.
Well, you know, Project Veritas is the nation's maybe premier or maybe only undercover investigative journalism organization.
We ferret out waste, fraud, and abuse.
We only report what we see on video, and we only report it if we can see the person's lips moving.
So it's very unique what we do.
There's a need for this sort of intrepid investigative reporting, and journalism is dead.
It's been dead for a long time.
It's broken.
It's broken politically.
It's broken economically.
So we believe that by recording these things, catching them in the act, maybe also by having people working inside go on the record and whistleblow, we believe that this is the thing that's going to help forge consensus on some very important issues.
And in this case, in big tech, people deny these things even happen, Charlie.
They say it's not a thing.
They say that there is no bias, that there is no intention to meddle in elections or get political.
So we have to kind of expose in an incontrovertible way that this occurs.
And the way to do that is to be the answer to the question: what can I do?
Now, Project Veritas has been around for 10 years.
We've done stories on Planned Parented, Acorn, National Public Radio, Voter Fraud, the Hillary Clinton campaign.
We've been doing this for over a decade.
It's just grown in a major way.
Yeah, and some of the most famous would be Acorn, when you actually got a government-funded, a government program defunded in a really remarkable way.
So let's talk more about the big tech issue.
Can you build out for us kind of what the landscape is within these tech companies?
How are you able to get these individuals that agree to leak this information to you, these insiders?
Can you walk us through however much you're able to fill in the gaps there?
It'd be really interesting.
We have this whole idea.
It's sort of such a revolutionary concept, but people on the inside giving us documents, giving us video.
The difference is there's nowhere else for them to go.
They can't go to the New York Times, Charlie.
They can't go to the Washington Post.
They can't go to BuzzFeed with this information.
They would be ratted out.
They would be smoked out.
They would be targeted.
So they come to us because we are willing to work with them.
We have assets.
We have journalists that we send their way to corroborate what they show us.
And what you're about to see come out in the coming days is videotape inside of Facebook, videotape of people and what they're saying, talking about specifically how they treat MAGA people, right?
How they target MAGA people and why.
So these are things that are on videotape.
It's not my word.
It's not my speculation.
It's theirs.
How do they do it?
They do it because they believe the public has a right to know.
They do it because they were inspired by other insiders, Charlie, like the guy who blew the whistle on CNN or the ABC News Insider with Epstein.
They're very inspired by other people doing this, and they decide that there's more to life than just making money and having a job.
They want to actually change the world.
So can you walk us through what exactly is happening with Facebook?
You mentioned something around H-1B requirements.
We've long suspected that these policies are in place, and also what else we can expect.
It's very infuriating to many Americans, these kind of preferential immigration policies to foreigners over our own country.
So can you walk us through kind of what's the thought process behind this tech series, why you're doing it, and also this recent policy document that was leaked?
Well, it's almost like I wish I would come on your show next week because we'd have the Hopefully I can come back and because I can't break the news of what we're breaking next week now, but essentially this is the first of three whistleblowers.
The first is coming out today.
He or she is off the record.
In other words, they're in the shadows, but they're not willing to go on camera yet.
But essentially, this is a document that says, quote, priority may be given to H-1B applicants from China and Korea.
This is a memo that was written by someone who we can confirm that it was in fact written by someone at Facebook.
Facebook denies the memo, but has in fact suspended, taken away various accounts from people inside Facebook who were responsible or involved in the memo.
So this was something written by someone at Facebook, Charlie, and we're still trying to get more answers from Facebook about this.
Again, the memo states, quote, priority may be given to H-1B applicants from China and Korea, and we confirm that it came from within Facebook.
So this is something called the diversity board that's in this memo.
And again, we're trying to get more information on that.

So we're still doing some reporting on this.
A very interesting developing story.
The next two whistleblowers coming out next week, like I said, to give you a tease, they're talking about targeting people for their politics.
They're talking about the algorithm that exists inside Facebook, Charlie.
So that would be, you know, the algorithm before it goes to content moderators, the algorithm actually selects automatically which posts are for review.
And that algorithm is itself biased.
It selects one type of political post more than the other, according to the whistleblower and according to their recordings.
And that's the sort of thing that we exposed next week.
Of course, they say none of this exists.
They're not political.
And they deny meddling in any elections.
And, you know, I think Facebook specifically, they believe that the ultimate reason why they need to do this is the results of the election.
That's something that they've admitted in 2016.
They say, quote, the results of the election indicate that Facebook has failed in its mission.
So it's something that they continue to do.
And I just hope that more and more insiders come out to us at Veritas Tips at ProtonMail.com.

Well, it gives me a great amount of hope that people are actually doing that, that people are standing up and exposing these incredibly corrupt institutions.
Can you fill us in, for those that might have missed it, about the Epstein story at ABC News?
This is a videotape from Amy Roebach, who's the Good Morning America anchor at the Good Morning America at ABC News.
And she's on a hot mic talking about how ABC News spiked or squashed, that's canceled a story about Epstein in order to protect the British royal family and Bill Clinton.
In her words, that's why they spiked the story.
She was caught on a hot mic not knowing she was being videotaped.
It was a very compelling piece of video.
It was very strong and it kind of blew up on the internet, created all these memes about Jeff Epstein didn't kill himself.
In fact, Amy Roebuck says that Jeffrey Epstein didn't kill himself.
So it was such an amazing story because it was the collusion between it was the collusion between CBS and ABC News to try to find this whistleblower that gave us the tape.
CBS News suspected it was someone within their own company that gave us the tape and fired that person, Charlie, when that was not the correct source.
So it was just an unbelievable nexus of power.
And then two months later, we broke this story on David Wright, who was an ABC correspondent.
And he was on videotape saying that he's a socialist and that ABC News does not give Trump credit that he deserves.
So we've had a lot of these hidden camera tapes come within ABC News in recent months, talking about their bias, talking about why they suppress stories for political reasons.
Again, nothing surprising to anyone listening, but it's always interesting when you can see their face and their lips moving when they say it.
You've come under lots of, let's just say, retaliation from the left, and you stand firmly against them and you stand for truth.
And it seems the more they come after you, the more that you expose them.
And from every, I mean, no one from the left is safe.
And, you know, James, I've known you for years.
And I remember a couple of years ago, I sat down with you in Las Vegas and I said, James, aren't you going to run out of content?
Aren't people going to stop talking?
Aren't people going?
And it proves that hasn't really been true.
It seems like the lips of, let's just put it this way, the lips of doing evil does not, they don't stop moving, right?
They think that they're very comfortable.
Yeah, I don't think that human nature is going to change.
It hasn't changed in tens of thousands of years.
And I don't think that waste, fraud, and abuse are ever going to go away.
I think they'll carry it more into the shadows.
I think people will be more careful about what they say and who they say it to.
But, you know, the Bob Creamer story, when I was in Florida, I talked to you about this.
I know that you sat next to Bob Creamer once, and you're from Chicago, and he's from Chicago.
And we got access to his organization, Americans United for Change, because we actually gave them money.
We actually went undercover and gave them thousands of dollars.
And then his lips just became loose.
And he told us about how it was Hillary's idea to put ducks on the ground and to do some of the bird-dogging, as he called it.
So what we have to do is we use pretty sophisticated methods.
And there's no one else.
I mean, no one else is looking into the things we're looking into.
No one else has the, frankly, the balls to do it.
I mean, to take on a trillion-dollar company like Google or Facebook and the way that we're doing it, nobody wants to touch this until I confirm it.
Nobody wants, I mean, in that story too, Charlie, no one wanted to break that story.
I had to break it, and then everyone covered it.
So I think the challenge for investigative reporters is you got to have to break news.
You have to be willing to be the tip of the spear.
As far as your audience is concerned, I know you have a lot of listeners, and I guess my challenge to them would be, which one of you are going to be the next insider?
How many of you have access to fraud, waste, and abuse?
How many, some of you actually work for some of these companies, and you have a conscience?
Maybe someone's inside Antifa right now.
And that's why we're doing this.
We want to be the answer to the question, what can I do?
People say, what can I do?
Well, you can put a little camera on your body.
You can work with us.
We'll tell your story.
We'll pay your legal bills.
I'm not sure there are many other organizations that are willing to do that.
I'm not saying all of you should do it.
I'm just saying one out of 10,000 should.

That is how, Charlie, we found these two Facebook insiders coming forward on the record next week.
Going to be incredible.
And I mean, again, this is what the media should be doing.
This is what the media should be doing.
And they're not doing this work at all.
And so, James, the conservative movement is afraid to fight.
You were inspired by Andrew Breitbart originally to get into this.
What's your message to the conservative movement in general that just seems so reluctant to stand for truth right now?
My message to the conservative movement.
I mean, this is my message to anyone is follow your conscience and don't let being liked get in the way of doing the right thing.
I learned a long time ago, The same as Rush Limbaugh has learned that, you know, to be hated is a sign of success.
I didn't get into this to be hated.
I don't like to be hated.
Charlie, I'm sure you don't like to be hated by all these very powerful, glossy magazines.
I mean, don't we want our book reviewed by the New York Times, right?
Isn't that why we did this?
No, that's not why I did this.
I did this because I believe.
I'm passionate.
I care deeply about the cause of truth.
And I think that the scales of justice are tipped in the wrong way.
And I think our media does a terrible job.
And I hold our media in contempt.
And frankly, they disgust me.
And I think our world would be a lot better if we had a media that was doing its job.
So it's almost like someone should do that.
And that's why we do what we do.
That's why we're out there.
We have to do something.
But you can't wait for the Senate to do something.
You can't wait for the Supreme Court to do something.
I think there's some news out of the Supreme Court today.
We have to do something.
The citizens have to do something.
It's like, don't wait for the other guy.
It's like the lowest of the low, the salt of the earth amongst us, have to kind of rise up and be brave.
And that's my message is just all it takes is one.
All it takes is one.
And you've seen it in our career over and over again because of one brave or two brave people that were willing to step forward.
I'm really excited about where these Facebook stories go next week.
I do believe we'll get a reaction from Facebook.
I do believe they'll have to change their policies.
And I do believe it will incite, it will provoke, it will inspire other people to come forward to us.
I don't think that anybody is going to change anything but the average job.
I think you've got to get those, and I think they got to wear cameras and show people the truth.
And I want to remind people that we're living through the rioting and the burning that you exposed that was warned about from a Bernie Sanders staffer in Iowa, that if Bernie lost, they were going to burn down the country.

That guy's name was Kyle Gurick.
He was a Bernie Sanders field organizer in Iowa, and he told us that if Bernie Sanders does not win the nomination, that cities will burn.
That's what he said.
Cities will burn.
Well, he was right.
He's a paid staffer for Bernie Sanders' campaign.
No one in the media covered it, except all of the Bernie Sanders field organizers took down their Twitter accounts.
So the media has realized that the way for them to deal with our content is to ignore it.
Our job is to get the media to talk about it.
We do that by shaming them with the truth.
In this case, it did not shame them to have a guy praising Soviet gulags and talking about burning cities down to the ground.
So I think we have to do more, Charlie.
I think we have to catch them on tape committing massive voter fraud.
I think we have to find out what's really happening in the shadows, who's behind them, who's paying them.
So we did an Antifa series two weeks ago where we actually met with the national organizer for Refuse Fascism.
We spoke to him undercover.
His name is Andy Z, and he talked about meeting with Tom Stiers people.
That's a billionaire in California.
Andy Z talked about Refuse Fa.
His organization talked about taking money from George Soros.
This is their words, not my speculation.
This is all on videotape.
It's those sorts of things.
It's finding out who's behind him, who gains from this, and kind of more about the waste, fraud, and abuse happening and getting them in their own words.
And so if you just go, and this is kind of ties together Antifa and the tech companies, James, if you Google Antifa, here's what Google tells us Antifa is.
You know what's so sick is that tens of millions of people have no idea what Antifa is, and then they Google it, and this is what they find out.
Antifa is a political protest movement comprising autonomous groups affiliated by their militant opposition to fascism and other forms of extreme right-wing ideology.
Wow.
Who could possibly think that that's extreme, right?
So what else have you found out about Antifa, James?
And also, this ties into big tech, how big tech is manipulating thought.
I mean, it is almost as if we're entering a black mirror moment where there's a new reality being created, and you've exposed that.
Well, we went undercover in Antifa in Portland, Oregon.
This is the Rose City Antifa.
We went undercover in Antifa, New York.
This is Refuse Fa, New York.
And what we found were them training people how to do martial arts training, training them how to gouge people's eyes out was one of the quotes that we got in the PowerPoint presentation in Oregon, training people how to reframe an assault as, quote, self-defense.
That was a direct quote.
So if you're reframing an assault as a kind of self-defense, it's very irrational.
And what we uncovered was that these people were kind of just, they didn't, they were kind of French revolutionaries, Jacobins.
They were all about the coming insurrection.
In fact, the name of their book that they gave us to read was The Coming Insurrection.
So what was worse is that they were actually training people how to commit acts of violence just for their own sake.
So combine that with the money and where it's coming from.
And I think we have the beginning of a very big story.
Also, after we broke those stories, we had an insider come to us from within Antifa.
This is a whistleblower who's currently working with us.
And I believe this, I keep saying it over and over again because this is my pitch to you and your audience, because I know you have a large audience, Charlie.

I can't say on the record precisely what we're doing, but we have, I would say voter fraud is a very big initiative.
This is something that they say doesn't exist.
It's always interesting to me when they say it doesn't exist.
Like Antifa is not a group, Charlie.
That's what they said.
Antifa is not a group, even though we met with their national organizer and they mentioned they were getting money from billionaires to fund training.
Between now and the election, you're going to look at big tech as a big story.
You're looking at other exposés of mainstream media, voter fraud, ballot harvesting, and politicians behaving badly.
If you recall our work two years ago with Andrew Gillum or Claire McCaskill, we're going to have undercover reporters and campaigns for Project Veritas action.
So expect a lot out of us.
Expect a lot next week with these two Facebook whistleblowers.
I'm really excited about that.
And expect it's going to get worse.
There's a lot of fraud, but we're out there and we want our citizens to be brave.
