Hello humans.
Hello, humans.
It's the 18th of January.
It's cold and rainy outside.
And this is the ESMT.
So we've got to change things.
Events are happening fairly rapidly.
Okay, so in a military concept, we have the officer corps of our arm of our armed forces.
We'll just say all armed forces.
But I'm but this comes from a Prussian military model, the way that our our um I'm putting core is in the center of the army, not a core as in the subsection group.
I'm saying that we have a core group of officers and we and a structure that maintains uh our armed forces structurally and and um conceptually from generation to generation.
Okay, so so there's two understandings of the word core.
I'm using it here as a core for the for the armed forces.
These officers form uh variously uh field um line uh staff um investigative uh and special, okay, uh in the general sense from the Prussian model.
We have slightly different names for our uh subsections of uh the kind of duty that officers do in the military in the United States now, but this is the Prussian model uh that we have inherited here, okay, which has been ongoing influence in the United States since it was formed uh because over half of the people, 54% of the population at the time the United States went into the uh revolutionary war were German or German extraction.
Anyway, we inherited a lot of the Prussian military understanding, their understanding of the officers uh core and what they did was this, and that core formed the core of their military because as long as they maintain the officers, they could could quickly create recreate um a military structure and carry it forward through time.
So this is again like yesterday's discussion, a concept for carrying things forward through time and maintaining structure.
Anyway, so this is this is all pertinent real quick.
Uh so um my role this past year with these videos with the whole Woo series is is uh was going to a specific intent that's modeled on this structure here, right?
And in that sense, I was acting as a special officer in the sense of reporting ES and T. Okay, and that's exposition or sit rep situation reports on where we're at now and strategy and tactics.
Strategy and tactics, okay.
And um uh so the exposition was basically okay, here's what's happening, here's what you need to know about the background.
Uh it's called complete staff work, okay.
And so uh all of these officers, uh a well-rounded officer tries to have three out of five uh kinds of duty in our career officer uh cadre cohort or cohort.
Um the staff officers, there's this this understanding of completed staff work.
In other words, when you present something, there's no holes in your report, right?
It's cover your ass kind of thinking, but it also goes towards uh complete level of thinking.
We've explored every kind of weird ass thing that could affect this just so that you don't have to, the uh the the upper echelon uh in making your decisions, right?
Uh and this goes back to an old, old, old, old video about uh the observational dilemma that that that command structures have relative to what's going on in the field.
Alright, so my role this past year in relation to these videos was basically to act as a special officer and provide exposition on where we are at now and why we got here as briefly as I could and provide background and then when appropriate to provide a strategy and tactics for going forward.
And so we're here now to where we're starting to get into that part of the war where the background stuff and so on is the exposition part of it is going to fucking shrink, okay, because it's going to be bang bang bang bang bang.
This is going on.
And we don't have time to explain why it's going on.
And then we'll say these are the things you can do relative to what's going on.
And that's basically what how we'll have to proceed from this point forward because things are happening in fairly uh rapid fashion globally.
And you're you're gonna be expected to go and do your own background research because there will be quizzes later.
So uh reality kind of quizzes.
So make sure you do your research.
Alright, so um there are certain things I know to be factual, even though I'm not there, because of uh trusted relationships with trusted individuals.
Uh where pertinent, I'll explain those.
Um I've got uh two um two separate people I know uh encountered from two different um uh uh level of interests uh that were Ukrainian and uh have uh one is now living in Kazakhstan and uh have um uh Kazakhstan uh business or or interests or um uh knowledge, right?
On the ground kind of stuff right now.
And so uh the one guy I know through Aikido, through he's a Ukrainian Aikido uh fellow, uh he left Ukraine in the color revolution, moved over to Kazakhstan.
Uh there was some minor uh interest on the part of the uh the government in him and it made his life uncomfortable, so he shifted, right?
He moved, he relocated.
Um he's reporting, and I'm also getting reports from this guy I know through my silver connection from way back in the day, um uh about his dad was a metal refinery and uh we've done some interesting things together with silvers.
Uh anyway, though, so um both of them are reporting that chaos in Kazakhstan is continuing.
And if you want to see what videos are making it out, you can go to Plasma P L A Z on BitChute, just hunt plasma on BitChute, and you can find what videos are are coming out about it, but it's um uh quite chaotic.
Now, my uh silver contact is reporting that uh basically every bank, as in terms of a brick building kind of thing, uh has been uh robbed or or looted of cash and anything that was in there, including lots of bank records.
Uh so this is very interesting, and those are starting to circulate, and they're they're also circulating by way of um electronics, so we're not talking paper records.
Somebody's hauled off a lot of the computers and they're going through them.
Um anyway, and this is also true in several different government agencies to where uh uh the my contacts are able to report that um the buildings themselves are being looted, and uh uh and a lot of the um uh stuff being taken is uh digital information which is being uh now analyzed by by self-organizing groups that are saying, okay, now what the fuck's actually been going on here?
Politicians, okay, so politicians, doctors, police, security forces, military forces, um, civil servants, uh many advanced civil servants, um, some nurses, I think that covers it, have been arrested.
Whenever they're encountered, they're arrested.
They're disarmed and they're being arrested.
So it's my understanding that there's two very large detention centers now, and the populace, as they arrest people, they gradually shuffle them along until they're being put into these two arenas and they're just being held there.
Some people are not surviving the arrests, okay?
So some of these fuckers have been so brutal in some outlying areas that they're simply not surviving the arrests.
But it's it's going on.
So the populace are arresting them.
The populace is uh also during the arrests of many of the um politicians and the uh you know the head of the uh local security groups and these kind of things, uh, they're uh basically looting everything they have and then burning their houses and their and their facilities to the ground.
Uh so probably the populace is not expecting them to come back from incarceration.
Um all the banks have been robbed, as I said, all the cash and everything is gone.
Uh some of the banks are are being occupied.
That is to say that there are people that are are basically living in them at the moment.
I'm I don't understand that.
We don't have a clear understanding of why that is occurring, but there's a couple of places that this is happening.
Uh let's see.
Um the government in Kazakhstan has uh collapsed to the point that the um that the populace is able to access and get a lot of the stuff that's been hidden from them in the way of information and so on, and that information is now uh filtering out.
You've got to be able to speak the language and deal with it at a level in Cyrillic, though.
So searching and all of that becomes an issue uh once you find these records.
Um translation aside, okay, transliteration aside.
All right, and so this is not um uh the only place this is starting to happen.
Uh we're getting uh I'm getting reports from other individuals that I've had some level of contact with, I don't know, not as trustworthy as my two uh Ukrainian uh friends, uh just simply in the sense that I'm I haven't known these other people as long or whatever, but there are other areas where the pushback is coming uh in eastern Europe or is happening now.
The pushback is happening in in uh eastern Europe and things are starting to uh buckle globally relative to the pandemic and the narrative and this sort of thing, right?
We've got lawsuits going, they're shutting down the where they're suing the uh jab centers in England, all the police are being put on notice.
And so uh we're getting into this uh period of time where officialdom is being put on notice that the populace is doing these sorts of things, and so uh in our our country and in Australia, New Zealand, and these kind of places, UK, we may have the rule of law persist as opposed to going full kazaki, right?
But they're not uh going to be uh they're they're sort of doing a um the powers that be, uh the cabal, the people that are in charge of all of the death shots and all of this, are doing a strategic retreat at the moment.
They're trying to defend themselves as they go or walk this whole thing back because they realize it's not gonna happen, it's not gonna work.
And now they're really on the on the shitty end of the stick uh because so many people are are falling dead and there's been such a um a large uptick in deaths.
So now I live in an area that's relatively sparsely populated, especially uh compared to other coastal areas because it's so fucking cold and wet and damp and shit, right?
Um but uh even here we're having a uh noticeable level of uh people dying now, uh uh an increase in it in our county.
Uh we're also seeing this in highly vaccinated populations, such as our local um uh tribal population.
I'm also getting reports from local uh people in the real estate business.
Okay, so real estate around here has gone really wonky, it's gotten really strange in terms of the real estate market.
And uh we're seeing houses that are having their having big price Drops on them because there's no activity, right?
No one coming up to buy anything.
This is not unexpected in the middle of winter and stuff, but we've had such a uh tightness of the inventory market relative to demand that it that it is somewhat unexpected in that sense only.
However, I'm being told by real estate agents in this area that they are being told by attorneys that uh clients of the attorneys have died, have passed, and uh housing will be coming on the market.
So you know, there's relationships.
Real estate agents know attorneys, and they just give them heads up, this kind of thing for getting listings and all these business kind of things.
So I'm being told by these real estate agents that their attorney friends are saying it is so bogged down in the courts that probate uh may have to be legally extended on its term.
Okay, so uh if if I were to handle a probate here in Washington State for someone that has passed, then I have certain legal and and uh fiduciary and fine uh uh fiscal requirements that are placed on me, right?
Uh in handling someone else's money after they've passed.
And I've got to do it in a certain uh time period and this kind of thing.
And you got like six months to do this, and then you got another complete two years to get this shit together, that sort of thing, right?
But you've got to get it done basically in like two and a half years.
Um with all of the fiddly bits.
Uh so the attorneys are telling the real estate agents that, well, so-and-so passed, my client so-and-so passed, and I'm gonna handle probate for him, but even I, as a well-known attorney in this particular county, um, up north of me here, uh, where I know all the people in the court, he says the the court system here is working at 12% of active staff.
Okay, so less than a quarter, and they're guessing at 12, I guess, I don't know, but uh the less than a quarter of the people are showing up in any given day for to work because of illness, because of all of the problems with the COVID, this sort of thing, plus also their short staff.
Some of the court systems around here are operating on 30% staff.
That's as much as they've got.
Uh my local um post office used to provide uh six-day a week service, and it would provide that service uh at least for five hours a day.
And now we're down to uh five days a week if we're lucky, uh never, and they're rarely on time now uh in opening it, and if we're lucky, we get three and a half to four hours of of someone there to assist you in receiving packages and this kind of thing.
So there's there's staff in shortages everywhere, uh especially in government.
Anyway, so uh the courts are not able to process these, and thus the um time to market from the time of expiration of the person through and going through probate and all of this, even with an attorney who knows how to do this shit, is now escalated to the point that the attorneys are saying,
Well, yeah, I've got some properties that I know are going to be able to be sold, but I don't know when the hell they'll be able to be sold because I don't know when they're gonna be able to get through the court system, and they're even it's so bogged down now that they're even thinking about taking these and putting some kind of um uh a legal loophole so that you're not bound by the law to do it in this particular time because the courts simply can't uh uh because of the situation that we're all in at the moment, right?
Now bear in mind all this shit is happening in a background of war.
Okay, so uh if you don't have it, it's worth in your interested, it is worth having a copy of the uh Department of Defense Law of War manual because you find out um well you can anticipate what certain groups are going to be doing at certain times, okay?
Anyway, so um uh situation is changing globally.
I should have hauled my map out, damn it.
Um anyway, though, so uh the situation is changing globally, stuff is happening relative to uh markets, relative to uh government starting to collapse, we're starting to move into an active phase of war, so we'll concentrate far less on background and why things are happening, rather going into a quick um discussion of a few things and then strategies and tactics that are related to those few things.
Uh because we're into the um the initiation phase of things, right?
So the woo series is intended to bring everybody up To speed to provide that um situation report with the background as to why we get here, how we got here, and then from uh from a certain point on, it is anticipated uh that we get out of the woo series and we get into basically strategies and tactics that keep you going from uh through these next period of time, uh, because things will move very, very, very rapidly.
Uh war is a situation of hurry up and wait, okay.
And so you would see that as um as an acronym, hurry up and wait.
So haw.
And so um you get into the military and spend a lot of time just walking around shuffling, shuffling, shuffling, getting shit, you know, just being put through the paces, learning all this stuff, and then eventually you get some skills and so on, then they go to war, but you still spend a lot of time shuffling around doing things, right?
But not actively in war.
But when it act when the when the warfare actually happens, it goes whoosh very quick and everything happens very rapidly.
That's where we're having we're at right now.
And so the strategies and tactics will be specific to uh what's going on.
Now, obviously, the strategies at this point are don't get the fucking shots, right?
They're gonna start withdrawing those, and we'll start seeing the um uh retreat uh verbally and physically and uh presence-wise in the media of all of these fuckers that have been fucking with us for this period of time.
It would not surprise me to see a great number of uh democratic um officials of all kinds, government uh civil service, all of these kind of people resign with retire, all this sort of shit in a big rush over these next few months, and uh in a growing wave of it, really, uh as things move forward.
Uh, it won't protect a lot of them, they'll still get arrested and go to jail.
Um hopefully will um be taking a short uh or a long walk with a short rope.
We have um we have many many deaths to account for, and someone must pay.
Anyway, so um tactic-wise, be aware that all of this stuff is gonna have a huge impact on the financial system.
So uh we have two big examples of what's coming, and that is Kazakhstan and Venezuela, right?
So we're we're caught between a Kazakhstan and a Venezuela in the rest of the world, and ultimately we're gonna get through all of this and uh rebuild, but it's gonna be a very chaotic time of an unknown duration, and it's best to prepare now with as much in the way of um local relationships and the ability to do uh local trade and barter and stuff.
So start establishing your local economy now because our global economy um is gonna go through a breakdown before it can be repaired.
So we'll see weird things.
So we'll see people in Australia, for instance, uh the government guys start trying to open up the country just as the whole economic system is going all around the planet, uh, because of the effects of uh the people finding out who has been in charge of the economic system, the pedophiles, the people that poisoned them with the jabs, the people that want to kill them off, all of these globalists, all of these cone heads, all of this kind of shit, right?
So all of that stuff's coming out of the woo, just as the powers that be are trying to do this um uh strategic retreat.
Uh that's gonna make everything ever so much more frothy and um uh volatile over this next little period.
So, anyway, uh I'm gonna try and do more frequent rundowns and and get it together in terms of just uh line items and then a couple of strategies.
So uh the strategies and tactics today are uh look to your finances, uh look to the security of those and your local activities, because we will all be doing less at an international level uh for a uh some considerable period of time, especially now, by the way.
Okay, so especially now that China has decided that there's not going to be any more globalization, all right.
So we have to understand this.
So one of the strategies involved here uh going forward is that all right, so one of the situations going forward is that China has decided, okay, fuck y'all.
You know, we're gonna be an internally focused economy.
We're not into this big globalization anymore now that we've raped all of your technologies and gathered everything we could.
Uh we're hardening off, okay.
This is what the Chinese empire always does.
Um so that throws the the burden back on all of us to produce all the shit we want.
So uh we're seeing this now with all kinds of garage industries starting up, and they're having great success, okay.
Uh I know of a bunch of new industry kind of things that are starting up around here locally.
One guy is doing uh you know fix your device stuff, and he's got a 3D printer and he prints his own plastic parts.
Uh so he's into the business now of replicating plastic parts that he we can no longer get from overseas.
So this kind of stuff is happening all over.
Uh this is a very good strategy to get local, start putting the word out that this is your skill, you can do this because people will come to you because they we can no longer have the system of systems, do it at an anonymous level.
And so we're gonna get back into this face-to-face level of um interaction, the barter economy that will um recover and then grow rapidly once we put a new layer of a new kind of currency on the top of that barter economy.
Uh, this is a very positive um thing for all those people that are positive themselves and are willing to put their energy and their positive uh focus into something that other locals will need.
So in my particular area, we've got a uh new bakery opening.
Uh you know, it's 40 miles away from me in the town I have to shop in.
Uh, but it's a new start because they didn't have a big bakery there.
So I expect that we'll also see uh local pizzerias coming up, uh, all different kinds of things where people have skills and are able to use local materials are just gonna go whoosh, just gonna bloom, right?
And uh this is predictable based on looking at the past um uh Great Depression.
So if you look to history in the 1930s in the United States and around the world and how the humans handled that depression that went through until 1942 when the war really kicked in, um you'll see um templates that can be used for the time now because much of that will be an echo, won't be a um a rhyme, but it'll be an echo of what happened.
So, anyway, we're at that stage now where things are gonna happen very rapidly, and the uh as I say, the strategy is to uh uh think and act locally, uh for your own survival, but also to use that to build back out.
Okay, guys, stay woo.
Uh it's gonna get really interesting for everybody.
