| Okay, I just wanted to make a little commercial here for C60. | |
| This is uh C60 purple power avocado oil, uh organic avocado avocado oil, high quality stuff. | |
| Uh C60 is the um you can see some of the videos I've done about it in the past. | |
| It's a huge antioxidant. | |

| It goes in there, it's uh reputedly 172 times more powerful as an antioxidant than vitamin C. So I take vitamin C because vitamin C does other things, it's useful for crafting proteins. | |
| The body makes sugars out of it, all different kinds of stuff, right? | |
| But I take the C60 just to cleanse the cells. | |
| And I notice it. | |
