	Okay, I just wanted to make a little commercial here for C60.
	This is C60 Purple Power, avocado oil, organic avocado oil, high quality stuff.
	C60 is the, you can see some of the videos I've done about it in the past.
	It's a huge antioxidant.
	It's very helpful here.

	In general, it's helpful for getting rid of the debris in your system for longevity, for restoring energy, for mobility in your joints, for getting eyesight back, all different kinds of stuff.

	And it's certainly worth looking into, especially in these days where we've got all this extra energy.
	Antioxidants are good when your body is getting bombarded with cosmic rays and these kind of things because it produces toxins in your cells and the C60 as an antioxidant removes that.
	It goes in there.
	It's reputedly 172 times more powerful as an antioxidant than vitamin C. So I take vitamin C because vitamin C does other things.
	It's useful for crafting proteins.
	The body makes sugars out of it, all different kinds of stuff, right?
	But I take the C60 just to cleanse the cells.
	And I notice it.
	I mean, I notice the effects, and there's actually visible effects that occur in my body as a result of taking the C60.
	I don't take it every day.
	I take a teaspoon, maybe five days a week, four to five days a week.
	And it's obviously doing its job and keeping me ticking along.
	So I just, I don't get any, you know, I don't have any affiliate links or any of that kind of stuff from Ken, but I do use his product.
	And so I make no money off of this, but I think people that, if you're interested in these kinds of things, if you're at an age where it is of interest to you, Ken produces probably the top C60 mix on the planet.
