| Liberals have just lost their spine, they've lost all their moral courage, and I don't know why, because liberalism is the only ideology with any repute left, which is why the left still hides behind the term liberal. | |
| But as soon as you start saying well I'm in favour of capitalism, which is a core liberal principle, all of a sudden it's like well you're a right winger, it's like absolutely not, I'm in favour of people having food on the table, I'm having money in their pocket and and a T V and you know, you know, spare time, I'm not in favour of them going hungry, you know, and so it's it's basically I think it was just because I was addressing things that the mainstream would not touch or didn't know how to touch. | |
| I think there's a kind of group thing that traps them all. | |
| And there's there's definitely kind of cult-like behaviour of demonising the outsider and denouncing uh people who would be uh dissidents. |
