You know, there are no two ways to look at it.
Donald Trump would be an absolute nightmare for the world.
That was a YouTuber called Chunky Mark, otherwise known as the artist Taxi Driver.
And he is your archetypal Corbyn supporter.
So needless to say, he thinks that the election of Donald Trump will, well, hear it in his own words.
You're talking Armageddon.
Mark is apparently a biblical literalist who thinks that Donald Trump is going to lift the veil and cause the end of days.
So what exactly is wrong with Donald Trump, Mark?
It would be a racist, a misogynist.
Every single characterization of him would leave you incredulous.
Yes, every single characterization of him would leave you incredulous.
Now, Mark, you have to understand, being a fervent Corbyn supporter is obviously not applying any kind of skepticism to this.
So I just want to let Chunky Mark from a previous video explain to Chunky Mark from this video that I'm currently replying to to explain to him exactly why you can't trust the fucking media.
Why do people support Jeremy Corbyn?
You know, that because you must be stupid.
There is no rational reason why.
It actually seems unbelievable after everything, after the sneering media, after because there's no commentary on it.
The only commentary is coming from the media.
The media holds the sway.
The media holds public opinion.
The media implants signs, signals, messages, metaphors inside people's nuts.
You know, Roland Bart's mythology sewed.
If you keep saying things, people believe it.
They become myths.
After everything, the worst media bias in history.
Character assassinations doesn't even come close to try and describe what's happened, what's happening, what's been done to Jeremy Corbyn.
So much so, he's a tramp.
Steptoe.
He's a terrorist sympathizer.
Osama bin bloody Corbyn.
You know, bow to the queen.
Mumbling, bumbling, tea-drinking, Soviet-loving hippie with his flares and his knee jumpers and his comrades down the bloody allotment talking about how big their marrow is.
I really do enjoy those rants and that's why I subscribe to him.
But you can already see exactly what I mean.
Literally, the same thing has happened to Jeremy Corbyn and Donald Trump.
But in his mind, when it happens to Donald Trump, oh, it must all be true.
But don't dare call Corbyn a communist because that's totally unrepresentative.
But when the media has things to say about Trump, Mark is not interested.
I mean, listen again.
It would be a racist, a misogynist.
Every single characterization of him would leave you incredulous after everything.
After the sneering media, after because there's no commentary on it, the only commentary is coming from the media.
The media holds the sway.
The media holds public opinion.
But yeah, Donald Trump is a racist misogynist who's going to cause Armageddon.
And that's not something that got implanted in his nut.
That's a conclusion that Mark came to all on his own, honestly, Gov. How the world could have invented someone such as him and put him so close, so close.
Yes, it's almost too ridiculous to be believed, isn't it, Mark?
It's almost incredible that his whole fucking career, 70 years of his life, he didn't get accused of all this stuff, and suddenly, when he's opposing Hillary Clinton, all of this is laid at his feet.
It's amazing, Mark.
And a million support him and his thinking.
Couldn't you even imagine that?
I was going to say that millions support Jeremy Corbyn and his thinking, but I'm not sure that's true.
So, thousands support Jeremy Corbyn, Mark.
Jeremy Corbyn and his ridiculous socialist nonsense.
Thousands support him, Mark.
Can you even imagine that?
Do me a favor, Mark.
Think of how many people have died because of this collectivist socialist bullshit.
Have a look at Venezuela.
Let's have a look at how well Venezuela's doing, shall we?
Let's have a look to see if this is an ideology that actually functions in the real world.
Let's see if it doesn't have bloody hands.
Fuck, bloody right up to the fucking neck, Mark.
And you're going, well, Donald Trump going, well, I'm pro-worker.
I'm anti-fucking globalist.
I'm pro-American.
Yeah, that's awful, Mark.
That's just terrible.
What a must-can you even imagine?
Just as here, millions support the likes of Nigel Farage and Theresa May.
Yes, Mark, they do.
Millions support Nigel Farage and Theresa May.
And I know you don't know why.
I know you think that they're racists, but they're not.
There are millions of people who have had their interests denigrated and ignored by the media and the establishment.
There are millions of people who have been told that being operating in their own fucking best interests is racist, Mark.
And it's people like you who have done it.
People who think that literally just bending over and letting the entire world take advantage is you being a good person.
And I have some really bad news for you, Mark.
It's actually not.
It's actually people like you.
People who will go and decry every complaint about Islam, for example, as being racist and Islamophobic, who are facilitating the outright nefarious activities of groups of men, gangs of men, racists in the Islamic community, who decide that it's okay because they're white girls and the police apparently go along with it because they're afraid of being shamed by people like you.
It's fucking disgraceful, Mark.
And not once in the about year or so I have followed your channel have I ever heard you talk about something like Rotherham or Sheffield or anywhere of the sort.
But my god, anyone uttering a word against Islam?
Anyone uttering a word against socialism?
That really needs addressing, doesn't it, Mark?
This tactic of using people's xenophobia, hatred of others, this performative utterance, foreigners, is truly sickening.
Nobody gives a fuck about your opinion, Mark.
Nobody gives a fuck about whether you find this sickening.
What they care about are the various migrant groups who are causing trouble in their communities.
What they care about is the fact that before when they went to get a job, there were three other people, but now there are six other people, and half of them aren't even from this fucking country, Mark.
Do you understand that there are legitimate issues with mass immigration that do not stem from hatred of foreigners?
But you, of course, can't represent it like that because then you would have no moral high ground.
You would in fact be morally obligated to empathize with the native British people who had no fucking choice in this state of affairs.
And that, Mark, that would mean you would have to criticise a brown person!
But criticising a brown person for something they've done would be...
That would be racist, wouldn't it, Mark?
That'd be really racist.
It'd be xenophobic.
It would be hatred.
It couldn't possibly be legitimate because they are just people like everyone else and are capable of doing bad things just like white people.
I mean, it wouldn't be that, would it, Mark?
It would be the fact that you hate foreigners.
But to use it as a tool for power.
to use it as as for votes for an election can you even do you yes i can even imagine mark i I can even imagine.
I can even imagine that the people who are voting for those people who are saying, look, I'm actually going to do the things you want done.
I'm actually going to make changes to your country that you want as you are the majority of voters now.
The majority of people are fucking disenfranchised, Mark.
The world over, politicians, power mongers, the media, big business, the elite, whatever that might be, whatever that might mean.
Yes, all of the people who are opposing Donald Trump and Nigel Farage and Brexit and making America great again.
All of those people are on your side, Mark.
Your side.
They are the ones who also go, yes, we can't possibly be Islamophobic or xenophobic or racist or sexist or any other bloody buzzword you want to give, Mark.
They are all in agreement with you.
The people you hate are in agreement with you.
Does that tell you something about where your priorities lie?
Use people's frailties.
Use people's spirits.
Use their souls.
And turn them inside out.
Mark, let me explain to you how populism works.
Before a populist leader can come to power, there has to be a great depth of feeling amongst the grassroots of the nation, amongst the people.
There has to be millions of people around who already think this, who want someone to lead them to change before a populist leader can come to power.
There has to be genuine political will.
This is the problem.
Western democracies have allowed this to fester.
In fact, they've forced it to fester by declaring that any opposition to their agenda is choose your buzzword.
Just choose whichever subject, whichever one you want.
You can choose any one and it will fit at this point.
Because you're not even being discriminatory about the things you call people.
You've just got a list that you reel off whenever someone says, well, you know what?
I think I might operate in the interests of my nation.
I think that that, you know, crazily enough, I think the people living in this nation might want us to operate in their interest first.
I know that you think that they're all millionaires or something, Mark, but they're really not.
They're really people who are struggling to get by and who have seen their lives get tangibly worse over time.
And needless to say, they're looking at this thinking, well, shit, if it keeps going like this, where am I going to be in 10 years' time?
I'm going to vote for someone who is against the people in power.
The people who are making my life this way.
And the people like you who are just shouting me down whenever I say, look, I actually have a legitimate grievance.
So fucking wind your neck in, mate.
You know, when, when I saw, when I saw the little bird, that tiny little bird fly up and just land on the lectern of, of, of Bernie Sanders.
It was like magic.
Yeah, well, do you know what wasn't like magic?
What wasn't like magic is Bernie Sanders selling the fuck out to Hillary Clinton after she fucked him in the DNC elections, Mark.
Do you understand?
She rigged the election, the primary election against Bernie Sanders.
And then Bernie Sanders sold the fuck out and endorsed her.
The corporate kind of the things you've been complaining about in this video are exemplified by Hillary Clinton and Sanders sold out to her.
My son's face.
When we went to America, me and my son, when we went to New York and Boston, we went to Burlington, the hometown of Bernie Sanders, we spoke with people in America.
There was this incredible feeling inside that something amazing could happen.
Something beautiful, something progressive.
You don't even realize that you're arguing for oppression, do you?
You're just arguing directly from your gut.
You're like, God, I felt so good.
I felt like I was being a good person.
Yeah, I know I'm going to have to fucking oppress a load of people to do this.
I realize it's going to fuck the economy.
I realize that at the end of it, it's going to turn into an ideological circle jerk.
Like the Labour Party at the moment.
Nothing but a fucking purity test at the moment.
But no, don't worry about all of the self-evident problems with socialism as you envisage it.
Don't worry about all of the failed regimes in history.
Don't worry about the millions dead, Mark.
It makes you feel good, which is why anyone has ever done it in the past.
It makes them feel good.
that hasn't died and people were there all across the world believing that one day one day one day fucking what One day there will be an oppressive state that polices everything people do and prevents anyone from rising above the herd.
One day, we might be able to keep everyone down at a specific level.
So nobody is any different to another, regardless of the individual differences between people.
Is that the dream, is it, Mark?
One day, though.
One day.
But just for today, America, the United States of America, they have to stop Donald Trump.
And they will.
Listen, dummy, you should be in direct opposition to Hillary Clinton.
All of the things you're talking about, the media, the corporations, Wall Street, all of the things you regularly bleat on about are supporting Hillary Clinton.
They're opposed to Donald Trump.
If you had any intellectual integrity, you would say, okay, fair enough.
I don't know if Donald Trump's a person, but all of the things I complain about, the systems in society that I complain about and I think are oppressing everyone, are the people opposing Donald Trump.
But for some reason, you have decided to join them because you have bought into this narrative of Trump being some KKK woman beating monster.
No, Hillary Clinton.
No wonder I don't vote.
You know, the Clintons and the bushes of this world, like passing the presidency around, the bushes in the Clintons of this world, you know, they're just awful.
Yes, she is, Mark.
Yes, she fucking is.
It's difficult to list the sheer number of ways in which Hillary Clinton is awful.
But for me, the thing that bothers me the most is her and her party actively undermining democracy.
I take votes very seriously, like the chap who revealed the constant voter fraud from the DNC.
I think that is stealing other people's votes.
I think rigging the system against Bernie Sanders is stealing other people's votes and their donations.
Sanders should be ashamed.
Clinton should be ashamed.
And you should be supporting any candidate that threatens to bring them down.
And that is Donald Trump.
None of the attacks work.
In fact, look, I'll just refer to an earlier Chunky Mark video to explain exactly why Trump is doing so well.
And I really want you to listen to yourself.
Please.
Just listen to yourself and try and put your partisanship aside.
Try and pretend you are not fundamentally biased in one way or another and then listen to what you're saying.
I've been pondering this question.
Where does the hatred, where does the hatred of Jeremy Corbyn, the leader of the Labour Party, where does people's hatred of him, where does that come from?
Because a lot of our thoughts and feelings and information we take, how do we form that opinion?
Or where does that emotional hatred come from?
You know, back when he was running to be the Labour leader, in his first few weeks, Corbyn was greeted with, they were just laughing at him.
Absolutely, you know, the Tory, the right-wing smears, you know, in the paper, he's a commie, patchouli oil, sandal-wearing, Osama bin Corbyn, terrorist-loving.
Look at his suit.
Look at the bloody state of him.
You know, cut your hair, sing the anthem.
You're a disgrace.
1970s style.
He's going to bring back the snow.
Flying pickets.
The lights will go out.
He's a hippie.
But since those jokey and emotional days, things have changed because those attacks, they seem to infuse his supporters.
In fact, he gained massive support because of those attacks, but also because he was actually the only person in England that was opposing austerity.
You know, he became, you know, even within his own party, every single person in the Labour Party, bar a few, you know, voted with the government's heinous or abstained on the government's heinous, despicable welfare cuts that attack the disabled, that attack the poor.
And in the same breath, George Osborne was giving like tax breaks to billionaires and millionaires.
They wouldn't even oppose it.
That's why Jeremy Corbyn came to be the leader of the Labour Party.
In the end, that's all they had.
That is all they had.
No wonder people flocked to him.
No wonder people voted for him.
