| I don't normally do this many videos, but I really do think this is important because I really think people have to understand that John Oliver isn't just a comedian. | |
| He is also a political activist. | |
| Everything he does is political. | |
| Sometimes they genuinely are political people, and John Oliver is one of these people, right? | |
| He has a very popular show. | |
| A lot of left-wing people watch it. | |
| I watch it. | |
| I like it. | |
| However, I mean, you don't do a 20-minute demolition job like that on someone if you don't have a political message. | |
| That's a ridiculous thing to think, right? | |
| They must have spent just hundreds of man hours between the teams of people it would have taken to pull all of this information together. | |
| I know this because that's what I do. | |
| I spend all this time finding this information about things to present a comprehensive case. | |
| And I'm in awe of the job they did there. | |
| That must have been so much work. | |
| Finding these really tiny and obscure details, incredible job, right? | |
| But then they build up this amazing case. | |
| It's just, look, people don't care that Donald Trump's full of shit. | |
| It doesn't matter to them. | |
| So what are we going to do? | |
| We're going to try and make fun of his name. | |
| I mean, people, as if there's anything calling him Donald Trump is going to do to his name. | |
| Like someone on Twitter said, this is like when conservatives call Barack Obama Hussein. | |
| You know, it doesn't matter. | |
| You know, it's not something that's going to affect Donald Trump in any way, shape or form. | |
| He thrives on being called names. | |
| That's what the Republicans have done to him from day one. | |
| Everyone, everyone on earth calls him a racist, apart from the people who are tired of being called racists. | |
| Because they have genuine pressing needs. | |
| Even if they're people you don't like and you don't respect, you have successfully shut their voice out of the public dialogue and this is them reinserting it. | |

| You get Donald Trump and he, and it turns out there are a lot more of these people than you thought there were going to be. | |

| So many people feel disenfranchised. | |
| They want a change to the status quo. | |
| And now you're getting it. | |
| And suddenly it's like, oh God, what are we going to do? | |
| We're going to make fun of it. | |
| No, read this. | |
| This will tell you what's going on. | |

| Donald Trump is not the establishment. | |
| You cannot use satire on him because he is already a joke. | |
| It's Donald fucking Trump. | |
| For the love of God, he is a human caricature. | |
| What are you going to take the piss out of? | |
| That doesn't already exist a thousand times over. | |
| He is just not something you can try to satirize. | |
| So stop it. | |
| You've tried to address, you pointed out, John, that, like, he is already ridiculous. | |
| He is already at the point where people don't care what is said about him anymore. | |
| It doesn't matter. | |
| It didn't affect him that, you know, the KKK are out, even though they're not, you know, it just, like, it doesn't matter to people. | |
| These are not things that matter. | |
| These are all ancillary to the main problem, which is the establishment. | |
| It doesn't work for them, and they want to fight it. | |
| Seriously, and to think that, like, a video that 17 million people on Facebook, 2 million people on YouTube, and God knows how many millions of people on fucking TV have seen this, and it's this amazing demolition job, and it's, oh, it's just a joke. | |

| Fucking mugs, hats, t-shirts, whatever. | |
| A Google Chrome extension. | |
| You know, oh, it's just a joke. | |

| This is political activism. | |
| You have to learn to recognize it for what it is. | |
| It's not just a joke. | |
| And this amazing argument and this amazing platform have been completely wasted by John Oliver's absolute inability to see how to defeat Donald Trump. | |
| And I don't even know if it is possible to defeat Donald Trump. | |
| That's the thing. | |
| I genuinely don't know if that's the case. | |
| there would have to be some serious fucking soul-searching from the establishment for for Donald Trump to become the unappealing candidate now it's I don't I mean this is this is the the seed you've sown among so many so many different people and And, you know, I don't know what to say. | |

| But my God, I'm really disappointed to see major establishment, left-wing establishment figures like you, in fact, John Oliver, really drop the ball on this. | |
| This is not the solution to the Donald Trump problem. | |
| And honestly, Hillary Clinton is not any kind of solution for the left either. | |
| Just she just should quit, frankly. | |
| Everyone on the left should vote for Bernie Sanders and then hope people who are undecided vote for him as well. | |
| That's because Donald Trump looks like a crazy potential dictator. | |
| That's what we in the left should be concentrating on trying to make happen. | |
| But instead, you're like, oh, let's call Donald Trump names. | |
| No, that's that's retarded. | |
