Steve Bannon announces his upcoming New York Times bestseller and commitment to "Trump 2.0" after a caller reports being struck by a rock. The episode features Sean Spicer, Joe Hoff on NGOs, McCabe at the White House, and Ben Harnwell discussing war, while addressing Jewish attacks and Israeli assaults on Christians. Ultimately, this segment frames these events as part of a century-long struggle against Marxism, positioning Bannon's narrative as a necessary defense against communist uprisings in the streets. Southern States Redraw Maps00:03:37
unidentified
Breaking just moments ago, southern states are moving at breakneck speed to redraw their congressional maps after the Supreme Court gutted the Voting Rights Act this week.
Tennessee's Republican Governor Bill Lee has just announced he's convening the state legislature for a special session on Tuesday, specifically to gerrymander the state's map.
That follows an announcement one hour earlier from Alabama's Republican Governor Kay Ivey, who announced that state legislature will hold its own special session on Monday to redraw its map.
I find it absolutely amazing and galling that the party that claims to be the heritage of Lincoln, that advocated for civil rights and civil liberties, that helped get past the Voting Rights Act and the Civil Rights Act, now stand as the party that wants to tear that legacy up.
It is amazing to me that you have the Speaker of the House bragging about how, you know, we're going to pick up some seats at the expense.
Of black and brown voters in his state.
Mike Johnson's district only has 20% black folks in it to begin with.
And so when you look at this evisceration of Section 5, now Section 2 of the Voting Rights Act, and we are led to believe, Congresswoman, that the reason the Supreme Court has given us is that if you draw a district that empowers black people to elect someone who advocates for them that looks like them.
That's discrimination now?
Is that where the country is?
That if you draw a line that says this group of people who are black, brown, gay, whatever, that in this community they can't be represented because that's discrimination.
I saw thousands, tens of thousands of people gather for May Day protests across the country today from Los Angeles, Chicago, New York City, Raleigh, North Carolina, as well as Minnesota's Twin Cities.
It's the latest of a series of nationwide rallies against Trump's policies we've seen since he took office last year that have brought millions of people out into the streets.
And that movement continues to build.
Trump is losing supporters, people who are holding on grudgingly, who are now falling away.
These aren't the sort of hardcore folks.
These are people who maybe voted for him, feel ambivalent, but are now really pretty frustrated, as represented in this New York Times focus group this week.
It's the recipe for the collapse and support for Trump that right now doesn't show any signs of stopping.
Okay.
Can We Stop This00:06:38
unidentified
Is there
anything that can be done to stop these sorts of things from happening?
Or is this a new America that we're in now and nothing can be done about it?
Well, thanks for having me, Jonathan.
It's great to go back to 2013 and really think about the impact of Shelby County versus Holder.
That was the case that basically dismantled the Voting Rights Act's pre clearance system.
That was a system that required states with a history of suppressive voter laws to first pre clear any changes to their voting policies and procedures.
With the Department of Justice or three judge court.
The Chief Justice, in that opinion, said that racism was a thing of the past and we needed to move on.
Justice Ginsburg famously said throwing out the Voting Rights Act is like throwing out your umbrella because you're not getting wet and it's still raining.
She predicted that this would happen.
It's really especially worth noting that in that opinion in Shelby County versus Holder, the Chief Justice who wrote for the court was at great pains to emphasize that although they were getting rid of the pre clearance regime, They still had Section 2, which allowed individuals a cause of action to sue against suppressive voter laws in court.
Now the court has finally leveled Section 2.
There's nothing left of the Voting Rights Act.
I think that has to be made very clear to your audience.
Justice Alito said they were preserving Section 2.
That is a lie, full stop.
The shards of Section 2 no longer remain.
The Voting Rights Act is a dead letter.
What remains to be done?
Well, one, it would be great if Congress could get off the couch.
And do something about this.
In 1965, they passed this landmark law.
They have reauthorized it at various points in our history.
They can do something again.
We had voter rights laws that were pending, did not get through both chambers of Congress.
If we could shape and reshape this Congress, that could be a possibility.
And then there's still the question whatever Congress does, it's still going to go back through these courts.
So that has to be addressed as well.
Right now, it seems like most of the civil rights organizations are preparing to sue in those states that are getting rid of their primaries and implementing these laws in response. to the court's decision on Wednesday.
Some of these cases are proceeding in federal court.
That's always worrying.
Some of them, however, are proceeding in state courts.
And we have to emphasize that state courts and state constitutionalism may be an avenue here forward.
If state constitutions have provisions that prohibit certain kinds of moves in the redistricting process, that can be a way forward.
So there's not a lot of room on the table to move, but people are doing the best thing that they can.
And the most important thing the audience can do is to remember to get out and vote and to Basically, bring everyone who is an eligible voter with you.
You have to overwhelm in terms of voter turnout in order to counteract the distortion that this court and these state legislatures have created in the electoral landscape.
You guys seem like you're relatively young guys.
You ever come out to a protest like this before?
No, it's my first time here.
So today's Friday, probably in school normally.
Well, I decided to come into the protest because I wanted to have a voice in the community.
What's your name?
Kevin?
Kevin, my colleague Nicole was asking me, you know, it's sort of, is it an act of sort of collective courage?
Is it hard for you to be out here?
Are you worried about it?
What does it feel like for you to be out here with so many people today?
I mean, like, it's not that scary, but there are some worries of, like, maybe, like, something happening here, or, like, I'm not really that worried.
How old are you?
15.
15 years old.
That's awesome.
And these are, who are these guys that you're here with?
Oh, they're my, they're my friends, you could say, yeah.
And are you in a band together?
Yeah, yeah, we are.
It's pretty cool.
Why'd you decide to play music out here today?
This is my form of supporting the community.
This is what I do best.
It's amazing.
Kevin, really nice to meet you.
Really nice to meet you.
Okay.
Man, I wish yeah, play.
Go ahead.
They want to play something.
I'll let them play, Nicole.
But you can see Kevin's out here.
I don't want to put him on the spot to say what school he's taken off from today, but that's the idea.
Folks are walking out of work, are walking out of school.
Careful, right behind you, Sam.
To be here in community with their fellow Angelenos.
We thought that there needed to be change.
Congress should be the one to change it, not a court trying to change it on their own.
I do think that this is judicial overreach and is a sad day for our country.
We need to make sure that we are upholding.
The incredible accomplishments of the Voting Rights Act.
We need to pass the John Lewis Voting Rights Advancement Act to continue to move forward and continue to make sure we have fair representation all across the country.
But let's be clear, they know what they want to do.
Republicans are losing.
They're losing across the country.
So they want to rig the system so they have a chance of winning.
Now, they could actually listen to people and maybe find out that their policies are not popular and try to win over the hearts and minds of the American people.
But instead, they're trying to change maps.
And that's why you see them trying to respond so aggressively, and frankly, why you saw even in the Supreme Court that such a strong dissent from the three judges who had the dissenting opinion because they really were attacking the fundamental premise of the Voting Rights Act and, of course, of Section 2.
May Day is International Workers' Day.
20 years ago, on this very day, May 1st, 2006, a million people marched through the streets during the Bush administration of downtown Los Angeles against a bill that was in the Congress of the United States that would criminalize on the federal level being an undocumented immigrant.
It was an extraordinary march that marked the convergence of the workers' rights movement with the immigrants' rights movement here in Los Angeles in a way that people hadn't seen or at least hadn't seen in generations.
This is part of that tradition and that's why people from, when I say all walks of life, I really mean it.
I know I introduced you on this very broadcast when the ICE raid started to the National Day Laborers Organizing Network, Pablo Alvarado.
As we walk sort of against the grain here, Nicole, I just want to show you over here, Los Hernaleros del Norte, a band of day laborers are playing out of this truck.
A Decade of Rigged Systems00:03:18
unidentified
Excuse me.
And literally celebrating the day laborer movement, people who stand on the street corners at Home Depot, who do everything they can to help people in this city, particularly after the fires.
Let's move away from this.
But are the targets of these indiscriminate ice raids.
It's everyone from everywhere, all through the streets of LA.
And I have to say, this is not even the only March, Nicole, in Los Angeles today.
Many of them are going to converge in downtown in just a little bit.
As we keep walking here, Nicole.
It's Saturday, 2 May, in the year of our Lord 2026.
Magnificent cold open from.
Our crack production team here at the War Room, and also our Real America Voice team, and particularly the Saturday team, they give a part of their weekend to support us in Denver or in Centennial, Colorado.
I want to thank everybody for doing that.
We juxtapose, as you saw, what we teed up yesterday.
I think we're the only people getting in front of it May Day, because you really have to see the signal, not the noise.
The Democrats are always going to try to put on this kind of, you know, to run guys like Roy Cooper in North Carolina, put a nice.
You know, face on it, talk a bunch of pablum and big generalities to trick people to think that they're just middle of the road folks just trying to get solutions.
The reality of the modern Democratic Party is a Marxist, neo Marxist, jihadist party that is quite simply focused on the destruction of this republic, full stop.
Full stop.
And you saw this in the illegitimate Biden regime that they would actually steal, Reagan steal.
A presidential election to drive out a populist nationalist president from office.
And during that time, allow in 15 to 25 million illegal alien invaders into the country, of which their primary purpose now is to make sure none of those people get mass, there's no mass deportations.
This is a neo Marxist and jihadist organization.
And you saw it in all its glory yesterday.
Look at those people that took to the streets.
And even the conservative media didn't cover it as it should be covered.
This is what we're up against.
With all of President Trump's maybe shortcomings on certain policies that people disagree with, including the war and other things, this is the fight.
Look how they have rigged our system of election.
The Congress should have been much more conservative for decade after decade after decade.
You see them there in all their glory on the New York Times and the Washington Post and MSNBC and CNN pulling their hair up because the way they rigged it, DEI rigging, has now been deemed unconstitutional by an in your face opinion by Justice Alito.
And they say the counter was oh, the counter was a long opinion by Kagan, the 30 pages of it are just a primal scream.
Of her throwing her toys out of the pram.
The Fight Against Election Rigging00:03:56
unidentified
This is the fight.
The fight for your country is between all the traditions of the West that we've gotten.
It's been handed down to us from Athens and Jerusalem and Rome that form Western civilization versus the godless atheist demons.
Somebody texted me, one of the engine rooms said, These people sound like demons.
They are demons.
They sound like demons because that's what they are.
And yesterday was their kind of tribal, you know, May Day celebration.
This is the fight.
And you can tell the reason the country's in the shape it's in because we have not had an opposition party.
They'll take a torch to the enemy.
The controlled opposition of the Chamber of Commerce, donor controlled, feckless, hapless, gutless Republican Party has been seen in all its glory in the last 72 hours.
It was not for the courage and bravery of this audience to put the bayonet to their back and say, no, we're going to have special sessions and we are going to have them now.
These are unconstitutional districts.
Short commercial break.
Back in the war room in just a moment.
War room.
Here's your host, Stephen K. Bannon.
A big part of this day, we're going to talk about the Gulf War.
I guess the recently terminated Gulf War.
The war in the Persian Gulf, our magnificent United States Navy, although the president's picking up the jargon of the war room, said the Navy's acting like pirates and seizing these vessels.
The Royal Navy, of which we inherited, you know, as an institution, one of the most powerful institutions in world history was the Royal Navy.
That started as a collection of pirates.
Working for the crown, people like Sir Francis Drake, Sir Walter Riley, and others.
So, the pirate, the good pirate tradition goes back many, many hundreds of years.
And the United States Navy is really showing its full force in locking down.
I think the president said yesterday $4 billion a day that the mullahs are losing.
And they're starting to feel it, you can tell.
More about that.
So, birchgold.com, end of the dollar empire.
Find out the way the world works.
There's eight free installments.
You can read it at your leisure.
Birchgold.com, promo code Bannon.
Most important thing is talk to Philip Patrick and the team.
It is not the price of gold, it is the pattern recognition of the process that drives the value of gold as a hedge against fiat currency.
Central banks throughout the world have been doing this for, I guess, the last three years, record rates.
Maybe the only way we don't have a record rate coming out of this first quarter will be because some of these central banks are having to sell their gold to pay for operations.
Saudi Arabia, maybe.
Two biggest initial victims of the or hits on this Gulf War live golf, which is basically never really got traction.
That's crashing.
And of course, Spirit Airlines, the budget, the low cost airlines, no bailout.
So I've got Neil McCabe's at the White House for us.
We're going to break things down.
Dr. Bradley Thayer.
So, Dr. Thayer, you did a very good job yesterday, theoretically, and you walked through historically.
Senators Abandon Political Warfare00:15:30
unidentified
What May Day is.
And then, baby, did they deliver?
And MSNBC couldn't get enough of it.
From Portland to Austin to DC to particularly Los Angeles, they had reporters in there and they were just loving it all day.
And particularly, if you notice, we played a couple of clips.
My team pulled great clips.
They were so focused on going to young people, on going to, and particularly young men, teenage young men, and say, why are you out here?
This is so great.
This is the poison.
This is what our fight's about.
And if you don't want to be in this fight, that's fine.
There's plenty of other things you can do in life.
I got that.
But we're in this fight.
We're in this fight to finish what we started.
And this audience is in this fight to finish what it started.
And that's what I mean by that is to drive, crush these people, crush them as a political movement, crush them as a social and cultural movement, and rid our republic of these people.
Yes, they're demonic, atheistic.
Marxist and jihadist.
And I've seen it up close and personal.
Dr. Thayer, did they represent yesterday in their May Day orgy of Marxism and jihadism and anti Americanism, sir?
Yes, they did, right?
It was a neo Bolshevik rally.
Americans have a holiday to celebrate labor.
That's called Labor Day.
We don't have an International Working Men's Day.
That's a Marxist term.
Intentionally.
So these events are caused and they're intended to have a desired effect.
So we need to explore who's organizing them, right?
This is not spontaneous by any stretch of the imagination.
These are caused events.
They're organized not by the Chicago Teachers Union, right?
That's nominally, for example, Chicago, Los Angeles, Twin Cities, et cetera, yesterday.
Who's organizing them?
Who's funding them?
And when you look at that, you're going to find, begin to really understand the scope of the problem.
Who's generating it?
It's going to be the usual suspects.
You're going to find Soros.
You're going to find Singham.
You're going to find the tech billionaires.
You're going to find the CCP behind him.
Secondly, we need to understand that this is a display of muscle, right?
They're attempting to show that they've got power, that there is some type of movement behind.
These May Day protests.
And it's their attempt to show that they can actually get folks out on the street and dominate the streets, right?
This, again, a very Leninist idea, a concept, which allows us to understand really what's happening here.
Thirdly, it's not a coincidence, right, that they're trying to tout May Day a communist holiday to try to make that an event in the United States, just as.
Lenin's birthday, Vladimir Lenin's birthday is April 22nd.
It just so happens that became, by coincidence, Earth Day, right?
In an effort to get Americans to celebrate Lenin's birthday by celebrating Earth Day.
So we need to understand, taking a step back, really what's going on here.
You have powerful anti American forces, right?
Bolshevik, now neo Bolshevik forces, doing their utmost to attack.
With the intent to destroy American identity and the country itself.
And so we see that again consistently.
The protests are one medium by which they do that.
It's not the only, of course, medium that they have, but it's one that allows them to demonstrate purportedly a popular outpouring of support for International Workingmen's Day.
It really allows us to understand that these individuals are a direction, their intent, Strong motivation and they have an end goal, right?
They've got a direction.
Hang on.
Let me connect this to their political apparatus.
They have copied kind of the precinct strategy.
Let me go back.
Political victories have come from not from TV ads.
That's how the consultants become multimillionaires.
This is Las Vidas in this crowd.
They're literally just stealing money by putting up these ridiculous ads on cable TV.
And they can put $80 million or $100 million now to destroy Ken Paxton in Texas and fail to do that.
Because voter engagement in an age of just media and screens and overwhelmed by white noise, people just dial that out.
And of course, by going on cable, you're going on to a delivery methodologist that gets to essentially old folks.
The power of their movement.
And you can see this from Texas to Mamdani to Minneapolis, the Working Family Party and the Democratic Socialists of America.
Those are the shock troops.
They go door to door.
When we were talking about Zoran winning and beating Cuomo back last summer, we told people that in the summer of 25, he was canvassing and turning out thousands of canvassers.
From the Working Family Party and DSA, which are neo Marxist organizations, and they're proud of it.
They don't hide it.
When you saw what happened in Senate District 9 in Texas, in the freezing cold and sub zero temperatures, they're knocking doors.
They're knocking doors and they're having voter contact and voter engagement.
This Marxist movement that you see on May Day, and particularly their focus is on what did they do yesterday?
It was teachers and people in high school and junior high school.
The folks they talked to on camera, some of those were just out of junior high school or freshmen in eighth grade.
To freshmen in high school.
And their reporters went naturally to that because that's the formation of these people.
This is kind of the children of the damned model.
And they are perfecting it.
That's what this fight is about.
And you see this redistricting, which is totally unconstitutional, but plays right into their sweet spot because it's DEI, right?
And victimology.
And the response to it, if it was not for this, if it was not for Caroline Wren, Alex DeGrasse, In this audience, the country club Republicans, the country club Republicans don't want to deal with this.
They want to deal with this.
It's too down in the trenches.
It's too, because they're cowards.
They'd rather just, oh, you know, we can't deal with that and kick the can down the road.
The country is in the shape it is in because you had, prior to Trump, a Republican party, and you see it at, look at these people on Capitol Hill.
You think that you think these people are in for a fight?
Think Mike Johnson's gonna fight for anything?
You think John Thune's gonna fight for anything?
John Thune won't even do the easy things of saver people running around, save America, and come to me.
You gotta get saved.
I said, Guys, War Room and Real America's Voice did Save America Act for three solid weeks with the great Mike Lee and Eric Schmidt and a handful of others to, you know, 11 o'clock, 12 o'clock every night.
And then Thune just said, No, we're out of here.
We're gonna go on vacation for a couple of weeks.
They do not want to confront anything.
They'd rather just keep the system the way it's going, have their donors on the margin, make sure the donors get plenty of tax cuts and plenty of regulatory relief so they can make more money and mortgage the country's future by not engaging in political warfare, which is what you need to do.
This has happened before in history.
Read the history of the Russian Revolution, read the history of the French Revolution.
Read the history of the aristocracy and the elites in those countries on the conservative side that were too gutless, either too stupid or too lazy or too big a coward to confront the demon in front of them.
That ain't going to be us.
If we go down, folks, we're going to go down fighting.
That's the fight.
And I don't want to hear people, oh, Trump this, Trump that yet.
Trump ain't perfect.
Long way from perfect.
But he's changed the course of American history.
Changed the course of American history.
Short break, back in a moment.
War Room, here's your host, Stephen K. Bann.
I'm going to go to Neil McCabe momentarily at the White House.
Let me go back to Dr. Thayer for a second.
Dr. Thayer, this is, you talk about your book you've been working on, it's about the 100 year or over 100 year struggle of the United States versus the Marxist.
You know, Karl Marx, I've always said the economics were a joke.
And in fact, nobody actually ever, the Soviet Union was just another, just like the CCP, just another form of the empire, the emperor, right?
The same with the Bolsheviks.
When they got in power, they were just another, another, it was another czarist regime as Putin is today.
The KGB guys.
But whereas Marx may have had the economics wrong, he had an understanding of history and sociology, did he not?
And that's why we thought, oh, this all ended in 1989.
In 1989, between Tiananmen Square in June and the Berlin Wall in November, the people that were our allies that we abandoned, Lao Beijing in China, that I think four and a half or five million died in combat, right?
As bad as the nationalists were.
Because the communists, the CCP didn't fight at all against the Japanese.
They were holding their power to take on the nationalists after the war.
I think there are four and a half million casualties in the nationalist army.
So, and another, I don't know, 25 or 30 million Russians.
Those were our allies, not the elites in Norway, not the elites in France, not the elites in Italy or Spain.
All the NATO countries, Germany, you know, Germany's all up, you know, upset.
We're taking a brigade out of NATO right now.
But the, and so in 1989, we thought it was all over.
Guess what?
It's never over with these people until you crush it.
Dr. Thayer.
Right, Steve.
The threat exists internationally, whether that was the Soviet Union during the Cold War or the Chinese Communist Party today, but it also exists domestically because they're operating in both arenas.
And they're doing it simultaneously and with some degree of coordination.
It's one fight that exists.
And Americans need to recognize that.
And they need to recognize that this has been a hundred years war against it.
We've had great successes, for example, 1989 and 1991.
But it's an ongoing one because you haven't won the war yet.
The ideology is still hard at work in the neo Bolshevik guise.
It's undermining the United States.
And Americans need to recognize the intent is to destroy the United States.
As well as Western civilization.
Hold it, hold it, hold it.
I'm going to dispute.
When you say great, 1989, Lao Beijing was the Chinese people standing up against Deng Xiaoping.
The Bush once saved them.
That was a victory for Lao Beijing.
And we didn't come to the rescue because we thought it was more easily managed because the Chinese people are so infantile, they can't manage themselves.
They need a dictatorship.
The Berlin Wall yes, we did a lot to relieve Berlin and obviously stand up in the Cold War.
Take down the evil empire.
But that was also a revolt of those people who couldn't take anymore.
And we weren't there for them.
We weren't there for them at all.
Once again, the corporate, the Western, I saw this in Hollywood.
They would come in and want to buy these studios for 10, 5 cents in the dollar.
And I go, I don't know, man.
In a couple of years, and these people wake up, I would not like to be the guy holding that studio in St. Petersburg.
I think these Russians may come and have something to say about that.
It was a rape.
It was a rape of Russia by Russia.
Western businessmen, okay?
A raper.
And this is why Putin and the KGB came back.
They saw they were being raped.
And they came.
This is why the KGB, they want to throw all them out, including the KGB.
They hated those guys.
We've never had the back of the people that were our true allies around the world.
And this is why they don't have the back of the working class in the United States, the MAGA movement.
They're trying to destroy the MAGA movement.
This is why they hate Trump.
They think Trump has deserted his class.
Hang on one second.
Neil McCabe.
Your thoughts from the White House.
Yeah, I want to go back to what you're talking about with John Thune and Capitol Hill, right?
So, there's the number one reason why we're losing family owned farms and ranches in this country is because of the estate tax.
And Congressman John Thune defeated the Senate Majority Leader, Tom Daschell, because he promised the voters of South Dakota he would eliminate the estate tax.
And it's incredible to have a Senate Majority Leader lose an election.
And it was John Thune who put the estate tax back into the 2017 tax bill after the House took it out.
And that tells you all you need to know about John Foone.
Like this guy was never, he was never going to go to the mattresses for the Save America Act, Steve.
No, and the Save America, I mean, it's just the Save America Act and everything.
This is why I think the Senate's more in jeopardy than the House, because I think you can galvanize people on a congressional district basis, particularly with the redistricting.
Some of these state level people are just not fired up.
They've seen the Senate abandon.
Except for a handful of people up there, they've abandoned the uh, they've abandoned the Trump program, they've abandoned the MAGA program, they have no interest in it.
Save America just being one of uh, of uh, of many.
So, Dr. Thayer, hang over, yeah, hang over, Dr. Thayer, what is to be done to combat this?
We now have this redistricting, we have a political process, but it has to be deeper than this.
Media Captured by Extremists00:05:18
unidentified
One of the central tenets of this Marxist jihadist is to.
Deeply embed themselves in the education system.
If you saw it yesterday, that was your local tax money and federal tax money and state tax money underwriting a totally corrupt and incompetent education system, public education system.
Now, there's more than that.
There are so many different problems with the education system, including school choice and all these that we didn't understand the underbelly of that as far as the jihadists go.
But You saw the education system.
The biggest freaks out there were the teachers.
The teachers are a freak show, not just the librarians.
The teachers were a freak show.
But they've got their hands on these kids.
And you see the formation.
First off, these kids can't even put thoughts together, right?
It's like Cro Magnum man talking.
And you got middle class kids there can't even put a thought together.
There's no critical thinking, no idea of rhetoric, no idea of looking you in the eye with a clear eye and saying, Yeah, here's what it is.
They have no knowledge of American history, completely perverted.
Their idea of American history is what they get from the communist Howard Zen, Dr. Thayer.
Yeah, Steve.
So, what needs to be done?
First, follow the money.
Who's organizing this?
How are they getting funded?
And I think that's going to reveal a lot about ties to the usual suspects Soros Singham, the Chinese Communist Party, Steve Jobs' widow, the tech billionaires, all of it.
The identification of the SP, Southern Poverty Law Center, right, gives us a great insight into how these guys operate.
In terms of their objective, of course, is to destroy the United States.
And they do that through a variety of mechanisms, all of which are going to be identifiable.
We can identify money, we can shut down organizations.
Second, your point is exactly right.
The neo Bolsheviks captured the ideas industry.
That's K through 12, our universities, our law schools.
Our media, all of that has been captured.
And so, while that's a multifaceted issue, we need to work to recapture the ideas industry.
We need to work to recapture the educational system, our universities, our media.
So, that can be done.
It's something which good folks have done.
You've had great people on from Texas, for example, who've been working on that issue, and textbooks in Texas, of course, which are so important given how textbooks, How, what the buy is and the distribution is, of course, from Texas and California, uh, being the sources of that.
So, there's a lot to do, but it's winnable, especially while it's a living memory.
Hang on, one second.
The Texas school board situation, Texas education system is a perfect example.
The establishment in Texas, the education establishment, Abbott, and that crowd didn't lift a finger.
This was a collection of people on the education board who are grassroots, many of them tied to faith based organizations that stood up and said, We're not going to allow this to happen.
We're not going to have the history of Texas rewritten with an overlay of Islam and what Islam's done.
Hey, let me cut to the chase.
You want to see Islam in the history?
Go look at the ancient civilization of Persia.
Look at the ancient civilization of Egypt.
Look at the ancient civilization of Syria and Mesopotamia, all of it, North Africa.
North Africa, St. Augustine, I would say, probably the top intellect of the church fathers from North Africa.
Look at what North Africa is under Muslim cultural influence.
It's destroyed, destroyed every civilization.
It's touched some of the greatest civilizations in the world.
It has brought no benefit to any civilization.
None, zero, the null set.
And don't tell me, oh, they had the greatest mathematicians.
They inherited the greatest, these mathematicians and people from societies that were already existing at time and they destroyed it.
When they got run out of Spain in 1492, then Spain really started to flourish.
Became a world empire with the discovery of the new world all in history.
You can't point to anywhere.
And in Texas, knowing that as a fact, the establishment in Texas just sat on their asses and were prepared to have that happen.
And Dr. Thayer's exactly right.
Given the scale economies of the book publishing industry for textbooks, it would have spread to 19 or 20 other states to have the influence of how much Islam's done.
Here's what Islam's done nothing.
And here's why it's got to be run out of the United States of America.
No Sharia law.
The Sharia law is a pestilence.
It's a pestilence.

In the Democratic Party, you look in Minneapolis, you saw the streets of Minneapolis?
That's where he plays Springsteen's song, To Rub Your Nose in It.
You saw what happened.
Do you think these people want to remove one of the 20 or 25 million illegal aliens that came to Biden?
No.
They now want to take you to court and they're going to fight everything habeas corpus, all of it.
And of course, now, because people are blinking, note to the White House political team.
Let me give you something very simple.
The policies that led President Trump to have the greatest comeback in American political history, those policies led by immigration, focused around mass deportations, and also stopping the scam that the tech oligarchs that are all telling you guys in the White House, you're all going to have jobs when you get out, those oligarchs that are keeping the scam of H 1B visas, both of those policies destroying.
The American working class on one side and young Americans coming into the STEM programs on the other have to be stopped.
When Bavino says there's 100 million illegal aliens in this country, given this guy gave his life, his 30 years professional life of being on the Border Patrol, so he knows the math, I would take his word as holy writ.
You want to win the redistricting and the redistricting fight?
Is being led by the grassroots once again.
And President Trump is firing up guys.
Bill Lee, you're seeing everybody go, yeah, now I understand it.
Now the President Trump's giving me a phone call.
The redistricting is one thing, but then you have to motivate with policy to make sure that we take it all the way to the end.
Just magically, the redistricting is not going to do it.
It gives you the template to hold the House, maybe even pick up a seat or two.
But you have to inspire people.
It is a time to not double down.
It is a time to triple down.
Triple down on the core MAGA policies that got us here.
And you talk about the education.
We ought to unsheathe even more on the colleges, even more on all this money going to these high schools that are turning our best and brightest into fire breathing Marxists.
Short break.
War Room.
Here's your host, Stephen K. Bann.
Sean Spicer joins us.
Sean, you got your book, Trump 2.0.
What I think we need to be doing is doubling and tripling down on Trump 2.0.
But give me your thoughts so far on the redistricting effort that has caught fire over the last 48 hours.
Yeah, so let's back up for a second if we can, Steve.
I said this, and I know you and I have talked about this.
The Supreme Court, and this cannot get understated.
The liberals on the Supreme Court, this case that just came down, the Voting Rights Act, Section 2, was heard for the second time on October 15th, last year, 2025.
We knew that this was going to come out as a majority decision.
It was pretty clear then.
Everybody predicted it.
Most people did assume it was a 6 3 decision.
The liberals on the court, and no one has disputed what I reported and I broke a couple of weeks back, were slow rolling the dissent to minimize the number of states.
Just You know, again, for your audience to fully grasp this, the liberals on the court, Kagan, Sotomayor, Katanji, John, Brown, Jackson, literally held back their dissent to minimize states from being able to redistrict that would benefit Republicans from holding a majority.
So they knew that legislative sessions would go out.
Hang on, hang on, hang on, hang on.
I want to put, and to double that, to reinforce this, Kagan's, who's kind of the lead on the dissent, 30 pages of hers, just a liberal, it's just a primal scream.
It's not like she's Felix Frankfurter and she needed this time to write this incredibly complicated response that we're going to set up for other court cases.
In fact, their dissent was nothing there.
They could have really written that over the weekend in October, correct?
I mean, now that you've seen it, you realize your reporting was not only correct, it actually exposed this scam that they wanted to drag this past the primary season, sir.
Okay.
But also, for your audience to understand this, you and I both have dealt with this for years on various issues.
If a story is wrong, Steve Bannon, whether it's about you or something, a policy, what's the first thing you do?
You pick up the phone, you go, this is BS, that's not true.
Maybe off the record, even, hey, this is not what's happening.
Somebody broke.
Their leg and they can't write, or they broke their arm and they can't get to it.
I mean, whatever.
No one to this day has pushed back on what I scooped, right?
Which is that they were holding this thing back to minimize state legislatures from being able to redistrict in accordance with their ruling.
Not one person.
Nobody has said he's wrong.
This didn't happen, whatever.
Because your analysis, my reporting is 100% right.
They knew what they were going to say.
There's nothing profound in her dissent.
It's just, to your point, a primal scream.
We don't like this.
This is ridiculous, right?
They knew it was 6 3.
And they minimize the impact.
So, what does this mean?
And there's, you know, to your point about why Trump 2.0, this is trying to end Trump 2.0.
The President Trump's ability to do all of the things that he's done, not just legislative, whatever, they want to switch this to impeachment and investigation.
They admitted last week in Axios, day one, not day two, not month three, day one, they will impeach this guy again.
They are threatened by the Trump 2.0 agenda, whether it's trade or education.
They want to tie him up in knots in investigations and impeach the guy.
So, understand what's happening here.
This is the judiciary.
This is the Supreme Court attempting to meddle in the midterms.
So, right now, just to bottom line this, right, there are at least probably 50 districts around the country where there is a voting rights district, a racially meandered district.
Now, just to give you a sense, Massachusetts has one just outside of Boston.
Now, will that ever benefit Republicans?
No.
But the point is that this is very, very vast and extreme around the country.
And so, What happened now is Louisiana must, the court has insisted that they must redistrict.
That will gain us a net one seat.
One.
Okay.
Florida was already going to do it anyway.
DeSantis was going to make this happen.
So you can't even factor in DeSantis's plus four.
But states like Tennessee, states like South Carolina, and especially a state like Alabama could have yielded us probably four to five additional seats.
I still think there's a strong hope that Alabama will go.
But here's the kicker Alabama, right now, if they really push this, will get one seat.
It should be 7 0 in Alabama.
And people that I've talked to at a very reliable level in Alabama are saying that for a variety of reasons, to minimize the courts and the appeals and everything like that, they're going to have to go 6 1 this cycle and then try to get 7 0 next.
But the court knew what they were doing by limiting the exposure and the time that states had to grapple with their decision.
They were ensuring that most states could not redistrict in time for the 2020 elections and increasing the chance that Democrats would take over the House of Representatives.
This is, and also, like the governor of Alabama, this took a prodding of the war in policy in Trump.
Because at first she's saying, well, you know, I want to wait to the 2030, even to get to the six to one, sir.
Yes, but this should have been a layup.
Why are we in Alabama, a Republican governor, a Republican legislature, saying we knew this decision was coming, right?
And then what's KIV's first initial response that she put out publicly?
You know, we've got to deal with the court.
We don't think we can pull this off.
Like, I'm sorry.
None of this stuff should be a shock.
They should have had a plan in place.
And it's a shame that President Trump and his team is going to have to waste political capital calling a Republican governor with a Republican legislature to tell her to do the right thing.
He's already having to waste a lot of political capital going against these state senators in Indiana.
But after Virginia voted, Steve, why are we even having a conversation about this?
Every Republican should understand.
Think about what happened in Virginia.
They blew through the legislative guidelines as to how to pass a constitutional amendment.
They didn't abide by the fair language in the amendment, right, which is a Virginia law.
Again, this isn't subjective, this is the law in Virginia.
And then they didn't put 90 days from when the legislature voted a second time to when it was, quote, presented to Virginia as stated by the law.
In Virginia.
They don't care about the law.
They care about power.
And the thing is, is that at some point, the memo needs to go around to these Republican leaders that you've got to either get in the game or get out and allow someone who does get the game to get in for you because Kay Ivey shouldn't need a memo to explain to her what's at stake.
She should do her job.
She should call a special session and they should be doing everything they can to get to 7 0, but at least 6 1, for goodness sake.
Well, I think even Clybert in South Carolina, we've put up the Speaker of the House.
He's the Speaker of the House in South Carolina, I guess, is the person holding this up because I think President Trump talked to McMasters and McMasters got the joke.
But it's President Trump, and given everything else, trying to run a war, everything else going on, he's now in the process of having to basically put the pitchfork in the back of these Republican leaders Bill Lee in Tennessee, McMasters in South Carolina.
Hang on a second, Sean.
I'm going to hold you through.
I want everybody to get a copy of the book.
Trump Versus Republican Leaders00:00:35
unidentified
I think this book's going to be a New York Times bestseller.
I want people on top of this because we're fighting.
To double and triple down on Trump 2.0.
Okay, we're going to juggle a lot in the next hour.
We've got Sean Spicer with us.
Joe Hoff is going to join us about some of these NGOs.
I've got McCabe at the White House there.
We're going to talk about the war.
Ben Harnwell is going to join us.
We're also going to have to address a topic of this the issue with this kind of Jewish attacks, Israeli attacks on Christians in Israel, all next in the war room.
