Episode 5174: Declaring A National Emergency Over Our Elections To Stop Foreign Interference

Donald Trump’s allies, including Garland Favarito (Vote GA) and Steve Bannon, push for a national emergency declaration to overhaul U.S. elections, citing 3,000 modified Georgia voting system files and potential Chinese interference—like Detroit’s disputed ballots and Texas whistleblower jailings. Grassroots groups like VoterGA expose irregularities, but the GOP establishment remains silent. Meanwhile, Iran tensions rise with Operation Spartan Shield (NY/TX National Guard rotations) and USS Gerald R. Ford positioning near the Suez Canal, though no strike is imminent before Texas’s primary. The episode ties election fraud claims to broader MAGA strategy, warning of systemic threats while promoting financial and military preparedness. [Automatically generated summary]

Speaker Time Text
Pro-Trump Activists and Executive Orders 00:12:04
nicolle wallace
It's the safe and secure presidential elections, national elections we have enjoyed in our country without interruption over the course of this century.
And then point Z.
That is the nightmare scenario.
A president who has already exhibited a willingness and interest and effort to disrupt the peaceful transfer of power, encouraging violence if it's necessary, with an unfettered control over our election systems.
It is difficult to pinpoint precisely where we are today, right now, this hour, on that sliding scale between A and Z.
But this afternoon's developments make it abundantly clear we are straying further and further from point A and lurching ever closer and closer to point Z.
The latest reporting from MS Now, quote, Donald Trump has directed his White House counsel's office to explore the feasibility of an executive order requiring proof of citizenship for voter registration and photo identification at polling locations nationwide, even as his own lawyers have warned the moves would likely run into legal trouble, according to senior White House official who spoke anonymously.
Office of Management and Budget Director Russ Vogt and White House Staff Secretary Will Scharf are among those overseeing the effort to determine whether a legally viable path forward on this stuff exists.
It is the latest sign that Donald Trump intends to reshape American elections and unilaterally and without congressional buy-in test the limits of his executive authority.
The only part of that that is more chilling, more chilling than the idea of a unilateral executive order that could disenfranchise a large number of American voters with the stroke of a pen was that phrase toward the end of the reporting, quote, the latest sign, because it is, as we've been chronicling here, just a piece, albeit a very important one, of that drift ever closer to point Z on the spectrum.
Case in point, brand new reporting in the Washington Post out late this afternoon, quote, pro-Trump activists who say they're in coordination with the White House are circulating a 17-page draft executive order that claims China interfered in the 2020 election as a basis to declare a national emergency that would unlock extraordinary presidential power over voting.
Donald Trump has repeatedly previewed a plan to mandate voter ID and to ban mail-in ballots in November's midterm elections.
The activists expect their draft will figure into Trump's promised executive order on the issue.
The White House declined to elaborate on Trump's plans.
Considering those two pieces of reporting from today as a pair, you can ask yourself in our nation's 250-year history, have there been 250 days more important to the health and well-being and survival of our democracy than the span between this afternoon and Election Day?
Because point Z is calling and we might be closer to it than you think.
vaughn hillyard
I think that, number one, all of the folks that are at the top echelons of the White House were there in 2021, 2022, 2023, during the indictment, during the January 6th committee hearings.
All of them know exactly what took place if they were not even working in the White House themselves.
So they know what they've signed on to and they know what their boss is capable of doing here.
They also understand that people like Steve Bannon can pass along documents and articles directly to key aid and get into Donald Trump's ear and suddenly he's posting it overnight.
Here's the one thing that I think is different from our reporting that's go around.
I've been talking to local officials too here.
You know, if you look at Georgia, right, the folks understand that three of the five Georgia State Election Board members are MAGA Trump allies.
And they are preparing, understanding the enormity of the power that those three election board members have.
And so folks on the ground are preparing.
Out in Arizona, Maricopa County, there are several Republicans on the Maricopa County Board of Supervisors.
They've lived through this before, and they are preparing.
There's the recorder who's in charge of Maricopa County elections, Justin Heap.
For example, he said just a couple weeks ago that his office claimed that there were disenfranchised voters.
You know what that Republican-led Board of Supervisors did?
They called him in and made him go and testify to his claim, essentially saying, you're not going to get to Election Day claiming that voters are disenfranchised.
We're holding you accountable now.
He and his office were unable to answer the question.
I think that is going to be the difference is at the local and state level here because we know exactly what the White House and Donald Trump have up their sleeve.
nicolle wallace
The decision protects him from being criminally prosecuted for doing that, but it doesn't make that which is unconstitutional lawful.
What is in the system?
What remains in the system as an antibody to protect against his unconstitutional conduct?
michael waldman
Well, you're exactly right.
The Constitution is very clear.
States run elections.
Congress has a legitimate role in passing national legislation.
Presidents have no role.
And already this year, as we've seen this campaign to try to undermine the midterms, courts have stepped up.
He had an executive order last year purporting to take personal control of elections and require people to produce a passport, not even a birth certificate, but a passport.
And it was blocked by the courts, which said it was illegal.
There's no legal basis for any of these things that are being reported.
And this notional executive action claiming Chinese influence in 2020 seems to be based on sort of wackadoodle theories by election deniers with no basis in reality.
Courts are willing to step up, and states have a role as well.
They run the elections.
So I do think that if we are aware, if we're calling out these efforts, and if we all do what we need to do, we can have secure and free and fair and hopefully uneventful elections in November.
nicolle wallace
The Times reports this: as the political environment darkens for his party, Donald Trump is again warning Republicans that Democrats are going to rig the results.
At the same time, he's taking actions that make Democrats fear that Republicans are actually going to subvert the election.
Trump has shown himself unbound by precedent in his second term.
And with prominent election deniers and powerful federal posts and top cabinet officials on the hunt for evidence of voter fraud, his moves have heightened anxieties about potential interference.
He has called for Republicans to nationalize elections, so the Constitution leaves their administration to the states.
The newly politicized Justice Department is suing states for private voter rolls.
The FBI has seized ballots from the 2020 election from the Georgia Election Center.
And Trump is so personally invested that he praised some of the agents by phone.
Help me understand why.
I mean, I guess it's because the quality of the people around him is underneath the quality of the people that were around in 2020.
vaughn hillyard
And Donald Trump is ultimately going to get what he wants, right?
You can talk about Kash Patel and whether his job is on the line or not, but guess what?
Kash Patel is going and executing an FBI search of Fulton County.
His director of national intelligence, right?
He doesn't have to agree with her assessment about Iran's nuclear capabilities, but she's down there in Fulton County.
And if you are looking here at the ways in which they can impact this election ahead, that from the sources that we have talked to, it is these very folks that Donald Trump continues to turn to, those that are willing to execute on this year.
And if you go back, I think we have to go back to 2020.
If you go back to the dissent of Justice Sotomayor, she was very clear in the question there of whether the president had absolute immunity.
She said, organizes a military coup to hold on to power, immune.
That was her interpretation of the opinion of the Supreme Court.
And the president of the United States could potentially use his military, trying to use emergency powers, which the Brennan Setter has done a great job in understanding that there are no legal statutes that allow him to move forward with that.
But that doesn't mean that Donald Trump is not going to try because we've seen him try before.
And especially in the hours before the election, there's a big question here of especially if they try to lay claim to Iran or China trying to use foreign influence.
The president could try to make the case that there is a foreign threat here domestically that it makes it a combined upon him to, whether it be seize voting machines, which he considered doing, Michael Schmidt did a great report there in real time about that.
And this is a moment here where the president of the United States is more eager than ever, clearly based off of our reporting, to push the ball forward on this and simply having Congress not pass a Save Out Act.
That's not going to satisfy him.
michael feinberg
He doesn't need to steal it.
He needs to throw it into confusion.
And if you throw it into confusion and you are the federal government and you control law enforcement, you control intelligence, you have a bully pulpit, unlike no other, that is enough to undermine the process.
And if he has a director of national intelligence like Tulsi Gabbard, whose grasp on reality, I will just say is not particularly firm, she would be willing to say things that in the intelligence community, we would say have very low confidence.
This notion that China interfered in 2020, I worked Chinese intelligence my entire career.
There is no validity to that theory whatsoever.
And nobody who's ever examined the Chinese intelligence services or the government of China would argue otherwise.
But he now has a National Security Council, an intelligence community, and a law enforcement apparatus that is willing to say the most unhinged, untethered things possible if it will help him throw the election into turmoil.
steve bannon
This is the primal scream of a dying regime.
Pray for our enemies because we're going to medieval on these people.
You're going to not get a free shot at all these networks lying about the people.
The people have had a belly full of it.
I know you don't like hearing that.
I know you're trying to do everything in the world to stop that, but you're not going to stop it.
It's going to happen.
jake tapper
And where do people like that go to share the big lie?
MAGA media.
I wish in my soul, I wish that any of these people had a conscience.
steve bannon
Ask yourself, what is my task and what is my purpose?
If that answer is to save my country, this country will be saved.
unidentified
War Room.
Here's your host, Stephen K. Vance.
steve bannon
It's Friday, 27 February, the year of our Lord, 2026.
We've got three big things we have to cover.
A lot of things we want to cover, but we have to prioritize.
President Trump's coming out to Texas Corpus Christy Brian Glenn is there.
We'll get to Brian Glenn in a moment.
Huge, important evolution for the president.
Changes schedule to come out here today on the last day of early voting in the state of Texas.
Election Day is Tuesday.
Also, the path to war or peace in Iran.
We're going to go through that.
And most importantly, the signal, not the noise, this issue of the stolen 2020 election and changes that need to be made around that are now coming to a head now.
They're coming to a head now because the election is only a couple of months away and they need to come to a head now.
We're going to have expert people that have fought these fights in Pennsylvania and Michigan and Georgia.
Tomorrow I have Judge Trupas trying to track down Judge Trupas have Wisconsin and we will also have Arizona.
Let's start with Sam Faddis.
First off, Sam, I'm going to get to your assessment of Iran, the situation in a moment.
But you, Besides spending your career defending the country, you went back to Pennsylvania.
You're one of the grassroots leaders, and you were particularly one of the leaders when we had to get into the fight of the 2020 election.
You've been in intelligence all your life.
Election Fraud Looms 00:15:06
steve bannon
You've seen this, what they're working, what the president's working on on this executive order that would talk about foreign influence and details of that, no matter what MSNBC and all their intelligence experts that downplay the Chinese Communist Party.
That's going to start coming out in the next couple of weeks.
What's your assessment so far, being one of the grassroots leaders that has fought the obviously stolen election on the mainland ballots in Pennsylvania with where the president is headed with this, with this executive order, sir?
sam faddis
Dave, look, what we have to do is face the reality: the election system is broken and it is full of holes.
It's full of holes like in the mundane level of paper ballots appear effectively, nobody knows who filled them out.
They don't even know exactly when they were mailed.
I mean, we could go on with that kind of narrative forever.
But at the strategic level, talking about foreign influence, also horribly vulnerable.
And we have really strong indications, really strong evidence of foreign involvement.
Let's talk about the Chinese Connect.
A few years ago, this company, Connect out of Michigan, that provides basically software that's in use all over the country for elections.
Has every top official, every top person in Connect is a Chinese national.
The company has direct contact, documented contact with involvement with Chinese United Front, which means Chinese intel, Chinese efforts to influence elections and policy in target countries.
Connect documented to have lied, to have sent data to communist China, to have stored data on servers in communist China.
Connect documented to have had super admin access to these election systems, meaning they can change anything and also cover their tracks because they control the security.
And maybe most startling of all, that that super admin access was also given to Chinese nationals inside China by Connect.
Okay, that was years ago when Sam Hanks.
steve bannon
Hang on, I want to go.
I'm going to continue on with Connect when we return.
I believe the head guy was indicted by a grand jury in Los Angeles.
Kind of murky what Biden from the laptop from hell, what Biden did with that.
Sam Fattis, Jim Hoft, Garland Favarito.
Familiar names?
They ought to be.
They're at the forefront of the fight for free and fair elections in the United States of America.
Next in the war room.
garland favorito
And the reason they don't want to do it, why would anybody not want voter ID?
One reason, because they want to cheat.
There's only one reason.
They make up all excuses.
They say it's racist.
steve bannon
They come up with things.
garland favorito
You almost say, what imagination they have.
They want to cheat.
They have cheated.
And their policy is so bad that the only way they can get elected is to cheat.
And we're going to stop it.
We have to stop it, John.
steve bannon
Well, John's not going to stop it, Mr. President.
He's not going to bring it up.
Yesterday he's fumbling around about the filibuster, standing filibuster.
So we're going to have to do it an alternative way.
I think the way the president and other advisors are talking to him and people inside the White House and the government, I think is a smart way to go.
Sam Fattis, continue on Connect, but give me a minute on Connect, but you do agree.
And the patriots up in Pennsylvania you guys work with, the mail-in ballot, the double envelopes, they throw them away, no signature verification.
We went to bed that night.
Trump was up 800,000 votes and lost.
Come on, man.
It's in your face, and it's too ridiculous to even think about that they didn't steal it.
They stole the 2020 election in Wisconsin, in Michigan, in Pennsylvania, in Georgia, and Maricopa County, and we can prove it and we're going to prove it.
And that's why you need this executive order.
The main, you know, Nicole Wallace should understand, we are never, ever again going to allow you people to do what you did in November of 2020.
It's not going to happen.
And you can cry and whine and throw your toys out of the pram.
We don't care.
We're not going to let this country go back and be stolen again by a bunch of crooks, criminals, and traitors that did it in 2020.
Sam Fattis.
sam faddis
Yeah, well, amen.
I mean, that is a precise description of where we are.
All of this nonsense about the most secure election in American history is just that nonsensical.
It's a lie.
Back to Connect.
Look, Chinese company, direct ties to United Front.
The guy who runs the company was indicted out in California.
And then, of course, the Biden administration steps in.
The indictment goes away.
They ultimately gave this guy $5 million because his feelings were hurt in settling a civil suit.
And last I heard, he's working out in Malaysia, pulling down big money.
The Biden administration crushed the whole thing, did nothing.
Connect is still in business.
And look, Connect, just to be clear, Connect software, people want to try to minimize the impact or the value of what the Chinese could get from this because they talk about it gives identities of poll workers and so forth, which is bad enough.
But also, Conact software, and I'm looking at my phone because I'm confirming these details with experts this morning.
Conact software stores passwords on all equipment, all voting equipment.
That means voting machines.
Connect direct access to voter records, ran software to support poll pads, tablets, all of this.
These are the crown jewels in the possession of a company directly tied to Chinese intelligence.
We knew this years ago.
We have done nothing, absolutely nothing.
steve bannon
Disgusting.
sam faddis
That hole is wide open.
steve bannon
What they did do is put the true the vote team into into jail in Texas.
Remember that?
They put them in jail in Texas.
sam faddis
Took Catherine and Greg and put them in jail because they wouldn't, they asked them, how did you find out about this and demanded they give up the name of their source?
And when they quite rightly said, we're not telling you, they were the ones sent to jail for blowing the whistle and trying to defend democracy.
steve bannon
You notice pattern recognition.
sam faddis
Chinese intel stated.
steve bannon
Either they're going to break you financially or put you in jail.
This is what Georgia is about.
Catherine Engelbreck went to some like high-security woman's prison, right?
They gave her bread and water for 30 days.
They tried to torture those people there and Greg Phillips for exposing the truth.
sam faddis
They put them in solitary.
Yes.
steve bannon
They were in solitary.
Disgusted.
They're revolting.
These people are playing Smashboard.
And if they steal it again, folks, it's going to be worse.
Jim Hoff.
Hang on, Sam.
I'm coming back to you.
Jim Hoff, Michigan.
Penny Murray's going to walk me through some details.
But first up, I want to give you, Joe's been on a couple of times.
I want to give you a shout out.
If it had not been for Gateway Pundit and not been you standing in the breach and you're very self-effacing, you never talk about yourself, you never promote yourself, you never brag.
If we didn't have Gateway Pundit, we would not be here today with the potential executive order and everything we're uncovering in all these states, particularly in Georgia, where they try to bankrupt you and throw you in prison.
This executive order, as you see it coming together, we're going to get to Michigan in a second.
We've needed this forever.
It's time now to do it.
Jim Hoff, your thoughts?
jim hoft
I think Peter Titkin, the attorney behind this, is 100% on the right track.
It needs to be done.
It needs to be done now because you know the left is going to bring this to court.
And, you know, you can tell that they're pretty worried about it by the way they were talking this morning.
And they should be because this will break them and it'll expose, it will allow us to have a fair election.
Democrats won't have all those devices where they can cheat in different areas like they did for how many years now?
steve bannon
Yeah, it's got to stop.
By the way, Peter Ticton will be at the top of the show tomorrow morning at 10 o'clock.
Peter is the one, I think, with the overall vision of how this thing is being pulled together.
So, Peter Ticton, you know him being Tina Peters' lawyer and the one that got Tina Peters a pardon by the President of the United States.
That has not been executed on by the governor or Colorado.
Let's bring in Patty Murray.
Patty, talk to me about Michigan.
This is another thing.
Not as Gateway Pundit been the kind of foundational print publication to keep everything going along and break these stories, but in Michigan, particularly, you guys, I think, have gotten to the basis of tons of the fraud there because people kind of forget about Michigan or Wisconsin.
They're two festering source.
It's not just Georgia, Arizona, and Pennsylvania.
It's Michigan and Wisconsin are held.
They're trying to throw Trupas.
They got him up for 11 felonies, trying to put him and Judge Trupas in jail for 75 years.
Patty Murray, talk to me about Michigan.
patty mcmurray
Yeah, so I think you saw the report that came out yesterday on the Gateway Pundit.
We have a team of leading election integrity experts who are working on pouring through almost a million documents that were FOIA by Yehuda Miller.
Actually, the FOIA was rejected and he had to sue the city of Detroit for the documents.
So we have all the documents.
We have all the ballot envelopes, absentee ballot envelopes, the applications.
We have all the ballots, the tapes.
We have everything from the 2020 election in Detroit, which nobody thought we would ever get.
The findings that we're making are just incredible.
We have over right now 100 and we have 200 volunteers signed up to pour through these documents.
What you're looking at on the screen is an absentee ballot envelope.
And what's important to note about this is that on the right where it says sign here, you can't, you can't, a ballot cannot be counted unless that's signed.
It doesn't have to be dated, but it has to be signed.
This particular envelope is not signed.
And to the left of that is an area where the official city clerk stamp should go that shows when this envelope was received.
It's also missing that.
Underneath in the for clerks use only section, you can see that a ballot number was assigned to this voter.
We have redacted his name.
We have the name and we know who it is.
We've looked it up.
And that absentee ballot was indeed counted.
So no name or no signature, which is required in order for the ballot to be counted.
It says clearly on the envelope it needs to be signed and no official stamp of when the ballot was received, could have been received the day after the election.
We don't know.
We do know because of the Gateway Pundit reporting that a white van did deliver tens of thousands of ballots to the TCF Center in Detroit the morning after the election.
So who knows?
This could have been part of that dump.
But what I can tell you is that we're finding a lot just with the ballot envelope investigation that we've done so far.
The things that we're finding are just crazy.
steve bannon
The lessons here, folks, for your agency is that, you know, Caroline Jeffers and Garland Favarito and Sally Grubbs and Jason Frazier and all these heroes and patriots, Harry McDougal, all of them in Georgia have been working and have not quit in six years.
The lesson for Michigan is the Gateway Pundit, Nepeti Murray, and now 200 volunteers are not going to quit.
This is this kind of American cussedness.
They know this thing was stolen and they're not going to quit.
And the mainstream media is against them, all the big money in the Democratic Party, the Republican establishment wants to.
Do you have any, have you gotten any help from the Republican establishment in Michigan on your journey, Patty?
patty mcmurray
I will say that we have an incredible election integrity chair in the state legislature, Representative Rochelle Smith, and she's been very receptive to our information.
We've been sharing our findings with her, and they have been insisting that the government do more to help us in Michigan with the findings that we've put forward on the Gateway Pundit.
I just want to mention, Check My Vote, which is an incredible organization that was founded by, at the time, a non-American citizen who has recently become an American citizen, founding Montravati, is really the key figures in this investigation.
And I did put up a gifts and go on the article that I wrote yesterday because we are looking for help to fund this project because it's an enormously large project that requires a lot of people, experts that are taking time away from their day jobs.
This is an all-volunteer project at this point.
So we are looking for some help with this project because it's massive.
It's a massive undertaking.
And our goal is to complete this project before the next election.
Because as you know, Secretary of State Jocelyn Benson is running as the Democrat candidate for governor in Michigan.
And she will be facilitating her own election.
Real quickly, we need to take care of this.
steve bannon
We're going to put the gifts and go up.
So we'll push out there, brain.
Grace the Mo.
Real quickly, just I'm going to hold you through.
Is your, I tell you what, I'm going to wait and do it on the other side.
Too important a question to jam in there.
Today's the 27th, the last day to participate in the free offer from Birch Gold, birchgold.com promo code Bannon.

unidentified
Here's your host, Stephen K. Max.
steve bannon
Patty, any other things that the audience should have top of mind that you found, ma'am?
Last Chance Offer 00:03:46
patty mcmurray
Yeah, I also wanted to point out that we have the ballots that we've gone through so far, we've gone through 84,000 of them.
36% of those ballot envelopes that we've gone through have been dated by the voter and received by the city clerk on the same day.
I want to remind everybody that these ballots were being mailed out during COVID.
And Senator Gary Peters was making a lot of noise at that time because he was furious that the Detroit post office was so.
steve bannon
So that's a physical impossibility.
So what you're saying is 36% of the ones you found already can't be certified or non-certifiable, correct?
patty mcmurray
Well, it's an interesting, probably completely non-possible fact that we've discovered.
It looks like just a ridiculous statistic.
36% at the recall, it's ridiculous.
steve bannon
There's so much more that's going to come out.
We'll get to all that later.
I got Garland Favreau is going to join us here in a moment.
Do you believe you have the same level of evidence, let's call it, that Kash Patel, the ballots, the tapes, everything that Georgia had to raise?
Do you believe you were able to get it through these four requests?
That you have the equivalent of what Georgia's got and now the federal government, that they're fighting in court, that the traitors and crooks down in Georgia and Fulton County are fighting in court to get back, ma'am?
patty mcmurray
Yes, we do.
We have almost a million documents.
We have hard copies that are in storage.
And we also have digital files that our volunteers are working with and that we're working with currently.
But yes, we do have what Georgia has.
steve bannon
Amazing.
Hang on for a second.
Jim Hoft, obviously we want to get as much help to you guys as possible, right?
So where do people go?
Because Michigan is now back at the forefront, just like Georgia.
And people are jacked, I can tell you.
And the president said in the state of the union, what we say here in the Wurham all the time, if the Democrats can't steal it, they can't win.
I hate to be that blunt.
And I know the president hates to be that blunt, but that's just reality.
And we've seen it all over.
So where do people go, Jim, to follow this, what you're doing on Gateway Pundit and also to help out and assist either through volunteer or throwing some cash to people?
Where do they go?
jim hoft
So we have a gift and go listed at Gateway Pundit under Patty's article from yesterday.
They've already received $10,000, but they could certainly use any help from anybody out there.
This is taking a lot of hours for people putting in, you know, 60 hours a week working on this.
So that would be helpful.
And also there's Patty McMurray.
You can reach out to Patty and she can direct you to the organization that can use your help right now.
steve bannon
Fantastic.
And of course, you were the backbone of the exposing the fraud down in Georgia.
Where they go to get you, Gateway Pundit, and where they go for your social media, sir.
jim hoft
Yeah, so it's thegatewaypundit.com and we're on Getter and Twitter and X and Facebook and all of the social media outlets.
steve bannon
You're a patron hero.
Patty Murray, where do people go?
I know there's going to be extreme interest now coming off this hit.
Where do people go to find out more about your work or what you're doing in Michigan right now?
patty mcmurray
They can find my work at the Gateway Pundit because I'll be posting all articles exclusively, all of our findings on the Gateway Pundit.
And also I'm on Twitter at Patty LovesTruth.
steve bannon
Fabulous job, Patty.
Electronic Voting Frauds 00:03:09
patty mcmurray
Here it is.
steve bannon
Many years of grinding.
That's where these people are patriots.
They didn't quit.
And now you're seeing the fruits of the by their fruits, ye shall know them.
That's these patriots right now.
Garland Favarito, you stood in the breach and fought the fight.
Your thoughts when you received the article in the Washington Post and NBC News, and now Daily Mail puts up a summary that the president's just had a belly full of this.
The Senate's not going to move.
They're not going to move.
He's not going to dance around this.
He's looking to put together an executive order.
We will have Peter Ticton will lead the Tina Peters' lawyer, got her the federal pardon, is also one of the advisors, consultants on this, and he will join us tomorrow at 10 a.m.
Garland Favarita, given what you know about Georgia and your fight in Georgia, is the president justified in moving forward with an executive order that almost puts us at the level of a national, that he could call for a national emergency about free and fair elections, sir?
garland favorito
Absolutely, Steve.
And we're really, I'm thrilled with it.
There's a couple of things.
If you look at Georgia, you can see what happened.
Basically, we know from the FBI search warrant, we talked about it on your show the other day, that there were counterfeit ballots.
There's all kinds of fraud going on.
And that happened nationally, we know, in all five of the battleground states.
The other thing that we haven't talked about so much yet is that based on the FBI search warrant, there is extreme suspicion of electronic manipulation of the results.
It appears that what Fulton County did was to try to backfill the results to make sure that everything added up after the certification deadline.
So those things, the reason for that is the electronic voting.
The other thing that we have learned since then, which justifies an emergency on both the issue of fraudulent ballots and electronic voting, is that the forensic were conducted on a system here in Georgia, and we found that there were 3,000 program files modified after the system was installed.
And it had a compiler on it that would allow basically remote access to have the system malware distributed all throughout the counties.
So we really need to stop mail-in voting and we need to get rid of the machines.
Let's do publicly recorded hand counts and handmarked paper ballots.
That solves the security risk.
Nobody can hack a piece of paper.
And then we also have to clamp down on the potential fraud coming in by mail.
And that can be solved by just simply having a designated deliverer.
Instead of mailing your ballot in, a designated deliverer deliver that ballot and show an ID when you deliver it.
Those would just solve this national security crisis that we are in.
steve bannon
Garland, where do people get you?
And was it Vote GA?
Where do they go to find out more about your work and if they want to contribute?
Secure Hand Counts 00:06:39
steve bannon
Folks, these are all volunteer efforts.
That's the thing you have to understand.
This is all volunteer.
And the Republican Party said, yes, it's helped some in Michigan by having somebody thing they, the Republican Party essentially fought them in Georgia, fighting them in Arizona, right?
Fight them.
It's asked Sam Fettis, fighting them in Pennsylvania.
So where do they go to get more information?
And if they want to support your effort, where do they go?
garland favorito
Thank you, Steve.
unidentified
Yeah.
garland favorito
And we got some help from the Georgia GOP, but the RNC was really not helpful at all for the most part.
But it's voterga.org.
And we are an all-volunteer organization.
As you said, we don't take salaries.
You know, we're doing this.
Both my wife and I are retired and we have a whole bevy of volunteers that you have had many of them on your show.
And so the donations are tax deductible on top of that.
So we greatly appreciate you and all the listeners out there who have helped us out through this crisis.
We really are thankful to Warren Posse.
steve bannon
With all the, you guys are giants.
If it hadn't been for you in Pennsylvania, if it hadn't been Sam's team, they got all these folks up in Pennsylvania.
You got them in Arizona.
You got them in Michigan.
You got them in Georgia.
And now the fruits are coming to bear.
And this is why it's going to only get tougher.
Every night on TV now at MSNBC, they're demonizing this team.
Garland, thank you so much.
Appreciate you.
Sam Fattis, closing thoughts on Pennsylvania, on the president's executive order that people are working on.
You're an intelligence guy.
We now grab the Chinese on here in a minute, the folks from New Federal State to talk about the CCP.
Is the president justified in working on this executive order now, sir?
sam faddis
Yeah, without question.
And there is no alternative, Steve.
I can tell you, because we're just talking about the GOP.
There is no establishment move of any kind to fix any of these problems that have been documented for years.
Nothing, not the slightest ripple of movement.
So you're either going to have the same debacle in the next election or the president's going to move.
steve bannon
Sam, I hate to have you do double duty, but can you give me a minute or two on your, I know you get tons of information on Cuba, and so does Neil McCabe.
We're going to get to that hopefully tomorrow.
Your thoughts now as the winds of war are blowing through Geneva, Vienna, Tehran, Jerusalem, and Washington, D.C., sir?
sam faddis
Caution.
I am very, look, everybody knows I've worked against the Ayatollahs for a big chunk of my life.
They're monsters, and it will be a great and glorious day when there's a free Iran.
I am really hesitant about this idea that we are going to bomb Iran and then the regime will collapse and something wonderful will replace it.
I don't see the plan.
I don't think this is a long-term strategy.
I am really, really hesitant and quite frankly, really concerned that we're about to do something that the Israelis are pushing us to do for their own reasons.
And our interests do not necessarily always align.
steve bannon
Sam Fattis, where do people go to get Ann Magazine and your substack and all your social media?
sam faddis
Go to Ann Magazine Substack, A-N-D Magazine.substack.com.
steve bannon
Thank you, sir.
Appreciate you.
Thank you for taking the time this morning.
Brian Glenn, Corpus Christi, you're a Texan.
You're down in Corpus Christi.
Tell us about it.
unidentified
All right.
brian glenn
I should say good morning, Steve.
I'm just off the sound here.
The bay here in Corpus Christi.
Back behind me, you'll see the USS Lexington.
That's kind of a fixture here in this area.
And beyond that is where the event will take place a little bit later today, 3.30, President Trump delivering a speech there at the port of Corpus Christi talking about energy.
And of course, Steve, you know this part of Texas, the Corpus Christi area, huge LNG terminal here, really up and down the Texas coast.
I'll walk out here for a little bit as I can kind of take you on a guide.
Now, the backdrop for the rally today is two takerships in this port.
So you've got a beautiful imagery of the oil takers behind us.
And of course, all of the trucks surrounding that to transport a lot of this liquid gas and the oil to various locations in Texas.
Big stop here.
But Steve, as we were talking about earlier, it comes down to Tuesday on this big primary here in Texas, President Trump choosing at this point not to pick anybody in that heated Senate Texas race.
We don't necessarily right now have a favorite as far as him endorsing, but a big day here in Texas, and it will decide a lot coming up in November.
steve bannon
Brian, he's down in South Texas because if Virginia goes 10-1, those seats that this audience fought so hard for and the folks in Texas fought so hard for, the five new seats, I think three of them are in South Texas.
The entire direction of the country could come down to those seats.
Am I correct on that?
brian glenn
You are.
You're absolutely correct.
And of course, there's a lot of the border, obviously, just not too far from where we're at.
Let me turn around just from the optics standpoint here for the sun and glare.
A lot's decided on the November as far as the control of the House.
We have a very slim margin now.
That could be shifted in November.
And of course, Democrats are, you know, kind of their mantra, Steve.
And as we know, it's not really dealing with the economy, dealing with foreign policy.
It's just stop.
Trump.
And I don't think voters are going to listen to that as they know the economy has turned around.
They know that inflation is lower.
That's the reason why he's here in the energy corridor here in Texas.
You've got to come up with a different message because right now it's not working.
Republicans are focusing on economy, but we do have another story that seems like it's not getting enough tension, at least from the president.
And that is a situation in Iran as we were talking offline.
That could also be a major story here in a week.
I don't think we have any kinetic strike before Tuesday, before any kind of election primary here, especially here in Texas and across country.
But we could be a week out with some type of engagement.
steve bannon
Hang on.
I want to hold you through the break if I can, if your battery holds up, because I want to talk about this very instance.

Here's your host, Stephen K. Bannon.
steve bannon
Okay, before we go back to Corpus Christi, let's go to the White House.
We have Neil McCabe.
Neil, now, I know, Sam Fettish, and you, and you did work on the Cuba situation.
We're going to get to that either later this afternoon when we do the Corpus Christie coverage or tomorrow.
Right now, the issue is Iran.
I know people at the White House, all over D.C., working, obviously, CENTCOM, et cetera.
What are you hearing, sir?
neil mccabe
Well, I think it's important to realize that you have a third of the Navy in place.
USS Gerald R. Ford has left Crete and is now moving to position.
I was hearing that it was going to be at the exit of the Suez Canal.
Now they're saying that it will be off the coast of Israel, and its responsibility would be to defend military assets and allied assets if there is an attack that is launched by USS Abraham Lincoln.
There is one complication.
There's Operation Spartan Shield, which is the rotational infantry element that Central Command has in the Middle East.
That rotation where the 42nd Infantry Division, which is New York National Guard, they chop over to the 36th, which is Texas National Guard.
That's going to be late March, early April.
And so I don't know if you want to do a change of command in the middle of a military operation.
Also, Steve, I want to point out that this is unlike the Venezuelan operation.
It is modeled on Operation Rough Rider, which was a year ago from March to May against the Houthis.
And so there really isn't a boots on the ground element to this.
In Operation Rough Rider, between March and May, they attacked more than 800 military targets.
So that's pretty much what we're looking at.
I'm not really looking at boots on the ground, but there is that complication of the 42nd switching out to the 36th.
steve bannon
What do you have any indication now?
They're supposed to meet in Vienna again.
And of course, the Persians have this way of negotiating the next meeting in the size of the table.
Although we did hear that there are direct conferences, they're not passing those through the Omanis anymore.
They're actually talking, Kushner and Witkoff, Jared and Steve are actually talking face to face.
Is there any sense that they'll think this through through the Tuesday primary and let them meet in Vienna, I think, on Wednesday, Monday or Wednesday, and let this thing see where it progresses?
Or is the president tired of this now, thinks he's being jerked around by the Ayatollah and the Mulas?
It's time for some coercive diplomacy.
neil mccabe
The way I hear it is that until everything is in place the way the Pentagon wants it, they can talk all day and all night.
Once things are in place, it has to be a go because too much has been spent and too much has been put into place.
And so it's almost like we can't do all of this and not throw the party.
And I think that's basically what the race is.
steve bannon
Hang on, hang on.
Who are you hearing that from?
You're saying that we would be driven by putting the assets in place.
Have you actually heard that?
Because what's coming out of the Pentagon, at least what's been reported, now it has been denied, but it's been reported pretty substantially that Raisin Kane and the in the, in the, and the joint chiefs of staff and the combatant commanders are saying, hey understand, this is not like.
This is not going to be like Venezuela, it's not going to be like the total obliteration of the, of the June launch.
This is going.
They got so many targets, a massive army uh, that we're going to hit even ballistic missiles.
It's going to take a while.
This is not a one and done, sir.
neil mccabe
The way it was explained to me, the way it was explained to me by someone at the Pentagon, was that every the pieces are being put in place, and that's why I talk about, you know, is the fuel in place?
Are the Patriot missile batteries now in place?
Is the Gerald R. Ford in place?
Also, you have the complication of Diego Garcia, because that's where our long-range bombers are.
If Diego Garcia is settled, that also is something that is in place.
It also brings up the, the Greenland problem.
Right, you want to be a landlord, not a tenant, and these countries have to give us permission to use the assets that are based there, unbelievable.
steve bannon
Uh Neil uh, what's your social media so people can follow you through the day?
You'll be breaking news throughout the day on this topic.
I think Huckabee told ambassador Huckabee, told the embassy staff in Israel, if you want to leave today's the day, to leave um, what's your social media you can find?
neil mccabe
You find me on all the socials at Reporter Mccab Steve.
steve bannon
Thanks uh, Neil.
We'll come back to you this afternoon.
Brian, we're going to come back to you this afternoon because you're covering uh, Corpus Christi for us um the, the rally there.
Also, president Trump's going to do some other stops.
Uh, talk to me about uh, the situation in Iran.
You just mentioned it.
The other uh here um, in Texas, people are getting turned off.
I think that the MAGA base, by the negativity of this campaign.
Corn has spent I don't know, 80 million dollars it's rumored or outside sources for him not on any positive note.
I mean they have said Uh made some comment about the Sharia Law uh, but it's really about just a, just a beatdown on Paxon and a beatdown on Wesley Hunt, who's a combat Apache helicopter pilot, West Point grad, on the board at West Point with mo.
He's getting beaten down every day.
Your thoughts in this race and the thoughts on what, how would Iran's strike play into this?
brian glenn
Well, you know, Cornyn is spending the money on that narrative because he doesn't have any other narrative to spend it on.
He can't talk about the good things he's done.
He's been one of these establishment country club Republicans, and we all know this.
The MAGA base knows that.
The War Room posse knows this.
And so that's what he's trying to do.
But the posse in the MAGA base knows what a fighter Ken Paxton has been, not only for Texas, but really for the nation and filing lots of lawsuits against the Biden administration during the border and even as far as securing our elections.
Now, as far as Wesley Hunt, great congressman, I'm very familiar with his district, West Houston, Katy District, the energy corridor, as you mentioned, a veteran, a lot of respect for him.
I don't know if that's enough to get him back over Ken Paxton.
But in terms of a kinetic strike with Iran during this whole, you know, the election process, I don't think we see it before Tuesday.
I just don't.
I don't think we saw it before the State of the Union for sure, because then that would overshadow his messaging about the economy.
I don't think we see it before Tuesday, but after Tuesday, Steve, I think by looks of what Huckleby has said and other people have said, it could be a kinetic strike within a week or so.
steve bannon
Brian, we're going to be back live all day.
Real America's Voice.
We're going to be back here at 5 Eastern Time.
Have you on the show?
President will be speaking.
