Trump says you're a criminal and you belong in prison.
He says you belong in prison, not because you did anything wrong, mind you, but because you did everything right.
You pursued the facts.
You followed the law.
You stuck with extreme caution to every rule of professional responsibility.
You had the audacity to do your job.
Everybody here knows what you did wrong in Donald Trump's eyes and why he says you belong in prison.
You found, and I quote from your sworn testimony before the committee, you found proof beyond a reasonable doubt that President Trump engaged in a criminal scheme to overturn the results of the 2020 election and to prevent the lawful transfer of power.
When asked whether you believe the evidence was enough to obtain a criminal conviction against Donald Trump at trial, you had a one-word answer.
Yes.
When asked if Donald Trump was responsible for the violence that took place at the Capitol on January 6th, you said our view of the evidence was that he caused it and that he exploited it and that it was foreseeable to him.
You found that Trump knew he had lost the election.
How?
Well, his own Attorney General, William Barr, repeatedly told him so and described all of Trump's theories as BS.
Trump's top campaign advisors told him he lost the election.
Vice President Pence told him he lost the election.
More than 60 federal, state, and court decisions, including eight rendered by judges he appointed to the bench, rejected every outlandish election fraud and corruption claim that he made.
Trump himself even privately acknowledged it, gesturing to Joe Biden on TV and saying, quote, can you believe I lost to that effing guy?
He knew he lost, but he threw everything into his big lie, which some people, even in this room to this day, will stand by.
Probably 10 people on this committee who have more conversations with 10, 15 people on this committee who have more conversations with Donald Trump than myself.
But anybody who says that Donald Trump thought he won that election, that is just plain not true.
No way, unless he's the best actor in the history of this building.
Let me read to you what he posted an hour and a half ago.
Deranged Jack Smith is being decimated before Congress.
It was over when they discussed his past failures and unfair prosecutions.
He destroyed many lives under the guise of legitimacy.
Jack Smith is a deranged animal who shouldn't be allowed to practice law.
If you're a Republican, his license would be taken away from him and far worse.
Hopefully the Attorney General is looking at what he's done.
We have a word for this.
It's called weaponization.
It's called corruption.
Mr. Smith, if you care to respond, I'll give you an opportunity.
But I will simply say we are grateful for your service to this country.
We appreciate your fidelity to the rule of law.
And I would echo the comments that have been made by my Democratic colleagues to ignore the noise that you hear from so many of my colleagues who would debase themselves in this way.
It is, in my view, subversive of the oaths that we took to defend the Constitution.
I'm happy to give you an opportunity, Mr. Smith, if you'd like to respond.
Many of them were with us in the House chamber on January 6th.
I remember it well.
The chairman was there, as was I. There's been a lot of discussion about witnesses today.
Perhaps the chairman could muster the courage to call the four witnesses who I see.
The American public may not see.
I see standing behind you, Mr. Smith, the four police officers who risked everything, life and limb, to do what?
To protect the Republican members on the dais.
It's an outrage that they now sit here and have the audacity to try to rewrite history in front of the very officers who sacrificed everything to protect them.
One of the cases he filed was in the U.S. Supreme Court.
Like, of course, he knew he lost because he lost and it wasn't particularly close.
But that's why he has to continue to spreading the big lie today.
It's the reason why, you know, just think about it this way, Nicole.
In the last three weeks, he has said, number one, he wished he had seized the ballot boxes in 2020.
Well, that's a hell of a piece of evidence that Jack Smith didn't have, but it comes out of the words of Donald Trump's own mouth now to the New York Times.
He has said that he wish we don't have elections in the midterms at all.
Well, that's like a hell of a piece of evidence, right?
And he says that because incumbent presidents tend to lose the midterm election.
So let's everyone bookmark that for this November when Donald Trump says that they actually won the midterm elections, and that's why he needs to seize ballot boxes and the like.
And then third, and this is the one that's most chilling given the testimony today, is on the stage yesterday in Davos, Donald Trump said, I'm breaking news.
And the breaking news he had was that there were going to be criminal prosecutions of people involved in the 2020 election.
Now, that could be Jack Smith.
It could be people on his staff.
It could be people like me who are lawyers.
It could be people on the Biden campaign.
Who the hell knows what Donald Trump's adult brain is thinking?
But, you know, when you add all those things up, it's clear where we stand, which is that Donald Trump lost the election.
He has spread, he has built a movement on a big lie.
Of course, Jack Smith could have proven that.
And Donald Trump is now going to abuse the Department of Justice to go after everybody who tells the truth.
And I've noticed the other side of us typically crowing and swooning over Jack Smith on social media.
They're awfully quiet as well, because I think this was a disaster for Jack Smith.
And I want to give kudos to several of the House Judiciary Committee members, including Chairman Jordan.
They really, for the most part, had their act together.
I think they were focused.
I think they had collaborated on the areas that they were really going to zone in on Jack Smith.
I think they took enough time talking about his collection, his unconstitutional, unlawful collection of subpoenas for the phone records of U.S. senators and House members.
I didn't want them to spend too much time on that.
I don't think that they did.
And they did tie into the larger unconstitutional behavior of Jack Smith.
And I think there were some interesting nuggets that were disclosed today that the committee and Republican leaders in both the House and Senate and perhaps the Department of Justice should follow up on.
And I think that Smith's testimony opened the door, just like last December, for at least some false statement charges against him and certainly other charges related to his misconduct as special counsel.
Well, I think he perjured himself on a couple of instances.
And I brought this up in my piece, my substack piece.
Number one, he claimed under oath last month and today that Donald Trump obstructed the investigation into classified documents.
That is a provable lie.
Jack Smith also claiming last month and today that classified documents, highly sensitive documents, classified documents were found in boxes in a ballroom and bathroom at Mar-a-Lago.
That is not true.
There is no way that Jack Smith could prove that.
In fact, at the end of the documents case, before Judge Cannon tossed that indictment in July of 2024, one of his lead prosecutors had to disclose that they didn't even know if these alleged classified papers were in the boxes that had been moved around Mar-a-Lago that represented the basis of the obstruction charge.
I know I'm getting in the details here, but he's making claims under oath about these cases that he cannot prove.
And I hope that the DOJ and Congress follows up on that.
At RealAM Voice on all platforms, Real America's Voice at Ben Berkwom.
And by the way, if you want to support ICE, you don't want to say, you want to do what the left does, you want to say, God bless ICE, we have our nonprofit frontlineamericafoundation.org.
We've got several things coming up that you guys can be supportive of, frontlineamericafoundation.org or my website, frontlineamerica.com.
The reason I'm warning him is because Fanon, there was violence today in the hearing room.
And Fanon should have been tossed immediately, but he wasn't.
The colonel will be here in a second.
Julie Kelly, the reason I asked you this is that it started off, Jordan was very methodical at the beginning.
Jamie Raskin came out very theatrical.
And I go, oh, my God, here we go.
They're going to win this.
And it turned out, correct me if I'm wrong, and I can tell this from the long faces on MSNBC on the panel, because they had nothing but starters on their side.
At one point, they were interrupting Even Jack Smith, when he was trying to answer the Democrats, were they so riled up about the directness of the lines of questioning from Republicans.
So you could see at the end, then Jamie Raskin at the end said, Well, if this report on the documents case is allowed to be released by the court, we're going to have Jack Smith back here so he can answer questions about the documents case.
So I think that's a telling sign.
If they thought that this was a home run, Jamie Raskin, you know, shrewd, shrewd as he is, he would say, All right, that's all we need to hear from Jack Smith.
But he was hinting that he might want to have him come back a third time.
So, no, it definitely was a disaster for Jack Smith.
I think that there are still a lot of things that we need to learn and expose as to what he did in both of those cases.
And hopefully, there will be another opportunity.
I think the Senate wants to call him in as well.
So, let's hope that that's the case.
And, of course, the Senate will be interested primarily because they're mad that Jack Smith got their toll records, understandably so.
But there's a lot more that Senate Republicans can do to further expose the corruption, the deception, the unconstitutionality, the criminality of Jack Smith and his entire team.
I mean, I think they did a very commendable job, obviously, as we just said.
However, most of the malfeasance by Jack Smith and his team happened in the documents case.
And Jack Smith is claiming because that report is under seal and Judge Cannon will not allow the release of it because the indictment was dismissed, that he wouldn't be able to answer questions on it.
Fine, I still think there's enough on the table, a missed opportunity today to confront him about the FBI's use, bringing those colored classified cover sheets to the Mar-a-Lago raid, attaching them to files and taking photographs, adding that to a court document, getting that out to the media to make it look like that's how the documents were found.
I think misrepresentations to the court and mishandling evidence, which we know that came out in the documents case as well.
Jay Bratt, his lead henchman, who was threatening defense counsel Stanley Woodward, who's now in the White House, representing Walt Nada, threatening Stanley Woodward if that if he got Nada to flip on the president and become a cooperating witness, then they wouldn't put a brick on his judicial nomination, which was pending at the time in Washington, D.C.
The piercing of attorney-client privilege in that case, thanks to Beryl Help.
The what appellate court judges slammed that pursuit the subpoena of the president's private Twitter data, along with the non-disclosure order that also claimed he would be a flight risk if he found out about the Twitter.
So there's so much more attached to the documents case.
I think that demonstrates his malfeasance, his misconduct, his team's misconduct, because the January 6th case was basically put on ice for almost seven, eight months pending the Supreme Court's immunity decision.
There just wasn't a lot happening there, but all the action was really in Florida.
So if this does go to the Senate or Jack Smith comes back again, or the DOJ is looking at areas to investigate and potentially bring charges, the documents case to me.
And yes, you're right, I covered, I think, every single hearing in Florida.
And of course, all the proceedings dating back to the special master case after the raid.
There's just a lot more there.
So hopefully they'll be able to dig into that before it's too late.
Well, I do think that we are going to be learning a lot more about the 2020 election.
I think there are very serious investigations going on about what happened there, not just here, but in other places around the world.
So we'll see what they come up with.
But of course, as people were pointing out today, we are just learning.
We have just learned about proven election fraud in Georgia.
So when confronting Jack Smith, who's saying it was a fraud for the president to talk about a crime of fraud, to talk about election fraud when he knew it was wrong.
Well, no, he didn't know it was wrong.
To this day, he's still saying that there was fraud in the election.
So that wipes away the entire basis of Jack Smith's J6 indictment against the president.
But of course, we've learned a lot more since even this indictment was handed down in 2023 about voting and election fraud in all of those states.
So I think he also felt cornered on the basis of that indictment, the weakness of the evidence, the weakness of the charges that he brought.
So, you know, maybe this will just be one of those weird karmic periods where everything kind of comes together.
Jack Smith having to defend this criminal indictment based on the president's belief that the 2020 election was stolen and also new evidence that that actually is the case.
I don't want to give too much away, but let's say even Homan's appearance today, there might have been some issues regarding that about potential violence.
You saw the church in Minneapolis, the violence.
These people are getting, they're dangerous, and the more desperate they get, particularly when they know they're not going to win and not going to get control back, they're going to get more and more dangerous.
I want everybody in the side.
This is where I've been.
I got to lecture Ben and post all the time.
You just can't, these are not normal times.
You have to be very careful.
Julie Kelly's going to stick with me.
She's got a bounce, but she wants to be part of this as I know she does.
This guy, Fanon, I think, is a psycho and been a dangerous guy for a while.
He's not a stable individual.
There's an incident today in this hearing.
I don't think it was handled appropriately.
I think he should have been removed immediately.
But let's go ahead and play.
We've got Colonel Ivan Reiklands with us.
Let's go ahead and play the video and we'll bring the Colonel in.
I was just there uh, attending to basically analyze what Jack Smith was going to do and speak about and see how the Republicans were going to treat him as a witness.
And then I saw immediately that the four key witnesses on what I call the january 6th FED Surrection cover-up committee that Pelosi utilized, Finone done as referenced by Troy Nels were sitting present.
So during the break I ended up sitting in the middle, where I normally sit right behind the witness, in order to gain more attention on the actual hearing, because most people don't have the stamina wherewithal to watch a hearing, but sometimes when i'm there, it increases viewership, hopefully.
And I saw mr Finon and I put my hand out.
You saw the entire exchange.
I put my hand out and it said Michael Ivan Rakeland and he immediately went into meltdown mode.
I don't know, maybe there needs to be a new verb known as phenoning out, because he clearly has no dominion over over his emotional state.
Uh, he's a danger to society.
He's already.
I mean, he was a danger on january 6th.
Imagine this if he acts this in this manner in a professional hearing in The Halls of Congress, with total disregard not only of the hearing, but he also effectively assaulted the U.s the, the female U.s Capitol police officer that was trying to restrain him, along with his three colleagues, if you will, or cohorts, in the FED Surrection, this I mean.
There I I agree with Julie Kelly and I think thank you for posting this, Julie.
I know we have we've had our differences, but my goal is to get to the truth and expose it, and I may do it in a manner that you know most people are not comfortable with, but it's to move the Overton window and when i'm in person, i'm always going to maintain my calm, cool and professional demeanor.
And it was i'm happy that I had the opportunity to juxtapose the way I comported myself with a completely unhinged animal, if you will.
That was a Metropolitan Police Department officer that has a history of committing violence.
So Colonel, explain to me, just get the timeline when Nails was and Nails has done a deep dive investigation of this, and Nails, I think, is a like a former sheriff or police officer.
He's a very serious guy.
I think he's not going to run this time.
His twin brother, I think, is going to run for his seat, but he's a very serious guy, particularly on police activity, and he's done a deep investigation of this.
When he specifically called him out and said, hey, it's the Capitol Hill police got a lot to answer for here and Finone basically said f off and didn't hide it that much, why was Finone not removed?
I expected for him to be removed and not to return.
After he had that interaction with myself, because it took many to restrain him, U.s.
Capitol Police officers came up to me and said, hey sir, I said i'm fine, i'm just standing here.
I tried to be professional with him and then I sat down and he continued to escalate and then when he went after and disrupt and that's a clear disruption had I done that, that would have been an instant removal of me out of the room and an immediate arrest and And so, and then he starts laying down this defamation, claiming that I went after him and his Children.
I've never threatened a single person.
I shine light and I expose people, but that's not illegal.
That's just me exercising my First Amendment to the maximum.
One thing about Troy Nells I want to mention here is that I like calling balls and strikes.
I get it.
Troy Nells over the years, I've been talking to him, and we've been trying to expose the U.S. Capitol Police's role in the Fed surrection, which more and more people are starting to see how that played out.
But what he did at the last hearing, the first January 6th Select Subcommittee, when he essentially said that the Oath Keepers and Proud Boys were the ones that caused what happened on January 6th, he may not know that the Oath Keepers and Proud Boys are co-defendants in two civil lawsuits against the president of the United States, Donald Trump.
So when Troy Nells says that the Oath Keepers and Proud Boys are doing that and are essentially guilty, he's doing 90% of the Liz Cheney talking points along with Jamie Raskin and Mr. Moskowitz.
So I think he needs to correct himself and immediately recant that because that is going to be used if the Democrats take over in November in the next Congress.
They're going to use the commuted Oath Keepers and Proud Boys to get Donald Trump for insurrection.
Right now they're in pause mode.
I think the cleanest way for President Trump to make that moot would be to pardon both the Oath Keepers and Proud Boys.
Mind you, none of them were violent or accused of violence that day, except for maybe one proud boy, which actually committed and was charged with less violence than the 200 plus that were pardoned for alleged violence.
I want to make sure we get up here in the testimony.
Correct me if I'm wrong, but your point about them taking over in November and we get back into the cycle is not just Ivan trying to get traction or trying to get trafficker viewers.
The Democrats teed it up today and Jack Smith said, hey, yeah, this thing is not over yet.
I mean, they fully intend, obviously they fully intend to come after President Trump if they take the House of Representatives in November.
I think it already started on Saturday in Virginia.
The law fare that Jack Smith, I think Jack Smith's testimony here fuels the Abby Spamberger, the John Brennan lackey Abby Spamberger and her violent rhetorical Attorney General Jay Jones to go ahead and conduct lawfare against this administration that lives or works in Virginia in order to protect John Brennan.
I mean, I think they may also have had a probably a role in the removal of Lindsey Halligan.
All of this interplays, in my opinion.
I don't have any direct evidence of it, but this is just my analytic understanding of all the key individuals as I put it all together.
I think that lawfully escalates now in Virginia and then further continues beyond all measure if the Democrats win in the House specifically come November.
And they've already done several assassination attempts.
I don't expect them to go less than what they've done before.
They've only shown a propensity over the last 11, 12 years to escalate into further political violence.
And if this, if Mr. Fanon is not arrested, I expect him to continue his rhetoric and probably it will turn into violence.
No, his behavior today was totally and completely unacceptable.
He should have been removed and I agree, arrested right away.
Real quickly, we only got a couple of minutes left.
And I want to remind people that the Colonel, every time I was in federal court in D.C., the Colonel was there to back off the bad guys and to make sure he sat through these hearings.
Give me your assessment.
Take two minutes.
Give me your assessment today of Jack Smith because we're saying the MSNBC and Cena and the Democrats got pretty long faces.
They're not spiking the football.
Now, by the time Rachel Matter comes on tonight for her special, they may have regrouped.
But coming out of there, they were not high-fiving.
No, I think they cannot defend the actions in the rhetoric of Mr. Fanon.
And then also you have now, you have Lindell TV, you have Real America's voice, like Ben Berkham.
You have the free speech, independent, not tethered to the machine conservative media that calls balls and strikes that they did not, they didn't have to contend with that over the last five years of weaponization.
We're now dominating, like I said, to Mr. Fanone in the information narrative.
And so they don't know what to do.
And so they're squirming because there's more of us that are exposing them one by one by one.
It's Ivan Rakelin on X. I'm also on Getter, Ivan Rakeland, Substack, Rumble.
One last point on Virginia is that if they move to redistrict and flip three House seats, we're at a tie in the House.
So I don't know how that's going to look.
You might see impeachments well before the November election if other states follow suit that are Democrat controlled because the Republicans are going to continue to be cowards and allow that to happen.
So we, the war room posse, has to make sure we push back and not allow that to happen.
So this incident occurred with a 29-year-old inmate who is serving a six-year sentence for stabbing her own fiancé three times in his back with a knife.
She also stabbed her own brother in his hand with a knife.
Here's Tina in the video pulling a swamp cooler toward a closet.
They need a swamp cooler in Tina's unit because it's so hot in there they can't sleep.
It gets above 90 degrees in the winter because the HVAC controls don't work.
The young woman who just walked past is the assailant.
She's the one who initiates contact.
You'll see her coming out of the bathroom and she's now screaming at Tina.
And then she reaches in and throws a punch.
And then Tina blocks the punch with her left arm and grabs hold of the assailant's right wrist and then pushes her away and then disengages.
So the assailant initiated the incident and Tina disengaged from it.
This is a photograph of the bruise on Tina's left arm.
That's where she blocked the punch.
And you can't see the punch because it was behind the door, but she hit the assailant's right fist, hit Tina's left arm above the elbow, and the bruise extends down below the elbow.
And before this happened, the assailant was screaming, you disrespected me.
And Tina said, calm down.
We can work this out.
I'll move the cooler if you want to get into the closet.
And then the gal throws a punch at her.
And it would have hit Tina in the face if she hadn't blocked it with her left arm.
So you can see, if people look at that video again, they can see that when they come out, Tina's left hand has gripped the right wrist of her assailant to keep her from punching again.
And then Tina's right hand is pushing the gal backwards.
And when they get to the end, when Tina disengages, the gal says to her, you know, we're on camera.
You're fighting the good fight, and they're trying to entrap her all the time.
This is huge.
We got to get her past this because they're going to try to keep her in.
They're going to try to use this to keep her in.
You watch these people.
There's nothing they won't do to keep Tina Peters in prison.
They don't want Tina Peters out talking to people.
John Case, thank you very much.
Grayson Moe and Elizabeth, can we push that out to the world posse?
Let's become force multipliers.
Huge news.
And so big news in Colorado, big, big, big news in Minnesota.
Amy Klobucher has filed.
This is blockbuster.
Amy Klobucher is sending the signal.
She's prepared to leave the United States Senate because Mike Lindell is on fire in the governor's race in Minnesota.
And remember, this signals that they're prepared not to really have an attempt to hold the Senate because they put another whole seat in jeopardy in Minnesota to keep Lindell away from the books and records he would get as governor.
How dirty do you think it is in Minnesota when they're pulling a sitting U.S. Senator, which never happens in a year that they're fighting to take it over?
They're pulling, there'll be two Senate races in Minnesota.
They're pulling clobature, which when people first mentioned it said it's impossible, it'll never happen.
Well, guess what?
It's in motion and it's in motion because they fear the guy they used to mock at my pillow.
They ain't mocking him anymore.
They're pulling a city senator out because they understand he's on a tear.
Mike Lindell, we're just here to sell some beds and toppers, but I got to tell you, I've been dead right on this thing from the beginning.
You're striking the fear of God into the progressive establishment in Minnesota.
And as a businessman and the way you run your business mathematically, right, with quantitative analysis, they don't want you anywhere near the books and records that you would have as governor.
Now, right now, I want you to sell me a topper and a mattress.
I do want to quick tell everybody, you guys, my teams have found 31, it could be as high as 31 billion, which is $10,400 for every citizen in Minnesota involved in the fraud.
