026
It's Saturday, 17, January, Year of the Lord, 2026.
Thanks for sticking around for the second hour.
So, Tomlinson, walk me through.
You know Canada as well as anybody.
Walk me through how this is going to evolve because this is going to get, I tell people, Greenland in the hemispheric defense, Greenland's big, Panama Canal's big, cleaning out Latin America, making sure it's sorted is big.
But Canada is huge.
And this is going to be an issue.
I said this six months ago.
It's going to be a big, big issue.
And Carney's kowtow to the Chinese Communist Party is a, it's got to be a flare up to say that we got a problem out there.
And I got to tell you, President Trump's just not going to, you know, let the CCP become an active strategic partner in Canada.
Not going to happen.
So Tomlinson, walk me through your best ideas, your best guess at how this evolves.
I think right now, if you look at some of the proposed stuff in the deal, most of it is ending by the end of the year.
And I think that that too, from the Canadians, is essentially the warning to the Americans, to President Trump's to say that, look, maybe we will stop this if you do what we want, despite the fact that it was the Canadians themselves, specifically Ontario Premier Doug Ford, who messed up all of the trade negotiations by publishing a doctored footage of Ronald Reagan last year anyway.
So it was the Canadians who scuppered the initial trade talks.
So I think that's on the table.
But I think if we look deeper into what's going on, I think strategically, obviously, Greenland is a major issue for missile defense, for a number of other things.
But I think one of the important things too that a lot of people aren't talking about is the Northwest Passage, because the Northwest Passage goes between the shortest point on the eastern side of the Northwest Passage is between Baffin Island, Canada, and between Greenland.
And so who controls that is not the United States either way.
But the United States does control the exit of the Northwest Passage, which is between, which is in Alaska, between Alaska and Russia.
And so not having that under some sort of control would allow potentially the Chinese to come in and the Chinese to control that in the way that they do with.
Well, the Panama Canal, they're getting cleared out.
This is why the Northwest Passage is very big.
First time we talk about here, why is that not the mythical Northwest Passage that so many people gave their lives to freezing to death up there to find the mythical Northwest Passage?
Why is it an actual reality and going to become more and more geostrategically important, sir?
But I mean, if you believe in global warming, obviously it's going to be more traversable.
It's going to be more traversable because of Arctic exploration.
So, you're going to see more countries wanting to use it as a trade route and also use it as a method to be able to explore Arctic resources and use that as a way to transport Arctic resources, whether we're going to find more rare earths up there or whatever it may be in Greenland or wherever.
But I mean, it is a major trade route that was always sought out.
But back in those days in the 1800s, early 1900s, it wasn't necessarily that they had the technology to be able to do it, especially in the winter.
And the winters there were generally colder than they are now, too.
So it will be in the future a major trade route, just as much as the Panama Canal, just as much as the Suez Canal.
And China realizes this.
China realizes, just like America, just like the British Empire did, that if you control the choke points of trade, you control the world.
One of the most brilliant guys about this entire situation, Chris Tomlinson of National Pulse.
Kennedy and Brad, I'll start with you, Brian.
Folks, this is going to be a big deal.
Number one, I believe Canada is our number one or number, you know, Mexico and Canada are two biggest trading partners.
The situation in Canada is big.
And as they said, they scuppered the first round of real serious trade talks.
You've got this situation with national security.
All the NORAD system really is predicated upon a huge amount of that is predicated upon the sites in Canada.
Remember, this is why the Arctic is going to be such a, what I call the great game of the 21st century.
Who controls the Arctic is going to have a major ability to control the world.
And the Chinese Communist Party knows this.
They're evil, but they're not dumb.
And they're quite strategic, as you've seen how we're having to roll them back from every choke point in the world.
Now, the Chinese Communist Party is the first to kind of take both McKinder's, control the pivot of the Eurasian, the center of the Eurasian landmass, the heart of the world island, also to take on the British Empire's Mahanian strategy.
This is what they've done with One Belt, One Road, to try to do both simultaneously.
Brian Kennedy, how serious is this situation in Canada given the prime minister's kowtow to the Chinese Communist Party on global television, sir?
This will be one of the big issues that the president is going to have to deal with in the days and weeks ahead.
Look, during the Cold War, the Department of Defense, or now the Department of War, had plans for the invasion of Canada.
Because during the Cold War, if we somehow lost Alaska and Canada to the Soviet Union, we from the United States were going to have to invade Canada and take them back because it would be intolerable to have a foreign power right above our northern border, not merely because of the ideas of the Monroe Doctrine, but just commonsensically, that provides us with top cover defense.
Alaska today is our main top cover military base to defend the United States.
Canada is right there as well.
So when we look at what Carney is saying here, he is making, he says, a strategic partnership with a known enemy of the United States.
May of 2019, they declared a people's war, Communist China did, against the United States.
They've never repealed that.
And so Carney, who knows that, has made a strategic partnership with an enemy nation of the United States.
Not only does that affect NORAD, but they're a member of the Five Eyes Intelligence Corporation.
And so we're going to have to reevaluate that Five Eyes relationship with Canada today, not next week, not next month.
Today, we're going to have to make a reevaluation of that.
We need to evaluate today whether NORAD is secure and whether we're going to be able to rely on Canada at all.
What if Canada under this strategic partnership allows Chinese troops to operate on Canadian soil in some kind of BS relationship building exercise?
This is fundamentally intolerable for there to be a strategic partnership.
Let me say, Steve, I'm concerned that the Chinese and the Canadians also just don't think we're serious about what we're doing here.
The president is absolutely dead serious.
But back to our earlier conversation about illegal immigration.
During those Biden years, 200,000 Chinese men of military age, what appear to be special forces, came across our border.
What are we doing today to root out those 200,000 Chinese nationals, which appear to be special forces, who are operating here in the United States?
And I would tell you, we don't have efforts going on adequately to make that a reality.
The Chinese know this, and they may think we're not serious.
The Canadians know this, and they may think we're not serious.
Actions need to be taken by President Trump to demonstrate just how serious we are about both the immigration problem and how we're dealing with communist China.
My other fear, too, is that when you talk about the Arctic North, which used to be Canada's great barrier, it's now their biggest exposure.
This is why I say they could be the next Ukraine.
There you have two Slavic entities fighting over the Russian-speaking eastern border.
It's turned into a major war, a destructive war.
But it's not in the vital national security interests of the United States.
Canada's north, you just heard about the Northwest Passage, which is right on top of their territorial.
If the Chinese Communist Party either, one, works out some agreement to have basing rights or some sort of exercise rights there, or just decides that Canada can't defend it because the president of China came in 2010 and gave a speech.
He had a state visit to Canada.
And in the middle of that, I think he gave a speech where he said, hey, we're an Arctic power too.
And they were looking around going, China's an Arctic power.
What do they mean by that?
He was targeting Canada.
And that is in the vital.
Canada is in the vital national security interest of the United States.
Some of our forefathers thought that too, both in the Revolutionary War, the War of 1812, et cetera, where we invaded Canada a couple of times in the French and Indian War, which was all about Canada, right?
American troops as part of the British Empire fought with General Wolf and others.
So Canada has been always kind of a linchpin for American security.
Now, with advanced technology, it's even a bigger in the Northwest Passage.
It's even a bigger in what we're doing in Greenland.
I mean, this is inextricably linked to hemispheric defense.
Hemispheric defense for the United States starts in Canada.
Kearney and their people worse than Kearney there.
You're seeing a shift in Canada right now.
And this is why I think Alberta and this succession movement, they're seeing, they're sitting there going, it's not just about economics.
That's not about tax policy.
Canada is rapidly changing.
25% of Canada's, you just heard Tomlinson say, 25% of Canada's population is foreign-born.
25%.
Right now, Canada is rapidly changing.
And I'm going to tell you, if you look at Parliament, if you look at some of these papers, you look at the discussion on TV there, Brian Kennedy, these people are hostile to the United States of America, not neutral.
They're hostile to the United States of America, sir.
And it's simply not interested in its own survival.
You saw how brutal they were to their own people during the whole COVID pandemic.
And they did not acquit themselves very well.
You saw the tyrannical soul of Canada emerge rather quickly.
But they're not interested in securing their country.
The Chinese triads and other criminal organizations operate freely in Canada doing all sorts of things that bleed over into the United States.
They've allowed unchecked illegal immigration, or actually mostly probably legal immigration, allowing in large numbers of Muslims.
There are people who no longer believe in themselves.
And so they present a unique problem to us that we simply can't let fester.
The two most important nations to us immediately are Canada and Mexico, because problems there bleed over into the United States.
Here we have a Canadian prime minister and a Canadian government that is friendly to a central enemy of the United States, the central enemy of the United States.
And President Trump really needs to get on top of this as soon as he can.
Go over to Getter because I'm putting up stuff 24-7.
I'm exclusively on Getter for many reasons.
We were banned on every platform, and the World Plus Getter is the simplest.
If I can use it, I'm a moron.
You can use it.
I might add that to Brian Kennedy also, Huawei was allowed to run wild in Canada.
They've allowed these Chinese companies, which you know all tied or all deeply tied to the CCP.
There's no freedom of these companies.
In fact, this is the reason just to make sure that the war imposse always got the latest and best information.
Brian Kennedy talked about a people's war declaration by Xi in May of 2019.
Why?
Because they'd had their first conference on One Belt, One Road, first big conference.
I think it was in Shanghai.
Putin showed up.
They thought they were kings of the world then.
Lighthizer, Bob Lighthiser, and Peter Navarro for two years, two years, I was there for the beginning of it, two years, laid out the most definitive deal that would have integrated the Chinese Communist Party's economy into the world economy and taken away of what Peter Navarro says the seven original sins, the excess capacity that they used to drive down prices, the labor issues, all of it, environmental issues, all of it financially, integrate.
And they sat there, Wan Shi Shan, and Xi reviewed Li Hu, the total report after the One Belt and Road conference and said, if we do this, we're essentially going to be submitting to the foreign devils.
And Trump is king, foreign devil.
We can't submit to anything that Trump's got a hand in.
After two years, and they fully negotiated, this thing was enormous, you know, hour after hour, day after day, week after week, month after month for two years.
The COVID pandemic started in the military games in the, I think, August and September of that year.
Yep.
The biological bomb that they dropped in the United States to end President Trump's political career.
Well, guess what?
They were wrong.
I can't emphasize enough geostrategically how they are trying to do a pincer move.
This is why we're cleaning them out in Central America, in the Caribbean, in the Gulf of America, in Venezuela, in Latin America.
Hello, Brazil.
Lula's their business partner.
Got to get to that.
They've tried to surround the United States, and they tried biological warfare.
They're in chemical warfare.
That's what fentanyl is.
Fentanyl is just Opium War 2.0.
They've reversed opium war to kill Americans, more Americans every year than in Vietnam.
And now in Canada, and just a note to all the patriotic Canadians, particularly people in Alberta and those western provinces, you're not, if Carney and these globalists in Canada think they're going to sell out the United States and expose the United States on its northern border and expose us on NORAD and the Arctic to the Chinese Communist Party, you have another thing coming.
If you've seen President Trump act with alacrity on hemispheric defense, whether that is in Greenland or in Venezuela or cleaning up this Western hemisphere to make sure that America first and American citizens first, you were sadly mistaken.
And let me be blunt, you are playing with fire.
You get in bed with the Chinese Communist Party, then guess what?
People in the United States say, hey, they made a decision.
They're in bed with the Chinese Communist Party, and you will rule the day that you did that.
Canada's been one of America's best allies, pound for pound in World War II, World War I, the heroism and valor of Canadian troops, unparalleled, tough as boot leather, and always there, right shoulder to shoulder with you on D-Day.
But I got to tell you, the country of Canada has radically changed, but we're not going to let your problems be our problems.
Just assume you're on notice.
This is very serious.
I knew this was going to be very serious because I could see the direction you were going.
And you look at beta males like Kearney.
They're the most dangerous white beta males like Carney are some of the most dangerous people in the world, like these white progressive women, the Karens, some of the most dangerous folks on earth.
Okay?
They'll get you in more trouble.
Well, the United States is not going to get in trouble on the, and particularly in the Arctic, because if you think President Trump's moving with alacrity and urgency in Greenland, I don't think you've seen nothing yet.
Brian Kennedy just said China is at war with us, right?
That's what the press doesn't quite get.
The American people are going to see this huge turn in geopolitics right now.
And Canada, they do have Trump derangement syndrome or whatever.
Canada and the Europeans together, right?
What's the biggest threat to the Bretton Woods liberal rules-based order?
Russia.
Russia, Russia, Russia.
Bad, bad, bad.
Russia's nothing compared to China.
China is worse than atheistic country at war with the United States already.
And nothing to say there.
They're making trade deals with a country who's already at war with the United States of America.
We need to make it very clear to them.
We have good ideas about the UK flag flying and the kinship there going way back.
But this is a tectonic change up north with Russia and China and the sea lanes and the rare earth minerals and our autonomy and sovereignty as a country.
And I think they might have got a signal yesterday.
I think Pete Hookstra, the ambassador to Canada, came out and said, in the context of trade, we don't need Canada.
Two things I want, if Grace can do this and Mo can do it, is two things I want to re-put out for the posse for reading material for the weekend is number one, to put out the National Security Strategy Memo.
It's 33 pages long.
People, you should, if you just don't have time to skim it, just skim it.
You should be familiar with this.
Also, I'm going to put out over the weekend to give Grace and Mo the 1991 memo of the Muslim Brotherhood that was in the Holy Land in Texas.
It was at the 8th room, which is without a doubt the coolest venue in all of Nashville.
And I don't just say that because Jason Hollis invited me and allowed me.
But yeah, the videos are actually up right now on War Room's Rumble page.
You can also find it on my social media at J-O-E-B-O-T-X-Y-Z or the War Room X account or Gitter account.
But yeah, it was fantastic.
And the crowd was phenomenal.
You know, I stayed for probably three hours afterward talking with people.
And these are not people who were new to the subject.
These were people who were very, very astute when it comes to artificial intelligence, transhumanism, all of that.
And it was also a lot of fun.
So next stuff coming up in Florida on January 20th, Tuesday, I'll be giving a presentation at a press conference on child safety in Tallahassee, Florida.
More info to come on that.
And then further on down the road, Dallas and Georgia.
We had Mary Holland on yesterday talk about the vaccine situation.
This article by Emmanuel Ezekiel, Ram Ezekiel's brother, in the Washington Post saying, Bobby Kennedy's bankrupting big pharma because of the vaccine.
What he's doing on the vaccines.
If you want full freedom, medical freedom, it's not just the big pharma, it's also the distributionist, the McKessons of the world, the big distributors, and also the pharmacies, right?
Total control of your life.
Don't have that happen.
All family pharmacy start up a business to give you that freedom.
Make sure you go to allfamilypharmacy.com/slash bannon30.
You get 30% off of product.
And they have doctors, they have registered doctors, everything to make sure that you can get the prescriptions that you need, how you need them, where you need them, and when you need them.
It's a great business model.
And since the overhead is much lower, they can pass off massive savings to you.
Navy SEALs and the other special operators are quite familiar with how you have to operate because it's very different than in the Middle East and in these tropical conditions in the Arctic.
The Lincoln battle group or strike group is heading towards from the South China Sea through the Straits of Malacca into the Indian Ocean, headed to the North Arabian Sea to be on station.
I don't know.
Sometime over this weekend, early next week, we'll have Taj back on to talk.
It will walk us through that.
Also, Captain Finnell, some of our great naval officers that join us.
Joe, so Joe Allen, I want you to walk through this right now because the Chinese Communist Party is a sworn enemy of the United States.
There's a lot of confusion.
Anything that helps, let me just pause it.
And we're going to break through because you've got allies on both sides and guys and spinning about, oh, they're helping the Chinese Communist Party.
Anything that helps the Chinese Communist Party build an ecosystem with chips, with training, with students, with money, with equity and debt, anything that helps them on AI at all is bad and must be stopped.
We did not help the Soviets during the height of the Cold War in the late 50s and early 60s.
Spies gave them the atomic bomb and spies gave them the hydrogen bomb.
And some people paid for their life with that.
They were executed for giving secrets to the hydrogen bomb.
But we were not in the business of having American industry be in business with them and partners with them in American capital, venture capital, private equity, anything to help them finance it.
Joe, walk through this latest, there's a big fracas and it's going to get more bitter.
And we're going to cover it in detail on Capitol Hill.
Steve, the controversy surrounds the Overwatch Act.
The Overwatch Act is put forward by House Foreign Affairs Committee Chairman Brian Mast of Florida.
The bill itself, at least in the form that I've read, the bill itself basically requires the Commerce Secretary, so that would presently be Howard Luttnick, to produce a national security strategy on chip exports that would include the AI capabilities of adversaries.
That would include the indigenous chip production capacity of foreign adversaries.
Any U.S. company that wants to export chips to an adversary, and that would naturally be NVIDIA, any U.S. company that wants to export to an adversary would have to submit an application to the Commerce Secretary or the Commerce Department, which would then go to Congress and Congress would then review the application.
And if it was determined that the chip exports would give an advantage to a foreign adversary, they specifically name China, North Korea, Venezuela, so on and so forth, then Congress would have the power to veto the export, to block the export.
Now, the argument on the other side is that this somehow subverts the president's ability to block chip exports.
The bill itself doesn't mention the president at all.
And of course, the president is naturally going to have the power to conduct foreign trade deals.
And it doesn't in any way, as far as I can tell, impede the president's ability to block chip exports to adversaries.
So given that David Sachs is the biggest critic of this, and one imagines NVIDIA is behind the scenes, perhaps even supporting arguments against the bill, that the opposition is largely based on the fear that NVIDIA won't be able to expand their market even further into China.
Sachs, the only real defeat that President Trump's had is the face plant that Sachs led him into on trying to do the amnesty bill on the Big Beautiful bill, number one, took the exact same thing.
This is the arrogance and naivete.
Both they're naive and they're arrogant at the same time.
They took the exact same thing and tried to slide it into the NDAA because the National Defense Authorization Act is also a must-pass.
The Big Beautiful Bill is must-pass for the president of the Republican Party.
It's technically not a must-pass, but they had to do it.
So they took two must-pass pieces of legislation, tried to slide it in, and got crushed, not beaten, got crushed.
The first one was they actually brought to a vote in the middle of the night, 99 to 1.
Even Ted Cruz, and what a beauty he is.
You see him walking around.
I put it up the other day.
You see him walking around Congress with the, you know, he's all about the Persians.
Yo, what's happening in Persia right now?
They're Muslims, all of them, virtually.
They threw us out back in 79.
Now they're trying to throw the Islamic Republic out, as they should.
Go for it.
Scott Besson folks got a war plan, economic war plan.
It's working perfectly.
It doesn't take any American troops, no American kinetic activity.
Cruises walk around, we've got your back, basically implying we're going to come in with military direct kinetic activity.
And he hasn't said a word about the Islamic invasion of his state of Texas, what he's supposed to represent.
Although you never hear him talking about, he never lifted a finger on the invasion under the Biden years, didn't lift a finger, hasn't lifted a finger here.
And this is the problem you got.
Now, after these guys were face planted twice and they've been lying and spinning the president behind the scenes because they don't want accountability for their face plant, now they're trying to move in 10 different directions.
The central thing here is, though, we have to make sure, however, the legislation is crafted, Joe Allen, do you agree with me?
We have to make sure.
And NVIDIA, that guy's an agent of the Chinese.
Jensen Wong is an agent of the Chinese Communist Party.
He's pitching to CCP all the time.
No problem.
We'll just let him have chips.
And, you know, we want them to be in our substack.
We want them to be in our environment.
They don't care about that.
This is when they declared the People's War in May of 2019.
They also said we're not, the reason they declared the People's War and they didn't sign the deal with Lighthizer and Navarre that they had set up for two years of negotiation.
They said, hey, as part of this, the foreign devils' technology is going to rule us.
We're not going to do that.
We're going to break off.
We're going to have an actual divide in technology.
They will never let themselves be under the rule of the foreign devils.
That would be you.
You're a foreign devil.
Okay?
That's the United States of America.
So, Joe, where do we, and people, and this is the biggest single behind the scenes, this is the biggest fight because this is really for control of the future.
And we cannot allow, and this argument they make, we're in a Sputnik moment.
They are the ones that are backing, continue to give the total ecosystem to the Chinese Communist Party.
Why are they doing that, you might ask?
Because they're making a ton of money.
Joe Allen, where do we stand with all of this?
I know the great senator from Tennessee has got bills up.
We got all that.
Where do we stand with Mike Davis and the four C's, sir?
The four Cs are enshrined in the EO push by David Sachs and should be recognized as such.
The chip exports, you know, Steve, you're talking about the chip exports to China.
Another argument you hear from David Sachs all the time is that if you don't lock in American exports to China, then China's own indigenous chips will benefit, right?
You'll have Huawei producing ascend chips and filling data centers with it.
Well, if you look at the statistics, I think Epoch AI has the best compilation.
Huawei represents a tiny fraction of chip manufacturing and exports.
NVIDIA represents the vast majority and over 60% of the compute worldwide.
I think it's pretty clear that if we keep providing China with the chips to use and perhaps reverse engineer, it only builds up their AI training and inference capacity.
And on that note, that benefits U.S. companies that want to accelerate the technology because what's the justification?
We have to beat China.
What better way to justify acceleration than to build up your adversary, even if it's in a limited capacity?
Breaking number one, president Trump's in a firefight with Jp Morgan.
The WALL Street Journal is reporting that president Trump has offered Jamie Diamond, the chairman ceo of JP Morgan, to be the head of the Federal Reserve.
President Trump said that is a bald face lie.
So there's a lot going on behind there.
We're going to obviously talk to the Treasury folks.
Also implies that Trump offered uh Diamond the job of secretary Treasury for Scott Besson.
I know for a fact that's a bald face.
I remember the fight Elon and I got in there.
Elon uh wanted Lutnick and we wanted uh, our colleague uh Besson, and I think we've proven that that was a pretty smart move.
Scott Besson, pretty safe pair of hands done a great job of Treasury.
Day Bratt, you and I are going to carve out an hour and go through this uh Ezra Klein, uh podcast with the guy running from this BETA MAIL running in the state of Texas for Senate to Christian nationalism.
Yeah well, Christian nationalism is pretty much just applying Christian common sense real Christian common sense around the world.
When it comes to Canada and Carney, we supported you guys for 70 years.
We paid the bills we paid.
This is not a Christian love.
Coming back from Canada to us, you guys got to be kidding on artificial intelligence.
They have monopoly structure in the deal.
I think I was up in DC until I learned a crucial truth, I think it's easier for them to control one entity called the national government than 50 states.
But other than that, you got the oligarchs running that and as it rolls out, we're seeing problems with the kids.
I think the Christian impulse is going to have major problems with the rollout and the effect on the kids.
Zuckerberg wants to roll out friend goggles.
You only need three friends, according to Zuckerberg, and we can give some of them through goggles.
I don't think Christianity common sense is gonna love that, and so stay tuned, we'll.
We'll cut across all the issues, Christianity, common sense and love for our country.
The communist Chinese are masters at corrupting the global elites, whether it's Mark Carney in Canada and the other Canadians and compromising them in profound ways and getting that strategic partnership through, or whether it's in this country and our financial and business elites here.
We have to be mindful of that always.
And the president and his team have to be mindful of that.
We've not yet built completely in this country an America-first mindset that understands that the Chinese are this kind of a threat.
And until we do, we're going to be up against it.
Joe Allen's point about the chip manufacturers and the exportation of these AI chips is evidence of that.
We're either going to understand we're in a war with communist China and the global elite, or we're not.
We need to get that straight right now.
And President Trump has done a brilliant job at putting America first.
He now needs to have an entire administration that sees things the same way.
