Potentially the largest fraud scandal in U.S. history is taking place in Minnesota as literally billions of dollars have been funneled through Somali-ran fraudulent businesses.
So much fraud, it could actually almost replace the entire GDP of Somalia.
These fraudsters have worked hand in hand with the Minnesota government as they enabled billions of dollars to be given to fraudulent businesses underneath welfare purposes.
Some of this money eventually landed in the hands of terrorist groups in Somalia like the Al-Shabaab and others enriched themselves all at the U.S. taxpayers' expense.

Well, this is actually two daycares are registered here.
One of them is Mako, which you see on this sign.
The other one is Mini Child Care Center.
And between the two of these child care centers, they're pulling in about $3 million a year.
And there are no children.
Every facility that you go to, the windows will be blocked out so you can't see in.
There's nobody here.
You won't see a single child at any of these facilities.
So right now, they're all getting mad because he's showing the paperwork of this business being registered as a business.
74 children.
No children.
He saw one child when the lady opened up the door.
So now they're all getting mad.
unidentified
What was this money spent on?
1.26 million.
What was that money spent?
There aren't any kids.
Ask the donder.
I'm the kids.
Well, then why are you talking if you're talking about the money?
I'm sorry.
I'm not understanding what he's talking about.
Do you have a child here?
No.
Does anybody?
No.
So, in your conversation with President Putin, did you discuss what responsibility Russia will have for any kind of reconstruction of Ukraine post-agreement?
It sounds a little strange, but I was explaining to the president.
President Putin was very generous in his feeling toward Ukraine succeeding, including supplying energy, electricity, and other things at very low prices.
So a lot of good things came out of that call today.
Here at Future Leaders Early Learning Center, this building received $3 million, over $3 million.
unidentified
So where we're going now is a place called Super Kids Daycare Center.
Interestingly, this daycare center was shut down when it was called Creative Minds Daycare, and it had received $2.45 million this fiscal year, 2025.
They had to shut down because there were so many violations, and they went and they just reopened under a new license and they renamed the center Super Kids Daycare Center LLC.
Creative Minds Daycare, $2.45 million got sent to this daycare center.
We have empty parking lot.
We do have a bus here.
This is different.
We'll see if we see anybody.
I knocked on the door.
Absolutely nobody was inside.
And once again, no children could be heard anywhere.
He called the cops on us and we headed to the state capitol where they're having a meeting about the fraud to confront the state representatives and people in the government who have enabled and let this fraud happen.
Inside of this committee, a Republican representative showed charts showing exactly how this fraud has been committed and who is profiting and connecting all the dots.
And while the Democrat representatives looked into the abyss, one of them spoke about how none of this is building trust and how this is a non-partisan issue.
Well, it's the state of Minnesota that we live in, and these politicians are just walking off thinking it's okay to say and they want to go visit the Trump.
They want to blame the Trump administration.
We have Democrats blaming ICE.
I'm tired.
My people are suffering.
I'm scared for my little brother.
My people are suffering.
And these people just walk off.
We have a governor who doesn't care.
How many more people are going to freaking die?
How many more people are going to go homeless?
And how many more people are gonna be trafficked in our freaking system?
Ukraine, Netanyahu coming with the Greater Israel Plan, President Trump, his team not particularly receptive, but we've got to go and talk about not just this massive fraud, but the in-your-face nature of it.
Mike Lindell, first, Mike, you just see there, it's so blatant and so obvious, and they've had so many investigations looking at they will not stop it because bringing in hundreds of thousands of the Somalians and others, right, is the way this system works.
And I got to tell you, I can tell you this.
This is every blue state, IRS, Treasury, money laundering, the banks that set up the payrolls here.
This is a scandal that's going to go from state to state to state, but the tip of the spear and the festering soar before us is Minnesota.
Mike Lindell, you're running for governor against walls.
It's education, autism service, child care, Medicaid, housing.
They have infiltrated every single one of these government Medicare or welfare services.
And now they even have one where they're giving cars.
It's non-medical emergency welfare where you bring older people to the dentist, say, and they're getting all these cars.
There's nobody in them.
Just like there's no kids in these daycare.
And it is.
It's coming out today.
Ohio, Pennsylvania, Maine.
This is opening, I think, state-sized all around the country.
But the New York Post came out the other day, everybody, on December 21st.
$9 billion in Minnesota.
That's half of the federal money given to Minnesota over the last, I think, six years.
And it's more or real close to the whole economy of Somalia.
All this money being sent out.
They're buying housing around Minneapolis.
They're buying these houses.
Nobody in them.
They're getting paid for that with these high-priced cars out there.
Steve, it's just, it's absolutely disgusting.
And then we have our governor that is just, he's going, we got to get rid of the guns.
We got to get rid of the guns.
He's totally deflecting the Minnesota media, everybody.
This is what's really disgusting.
The media in Minnesota is basically like a big cover-up.
It's like you would go there and you think everything, all is well, all is well.
And our lieutenant governor, horrible.
You know, they're blaming our great president saying he's just attacking this community, the Somalian community that's a big part of Minnesota.
No, this goes back, Steve.
I want to say this too.
We warned of this years ago in 2016.
Companies like MyPillow and then there was Cargill.
It was a big thing in the news back then.
Cargill had to fire over 200 of them because they all want Sharia law.
They have their prayer times and it interferes with businesses.
So this is when they were maybe working them before they got into all of these government welfare scams.
But they fired them and then that was a big deal because it was politic wasn't politically correct when they don't come over here and assimilate and say, you know, we got to shut down our lives.
I know I have an Amazon building right next to my pillow.
And Jeff Bezos got into it with them then back then too for that.
You got Keith Ellison, the Muslim Attorney General, who goes after the Christian network of Mike Lindell.
That's a recovery network based upon Christian values and Christian principles.
Well, he refuses to go after the Somalians.
You've got the Lieutenant Governor Flanagan.
I think she's a Mick like I am.
And she's wearing a hijib and saying, you know, that we're united with the Somalians.
So you got that going on.
And then you just had Tim Waltz referred to Nick Shirley.
And Nick, he was one of our nominees here at the war room.
We had a list of nominees we could put up for the James O'Keefe Award and he won the James O'Keefe Award.
He's absolutely incredible what this young man does.
And of course, the governor of Waltz just referred to him, I think, is a white supremacist.
Mike Lindell, you're running for governor.
What are the action items you're going to do as governor to clean this mess up?
This is in every blue state in the country.
You're going to find this across the board.
They're using your money.
Think about the end of the year, folks, how hard it is for you to get your records together for the taxes you get to pay here shortly, how tough it is today to make it, all the pressures you've got on you.
And they're stealing money and laughing in your face.
They're laughing in your face.
They don't even pretend to have the kids in the school.
When somebody shows up, they got a made-in-one excuse and they play domo.
I don't know.
I don't, you're white.
I don't speak the language.
They got to all be deported.
They're a crime syndicate.
We don't need to have a crime syndicate here in the United States.
And the governor, the lieutenant governor, and the attorney general if evidence is out there that they knew about this and knew about and didn't do anything to correct this.
This is billions of dollars.
You got people that are in need that need this cash.
You don't have it.
Is this rise to the level of potential of criminal charges?
Rosemary Jenks, this is why we're calling for a 10-year moratorium.
No immigration.
These immigration and refugee programs and amnesty programs and asylum programs are so corrupt.
And now it's in your face.
And you can't go through onesies, twosies.
You need a man.
Of course, the New York Times had this piece over the weekend, how horrible it would be if we were to actually implement moratoriums, not just getting rid of the H-1B visas, but moratoriums across the board on no immigration for a decade until we get this mess sorted out.
I mean, reading the New York Times, I think most Americans would say, yeah, okay, what's wrong with that?
Nothing at all.
The problem with all of this is that we have been importing people from cultures that don't have governments that give handouts.
You know, in Somalia, you don't get a government handout for anything.
The government's keeping any money that they get to enrich themselves.
So if you import people from cultures that are not used to the government being benevolent and handing out money, of course they're going to come here and say, oh, the government's willing to give me money.
How do I get more?
And the, you know, rule of law is not that important in other places as it is here, as we hope it is here.
So, you know, in Minnesota, every single person who signed one of those checks should go to jail.
Every person who is in government who had any oversight over any of that should either be prosecuted or fired because they failed.
This is, we are going to see that this is happening across the United States.
It's going to be happening everywhere because we have created a system that incentivizes fraud, that encourages fraud, and that rewards fraud.
And, you know, we bring in the family members and the extended relatives of all these people who are committing the fraud.
We naturalize them into U.S. citizens.
We have election integrity issues with non-citizens voting.
Every part of our system needs to be torn down and rebuilt to stop this.
And the first step in all of that is a moratorium to give us an opportunity to get our house in order because clearly our house is not in order.
And this isn't just $8 billion being thrown out the window.
This is our money.
This is the money that we worked our tails off all year long and paid the government in taxes being tossed away so that these folks can get rich off us.
No, no, just like they created, remember, this is not chaos at all.
Just like they set up the system and the southern border with the NGOs and government to exacerbate, drive and exacerbate a 15 to 20 million person individual invasion of our country.
This is the next part.
This is how they get them on welfare with your money.
This is how they get them to vote.
This is how they keep the Democrats in office.
You got a big article today in the Guardian about the Working Families Party is now going to go nationwide because it's built upon this.
This scam is very intricately put together.
The machinery, every piece of the machinery is kind of works together.
And that's why you need a 10-year moratorium.
No immigration whatsoever for any reason.
None.
You've got to get to the bottom of this.
To root this out and to take it apart and to make sure that American citizens who work their ass off, right, the taxes they paid are actually going to things that they support and to make sure these people are not coming in and competing against them for jobs and for opportunities and resources.
This is outrageous.
This is just the tip of it.
Every blue state, this is the racket.
This is how they run.
Why do you think they're digging in so hard on ICE?
Why do you think they're digging in so hard on sanctuary cities?
Because this is the system they've built to perpetuate this radical neo-Marxist jihadist rule.
Rosemary Jenks, this is why we can't do this incrementally.
Oh, we're going to take this program.
You got to get rid of H-1Bs today and ship them all home and give those jobs to American citizens.
And then a 10-year moratorium on every other program, 10-year moratorium.
That's how long it's going to take to take this thing back to the basics and reconstruct it.
And the only way we're going to get this done is if all of the American people stand up and tell their members of Congress, we're done.
It's over.
We're not doing this anymore.
We are not paying taxes so that you can throw our money away.
We need a moratorium.
We need to build support for this.
Congressman Chip Roy has introduced a moratorium bill that would stop every visa, legal immigration, temporary workers, all of it, except for tourists.
And it would go probably for more than 10 years, actually.
But we need to build support for this.
We need Americans to stand up.
And, you know, the Immigration Accountability Project, my organization, needs your help to get this to happen.
We need to build this support in Congress.
We are working every day to do that, to educate members of Congress on the need for this, to keep this issue, the immigration issue, in front of their faces all the time.
It is, we can't do it without your support, and Congress won't do it without your support.
Okay, we're going to have to drive this because you have Zelensky who's stealing money right off the top with Yermik in your face laughing at you.
He's no, what's the difference?
A difference in degree, but not in kind for what Zelensky and the guys in Ukraine have done with American taxpayer money and what the Samayans doing.
They're sitting there laughing at you talking about a Ukrainian prosperity plan.
We're talking about a Gaza prosperity plan, right?
Where $60 billion of the $300 billion has to be secured by American taxpayers.
How about this?
How about a working, how about working men and women, the working class and middle class in this country?
What about a prosperity plan for them?
And it starts with stopping the criminal syndicates of these immigrants from coming in here.
A 10-year moratorium, nothing, nothing less.
10 years, a decade.
At the end of the decade, we'll see what we got.
Dave Bratt's going to join us.
Bo French from Texas got a massive problem down in Texas.
Rosemary's going to stick around.
We're going to get all this done, and then we're going to talk about Ukraine, what's actually really happening.
And of course, Netanyahu's coming, Imperial Israel, the Netanyahu's Greater Israel Project makes their pitch today for war with Persia.
I don't know.
Going into Syria, the whole lot of it.
We'll break it all down.
short commercial break welcome back um Gold and silver, particularly silver on fire all over the world.
Philip Patrick is going to join us from London later in the show.
Birchgold.com, promo code Bannon.
Make sure you go check it out today.
Get in touch with Philip Patrick's team, or you can take your phone out.
Text Bannon, B-A-N-N-O-N-989898.
Get the ultimate guide for investing in gold and precious metals.
We included that months ago.
Kind of had a feeling something was going to happen with silver.
Make sure you understand because now it's, wow, what a ride.
And as you know, We don't advocate speculation, but these markets, particularly in silver, and Philip Patrick's going to tell you why, are going to be, I think, bouncing around for a while.
Make sure you understand it.
Learn.
This is about you learning, going up the learning curve.
Not about buying gold, not about buying silver.
Understanding the process that drives the value of those two precious metals.
Do it today.
Dave Bratt, thoughts about this?
This is one of the ticking.
I mean, we've got to put America first here, America's interest first, but most specifically, the citizens of this great country.
They're getting ripped off now, and people are in your face laughing at you, laughing at you.
Somebody, one of the engine room just texts me and says, hey, how can these politicians be so stupid at Minnesota?
This is like the head of, remember the head of DHS would go, remember they would go to Congress every day and testify there's nothing happening at the border.
You guys are all conspiracy theorists.
You're all a bunch of xenophobes, a bunch of nativists.
Hey, what we are is we support American citizens, particularly the working class and middle class that bear the brunt of all of it.
You see and you see this Somalian, it's a crime syndicate.
They've brought in a crime syndicate in the America and they got us deport the crime syndicate like ASAP.
He's going to rip our faces off and go to a type of war.
They're reeling right now, thinking of everything in the world.
Every piece of lipstick they can put on that pig, they're trying to put on it, right?
And that's why we have to eliminate.
It's very simple.
Nothing, just eliminate it and allow American citizens to fill those billets today.
Rosemary Jenks, your thoughts on this?
Particularly, the New York Times made this huge thing, whining.
What's America going to look like if these right-wing fanatics get this moratorium done?
You know what, if you read the article, not too shabby, right?
I think most Americans say, hey, if the alternative is what I got here, and this is only going to get worse, this is not going to get better unless you eradicate it.
The way you eradicate it is shut all the programs down.
You can't have like little incremental changes in Congress.
Yeah, I mean, if you look back at our immigration history, you see we had the great wave at the turn of the last century, and then we shut off immigration in the 1920s.
And surprise, surprise, after World War II, we had the largest growth of the middle class that we've ever had.
So we had prosperity during low immigration.
And then we passed the 1965 Act and immigration started growing again and prosperity started declining again.
So, you know, we know what to do here.
We know that if you tighten the labor market, you increase wages.
It's not that hard.
Everyone has heard of the law of supply and demand.
It's time to shut it down again.
We've had too much for too long.
The last 50 years of mass immigration is too much.
So shut it down.
Let's start over, figure out where we are.
And, you know, then we can decide as a nation what immigration policy serves our interests.
But nobody's ever asked us.
Nobody has ever asked the American people what we want as an immigration policy.
And that needs to change.
So, you know, we need everyone to help us get to Congress.
We're at iapaction.com or iaproject.org.
We need you to help us.
We've got a congressional immigration rating system at iapaction.com where you can see exactly where your members of Congress stand, what they have been doing on the immigration issue.
And we need your help to move them, to get them to understand the devastating impacts that immigration is having on our country, whether it's through the theft of welfare dollars, whether it's through overcrowded schools and hospitals and housing and all the rest of it, whether it's taking our jobs at the lower end of the economic scale and at the higher end through the H-1B program and the L1 program and all the other myriad visas that we have.
Yeah, well, first of all, we're super excited to have you guys here in Texas to talk about something that I've been talking about for a long time, really.
I think I was one of the first elected officials in Texas to really be focused on the Islamization of Texas and all the potential harm that does to our culture, to our economy.
Unlike the line go up Republicans, I think that some growth is good, not all growth is good.
And this focus on just allowing these people to bring their third world, you know, antiquated culture into America.
It's funny because the Trump administration implemented a new rule that says that people who want visas to the United States, and these are temporary visas, they don't give you any right to come here, that they will be vetted more carefully, which of course we should be doing.
So we're going to be vetting their social media.
So that takes extra time.
So the State Department officials who do this, the consular officials, have to reschedule interviews because each one takes more time so that they can make sure that the people coming into our country are not coming here to kill us or steal from us or, you know, otherwise mess with our system.
Perfectly reasonable and rational.
So there is a larger group of Indians, of course, because Indians are 70% of H-1Bs, who are actually stuck in India, stranded in their home country.
And we're supposed to all feel sorry for them because it's taking longer for them to get their visas approved.
Nobody's feeling sorry for them here because, first of all, some of their employers apparently are deciding that it's too much trouble to wait for them and keep the job open for them and are potentially hiring Americans to do those jobs, we would hope.
But yes, it's across the board with all visas.
So whether it's student visas or H-1Bs or L's or whatever, we are taking more time as a nation to vet them.
And so there are backlogs.
And that's going to be a good thing for America.
And you're absolutely right that this would be a perfect time to just say, okay, we're done.
No more.
Let's put Americans first.
Let's put Americans into our schools.
Let's put Americans into our jobs.
Let's make American prosperity our number one goal.
Have you found Rosemary Jenks in all your work on this one of the millions that we let in here on these H-1Bs where there's a billet that has either an educational or requirement, job requirement that can't be filled by an American citizen, ma'am?
You have 12 million, I believe it's 12 million STEM.
And remember, the STEM are the kids that did it right, right?
When guys like myself were goofing off, they were not, okay?
They're the STEM, the people that went through these STEM programs and got the engineering degrees and got the computer science degrees.
Those are the ones that we told, hey, if you do it right, if you work hard, you put your nose to the grindstone from the time you're in elementary school and do it right, there's going to be a reward for you on the other end, a good, high-paying job, a value-added job.
I think we have 12 million of the best of the best that are not employed because we're hiring foreigners that are not as skilled, not as dedicated.
We're hiring them because they're indentured servants.
And the oligarchs in Silicon Valley understand this.
Why do you think Elon Musk works so hard for H-1B visas?
You're hiring indentured servants.
You have higher margins, right?
Higher margins means a higher stock price.
Higher stock price means more wealth.
Not for you, not for the American citizen, for them.
The math here is not particularly complicated.
That's why what we have to do to rectify this can't be complicated.
Let's do what General Sherman said.
General Sherman said, a simple plan, aggressively executed, always beats a complicated plan that's kind of passively put together.
We need a simple plan that's aggressively executed.
How about this?
Let's do an homage to William Tecumseh Sherman and say shut down H-1Bs totally and completely and a 10-year moratorium on all visas for folks coming here to live.
Refugees, immigrants, migrants, visa holders, students, all of it.
10 years.
Sort it out.
Let the American people go through the details and see what the American people, what the American people support.
What you're going to see is a wave of prosperity for American citizens.
A wave of prosperity for American citizens because they shouldn't have to compete with foreign labor in their own country that generations of their family have helped build and generations of their family members have helped defend it on foreign battlefields in defense of this country.
Their basic right is to make sure that their citizenship is put at a premium.
Look at what's happened in Minnesota.
They're laughing in your face.
We've imported, the radical Democrats have imported a criminal syndicate to basically get in and vote and perpetuate their neo-Marxist jihadish rule.
And you will find our congressional ranking system at iapaction.com.
We really need your support.
If you are able, please help us to keep this fight going and keep getting more members of Congress to understand the dire straits we are in and how to fix it.
