Speaker Time Text
steve bannon
This is the primal scream of a dying regime.
Pray for our enemies because we're going medieval on these people.
Here's how I got a free shot.
All these networks lying about the people.
The people have had a belly full of it.
I know you don't like hearing that.

It's going to happen.
jake tapper
And where do people like that go to share the big line?
MAGA Media.
I wish in my soul, I wish that any of these people had a conscience.
steve bannon
Ask yourself, what is my task and what is my purpose?
If that answer is to save my country, this country will be saved.

steve bannon
We'll see if the afternoon is showing on that action plan.
Mike Lindell, thank you.
Fighting the good fight up there in Minnesota.
President Trump put out his national, his strategy for the United States.
33-page document.
Grace and Mo and Elizabeth got it up on our various platforms over the weekend.
We talked about it on Saturday.
Every particular people in MAGA should read this.
It's very profound.
It's not perfect, but man, directionally is pretty damn good.
One of the things he does is put Europe on notice that, hey, we're looking at civilizational, I think they say erasure, eraser, erasure, that it could actually go away, implosion.
And it's like the reason they have a tough time selling 30-year bonds.
They don't know who's going to be in charge in 30 years.
These are the people who are trying to suck us into this Ukraine deal and giving guarantees and security guarantees and sovereignty guarantees when Belgium and France and England look like they could be gone.
It's a disaster.
And the only way England's going to save itself, I think they're going to have a civil war.
You watch.
We can avoid that here if we get on top of things now.
You have to get on top of it, or you're going to see the path that's going to go down.
I want to play Captain Finnell's with me.
And I want to play the traditional cold open we do for Pearl Harbor.
Pearl Harbor is actually yesterday, but the day after Pearl Harbor is maybe even more interesting than what happened in the attack itself.
Let's go ahead and play, and I'll bring Captain Fennell in.
unidentified
We interrupt this program to bring you a special
news bulletin.
The Japanese have attacked Pearl Harbor, Hawaii by air.
franklin d roosevelt
President Roosevelt has just announced.
unidentified
The attack also was made on all naval and military activities on the principal island of Oahu.
Hello, NBC.
This is KJU in Honolulu, Hawaii.
I am speaking from the roof of the advertiser publishing company Tony.
We have witnessed this morning a distant view, day-green battle off Pearl Harbor, and a severe bombing of Pearl Harbor by enemy planes, undoubtedly Japanese.
The city of Honolulu has also been attacked and considerable damage done.
This battle has been going on for nearly three hours.
One of the bombs dropped within 50 feet of KJU Tower.
It is no joke.
It is a real war.
That day is public of Honolulu have been advised to take in their homes and await results from the Army and Navy.
There has been fair fighting going on in the air and on the sea.
The heavy shooting seems to be forgotten.
Come on, no interruption.
We cannot estimate yet how much damage has been done, but it has been a very severe attack.
And the Navy and Army appear now to have the air and the sea under control.
franklin d roosevelt
Vice President, Mr. Speaker, members of the Senate, of the House of Representatives, yesterday, December 7th, 1941,
a date which will live in infamy, the United States of America was suddenly and deliberately attacked by naval and air forces of the Empire of Japan.
The United States was at peace with that nation and at solicitation of Japan, still in conversation with its government and its emperor, looking toward the maintenance of peace in the Pacific.
Indeed, one hour after Japanese air squadrons had commenced bombing in the American island of Oahu, the Japanese ambassador to the United States and his colleague delivered to our Secretary of State a formal reply to a recent American message.
And while this reply stated that it seemed useless to continue the existing diplomatic negotiations, it contained no threat or hint of war or of armed attacks.
It will be recorded that the distance of Hawaii from Japan makes it obvious that the attack was deliberately planned many days or even weeks ago.
During the intervening time, the Japanese government has deliberately sought to deceive the United States by false statements and expressions of hope for continued peace.
The attack yesterday on the Hawaiian Islands has caused severe damage to American naval and military forces.
I regret to tell you that very many American lives have been lost.
In addition, American ships have been reported torpedoed on the high seas between San Francisco and Honolulu.
steve bannon
Captain Finnell, one time, Captain Finel, you were intel for PAC Fleet, correct?
Sink PAC Fleet, the Pacific Fleet.
So you know you were out of Pearl Harbor.
You know this very well.
Your thoughts.
I might say that, and I always tell audiences to focus on this, he did not declare war on Germany.
Germany declared war on us, I think, two or three days later.
And they gloss that over and they talk about NATO.
Roosevelt did not declare war on Germany.
Why?
Didn't think he had the votes.
Didn't think he, and this is where the Russians were fighting.
I think at this time they were the Wehrmacht was on the outskirts of Moscow or getting close.
From June of 1941 to December, they ran the tables all the way through places like Wait For It, Ukraine.
What happened here?
We don't have a ton of time, but I want to take a couple of minutes now.
This is still one of the great unsolved mysteries in American history, and it's quite important to where we are today because of the individuals involved, particularly General Marshall, later McCarthy.
McCarthy, McCarthy's biggest takedown was Marshall.
They never talk about it.
The globalists never talk about it.
But years later, on the floor of the Senate, he gave a six-hour speech to a talk.
I think it was called Retreat from Victory, was the speech.
It got put in a book later.
He made it a book later, but he specifically was very accusatory about General Marshall in the high command of the United States about what happened at Pearl Harbor, sir.
jim fanell
Well, Steve, it's thanks for having me on.
And it's, you know, every time of this year, it's a special time, should be for Americans to stop and remember what happened, the context of the geopolitical situation that you relayed with the FDR and what was happening in Europe, that raging war that was going on.
So there was a push, clearly, understanding that war was raging in Europe and we were somehow going to have to get involved.
I will go so far as to say that there was some kind of conspiracy to get us in and that we knew about the attack ahead of time.
You have to remember in May of 1940, we moved the Pacific Fleet from San Diego to Pearl Harbor.
That's a fact.
Now, again, Pearl Harbor, Hawaii was not a state.
It was a U.S. territory.
But we had our U.S. Pacific Fleet forward.
The commander of the U.S. Pacific Fleet was Admiral Husband Kimmel.
And after this attack, he was relieved of command and Admiral Chester Nimitz was brought in.
At that time, the intelligence community of the United States was not like it is today in one sense.
There was no director of national intelligence.
There was no CIA.
Bill Donovan was over designated as the chief coordinator for information back in July of 41.
OSS didn't stand up for another year until July 42 with the JCS order.
The FBI's main emphasis on the Western Hemisphere and counterintelligence, domestic counterintelligence actions.
The Army had military intelligence division and signals and intelligence services, which is a communications intelligence.
And then you had the Navy had our Office of Naval Intelligence, the oldest intelligence agency.
steve bannon
Yeah, going back to 18.
Jim, Captain, just hang on for one second.
Short break.
Captain Finnell on the other side.
franklin d roosevelt
America's hot.
unidentified

We're putting up stuff all day on Getter.
In fact, you go there right now.
I've got a bunch of articles and analysis over the weekend.
You can get up to speed.
Also, a couple other things.
Patriot Mobile, 972-Patriot, call right now.
Talk to somebody, get a customer service rep that's got an East Texas accent and happens to be a citizen of the United States of America.
Talk to them why this is the best mobile phone service out there, the technical reasons why, and all the great deals they've got and all the specials.
Um, and also talk to them about uh about how they support causes that you believe in and uh and your values.
Stop giving your money to people that hate you.
Start paying for a phone service that is the best and backs your values.
972 Patriot, Patriot Mobile, Glenn Story and the great team there.
We're going to be announcing a bunch of stuff we're doing with Patriot Mobile in January to stop this rise of radical Islam in the great state of Texas.
Jim Rickards, one of the best geopolitical thinkers.
I got Captain Finnell on right now, one of the best intelligence members we've ever had, gave up his career to warn the people of the United States about the rise of the Chinese Communist Party, and particularly their Navy, and how it's going to be a massive threat to our interests in the Western Pacific, East Asia, and specifically Taiwan, one of the great heroes.
Rickardswarroom.com, we get a whole landing page.
Rickardswarroom.com is all one word.
It's a landing page.
You get access to strategic intelligence, which is based upon his theory of predictive analytics.
This reason Rickards have been right so many times.
So, this is one of the reasons we're proud to have Jim on here as a contributor.
Rickardswarroom.com.
And he throws in a book on fiat currency and artificial intelligence that will keep you up at night.
So, go check it out today.
So, Captain Finnell, correct me if I'm wrong, and maybe I thought they had broken both because people confuse this.
It's just not the diplomatic codes that we realize what President Roosevelt was talking about.
They're sitting there negotiating with us to lull us to sleep at the same time.
And Roosevelt had one thing wrong.
It wasn't days or weeks.
They had planned this months and months ago, really from the time that we put the oil embargo on them back in, I think, in the summer of 1940.
Summer of 1941, one of the most important summers in world history, the beginning of the Vermont assault into Russia, the breakup of the Russian-Nazi pact, and also the United States getting tough on the economic co-prosperity sphere that Imperial Japan was trying to run the tables in Asia and put an embargo on oil, which was the mother's milk of the Imperial Navy and the Japanese Army, and led to the plane that led to Pearl Harbor.
But we had broken, I thought we had cracked.
Your predecessors had cracked both the naval codes and the diplomatic codes.
That's why we knew exactly what was going to go into Pearl Harbor.
And we didn't inform Admiral Kimmel or General Short, the head of the Army, out there, the general in charge of the Army.
Either one of them were not in the loop on what was actually going on, sir.
jim fanell
The diplomatic codes were outside of the Navy and were with the Army, but inside the naval circles, there were various kinds of naval codes.
There was the Imperial Japanese Admiral's Communication Code that had been assigned to Station IPO in Pearl Harbor, where I spent eight years of my life working.
Those gentlemen out there were restricted from having access to JN25, which was the fleet communications code that would have been, had it been fully broken, we would have had much more insight into the maneuvering and location of the Keto Batai, the Japanese striking force.
And that was only given to the people in DC, Station Nagat.
They had 230-plus people back there trying to break it fully open.
They had some small breaks, but they didn't really have it fully broken.
HIPO only had in Hawaii, Station IPO, only had 40 people.
And that before December 7th, they were prohibited from access to that by Admiral R.K. Turner because of the classifications of it.
And also because there was this, you know, kind of, we want to control things back in DC.
You guys out there in the fleet, you don't really know what's going on.
And after December 7th, the guy that ran Station Hypo, Commander Joseph Rocheford, he said, I'm not listening to those guys in DC anymore, OP20G, the guys that were running that back then.
And he said, I'm going to start breaking it on my own.
I'm not going to follow the Imperial Admiral's Code, Japanese Admiral's Communications.
It's not very useful.
I need operational intelligence.
And within four months, they were breaking 30% of JN25, which gave us a victory at Midway because we knew they were going to Midway for certain.
So, this is the real issue for today: we have a rising Chinese Navy.
It's risen, it's here, it's operating.
A carrier is outside the first island chain right now.
An expeditionary strike group is outside the first island chain.
They're surrounding Taiwan on a daily basis.
They're going after Japan and not just the Senkakus.
Now, they're talking about taking the Ryuku Islands and saying that that's Japanese sovereign territory.
They already do that in the entirety of the South China Sea.
And we have people in Washington, D.C. that still tell us that they're really not a threat.
The Quincy Institute, people like that are pushing this out on a daily basis.
And we have to be very worried about that we haven't prepared ourselves like we did in 1940 when Senator Carl Vinson put through the two Ocean Navy Act that said we will have the fleet that we need to be able to fight Japan.
That hasn't been done yet.
And we just canceled a frigate, the Constellation class, and yesterday the SECNAV said we're going to come out with a new domestically designed frigate.
We have been in a crisis inside our nation and our Navy when it comes to being prepared for war at sea against an adversary that has built a navy to beat us in a war at sea.
steve bannon
And so we is the hang on.
Hang on, hang on, hang on.
That crisis, are we the one thing that the planners in the visionaries before World War II saw that the Imperial Navy was going to be a threat?
You know, whether we look the other way, intelligence, whether it was a conspiracy, all of that, let's leave that aside, put a pin in it.
They definitely knew the Imperial Navy was going to be a threat, and they were starting to plan for it, right?
They were starting to build carriers that we didn't do after the ramp up of 1941.
Do you believe that the leadership in our country, the military leadership, the strategic leadership, believes that the Chinese Communist Party Navy, the PLN, the People's Liberation Navy, is as big a threat as the Imperial today to us and our vital national security interests, not sideshows like the Middle East or Israel, not sideshows, worst sideshows like Ukraine.
Do they realize, like our predecessors did realize in the 30s, although caught off guard, the threat of a naval power in the Pacific, sir?
jim fanell
I think the current administration's national security team recognizes and understands the threat.
The issue is how to solve it.
And there is an attitude of, well, there's not enough money.
There's not enough time.
We don't have the shipbuilding industry.
We've let go over 35 years or more.
And so they're saying, let's build this hybrid fleet of unmanned vehicles and manned ships.
I don't see much written or much attention on the manned ships part, the big capital ships, carriers, destroyers, frigates, fast attack submarines.
All I hear about and read about on a daily basis is all these small drone ships, like 24-foot-long drone ships.
And no one is telling me how we're going to get 24-foot-long drone ships from San Diego or San Francisco into the Western Pacific to fight a war at sea with the PLA Navy.
And that is a big ask.
And so what I'm saying is we need people that are not just going to wish this away because we don't have money or we don't have the will.
We are Americans.
And if we're going to win this thing, we need everything in the kit bag.
And we can have drones and we can have artificial intelligence, but if we don't have big capital ships to fight a war at sea, we are going to end up having the PLA Navy rolling through the Hawaiian Islands and onto our West Coast, because that's the Navy that the Chinese Communist Party has built over the last 25 to 30 years.
steve bannon
Do you believe we're going to go to war with the Chinese Communist Party and the People's Liberation Navy?
Because President Trump, this is one of the reasons he's trying to balance everything.
He's trying to stop the kinetic part of the Third World War on that side of the Eurasian landmass now, both in the Middle East and in Ukraine.
He's trying to be to the degree possible accommodating some trade deal.
He's trying to keep the peace and doesn't want to go to conflict.
He also strategically is obviously, he's always been very worried.
You can tell that Taiwan is only 110 miles or 100 miles away from mainland China.
And they've built an entire apparatus specifically looking to take out our defenses of Taiwan.
With all that, do you believe we're headed to a naval war with the Chinese Communist Party in the next five or 10 years, sir?
jim fanell
If the Chinese Communist Party is unable to get the island of Taiwan to kowtow to them and to become their open puppet and to claim sovereign territory over Taiwan through non-kinetic means, if they can't get that in the next five to 10 years, then I believe that they will use military force.
They told us that.
They built the force to do that.
And they're setting the conditions to do that on a daily basis.
steve bannon
Jim, Finnell, Captain Finnell, you've given your whole career for this topic.
Where do people go to get your writings?
I know you're putting stuff up on American Greatness.
Where can they go to find your writings?
jim fanell
I had a piece up on American Greatness last week called The Two Calls.
It's about President Trump's call to President Xi and Prime Minister Takeichi, which I thought was fantastic by the president.
But American Greatness is the only place.
I don't do social media otherwise.
steve bannon
The irony of this is that 80-some years later, the Japanese are one of our strategic partners when our partner in the 1930s and 40s, what we fought over was mainland China.
Amazing.
How the world turns, sir.
Captain Finnell, thank you so much.
jim fanell
Thank you.
steve bannon
Appreciate you.
I think I've got to talk to my producer.
I got to have Captain Finnell on.
We got to talk about Admiral Kimmel and General Short.
They were the ones that blamed.
Were they to blame, actually?
Did they have the information?
Kimmel's family's still fighting this.
Still fighting this.
He was cashiered.
unidentified
Did he deserve to be cashier?
steve bannon
Tina Peters, a political prisoner in the United States of America in the state of Colorado.
Her lawyer, Peter Tiktum, next.
unidentified
Here's your host, Stephen K. Bass.
steve bannon
Okay, the geopolitics of today, even more complicated back then.
And of course, it took, what, three and a half or four years of bloody fighting from December 7th of 1941 to, what, May and then August, and I guess September of 45 was the real surrender, but it was over by mid-August.
I'm going to spend some more time this week and go through this because that night at the White House on the evening of December 7th, they were in not good shape.
One of the biggest priorities they had, the priority was obviously to mobilize immediately and to find out what happened and get information.
But there was a massive cover-your-ass exercise, too.
They were very afraid, very concerned that they were going to be blamed for all of this and blamed for not being ready and blamed for having the fleet out there.
And then it became evident that we actually had some intelligence, even the fingers started to get pointed.
I think there were seven inquiries into Pearl Harbor.
Anyway, I'll go through that because it's quite important that people understand what happened there because it set the framework for the rest of the 20th century and for a lot of the 21st century.
We're having these huge fights in Ukraine right now, the bloodlands of World War II, actually the bloodlands of world history, but particularly World War II.
Remember, FDR, the United States of America, did not declare war on Nazi Germany.
And this was in 1941.
Plenty of people knew exactly what was going on there, including the owners of the New York Times, a lot of politicians, FDR's administration, the military knew a lot was going on, did not declare war on them.
Hitler made a bet, made a gamble, as Mussolini did, and declared war.
They declared war on us, I think, three days later.
I think it was the 11th.
I'll refine my thinking here.
Next couple of days, we'll get into it.
It's important.
One of the most important things we do is how can we live in a country where a gold star mother, a hero, whose son gave his life in defense of his country?
How is a gold star mother, 70 years old, in ill health?
How is she in a medium security prison, a state prison in Colorado, when everything's coming out today about these machines?
Remember, we're not machine guys.
We feel they stole it the old-fashioned way as far as mailing ballots and illegal people voting and people on the voter rolls are not supposed to be there, all of it.
They gun-decked this thing in all these states.
Pretty evident about that, very evident about that.
But the machines are a festering soar in this country.
Tina Peters was a hero.
She is a hero.
She remains a hero.
And so the question is asked: how is anybody free if Tina Peters is not free?
unidentified
Her lawyer, Peter Ticton, Peter, you're on a couple weeks ago.
steve bannon
You talked about a lot of these theories, and you actually put it in.
You and I think Stephanie Lambert, who's your partner at this, we're going to try to get Stephanie on the afternoon show because I want to really make this a priority for people.
You sent a letter, and you know the president pretty well, but you sent a letter to him that outlined your thoughts about this Tina Peters situation.
unidentified
Can you walk our audience to it, sir?
peter ticktin
Okay, yes.
Well, you know, it has a number of parts.
First of all, I want to say that Stephanie Lambert is helping write this.
It's my name on it, but she is also an American hero.
They try to put her in jail as well.
I'm not sure if you're, I know you are aware.
What am I saying?
But so, you know, basically the first thing we wanted to do in this letter was address the issue of the fact that we're at war.
The fact is that our 2020 election was definitely stolen from us.
And when you steal an election, you don't steal an election, you steal the country.
And that's why this is the largest crime that's ever occurred in the United States by far, because they didn't just steal millions of dollars or even, you know, as we've been hearing lately, billions of dollars in some places, but they stole the whole country for four years.
And if they would have had their way had it not been for a certain operation that occurred, they would have stolen it again in 2024.
But that's a whole other story.
The point is that we are showing evidence now.
You know, here's one of the things that happens when you cheat in an election and you take over the country, which they've done in 72 countries.
The Venezuelans are not only exporting drugs into the United States, but they're exporting their ability to use machines to cheat in elections to 72 different countries around the world.
steve bannon
Fine, but hang on a sec.
unidentified
We got because we're really pressed for time for it.
steve bannon
Let's say we stipulate that that's all true.
How does that get Tina Peters?
Right now, we have the commander-in-chief, the most powerful man in the world that has a carrier battle group and an amphibious ready group with 14,000 sailors off the coast of Venezuela, even as we speak, and they're pouring in.
Troops are pouring into Puerto Rico every day.
Pete Hex, the Secretary of War, how does that help us get, be specific?
How do we get Tina Peters?
Because right now, Governor Polaris.
Hang on, San Peter Ticton.
He's a flake.
Bannon can run his mouth all he wants.
Trump's powerless.
I'm Gerald Polis.
I'm all powerful.
And Tina Peters is going to rot in prison.
I don't care what Ticton says.
I don't care what Stephanie Lambert writes.
I don't care what Steve Bannon yells in his microphone.
And I particularly don't care about what the commander-in-chief of the United States military, Donald Trump, who happens to be the chief law enforcement and chief magistrate of this country by the Constitution.
I don't care what everyone has to say.
She's going to rot in prison.
And if she dies in prison, so be it.
What say you, sir?
peter ticktin
What I say is these people, such as this man who happens to be in office because he's used crooked election equipment and is now the governor of a state that's been well overtaken by the cabal, let's say.
The fact of the matter is, is that, as Obama said, elections have their consequences.
And, you know, the one thing you can't do when you steal an election is allow the other party to ever get back in, but their other party is back in.
And as a result, we're coming to the we're getting to the bottom of things that would be absolutely suppressed if we weren't.
I mentioned before to you, Tina Peters is a person who was trying to protect the truth.
She imaged the computer to be able to save the evidence of that.
It's the people that are hiding the truth that were in power and still are in power in Colorado.
Specifically, we're seeking a pardon from the president.
And if this governor says, oh, we don't care what you say, we're not going to honor that pardon, then we take it to the court.
And there's a very fast process that we can use in the federal court with the federal declaratory relief act, where we'll be able to bring this thing on, get it resolved quickly with motions for summary judgment.
There's no evidence really in dispute.
We know exactly what the law is.
And then this is going to have to get resolved there as to whether or not the president has the power to pardon offenses which are state offenses.
And he does have that right because now we look at it and he has the right to pardon offenses to the United States.
And when we look at that, we all know the United States, that's the country.
It's an it.
It is our country, the United States.
But before the Civil War, at the time that the drafters wrote the Constitution, the United States wasn't considered that way.
It was the United Countries.
And it was thought of as those countries.
All the writing in the Constitution refers to them not as an it, but the United States and their possessions, the United States, and it's always of them or those or there.
It's always in the plural because they're speaking of the states.
So when the Constitution said that the president has the power to pardon offenses against the United States, it wasn't as we now understand it.
Everyone he hears about the United States now thinks of the country.
steve bannon
And by the way, Ken Burns makes this point when we did the series.
Real quickly, do you think, has that ever been adjudicated at the Supreme Court?
Your theory of this case, that he can actually pardon at the state level, has that ever been adjudicated at the Supreme Court?
peter ticktin
It's never been adjudicated anywhere.
The first step is to action on any level.
steve bannon
Peter, I just want to, because you're a close friend.
I just want to make sure.
Step one is the president to pardon Tina Peters, right?
To give her a pardon.
That is the thing that sets everything else in motion.
peter ticktin
Right.
Then we give that to the Department of Corrections and say, release her immediately.
They say either yes or they say no.
They say yes.
Well, we don't have a problem anymore.
They say no.
Then I jump into federal court and I basically get an order from the judge that says release him.
Or the judge says, nah, I don't think so.
steve bannon
Hang on.
Hang on.
You don't go to the Bureau of Prisons.
You go to the Department of Corrections in Colorado and you've got a pardon letter from the president of these United States, the chief magistrate and the chief law enforcement officer.
You present it to the Department of Corrections and Governor Polis, and they either release her or they say, TikTon, that pardon doesn't mean anything here in Colorado because we're a state.
That's a federal pardon.
Then what?
peter ticktin
Then I jump into court and then I ask a judge and the judge says yay or nay.
And then no matter what the judge says, we go to the Court of Appeals.
And no matter what the Court of Appeal says, it's going to be in the lap of the Supreme Court of the United States.
steve bannon
Because whoever loses, if Colorado loses, they'll go.
If you lose, you'll go.
So it's got to go all the way up to the Supreme Court, correct?
peter ticktin
It's got to go all the way.
And there we've got a majority that are fundamentalists.
There we have a majority that are going to say, well, what were the founders thinking when they were thinking about the United States that he has the pardon power?
But there's also other logical things that don't make any sense if he doesn't have the power to pardon state offenses, especially when they have to do with federal law, okay, on a federal election.
That's where we have more of an edge than just the logic of our argument, although the logic of our argument is really not referred to.
steve bannon
Very compelling.
Peter, we got to bounce.
We're going to have Stephanie on this afternoon, or maybe you again, if we can.
Where do people go to get all this information?
We've put the letter up, but I want people to find out more about you and how you're fighting this and the support you guys need.
Where do they go?
peter ticktin
Well, they go to, in regard to Tina Peters, go to tinapeters.us.
In regard to our law firm, go to legalbrains.com.
steve bannon
It's easy to remember.
I'm a lawyer.
And we'll put it all out.
Just real quickly, what's the timeframe of this?
Do you think a pardon will actually be coming for Tina before the holidays, sir?
peter ticktin
I'm hoping yes.
Yeah.
I mean, you know, look, President Trump, you know, I don't know anybody who I respect more, whose intellect I respect more.
He not only gives things consideration, but he considers the timing of things as well.
I'm hoping that I get the pardon, you know, before Christmas.
unidentified
Yes.
peter ticktin
We've given him the form that we think would be the most appropriate.
Of course, his legal team may want to change it, but in any event, he's got it.
As soon as we have it, we will be flying out to Colorado and handle everything and basically requiring that she be released.
But there's other things in the works as well.
I just want you to know that Tina Peters isn't relying entirely on the pardon process, but this is something which could affect many other issues that are going on in the United States.
There are many state actions.
steve bannon
Yeah, there are a lot of other irons in the fire.
Ed Martin and other people.
There are many other irons in the fire.
Peter Ticton, look forward to having you back on the way.
I break this letter today, get up to speed, and we'll repeat her on this aspect.
But people should know.
Peter and others are working on many, many other things regarding Tina Peters.
Thank you.
Thank you so much, sir.
Appreciate you.

Let's take down the CCP.
Here's your host, Stephen K. Bannon.
steve bannon
A fascinating story.
Beatrice von Storch, one of the leaders alternative for Deutschland, is going to join us in a moment.
She's also going to be back and join me at 6 o'clock tonight.
We're also going to have Raymond Ibrahim and his new book about the warrior monks that fought Islam and his whole series on that.
And it's pertinent to what Beatrice and company are fighting in Germany right now, the deep state and the rise of Islamism.
Cynthony Hughes, Cynthia Hughes, you've got a new group that's fighting against weaponization of our government against us.
What is it?
You're having a gathering today.
Where do people go?
cynthia hughes
So we're here in New York City today.
Steve, as you know, I founded the Patriot Freedom Project.
We have a new cause under it, Weaponization Watch.
I've teamed up with Doug Mackey, and we're fighting for people that are languishing behind bars.
We're going to turn this into the biggest clemency project in this country.
I'm in New York City right now.
We have two women sitting in a Brooklyn prison right now, Nicole Day Doni and Rachel Cherowitz.
I'm also here with retired NYPD officer Michael McMahon, who just recently got a pardon a few weeks ago from the president.
I'll be sitting down with Topeka Sam today, who has also received a pardon from the president.
She has launched a great project to help women who are languishing behind bars and need reentry.
Weaponization under the Biden administration was unprecedented, and the country does not know just how deep it runs and how bad it is.
And there's a lot of people that are sitting in prison or facing a very long sentence, like a young man who's 28 years old who was targeted by the Biden administration.
steve bannon
Hang on a second.
We have to do examples later.
Where do people go today?
You're having a gathering.
Where do people go?
Because we've got to bounce.
Where do people go?
cynthia hughes
Okay, we're in New York City today.
You can go to weaponizationwatch.com.
You could follow us at RealPFP on Twitter for the live stream.
steve bannon
And are you going to do something in New York City that people actually can go to, or is it all on live stream?
cynthia hughes
Yes.
If you go to, If you know we're in New York City, Steve, and you know it's a little crazy around here.
So we're not broadcasting where the location is.
But if somebody wants to attend between 12 and 4 p.m. today, they can email us at info at patriotfreedomproject.com and we will give them access for this free event.
steve bannon
And where do people go?
Social media, where else do they go to find out more about this?
It's a great effort.
Where do folks go?
cynthia hughes
You can go to X. You could follow me, RealPFP.
You could follow Weaponization Watch.
And you can also find all of our stories and all the cases we're working on at weaponizationwatch.com.
steve bannon
Perfect, ma'am.
Grace and Mo, let's get it up and let's get the live stream so we can all can see it.
We'll share it up on our Rumble and my personal account.
Cynthia Hughes, we look forward to talking this evening about how to win today.
Thank you.
cynthia hughes
Thank you very much, Steve.
steve bannon
You talk about weaponization.
I don't think there's a worse example in the world.
The Washington Post, it's tough to shock me, but the Washington Post is able to do it.
The article on Saturday, Can Germany Stop Extremism by Banning a Far-Right Party?
Someone to try.
The sub-headline, Banning Alternative for Germany, a far-right party might seem undemocratic, but Germany's constitution allows such prohibitions to prevent a repeat of Nazism.
Beatrice von Stork, you're going to be in the six o'clock show with me, with Raymond Ibrahim.
Give me a couple of minutes here.
This is one of the most outrageous things.
The article blew my head up, but more importantly, the article is what the German authorities are doing to, let me repeat, I think you're the largest party in polling now in Germany or the second largest.
It's not like it's a few scattered wing nuts.
You represent a vast sizable amount of the German people, ma'am.
beatrix von storch
Yes, that's exactly what it's all about.
We are polling at number one, number two in all of Germany.
We are by far the biggest party in the eastern part of Germany.
We're leading there by 10 points or something, even more.
And so the only solution they can think of is ban the opposition party to save democracy, which is a joke.
And this really gets even more dangerous by the day because they are losing control, they're losing power, they are losing the consent of the people.
They are not willing to shift policy.
This is what they should do if they want to fight us, but they can't.
And so they are constantly talking about, you know, banning AFD.
They come up with, well, there are ideas or there are documents which show the Secret Service, well, the Secret Service has come up with some documents and declaring us as far-right extremists.
But we have to know that the Secret Service is the government.
So the government is writing a paper that the opposition party is extremistic.
And this is why they increase the talks about banning us.
And as it was shown in the Washington Post article, rightly, that our president, so the number one, the head of the state, gets into this business.
He is from the Social Democratic Party.
They are polling around 13, 14, 15% at the very moment.
So 10 points behind AFD.
And these little guys, they try to solve their political problems by banning us.
So that's really anti-democratic.
And I think the most important point about all this is if that's possible in Germany, that's going to be possible everywhere.
We cannot point to Turkey, to Russia, to any other totalitarian regime when banning the opposition party is possible in a Western democracy.
And this is why we lean out.
This is why we think it is very important to raise this issue and to make Americans aware that this is also not in your interest.
It is very much against everything what you're fighting for.
And when it comes to the national security strategy, which has just been published, I think it's rightfully pointing out to the point.
steve bannon
Hang on, hang on.
We're going to get into all that at six o'clock.
Real quickly, under a minute, just tell me, what is the extremist idea that they hate the most?
Because I keep seeing you guys saying, hey, we want to turn sovereignty to the people, to the German people.
Why do they call you extremists?
unidentified
Give me 60 seconds on it.
beatrix von storch
So, first, we want to secure our borders.
Second, we want to stop Islamization in our country.
More precise, we want to roll it back.
We do not want to hand over our country to a different culture.
And third, we are very much in favor of free speech.
We do not think that censorship is a way which should be allowed.
And they are pushing censorship always forward.
So this is, I would say, these are the three points.
steve bannon
Beatrice, at six o'clock tonight, we're going to go through all of it.
We have Raymond Ibrahim, the author of this great three-part three-book series on Islam in the West and how we've defeated it as an inspiration for Christmas.
Beatrice, thank you so much.
We'll see you back here at 6 p.m.
Charlie Kirk's, the Charlie Kirk Show is up next with Andrew Kovec.
Poso's after that.
Gruber's after that.
Bowling's after that.
And at 5 o'clock from 5 to 7, you're going to be back here.
We're going to be on fire this afternoon.
Where?
In the war room.
We'll see you then.
