Time Text
FBI and Justice Department officials are working to arrange interviews with six Democratic lawmakers who appeared in a video advising service members not to follow illegal orders.
The video enraged President Trump, who posted on social media last Friday that the lawmakers, all of whom have previously served in the military or U.S. intelligence, should be arrested.
He also accused them of seditious behavior, punishable by death.
The four members of the House who appeared in the video, Jason Crowe, Chris DeLuzio, Maggie Goodlander, and Chrissy Houlahan released a joint statement yesterday accusing the president of using the FBI as a tool to intimidate or and harass members of Congress.
They also defend their actions, writing no amount of intimidation or harassment will ever stop us from doing our jobs and honoring our Constitution.
This comes as Defense Secretary Pete Hegseth is accelerating his investigation into Senator Mark Kelly, now directing the U.S. Navy to launch a review of the lawmaker.
In a memo posted to social media, Hagseth orders the Secretary of the Navy to look into what he calls, quote, potentially unlawful comments made by Kelly.
Hagseth then asked the Navy Secretary, a former businessman with no prior military experience, to report any findings by no later than December 10th.
Kelly's comments in question were, of course, part of that message to service members, reminding them of their obligation simply to refuse illegal orders.
First, ma'am, you ask the most emotionally pointed question.
I want to start with you.
I was a prosecutor in Helen for seven years.
And where justice was warranted and mercy was warranted, I showed it.
And where stiff punishment was warranted because somebody I heard, I stopped.
And I will not be a governor that tolerates violence against women in our state.
Period.
That's not going to happen.
Now, as it relates to the issue of trans kids, particularly in sports.
Men.
Sure.
In women's spaces, harassing.
You said it wasn't a thing.
14 times you said it wasn't a thing.
So I need you to show all the women of California that you're going to protect us.
I'm going to protect women.
Women.
No woman should be harassed.
Are there going to be men allowed in the women's room anymore?
We need to know.
No woman should be harassed and allow her message.
Answer straight.
Are there going to be women?
Are you against men in women's locker rooms and sports?
That's all you need to answer.
I'm telling you, please.
I know.
That's not.
It's happening all around America.
There are 45 men in the women's prisons right now, raping them, picking them out like chicken.
But trans men are not women, and they're raping women.
So I don't care if you're on the Democrat side, the Republican side.
We need to be on the women's side, people.
It's happening to our girls.
It's happening to our women.
And I'm here to let everyone know that this is happening.
Open your camp.
I'm telling you.
Millions of people behind black people who they're using our civil rights to push this.
If you want to be the governor, you need to do something about it because I promise you this.
I will not be the last to see a tension.
Okay?
Thank you.
All right.
I want to hear that.
Stop transforming children.
No one can make a decision that young.
When I was 12, I would have transformed.
It's abuse.
Chance kids.
There's no such thing.
There's only men and women.
Use your brains.
Stop with this malarkey.
Jonathan, just to unpack this briefly, the reason that these six members of Congress felt that it was appropriate, maybe necessary, to briefly remind members of the military that they should not obey illegal orders is because the Trump administration
Secretary Hegseth, back in February, essentially moved to neuter the legal advice at the Pentagon that commanders depend on.
They fired the top three judge adjutant generals who head the military lawyer group, which had the effect of intimidating all of the lawyers in the Pentagon.
So there was nobody left to say to a commander who asked for legal advice, I believe that order is illegal.
I believe that, you know, you need to look carefully at that general or admiral.
Those people are gone.
So quite properly to me, these members of Congress who have extensive, you know, admirable military service, said that the simplest thing possible, which is people in the military swear an oath to the Constitution, not to a president, and they have an obligation not to obey orders that are illegal.
There were no lawyers left to give them that advice at the Pentagon.
If there had been, I'm sure they wouldn't have made the statement.
So that's what lies in the background of this.
And I think the simple truth is people in the military owe thanks to lawmakers who care enough about proper functioning of the military to speak out and say, you don't obey illegal orders, which is simple.
The idea that that somehow is seditious, reminding people of what the Constitution says is sedition.
How do we get to that point?
This is the primal scream of a dying regime.
Pray for our enemies because we're going to medieval on these people.
Here's not got a free shot at all these networks lying about the people.
The people have had a belly full of it.
I know you don't like hearing that.
I know you try to do everything in the world to stop that, but you're not going to stop it.
It's going to happen.
And where do people like that go to share the big lie?
MAGA media.
I wish in my soul, I wish that any of these people had a conscience.
Ask yourself, what is my task and what is my purpose?
If that answer is to save my country, this country will be saved.
Waru, here's your host, Stephen K. Bannon.
It's Wednesday, 26th, November, Year of Alert, 2025, the eve of Thanksgiving, always one of our favorite shows today, this morning and this afternoon.
You saw the weakness of David Ignatius.
That is complete.
That's a complete spin and complete lies.
People don't look to the Judge Africa General on this stuff.
It's ridiculous.
They're intruding in the chain of command.
Kelly, we've got to stop messing around.
Kelly's got to be recalled.
We don't need to wait to 10 December, Pete.
It's pretty obvious what he did.
Just recall him to active duty and let's start.
Let's convene a court martial.
Let's roll.
Let's show these guys that we're serious about this.
You don't need to the 10th.
It's way too long.
Just do it today.
Do it today.
We don't need the Secretary of Navy involved.
The Secretary of War should just do it.
Convene a court recalling to active duty today and convene a court martial that, I don't know, sits on Monday.
What you got?
You see Tish Hyman right there standing up.
Swalwell speaks like a politician.
Ignatius, who's the comms department of the CIA.
We'll get to more of that, of Langley, works for the Langley Bugle, heretofore called the Washington Post.
You know, all that mumbo jumbo, you know, that spin.
No, these are very, just look at it clear.
See what you see.
Tish Hyman calling out Swalwell.
Just incredible.
Swalwell is now going to run for now going to run for governor of California.
I got to tell you.
I think Tish Hyman ought to throw her hat in the ring.
Day Bratt, we got a lot to get through, particularly this incredible leak by the Central Intelligence Agency on Steve Witkoff.
We'll get to that in a moment.
Your sense of where we are, Dave, you got too much mumbo-jumbo and not enough action.
There's so many clear ways we can take action.
DeGrasse is going to join us in a minute.
I think Indiana's getting the word on the redistricting.
You know, we got filibuster, we have recess appointments, we have the redition, we got fights all over the place.
And now it's time to have, we got to look very clear at what's going on.
Clarity and action are the coin of the realm right now, sir.
Yeah, the clarity, action, and morality.
Today we celebrate and give thanks to God tomorrow, Thanksgiving for all the bounty and peace of this country.
And so perhaps people aren't even aware of the basic numbers, right?
We lost 58,000 American patriots in Vietnam.
There's a million to two million dead boys, dead and injured boys, a million to two million.
And these CIA deep state people have the nerve to try and spin this thing to preserve war, to preserve their own power of the deep state.
And this is what we're talking about, right?
I don't want to get ahead of my skis, but if we get a detente with Russia and then we get peace with Russia and then we get some relationship with Russia, and then, you know, God forbid, for the deep state's point of view, we become friends with Russia, a massive, you know, mineral-rich country that's Christian.
That ends the deep state, right?
A detente and a friendship between the United States and Russia in the long run, right?
No one likes the murders.
No one's saying we, you know, we're buddies and everything's fine with Putin, but we know the history of this thing, right?
We, the U.S. did a coup d'etat in 2014 on Ukraine.
That's never discussed anymore.
We've moved, you know, after James Faker III promised we won't move one more inch to the east after Gorbachev's goodwill.
We said we're not going to move to the east.
We're going to, you know, we're going to basically honor the status quo.
17 countries later, Ukraine is the last buffer zone left, right?
And so it's just obvious, right?
Mear Sheimer and you four years ago, doesn't matter how many years ago, there is no way, right, when we're proclaiming a Monroe doctrine and security requirements for the defense of our hemispheric defense, that you're going to put weapon systems and U.S. and NATO troops on the border of Russia.
You've got to be kidding me, right?
The Russian people can be our friends.
They have been our allies in the past.
The deep state wants war, right?
They want perpetual war to maintain.
Okay, they also don't want two Christian entities, the United States of America, and they don't want the United States of America to proclaim themselves a Christian nation.
And they don't want us to partner with another deeply Christian nation, Orthodox Christianity, Russia.
And don't get me wrong, the KGB are bad ombre, right?
But we got bad ombres.
We got people as bad as the KGB trying to run the deal here.
Let's be blunt about that.
The CIA and what these guys are doing, it's sick.
What they did to Witkoff and to try to break this thing up.
They all should be arrested.
You should go down.
We should be kicking down doors, okay, and rolling people up.
Those six, the seditious six, I don't know why we wait until December 10th.
It's pretty, it's simple what they did.
Just look at it.
Recall Kelly.
You want to send a shockwave to DC?
They're going to be cute.
They're going to be cute and get in the middle of the chain of command for Trump.
You're going to be cute.
Like President Trump says, no games, no games.
So here's no games.
Recall Kelly today.
And let's, in fact, tell the flag officers, no longer Thanksgiving weekend.
Friday, you're going to convene a court martial for him.
And let's roll and let's get a verdict by Sunday.
And let's go to Leavenworth and throw him in prison by Monday.
Let's just roll.
This is very simple.
And then the other five are going to wet themselves and then start rolling them up.
This is what has to happen.
This thing on the CIA is outrageous.
Here's the plan.
The plan is you have a devoutly Christian nation in Russia who was our ally.
Let me remind people, they were our true ally in World War II.
They lost 25 million people, soldiers, fighting the Wehrmacht.
It would have taken us 10, 15 years, and who knows if we even do it with just the United Kingdom and the United States.
Everybody else surrendered.
The French surrendered.
The Spanish were on their side, claimed neutrality.
The Italians were on their side.
Half of Eastern Europe was on their side.
All of the Norwegians, the Swedes, all of those guys were on their side.
All of them on the side of the Nazis.
Okay.
NATO today, all the leadership didn't lift a finger except for the Poles that helped us out when and where they could.
So remember, we're going against our traditional ally.
Oh, by the way, the guys that stopped the Ottoman Turks, stopped Napoleon, stop Hitler, just to name just a couple three off the top of my head.
I think I want to be in business with those guys, not these feckless, hapless, atheistic who are being overrun by Islam.
They can't sell a 30-year bond right now.
You know why they can't sell a 30-year bond?
They can't sell a 30-year bond because nobody knows who's going to be in charge in 30 years.
And maybe the Muslims don't want to, you know, don't want to be charged interest, so they're going to stiff you on the payment.
Those countries are collapsing in front of us.
They have nothing.
And we're supposed to kowtow to them?
No.
It's ridiculous.
It's time now to look, see what we see, and start taking action, action, action.
Recall Kelly today.
He's a tough guy.
He's going to, was it Jimmy Kimmel or Colbert one of the shows last night talking more smack?
Pete, your secretary of freaking war, recall this guy today.
And let's convene a court martial Friday morning, 0,800.
And then have him in Leavenworth, 0,800 on Monday morning.
Short break.
Alex deGrasse, we got a lot of things we're going to punch through today in the war room.

Uh, Dave Bratt, you have some other.
I was Brad, you've gotten rusty, bro.
You, you, you and Natalie hosted this show in COSA with Navarre and Bess and all these guys, but now that I'm back, you're not grabbing the mic.
When I go on a roll, just grab it back, man.
You're in the war room.
I'm not going to give it up freely.
So, what do you got for us?
Yeah, no, when you rip off all your historical stuff, I don't want to be interrupting.
I just added a few footnotes to the Don of Oxford there.
But yeah, on Thanksgiving, also, you know, I went over to Ukraine.
They wanted us to take their side.
I explained to the, I met with the leaders, the Jewish leaders, the Ukrainian leaders, the Catholic leaders, the heads of all the churches there.
And I said, of course, we love you, right?
We love the people.
They're all, they're mainly Orthodox Christian.
And they know exactly what's going on there.
They know we are using them as a chess piece.
And it's just grotesque.
And so on Thanksgiving and every day, remember we need to pray for peace and we need to pray for the Ukrainians.
They're just being used by this deep state apparatus.
Now, as you said, the CIA piece and our state department for years and years and years.
It's coming to an end.
It's coming to an end.
The young people, I'm staying with some young people upstairs in Atlanta, and they really give you some hope at Liberty.
I got young people.
They're hitting the new media.
They're finding out the truth, what's going on in this world.
And they are not happy that they've been abused as well by this same group of power mongers.
Can you imagine, right, the $17 trillion we've spent on war over the last couple decades if that was put into U.S. cities?
And then you have the left and these, you know, seditious six that say we're moderates.
You know, if these people are not, they've all voted 95% with Pelosi Plus.
They all vote for war.
They vote for the $7 trillion budget, the $2 trillion deficits.
They vote for the border invasion.
No work on that.
And then they say they're moderates.
And we can't get the message out.
The Republican Party needs to be taken to task big time.
The fact that there's no messaging and no legislation coming out of the House or Senate on these issues, because that's one way, other than Trump Trump's the only megapon that's affected.
We need all of this out.
It's on purpose because they don't want the MAGA agenda.
They talk MAGA, but they don't act.
They're just cruising along.
They see Trump as a passing summer storm.
They don't care if they win the House, lose the House.
A bunch of them are going to quit.
If they lose the House, fine.
Trump gets impeached.
You get rid of Trump.
You get rid of MAGA quicker.
These are acts of commission, not omission.
They're purposely doing nothing.
I call it the Duma to mock them, not because I want it to be the Duma, but they're obviously not doing anything to support President Trump.
And they're glazing him when they come.
Oh, we're Trump, we're Trump.
But just look at the action.
There's no action taken.
We came and get Bosberg.
You can't even get the, we came and start the process to get Bosberg impeached.
It has to be the war posse and Article 3 and all that.
So the Republican Party, I mean, Tucker said it last night.
They're just a show in themselves, but they are very crafty and cunning in that they're waiting and they're just tapping Trump along.
They're tapping MAGA along.
And somehow President Trump still plays along with it.
I think we're coming to a point in time.
He's going to see, it's going to become very clear that they're just tapping him along.
And then when Trump pivots, it's going to be a whole different deal.
So hang on for a second.
Hang on for a second.
No, because I'm going to give you a perfect example.
We got Alex LaGros, you know, off.
He's back home with the in-laws trying to spend a peaceful Thanksgiving.
He's got Bannon yelling at him.
Indiana, now out of nowhere, and this is another example of the Republican establishment.
All of a sudden, they don't want to do redistricting, right?
It was hard enough before, but now they're actually, they're tougher to move than the Democrats.
So what's happened in Indiana?
Is this true, Alex, that they actually are going to call everybody back, I guess, for a special session in a couple of weeks, sir?
Yeah, so it's huge, Steve.
So last we spoke, we were sort of on the ropes.
Obviously, there was a lot of reverse movement against us on this effort.
I know the POS team is out there grinding.
We've got to obviously run through the tape, but the House is convening and we've got the votes 9-0 out of the state house.
That's going to happen next week.
And then the following week, the state senate reversed course.
And now they're planning on bringing people back together.
Of course, they're not publicly confirming whether they've got the votes or not.
But of course, I don't know if they think that they would be, you know, going back on a canceling and then doing it back if they don't have the votes.
So, but we've got to pressure.
That's the key focal point is that state Senate, we've got to keep the pressure up, positive reinforcement.
I mean, obviously the president threatened the primary them.
I'm sure that's what is driving this, to be frank about it.
But this is real serious because we're talking 9-0.
We're not talking 8-1 as of right now.
So we've got to keep that going because that's the two seats that we need.
And it's huge, obviously.
Do you have a sense that we're getting now more people focused?
I know in Virginia, and I've been talking to John Fredericks nonstop because John knows Virginia better than anybody about they seem to be just leaning on their shovels, waiting for this.
Hopefully the courts to bail them out on this monumental referendum they're going to have in April about whether they go 10 to 1 from 6'5.
But do you get a sense around the country that the message is getting out there, the President Trump is now very engaged in this, and this is something that's a must-do, not a nice to have, but a must-must-have, sir?
Yeah, I do, Steve.
I think that because of the Democrat escalations, of course, you know, it's one thing when it's sort of a distant problem and people are happy, happy and they live in their nice Republican state.
But hey, like words out, like the knives are out.
They've got their bayonets.
They're sharp and the Democrats are running full force at this thing.
And we stand to lose seats in some of these states, which I spoke about, right?
So now the game is on.
There's literally no excuse for any Republican, anyone that calls himself a Republican from not manning the ramparts and pushing this thing, not just back, but forward, of course, Steve.
So in those key states.
And I feel optimistic about the Supreme Court on VRA.
Florida, I know, is going to come in big.
And so, you know, if we keep the pressure up, we're looking at those 10 seats, of course.
But a lot of sort of unknowns on litigation, whether it be Virginia, Utah, some other folks, New York as well.
They're looking to steal Staten Island.
So look, this is the activist.
This is the activist show.
It's the reason it's so powerful is because this audience, we're breaking it down and kind of the critical path.
Clearly, in President Trump, I think you're seeing pivoting, Betson pivoting.
There's people, there's talking in the White House, not just messaging, but additional actions are going to be taken, thinking of 26, thinking of 28.
But in the process of doing that, the redistricting wars have to be won now.
You've got to get in the trenches, just like if Alex deGrasse hadn't come to the war room in 21 and started talking about how Florida was going, you know, was going to just leave, the legislature was just going to leave and no changes, we wouldn't have gotten those, I think, eight, net, 10 pickup that we hold the House by today.
Let's be blunt about it.
The same thing has to happen here.
I don't want anybody to get their eyes off and start thinking downrange of 26.
Right now, you got to think, get in the trenches.
We got to win these redistricting wars.
They're the highest party because they set the predicate for what the battlefield is going to be coming up in 26.
And obviously, President Trump and his people, the folks around him are getting a real action plan to hit this, which I think you agree, Alex, we need to do.
I'll let you go.
I want to thank you.
I just want to get fear for this.
People could hear that Indiana looks like there's some movement and particularly the House.
Senate's going to come back.
Alex, where do people go to follow you?
Because you're kind of the social media account where people go for breaking news on all this.
Yeah, Steve, I think it was a huge group effort with the posse.
Obviously, the last go-around redistricting, of course.
And then I'm at the grass 81, but let me just say something quick, Steve, because an Emerson poll just popped out in Tennessee special election.
So if you're in the posse there, get out, get your list, get five people, because they've got that down by two points.
Republicans up by two points in a seat that President Trump won by 22 points, according to an independent poll that just released in the last hour.
And so that's no joke here, guys.
I mean, Dems, Kamala was just on the ground there.
So you got to lock in on Tennessee.
You got to get out to vote.
So talk to us about that district.
That's a controversial one.
The candidate runs a Democrat.
You know, she hates Nashville.
She hates country music.
But besides that, she's perfect as a congressman from there.
Give us a minute on that because you're right.
This is on Tuesday.
I think early voting's already stopped.
Tuesday's the election.
And if the Democrats are able to pick this one up, they will be banging the drum.
You'll get sick of listening to them.
So this is one we got to win.
Like you said, President Trump, it was a blowout.
I mean, it's as 22 points as, you know, Tennessee is as mag as you can get.
But the reality is this thing's tightened up, particularly they've been throwing money, and they've brought every big person down there.
Once again, just give us a quick synopsis of it before you punch.
Yeah, I mean, the big thing, Steve, is like Democrats have gone all in, right?
This is turnout, right?
Special election.
People are out living their lives.
Our people are doing the holiday.
Our people work.
Our people are just not, what I mean, our people, not the posse, but sort of the wider, you know, average Republican voter, right?
Their guys are locked in.
They are really manically focused on doing all they can.
If we let this one slip up, the implications going into the midterms are a disaster because you're going to see Democrat money flood in like you can't imagine.
They will expand the map.
They will flood in.
This thing will start slipping away from us, despite even the redistricting war.
I'll be frank about that.
So this is critical.
It's critical outfit.
It's the number one thing right now.
If you're in Tennessee, if you're not even in Tennessee, there's lots of ways to get involved.
I'll throw it up on my socials.
You got to dig in.
We got to get everyone out.
We know people in there.
Of course, the Democrats, a total lunatic.
Who's ever going to appear with Kamala Harris?
Is obviously psychotic, but that's what we're dealing with, of course, Steve.
So it's no joke.
Nothing should take anything for granted.
You can't take anything for granted nowadays.
Redistricting, anything, special elections, next fall, nothing can be taken for granted.
One more time, what's your social media?
I'm DeGrasse81 on X Truth Getter.
I appreciate it, Steve.
Good to see you as well, Dave.
Thank you, brother.
Happy Thanksgiving.
Thank you, sir.
The great Alex deGrasse.
BirchGold.com.
Here's the easiest way to do it.
Take your phone out and text.
You want to quick and dirty over the holiday weekend?
Text Bannon, B-A-N-N-O-N, 989898 to get the ultimate guide for investing in gold and precious metals in the age of Trump.
Gold and precious metal.
Do not forget silver.
Also, there's no obligation when you get this, totally free.
And you can get to Philip Patrick and the team and start asking them at 401ks, RRAs, all of it.
We're going to go back to the Pentagon and talk about medical freedom, Maha, and the chain of command next in the war room.
Here's your host, Stephen K. Bass.
Dave, Brett, you've got some ideas about the big money that's going to be pouring in here on the Democrat side.
What do you got for us?
Yeah, well, DeGrasse had it all right.
And in addition to that problem, right, the Republican leadership only pays attention to money, right?
And it's very notable.
After COVID, CEOs, conservatives wouldn't dare speak a word in public.
Still, about 70% of the Fortune 500 CEOs are on the Democrat and left.
All of the magnificent seven, right?
The trillionaire class is all Democrat or on the left.
Elon's an exception there.
But the major point here is: Republicans are Cub Scouts as usual.
We don't put any heat on these firms.
They know they can oppose us on Obamacare, healthcare, subsidies, pharmaceutical costs.
And the Republicans will be like, okay, but could you give us a little bit, you know, and the Democrats, if you oppose their agenda, you get crushed and one sentence out of place as a CEO, and you're on the evening news and you're a crush because your earnings are not.
Because they're Bolsheviks and we're wimps.
Let's be honest.
I mean, we have the MAGA, you've got the war and posse, but the Rhinos and the Republican establishment, the think tanks, and the conservative Inc. media, they're all wimps.
They're not going to attack anybody because they want to still be in the club.
They want to be part of that 20%.
They want to be 20% that can go hang out on Wall Street and do that.
That's where it doesn't happen.
It's quite obvious.
And real quick, I just wanted to add, it's not only money, but the Republican leadership won't give conservatives any bills, right?
You don't get a bill.
You don't get to put in a bill.
People think it's like the eighth grade.
You don't get a bill unless the speaker says you get a bill.
You don't get any money from your own Republican teammates.
If you vote Republican, you don't get any money.
And just as a cautionary tale, right?
The Republicans were in on redistricting me, so I would lose my seat.
A Democrat took over in the old school days.
They thought you'd win, right?
We'll just wait, wait two years, we'll put our guy in, right, that wants to spend money and bankrupt the kids.
Didn't work too good.
Now that person is the governor of Virginia and she gets her ducks in a row and has really left us.
She'll end up in a VP slot or something.
If she wins the 10, by the way, if she goes 10-1 from the 6-5, she's going to be Newsom's VP.
Wait for it.
Dave, hang on for one second.
Unbelievable.
I'm going to come right back to you.
So the lead story, we'd love the Federalists.
Sean Davis is lead story on the Federalists.
The Pilgrims were ethno-nationalists.
I'm going to talk to the writer and hopefully get him on the evening show.
Best headline of the day.
But we got Joy Pullman on here for an incredible article.
We're going to go back to the War Department.
Joy, I'm going to read the headline: exclusive.
War Department battles internal resistance to reinstate 86 soldiers ejected by COVID shot mandate.
Man, please tell me that's wrong.
Please tell me that now that Pete said Secretary of War and President Trump's the commander-in-chief, how do we still have these heroes that said they weren't going to be vaxxed?
How are they not reinstated?
And how are we allowing internal resistance, ma'am?
Well, I do think, you know, the Trump team may have underestimated the amount of bureaucracy that they would have to fight and the dug-in nature of them.
But I just want to kind of go back and do a quick timeline here.
So, you know, President Trump comes into office in January.
One of his very early executive orders says: anyone who left the military, the service over the COVID shot mandate, you get to come back in with full back pay, with full benefits, with basically making you as whole as possibly can be.
And, you know, that wasn't happening so that in April, War Secretary Pete Hegset had to issue kind of a directive saying, hey, get on this.
Basically, nothing was happening at that point.
And then we got all the way to September, August, September, and the numbers come out.
And only 13 of, and my calculation, according to sources who paid attention to this, pretty much all of the 95,000 people who depleted the military during the Biden years, leading to the greatest personnel crisis in military history, as well as, you know, people pointed out to me, the most ethical people in the military leaving over this because they are the ones who have the strongest conscience.
So we depleted, Biden really, really undermined not only our military, but really the ethical, the character quality of the people inside the military, deeply depleted for a generation.
And so the numbers came out that out of about those 95,000 people who, most of them didn't say they were leaving over the COVID shot mandate.
They took an early retirement.
They didn't re-up if they could because they were saw that their, you know, their colleagues were getting punished for saying, yes, I want an exemption.
You know, please give me my constitutional conscience rights and give me this exemption.
So 13 out of those 95,000 had gotten through the reinstatement process in September.
And so, you know, basically that called for another really moving around some personnel.
So really, I think, you know, the Pete Hegseth, his team, Under Secretary Tony Tata, he was appointed to that position.
He finally got through.
You know, we have a Republican Congress and they didn't confirm him until the end of July, right?
So he wasn't able to be put onto this until September.
So he immediately started meeting with people who had been trying to get back into the military.
We're having resistance from the service branches.
You know, the same people who drummed these people out of service are the ones now tasked with putting them back in, right?
So that process is going exactly as you would expect.
So throughout September, October, and now November, you know, the Heg Seth team has moved people who used to be on the outs, who had been pushed out of the military over this mandate.
Now they've reinstated them and put them in charge of not only accelerating the process of increasing the reinstatements, but also doing a full investigation of the COVID years and looking for people.
And because one of the questions that I asked Under Secretary Tata is: you know, look, there's people who have had very clear orders directly from the commander-in-chief, the president, you know, from their boss, Pete Hegseth, and they have not been moving on very clear, direct orders about what to do with this situation.
How are you going to hold those people accountable?
And he said, we are going to be doing an investigation and they'll make recommendations to us naming the names and telling us the actions that they had done that may have been illegal under the Constitution with that refusal and that pressure against these wonderful heroes who really stood for every American's constitutional rights to live out our conscience and our beliefs and speak and act with freedom in the United States of America.
Joy, I just want to go back to something you said very important.
I make sure you don't bury the lead.
Thank you for doing a timeline.
The audience loves timelines.
This is one of the first things that President Trump did, right?
Among the very when we were days of thunder and flame of the zone, this was something he had run on.
It was something that upset him.
And remember, he drove the whole program to get the vaccine, but he was adamantly opposed to forcing anybody to have to take it.
He was adamantly opposed that.
He made this a priority.
I mean, President Trump, because he's got the way the world is sure, he's trying to stop wars, build the economy, stop the invasion of the southern border.
When he signs that executive order, he thinks it's done.
He thinks somebody's executing that.
And what's shocking here is one of the very first things he does.
It's super high priority.
And here we are in November, and now we have 95,000 out.
We're talking about 67 or 80.
And oh, by the way, they're going to have to start an investigation because the resistance has just told the commander-in-chief to go screw himself.
Am I correct?
Exactly.
No, you're absolutely right about it.
And it's just what you said, you know, earlier in the show talking about the Republicans, right?
The bureaucrats have this mindset of we'll just wait them out.
These are people who essentially have government sinecures for life.
A number, you know, so I have sources who are talking to me about some of the people who are the roadblocks to this.
One of them, I name in this story, Stephanie Miller.
She's a deputy assistant undersecret.
She's in charge of all the promotions within the military.
Under Obama, she was his military-wide diversity and inclusion director, right?
So that's the lady who's in control of accessions, which is people's promotions, who this whole process of being reinstatement from the COVID.
And I think that obviously she can be reassigned, but she firing her, she is under the civil service protections.
So very difficult to impossible.
And that's one of the things that if we had a Republican Congress that wasn't a pile of crap that actually used their power on behalf of their voters, we wouldn't have those civil service protections.
And people who literally are insurrectionists defying the orders of the elected government over them, who is their constitutional and legal supervisor to give them commands, those people could be fired immediately.
And right now they have to kind of play this song and dance and put very high-level personnel on it just to move a few people through the process because the corruption within the Department of War is so deep and so difficult to get rid of because of that.
So civil service and other sort of bureaucratic problems that they have there.
But you've come to the same conclusion, and you cover this every day.
You've come to the same conclusion we have, that the apparatus, not just the deep state, but the administrative state on top of it is just saying, hey, Trump's a passing summer storm.
We're going to hunker down, give a couple inches of what they need to keep us from getting terminated or coming in here with a blowtorch and just wait this guy out and wait his team out.
Exactly.
And I mean, I mean, we're talking about people who have had 30, 40 years in the military, right?
You know, Stephanie Miller, she was given a warrant under President Biden that gave her multiple tens of thousands of dollars in additional pay above her very high, you know, current level, right?
So these are people who basically are making a very, very good living for themselves.
She's married, by the way, to a defense industry and pharmaceutical industry lobbyist.
So her family, her personal finances benefit from the COVID shot mandate, right?
You know, so the companies paying her husband made billions upon billions of dollars from forcing all of the soldiers to get this mandate in violation of our Constitution.
So she's just one example.
There are thousands.
You know, the military is the biggest employer in the country.
Tens of thousands of people like her, not just in the military, but throughout the federal government.
It is a swamp.
And dealing with this problem, I mean, I wish Congress would get in on the action, you know, because this really needs to be put a beat on and needs to be taken care of.
And what's the point of having power if you don't do anything with it?
Joy, what is your social media and your coordinates?
Where do people track your writings and what you're putting up on Twitter?
Well, the best place to go is just, you know, search my name and the Federalist, Joy Pullman, the Federalist, my author archive there, but I'm also on X at Joy Pullman, two L's, two N's.
Joy, thank you so much for taking time away.
I know you're back home for Thanksgiving holiday.
Thanks for taking time to join us today.
Very powerful story and very powerful hit right here.
We'll make sure everybody's on it.
So thank you, ma'am.
Well, thank you from the Midwest and all the farmers here who love your show.
Thank you, ma'am.
Love those guys too.
The men and women, the heartland of our country.
Joe Allen, we want to make sure that those folks are the ones that are taking care of when we talk about artificial intelligence.
I'm not feeling it.
I'm feeling a jobs of populace coming everywhere.
What do you got for us today?
A lot of things happening in politics.
A lot of things with this executive order.
We got a couple of minutes here, and then the whole next segment is yours.
What do you got for us this morning, sir?
Well, big announcement, Steve.
Two former Congressmen, Chris Stewart and Brad Carson, have launched a pro-human PAC.
It's called Public First.
You can find the info at publicfirst.us.
Their goal is to take on the influence of people like Greg Brockman, Mark Andreessen, Joe Lonsdale, and their super PAC, leading the future.
They have roughly $100 million right now to cede to candidates who are pushing the big tech agenda.
Public First has got a goal of 50 million.
Maybe they'll hit 100, but one way or the other, they want to support candidates who are willing to stand up against big tech and are willing to stand up for just sensible regulations and guardrails put on AI.
And when was this announced and how big is it?
It was announced yesterday, and depending on how much support they can get and what candidates are willing to stand up, it could be enormous.
This entire fight right now over the moratorium being stuck, snuck into the NDAA or the supposed draft of the EO to do much the same.
What they want to do is ensure that states have the right and the flexibility to craft their own laws.
They want to see sensible child protection laws put in place.
And of course, on our side of this, they want to see strong export controls for chips going to China and other rivals.
Hopefully, they'll support candidates that are willing to cut China off entirely on this.
It's very important to understand the money that's flowing in this.
The money is enormous in this fight, particularly in the moratorium.
And we can't be bought off.
What they're going to try to do is buy us off of some intellectual property.
Oh, we'll pay for the conservatives' intellectual property.
No, That's not what we're talking about.
You've got more regulations on nail salons on Capitol Hill than you have on the Frontier Labs.
Short break.
Here's your host, Stephen K. Bannon.
We're going to actually have someone, someone's traveled the world on talk about Patriot Mobile in a little while, hopefully in this segment or maybe at the top of the hour.
But Patriot Mobile, 972 Patriot.
Remember, this is a group that supports, you know, they give a couple of million dollars a year minimum just to support some of these small groups fighting for Second Amendment, First Amendment, religious freedom to back.
They believe in what you believe in, and the work they've done in Texas is unbelievable.
972 Patriot, you're going to talk to somebody with an East Texas accent to talk about all their services.
It's fantastic service.
Make the switch today, but do it at 972 Patriot.
And they've got the Black Friday special.
You can get a new phone.
Go to them.
Talk to those folks today.
They'll give you all the details on their Black Friday special.
I think it's the new Samsung.
So go check it out today.
972 Patriot.
Glenn Stern team.
Can't get better than those guys.
Joe Allen, we have the moratorium.
They're trying to slip this thing back into the NDAA.
Remember, it's Big Beautiful Bill.
So they take a 9,000-page document that is a must-pass like NDAA, the National Defense Authorization Act, and they want to slip the moratorium in there.
That essentially gives the burligarchs and the frontier labs total ability to do anything they want anytime they want with no looking over their shoulder, no saying, hey, you know, we got to, and we had the, you know, Megan Garcia on her horrible story about her son who committed suicide that was led on by one of these chatbots and the team at Google that was spun out to the new company knew exactly what they were doing.
So these people are some of the worst people on our earth.
They're amoral.
And right now they're totally in charge.
I'm not so sure the answer is having states do 50 different state requirements, but this is a forcing function to make people come to the table to have some logical some logical regulations here.
What they don't want, what Ted Cruz and this crowd wants is they just run like total freebooters, and that can't happen.
Then you had the executive order, which I understand has put the national labs, which were so central to the nuclear weapons, because these guys have been yelling, they wanted control of them ever since Deep Sea came along.
You put them in a whole of government approach, right, to make sure that we're at the cutting edge of pushing AI technology.
I understand that.
But two things.
Number one, you must deal with what we're doing to the Chinese Chemistry Party.
We are building their AI.
They may have a couple of scientists and technologists that are great, but we're building it.
We're selling them the chips.
And the chips, you know, Jason Jensen Wong, he's an arms dealer.
He's like Khashoggi.
These things right now are arms, are weapons just like the nuclear weapons were weapons, advanced AI.
He's an arms dealer.
He'll sell to anybody.
Remember, he's, oh, we don't care if China gets it, it's going to be fine.
If a Chinese company wins, it's going to be fine.
No, dude, that's not how Americans think.
That may be how you think because you're an agent of influence for the Chinese Communist Party and an arms dealer.
But that's not how normal people in this country think.
So that's not going to happen.
Also, in this executive order, we're going to have to talk about the financing.
You're going to have to talk about the data centers, who's going to finance it, how it's going to be financed, where they're going to go.
We're going to have it in every small town in America.
And what are the American people going to own?
Because I think in the 90-day, you know, the 90-day analysis they do for the national labs or weapons labs working with AI and how this works out, which is a major effort like the Mercury program, right?
Like the space program or like the Marshall program, one of these whole of government, whole of society, at some point in time, you got to be thinking about, well, hang on, hang on.
How does this thing get carved up?
Do we just let a handful of these guys have companies that are worth a trillion dollars and the average American who's on the hook is the full faith and credit of the United States and are paying the taxes to pay for the weapons lab?
They get nothing.
That's just not how it works.
If you're going to finance things, you're going to have to get a taste.
Now, you're going to see how patriotic they are when you mention that, hey, some of your equity has got to come to taxpayers in this country, citizens.
You'll see how red, white, and blue this crowd is, right?
They will scream, holy hell, before they give you anything, right?
Because they're the most selfish, narcissist, evil people on earth.
Joe Allen, this is your beat.
What do you got for me here?
Well, on the note of the moratorium, it's unclear what angle they're going to take, but they're not going to stop.
There's two major contradictions at the heart of this.
The first is the push to make America first in AI, the golden age that we're promised.
Well, simultaneously, you have people like David Sachs supporting chip exports to China.
So if it's America first in AI, why would you supply your most important rival, China, with the hardware and capability of keeping up with you?
Some would say that David Sachs would say, oh, well, that's because it will keep China dependent on our technology.
Well, they don't really have any other options.
They only have U.S. hardware for the next few years.
So if we're really intent on staying ahead of them, we don't want, we have no reason really at all to give them any leg up.
I think that if anything, if you were to take a cynical point of view, what that does is it keeps our rival moving ahead.
And so it provides a justification to keep the U.S. moving ahead to create powerful AI systems and to deploy them across every sector, from the military down to the government to corporations to schools, even churches.
And then on the social level, to have people basically addicted to everything from goonbots to groom bots provided by XAI and Meta and others.
And there's no real safety standard or guardrails put in place at all.
You know, they talk all the time.
We need one federal standard.
They don't have a clearly articulated list of federal standards that they're offering in place of this.
You have Josh Hawley pushing forward child protection legislation at the national level.
You have Josh Hawley pushing forward AI risk assessment legislation at the national level.
But none of that is assured of going through anytime soon.
States have the ability right now to put in regulations that can move much more quickly than the federal standards, and they are doing so.
You see it in Utah.
You see it in California.
You see it in Ted Cruz's Texas.
You see it in New York, everywhere.
States are acting, and the moratorium would block that entirely, not to benefit the American people who need AI.
We haven't needed it for the last quarter million years.
It's to benefit the people producing and deploying it.
No, there's a lot of work to be done here, but it has to be done now.
I realized we'd have other things we want to focus on.
You can't.
This is one of the things that's the most important because it's going to be the direction of the country, I don't know, for the next 50 years.
So the war imposse's voice has to be heard and will be heard.
But we got some tough pick and shovel work to do, and we'll develop this obviously next week.
Mike Davis is going to join us on Monday.
There's a whole plan laid out.
This is a huge, huge, massive issue.
Joe Allen, where can people get you, particularly over the holiday weekend, to get your insights in all of this?
Go to at J-O-E-B-O-T-X-Y-Z on social media or joebot.xyz.
And Steve, on the note of the Genesis mission, I think the religious symbolism of calling us in the resonance.
Yeah, we'll get into that.
I'll tell you what.
We'll get into that maybe tonight.
We got to take a short commercial break, Laura Lumen.
Next, Genesis mission.
I'll tap you again tonight, Joe.
How's that?
