I think the totality of it does penetrate.
We've seen poll after poll lately where Donald Trump is at historic approval ratings down as low as 37%.
When I worked in the White House, which I view as holy ground because of the lives that have been sacrificed for the American idea that that building represents, when I would walk in that East Wing that is so cruelly torn down, I would get chills at the history of what had happened in that building.
I do think the American people get the totality.
And the thing that Donald Trump is doing, he's tearing down that building, but he's tearing down the human infrastructure.
He's attacking the government employees in this shutdown.
That is why we at the Democracy Defender Fund have gone to court.
We've, with our partners, with the federal employee labor unions and other wonderful partners, we've gotten three TROs.
We got the latest one today to say you can't tear down the human infrastructure.
You can't fire people.
There's no legal basis to do it in a shutdown.
He wants to inflict that same pain.
That's not what America is about.
So I do think you're seeing a public repudiation of Trump.
And of course, we're going to have a referendum on him.
New Jersey, Virginia, Pennsylvania, Supreme Court, retention races.
And I think you're going to see powerful repudiation.
jb pritzker
Today, I'm signing an executive order creating the Illinois Accountability Commission, a body dedicated to truth, transparency, and justice.
The Commission will be charged with three core missions.
One, creating a public record of the abuses.
Two, capturing the impact on families and communities.
And three, recommending actions to prevent further harm and to pursue justice.
The commission will be led by truly an extraordinary group of highly qualified leaders who reflect Illinois' deep expertise, integrity, and commitment to justice.
With support from the Illinois Department of Human Rights, the Commission will collect testimony, hold hearings, and gather information and firsthand accounts from individuals, community members, subject matter experts, local officials, journalists, faith leaders, and organizations.
The Commission and the records they gather will shine more light on the misconduct of Trump's federal agents.
The Trump administration officials have demonstrated on more than one occasion that they are willing to lie to the public and the media to mask their misdeeds.
They have already and will continue to cover up abuses of power, cross the legal limits of their authority, and attempt to justify dangerous attacks that threaten our people and our communities.
We hope to reveal to the public in Chicago, the state of Illinois, across the nation, and around the world the facts on the ground about what is happening here.
We intend to create a detailed record of the truth.
And once this all ends, people of good faith will review what this commission has gathered and will demand accountability.
Indeed, people are demanding that accountability even now.
steve bannon
This is the primal scream of a dying regime.
Pray for our enemies because we're going medieval on these people.
Here's not got a free shot at all these networks lying about the people.
The people have had a belly full of it.
I know you don't like hearing that.
I know you've tried to do everything in the world to stop that, but you're not going to stop it.
It's going to happen.
jake tapper
And where do people like that go to share the big lie?
MAGA Media.
I wish in my soul, I wish that any of these people had a conscience.
steve bannon
Ask yourself, what is my task and what is my purpose?
If that answer is to save my country, this country will be saved.

War Room.
Here's your host, Stephen K. Band.
natalie winters
You're in the war room at It's Thursday, October 23rd in the year of our Lord 2025.
It's Natalie G. Winters hosting, filling in for the one and only Stephen K. Bannon.
I guess he has to take a show off from time to time, but don't go anywhere.
We have a very packed show for you.
So much is happening.
And you know, it's not an episode of the war room without starting with a wonderful, usually MSNBC Cold Open.
That's, of course, the one and only Norm Eisen, who I have to say, I've watched a lot of his clips.
He's not aging too well.
And I think the war room posse, President Trump and his administration should pat themselves on the back for that one because we keep him up all night filing lawsuit after lawsuit.
And I would also posit to our dear friend, leading color revolution architect Norm, that the reason that you got chills when you used to go to the East Wing, it wasn't because of the grandeur of the room.
It was because of the, should I say, crimes against humanity or at least against the American people, though I know you carried out your color revolutions abroad too, that you were committing.
And I'd also pause it to J.B. Pritzker, who's sounding a little bit like the war room, not just because he's championing states' rights.
You know, President Trump is over the target.
When you see all these blue state governors beating the drum of states' rights, I don't think that'll age too well.
But when he's talking about accountability, because last time I checked, I think War Room has trademarked accountability as what we really mean when we call for retribution.
And there is perhaps no better issue that encapsulates the idea of getting retribution, getting justice, getting accountability than the issue of immigration, particularly the mass deportations of the tens of millions of illegal aliens that are here.
But, you know, we want to go a step further, and that is, of course, holding the NGOs and the people financing this mass migration, a weapon of mass migration, accountable.
And of course, someone who has, I think, been at the tip of the spear in leading that fight, trying to get the Trump administration to do just that, is the one and only Mike Howell from the Oversight Project, who joins us now.
Mike, I'm curious to get your thoughts on this new kind of week, obviously, for Optics Commission, launched by Governor Pritzker, but also with what you guys have been doing on the work to ensure that the ragtag just group of fools, what was it, the couple Democrat congressmen like Monica MacIver, some other, I didn't even know their names until they tried to raid an ICE facility.
But what where we stand on holding those people accountable criminally, I would love to see him in jail, but I don't know if the Trump administration shares that same opinion.
mike howell
Yeah, where to begin there?
First, congratulations to Governor Pritzker, who wants to start his own oversight project.
All right, buddy, good luck.
Yours will never be as good as ours.
And I look forward to suing yours because your chief problem is it's a really dumb idea to write down all the crimes that are being committed by Chicago and Illinois officials that are obstructing ICE every single day and trying to create the conditions for basically nullification.
So document your crimes away.
See you in court soon with your little mock oversight project, Governor Pritzker.
But on the nonprofits, so much accountability to be had.
Let's talk really quickly about something that if the Congress ever gets back in session, it doesn't look like the Democrats will ever open government again, but is going to be on the table.
That's this little swamp program of all these NGOs that populate under what's known as the Trafficking Violent Victims Protection Act, TVPA.
It's this old, you know, 2000, I think it was passed in the year 2000, law at a time when like some 600 to 800,000 victims of trafficking existed, according to the State Department.
Over the next 25 years, that number exploded to some 27 million.
So a lot more people trafficked since this law passed.
And it spawned this whole web of government-funded nonprofit groups that are basically pushing the wocus furthest left DEI policies to the tunes of millions of dollars from the government.
They're now suing President Trump to keep that slush fund alive.
You have the wocus groups that are this called Freedom Partners USA.
They're suing Trump, guess where?
Up in Pritzkerville in Illinois in Chicago trying to get a favorable jurisdiction to turn the spigot back on.
They're pushing just DEI, all this LGBTQ crap, and then also these just really novel theories of mind control that you can guess how they'll be applied should the Democrats ever take power again.
So that's on that front, but a bunch more to cover.
natalie winters
If you want to talk MacIver or any others, well, yeah, I saw you guys had pointed out in the legal complaint that they had put forth against the Trump administration.
It might be the greatest case of projection I've ever seen, but saying that President Trump and his administration was acting like a human trafficker by trying to strip them of their, I think, poorly deserved, if not outright fraudulent, racketeering type funding mechanisms that, like we said, President Trump stopped.
But feel free to drill down and you could bring in.
I know you guys have done some good work on the No Kings front, the 50-51 movements, the sort of almost, I mean, it is internationally globally financed, but how all these movements are converging right now and where we stand on the fight of pushing back.
mike howell
Yeah, so there's a lot of money swirling around.
Of course, a ton of it is government money that went out during the Biden years at a scale we've never seen before.
But that also explains, you know, why Eisen's there on TV with his latest grift suing to stop the construction.
It's because there's so many just extraordinarily wealthy people, a lot of these tech oligarchs too, who are all of a sudden trying to play both sides.
They just have a lot of money and a lot of anger out there.
And there are people like Norm Eisen who are popping up being like, give me your money.
I'll do a meaningless lawsuit to stop the demolition of an old building on the White House grounds that'll be improved and paid for, not even by the taxpayers.
But those same groups operate in every other space.
It's not just this trafficking victims programs, which is a colossal woke waste that doesn't even benefit actual victims.
But in the NGO front, you're seeing a lot of these groups involved in the obstruction of ICE business and proliferating what they're calling protests, and the media calls them protests, but they're not protests.
They're not First Amendment protected activity.
They're basically trying to obstruct the enforcement of actual immigration law in this country, which hasn't been enforced for a long time.
So it's a legal activity.
You keep going down the list with the no-kings stuff.
It's the same story there.
You got this huge hodgepodge of all these other well-money groups that are downstream of the money managers like Arabella and even the likes of Zuckerberg and the Chan Initiative, all that.
Our good friend Seamus Bruner at GAI has a good money map that'll show you how the money's spent.
But the interesting thing now is the left is so angry and so out of control.
They aren't even pretending to vet their partner organizations.
You have the Communist Party and very hardcore international units that are directly involved in No Kings.
They're taking anyone they can possibly get to turn Americans into street action and then grossly exaggerate.
They're running around saying 7 million people were on the streets last Saturday.
That is a load of baloney.
It was probably a few hundred thousand at best.
But we've done some deep dives into these groups and the organizers.
And they're always one skip away from the likes of Antifa International or people in the John Brown Hunting Club, which is clearly an allusion to taking up arms just like John Brown did 100 plus years ago to fight their perceived enemies on trying to liken it to some civil rights struggle when it's nothing more than domestic terrorism.
They've opened the gates of hell essentially on the far left and a lot of people are walking through it.
And that's why you're seeing so much violence.
And a lot of countries like China are taking advantage of sowing these seeds of discord on the backs of frankly a lot of mentally ill boomers that are involved in these SSRI costume parties, but then also some actual violent actors.
And that's the violence you're seeing in the streets.
natalie winters
And Mike, just give me a minute on where you think these demonstrations are going.
What are the next events or orchestrated or otherwise that you think the no-kings, all that movement, there's a lot of groups involved there have planned.
mike howell
So I'm sure no kings in a couple months will schedule another big thing that they can get Chuck Schumer and everyone else to promote along with the Communist Party of New York.
But what I'm actually most keenly targeting are the things that have the highest propensity for violence.
And I think those are the ICE protests that'll continue to be the target for domestic terrorists in this country.
And you're seeing the mainstreaming of that with the Democrat Party.
That's what's happening up in Illinois.
You know, they're claiming that ICE is somehow breaking the law, but they're not.
What they're trying to do is set the conditions for saying, you know, stochastic terrorism essentially, that you're justified by interfering with the lawful enforcement of immigration law, even at a small scale.
And we talk about this a lot.
Not a lot of people are getting deported.
This is routine stuff.
This is Obama-level numbers.
Nevertheless, they're telling the crazies out there that it's okay to show up to ICE facilities.
And so where the rubber hits the road is going to be whether the Trump administration can have their national security presidential memorandum seven, which is the framework for the whole of government response.
It brings in Treasury, the IRS, the Joint Terrorism Task Force, the FBI, DOJ, who's supposed to prosecute not just the stuff they want to, but everything they can, zero tolerance prosecutions.
natalie winters
And so, finally, I want to stop you there because I want to get into this and more and more nuance after the break, how we can use this, what it actually looks like, the DOJ using these new Antifa statutes to hang with us, Warren Posse, hang with us too.
We got Sam Fattis, Brian Harrison.
If you could believe it, illegals found on the voting rolls, and you guessed it.
Texas, we're going to get his reaction, commentary, and so much more.
But a quick message from our sponsor where you can, of course, with Birch Gold, buy gold and get free silver.

Sign up for free and be part of the new paper.
And that's why we need a whole of society response to it.
Were those 7 million people who turned out over the weekend scared?
Maybe some of them were, but they showed up and marched anyhow.
Is Miles Taylor hiding out in a darkened room?
No, he's coming on the air, and even though Trump has targeted him, he's speaking out.
Now, we're very proud at Democracy Defenders Fund to represent Miles.
And he'll have an army behind him if they dare come after him, including my friend, the great criminal defense lawyer, Abby Lowe, who's working on the Tish James case.
So we all need to stand up.
The universities, most of them refused to sign that compact.
Yes, it is a lot that Donald Trump has the power of government, but we have a lot on our side too.
And we need to stand up.
And that starts with us being loud right here.
natalie winters
You're back in the war where we don't like to take victory laps because we don't want to be right.
But for all the times that we've heard, I think there's no better, not just tacit, but explicit admission of that than the fact that him and his shady group of probably foreign-funded, the democracy defenders, okay, the democracy destroyers is probably what I would call them, defending the formerly anonymous, turn alleged Republican turned lifelong Democrat and Democrat donor, Miles Taylor, in court against the Trump administration.
I guess case closed, not that there was any ever lingering or questions there.
I think we always knew where Norm Eisenfeld, but that shows you that is the steady state in action.
Probably part of Antifa too.
Obviously, the Trump administration has been taking some big steps in designating them a terrorist group.
I think there's some foreign financing there too.
I'd probably look at.
Mike Howell, you guys over at Oversight, much better than J.B. Pritzker's oversight efforts, have been digging into that.
But before we let you go, I just wanted to let you finish what you were talking about with that new memo, the sort of national security strategy, what the Trump administration rhetorically is saying they're doing and why that's important, but why we need to ensure that we bridge that gap and make sure that those words translate into action.
mike howell
Yeah, absolutely.
But first, I'm shocked.
It looks like Miles Taylor is joining a boy band in some weird midlife crisis.
That was a heck of a get-up that he was rocking.
natalie winters
Are you really shocked at that?
I think that's on brand.
mike howell
Yeah, kind of a, looks like him and Rachel Maddow are sharing the same stylus, to be frank with you.
But National Security Policy Memorandum 7, hugely important.
Okay, if implemented.
The if-there is huge.
So what this document is, it's the comprehensive strategy of the Trump administration, looping in so many different components of government.
What it does is it names the threat.
Things like, you know, yelling anti-fascism, dehumanizing your opponents that way, immigration extremism, the like, all of the problems we're seeing that pervade this country.
And so it directs the government to go out and counter those things when they get into illegal activity.
Now, the great part of it, and what it'll hinge on, is it tells DOJ, Attorney General Pam Bondi, if you can prosecute, you must prosecute.
In other words, zero tolerance.
In other words, we don't care what the DOJ policy preferences are or what the line prosecutors think.
If you can, you must.
So what this should mean, if faithfully implemented, is that these organizations should be wrapped up and shut down and we should see prosecution skyrocket.
No more of this.
We're allowing people to show up, throw rocks at ice, and some get arrested and some don't.
The White House has said, you have all these tools, government.
Go out, use them, implement them.
So it's only been a few weeks, and the left's figuring it out.
All of their big, you know, law firms and talking heads and even some senators understand what this could look like if actually implemented because it's existential to them.
It links the Democrat Party to domestic terrorism because that is what is happening.
So they don't want that to happen.
So it's on the Trump administration now to put the pedal of the metal and implement this thing.
We're going to do everything we can to help make that happen.
It's what this country needs.
natalie winters
Mike Howell, as always, thank you so much for joining us.
If people want to follow you, check out everything you guys are working on over there.
Where can they go to do that?
mike howell
Check us out on Axe at It's YourGov, and I am at MHOLTweets.
natalie winters
Thank you, sir.
We'll have you back.
I want to play a clip of our next guest, the one and only Representative Brian Harrison, speaking, I believe earlier today on the floor, talking about what it seems like you're always on this show to discuss, though.
I guess today we have the pleasure of not just attacking the rhinos, but of course they are responsible for the issue that I wanted to have him on to discuss, which is the alleged discovery of around 3,000 illegal aliens potentially voting in Texas elections or at least eligible to vote on the voting rolls.
But let's play this clip and then we'll bring Representative Harrison on.
brian harrison
Chuck could be surprised, but rank corruption has become so accessible in the House that it hardly goes noticed anymore.
What this motion does, for folks who didn't follow, they are going to kill, I don't even know how many pages here of conservative amendments without even allowing debate on them.
Okay, what this is doing is it's not just silencing the amendment author, this is silencing the millions of Texans that they represent and depriving them representation on the floor of the House.
The amendments that they are killing with this motion right here include amendments to stop taxpayer funding of DEI.
They include amendments to stop taxpayer funding of liberal gender ideology in our state agencies and our public universities.
They include amendments to stop corporate welfare and crony corporatism.
They include amendments to stop forcing Texans to fund liberal Hollywood.
And they include amendments that would force our agencies to be fiscally responsible, fiscally responsible by requiring across the board cuts.
This is outrageous.
And this is all happening.
It's bad enough that it's happening at all, but this is happening without a debate.
We should be allowed, whether you like these amendments or don't like these amendments, we should be allowed to debate them on the merits as a body.
That's what Texans deserve.
So this tyrannical motion effectively silences millions of people.
And I strongly urge my colleagues to join me in voting no.
Unless, of course, you want to continue forcing your taxpayers to fund DEI, liberal gender ideology, and all kinds of other woke leftist nonsense.
Thank you, Mr. Speaker.
unidentified
A record vote has been requested.
The clerk will ring the bell.
Is there a Wally voting aye?
Have all members voted?
*clap*
Hearing 120 ayes and 26 nays, the motion is adopted.
natalie winters
Rep Harrison, you join us now.
Can you walk us through yet again how so many elected Republicans are failing their constituents, not just in the great state of Texas, but frankly, the country writ large?
brian harrison
Yeah, it's getting exhausting.
Always great to be with you, Natalie.
One of the biggest and most underreported scandals, I think, in the whole country is that the Texas government, notwithstanding the gaslighting coming from our governor, lieutenant governor, and all kinds of other, you know, our so-called Republican speaker every time they're in the national media saying that Texas is leading in conservative values and small government low taxes.
It's nothing but a myth.
And what your viewers across the country got to watch right there in that one, you know, in just two minutes, what they basically watched was almost every so-called Republican in the Texas House of Representatives vote to kill all of the amendments that would have stopped taxpayer funding of DEI, transgender indoctrination, liberal Hollywood, corporate welfare, and whatever.
So when you hear, you know, and our governor makes a habit of this of putting out tweets or going on other networks that I won't mention here and saying that the Texas government has gotten rid of liberal indoctrination in our public universities, not only is that a lie, you just watched elected Republicans vote to continue funding it at taxpayer expense.
And here's the reality: the Texas government might well be the biggest funder of pretty much everything the Democrat Party has been pushing for: transgender indoctrination, DEI, crony corporatism, corporate welfare.
I mean, basically, Texans are being taxed out of our homes to fund just about everything that Charlie Kirk dedicated his life to defeating.
And it's absolutely outrageous.
But I appreciate you showing the posse and millions of people across the country how the Texas government, and we should be the line in the sand, by the way.
I mean, I think we're, as Steve and I and you talk about all the time, we're in a fight for the future of Western civilization.
And even though Texas isn't considered a battleground state, Texas has long been the crown jewel of the left's plan to destroy America.
If freedom is lost here in Texas, we'll never get a conservative Republican back in the White House again.
The entire future of our country is on the line here, and Texas needs to start acting like it.
natalie winters
And can you just start walking us through?
They obviously know that is the front line, as you said, for Western civilization.
I think they also have some weird sadistic glee in blueing Texas, right?
You always hear that phrase.
It's like, well, if you import, you know, millions of people from third world countries that are in America, I don't really know if you're actually winning elections.
You're rigging them, and there's an analytical addiction difference there that matters.
But speaking of that, can you walk us or believe was your AG found potentially 2,700 or so names on these voting rolls?
What exactly is going on there?
brian harrison
Yeah, no, the number is likely even higher than that.
So, yeah, so thank you to the Trump administration, quite frankly, for doing more for election integrity than the entire so-called Republican government in the state of Texas has for the last decade or more because of a Trump administration initiative to compare, give us data to work with DHS to compare our voter rolls.
We have identified thousands, maybe even well into the tens of thousands of illegal aliens that are on our voting rolls.
And while that's big news and that's making national headlines right now, the bigger story is that I and other conservatives have been screaming from the rafters about this exact issue for years because it's not new down here to people who have been following, people who care about election integrity, which should be everybody, by the way, who've been following the Texas government.
It's been an open secret that illegal aliens are getting on our voter rolls.
So what I tweeted out when this news came out, I was like, okay, well, this is great, but who was responsible for putting all of these illegal aliens on our voter rolls in the first place?
And just last year, and I think the war room was on this story too, our Secretary of State, when people were coming in to vote in last year's election, if the only ID they presented said here, it was an ID and literally the ID identified that voter as a non-U.S.
citizen, our Secretary of State's office put out a directive instructing every ballot worker and voter worker to give that person, again, whose only ID says, hi, Mr. Pollworker, I am not a U.S. citizen.
They were instructed to give them regular ballots.
Myself and one or two other members of Congress stood up and we exposed that.
And within a week, we were able to get that undone.
But we have also, we've had legislation filed, but they can never get past the supposedly Republican Texas House of Representatives.
natalie winters
Representative Harrison, we're coming up.
brian harrison
I'm really controlled by Radical Democrats.
natalie winters
But I want to hold you on this because I want you to drill down.
I know our audience is very passionate about this.
Just hang on.
We'll be right back.
unidentified
Here's your host, Stephen K. Mann.
natalie winters
There are many choices when it comes to who you choose for your cell phone service, and there are new ones popping up all the time.
But here's the truth.
There's only one that boldly stands in the gap for every American that believes that freedom is worth fighting for, and that's Patriot Mobile.
For more than 12 years, Patriot Mobile has been on the front lines fighting for our God-given rights and freedoms while also providing exceptional nationwide cell phone service with access to all three of the main networks.
Don't just take my word for it.
Ask the hundreds of thousands of Americans who've made the switch and are now supporting causes they believe in simply by joining Patriot Mobile.
Switching is easier than ever.
Activate in minutes from the comfort of your own home.
Keep your number, keep your phone, or upgrade.
Patriot Mobile's all-U.S.-based support team is standing by to take care of you.
Call 972-Patriot today or go to patriotmobile.com slash Bannon.
Use promo code Bannon for a free month of service.
That's patriotmobile.com slash Bannon or call 972-PAT and make the switch today.
Speaking of Patriot Mobile, they are obviously out in Texas.
We've still got Representative Harrison.
We're going to have Sam Fattis joining us after.
But Rep Harrison, before we let you go, I want to have you finish what you're talking on the election front, but I think it's going to tie in perfectly to this concept of unity that we keep hearing being pushed on all of us, right, with these far-left Democrats who have made it very clear that they're okay with assassinating people.
They disagree with.
And one of those who I think your colleagues found unity with, they've helped support the kind of sell-out Republican speaker.
A Democrat went on CNN.
Although I guess I'm sorry to call her your colleague, that's unfortunate for you.
I think much higher of you.
But said wild, wild, belligerent, very aggressive things.
I want to play the clip and give you a chance to respond.
jolanda jones
I'm from the hood, okay?
So when a bully comes, like, if there are no rules, you literally have to figure it out.
So Donald Trump has changed things, and people trying to do what's always been done is not going to work.
And I think that's why Democrats are losing black people.
That's why they're losing poor people because poor people, all they want is for us to fight.
So if you hit me in my face, I'm not going to punch you back in your face.
I'm going to go across your neck because we can go back and forth fighting in each other's faces.
You've got to hit hard enough where they won't come back.
And so, yeah, for the same way I went to New York and spoke with Governor Kathy Hochul and said, if they're going to try to wipe us out in Texas, we need to wipe out every Republican in New York and California and Illinois.
So no one can make me feel bad about fighting for the people that I represent because the people that I represent need someone who's willing to go in the ring and fight for them.
And that's exactly what I'm going to do.
natalie winters
Yikes, Representative Harrison, before we let you go, just give us your thoughts on that and please wrap up if there's anything outstanding on the election front that the audience needs to know.
brian harrison
Well, the issue of, yes, she is my colleague, unfortunately.
Yeah, that is on this thing of unity.
Let me say this real quick.
I have no interest whatsoever.
And my voters did not elect me to go and unify with the radical Marxist socialist leftist progressives who want to deprive my kids and your kids or grandkids of the next generation of liberty and freedom and the blessings of prosperity that come with it.
I'm sick and tired, but that's exactly what we've got going on, not just in D.C. We hear people talk about the Uni Party in D.C. It's actually worse.
It's going to shock people in Texas.
Jolanda Jones, who you just described right there, she is actually part of the governing coalition in the Texas House.
She was one of the big supporters of our so-called Republican Speaker of the Texas House.
natalie winters
She voted.
brian harrison
She helped elect the Republican who's now the Speaker of the Texas House.
And in turn, he rewarded this radical leftist, you know, open borders, anti-Second Amendment, pro-abortion, BLM activist, you know, Barack Obama, Joe Biden, Nancy Pelosi, loving Democrat.
He rewarded her with letting her pass over eight separate bills just this year alone.
Meanwhile, actual conservative Republicans in the Texas House aren't allowed to pass any pieces of legislation.
So it's worse than unity.
Radical leftist Democrats are actually empowered.
Their agenda advances, and their legislation is prioritized over Trump supporting liberty-loving conservative Republicans in the Texas House of Representatives.
That's how far off the rails and how corrupt things are down here in the state of Texas.
And then finally, just on election integrity, because I mean, we can never have the outcome of our elections called into question again.
The state of Texas, despite what elected leaders down here are telling people in national media, we didn't do a single serious thing to protect the integrity of our elections.
We didn't do anything to make it harder for illegal aliens to get on our voter rolls.
And I'm very grateful for the Trump administration's new program, which is, if it weren't for that, we wouldn't have the facts in front of us with all of these illegals that are on our voting rolls.
But there's got to start being responsibility and repercussions for so-called uniparty Republicans who allow illegal aliens to vote and who empower radical leftist Democrats who arguably are inciting violence on our nation's airwaves.
It's outrageous.
Texas needs to start acting like the future of our country and our states on the line because it absolutely is.
unidentified
I know you, Natalie, and Steve and the posse all know that.
natalie winters
Yes, to use a word that I believe I heard Governor Pritzker say recently, we could use some accountability.
It's our own form of an accountability project.
Representative Harrison, thank you so much.
We'll culturally appropriate that one, though.
I think he stole it from us to begin with.
But where can people follow you, stay up to date with everything you're working on?
brian harrison
Yeah, if you want the truth on what's going on down here in Texas, the only place to find it is on my Twitter feed, the most hated Twitter feed in the entire Texas and capital city of Austin at Brian E. Harrison.
Please like, follow, share at Brian E. Harrison on X at Brian E. Harrison.
And always great to be with you, Natalie.
God bless you all.
God bless America.
God bless the great state of Texas.
natalie winters
Thank you, sir, for joining us.
We'll have you back on.
unidentified
Great to be with you.
natalie winters
Honored to have on the one and only Sam Fadis now, who I want to get into Ukraine stuff with, but there is some breaking news.
I know Steve has been coming in hot on Getter the latest with everything related to Arctic Frost.
He's calling for, you guessed it, more indictments.
Obviously, the Warren Posse is in full agreement with him.
But Senator Grassley received new documents from the DOJ proving that A.G. Merrick Garland, Deputy AG Lisa Monaco, and FBI Director Chris Wright all personally approved launching or opening Arctic Frost.
Obviously, that laid the groundwork for so many of these Biden investigations, whether it was the Jack Smith false electors case, kind of giving them carte blanche to go after anyone they deemed an enemy.
I think historically, I've heard that go down before it doesn't end too well.
Although, I guess in this case, we won the election again.
But can you just give us sort of your thoughts on how this goes all the way to the top?
AG, Deputy AG, FBI Director, your thoughts on this.
sam faddis
Well, look, I'm happy to hear that we now have the proof of that.
As a matter of common sense and as a legal issue, it obviously, anybody who was paying attention understood that this went all the way to the top all along, right?
You don't start targeting the communications of sitting U.S. senators and stopping congressmen and seizing their personal cell phones without making sure you've got that backed up.
Do people need to be indicted?
A lot more people.
Yes.
Do people need to go to jail?
Yes, this is outrageous.
And it's another one of those points like you and Steve are always talking about.
We're either going to take a stand and preserve the rule of law and the Constitution, or we're going to just let the Republic slide over the cliff.
I mean, you can't have the FBI targeting political opponents of the President of the United States just because they're political opponents.
You can't do that.
natalie winters
And speaking of this escalation, we're obviously seeing it happen abroad too in regard to Ukraine.
I know, I think I had you on.
It was in the lead up to the transition where we saw a lot of Democrat and Republican senators, kind of the ones that are bought off by, of course, the war lobby, were back-channeling to try to get these long-range missiles approved for use in Ukraine.
Our theory of the case being that they wanted to hand President Trump the most convoluted situation there, right?
Basically ensuring that it would turn into another forever war.
Obviously, the military-industrial complex would love that.
But now, I have to say, I'm quite, I don't know, shocked is the word.
There have been some interesting decisions, but I think a little confused as to why the Trump administration is approving the use of these long-range missiles.
And you can sort of walk us through what exactly that means and the significance of it and why now.
sam faddis
Well, the significance of the long-range missiles, I mean, twofold.
First of all, obviously, they can hit targets that up until now the Ukrainians haven't been able to hit, including, depending on exactly which missile system we're talking about, Moscow.
So they can take the war directly there.
The other aspect of this to understand is firing the missile is one thing.
Telling the missile where it's going to go is another.
And that targeting data and everything that goes into that process requires direct involvement of the United States, really.
I mean, we boiled out to simplify it.
We got to help them and make it possible for this to happen.
So it is a very significant step.
What do I think is going on?
Look, Trump has been pretty clear to Putin, I want to end the war.
Trump has been very clear to Zelensky.
You're not getting all your territory back.
You need to just bite the bullet and accept it and drop that demand.
Effectively, things are going to end up at best with everybody where they are right now.
I don't mean to say like down to the square meter, but that's where it's going to be.
And those are huge things.
Putin is still dragging his feet.
So Trump is turning up the heat on him.
He's letting him know: listen, I'm working with you.
I want to end this thing.
And I've put a lot of pressure on Zelensky, but you're going to have to give.
To me, as big as the missile thing is, the bigger issue is what Trump's doing to Russian oil and gas.
He is methodically going around the world, sanctioning people, putting in place measures, cutting off Russian oil sales piece by piece by piece.
Russia runs its government off of the revenue from oil and gas sales.
They're a one-trick pony.
And without that money, they cannot, they can't continue the war.
Wars are expensive.
So he is gradually tightening the noose on Putin.
And I think ultimately that's going to be what's going to end this thing.
natalie winters
And I'm just curious, timeline-wise, those sanctions, you know, how quick do you think that's either going to drive Putin to the table?
Is that going to embolden Ukraine?
What do you think our audience can look forward to with the timeline of this potentially resolving or escalating, hopefully the former?
sam faddis
You know, I think I've said to both you and Steve before, watching these negotiations over ending the war is going to be like pounding a nail into your forehead.
I mean, anybody who's looking for a nice, clean, quick resolution is already disappointed and will be more disappointed.
This will still drag on for a while.
But I think if Putin is smart, and he is, he will understand that the time to make a deal is not when I'm already broke and the tanks are running out of gas on the battlefield.
That's because then the Ukrainians will be the ones saying, well, we don't want to make peace.
The time to make a deal is fast approaching.
He's kind of reached his peak.
I mean, if you look online as I do and look at video coming out of Ukraine and see some of the Russian tanks that are being seized by the Ukrainians on the battlefield, they look like wrecks.
They're literally 60-year-old tanks that never should have been outside a museum, and they're half falling apart.
I mean, Putin is already scraping to keep this thing going.
So, within months, I would hope.
If we're luckier than that, maybe weeks.
We'll see.
natalie winters
And, Sam, if you can hang with us through the break, because I want to really loop this back into what's going on also on the China front with everything related to the critical minerals, the rare earths.
Obviously, all of this has to do with the broader geopolitical struggle as much as everyone here in D.C. tries to make it not about that.
So, hang with us in Warren Posse.
Hang with us through this short break.

Here's your host, Stephen K. Mann.
natalie winters
Welcome back to the war room.
We are still joined by Sam Fattis.
Sam, we're going to do a two-part question here.
I want to get your analysis of where we stand on the sort of impending disaster that is what China is doing with regard to critical minerals and rare earths.
But second part, how what is going on in Ukraine, and particularly the sanctioning of Russian energy and oil and all that, how that sort of compounds or impacts that as well?
sam faddis
Yeah, well, I think it's a great, it's a great thing that you posed those questions as two parts because it gets across the fact that what Trump is having to do is he's having to juggle a whole bunch of balls simultaneously.
And all of these things, these different things are interrelated and they all impact other things.
So he's, in regard to Ukraine, as I said, he's methodically working to cut off oil and gas sales by the Russians because when they can't sell oil and gas, they can't pay for the war and it's all over.
And he's pushing the Europeans and the Indians and the Chinese, and he's having considerable success.
Even the Chinese announced, I think it was today, that at least four of their state-owned oil companies won't buy Russian oil anymore.
Now, they still get a lot of oil from other ways.
So that's one of those things that's partly symbolic.
But the fact that the Chinese are doing it is still important.
But simultaneously, Trump's having to balance this whole business with rare earth minerals.
I mean, our whole economy at this point is essentially dependent upon technologies that require rare earth minerals, including all the cool green stuff that Biden made everybody buy.
And the Chinese have a virtual complete lock on all of those minerals, and we've done nothing to break it.
So what does that mean?
It means he can only push the Chinese so hard.
He's got to keep that in his mind as he negotiates.
And he's got to frantically try to get us to go back to producing our own rare earth minerals and producing our own technologies.
And somehow this administration is actually doing all of that stuff simultaneously.
I mean, signing deals with the Australians, opening mines in Alaska, pushing the Chinese.
It will be an ongoing process for some time because that's a big hammer that the Chinese have.
On the other hand, they know if they drop it completely and finally, then any chance they hope to have of preserving an economic relationship with the U.S. at least is over.
I mean, that's pretty damn close to a declaration of war.
And I don't mean that quite as dramatic as that sounds, but you can't do that and hold that line and not basically rupture the whole world economy.
I mean, nothing will be the same after that.
natalie winters
It might be the most prime example of unrestricted warfare, specifically economic warfare that we've seen.
Today, Sam Fettis, I appreciate you coming on the show today.
And always, people obviously want to stay up to date with everything you're working on, the substack.
Where can they go to read it all?
