This is the final screen of a dying movie.
Pray for enemies.
because we're going medieval on these people.
I got a free shot on all these networks lying about the people.
The people have had a belly full of it.
I know you don't like doing that.
I know you're trying to do everything you want to stop it, but you can stop it.
It's going to happen.
jake tapper
And where do people like that go to share the big line?
Media.
I wish, in my soul, I wish that any of these people had a conscience.
steve bannon
Ask yourself, what is my task and what is my purpose?
If that answer is to save my country, this country will be saved.
unidentified
War Room.
Here's your host, Stephen K. Vance.

Thursday, 24 July, Year of Our Lord 2025.
We've got a lot going on.
Just heard from the Home Title guys.
Today, the President of the United States is going to go at 4 o'clock over to the Federal Reserve to do a building inspection.
Hopefully he may talk to the team over there.
He did a building inspection with Rick Grinnell over at the Kennedy Center.
And the Kennedy Center people, we went after that to a command performance of the playing of Amadeus, the film, and had, you know, the orchestra and the choir was just magnificent.
But the staff there says the first time in the history of the Kennedy Center that a president came over and actually toured the building and talked to them about the projects they had going on.
And President Trump said, we've got to get some capital expenditure in here because the place is being run down.
That's he's going to do the same thing today at the same thing today at over at the Fed.
We're going to get Malpas.
We're going to be covering that live.
Malpass, hopefully tomorrow, I think we're going to get him in studio to talk about the Fed, what's going on there.
Also, Philip Patrick at Birch Gold.
Birch Gold, take your phone out right now.
Let's get you up to speed.
The best way to get up to speed is talk to Philip Patrick and his team at Birch Gold.
Easiest way to do that, take your phone out, text Bannon 989898 and get the access to the ultimate guide, which is totally free to investing in gold and precious metals in the age of Trump.
Make sure you do that and you get access to Philip Patrick and the team.
Also, you can go to End of the Dollar Empire.
We are now working a bunch of stuff.
We've been working at the Birch Gold team that they got back from Rio.
BirchGold.com slash bannon end of the dollar empire.
We're coming out.
We're working out on the eighth free installment, the post-Rio, so you can understand dollar versus gold, also the de-dollarization effort.
If you want to trigger President Trump, use the word phrase de-dollarization.
He's not a fan.
Okay?
So we're going to explain that all to you.
Also, we've got a bunch of big things happening right after Labor Day when everybody gets back to the Imperial Capitol.
You're going to be very excited about birchgold.com, promo code Bannon, End of the Dollar Empire, also the free investment guide.
Check it all out, but get to Philip Patrick and the team.
And Home Title Lock, make sure you go to hometitalock.com slash Steve for the $1 million triple lock protection.
If that story right there didn't concern you in Philadelphia, and remember, when they find out it's screwed up and they've stolen your title and he's either renting the space out, taking a second mortgage on it, or selling it, what's the first thing Philadelphia did?
Hey, by the way, you owe some taxes.
You.
So make sure you go today, talk to hometitaloc.com slash Steve.
Promo code Steve, pretty easy.
Ian Tratier joins us.
unidentified
In fact, can we play the McCabe?
steve bannon
Not McCabe.
Can we play the Clapper?
How hard is it to get Clapper on?
I just want to play the Clapper because I want Ian to comment on this.
Ian's an expert on Brennan and that entire crowd.
But you see how worried they are last night with Caitlin Collins.
Okay, this is Clapper, and he's one of the most important conspirators here.
Hear him live last night on Caitlin Collins' show.
Let's go ahead and let her rip.
kaitlan collins
When the director says that she's referred these filings to the Justice Department for criminal investigation, tonight we're told they formed what is called a strike force.
Do you have concerns that they will attempt to prosecute you?
james clapper
Well, certainly I do.
You know, after eight and a half years of this, and I don't know of an intelligence product that was more scrutinized, more investigated than that product was by numerous people.
You know, it's very disconcerting.
It really is.
And I take seriously when the President of the United States accuses me of being a participant in a treasonous conspiracy, which is ridiculous.
kaitlan collins
Yeah, what's your reaction to that?
james clapper
It's ridiculous.
It just is untrue.
kaitlan collins
So what will you do if they come after you?
What is your plan?
james clapper
Well, I'll lawyer up, I suppose.
Already have.
kaitlan collins
You've already hired attorneys in case of, in anticipation that this Trump Justice Dormitor could try to prosecute you.
james clapper
We've had sort of perpetual attorneys since I left the government in 2017.
steve bannon
Right there, Clapper, Brennan's wingman in this, right there, telling you, look how worried he is.
You can smell the fear through the TV.
And he's already laured up.
Very smart, bro.
You're going to need it.
And you better get another layer of lawyers, too.
Ian, you're the expert in Brennan.
Tell me about, is Brennan, you think Brennan's got the same level of fear right now?
You see him on TV every day.
He's still spinning this.
He's trying to dismiss it.
Your thoughts, sir?
unidentified
Yeah, they are doing whatever.
ian trottier
I firmly believe that.
I have, through my intelligence source, former FBI analyst, what I have here is circumstantial.
I'm calling circumstantial evidence that clearly, should clearly indict Mr. John Brennan on treasonous fraud, treasonous charges.
And what we have compiled here in this compendium, Steve, we're exposing a systematic scheme that took place over more than a decade, many, many, many, many years, that shows that Brennan using an Obama ethics waiver,
That's critical to hide his knowledge of various terrorist attacks on the American people.
unidentified
So one of those attacks, of course, which threads through— Hang on, hang on, hang on, hang on, slow down.
steve bannon
What is an ethics waiver?
ian trottier
An ethics waiver is basically a permission that my understanding that the president gave to Obama to excuse him of a wrongdoing.
That's in layman's terms.
Steve, that's the best answer that I can give you without being legally informed as to how to describe what that is.
steve bannon
And so you're saying that Obama gave Brennan what?
ian trottier
He gave him an ethics waiver.
He gave him an ethics waiver.
What we show through high-stakes treason is that using an office of government ethics officer, that's Rachel Molinaro, John Brennan lied.
So what we're alleging, and this isn't an accusation by any means, but what we're alleging, we show all the documentation, I show all the documentation, what we allege is that John Brennan he held a position at something called the Analysis Corporation.
He was the CEO of the Analysis Corporation.
He then worked for the Obama administration.
He worked as a director of the CIA.
But he held stocks in the Analysis Corporation, and he covered that up by this ethics waiver.
What we show is that he told Rachel Molinaro that that 401k would be rolled into his IRA.
This is all outlined in the appendixes.
steve bannon
Okay.
But keep going.
In other words, he would have nothing to do with the stock, but since he was granted a stock, I take it as being CEO that he didn't want to sell it for, although you can sell it and not get, if you enter government service, one of the big reasons, not big reasons, one of the reasons certain people do it, you can sell the stock and I think you get a 10-year delay on having to pay the taxes.
But you could, he did, and you can get waivers.
He got a waiver.
So why is it a big deal about this stock?
You're saying he knowingly knew something about this and he profited off this?
ian trottier
Yeah.
So what I allege through my source, and I clearly state who my source is, and that's Mr. John Donovan, who worked for the FBI for 12 years.
He gathered this information.
I've presented it as author through the book.
I've authored, co-authored.
I've authored the book.
He's just my information source.
But this is all gathered through open source information.
What the book alleges is that, and pulling back for a moment to give viewers and listeners a better understanding of what may be at work here, Steve, and this is certainly what I allege, is that there is a war on terror, of course, but part of that is a deep state, if you will.
So this is a hidden government, nothing new to the American people.
It's been operating for decades, if you will.
It's largely considered a conspiracy theory.
It's now coming forth in 2025 that, oh, yes, there are strings operating behind the scenes.
What their attempt, in my view, Steve, as the deep state, their attempt, one of the things that they do, or one of their goals with the American people, is to disarm the American people.
One of the things that makes this country so great is the fact that we have a Constitution, Second Amendment, that allows us to basically pick up arms, written in the 1780s, Constitution came out in 83.
Pick up arms and revolt, if you will, against any tyranny.
unidentified
Okay, so systematically, what needs to happen.
steve bannon
Hang on, hang on.
Hang on, hang on.
Yeah, we understand the Second Amendment.
Let's get back to his stock.
What does this have to do with people understand that?
What does this have to do with Brennan and his stock and what your FBI guy, Mr. John Wazadonovan, is alleging?
ian trottier
Yeah.
So part of that scheme, right, to create false flag events, if you will, part of that scheme to scare the public to take their guns away is to develop various events that could trigger those types of responses from the public.
The Boston Marathon bombing was certainly one of those events.
People lost their lives.
What we show is that through code word compartments at the NSA, John Brennan had knowledge of these terrorists entering the country knowing that this event was going to happen, and he didn't stop it.
So why didn't he stop it?
steve bannon
Because you don't have to give the motive.
Just stick to the facts.
And you're saying, Donovan, the FBI guy, you have this documented in the, as you lay out in the book, High Stakes Treason.
You've got this in the appendix, and all the documents are there that shows that, hey, a lot of this war on terror, people are looking the other way or even profiting off it.
Is that your point?
And Brennan's one of the guys that profited off it?
ian trottier
Steve, that's exactly what happened.
Yes.
steve bannon
And so what's the remedy?
what's the remedy you want?
ian trottier
Well, the remedy is to charge these players with treason.
This is aiding and abiding the enemy of the United States, her people, the Republic, and their Constitution, John Brennan and his people, Barack Obama.
These people are clearly.
steve bannon
So hang on for a second.
The book has just come out.
People can go order it and read it right now, and we can get you on here with Donovan also.
He's prepared to come on television now.
ian trottier
That's correct, yes.
steve bannon
Okay, fine.
And where do people go and get this book?
I want them to read it and get the background, get all the documentation you put out there.
We don't need to imply motive.
You can just show what they did.
Then the motive comes from that.
unidentified
Where do people go to get the book?
ian trottier
SteveStitchTreason.com.
It's available right now on Amazon.
steve bannon
In Amazon.
And what's your social media?
Where do people get you?
ian trottier
They can follow me at RealIantrachier.
That's I-N-T-R-O-T-T-I-E-R on Twitter, X. And on Instagram, it's Ian Trachier.
steve bannon
Ian, thank you so much for doing it.
I want to break down the book.
We'll get you and Donovan on here.
We're going to need like an hour to go through this and look through all the dependencies on TV, on the worm.
So thank you very much.
We'll get you and Donovan back on.
Thank you, brother.
Appreciate you.
Short commercial break.
We're going to have, we've got a surprise guest.
Something you people have been demanding.
So now we're going to show you the reality of politics in the year 2026.
Short commercial break.
Make sure, by the way, tomorrow, Philip Patrick, David Malpass, we're going to have a big assessment of President Trump's.
The President of the United States going to the Federal Reserve today for a building inspection.
unidentified
Here's your hook, Stephen Kayman.
steve bannon
Okay, welcome back.
Mark Lynch is with us from the great state of South Carolina.
You are running against Lindsey Graham for the United States Senate in a primary?
mark lynch
That's correct.
We're here to remove him.
steve bannon
You're here to remove him?
Okay, give us your background.
South Carolina, tell us about your background.
mark lynch
I've run a family business for 40 years.
I've grown it from five employees to 110, 35 times more profitable and more sales than when I came to the bank.
steve bannon
In what area?
mark lynch
In Greenville, South Carolina.
steve bannon
Oh, I love Greenville.
Been down there.
I love Greenville.
mark lynch
It's a family business of 73 years.
We've been debt-free personally and corporately since 1999.
steve bannon
Now, why doing that and having that great run as a family business and living in such a beautiful part of the state and having a good life?
Why would you expose yourself to get into a fight with a guy like Lindsey Graham?
mark lynch
Well, just my heart got involved when I met some of the greatest national security consultants in the country working with John Guandolo and Philip Payney and those guys.
Good guys.
steve bannon
Those are hardcore.
mark lynch
Yeah, and I love their patriots.
Yep, true patriots willing to go through persecution.
And, you know, I've got to do that.
I've got four grandchildren now, and we've been married 37 years, and our country's in deep trouble.
We're infiltrated to the hilt with our enemies.
steve bannon
Well, then why go after Lindsey Graham?
Is he part of the problem?
mark lynch
Well, I ran for a state Senate seat with my training back in the day through the Security Council that I met in 2014.
And I was promoted and pushed to run for a state Senate position.
My election got stolen that year in 2020, and I lost a lot of time.
steve bannon
I think I heard something about that.
So you believe the elections in 2020 were stolen?
mark lynch
Absolutely.
steve bannon
Okay.
mark lynch
Yep.
Our country was taken.
steve bannon
So what lesson did you learn from that?
mark lynch
That we've got to fight to get our country back.
Trump's back.
I hope we have a moment of clarity, and we've got to get the right patriotism.
steve bannon
Let me take you a different direction.
Here's what people don't understand.
In South Carolina, you've got some of the greatest patriots in this country.
I mean, good folks in the bedrock of the MAGA movement.
How can they continue to send Lindsey Graham, who is the farthest thing from America first?
He is an absolute globalist and a forever war guy.
How can the good folks in South Carolina continue to send Lindsey Graham to the United States Senate?
mark lynch
Because our party is not a true MAGA party.
It's an establishment treasonist party.
steve bannon
What do you mean by that?
mark lynch
Well, they're voting for Lindsey again, who doesn't support America.
He fought with the coup with Brennan and Comey and Strzok to get rid of President Trump.
steve bannon
You think Lindsey Graham will be rolled up in this?
mark lynch
Absolutely.
steve bannon
There's no doubt in your mind.
mark lynch
No doubt.
steve bannon
Why do you say that?
mark lynch
Because he's guilty of covering up and pushing all that under the rug.
So who does he truly support?
steve bannon
In that talk he gave in the Senate on the evening of January 6th, when he came back, he was accusing Trump of everything, and then later accused Trump of everything.
How did he able to wash that off himself in South Carolina?
mark lynch
Because we don't have anybody coming up to get him.
steve bannon
So how are you going to get him?
mark lynch
I'm going to get him with this election, number one, and we're exposing everything he's done, and people are tired of it.
They're realizing he's betrayed South Carolina.
He's betrayed the Republican Party.
It's time for Republicans to be Republicans again and get out of this uniparty we formed in this country.
steve bannon
So as you go around, are you doing grassroots events?
I mean, how are you getting your word out?
Because, you know, Lindsey Grahams has universal name recognition in South Carolina.
unidentified
Right.
mark lynch
He doesn't.
steve bannon
You clearly don't.
I mean, you're a businessman.
You're starting that.
You've committed $5 million, I think, initially to your campaign.
mark lynch
That's correct.
steve bannon
$5 million.
And you're starting to spend that now on ads and trying to build your name recognition.
Are you also going out throughout the state and meeting?
mark lynch
All over.
We bought a sprinter van.
Our team's traveling everywhere, and we're winning everywhere we talk.
steve bannon
And what's the message?
mark lynch
The message is a true conservative, God-fearing patriot that is bold and courageous and has integrity and will honor his oath.
steve bannon
So what do you say to President Trump, right?
You're a President Trump guy, right now.
mark lynch
Absolutely.
steve bannon
You're absolutely okay.
President Trump has already endorsed, I think, hadn't he endorsed, my head's going to blow up, But he's already endorsed Lindsey Graham.
How do you handle that?
Well, when you go around folks in South Carolina and they go, hey, look, I love your message and I can't stand Graham, but the president's endorsing him, says he needs to.
mark lynch
Well, they're upset at the president for endorsing him.
They're scratching their head going, well, how could he endorse him of all people?
It makes them sick.
And they back.
steve bannon
One thing that's odd, you know, President Trump did a very smart thing.
It was about a month or so ago in this Ukraine situation.
Lindsey Graham's over there and he's stirring it up in Kiev.
Tell him to go bomb and everything.
And President Trump put a warning out to him in Pompeii.
Pompey was down in Odessa, stirring things up.
And President Trump said, Hey, I'm trying to get peace.
I'm a peacemaker.
I don't want this thing to go on more.
And President Trump is very, you can tell, touched by how many casualties there's been.
He's always talking about, hey, Ukraine's flat, the bullets go, you got Russians dead, you got Ukrainians dead.
He warns Lindsey Graham, hey, shut up, right?
I don't want you over there.
mark lynch
Watch your mouth.
steve bannon
Watch your mouth.
Is that a pretty big warning?
mark lynch
I hope it is.
It was some time.
I thought it would have been earlier.
He'd been over there several times.
steve bannon
So what is your internal?
You've got a pretty good team.
I know some of your team, that's where we got you here because they validate that you're a tough guy and you're a good guy and you're going to try to take it to Lindsey.
Although there's other people jumping in this race right now.
How do you, and I'm sure Lindsey Graham and the Republican establishment are going to put a couple other MAGA candidates in to dilute.
That's their trick, right?
They're going to try to dilute the vote.
How do you, like right now, what does your internal polling say or the polling say about South Carolinians vis-a-vis Lindsey Graham?
mark lynch
Yeah, 57% of the South Carolinian voters say they will not elect Lindsey again.
steve bannon
57%.
mark lynch
As an American first candidate, we're one point off.
He's at 37.
I'm at 36.
steve bannon
When you go head to head.
mark lynch
Yeah.
And 60% of the people say they prefer a successful businessman like Trump.
That's me.
steve bannon
Okay.
In other words, what the polling says is that if you're identified with America first and the values of South Carolinians, it's a 37-36.
But your objective is you've got to get the word out that you're an America first country.
unidentified
Right.
mark lynch
And like you were asking about Trump's endorsement, everybody still respects the president.
We're so happy.
steve bannon
They love the president.
They love him down there.
mark lynch
And they know he's a winner, and he's doing what it takes in a lean Senate majority to get his big, beautiful bill across the line and other things with Lindsay.
He's just using him to win.
But South Carolinians have a mind of our own, right?
And we all say Trump's endorsement won't save Lindsay this time.
steve bannon
Is that the general feeling, though?
mark lynch
That is the pulse across the country and all in our state, everywhere we speak.
steve bannon
Tell me about that.
When you go around, where have you been going?
Tell me about the events and what's the feedback you're getting?
mark lynch
Probably to 40 events so far, and we're getting home at 2 in the morning.
We're going down to Charleston and Myrtle Beach and all the lower part of the state where there's a little more liberal area there.
But we've had a lot of people move in from the woke cities.
They came to South Carolina thinking it was a red state.
We've had to let them know we're just better at hiding.
steve bannon
Look, my beloved Virginia, we lost that one because of the government.
North Carolina is a problem.
South Carolina is going to be a problem.
As red state you are, particularly Charleston, these places.
I mean, Charleston is kind of like New York right now, right?
mark lynch
Right.
steve bannon
You've got a lot of Yankees moving down there.
unidentified
Right.
mark lynch
But our majority of our people, they hate Lindsay.
They're sick of the lies and the games.
They know he just gets conservative or moves a little right towards election season.
Reitbart, talk to us about that.
unidentified
Yeah, yeah.
steve bannon
No, Matt Boyle and these guys, they've been all over your campaign.
Talk to me.
Where did Lindsay go?
What was it?
It was a couple of years ago.
unidentified
Lindsay went with the president, and when the president brought him up on a stage, he was booed.
mark lynch
That was in Pickens.
steve bannon
Pickens.
That was his hometown or near his hometown.
And he got booed on the stage.
mark lynch
For over seven minutes, it went viral all over the country.
steve bannon
I remember that.
mark lynch
Yeah.
steve bannon
I remember that fact.
I think we had a team.
I think Ben Burkrom was down there covering.
mark lynch
He gets booed when he goes to the lobby at Mar-a-Lago.
steve bannon
What is it?
Those types of things you got to keep hitting him with.
What are the biggest policy differences that the folks in South Carolina, as you get feedback from them, what is the biggest problems they got with Lindsey Graham?
mark lynch
That he votes, I mean, his lifetime voting score with the Freedom Index.
Constitutionally, he's voted 57%.
Club for Growth, 65%.
Conservative Review, 43%.
We're showing all that information and relaying everything so we don't erase history.
We're bringing up all the things he's done, and it's pretty easy to do that because he's failing in every area.
steve bannon
You're saying when you look at the scorecards of all the conservative groups, this guy doesn't, if he gets a six-handle, that's big, but you've got a lot of 50s and 40s, which is extraordinary.
Your record, if you go down that punch list when you look at Club for Growth, you look at Heritage, you look at CPAC or Conservative Union, where would you end up?
mark lynch
My goal is 100%.
Every decision I'll make, like I do every day in life, is based on God's Word.
It's got to come through that filter first, and then the Constitution is the second filter, and that's the protection between me and the people I work for, the citizens of the great state of South Carolina and the country.
steve bannon
A lot of folks, not a lot of folks, some folks in South Carolina say, hey, look, as bad as Lindsey Graham is and as bad as he votes on some issues, he's a power player up here.
You always see him weaseling around.
He's on Fox.
He's got the presidency there.
He's got to have the presidency there because he endorsed him.
The president doesn't endorse him because he likes what Lindsey Graham stands for, particularly in Ukraine and things like that, but he needs him because he's a wheeler and dealer.
And you're essentially a pilgrim, right?
They're going to say, hey, this is a great guy, God-fearing man, but he's in D.C., he doesn't know anything.
What's your argument?
We've got a minute.
What's your argument to those folks that say, Lindsey's a wheeler and dealer, and we need him in South Carolina, and South Carolina needs that, and as much as we don't like the last stuff he stands for, and Trump needs that?
What's your response?
mark lynch
Well, in his treasonous activity, we're all sick of, and our country's in trouble.
We're one vote away from losing this great nation, not a generation.
We're trying to save it and get it back.
And Lindsay doesn't fit in.
My first attack will be on getting the people out of Congress.
My job is to take Lindsay out to get a true American back in there to vote the correct way.
steve bannon
That's a pretty high charge.
Are you going to independently show that in your campaign?
Are you going to actually back it up?
mark lynch
We talk about it, yeah.
steve bannon
We're not talking about it.
I know, but you're going to back it up.
If you say treasonous, that's a pretty high charge.
You're going to back that up with some information.
mark lynch
Sure.
steve bannon
Where do people go?
Thank you for coming in.
mark lynch
Yes, sir.
Thank you, sir.
steve bannon
Your ass advertised.
You've got a bunch of savages that work for you, so I ought to say this ought to be a pretty tough campaign.
Where do people go for your campaign?
mark lynch
Go to our website at Lynch4Senate, spelled out F-O-R, Lynch4Senate.
And you can see our link tree there that'll take you to Facebook, to Twitter, to our website.
steve bannon
They can volunteer, donate, find yourself.
mark lynch
You can watch our TV commercial that's gone viral.
steve bannon
But I think most people have your schedule.
People want to press the flesh with a guy like you.
Thank you for coming in.
mark lynch
Thank you.
steve bannon
It's going to be a dogfight down in South Carolina.
We wouldn't expect anything less from South Carolinians, but they'd like to fight.
Sure commercial break.
We're going to post-homber General Flynn next in the War Room.
unidentified
Here's your host, Stephen K. Vann.
Here's your host, Stephen K. Vann.
steve bannon
Okay, Todd Blanch is on.
As soon as we get some information, we'll get him.
Todd Blanche is in route.
I guess they're going to do it down in Tallahassee today.
He's in route.
But the point is that the Justice Department now has Todd Blanche in charge of this.
You can tell he's running the deal.
And the president has a very strong, tight relationship with Todd Blanche, given that Todd Blanche was his lawyer.
So Emil Bove, which Emmel, I think, is going to be confirmed to the appellate court on Tuesday or Wednesday of next week.
That's a huge move.
And they're talking about, you know, Emil may have an opportunity for the Supreme Court.
Who knows?
But that's kind of a blow to the Justice Department, but a big win for the judiciary.
And man, we need them more than ever.
Tomorrow, Alina Haba is, here's what's going to happen.
She's stepping down, and the first assistant is going to take her place because the judges relieved her in this interim U.S. attorney.
And these are big 93 U.S. attorneys.
And I can tell you that they are the backbone of really the justices in the country.
Not even so much main justice.
It's U.S. attorneys.
She's being removed by these judges, kind of unprecedented.
Her first assistant, the judges have promoted her first assistant to take over on her basis.
We have been told by Pam, and I think she's going to the record, Pam Bondi, Attorney General, she's going to fire her immediately and install Alina as first assistant.
And so first assistant will be the acting U.S. Attorney in New Jersey.
This is going to get nasty.
It's going to get very nasty.
But you've got to put this judiciary in its place.
It should have been.
I don't believe we would have these problems if we had kill-hauled one of these radical Marxist, neo-Marxist judges in front of the House Judiciary Committee.
I still think that has to be done.
And you're going to see a familiar named Boseberg.
He's going to come all over these documents.
If you've had a chance to start going through the documents, the more we're able to develop this and get information out there and do it in chunks so you can understand this.
I understand it looks a little overwhelming at first.
Boesberg name pops up.
He was the FISA judge.
This is all interconnected.
And that's where we keep saying we've got to stick to landing here.
The Federal Task Force has been authorized, and that's on the vast conspiracy side.
I happen to believe that they're either going to announce a special counsel because this thing is so huge, or they're going to take a U.S. attorney and tell him full-time, pull him out of doing this because you have to be confirmed, pulling him out of doing this, him or her out of doing it, and put them in charge of this investigation of this treasonous conspiracy.
I also happen to think, given the scale of it, that the Epstein situation will be put in there so you can more quickly process what they want to put out and put forward.
The judge has announced that he's not going to just release the transcripts or unseal evidence.
He needs more explanation.
He's kind of ruled he's not going to do it.
They've got the opportunity to go back, I think, and identify specific areas they want to release.
And I think what the judge is saying, that he wants victim notification.
I think he wants victim comment before he releases.
Anyway, it's a process, and Todd Blanche has done it.
The other aspect of Epstein is that they're going to have the House is going to depose her on August 11th in Tallahassee, also in the prison.
So two things are happening.
She's going to make a deal with the Attorney General's office, Deputy Attorney General, DOJ, and or be deposed by the House.
So that's moving down a track fairly rapidly.
House is leaving town today, but they on the committee overwhelmingly voted to go ahead and pursue this and also to bring in people like Bill Clinton and others that may know something about Maxwell and Epstein and their activities.
So this thing is hurtling down the path at the same time, the same time that we have to stick the landing.
Because now you can't go into the oval and accuse a former president of treason and people around him, and then you can't follow that up by going to the press briefing room with your director of national intelligence and your comms director or press spokesman,
Caroline, and throw down hard and present this other information and say, hey, I've sent this over for essentially criminal referral to DOJ and FBI and not continue to back it up, but also to move rapidly when it's been tossed to the law enforcement, to the FBI, and to the Justice Department.
This is why a task force, a Federal task force, John Solomon called it, has been set up.
And John Solomon said yesterday on the show, hey, maybe a week or two, they're pulling it together.
It can happen, boom, it happened last night, the announcement of it.
That means they're pulling together the best of the best, and this has got to be the highest priority they have to pull all of this together, right, on both the Epstein and on the treasonous conspiracy.
And you pull all this together and you stick the landing, and, you know, not only are going to do the right thing, people are going to be wildly enthusiastic about this.
They say, well, you know, Maggie's Burger Magazine is not broken.
I can tell from the intensity of the audience, they just, they want to get on with it.
There's enough spinning the wheels, enough talking, you know, the books or the binders, whatever the binders were, all that.
It's time just to get on with it across the board.
And this is why I think Tulsi, and remember, Tulsi was taking nothing but incoming from month after month after month.
Trump didn't appreciate her.
Trump didn't, you know, think she knew what she was doing.
This is what Caitlin Collins threw up.
Couldn't be farther from the truth.
What President Trump said about Tulsi with the congressional delegation that went over to the White House on Wednesday night, right?
Or maybe Tuesday night.
It was Tuesday night, I think.
Couldn't have been more, you know, a bigger name check and a bigger shout out.
A couple other things we're tracking and we're going to get to.
The AI, you know, the New York Times is reporting.
I'll just read it to you because, you know, read them in the weed, but I think this reality.
Trump intends to unleash AI to spur a boom, cutting red tape but demanding no bias.
President Trump said on Wednesday that he had planned to speed the advance of artificial intelligence in the United States, opening the door for companies to develop the technology unfettered from oversight and safeguards, but added that AI needed to be free of partisan bias.
In a sweeping effort to put his stamp on the policies governing the fast-growing technology, Mr. Trump signed three executive orders and outlined an AI action plan with measures to remove red tape and onerous regulation, as well as to make it easier for companies to build infrastructure to power artificial intelligence.
Now, President Trump, it's not exactly in the action plan and or the executive orders as we've gone through them.
And we're working with Hawley's office and with Mike Davis and others that are on this.
The language President Trump used in the talk last night certainly, let's say this, it did not resemble this issue about copyright and trademark and your content and all that.
In fact, I think he said the exact opposite.
Many of the things that were fought over on the moratorium, it looked like the language there was a little squishy.
So we're trying to get some definition of that.
But clearly, they may be a bit in the ass.
You've got David Sachs and the tech bros are pushing for one thing.
Other people are saying, hey, there's got to be some guardrails, has to be at least some modicum of regulations.
And we're a big supporter of no 10-year moratorium.
Just let these guys run unfettered.
I think it's not smart.
Also, there's all this kind of, and underlying the talk and also from their conference yesterday or their summit is that we've got to be ahead of China.
We've got to be ahead of China.
We're going to go through the very specific things we are doing to assist the Chinese Communist Party in technology and particularly in artificial intelligence.
If you're going to make that argument, what we recommend strongly, and we'll go through it in detail, is you have to shut down the Chinese Communist Party's access to anything, any tools, any capital, any expertise, any processes, anything that can help them advance their artificial intelligence project.
I happen to be of the thought that if you see the whole raft of things they're allowed to do and allowed to get from chips to processes to training of engineers to all of it, if you shut all that down, and I mean hard shut it down, because, hey, we're either in a race or we're not.
If we're in a race, I'm good with that.
I'm 100% good with that.
But remember, and they make this to the space program and really to the nuclear weapon.
In the space program, we weren't sharing, you know, we were Project Paperclip, we went and got all the Nazi, all the Nazi rocket, you know, Werner von Braun and all the guys that knew about ballistic missiles and rockets and all that.
We took them, right?
We kind of looked the other way for the moral qualms and said, we have to have this, but we weren't sharing them.
You know, anything that was shared was stolen.
You know, the Rosenbergs and the hydrogen bomb, all these questions around Oppenheimer and what happened on letting out the secrets that came out of the New Mexico desert.
Those were massive intelligence operations and or failures.
Call it what it was.
But the Wall Street and the technology companies were not openly in business with them to help them either on the nuclear weapon or help them on the space program.
So look, if you want to make that analogy, I'm fine.
I don't totally buy it like that, but let's work with your analogy.
If it's like the space program, the developer of the nuclear weapon, got it.
But we're not going to empower it.
You can't sit there and say, well, we've got to be totally unregulated because we can't do anything to bar these guys, the four horsemen of the apocalypse, going unfeathered at the same time you're financing because they've got to beat the ex-central Chinese Communist Party at the same time you're allowing the Chinese Communist Party access to technology, engineers, processes, education, knowledge, expertise, all of it.
Let's shut that down 100% and then let's say how good the CCP is.
They can't compete with the United States.
If they're cut off from Western capital and they're cut off from Western technology and they're cut off from Western education and training, they got nothing.
This is all this is across the board.
The only reason they're even close to matching us with power and military technology, you have the Sequoia capitals of the world and you have people that are infiltrated by the Chinese Communist Party.
And hey, what have I been preaching here with Michael Pack, my partner, in a number of films, including the great film we made about Admiral Hyman Rickover, the Last Sense 600 Meters, the great documentary Michael directed and I produced about Fallujah and Najaf.
Michael Pack went over there to Voice of America and he told you at the beginning it was rife with Chinese agents of influence and spies.
Carrie Lake just said, I think last night on John Saloma, we're going to get Carrie on here.
She's blowing out the Mandarin.
She's blown out all the services.
Mandarin service, she says, was a nest of vipers.
The CCP in our universities, in our cultural institutions, in Hollywood, on Wall Street, in the technology company, Silicon Valley is a festering soar.
And what are the tech bros want to do?
The tech bros, and there's all types of information coming out about the struggle of the graduating class of this year to get jobs.
And also we have 12 million, as Rosemary Jenks tells me, 12 million people that are technology people, IT people, they have education, have worked hard from when they're kids to make sure they can Advance, you know, unlike some of us who didn't take those hard classes because it was too hard and we wanted to go party and drink in college, right?
The people that did it and got there don't have jobs.
Why?
Because we're bringing in foreign workers.
Not because, and they have not ever shown us on any billet they're bringing in a better education or a better set of technical expertise of what that bill is for than an American worker.
All they want is the, they want indentured servants.
They want people at 50% labor costs and they'll work 24 hours a day because they're afraid of getting sent home.
We need to cut all the visa programs.
If we're going to do it, let's do it hardcore and clean it up.
And then you can start having a program to do it.
Yes, if you need Einstein, there's always a way to get Einstein in, although I'm also a big advocate.
If you want the world at peace and prosperity, maybe what you do is you have the Einsteins go home and make their countries great again.
You saw this in Japan the other day, the upset victory for the 15 Senate seats by the young man who's sitting there going, you know, foreigners out of Japan.
And what he was talking about is they have a huge infusion of kids in college there.
I think 50% of their graduate schools and PhD programs are foreigners.
80% of that is Chinese.
He's adamant.
Go home.
They want to make Japan great again.
Short commercial break.
Back in a moment.
Hulk Hogan just died.
unidentified
Just came across Flash in Clearwater, Florida.
steve bannon
71 years old.
I think Hulk Hogan may be younger than me.
Duly noted.
We'll get more information on that on the 5 o'clock show.
So at least this is coming across, I think Associated Press, Hulk Hogan died from a, it looks like a heart attack or something.
We'll have more about that.
Pesovic, somehow we're not getting this.
I think they're going to be a panel now, Lara Logan, Eli Crane, and Jack Pesovic.
Boom.
How about that?
If that comes up, we're going to pick it up.
We'll also pick it up.
Grayson Moe, let's keep it on our streaming on Getter and both my account and the Worm account post-12 o'clock.
I'm not so sure Charlie's going to take that panel.
Charlie Kirk is next.
And then you've got Poso at two.
Of course, Steve Gruber, the great Eric Bowling.
I'm going to try to do the hard handoff.
I love doing the handoff with bowling every day that we can do it.
If we don't do it, you should know that I'm scrambling to put the afternoon show together, particularly on the road.
It's just a little more difficult.
But now that we're back in the war room, we'll try to do that.
I want to thank the guys at Birch Gold just to line up.
So Malpass, we're trying to get Malpass for tomorrow to get commentary and observations.
And also, we'll try to get somebody for Treasury.
This is a very big deal.
I think the President of the United States has only gone to the Federal Reserve three times.
Once FDR went to basically on the building's opening, because the building's a very special, they call it the temple, right?
It's a very special, beautiful building, right?
And so FDR was there at the kickoff of the building, I think it was.
Then I believe, I want to say Eisenhower, no, Jerry Ford went over because I think one of the governors was a close friend of his.
I think he might have gone over for lunch or something.
So Ford went over.
And this is President Trump's going over this afternoon.
Obviously, Rav's going to cover that live.
We will pick it up at 5 o'clock.
Malpass will be on tomorrow, former head of the World Bank, former Undersecretary of Treasury for International.
And we're going to have Philip Patrick.
Make sure you go to the Birch Gold.
Take your phone out.
Bannon, B-A-N-N-O-N 989898.

Also, you get access to Philip Patrick and the team.
This is the key.
Also, birchgold.com slash Bannon, end of the dollar empire.
And you can get the seven installments we put out.
We're working on an eighth right now.
It's all totally free.
It'll get you up speed.
You understand debt deficits, all of it.
I've got a chart up on Getter.
That's why you go to Getter.
If you went to Getter, you'd already know this.
I put a chart up, I think, in the early morning hours, maybe overnight, about China.
The Chinese Communist Party used to own, I think, $1.2 trillion, $1.3 trillion of government securities.
They're down now lower than England, the United Kingdom, and their gold is rocketing.
And I kind of put the chart as a de-dollarization in work and in how it works.
They're buying gold at record rates, still buying gold at record rates, these central banks, as they look to de-dollarize.
But talk to Philip Patrick and the team all about that.
Also, Monday, if everything hangs together, Monday, we're actually going to be doing the show from Texas.
Not going to be a live audience, but we're doing it in Texas.
And we'll have some Texans.
I'm very concerned about the situation in Texas.
So we're going to go down and talk to some of the folks down there, the redistricting battle.
Also, there's so many things that just don't make sense, particularly for people in the rest of the country and people in the MAGA movement.
Texas, the railhead of the MAGA movement and the grassroots down there have just done an extraordinary job.
It's very concerning what this legislature problem where you've got MAGA, but you've got basically a Democrat-run legislature.
Also, there's other issues that are not being addressed down in Texas, so we're going down to spend some time.
I want to thank the folks at Patriot Mobile, 972-PARIT.
Go make this shift today.
Make the switch.
Best phone service in the world.
Go check it out.
You know they support your values.
You know they support the companies and charities and philanthropic that you support.
We know, and they've done such a great job in their pack of keeping Texas red and keeping Texas MAGA, but it's deeper than that.
They get a great, great, great service.
Make the shift today.
972 Patriot.
And as Scott, their marketing director said, you'll talk to somebody with an East Texas accent.
So U.S. citizens only, go check it out today, 972 Patriot for Patriot Mobile.
And also the folks at Home Title Lock, that $1 million triple lock protection, 24-hour coverage, alerts 24-7.
And they got a million dollars they'll put up to make sure that if anything happens and they haven't done their job, you haven't been alerted, a restoration project.

Charlie Chris and I'm going to be back at 5 o'clock.
It's going to be on 5.
I can tell you this afternoon.
I think President Trump may drop a couple of bombs over at the verbal bombs over at his visit to the Federal Reserve.
And being a betting man, I bet you that he takes a couple of three questions from the media.
Just thinking if this is, it looks like it's going to be a big deal and he's going to do it.
Mike Lindell.
Mike Lindell is in the Imperial Capitol.
You got in a little late.
So we'll try and get you in studio.
Sell me a sheet and a pillow and tell me why you're here.
