The U.S. Department of Justice has confirmed that former FBI Director Jim Comey and former CIA Director John Brennan are under criminal investigation.
It is unclear why.
And the New York Times is reporting that the Secret Service detailed Comey's car and tracked his phone.
We are now facing a situation where even Trump's base isn't necessarily feeling good about the DOJ.
Are they all going to feel good about this?
allan smith
I mean, these are original characters in the revenge tour, right?
stephanie ruhle
Yes.
allan smith
I mean, James Comey, John Brennan, if you go all the way back to before Trump was president in 2016, these guys were public enemy number one among the MAGA base.
So it's always going to get some amount of fanfare from, you know, the president supporters to go after these guys.
And we saw what happened after James Comey posted that Instagram, right?
unidentified
Yes.
allan smith
The 86, 47.
I mean, that really seemed to spark all of this stuff with him.
Brennan being dragged in right now.
They're really trying to redo a lot of the Russia stuff with what the CIA had come out and said.
So, I mean, this is par for the course, but this is a key part of the revenge tour that was really promised during the campaign.
marc elias
We're in a place in which we are watching Donald Trump weaponize the Department of Justice against his political enemies.
This is not the first, by the way.
He has indicted a congresswoman from New Jersey.
He actually arrested the mayor of Newark, although then those charges got dropped.
They threw to the ground a U.S. senator, Alex Padilla in California, for trying to ask a question.
They manhandled the New York City comptroller, Brad Lander, for trying to walk a migrant out of a courtroom.
So we have watched this step after step.
And by the way, I could keep going on and on.
I mean, you have Donald Trump going to the Department of Justice and calling me a communist and other things, the executive orders targeting me and other lawyers, the executive orders targeting law firms that we were affiliated with, the executive directives for investigations of Chris Krabs, right?
You have covered this so exemplary, Nicole.
You have helped catalog this.
But we are quickly going to a place in which Donald Trump is doing this and it is being normalized.
And so I wrote something for Democracy Docket five, six months ago that you and I talked about at the time, which is we predicted, you and I and others, that we were going to get to this moment.
And the question is, what do we do?
mika brzezinski
Yesterday's assault marked the largest single-day attacks on Ukraine.
And it comes as President Trump has begun to voice a new level of support for Ukraine and also frustration with Russian President Vladimir Putin.
On Monday, Trump said the U.S. will continue to help Ukraine defend itself by sending more weapons.
On Tuesday, during a cabinet meeting, Trump dismissed Putin's rhetoric on peace efforts as meaningless talk.
Meanwhile, Secretary of State Marco Rubio is meeting with Russian Foreign Minister Sergei Lavrov on the sidelines of a summit in Malaysia.
It comes as Senate Majority Leader John Thune says substantial progress is being made on a bipartisan effort to expand sanctions targeting Russia.
According to Thun, the legislation could come to a vote between now and August 1st.
The sanctions bill would be designed to bolster President Trump's leverage at the negotiation table in an effort to stop the war.
stephanie ruhle
The president goes ballistic about the U.S. trade deficit with every country.
That's the reason he wants to do this.
But for fact's sake, the Office of the U.S. Trade Representative says that last year we had a $7 billion trade surplus with Brazil.
And in his letter, Trump also raises, I said it a moment ago, the former president Bolsonaro's prosecution.
Doesn't this show that this isn't about trade deficits?
This is about the president yielding his power.
He's saying he doesn't like how the former president is being treated.
He wants the trial being canceled.
And that's how he now plans to use our trade policies for his political agenda?
allan smith
I mean, look, Stephanie, it's a great point.
He's being very clear that the actions on Brazil don't have anything to do with trade, right?
It's about the handling of the criminal charges against President Bolsonaro.
stephanie ruhle
Which has nothing to do with U.S. manufacturing, U.S. consumers, or U.S. jobs.
allan smith
And it gets to, I think, something Isaac was talking about, right?
He sees tariffs not as something to kind of change this whole array of unfair trade practices, but they are a tool that he has to wield power and bring people to the table, right?
But by continuing to delay this, not implement them, go back on his word, you know, these countries are going to be sitting there, you know, markets aren't reacting, right?
But these countries are going to be sitting there being like, okay, how fast do we need to make a deal?
Because if he continues to push the deadline back, where is the impetus for them to come to the table and be like, no, we have to make a deal.
We have to make a deal.
marc elias
What do large institutions do?
You know, what do civil society groups do?
What does the media do?
And I am imploring, like honestly, I'm just imploring the media, do not report this as a legitimate investigation.
Do not report this as they're opening a investigation into John Brennan.
We will see where it goes.
Report this as the misuse, the abuse, the authoritarian takeover of the Department of Justice.
That should be the headline.
The headline should be, in a misuse and abuse of the power of the executive branch, Donald Trump has asked his Department of Justice to open a bogus investigation into John Brennan.
And if you don't do that, then the media is going to wind up in the same position the law firm is wound in, same position that CBS is wound up in, the same position that many, many individuals, civil servants have wound up in, that nobody is going to speak out when they are next targeted.
So it is important that we all stand up for each other.
We all stand up for John Brennan.
We all stand up for the misuse of government power, whether it's going after a civil servant or it's going after a former director of the CIA or whether it's going after a media organization or it's going after a law firm.
But my fear is that we are not doing that.
Everyone is sort of playing tightly in their lane because they don't want to be next in line.
steve bannon
This is the primal scream of a dying regime.
Pray for our enemies because we're going medieval on these people.
Here's not got a free shot at all these networks lying about the people.
The people have had a belly full of it.
I know you don't like hearing that.
I know you try to do everything in the world to stop that, but you're not going to stop it.
It's going to happen.
jake tapper
And where do people like that go to share the big line?
MAGA media.
I wish in my soul, I wish that any of these people had a conscience.
steve bannon
Ask yourself, what is my task and what is my purpose?
If that answer is to save my country, this country will be saved.
unidentified
War Room.
Here's your host, Stephen K. Vance.
steve bannon
It's Thursday, 10 July, Year of our Lord 2025.
You saw right there in the engine room picked it up quickly on the cold open.
Mark Elias has rattled.
Mark Elias has rattled.
Weissman's rattled.
We didn't have enough time and you've got so much going on in the show today to play a longer cold open.
Weisman's rattled.
Brennan's rattled.
And to show you the gap between the bid and the asked, we don't think the Justice Department is weaponized enough, not even close.
Remember, we're going to talk about Navarra today.
He's got his prison book.
We're going to launch it here.
Navarro went to prison.
I went to prison.
They tried to send, by the way, Tom Barrick, the ambassador to Turkey and the special envoy to, I think, the Levant, Syria and Lebanon and all those nations there that he's working on.
He was in jail for 10 or 12, two weeks in some hellhole out in San Bernardino.
Tom Barrick.
They tried to put President Trump away for 350 years.
This is why yesterday President Trump drops the 50% tariff on Lula, the follow-on on this show trial for Bolsonaro, who they're going to find guilty, put him in prison.
They're going to assassinate him.
And he's up in the polls.
Breaking news.
In South Korea, remember all the time we spent there?
John Mills, Ambassador, all the great folks we've worked with on the Korean election, I think they put an arrest warrant out for President Yoon, the conservative.
The CCP-controlled government.
Suck on that.
They raided the headquarters, the offices of Front Nationale or National Assembly, Le Pen's group, overnight.
They have two things that work for them.
They have the intelligence services in the deep state, this interconnecting national security apparatus, and these radical neo-Marxist judges and courts.
And that comes up.
We're working on some stuff now that's going to make your head blow up.
We've got a book in the works that your head's going to blow up of the entire chain of custody of how these people are radicalized from the time they're in kindergarten in the most elite schools in the nation, all the way up to the universities, the law schools.
It's an entire system.
We have a systemic problem.
This is why the war against the deep state and what they've done must, we've got to take it up to DEF CON one, not what we're doing now where Nambi Pambi Lamb.
And look, we're doing fine.
You got Brennan, you got others.
There ought to be, guys ought to be perp walked out now.
It's obvious, and I said this, remember I gave the talk at Semaphore?
Semaphore had the, what they're trying to do, Semaphore, Ben Smith and his team over there.
Good news site.
It's left.
They got Dave Weigel, does a good job.
Dave's been covering really this side of the political spectrum.
He was very close to Andrew, not buddies, but I think he was at the Washington Post at the time, but followed Andrew Breitbart and really made Andrew Breitbart, one of the guys that made Andrew Breitbart a national figure for his coverage.
They're trying to do a Davos in Washington, D.C. Remember, I spoke at it.
They asked me to come and do a Q ⁇ A. And at the end of it, Ben Smith, I think, interviewed me and asked me any kind of closing observations.
I said, hey, look, you got two choices here.
And this is all the elites and all the bankers and the hedge fund guys that are all over the world.
They're in D.C. It's World Bank and IMF weeks.
All the pigs are at the trough.
I said, yo, it's very simple.
You got two choices.
You're either going to get on board the populist nationalist movement in the United States under President Trump, MAGA, right?
Or you're going to have more Luigi, what is it, Mangiones?
It's either going to, I've said this now for over a decade, you're either going to have a French Revolution type where Madame Guillotine is going to be out there and they're sharpening the blade, or we're going to make some fundamental changes in this country for the people and citizens of this nation.
Full stop.
That's your choice.
No other choice.
And look at what's happening in the streets of New York.
That's just a political, that's a political manifestation of Luigi.
They're talking now about seizing your condos and all the billionaires.
The billionaires are going to leave all that.
Take the kid at face value.
Take him at face value.
People dismissed Obama.
Take him at face value.
And you've brought this on the elite, the progressive elites in New York City.
This is your problem.
You brought this on yourself.
As I said for a long time, you've brought it on yourself.
And now you want us to bail you out?
We're supposed to bail you out?
One thing we're going to do is we're going to take apart this deep state.
We have to do it now.
That's the war, and it's manifested in this war here in the United States of America about mass deportations, mass amnesty, because all the devils and demons are coming together against the American people and American citizens.
And particularly now that they are freaked out, we're building a coalition with African-American, particularly African-American men and Hispanic, particularly Hispanic men.
And our coalition is getting bigger.
They're coming at Every different aspect.
This is what this whole agriculture thing with the amnesty, and we got to, you know, we have to give people amnesty because they don't want jobs for low-skilled workers.
They want those wages suppressed.
This is the whole situation with artificial intelligence.
We're going to go to Geneva in a moment.
We're going to go back to the Justice Park.
Katherine O'Neill is going to join us.
Big victory with Katherine O'Neill on the border.
I'll let her explain it to you, what she's been fighting for in Meriweth Farms.
unidentified
This AI, okay, folks.
steve bannon
Remember the 99 to 1 vote and everybody flipped?
I tell you, it's never over.
They're trying to slip in.
I kid you not, in the dark of night, in NDAA, the National Defense Authorization Act, because they got to authorize this because they're going to spend a trillion dollars.
They're going to slip in the exact AI moratorium.
Kid you not.
The House is trying to do it in the Senate.
Also, the rescissions, which didn't get included in the reconciliation, get pulled.
$9.3 billion.
Lead story on the Hill is that the Republican Senate, so they're concerned about Elmo, because Elmo is talking deficits and debts and how they're going to do it.
The $9.4 billion rescission package, remember we talked about this thing?
Runs out on July 18th.
$9.4 billion.
You're going to have a deficit this year of $2.5 trillion.
$2.5 trillion.
$9.4 billion.
Wait for it.
Not going to get passed.
Unless you, this audience, pushes over the top.
I think the Senate better wake up to something in the House.
We don't like rescissions.
We don't like coming back up there and asking you guys for anything.
President Trump, impound the freaking money.
Should play hardball.
Let's play smash mouth with the U.S. Senate right now.
Let's do it.
Impound the money and said, hey, you had your shot on rescissions.
You couldn't even cut off PBS and NPR.
Short break.
unidentified
Use your hook.
Stephen K-Man.
steve bannon
So we're going to get back to the DOJ in a moment.
They've got, first off, I think it's no doubt they have to go and demand.
They have to go to the court and demand and unseal the sealed evidence in Epstein.
That starts.
It starts there.
Then bundle everything together you got, sealed and unsealed, and release it all.
Or, which I've called for yesterday, appoint a special prose.
He should appoint a special prosecutor, a special counsel now for the 2020 election and everything after that, and include Russia Gate and all this.
You have to do that.
That should be done immediately.
And that should report to the President of the United States.
And also, they should do one if you can't.
If DOJ can't move off the dime and the FBI can't move off the dime, there should be a special counsel to go through everything, to go through everything and release it all.
It seems to me like a binary function, right?
So DOJ, to me, should step up to the plate and just go to the court, step one, go to the court, petition the court to unseal all the evidence and then let people make their mind up.
Let people weigh and measure what's there.
Make their mind up.
Only way you can do is release it all.
It's not going to go away.
I don't think this thing is going to weigh.
And I've told folks, this is not going to go away.
You've got to release everything.
Just release it all.
I don't think there's any middle ground.
And they talk about the downloaded child, this downloaded child porn, but then set up a five-man committee headed by Tom Fenton.
Pick somebody that people think or understand is totally even-handed and let them review it and redact what you got to redact and release the rest.
Release it all and redact it where it's, you know, the victims are in parallel or in peril.
The only way you're going to do it.
This is the thing with the Kennedy.
After all those years with the Kennedy, because it's kind of the same, all those years with the Kennedy, and this is directly tied, as you know, to the intelligence services.
It'll get back to that and to the deep state.
And that's what we've had two coups.
We had a coup against Kennedy where they killed him.
And now they admit that Oswald was on their payroll.
Don't lose sight of the importance of what the CIA put out kind of as a misdirection play the other day, given the CIA's, let's face it, they're working with the Mossad, and we don't really understand the intelligence, the urgency of the intelligence that caused us to get involved in a kinetic way in this Persian, this Iranian situation.
We just don't.
And Ratcliffe gave you a misdirection play, but hey, we'll take it as long as you don't take your half the prize.
The release of that on CIA puts the whole thing to a lie.
This is why they lied about it for decade after decade after decade.
Was it six or seven decades?
Lied about it.
He was on the payroll of a group that there was a front group for them, and they knew it.
And they knew they had him on the payroll.
That's why they didn't want to answer any questions about it.
They buried that, hid it worse than the FBI hid their stuff, which remember, and the FBI, you think the FBI was bad on 9-11 of hiding information of what happened and what their responsibility and culpability is?
Look in the Kennedy.
They tore up the notes that they had, the note that Oswald gave them like a week, two weeks before the assassination when he came to the FBI field office.
The FBI and the CIA are not working in the interest of the American people.
They have not.
They've worked in the interest of the American empire.
They have.
It's post-World War II.
You've had coup after coup.
The Nixon coup was part of this judicial apparatus coming in.
Judge Sharika and these guys.
Read Jeffrey Shepard's book.
You want to understand Watergate?
Don't forget Woodward and Bernstein.
Read Jeff Shepard's books.
Two books on the judicial coup against Nixon.
Got him out of office.
Supported by the deep state, by the CIA and the FBI.
The guy that was that deep throat, which gave Woodward and Bernstein to a couple of local beat reporters, they had nothing.
They got everything fed to them by Deep Throat.
You know who Deep Throw was?
Was the deputy director of the FBI who got passed over by Nixon when Hoover died and hated Nixon.
And Nixon called it, I think the second meeting on tape in Watergate, Nixon names the guy, watch that guy.
He's an Enemy.
Yeah, he turned to be a real enemy.
My point, the apparatus again, they try to take Trump out.
This is about the whole Brennan, the act of criminal conspiracy.
It's not about when people tell you it's about just perjury in front of the house or you're running out of time here, the statute of limitations.
No, it's an act of criminal conspiracy.
That's what they should be going after.
I think we can report here they've impaneled a grand jury, criminal grand jury.
That leak was a purposeful leak to also take people off this last, but you've got to get to the only way you have to have full transparency on all this.
They ought to declassify all of this stuff immediately.
And they're saying with sources and methods, we have to ask the question, who's the bigger enemy?
The Chinese intelligence or our own intelligence?
The Chinese Communist Party is the mortal enemy of its own people and the American people.
One of the questions we have not answered on the Chinese Communist Party, 25 of our agents, you know, Angleton, the legendary Angleton who did so much of this at the CIA and really ran the deal for decade after decade, you know, was this guy that they had a leak.
They had an agent that had flipped, and he went on this like les mise.
He went on this search for 20 years to find the mole and destroyed careers and had people commit suicide and destroyed lives to find it.
He was obsessed with getting it.
Well, we've had something a couple of years ago, I think 25 or 50 of our agents, all Chinese, were rounded up in a matter of very short period of time because Amo and the CIA or the FBI or the CIA in this regard had given them up.
Have we seen the same type of Angleton-type obsession?
We're getting to the bottom of that.
No, we haven't.
No, we haven't.
You talk to people around.
No, we have.
Why is that?
How can you lose all your human intelligence?
And the best you've got rounded up.
And believe me, folks, the demise of those individuals, I'm sure, was quite horrific.
They died in service to their country.
That's where they got those stars on the wall when you walk into the CIA, that wall of honor.
Because their names are to never be known because they were espionage undercover.
The deep state's the enemy.
And you see him wanting to see Mark Ellis, see how nervous he is.
You see Weissman, you see how nervous he is.
See Brennan, how nervous they are.
They're nervous, and we're just starting the process.
We're just starting the process.
And that's why I don't, I think, because first off, we have very little grip.
We have a tenuous hold on the FBI.
We've got two people, you know, with thousands, tens of thousands of employees, which should be cut in half immediately.
I'm with Tom Fitton on this, have been from day one.
And by the way, they shouldn't be taking big office space down at the Reagan building.
They should move out of the Hoover building, take the thing apart, just put a sign there that this was a building, a horrible, brutalist architecture building was here at one point in time to enslave and imperil the American people.
Full stop.
Nothing ever grows there again.
Let's have a Carthaginian piece.
Let's go down and salt the earth around it.
No flowers, trees, nothing.
Just barren.
Right there.
Right there on Constitution Avenue.
Right there in the middle of the Imperial Capitol for all time.
So people know.
And they don't need to go to the Reagan building.
I agree with Fenton.
Give Cash and Bongino, give Dan and Cash a couple offices.
He'll give them space.
Sublet it down at Judicial Watch and have a couple other people, a couple of assistants, everybody else out of here.
Cut it in half and then send the rest into the field.
The deep state's at war with us across the world.
This is what President Trump is finally standing up to, and he's been working on it for a time.
I mean, to drop the bomb now, and also coincided with the BRICS Nations.
We told you why you think we sent Philip Patrick and the team down for birch gold.
It's so important to understand what's going on.
And President Trump gets it.
That 50% tariff, let's say 30% of that is for Bolsonaro, another 20%, put it on top, layer it on top.
That gets your attention.
He told them, hey, the Bricks Nations, you get cute here on trying to get off the dollar, trying to de-dollarization, trying to destroy the dollar, and therefore try to destroy the United States of America.
You're not going to do it.
You're not going to get a free shot on gold.
And President Trump proved that.
Look what happened in France yesterday.
Le Pen's ahead in the polls.
Bolsonaro's ahead in the polls.
Le Pen's got, I don't know, four years in prison, some sentence hanging over her.
Bolsonaro's in trial for his life because they put him in a Brazilian prison.
They're going to assassinate him.
They just arrested Yoon last night, or they put the arrest warrant out for Yoon.
Oh, they don't want, there's all kind of evidence.
They don't want a thing.
This guy was the president of South Korea.
We told you on this show this was going to happen.
This is how they roll.
And people better understand, and the Trump administration better get this.
Folks, you don't take care of this now.
They steal the election in 2028.
You're all going to go to prison.
You're going to go to prison.
They don't care what.
They'll make it up.
Look at Navarre and myself for contempt of Congress, a misdemeanor that's always been handled civilly.
They don't care.
They thought that was going to break us.
They're shocked that we came back stronger.
Navarre's in the White House, the senior guy on the trade deals, and Bannon's back in the war room.
They never thought that happened.
And they're shattered.
Well, they never quit.
They never stop.
This artificial intelligence, we're going to go to Geneva in a second.
You'll see everything on artificial intelligence.
They're back when you spoke with a clear voice and said, no, we do not want a moratorium.
We're not taking 10 years.
We're not going to give it to Elmo and to David Sachs and Altman and all these guys, the four horsemen of the apocalypse, that it takes, requires 10 times more regulation, open a nail salon here in Capitol Hill than it does any regulation on artificial intelligence whatsoever because they don't want any regulation.
It's all about power that'll lead to unbelievable wealth.
Nvidia today, folks, I think it's the first company, $4 trillion market cap.
You think there's a little money in there?
unidentified
Think it's a little bit of money?
steve bannon
Talk about NVIDIA and those chips.
We're going to have the ambassador from Taiwan.
Dare I say the Republic of China?
Hello?
We're doing an interview this afternoon with him.
Talk about that: the advanced chip design and what's saying there in Taiwan.
As we take, as we march, we're on a path to war in Ukraine, a kinetic war in Ukraine, because the globalists, they need a blood sacrifice now.
Money and power is not enough.
They need a blood sacrifice.
The million dead and wounded civilians in military for the Ukrainians, not enough.
They need more.
Moloch deserves more.
Moloch wants more.
Therefore, Moloch's going to get more.
Get some.
Let's get some.
That's where we are today on a Thursday in the Imperial Capitol.
Geneva next.
In the war room.
unidentified
Stephen Kayman.
steve bannon
You saw President Trump hit Brazil with 50%.
Part of that is the trial.
Part of it is BRICS.
Philip Patrick and the team coming out of BRICS, hey, they're going to be very sneaky how they do this, these bilateral deals where they're doing it in their own currency to get off the dollar.
This is the de-dollarization program.
To do that and to hedge it properly, their central banks are going to continue to buy gold.
Philip Patrick says Birch Gold's official policy is at record rates, and they've been the first one on these central banks buying it.
A couple of ways to get, you need to get to Philip Patrick today to find out why gold has been a hedge and why you need to think about it in your financial portfolio.
The easiest way, just take out the phone, text Bannon, B-A-N-N-O-N, 989898.
It's a complete guide to investing in gold in precious metals in the age of Trump, and it's free.
It's all the material we put out is free.
And I'm going to get time.
I don't think I'll be able to do it.
Also, go to the student action summit.
Can we put that up?
Charlie Kirk, we're going to be there all weekend.
We want to have some breakout sessions with the posse, so we look forward to seeing you there.
It's going to be a great time.
Great array of speakers.
And we'll talk about this at the time.
So we got this letter from the University of the Finance Professor.
I'm going to read it on a part of it on Monday when we're back in studio.
It's extraordinary.
And it really shows the effort and work that the Birch Gold team and the War Room put into putting out the end of the dollar empire, which you need to read and understand.
Seven free installments.
We're working on the eighth right now post Brazil.
And I'm proud of the fact that the Financial Times of London and the Wall Street Journal did not cover, and Bloomberg did not cover the BRICS starting months ago, as well as the Birch Gold and Boardroom team and made this an issue with the American people, not just a bunch of finance nerds.
Birchgold.com slash bannon ended the dollar empire.
Get all the information, but most importantly, get to Philip Patrick.
If you need to, go to Getter.
Go to Getter and get into his DMs.
He's there and you boom.
You just hit him right there.
We'll come back to you.
Okay, let's go to Geneva.
So right now, they're trying to, Grace, I need you to get Bill Blaster up, pushed out.
Everybody in the chats, push Bill Blaster.
Everybody ought to be signed up in Build Blaster.
I think, I don't know.
We're closing in on 100,000 people have downloaded it.
Get to Bill Blaster.
It's a tool that Grace worked on with her development team to make it easier for you to better use of your time, okay?
To maximize use of your time.
They're trying to slip the moratorium, the 10-year moratorium, back into the NDAA.
The NDAA is 1,000 pages, right?
Because remember, you're supposed to re-authorize these departments like every five years, like the Justice Department and EPA.
They've gone decades without doing it.
It's quite a bone of contention.
It's one of the things Matt Gates wanted to do.
The Defense Department, they do an authorization every year because, man, you cannot, that's where mother's milk comes through.
So there can't be any controversy about that.
This authorization is big league.
And what they're trying to do is slip in the artificial intelligence moratorium that you, as the American people, said, absolutely no way.
We still want the states involved.
We want this whole thing slowed down.
And this is not just about podcasters and content creators.
It's that, too.
They're stealing because Elmo and this crowd come in here and they want to suck up all the content for free and teach the machine, put everything into Grok so then he can spit back pure hate.
Seen that Grok situation?
And the hate is bad, right?
The hate is bad, obviously.
The hate is bad.
But worse is that the thing, it's the thing sitting there going, hey, I run the deal.
You don't, you know, you ever had your child say when they're small, you're not the boss of me?
Well, this is the machine telling you, you ain't the boss of me.
And whereas you can take corrective measures with your young charge to say, well, well, I think you're incorrect there.
Not so much with the machine.
And this is what the whole moratorium was.
It wasn't for me.
One of the things, obviously, you had Blackburn, who's a hero, about all the child access to the children, what they're going to do with the children.
Horrible.
She's been working on that forever.
She was the leader that got this thing shut down.
You had MTG that told the president, hey, I can't vote for this thing in the House, and they needed every vote they could get.
You had heroes on that.
And what did they do immediately?
Well, they don't care about your will.
They don't care about you saying, we don't want this.
What they're going to do is in the dark of night, and this is, okay, well, let's find another, let's slip it into the NDAA.
No way.
We'll out everybody.
And even the gutless Ted Cruz, right, who pimped for big tech on this and was mocking Blackburn, shows you what a quality guy he is.
He flipped and voted for the thing after leading the fight against it.
Let me flip, so it's not on my record.
I didn't do that.
They can't criticize me in War Room.
I didn't vote for this.
Yo, dude.
Caught, exposed, unmasked.
Let's go now to Geneva.
We got Joe and Noor.
Nor tell us, we're day three there.
We've got one more day.
You know, right now, people are more fired up about this AI than ever here because they see the potential amazing upside, but it's already being forced in your life.
You go to Google, you're going to get the AI summary.
unidentified
Right.
steve bannon
So it's already in your life, whether you want it or not.
It's got tremendous upside, but it's also got unlimited downside to look into the abyss.
And particularly when you see the people in charge who are making decisions, that's where you should pretty, you should have, Elmo should have no decision-making authority in your life.
He got a bad wake-up call yesterday.
His bestie was head of NASA until Sergio Gore and others brought up the fact that the guy was a progressive Democrat that hated President Trump and had been putting up, you know, giving to all these candidates that hate President Trump.
So, and Elmo put him in there so he would approve all the SpaceX stuff and give him more, right?
Because that's what Elmo is about.
And now President Trump announced yesterday, he went to the opposite end of the spectrum.
He went to Sean Duffy.
As you remember, because we covered it, Sean Duffy would not back off Elmo in the cabinet room when Elmo, when Duffy goes, yo, man, we got all these issues with air traffic controllers.
Your Doge guys go in there.
These 19-year-old kids, you're laying off half my air traffic controls.
It's not going to work.
I'm the Secretary of Transportation.
You're just some schmendrick that's wandering around here, so it's not going to happen.
And they had to throw down in the cabinet, and the president backed Sean Duffy.
Sean Duffy is now the interim head of NASA.
Guess what?
I don't think all the SpaceX stuff is going to get approved like it was approved.
And SpaceX should be national.
Well, here's what I mean by that.
You don't own any SpaceX.
SpaceX, I think 97% of the revenues come from the U.S. government.
We don't own any warrants, no options.
You don't own any stock.
Yet it's completely financed by the U.S. government.
A company like that, 50% of it, not just the government, they should parse it out to every taxpayer.
Give people a little taste.
If you're going to finance it, that's what he's freaking out about.
He owns 50%, I think.
It's a $315 billion valuation.
He's $100 billion or $150 billion.
How does that work?
That should not work like that.
That should not work like that.
And it's not going to work like that.
You're going to have some sophisticated deconstruction of some of these people, some of these particularly defense contractors that are up on the tit of the U.S. government.
Not going to happen.
Can't happen.
That's what the scam is, and their power comes from it.
Let's go to Geneva.
Artificial intelligence for the good put on by the United Nations in our favorite town, Geneva.
Nothing happened under the table there.
No dealing from the bottom of the deck in Geneva, nor bin Laden.
noor bin laden
Hi, Steve.
Absolutely.
You know, I was thinking about this and speaking with Joe.
The title of the conference is AI for Good, but it could easily be renamed to AI Forever, because if they have their way, this is what we're going to get.
And they keep talking about the same thing over and over again, about how AI is basically going to supercharge all of our society.
And today, in particular, the main theme is AI governance, governments using AI to transform and digitize all of our country's services.
And to that effect, we had the president of the Republic of Estonia, Mr. Alar Karis.
And he has been really, or the country rather, has been at the forefront of this transformation.
For the past three decades, Estonia has completely transformed the nation into a digital nation, essentially, with, I think, over 98% of all government services already digitized.
And they are nowhere near stopping with AI.
AI is going to supercharge that, bring it to the 100%.
And Estonia is really being used as a case study for all other nations in the world.
And the president said something very interesting, a short quote.
He said, technology doesn't care about borders.
We heard that before during the COVID era, you know, how viruses don't care about borders.
Well, technology doesn't care about borders.
And the UN really is the institution at the center, at the heart of the international rules-based order in order to bring about this transformation throughout the world.
And this is very clear at this conference.
unidentified
Amazing.
steve bannon
Joe, observations, thoughts?
joe allen
So, Steve, I've spent most of the day today talking to various people, some experts who don't want to appear on the war room, at least not yet, and some who do.
You'll see those interviews soon.
The theme that I think in the conversations I'm having, a lot of these guys are really concerned about existential risk, the surveillance risk, the human atrophy risk.
And one of them pointed out something that it slipped me.
None of the major frontier labs have representatives here other than, you might say, Meta with Jan Lacun.
And the dynamic that that exposes, the UN and the various other international organizations here are fatalistic in regard to AI.
They understand that the progress is going to keep going and going, and many believe it's going to AGI and then super intelligence.
But they are not the ones who are building it.
They are not the ones who are deploying it.
They are basically trying to harness it and hang on for dear life.
They want to remain relevant in its control.
But the real driving force behind this are the companies in the US, OpenAI, Google, XAI, and Anthropic.
So I think that dynamic really needs to be highlighted.
The UN is talking about, and the AI for good kind of general theme, they're talking about getting a hold of this and controlling it and deploying it at scale.
But all of them are basically at the mercy of the frontier labs.
noor bin laden
Well, if I may just add to that, this is the point of the public-private partnership model that The international institutions that our governments and these mammoth corporations have set up over the past few decades,
they're all in a way advancing hand in hand in order to deploy the centralized government, in my opinion, that they've been working so hard to achieve with mass surveillance at the center of it all for each of us individuals.
steve bannon
Exactly, 100%, Matt.
And I want to, so here's what I'd like to do.
My producer, I would like to, you guys go back into the conference by 11.30, so in 45 minutes, get you back on because we've got to get Senator Josh Hawley up here.
We're going to talk about AI and slipping this bill in.
But I want to continue this conversation, particularly about the Frontier Labs, because the Frontier Labs, as you will define it, Joe, when you get back, remember these people wanted to, when Deep Sea came on and they were totally caught by surprise on their methodology, which is energy intensive and requires these massive data centers.
And this is why you never hear anything about climate change anymore, really, because the oligarchs need massive amounts of energy.
They don't care where they get it from.
The Four Horsemen of the Apocalypse wanted to take over the United States weapons labs.
We call them national labs now, but they're weapons labs.
The big ones at Sandia and Livermore and these other places.
And we've got to discuss this.
Short commercial break.
We'll get Norrin Joe back up at the bottom of the next hour in Geneva.
We've got a lot more to discuss on artificial intelligence, including Senator Hawley's going to be here, how they're trying to do an end run on the American people and slip it in.
Catherine O'Neill's going to join us next with a big victory coming from a group of entrepreneurs against Big Ag and the globalist next in the war room.
unidentified
Spread the word all through Hong Kong We will fight till they're all gone We rejoice when there's no more Let's take down the CCP They are Go to list, you list the things that do.
jesse welles
You got a list of all your wishes.
That's a wish list, dude.
You got your hands on and standing clause and prepared too.
But I know a list that don't exist.
And but it's so do you.
It's kept being listed.
unidentified
It's a mystery list with the twist at the myth of a list that we all dismiss.
Be an optimist, not a pessimist.
If you wish to persist, you probably ought to forget that list.
jesse welles
What were we talking about?
I don't remember.
But I can sleep a lot better at night.
Yeah, life can just go along.
unidentified
Knowing there's 10,000 hours of sunshine and flowers and nobody doing a damn thing wrong.
Hear no scene, no damn bum G, no cash pretend with the mood.
jesse welles
Sweating men with bulging eyes.
Now tell me them fellas ain't compromised.
Do, do, do, do.
Any implicated dude will tell you.
unidentified
Anybody on the big list knows.
Just apart the folks in charge of go to keep the status cool.
So when the warbell rings, a song that they'll sing is a song that we well know.
jesse welles
So it's off to where I go.
They said it's gonna fix it, but now they're fucking bliss.
So it's off to where we go.
We'll send the poor off the war.
else are we for?
steve bannon
A lot of truth there.
This has got the deep state, the intelligence services, only one solution.
Only one solution.
Pam Bondi, the Attorney General of the United States, has to go and petition the court and unseal all the sealed evidence and then take that bundle with everything else they got and release it.
It's end of drill.
And if they can't do that, if they're got too much going on in the Justice Department or the FBI is overwhelmed, then simple.
Announce a special counsel to oversee this and let them do it and empower them and tell them to get on with it.
And the end of that song, he's got another song.
Jesse Wells, I think this guy is.
He's got a song about Iran.
The war there.
Very powerful when you listen to it.
Jesse Wells.
I think he's on TikTok.
Go to site, Googling.
We'll put the link up.
Grace will put the link up.
Release everything.
Only solution.
Can't have a middle ground here.
And it's part of the fight in the war against the deep state.
If they've got a criminal grand jury, they've got to move faster.
We need to see.
You're coming up on the midterms.
You know, Trump's got, in this term, a couple of years, three and a half years.
More in 28.
This is one of the reasons.
You think anybody else can take them on except Trump?
And I understand people saying, hey, on this one, he's not been 100%, but there are a lot of things going on.
The most dangerous thing we have right now is the deep state walking us into a war in Ukraine.
You're going to be in a shooting war around Edessa by Labor Day if it keeps going the path it's going.
And we've got to wave off this path.
We are getting victories.
Catherine O'Neill, tell me about the flesh-eating.
You were all over this and actually one of the leaders in getting this stopped.
Talk to us about what went on.
unidentified
Excuse me.
catharine oneill gillihan
Thanks so much, Steve, for having me on.
Yeah, so there was a huge victory yesterday where Secretary Brooke Rollins announced that she was suspending all livestock imports from Mexico because of the pressure that we mounted against her and her decision making.
So this is a huge victory for the grassroots American cattle ranchers around the country.
And so let me just walk you through the play-by-play.
So May 11th, the secretary shut down the border, the ports, in response to this threat against our country.
And then her team did a lot of meetings with the Mexican officials.
And then she was receiving a lot of pressure from the big ag groups to reopen the border.
But the threat was still there.
And it hadn't been eradicated.
So unfortunately, she did open the border.
She came to the pressure of big ag, and she opened the border on Monday.
And we put up a huge, huge fight against it.
And I worked tirelessly behind the scenes.
I have friends all over the administration that really care about what the American people want.
So I just want to thank them for listening to this threat.
And because of that, she caved again and she shut down the border.
steve bannon
It shows you Brooke is, you know, look, because there's all kinds of tensions at all these departments, right?
You've got the big corporations all over them.
But when you bring these things to the attention, like Amnesty, you get pretty quick response, correct?
And you had, and this is one of the reasons you're such a great young entrepreneur.
You've been with us since the beginning, so I was 15 and 16.
So your roots are very deep in this administration.
But people, when presented the information, respond quickly?
catharine oneill gillihan
Absolutely.
I think so.
And I think, you know, I think there were the people around the administration, there were people in the White House, there were people at Homeland Security, people at DOD that saw this, even at the State Department, they saw this information that this was coming to our borders.
And they were like, wow, this is scary.
This is a real threat.
We need to act now.
And so I think that there was a lot of internal pressure against her decision making.
And then we were able to amplify that on social media.
And she listened.
steve bannon
Yeah, I think this is an important part.
I tell people, if you got an issue, come to us.
If you can't, once it gets amplified, people respond quickly.
And I think this is a perfect issue.
If people want to catch up more on this, where do they go to get the information?
catharine oneill gillihan
The craziest part about this whole situation, Steve, is that we were posting on our Meriwether Farms account, we were posting about this for the past two weeks vigilantly.
And we actually posted a picture, a medical and examination of what a human infestation looks like, which is so disgusting.
And I really don't really appreciate having to look at all these pictures, but we posted a picture and it was flagged immediately by someone on the outside.
And actually, X shut our account down.
They locked us out of our account.
So then I had to go over to my personal page and continue the dialogue and continue the pressure.
So we really hope that our X account will be restored quickly because it just shows that we were right to ring the alarm bells on this issue.
steve bannon
No, Elmo at work again.
A free speech absolutist.
Elmo, maybe not so much.
Where did they go from Meriwether Farms?
You're a hero.
Let's go sell some beef.
unidentified
Good beef.
catharine oneill gillihan
Meriwether Farms, and then my account is at Kath Gillahan.
But we love your support and we're so thankful that you've allowed us to amplify this issue too, Steve.
steve bannon
So let's go today because you got good beef.
One more time.
Where did they go to Meriwether Farms?
Check it out.
Give us a review, all of it.
catharine oneill gillihan
Yes, meriweatherfarms.com.
You'll see some deals right on the homepage, but we appreciate your support and we will continue to fight for the American rancher and farmer around this country.
steve bannon
Thank you, ma'am.
Appreciate you.
Catherine O'Neill, young entrepreneur.
Short commercial break.
When I say short, I mean short.
We'll be back in a moment.
We got Josh Hawley.
They're going to have a press conference down in Kerrville.
