Speaker Time Text
steve bannon
This is the primal scream of a dying regime.
Pray for our enemies.
Because we're going medieval on these people.
I got a free shot at all these networks lying about the people.
The people have had a belly full of it.
I know you don't like hearing that.
I know you try to do everything in the world to stop that, but you're not going to stop it.
It's going to happen.
jake tapper
And where do people like that go to share the big lie?
unidentified
Mega Media.
jake tapper
I wish in my soul, I wish that any of these people had a conscience.
unidentified
Ask yourself, what is my task and what is my purpose?
steve bannon
If that answer is to save my country, this country will be saved.
unidentified
War Room.
Here's your host, Stephen K. Vann.
Here's your host, Stephen K. Vann.
steve bannon
Monday, 19 May, Year of the Lord, 2025.
I said, look to my trusty colleague, the 10-year treasuries is still above 4.5.
Anyway, the treasuries popped a little bit over the weekend.
The 30 went above 5. I don't think the market's totally absorbed what the downgrade is.
Scott Best was on TV, said it's backward-looking.
Okay, I'd buy that.
It's looking backwards, but it's a forward-looking problem.
Because now they've got excuses to hide behind.
And you notice they didn't do this under Biden, which is a joke, the way Yellen ran the thing.
And Yellen, remember, financed all this.
We talked about it all the time, short term, because they couldn't go out in 10s and 30s because it would have blown up on them and caused even more inflation than they already caused by their spending.
unidentified
But the spending is caused by the...
steve bannon
Inflation is caused by spending, this massive federal spending.
So we have to get, we have to get our arms around it.
I've said time and time again, the bond market's going to get a vote.
Well, guess what?
On Friday, they got the air cover to have a vote and they're going to have a vote.
We need to take action when we can take action.
That's what President Trump's trying to do with this overhaul, massive, comprehensive, comprehensive bill.
Which I still think is a possibility they may split this thing in two, the Senate might, to try to do the border security, which is the $170 billion that they want.
I think it's $90 billion in the House.
So the conference will work that out.
But that is an unfathomable amount of money, right, to do the deportations, plus another $150 billion, I think, top-up in defense spending.
That's why the deficits are higher in the first years.
And can you trust the political class?
Can you trust the people on Capitol Hill?
You haven't been able to trust them so far.
I don't think President Trump should trust them.
In particular, can the American people trust these folks?
Because all they want to do is spend and spend and spend, and the Republicans haven't been a breakup on that.
They've kind of got tapped along.
They've had some things on the margins, but it's just been on the margins.
Here they're talking about they're going to have this throwdown.
The term you're going to hear is FMAP.
Basically trying to stop Obamacare expansion.
And that's the big thing they're talking about that could be significant.
Another, I guess, couple hundred billion dollars over the program in cutting spending, particularly in the first years.
But here's what they presented.
Here's what the House presented last week before people were able to kick up dust.
And I'm one of the proponents of not cutting Medicaid to the bone because you've got a ton of working class people on Medicaid now because the jobs have been shipped overseas and they don't have insurance.
But when you know you've got two and a half million plus illegal aliens on it, no illegal alien in this country should be on Medicaid, full stop.
And that you've got the able-bodied...
That are not even doing basic checks because of what Biden put in and that wasn't going to start to 2029.
That's just not right.
That's the problem.
The details of all these programs that get all this and there's so much in this bill and in the tax side that if you don't have a team of experts that can analyze it for you, they're going to steamroll you.
You, the average citizen who are in good faith sitting there going, well, I voted on a guy that, you know, his campaign poster said limited government.
His campaign poster said limited government.
If his campaign poster said limited government, where is he on the, at least the initial doge cuts, and not just programmatically?
Because remember, I said, hey, other people are coming to that, so I don't really count that, but on the fraud.
My understanding is there's a couple hundred billion dollars kind of floating around of potential doge cuts, because if you look at the math every month, because they post it, we are spending more.
The first six months.
In the fiscal year, it was over a trillion dollars.
That's just the math that's reported.
But my understanding is that the rescissions packages, because you've got two ways to do this, either do impoundments, which the president can just do, and that's going to be challenging the courts, or you can do rescissions where you go up and just need a majority vote, which we should have in both houses.
And my understanding is that Russ has not put forward the...
The rescissions packages, because given everything in the reconciliation bill, they don't know if there's attention or what of these things can pass or even get people's attention.
I also understand that there's already certain other rescissions packages dealing with some of the Doge, what Doge found in the cuts that people in Capitol Hill have said, no, we don't want to do that.
That's not acceptable.
And so I don't know what they're going to do with that.
But they're going to come up with some solution to that too.
My point is that none of them want to face the music of having to cut federal spending.
Just to go back to the pre-COVID, and COVID-Medicaid is what did Andy Harris say?
40%?
Nobody wants to face the fact that we've had explosive growth, and that's including in defense.
Well, President Trump is on the phone right now with Putin, even as we speak.
To try to at least initially, not an overall deal, but to talk about, you know, a stand down in Ukraine.
And this is why the Russian rapprochement is so important.
To somehow begin to put a wedge in between them and the Chinese Communist Party.
You saw the Moscow celebrations of the victory in Europe Day, their version of it, 80 years later.
And now we're hearing all kind of reports that the Chinese Communist Party has given the weapons systems in Pakistan.
There's huge reports out that they're cozying up to the Egyptian military.
You think Israel's kind of surrounded?
Turkey to the north?
Egypt on one side, Persia on the other?
Right?
So President Trump's trying to deal with the kinetic part of the Third World War and trying to bring some...
Semblance in the arc of instability all the way from the Ukraine all the way down to the North Arabian and Red Sea and everything in betwixt, which is like a tinderbox just waiting to go up.
Those folks all cheeked by Joe.
They got a lot of vendettas in Kashmir, in Afghanistan, in Persia, Turkey, Syria.
The southern tip of Arabia, the Houthi land and Yemen, they all got an issue.
The black hand of the Chinese Communist Party is everywhere to be disruptive, including, that's why we're following the Rio Reset so closely.
Go to birchgold.com right now and get it, the seventh free installment, the Rio Reset.
Everything that leads up to it, all free.
Why?
The black hand of the Chinese Communist Party is in back of Moses.
Why is this?
Because they're the existential threat to the United States.
And oh, by the way, they're already engaged in war against us.
Remember, Chinese philosophical and military doctrine by Sun Tzu and all their other philosophers, if you have to go kinetic, the moment you go kinetic, they think, we've kind of lost.
Not that they intend to lose in the kinetic, but they said we kind of lost because, you know, foreign devils like fighting kinetic war because they're not strategic enough and savvy enough and cunning enough to defeat their enemies beforehand.
And that's what we, the imperial power and imperial house of China, does.
So President Trump's trying to do that.
Cleveland's got a great report in Over at The Federalist about she actually breaks it down on the judicial insurrection.
We've had Mike Davis and Julie Kelly, everybody on here talking about it.
Since President Trump took over in January, you've got an insurrection from the judiciary.
And that's slowing him down right now.
But that's a real thing.
And that's going to have to be brought to a head.
This is why on this show we got D.C. Drano on here and he put that great tweet up and said, hey, let's get down because I said this is an avenue that is going to be a forcing function and that is suspending the writ of habeas corpus.
Why?
Because you can tell right now they're trying to step in between him and being commander-in-chief of the armed forces.
Take a deep breath.
This has happened before in the Civil War, in the early days of the Civil War, the Chief Justice.
But Taney, who had given us the Dred Scott decision, right, kind of a triggering event, he tried to step in between Lincoln and his powers, or as he and Seward described them, the inherent powers of the executive branch, Article 2, particularly as commander-in-chief, to suspend habeas corpus.
And to kind of run the war as a warlord, which he did.
It got worse over time as the fighting got worse, and union losses mounted.
But he didn't back off, never backed off.
So that's the whole judicial front.
Now you've got the big enchilada, which is the spending and how you're going to finance it.
And they did get a reprieve last night, but it doesn't mean that's going to go away.
It doesn't mean the deficit hawks, and the deficit hawks are not wrong here.
It's just what can you get done?
What can you get done to kind of bend this arc?
And this is my point.
If there are other things out there, now's the time to let's hear them.
If there are revenue, look, we just had the biggest tariff month in history.
If there is something that's going to be kicked in from the External Revenue Service and it's meaningful, and by meaningful in this regard, I mean every penny.
Because we ought to be scraping—you ought to be into the sofas and getting the nickels and the dimes.
This ought to be all hands on deck.
So if we have coming in from that, it ought to be a number we ought to put out and say, this is a number that we can live with.
This is a number we debated.
You know, oh, that's too high.
That's too—okay, we agree upon this number.
Go back into the Doe situation and these rescissions.
I'd like to see what these rescissions are.
I just don't think it's some magical formula.
Let's get it out there.
Let's refute.
Let's take the Wall Street Journal's article and let's refute it.
They're saying right now the deficit increases by $3 trillion.
Let's refute that line by line.
I know we've got the information.
Let's do it.
And then let's look at what this Medicaid expansion and what's doable on this.
I mean, Harris could not have been more blunt.
It's not going to pass on Wednesday.
And that means he's probably got, I don't know, 10, 20, 30 or more of these folks that realize back home people are saying, hey, you got to get control of this debt because you have to get control of the debt.
And once we lock this in, it's locked in.
Just like the tax cut in 2017 locked in and did such a magnificent job by the time 2019 came around.
It shouldn't be lost on people that the tax cut Because it was so demonized by the left, was not properly sold or not sold enough that in the midterm elections we lost 42 seats.
And I realize a lot of that was because of, you know, Russiagate and all the hate that Pelosi and these people put on.
But all the benefits that pop the next year, just like Reagan's plan, had to be explained to people.
I'm not sure it was.
The next year, by 19, people were feeling good about it.
I'll tell you how good they were feeling.
The Chinese Communist Party ripped up in May of that year, ripped up and spit in our face on the Lighthizer deal, said we're not going to do that.
We would be, we did this deal, we would always be under the boot of the foreign devil.
And what happened in August, September that year?
I don't know.
The military games in Wuhan?
I don't know.
People started getting sick.
Yeah, that Wuhan.
Yeah, that lab, which I haven't seen any official investigation on that either.
If you look at all these aspects, and this one's going to be a big struggle, but we'll get through it.
But every piece of information has got to be put on the table so the American people can see it and understand what they're voting for, because they're essentially voting here with their representatives.
And guys are going to go, men and women are going to have to go back home and defend this for their re-election in the primaries and re-election in general.
So let's get it all on the table now.
And let's get something that, right now you get the sentence just out of hand.
Oh, it's, you know, Johnson's saying I need $8 trillion in cuts.
Other guy's saying you're cutting too much.
This is all doable, particularly if we get all the math out there.
If we get all the math out there, it's much easier to package this and to sell it.
Right now, just my feeling is that there's a lot of moving in the dark.
Okay, short commercial break.
Birchgold.com slash banning end of the dollar empire.
Get it today.
unidentified
It's all free and it will make you smart.
In America's heart.
America figured this out.
That they can force the federal government to spend $9 for every $1 that it spends and they're using it to launder money.
And this is the way they do it.
And it costs no money to California because they raise taxes.
On managed care companies, the companies that are providing Medicaid.
So they go to these companies and say, we're going to tax you, but don't worry.
We're going to give you all of the money that we just taxed you right back.
But in the meantime, we're going to take that money and we're going to pull down federal dollars and that'll let us have more money so that we can spend it on expanding the population for Medicaid and spend it on illegal immigrants.
In fact, this scheme has allowed California to spend nearly $4 billion to pay for illegal immigrants to have Medicaid.
$4 billion.
This is crazy.
And this total scheme is spending more money in federal dollars in California than the entire state of Florida spends in one year, in their entire annual budget.
So this is absurd.
This has to be corrected.
California is stealing federal dollars, and they're rubbing our noses in it by paying for illegal immigrants and encouraging them to come over here.
steve bannon
Okay, if you like the capital markets and geopolitics, and today you got President Trump, even as we speak on the phone with Putin, about geopolitics, particularly Ukraine, also capital markets.
We've talked all about it, and Congressman Burleson is going to join us here in a second.
Because I think he might be on to something.
Rickardswarroom.com.
Jim Rickards.
Rickards is going to be on the next couple of days.
One of the best contributors we've got.
Strategic Intelligence is the newsletter.
Make sure you go check it out today.
Rickardswarroom.com.
Strategic Intelligence.
And he throws in a free book on artificial intelligence and currency, which will curl your hair as it was meant to.
Congressman Burleson, take a second.
Just hit a quick recap.
You basically accusing...
The state of California in kind of a money laundering operation, taking, I don't know, under false pretenses, federal money and funding it to illegal aliens?
Is that the way I read that, sir?
unidentified
That's exactly right, Steve.
They went to these managed care organizations, and in the state law in California, they created this scheme where they say, we will tax you, but we will return every dime that we've taxed you to the insurance companies that are managing.
And then they go to the federal government and say, hey, look, we just spent that money.
We paid these insurance companies this amount of money.
In this case, last year is $16.7 billion.
But that money never went out of California's system.
They weren't down $16.7 billion.
They just told the federal government that they spent $16.7 billion, and that allowed them to draw down.
$9.5 billion, with which they spent $4 billion to fund Medicaid for illegal immigrants and another almost $5.5 billion to expand state programs on welfare.
steve bannon
So is the solution, is this part of your effort to get, is it 2.5 million illegal aliens now on Medicaid?
Is this part of the effort of folks in the House to say...
In this reconciliation bill, the big, beautiful bill, we've got to broom all the illegal aliens off the Medicaid rolls, sir?
unidentified
Yeah, absolutely.
And we do that, I think, in this bill, which is fantastic.
However, the thing that we're not doing is closing this money laundering shell game.
Because instead of sending the $4 billion to illegals, they're just going to funnel that $4 billion over to expand more welfare programs for individuals in California.
At the end of the day, all of the expense of you and I, this is all federal money that we're sending to California.
And it's more than the entire state of Florida's entire annual budget.
It's how much money the federal government is sending to California for this money scheme.
steve bannon
So, is there language you propose to go in there to shut this down, or has that already been thrown out?
unidentified
It has been thrown out.
We're fighting with some of the moderates.
They're dragging their feet, particularly because they're from the states that are doing this scan, from California, from New York.
All the big blue states are the ones that are doing this scan.
They're maximizing federal dollars, and they're doing it at the cost of you and I. And all these red states, Steve, have not expanded.
And they're not doing this level of this taxation scheme.
So states like Florida, Texas, my state of Missouri, they're nowhere near doing what these blue states are doing, which is why it just puzzles me why we won't close this as a winkle and try to at least phase out this money laundering scam, which includes FMAP.
And so you've heard that term FMAP talked about.
The FMAP is the federal match.
For an able-bodied individual, somebody who should be working, we're matching 90 cents for every $1 that the state spends.
When it comes to disabled people, it's much lower.
It's around half.
So we're paying, we're incentivizing these states to put people that should be working on Medicaid and keep them on a welfare system.
And that entire scheme is what these other states are using to bankrupt the federal government.
steve bannon
So, Andy Harris was on earlier.
He's saying this is going to be a big fight.
He doesn't know that this is going to be rectified by Wednesday.
Are your constituents, you're pretty close to your folks out there.
Where do they come down to?
Do they want to fight for every penny in this Obamacare expansion?
We understand the able-bodied, you can't wait to 29. They got to go register immediately.
Can't wait to 29. But the rest of this about Medicaid expansion, this fight, which will be a lot tougher and maybe longer.
Do your constituents have your back to be part of that fight?
If you're going to stop Obamacare expansion, you do the fight now?
You lance the boil now?
unidentified
Absolutely, because if we don't do this, it's estimated, and the CBO is getting ready to score this, hundreds and hundreds of billions of dollars that will erase any savings that this bill has.
It's not a deficit-neutral plan in the short term.
All of the savings, as Yuval mentioned, are in the back end in the latter years, which I think is unacceptable.
But we can fix this whole Medicaid scam, and I don't understand why Republicans at least can come on board and say, you know what, you're right, it does need to be fixed.
Maybe we do it in latter years as well, but at least we can close this loophole with the FMAT.
steve bannon
What is the resistance to try to do it all now from the moderates?
What is their pushback?
unidentified
Yeah, and I sympathize with my friends from our more purple districts.
They don't want to see dramatic cuts.
They don't want to see the systems buckle, hospitals receive the shortfall.
But at the end of the day, it's not sustainable because if we don't do this, and we haven't been doing it, by allowing this shell game to occur...
We're spending more in Medicaid.
The inflation rate on Medicaid expenses exceeds health inflation, which was mind-blowing to me.
And it's because of this shell game.
To me, that's unsustainable.
We are driving up through Medicaid and this shell game.
We're driving up the costs for all of health care, for everyone, even privately.
Because, as you know, when the state is paying more and the federal government is paying more...
It rises the cost for everybody else.
So I think that we have to close this if we're going to get a handle on health care inflation and particularly the inflation rates for Medicaid.
steve bannon
So Congressman Burleson, you're full MAGA.
You represent one of the most MAGA districts in the country.
When the president calls you on Tuesday night or Wednesday and says, Burleson, I need your vote here.
I understand everything with Medicaid, but I want to get this done.
I want to get it put to bed.
Give the audience a preview.
What's your response?
unidentified
My response is going to be, Mr. President, the American people love you, my district loves you, and they love your efforts to balance the budget.
That has been a campaign pledge that we're going to get on that direction to balancing the budget.
This actually is the Achilles tendon in this whole plan.
And it will jeopardize your legacy and your ability to be able to bring this back to fiscal solvency.
steve bannon
Do you think House leadership, has the Speaker been forthright with the President, what really the issues are and how it rolls down to the math and how it shows up in the Wall Street Journal's analysis?
Do you think they've been forthcoming to the President?
Do you think the President has all the facts in front of him?
unidentified
I really don't know because I don't know about those internal conversations.
But I do think that—I hope that the president is able to listen to folks like myself.
And look, we just had the bond rating increase.
And when Moody's raised the bond rating on the United—or lowered the bond rating on the United States, in their explanation, they recognized the reconciliation bill and the solutions within it and still lowered the bond rating.
As a result, you're seeing it in the market.
You're seeing money move away from U.S. debt.
And I think that if we don't turn this around, then we're going to end up in a debt spiral.
At some point, the dollar will mean nothing.
The money in your bank accounts will mean nothing.
Your retirement funds will mean nothing.
And I don't want to be the legislator that oversaw the complete demise of the U.S. dollar.
steve bannon
Congressman Burleson, your explanation of the money laundering of some of these states was amazing.
Where do people go on social media to follow you, sir?
unidentified
Thanks, Steve.
It's Rep.
Eric Burleson, and I just really appreciate everything that you do, appreciate the war room posse, and keep up the fight, my friend.
steve bannon
Okay, Congressman.
Great video.
Thank you for coming on Between Planes.
Appreciate you.
unidentified
Thank you, sir.
steve bannon
Folks, this is going to get a little testy over the next 72 hours, I can tell you.
It's just going to get testy.
So you see kind of the bid and the ask right here.
We'll see if this thing gets worked out.
I would love to have someone, I don't know, randomly, I'm going to throw out some random OMB, NEC, Hassett, Treasury, someone with like an official title.
Let's come up with a set of math.
Let's refute the Wall Street Journal.
The way to refute it is look at all sources of cash.
unidentified
Tariffs, rescissions, what Doge found.
steve bannon
I'm just not sure we're presenting the best case that we have on numbers we know that are out there.
I think that makes for a more informed conversation.
And the Warren Posse loves informed conversations.
short break.
unidentified
Here's your host, Stephen K. Vann.
steve bannon
Okay, we're here.
We've got a big announcement.
We're going to bring in David Bozell.
David, Media Research Center, which is one of the foundational building blocks in conservative media, you are going to take over as president, what, a week from tomorrow?
Is that correct, sir?
unidentified
Yes, sir.
Yes, sir.
Thank you, General Bannon, for having me.
Appreciate it.
steve bannon
David, talk to us about MRC.
What's your plan?
Your dad is a legend.
Just a fantastic guy.
I think he's going to go now.
He was going to take over the global media platform, but since they're taking that apart, he's going to be ambassador to South Africa.
Talk about your plans for the future MRC.
unidentified
Yeah, tough assignment for my father.
The president nominated him to be ambassador to South Africa.
He needed a bulldog in there.
My father is certainly one of those, as we all know.
Taking over MRC, this would be a lot easier if MRC was a downtrodden operation.
But as you mentioned, it is a vanguard in this space.
It's an institution in the conservative media space.
And my father and his team, I think when they started in 1987, this is how I sort of calculate who's a creative genius in our world.
They gave us something that we didn't know we had to have, which was the absolute proof to prove that these guys...
We're not just liberal in their bias, but they engaged in character assassination.
They outright tried to erase us from history.
So, you know, my dad in his righteous Catholic race, you know, the kind of race that you need to start a nonprofit solely to prove that Dan Rather was lying, and he was, and Dan Rather was fired for it.
But he's going to be moving on to South Africa.
And MRC, they've welcomed me with open arms.
Growing up around it, as you might imagine, I've kind of joked with people that have grown up in CPAC green rooms since I was a kid, so I'm excited for the opportunity.
We're going to get a little bit faster, a little bit more real-time, and as the media evolves, we're going to evolve with it.
steve bannon
Talking about media evolving, two things.
Number one, the artificial intelligence, but also the scandal like over the weekend.
You've got the Herd tapes.
You've got now the cancer cover-up.
You're stepping into it in the beginning of, I would argue, a scandal that dwarfs Watergate, and particularly on the cover-up side of not simply the media, but people in the Praetorian Guard in the deep state.
At the same time, you've got this revolution in artificial intelligence.
I don't think people are fully grasping how powerful this is going to be.
Your thoughts, sir?
unidentified
Well, I read, the name escapes me, but I read a column by a futurist who was talking about AI, and he said over the weekend, he said, every child in America is going to have their own, here's something that will scare people, will have their own personal AI assistant that will have limitless ability to teach your child anything that the child wants to learn with limitless compassion, limitless knowledge base, and limitless time.
Now, you can just—the mind races with the positive and the negative of that statement, but I believe it to be true.
I think—I've long asserted that 2024 might have been the last election that was dominated by an authentic candidate.
I think I really do believe, particularly on the Democrat side who really lack authenticity across the board.
They're going to be trying to utilize AI to talk to the American people.
The Media Research Center is going to be the tip of the spear in clawing that out, discovering it, researching it, tracking it.
We're going to have real-time dashboards, all those types of things going into the future.
So it's an exciting, dangerous, challenging time for the movement in that we have this artificial apparatus.
That is going to be essentially reporting the news of the moment.
And who, and how the public, and where do they go?
Is it Grok?
Is it Gemini?
Is it Chat?
Is it another entity?
This weekend's story is exhibit A of this kind of thing.
The Jay Tapper book is the most egregious attempt at revisionist history that I've seen in quite some time.
Not only did these guys Failed to pursue the story about Joe Biden and whether or not he had the cognitive abilities to perform his duty as a president.
But time and again, and the Lord Trump interview is the most famous, but time and again, you and everyone in the conservative media apparatus who tried to point this out were chastised, demonized, censored for the better part of the last three to four years when we tried to call out Joe Biden's cognitive decline.
And once again, you know, point for the conspiracy theorists, we were right and they were wrong.
steve bannon
Is MRC under your guidance?
Are you going to be the forefront of this investigation?
Because the investigation has to happen.
If the House doesn't do it, or DOJ, I mean, the conservative media, Axelrod's saying, no, no, no, you have to mute everything down.
You have to stand down because of the cancer revelations.
Your thoughts?
unidentified
Well, listen, to the extent that MRC as a C3 can be involved in calling for House investigations, whether we can work with FCC, FEC, we're going to do it.
We're going to take that up to the absolute line every step of the way.
This is, like you said, one of the most egregious scandals, particularly in the media's history.
They covered up for this administration.
They turned a blind eye to what they saw time and time again.
In their daily routine, they knew it was happening.
And for them to give us the hooker with a heart of gold routine and say, well, it's all...
I mean, Tapper's one of them.
Chuck Todd is another one.
He is on a media blitz on social media trying to defend his precious institution called the Legacy Press.
And he can't.
He has really no ground to stand on.
So we're going to be at the tip of the spear on all these things.
steve bannon
David, where do people go to get MRC, to see everything, all the changes you're going to put in?
It's already pretty great anyway.
And also your social media, where do they go to follow this?
unidentified
MRC.org is a flagship, is a mothership website.
I've got a fresh new design coming out today.
My Twitter handle, my ex-handle is David Bozell.
The MRC is the ex-handle for Media Research Center.
And Newsbusters, those guys are the spine of the whole ship.
Yeah, you guys are great.
steve bannon
Your father is a legend, and you're going to kill it.
Anything we can do to assist you guys, let us know.
Just fantastic.
Glad the energy and the focus there, because we're going to go through some pretty choppy water here over the next two years, I can tell you.
unidentified
Yeah, and we've got this bill that's coming up, and that'll be dicey.
I heard you talking about it before the break.
That'll be a dicey proposition.
I hope something gets through.
These guys have...
I promised the American people time and again that they're going to cut the size of government, and now is the opportunity.
steve bannon
Now is the opportunity.
David Bozell, thank you very much.
Congratulations.
Godspeed.
unidentified
Thanks, Steve.
Appreciate it.
steve bannon
MRC, Grace and Mo, let's make sure we push all of that.
If it's not on your daily diet of where you go for your media every day, you ought to check it out.
It's fantastic.
Great videos, great reporting, fantastic crew.
David Bozell.
Taking over as president a week from tomorrow.
I guess they're going to give Memorial Day off.
We'll have more about our Memorial Day.
We're going to do our Memorial Day special with Patrick K. O'Donnell, as we always do.
It'll be, I think, on Saturday.
We've got to figure it out, probably Saturday.
We'll figure all this out in the next couple of days.
Let me go back to the situation with the bill and also with the Biden situation.
If you look at the three big verticals President Trump has, the ending the kinetic part of the Third World War, and I don't think we've seen yet on social media that that call is over, or at least I haven't been able to see it here at the command post, with Putin.
If you look at then the judicial insurrection, which I believe has to be dealt with before the Supreme Court leaves at the end of June for their summer break.
And that is the one that they're trying to chop block President Trump.
The one in the middle, which is getting the economy, you know, the tax cuts, the economy, the supply side tax cuts, the spending, all of it done with a financing plan on top of that, how we're going to finance this mess, because that's what it is now.
These are all going to be the lasting legacy of President Trump.
I mean, the guy's got a call.
He's going to have to have whip votes this week.
I mean, they're dependent on President Trump in the White House to do everything where he's got, I think, kind of his hands full coming back from a historic, you know, trip to the Middle East that you're not even able to take a day to absorb because there's so much other stuff coming on.
But it gets back to the Biden situation.
And this is that other angle of attack is that the administrative state and the deep state and the administrative state, part of it, attacked by Doge.
Although we haven't gotten the cuts yet.
Some of that's in this budget and the reconciliation.
Others are going to come from rescission.
We need to see that.
Because the administrative state, I think 122,000 employees are gone, but that's of two and a half to almost three million, I think, civilians.
So more of that has to come.
Although if you cut every employee out, I think, now I don't think it includes contracts.
I think employees would be...
About $325 billion.
Think if you added contractors on top of that, you might get north of four, maybe even half a trillion.
So you're not going to solve all your problems.
You got rid of everybody.
Might solve other problems, but you're not going to solve the cost problem.
The cost is what we've got to get our hands around.
And right now, I just don't think all the numbers are out there.
And President Trump, like Andy Harris said, he said, hey, there's enough votes now not to pass it.
So in passing it, and this is what Johnson has to keep in mind, it has to be done right because this, just like in 17, that cut led to the very successful 19 economy that was only thwarted by the pandemic, by the Wuhan lab, by the Chinese Communist Party releasing it.
Oh, by the way, I don't know if we've seen a formal inquiry into that.
To my point, the deep state, the administrative state part, is a work in progress.
It's not going to happen overnight.
It's a work in progress.
But the deep state part, I'm not sure, is underway at all.
What we do know is that we've had John Ratcliffe at CIA tell people there that they're not going to let politicals get rid of...
There's a thousand going to burn off over time, but they're not going to get rid of any...
Any of the people over at the CIA?
Looks like Tulsi Gabbard's trying.
She fired the people that leaked the national intelligence estimate that said, the Venezuelans didn't invade the country.
They leaked that to try to chop block President Trump in the courts.
She got rid of him.
John Brennan had a meltdown.
But we haven't seen, and Dan and Cash went on Maria, I think for seven minutes yesterday.
He gave an interview.
I think they had a lot of good information there and things are going on.
They're saying you're going to see come to fruition.
I believe they also addressed that they're going to get essentially everybody out of the headquarters in Washington, D.C., that horrible building.
They're going to get them out and move on.
But right now, this week is going to be a monumental week for President Trump and the MAGA movement.
And that is to try to get the big, beautiful bill, the reconciliation bill, moved through so it can be voted on and passed on to the Senate.
That'll be a monumental thing.
But that is going to be a foundational element in going forward with President Trump's legacy, the direction of the country.
This is why I say on June 15th is the 10-year anniversary of coming down the golden escalator in Trump Tower.
That kind of kicked this thing off.
That 10 years, everything up to date is kind of a preamble for the convergence of these crises and the way President Trump works through these crises and sets this constitutional republic back on a stable foundation, both constitutionally, national security-wise, also with setting right this constitutional crisis between judicial supremacy, this judicial insurrection.
Anyway, we're going to take a short commercial break.
Make sure you've got the ramparts with us.
Because of the ramparts, we shall go.
Don't let anybody get into your title, that piece of paper that says you actually own the real asset that is your home.
Home title lock.
$1 million triple lock protection.
Now, what does that mean?
24-hour coverage.
If anybody messes with your title in the middle of the night, you get an alert any time, day or night.
And if all else fails, they put $1 million into our restoration program, lawyers and others, to make sure you get your title back, that no one's taking a hard money loan second on your title.
HomeTitleLock.com, promo code Steve.
Talk to Natalie Dominguez and the team today.
unidentified
Here's your host, Stephen K. Band.
steve bannon
So we're kicking off a big week.
And back, Charlie Curse, I'll pick up at noon.
Pusso after that.
We've got Steve Gruber.
Of course, Eric Bolling.
I'll do a hard handover from Bolling.
And 5 to 7 is going to be lit.
We're going to get much more into this.
Even in the math, it's just the big, beautiful bill takes everything up.
And of course, Putin and everything that's going on there.
Grace, you were amazing the other day.
Hit it again.
I want to talk about merch.
I want to talk about the newsletters we put out, the command report, all of it, the download, Bill Blaster.
The floor is yours, ma 'am.
grace chong
Okay, so first, the new drop is live on shopwarroom.org.
The top sellers right now, believe it or not, is Steve's free Constantinople shirt.
And also the Dark Maga.
Dark War Room.
Not Dark Maga, but Dark War Room.
That's been our best seller.
And it fits great.
I love it.
And also we have the classics like the War Room Posse shirt.
That's a best seller.
We're going to make new designs of that.
So keep on looking out at shopwarroom.org.
And we also have all the classics, but we have the ones designed by Jenna, the artist.
She's also known as the Deplorable Artist Woman.
And she's one of our own from the Posse.
She's the one that created Nomenclature, Next Man Up, Let the American Dream Again.
She is super talented.
She's super dedicated.
And so check out her designs.
And she's just been on fire.
We're going to be releasing a lot more designs this week.
And all original.
No one has it.
It's exclusive.
So also MBI, mouth-breathing imbecile, but it's also a movement built in.
And that's how we see it.
It's in your bones.
It's in your DNA.
As Americans, it's built in us to fight for our country, for each other, and for the truth.
So you can't teach that.
And that's what this merch signals.
And it'll be available soon.
unidentified
But everything's on shopwarroom.org.
grace chong
it's all made in the U.S. We walk the walk.
Conservative pundits, like media companies, they've been getting a lot of flack online that their merch is not made in the USA.
But when we started the store, Steve's first thing was everything must be made in America.
So be proud to wear it.
We're so proud that everything is made in the USA since we walked the walk.
So we will also be having a really cool honey badger design this week.
I hope to wear it by the end of the week.
It is so awesome.
And we're going to have Trump 2028 March available because he is going to run and he is going to win.
steve bannon
It's happening.
grace chong
And remember, it's an interactive process.
steve bannon
Should people just go back and check every couple of days because you're putting up new stuff on shopwarroom.org?
Just go back and check it every couple of days and you'll have the new offerings up front.
grace chong
Yes, you're going to see the featured product.
It's going to be almost like a few days, we'll always have new product out.
So, you know, like I was saying, it's an interactive process.
So keep sending your ideas.
Email our merch team at info at shopwarroom.org.
And you guys have already shaped a lot of what's already on there on the site.
So the merch team's working really hard to bring in more of your requests to life.
And while we're at it...
Head to warroom.org to sign up for our newsletter.
If you haven't already, we send out a killer Saturday command brief.
I know a lot of you guys are working like two jobs, raising kids, slammed with life.
So we just cut through the noise and we hand you all the signal.
And make sure to sign up for that.
Also, on warroom.org, JoJo dropped a part three to the boots on the ground, breaking down the 2026 battleground states, Arizona, Georgia, Michigan.
Pennsylvania, Nevada, North Carolina, Wisconsin, and even Texas.
So she's highlighting all the vulnerable Democrats and weak rhinos, and we're spotlighting the fighters.
So we don't wait for permission.
We don't wait for the RNC.
We just move.
So let's get on that.
And next, download and share the War Room podcast on Apple.
unidentified
I get it.
grace chong
Some of you guys hate Apple.
I do, too.
But this is how you play the game.
And we've got millions of downloads, millions, but only 15,000 reviews.
The math isn't mapping.
It doesn't add up.
So it's like Warpath.
How does Warpath have almost 10,000 reviews?
And we have millions of downloads, and we have 15,000 reviews.
So Posse...
It's really easy.
Just go onto the podcast, scroll down to the bottom, tap five stars, leave us a review.
steve bannon
I hate to tell you, I think it's hundreds of millions of downloads, close to a billion.
15,000 reviews is nothing.
You've got to give a review, folks.
We need to hear what you've got to say.
Plus, it helps us in the rankings.
But you've got to give a review.
Reviews are important.
And it's free.
grace chong
It's free.
And it's a free way to support War Room.
And you don't have to listen to it on Apple.
Watch it on Rumble.
Get her.
Real America's app, but just leave a review.
We read all of them.
It helps us with the algorithm.
Let's make Apple show the world who runs the charts.
steve bannon
The command brief?
grace chong
The command brief, yes.
Just go to warroom.org.
And sign up for the newsletter.
We send out a killer command brief every Saturday.
It goes through all the weekly top clips so you don't have to figure out what went on that week.
We give you the headlines.
We give you the actual links so you can watch it.
We also give you notes from World War III from Dr. Bradley Thayer.
So you can read that.
We also have awesome articles written by Kerry Donovan and also JoJo's article.
They're all included in there.
So we also have top social media links.
We try to give you...
Just immerse yourself in information.
If you can, watch the show.
steve bannon
Grace, what's your social media?
We've got to bounce.
I've got to get Lindell up.
What's your social media?
grace chong
Yes, got it.
You can reach me on Twitter, GC22GC, or Grace Chong on all other social media platforms.
And follow us on War Room, Bannon's War Room.
steve bannon
Thank you, ma 'am.
Fantastic report.
It's all there.
It's all free.
Go to the merch shop.
Check it out.
American made and the quality is great.
Mike Lindell, what do you got for me?
What's our new special?
unidentified
Well...
mike lindell
