This chilling effect.
What were law firms and other legal experts concerned about?
So this firm was the basically lead counsel for the 2016 campaign for Hillary Clinton.
They helped fund the dossier that Trump obviously became obsessed with and hated and thought was unfairly tarnishing his ties to Russia.
The same law firm in 2020 Was at the forefront of many of the post-2020 election efforts to overturn the election.
They fought Trump in court throughout the country and they beat him time and time again with a lawyer named Mark Elias.
Mark Elias has since left the firm and subsequently...
A partner at the firm who had been involved with some of the stuff around the campaign and the dossier and Trump's ties to Russia was indicted and went to trial and was acquitted.
So there has been a judicial process on Perkins Coie before.
One of their partners was indicted.
He went to trial.
He was acquitted.
Trump tried to sue Perkins Coie.
That lawsuit fell flat.
But what happens is that last Thursday, he signs this executive order that essentially cripples the firm.
It basically says that this firm that has a big office in Washington cannot interact with the federal government, essentially stops them from interacting with the federal government.
And if you're a client of Perkins Coie and your lawyer cannot interact with the government and you have contracts with the government and business before the government, it is highly detrimental.
And that is what Perkins Coie's lawyers, they have their own law firm now representing them, Williams and Connolly, says yesterday.
They say that this is almost this is an existential threat to this firm based on the simple fact that Donald Trump, nearly 10 years after Perkins Coie committed what he thinks is his first sin against him, is suffering under because of this executive order.
And he says many worry about what could happen to their businesses if Trump and his officials attack them, a reason some companies have considered legal settlements with Trump or other moves to win his favor.
The mood has totally changed, George said.
What you're hearing publicly is not what you're going to hear privately.
So what kind of an effect, a dampening effect on actually speaking out loud about the lawsuit against Perkins Coie, whatever the...
steve bannon
Okay, okay, okay, okay.
We could go on.
We had a long call open.
I want to bring Mike Davis in.
So, Mike, this radical federal judge insurrection, you've got judges now saying that Trump can't actually withhold money, that it's got to be paid $2 billion in the foreign aid, which is going to lead to a bigger fight on impoundment.
And, folks, understand, Schumer's shutting down the government tomorrow at midnight.
We're going to have a shutdown.
The Schumer shutdown's going to happen.
It's shutting down because the Democrats are not comfortable with impoundment.
They're laying it out there.
So this fight is now going to be both in the legislative and it's going to get to the courts.
They've also said President Trump can't fire people.
That some of the firings that they're doing, particularly on these probationary periods, these first-line judges come out and say he doesn't have ability to do that.
Perkins Coy is actually taking on...
The legal structure in the imperial capital, the city is run by these big law firms.
Covington and Burley and Perkins Coring being the two most radical, right?
Eric Holder at one, Mark Elias and Bob Bauer at the other.
These are not, and you notice, these guys' hands are in everything.
Just across the board in everything that's trying to happen, we're getting chop blockers slowed down.
By these radical judges at the front line.
And this is why Article 3 is so important.
These judges are everything.
And this is why you see Chutkin and everything.
They're popping up on all these different cases.
But the Supreme Court hasn't been great either.
So, Davis, everybody looks to you as the viceroy.
What in the hell is going on here, brother?
mike davis
So President Trump campaigned on the fact that he's going to hire Elon Musk, he's going to set up the Department of Government Efficiency or DOGE, and he's going to go after waste, fraud, and abuse in Washington, D.C. And that is shocking to people in D.C. because Trump is actually a politician who's actually going to do what he promised American voters.
He was going to do, and he's doing this very quickly, right?
He is off to the races.
We are less than two months into the administration, and they're ripping signs off at USAID and closing down agencies.
These activist judges need to remember this.
The president is exercising his core Article II power under the Constitution.
He has the executive power.
The executive power belongs to the president.
And the president alone.
And that means the president can fire people if he doesn't want them working in the executive branch, including whether it's Hampton, Dellinger, the special counsel who got fired and Trump won that victory in the D.C. Circuit,
or if it's a multi-member board, like one of these agencies that are set up with a five-member board where they think that we can take executive power and give it to these five-member boards with three partisans of one party and two partisans of another party.
That's not constitutional, right?
And you're going to see with President Trump firing these executive branch board members that this is going to get to the Supreme Court.
The Supreme Court is going to overrule a key case called Humphrey's Executor.
steve bannon
Hang on.
I'll get to the court in a second.
ACB and Roberts.
I want to get there first, but I've got to go back because it's best when people understand the big ideas that are at play and then all of a sudden all the machinations begin to fend into a mental map so they can kind of discern.
The deconstruction of the administrative state, the basic theory is, and this is your great clerk for Gorsuch, the great intellectual leader of this, is that this over the last 50 or even from FDR, this administrative state, a fourth branch of government that became these alphabet agencies, but also certain cabinet positions like the Department of Education that got bigger, that the administrative state became a permanent government.
Right?
That has never been envisioned in the Constitution.
So the deconstruction of the administrative state, of which Elon Musk and the Doge and the Musketeers over at Doge, right, are a hammer to kind of implement.
They're shock troops to look at waste, fraud, and abuse.
But it gets back to this theory because, remember, that's on the executive side of the equation.
You have this theory called the unitary executive theory.
Where the President of the United States by the Constitution is the Chief Executive Officer of the federal government.
He is the Commander-in-Chief of the Military Uniformed Services.
And he is the Chief Magistrate and Chief Law Enforcement Officer of the United States to kind of unwind what happened after Watergate.
In those three...
Right?
Powers is not even against the legislature.
You're actually going against an administrative and deep state executive branch that's out of control.
These federal judges is basically telling you at the front line, correct me if I'm wrong.
That they're on the side of the administrative state.
That they don't believe any of this theory.
They don't believe the president is the chief executive officer.
They don't believe that the president is actually the commander-in-chief of the uniformed services.
And they certainly don't believe that he's the chief magistrate and the chief law enforcement officer of the federal government.
Is that basically the theory?
And you're seeing at the front line...
The worst case, they're slowing us down and making it as painful as possible that you've got to go through these every single time with these judges that in Tacoma, Washington, can have a TRO, an injunction that shuts down the entire ability for us to move.
Is that essentially the theory, and that's where the bid and the ask is between these radical judges and the law firms?
And this is why Trump's going to the law firms to get them out of government business so that the law firms lose 90% of their revenues.
Is that basically...
The theory of the case, and that's the map of the battlefield?
mike davis
Well, what liberals call the unitary executive theory, I call Article 2 of the Constitution, which says that the executive power belongs to the president.
And the President alone.
Remember what our Constitution is.
It is a loan agreement between we the people and our governments.
It's a radically different concept from Great Britain, from where we escaped, right?
Back in Great Britain, in Europe, we have God giving power to a sovereign king or queen, a monarch, and that king or queen lends power to subjects.
Through documents like the Magna Carta.
The U.S. is completely different.
We have God giving power to sovereign citizens, we the people, and we loan power to our governments through our Constitution.
And the federal government has limited, specific, enumerated and divided powers that we specifically lay out in the Constitution.
90 years ago, that got flipped on its head with the switch in time that saved nine more.
FDR threatened to pack the Supreme Courts with radicals so we can push through his New Deal agenda.
That was clearly unconstitutional.
We have the Constitution being flipped on its head.
It's no longer a shield.
That protects us from government, particularly the federal government.
It has turned into a sword that the federal government uses to come after us.
And you're seeing with these constitutionalist judges that started under President Trump's first term and will continue under his second term, we're going to flip that back.
We're going to have limited power if it's not spelled out.
In the Constitution, the federal government does not have the power because we did not lend the federal government that power in our Constitution.
And when we lend power to the federal government, it has to be divided.
Congress...
Writes the laws under Article 1. The president executes the laws under Article 2. And the Supreme Court and the lower federal courts decide cases and controversies, the judicial power under Article 3. That's all been consolidated to these administrative agencies.
So the federal government has power that they are not allowed to have under the Constitution, way too much power.
And then that way too much power is consolidated in the executive branch where they have legislative, judicial, and executive power.
And it's not even with the president.
They don't even want the president to have that power.
They want unelected bureaucrats, the administrative state, the deep state.
And we are going to deconstruct that.
I thought we were going to do it over the next...
25 years through the federal judges, because I didn't think politicians had the balls to do it, but apparently President Trump and Elon Musk have the balls to do it, so I'm all in.
steve bannon
Yeah, okay, hang on for a second.
This is critical.
And this is why Doge, I disagree with Elon Musk and so much stuff, but this is where Doge is quite important.
I want to hit rewind that in.
With Gorsuch at the Supreme Court, and even Kavanaugh to a degree.
This was looked at by Don McGann and Mike Davis and the strategists back in 16 and 17 as a long-term, to get these judges that are about deconstructing the administrative state, and you're talking about a 5 or 10 or 20 years.
This is why the Chevron exemption at the Supreme Court was such a huge win for us.
What's changed is now you actually have an onslaught.
From people, you know, politicians run, oh, the bureauc is so big, and we've got to do a thing, and nothing ever happened.
Now you have an absolute war with this.
And that's why Trump, in this flood-the-zone, one of the central hammers every day is his deconstruction of the administrative state.
That's what they were not prepared for, Mike Davis.
And this is where the most vicious part of this fight right now is in here and in these courtrooms and what's happening.
And Trump...
And this is what we had Dave Weigel's piece from Morning Joe the other day.
Weigel said, hey, one of the reasons they're dispirited is that they keep having these court filings and all this kind of stuff, and Trump's team just keeps coming.
It just keeps coming.
They're relentless.
Where do you see the breaks here?
Where do you see the sunlight in how we're going to get around this first line of defense they've got, which is these radical insurrectionist judges, sir?
mike davis
Well, this is why the Article III project teaming up with the War Room Posse is so important because these federal judges have lifetime tenure.
They have pay protection.
They're not supposed to care about the politics, but they're still humans.
They still have spouses.
They still have kids.
They still care about the politics.
And that's why we are lighting up these radical...
Activist judges, Democrat activist judges, really Marxist judges that Biden and Obama put into place, particularly in D.C. And these radical Democrat activist judges, especially in Washington, D.C., are the left-wing saboteurs.
They are trying to sabotage.
President Trump and the presidency and therefore destroy our country.
Because if you destroy the presidency, you destroy our country.
When they tried to throw President Trump in prison, when we raised the presidential immunity argument, we made that point.
And that's what got the Supreme Court to take the position.
Because as conservatives, not only do we have to have the law right, we have to have the politics, right?
Because we have justices on the Supreme Court, like the Chief Justice and Justice Amy.
Coney Barrett, who are too political.
steve bannon
Hey, Mike, hang on for one second.
I just need to hold you through the break, because I want to go back to the immunity.
Remember when we first started talking about the immunity?
We were mocked and ridiculed Weissman and MSNBC and CNN. They laughed every day.
There's a bunch of kooks, a bunch of cranks.
Belly laughing.
And also about Fisher.
Belly laughing.
Oh, these guys are a bunch of screwballs, a bunch of cranks.
Hey, guess what?
unidentified
9-0 Supreme Court.
steve bannon
Change the arc of the presidency.
The fight on the legal insurrection.
Probably the main line of battle right now.
Even more important than what's happening on Capitol Hill.
And that's pretty damn important.
Short break.
unidentified
Here's your host, Stephen K. Mann.
steve bannon
Okay, there's a bunch of explosive news coming out.
The director of the CDC, a guy that everybody was on board with, Make America Healthy Again, his nomination pulled this morning by the White House.
New York Times reporting about measles.
Mary Holland from Children's Health Defense is going to be with us here momentarily.
We have Alistair Gross.
Explosive news coming out of Wisconsin.
An email has been found by the judge running to be the head of the Supreme Court where it looks like she's raising money off of saying, hey, guess what?
You get me in there, and I'm going to flip.
I'm going to work on a redistricting.
I'm going to flip the congressional delegation from 6-2 to 4-4.
We're going to have Alex DeGrasse.
It's all over the story.
We're going to have Alex DeGrasse here this afternoon.
Remember, everything is so important about Wisconsin.
Mike, I know you're focused on the federal, and you've got this war you're going to fight.
I want to announce right now, Mike Davis is going to be back.
Well, we have him on virtually every day anyway, for the tactical.
But strategically, we're going to take an entire hour next week.
Like we've done in the past, and we're actually going to walk through all the constitutional issues and lay out the entire battlefield for you of what President Trump, his Justice Department, are fighting for.
Mike, I know that you, and I want to thank you for doing that, Mike.
I know, Mike, that you're so overwhelmed and just working on all the federal issues.
This Supreme Court fight in Wisconsin is pretty damn important, is it not, sir?
mike davis
It is a hugely important, hugely important race.
And Alex deGrasse is going to talk about this.
But Judge Brad Schimmel is up for the Supreme Court, and we need to get behind this guy and vote for him because Democrats took over the Supreme Court in 2023. And these aren't our parents or grandparents, Democrats.
These aren't liberals who love America.
These are radical leftists.
And if we don't take back...
The Supreme Court in Wisconsin with a judge like Judge Brad Schimmel.
We are Wisconsin screwed.
They're going to redistrict the House seats out there, and they could really take away the House from Republicans, the U.S. House with redistricting, and that could lead to the impeachment of Trump in four years of investigations.
Two years.
Two years.
steve bannon
Not could lead.
Hakeem Jeffries, first, they will swear him in on the 3rd of January of 2027, and his first act will be to move, set up a committee to move on an impeachment of President Trump.
Full stop.
That's happening.
That's why the House is everything.
We've got to get up on the ramparts.
I'm going to have DeGrasse here talk about it.
Mike, I appreciate it.
We're going to come back.
This fight...
At the court level, on every aspect of what President Trump is doing, whether it's personnel, whether it's him being commander-in-chief and letting people go over to the Pentagon, all the money, right, trying to do the waste, fraud, and abuse, they are really—and he's gone to the heart of it.
It's like hitting a nest of wasps.
He's got them going now.
He's going up to Perkins, Corey, and Covington Burley to cut them off.
They're not going to be walking around making $4 and $5, $6 million a year because he's going to put those law firms out of business.
Let me repeat this.
There's major law firms in Washington, D.C., and what we are trying to do is put you out of business and bankrupt you, just so you understand it.
Mike Davis, Article 3, now more than ever, brother.
Where do people go?
How they signed up?
What do they do?
mike davis
I would just quickly say this.
What you're saying right now is exactly why Democrats tried to bankrupt President Trump, throw him in prison for four bogus crimes.
Take him off the ballot and take off his head because they know that President Trump was going to come in this time and be highly effective and do what's needed to be done for 100 years.
And that is to dismantle the executive branch and return power back to the states and the people.
And he's actually delivering.
And so you can find us at...
Article3project.org.
You can donate there.
You can follow us on social media.
The most important thing you can do is take action.
And that top middle action item is that $2 billion that judge is sending to terrorists and fraud.
Let's take it out of the federal judiciary's budget.
steve bannon
John Yoo, the famous John Yoo, one of the greatest young lawyers we've got going, we're trying to get him on War Room before the end of the week.
He's got two amazing pieces.
One up on Fox News about this entire strategy and what's happening.
And then a deeper piece that I want him to talk about, that what we're trying to do is unwind what happened after Watergate.
What you see on Woodward and Bernstein, that's all happy talk.
This was Judge Sharika.
It was the House impeachment.
It was lawyers of the DOJ. This was a legal conspiracy against Richard Nixon.
And Jeff Shepard, in two books, who was there and has gone to the National Archives, lays it all out.
Hugh's got this piece about how what Davis, the viceroy, and others are working on now is going to unwind.
And this is his whole concept.
The President of the United States, the Office of the President, he's Chief Magistrate and Chief Law Enforcement Officer.
This whole thing of the separation of the FBI and the separation of the DOJ comes from Watergate.
Mike Davis, appreciate you, John, you, all you fighters.
Got a pretty good cast of characters over there.
Thank you, sir.
Appreciate you.
So, Davis, next week we're going to do a whole hour and lay this all out because this is one of the biggest areas that we're fighting here.
On the Trump agenda.
And you talk about neo-Marx's judges and how radical they are.
You cannot believe.
I mean, it is so radical.
One of the most holy individuals I've ever met.
One of the most decent men I ever met.
I met in Danbury Prison.
Right?
Not a club fed.
Not a camp.
I was in a prison.
And I met so many people there that inspired me.
The ones that inspired me the most were these men that were imprisoned for praying the rosary in front of abortion centers and have really dedicated their lives.
I mean, this is what their life is.
Will Goodman joins me.
We've had Will on before.
Will, you inspired me every day at Danbury.
Your humility, your decency, you are an example of lived Christianity.
I'm far from that, right?
I only come within 50 million country miles.
You take your Catholicism to heart every day.
And I've just learned now that a couple of priests and yourself, you've been pardoned by President Trump to get out of federal prison.
Tomorrow, you're going to be resentenced in a state court by some radical judge to send you to a state prison for basically the same thing President Trump pardoned you for.
Is that true, sir?
unidentified
Well, Steve, let me just say, first of all, that it's a great honor to be on the program.
And you were an inspiration to me and Danbury.
And even though I wish you weren't...
The fact that you were there, your courage, it inspired me.
So I'm a work in progress.
I have a long way to go.
I appreciate your kind words.
But tomorrow what we've got going in Morristown, New Jersey, is a trial because four of us were falsely accused of trespass, defiant trespass, at an abortion facility that kills and murders babies.
And Father Fidelis Misinski with the CFR Franciscans, Father David Nix out of the Archdiocese of Denver, Sister Malazia and myself went in and prayed inside the waiting room of this abortion facility on a day they were packed.
The couples were there.
They were preparing to kill their children.
We were offering them roses with a positive message, letting them know that there were people who could assist them in this moment of crisis.
But that we would not leave the waiting room.
We would continue to pray so that their children wouldn't be killed and that we would be there for them.
And so this happened almost six years ago during the tyranny of COVID. And the prosecutors brought the charge right away in a hearing.
And so the statute of limitations hasn't run out.
And so what will be happening tomorrow at 9 a.m.
is we will be going to the Superior Court in Morristown, New Jersey.
And we are charged with defiant trespass because we refused to leave this abortion facility.
And we are working with attorney, great attorney Vincent Sansone, who works with the Tom Smore Law Society.
And we're using an affirmative defense, saying that we have a defense of necessity.
We were there because human lives were in danger.
And we are standing on a number of the legal precedents in the state of New Jersey, as well as the Dobbs decision.
That there is, in fact, a human being in the womb, a person worthy of our protection.
And if the judge decides it's a bench trial, decides that we're guilty, there's the possibility that we could be thrown into jail for another 30 days.
And this is after the pardon that we got from Trump after I served 17 months in federal prison because of an effort to peacefully protect the unborn babies and help the mothers and fathers.
steve bannon
Tell the people, we just had Mike Davis on here, Julie Kelly's going to come tonight.
We've got Chuchkins, there's going to be a bunch of rulings today in this legal insurrection.
We're going to have Julie on tonight.
But tell people, because when I got there, I said, you know, because there's hardened criminals there, there's convicts there, there's tons of decent people there, but then you guys kind of stand out because you're essentially these holy men.
That pray every day.
You're very religious.
Everybody in the prison respects you guys.
Just give me a second about these federal judges, the lengths of terms.
They're sentencing 70-year-old women.
I mean, they're so triggered and vicious against the people praying at abortion centers.
It's like nothing I've ever seen.
I mean, it was actually pretty scary when I saw the length of sentences you guys got.
And nobody going to camps.
They sent you to the prison system, into the prisons themselves, sir.
unidentified
That's correct.
Well, we had a judge in Washington, D.C., Judge Colleen Kohler-Catelli, and she essentially was, it seemed, a prosecutor from the DOJ, Merrick Garland's DOJ. She seemed very pro-abortion, very biased and prejudicial against us.
We had members of our jury who gave money to Planned Parenthood who marched for abortion rights.
Who she said, oh, they could sit on the jury.
They would be completely, you know, impartial.
It was a show trial and a sham.
And after we were wrongfully convicted, we knew that was going to happen.
I joined some grandparents and other people.
I was in a hallway handing out brochures.
Meanwhile, there were grandparents praying the rosary in the waiting room, sitting in chairs.
And the judge said that she had no choice.
Her hands were tied.
We'd have to go into immediate custody, be taken away and chained by the U.S. Marshals because our actions were violent.
And the terrible irony is that these elderly women were attacked viciously by the abortion staff.
Of course, not nearly as viciously as the unborn babies who are dismembered alive.
This abortion facility in D.C. kills babies up to nine months.
steve bannon
Will, just hang on for one second.
Will Goodman, we're going to take a short break.
Modern day holy war takes us out, and it is a holy war.
Back in a moment.
mike lindell

Okay, Michael and Dale still recovering.
Had a little throat surgery the other day.
He's going to be out for the week.
We want his live presence back.
I always love Mike getting us up to date.
Will Goodman, we've got to bounce.
What time is the trial tomorrow?
And if we can put up the poster.
What time is the trial tomorrow, sir?
unidentified
So the trial will be tomorrow at 9 a.m.
at the Morris County Courthouse at 56 Washington Street.
And an organization, Catholics for Catholics, will be holding a rosary rally at 8 a.m.
before and praying for the protection of life and also praying for Father Fidelis Misinski, the Franciscan, Father David Nix, who are great life defenders.
And we're so grateful for the support of Catholics for Catholics and the wonderful work John Yepp is doing.
So encourage people to come out and pray.
If they can't come to the courthouse and pray, pray wherever they're at.
This is a spiritual battle.
steve bannon
Okay, so 8 a.m.
is a rosary rally with John Yep and the great team over at Catholics for Catholics.
That's the poster.
If Grace and Mo and Jane Zerkle can get this all out throughout all the Elizabeth.
Let's put this out everywhere.
As many people that can attend tomorrow at 8 a.m.
at the courthouse in Morristown, New Jersey, to pray the rosary before him.
A rosary rally.
We know how effective those things have been and the size groups we get.
So let's everybody do it.
And I'll mention this again this afternoon on that.
Will Goodman, right before I leave, brother, I just got to make a passing comment.
Now, so when I was in Danbury, and Will and these guys show up later, you know, I'm on the yard, and I'm with, you know, the New York car, where everything's broken into what they call cars, and not actual cars, but this is prison lingo.
unidentified
Prison lingo.
steve bannon
And I'm with the car, and they go, yeah, and I see this guy walking, he's in the yard, he's walking, and he looks like St. Anthony or John the Baptist.
I mean, it's a total wild man.
He's got a beard.
He's got this hair.
He's got this thousand-yard stare.
And he's like a guy you don't want to mess with, right?
Because he looks crazy.
And they say, oh, no, that's one of those rosary guys.
And I go, what do you mean the rosary guys?
He says, yeah, they put these guys in praying the rosary.
They get these long terms in these prisons.
He said, but no, they're harmless.
So I go up and talk to him.
And now I see him on the show today.
unidentified
And you look like a solid citizen.
steve bannon
You look like somebody would be at the backyard barbecue next door.
Rumor has it that you cleaned up so you could go on Fox News.
Is there any truth to rumor?
Because that would be the information people need to never watch Fox News again.
So please tell me, was it Fox News that you had to clean up for?
unidentified
I was persuaded by some others to clean up for the interview, but it was actually because my parents and others...
I said, come on, Will, you look a lot better without the beard, please.
So I did it for my mom and dad, actually.
I mean, that's the real reason.
But yeah, the rosary is powerful.
I'm holding in my hand the rosary that I got at Danbury, blessed by the chaplain there.
And it's powerful.
The rosary is our spiritual weapon.
We need to be fighting here for the unborn, for the protection of women and children.
Just get on your knees and storm heaven.
This is a Holocaust happening that's killing millions and millions of children.
And we need to pray for the conversion of poor sinners and reparation for the attacks on life and for authentic justice and that these judges would be converted because they stand before God as responsible for protecting the rights of children not to be murdered.
So we hope our case tomorrow will be an opportunity to defend the constitutional rights of babies.
Please, everyone, pray for that.
And thank you so much, Steve, for having us on.
steve bannon
Will Goodman, you're a good man.
Thank you for coming on.
unidentified
For more information, go to redroadsrescue.com.
Also, for the babies we've recovered in D.C., the late-term abortions, justiceforthefive.com.
And to get rid of the obnoxious federal laws against pro-life rescuers, go to smashtheface.com.
So abolish abortion and abolish face, the unjust law that goes after peaceful pro-lifers.
steve bannon
Okay, we'll put that back up this afternoon.
Will, thank you so much.
Appreciate you.

Thank you, Steve.
God bless you, my friend.
steve bannon
Thank you, brother.
You see these guys, these men and women are incredible.
Over the women's prison they had, they put, I think, a 73-year-old woman.
I think they gave her five years.
These federal judges are out of control.
We've got to start the impeachment effort.
These judges have got to understand, just because you're sworn in and given a lifetime report doesn't mean you're going to serve out a lifetime report.
We've got to start impeaching these judges.
These judges are neo-Marxists.
I'm telling you how corrupt it is.
And it's corrupt at every level.
These radical Democrats are the most corrupt things in the world.
They've corrupted the judicial system.
Let's go to Wisconsin.
Alex DeGrasse, you got kind of a bombshell today, sir.
I thought it's a free and court level.
It's about the rule of law and thinking great thoughts and making sure the law applies.
It doesn't get down to the grubbiness of electoral politics.
Am I incorrect on that, sir?
unidentified
Yeah, so it was a major leak from an internal Democrat, you know, fundraising among the dark money groups on the left, funded by George Soros, with what we know of as already an over $1 million donation.
This is the most expensive judicial race in the history of the country, already over $60 million spent on either side as of early March through public records and what we're able to track at the Republican Party.
I mean, this is crazy.
So they're openly talking about it and they're talking about sealing two house seats, something that the war room has been talking about.
And we've been battling for years on this front.
And it's a liberal court right now.
There's an open seat.
If we flip this three front, right?
A, we protect these seats to election integrity, major disputes and issues going into the midterms, going into the next presidential race where this court has jurisdiction that we've talked about.
And then the abortion issue in Wisconsin is huge on the pro-life, which is why our side's backed by that.
Hold on.
steve bannon
You have Second Amendment.
You have Second Amendment.
You have abortion.
You know, life issues.
You have...
Many issues dealing with other topics in interest, whether it's electoral, whether it's faith issues, whether it's Second Amendment.
Those are the things that come before the court.
What gets this email out in this fundraiser, and folks, understand this.
A Supreme Court race for a state court has already cost $60 million, both sides.
$60 million.
And we're not in the red zone yet.
Early voting starts in the 18th.
As a matter of fact, if you go to the TP Action, you can download the app where you can actually do it.
We'll have a more detailed discussion this afternoon that you can start to work the phone banks from out of state.
Because this is a national race.
$60 million already.
But her fundraiser gets back right now.
It's a six to two.
It's an eight seat.
Congressional delegation, 6-2, and she's basically saying, I can make it 4-4, correct?
unidentified
Yeah, they want to steal two seats.
Blay in.
I mean, this stuff is, these are blatant, and you've been talking about that, Steve, right?
They're getting more in our grill.
I mean, they're just more out there, of course, and I would love to see more of the conversations among the dark money networks here that are backing her up, but this is what they're talking about.
They're talking about stealing two Republican seats.
This stuff is crazy.
Probably criminal in many regards in terms of just being blamed about having a judicial race focused on a political action because it's vastly corrupt.
So, you know, as people look into her, she's an insane person.
Her record's totally out of control, far left, completely controlled.
Pritzker, Reid Hoffman, these guys are dumping in money, all the sort of bad actors in that space.
They're out-raising us heavily, out-spending us heavily.
The polling is very tight, frankly alarming, I would say.
So we need the posse to dig in.
This is really priority alpha, top priority, I would say, is to dig in on the red zone and get this done.
steve bannon
Oh, no, no, no.
You remember the redistricting fights from 21 and 22 and 23. If we hadn't fought those in one, folks, Mike Johnson, as sad as he is, would not be speaking.
It would be Hakeem Jeffries.
And Donald Trump, none of his legislation would be going through.
And the first thing, if we lose those two seats in Wisconsin, with New York and California and the fights we're going to have in North Carolina, all of it, I'm telling you that the odds that Hakeem Jeffries can come back is going to be quite high.
And Hakeem Jeffries' first, first...
Effort is going to be moved to impeach Donald John Trump, and that's in January 2027, which is just around the corner.
DeGrasse, where do people go to social media?
Because you're keeping people up to speed on this all the time.
Where do they go?
unidentified
DeGrasse81 on X. Get her truth.
I'm on all of it.
But I just ask, please, all over the country, volunteer.
Get the phone banks.
If you're in Wisconsin, get people.
Get your list.
It's going to be a turnout game, just like we've executed with President Trump and the rest of them.
So thank you, guys.
steve bannon
Turn up.
Remember in the 24th, it's a dead heat right now on the polling.
That means this is all about turnout.
Scott Pressler, I talked to some of his team this morning.
Pressler's there.
This is everybody.
Everybody on both sides.
This is all a game.
You've got every hitter.
You've got the Reid Hoffmans.
You've got the Pritzkers.
You've got Soros on their side.
You've got all their top operatives.
They've got Pressler.
Top operative is there.
This all starts in the 18th, and so you've got to get ready to do it.
DeGrasse, fantastic work.
Thanks for the heads up.
Look forward to having you back on, brother.
unidentified
Thanks, Steve.
steve bannon
How's DeGrasse?
All Things House.
The Schumer turndown.
This is why we need you at the Ramparts.
Not today, but we're going to need you at the Ramparts.
We're going to give you the go signal.
The early in-person voting starts on the 18th of March all the way through the 30th, and every day it's going to be game day.
Nothing's more important right now in the electoral map.
It's going to be this situation in Wisconsin.
This is why, like, on Home Title Lock, we can't have your attention diverted to a $100,000 second mortgage taken out on your home by some hard money lender and doesn't want to hear your tale of woe, right?
Well, it wasn't really me, right?
The bad guy's got the cash.
You have to pay off the principal and the interest.
This is why Home Title Lock now gives you a triple lock.
$1 million guarantee.
What is it?
24-7 coverage.
Alerts all hours of the day or night if something happens, somebody's messing with your title.
And then if all else fails, a $1 million restoration project.
Legal in every different aspect.
So what do you do?
Talk to Natalie Dominguez and the team at Home Title Lock on the triple lock protection, the $1 million triple lock protection, to make sure.
That you're not encumbered so you can put your focus, the very little time you have to be able to focus on politics, to manning the ramparts, and we're going to do it in Wisconsin here over the next couple of days.
So go check it out.
Steve25.
HomeTitleLock.com.
Steve25.
Check it out.
I'd love that promo code for some reason.
Mary Holland, I'm holding you to the next break.
I've only got a minute right here.
unidentified
I hate to say, Mary, I told you so.
steve bannon
But I had you on the other day, and I said, Mary, I saw this book.
You're putting it up for free.
It was on measles.
And I said, all about the vaccines, and people get the information, because there's a big controversy about measles.
And I said, Mary, you've got to come on, because this is big.
I can see in the information warfare of MSMEC, it's big.
And then this morning, Brother Weldon, the CDC, who's a Make America Healthy Again guy, His confirmation is pulled.
We only got 30 seconds.
Was it pulled because of this measles situation, ma'am?
unidentified
No, it's not exclusively the measles, but the measles was a very effective backdrop, Steve.
There's more to it.
Weldon was absolutely, completely aligned with Make America Healthy Again, and I think the powers that be didn't want somebody that aligned, frankly.
steve bannon
Okay, hang on.
We're going to take a short commercial break.
Mary Holland from Children's Health Defense.
We're going to talk measles first and we're going to talk about other aspects.
In the Make America Healthy MAGA merger, we took an incoming today.
Weldon was the man at CDC. We're going to get down on all of it.
unidentified
short break in the worm withdrawing the nomination of former congressman Dave Weldon to be the next Center for Disease Control director this coming just hours before his confirmation hearing no reason given Weldon had faced considerable controversy because of his anti-vaccine views and our Julie Serkins Julie, any reaction on the Hill to Weldon's nomination being pulled?
Not yet.
We're actually waiting for Susan Collins to speak about this.
Apparently she has something to say.
Bill Cassidy, who is the top Republican on that panel, didn't even answer questions from reporters as he was going in and out of the hearing room.
Remember, this was all set to take place.
They informed reporters and folks waiting online to get into the room minutes before it was supposed to start at 10 a.m.
This is really a question mark, because Dave Weldon was a congressman.
He left the Hill in 2009. While he was a member of Congress, he did sit on some committees that oversaw the CDC, which is a good sign.
But he did also sponsor legislation and really lead the push on legislation that was anti-vaccine.
In one example, he led the effort on taking mercury out of vaccines, claiming there were too many harmful preservatives in vaccines, something that is completely unproven and untrue.
And now, of course, we're in a situation where, when he was nominated in November, We didn't have a measles outbreak like we are facing now.
We didn't have the bird flu exploding like we are having now.
And so that was a very different time for President Trump to take his campaign promises of changing and rooting out the FDA, the CDC, the way that the health system is run in this country, fast-forwarding to now when all of these epidemics and all of these issues are happening throughout the country, to have someone like Dave Weldon sit before a Senate panel where they are Republicans who are extremely skeptical of RFK's anti-vaccine views,
to now have them question somebody Okay, you see, that's right there.
steve bannon
You see in the CNN, New York Times, MSNBC, that's the framing of it.
Mary Holland, it don't look good because Weldon was kind of our guy.
This is a make America healthy again.
Former congressman, CDC, signed off by everybody, knew it was going to be controversial.
Why did we blink, ma'am?
This is why I had you on the other day.
Was this because of measles or something deeper than that?
unidentified
Well, I think that's the backdrop.
I think a big part of it, Steve, was on March 7, Reuters and the New York Times came out with an article saying that the CDC was going to be doing a study on vaccines and autism.
And I think that was very threatening.
That may have been a setup as...
The whole measles focus is a setup to make it seem impractical or not politically correct to have Weldon take the position.
He's been really outspoken on the hazards of vaccines and how they're poorly studied and they're poorly tested.
He is very aligned with Bobby Kenney.
So this was a huge disappointment.
I was waiting on the line with my colleagues, and at just a few minutes to 10, they came and said, no, you know, it's off.
They did vote in Bhattacharya and Makkari today.
That was good news.
But it's very disappointing that Weldon was pulled, particularly in such a last minute.
Clearly there were, you know, negotiations going on that fell apart.
I think measles is a backdrop.
I think what was really threatening was a vaccines autism study, Steve.
steve bannon
And is that autism study, that was leaked.
You know, we call them embeds.
These government bureaucrats are still there, the administrative state.
That was leaked.
Strategically to the New York Times and the Associated Press to take out Weldon, correct?
I just want to make sure everybody understands this is information warfare, and they may have gotten a scalp on this, ma'am.
Go ahead.
unidentified
That's what it looks like.
I can't verify that.
It was Reuters being reported in the New York Times, and it was the setup, I think, because Weldon has been a vaccine skeptic, as is appropriate for a physician who cares about children's health.
He has said they're not properly tested.
There are serious problems.
He was going to study it.
steve bannon
I want to hit this because on MSNBC and CNN, nonstop is your kook.
Bobby Kennedy is a kook.
You people are dangerous.
You're going to pull all the vaccines.
What is the position of Mary Holland, the position of Children's Health Defense, and the position of Robert F. Kennedy Jr., who now got confirmed as the Secretary of Health and Human Services, ma'am?
unidentified
Well, I can't speak for Bobby Kennedy.
I can speak for Children's Health Defense.
Children's Health Defense is we stand absolutely behind informed consent.
We stand absolutely behind.
There should be no medical mandates.
It's not medicine if it's coerced or forced.
And there are very serious problems with vaccines.
They're not placebo-controlled tested.
They're not tested for extended periods of time.
They are forced on all children with very few exceptions.
These are real problems.
It's not medicine if it's forced, Steve.
That's just not the ethic of medicine, which is first do no harm.
Everybody's different.
You can't have one-size-fits-all medicine full stop.
steve bannon
In this measles situation, What is the position of Children's Health Defense specifically about this measles situation that looks like a breakout in Texas and other places in the Southwest?
unidentified
There are always going to be measles outbreaks, Steve.
The vaccine is not fully effective.
That's acknowledged.
There have been measles outbreaks every year for many, many years.
Our position is that, as Bobby Kennedy said, it's a choice.
How you want to treat measles is up to you.
You and I, Steve, are old enough that we had measles.
We also had other childhood diseases.
They now say they're vaccine-preventable.
They're not fully preventable, and vaccines cause injuries.
The MMR vaccine has called vastly more injuries and deaths than measles has over the last 30 years.
The book, as we talked about last time, is free on our website, childrenshealthdefense.org.
It's a fantastic book.
It's the measles playbook.
It's every infectious disease playbook.
It's what they do.
They say, oh, my God, there's only one solution.
It has to be the vaccine.
And, oh, they're safe and effective.
And the people who are selling this to you and giving this to you, they are so altruistic.
They would never think of anything but your health, all of which is absolutely not true.
This is big money.
This is billions of...
steve bannon
Mary, one more time.
Where do folks get the book, ma'am?
unidentified
Childrenshealthdefense.org in the carousel.
You just put in your name and email for the, or you just put in your email for the measles book.
You'll get it.
It's a really fantastic book.

It's really educational.
