This is the primal scream of a dying regime.
Pray for our enemies.
unidentified
Because we're going medieval on these people.
steve bannon
I got a free shot at all these networks lying about the people.
The people have had a belly full of it.
I know you don't like hearing that.
I know you try to do everything in the world to stop that, but you're not going to stop it.
It's going to happen.
jake tapper
And where do people like that go to share the big lie?
unidentified
MAGA Media.
jake tapper
I wish in my soul, I wish that any of these people had a conscience.
unidentified
Ask yourself, what is my task and what is my purpose?
steve bannon
If that answer is to save my country, this country will be saved.
unidentified
War Room.
Here's your host Stephen K. Bannon.
steve bannon
As we told you, if you look at the three aspects of the key work that President Trump has to get done right away, as we walk you through it many, many times with just a reset, you've got the, he must end many times with just a reset, you've got the, he must end the kinetic part of the third He's doing that in Ukraine.
He's doing that in the Middle East and particularly in Gaza.
At the same time, you have to make sure and prepare that we don't get into a shooting war at the Chinese Communist Party around Taiwan.
Exerting our interest.
Not surrendering, but exerting our interest.
And as you know, in this show, we're the hardest of the heart of take down the Chinese Communist Party.
But obviously, President Trump has to deal with a much more complicated situation than that.
And he can't just come out and say, hey, we've got to take down the CCP. That would be too blunt.
So that's on the geopolitical national security side.
Then on the border, we've got to secure the border.
Then deport, I don't know, 10 to 12 million illegal alien invaders.
That's why we started the show with Ben Berkwam.
To show the efforts are still underway to make sure this thing is sealed.
And like you said, I'm very familiar.
We spent a lot of time down there in Sunland, New Mexico.
That's right where we built the wall between Juarez and El Paso, one of the most dangerous places on Earth or in the United States of America.
If you don't believe me, I always recommend...
This weekend, you want to have something that will be an eye-opener for you, is the movie Sicario.
It's 10 years old now, but it's made like it's made today.
And man, it is bad hombres after bad hombres after bad hombres.
And it's right there in Juarez, in El Paso, which is one of the hot spots.
The Army Corps of Engineers said the wall could not be built, and we built it.
It had to be built.
You've got to stop that floating.
But that's President Trump's second, which is both secure and the deport.
This whole meltdown of the Justice Department has sucked up a ton of time, a ton of effort.
It's about this Eric Adams situation in New York City.
We just gave you news that looks like Newsom has caved in California.
He's going to veto that $50 million.
Remember we talked about this?
They passed the gall of them to pass a $50 million bill that got California taxpayer money of $50 million to thwart President Trump's efforts on the sanctuary cities to get folks out of here.
And starting with the most violent, dangerous criminals.
And I said, why are we even considering?
Why would you have a team?
Why is Ambassador Rick Grinnell even out there?
Considering a rebuild that American taxpayers are going to step in and basically bail out the insurance companies or the pool of insurance.
Because I got to tell you, if you don't take care of the insurance issue out there, what they call these fire zones now, the equity value of the homes in Southern California are going to go to zero.
There has to be a major rethinking of this.
A major rethinking.
And because it's going to cost the American taxpayers a lot of money, and people, I think, are prepared to do it because it's such a vital part of the economy.
But, hey, we're not going to let you play games.
So whether it's New York City, and remember, Manhattan, it ain't Peoria, Illinois.
You know, it's not Garden City, Missouri.
It's not Provo, Utah.
It's not Demings, New Mexico, right there on that part of the border, down there by Sondland.
It's the financial capital of the world.
And this is why it's so dangerous to President Trump, because if the D.C. is the bridge of the ship of state, and you have the home offices, that's basically what they are of the Federal Reserve, and the home office of the Treasury, next to the White House, the engine room of that ship is New York City.
Trade data, all commerce, trade, and finance, capital markets, boom, all through there.
And if it's not transacted there, it's on a server there.
And therefore it gives these Soros radicals like Bragg and Letitia James control.
And they know this.
Soros knows it.
These are smart, cunning people.
So that gets, and then it gets to the third part.
The third part is that they fight the deportations and we try to fight these sanctuary cities.
You get the third part, which is basically sorting out this financial mess.
Now, the financial mess, Andy Biggs is going to tell him, because a big part of it is, you know, the Europeans, J.D. just told him right there, hey, the problem ain't China, it's not Russia, it's you.
But this is also, we met the enemy, and they are us in this budget.
We can't bitch and moan and whine at this outside forces.
We've done this ourselves consistently because we have a political class that thrives off this, and they don't have to pay any consequences, no accountability.
Because they've got a money printing machine called the Federal Reserve.
Now, what President Trump's trying to do, this is where Navarro and the trade, he's trying to reset the economic model of the country.
To really reset patterns of world trade.
This is why the reciprocity for these tariffs is quite brilliant.
They're sitting there mocking, well, you can't do it, it's so ridiculous.
I don't need to hear Paul Krugman and these guys all wrong on inflation.
President Trump's got a very sophisticated theory about the market of the United States.
This is why the Canadians, not just geostrategically, but geoeconomically, are going to wake up to the fact that, hey, I think it may make sense to somehow put this together.
But he's thinking through the whole pattern of world trade and how we get back to at least a third of our costs being covered by the premium ticket it takes to get here into the United States market.
Obviously, we're doing this in this, how do I say this, the geopolitical reality of the 21st century, and that is the Chinese Communist Party, the gangsters in Beijing, now have two partners.
They have partners, they have the Mullahs in Tehran, so you've got the Persians on board, and you've got the KGB in Russia, and the biggest strategic mistake we've made, and I don't know, since Richard Nixon...
We've got China on our side, I shouldn't say on our side, to get them on not the side of the Soviet Union because they're only on their own side, is to allow Russia to be forced into the hands of the CCP as they were in President Trump's first thing for these radicals up here that are maniacally focused on us getting into a shooting war with Russia.
They are.
That's your apparatus here.
That's the guys at the Munich conference.
They just want to sit there and go, Russia, Russia, Russia, Russia, Russia.
J.D. went and said, hey, timeout, not Russia.
In fact, not even CCP, you.
You're the problem.
Because they got a big love tap the other day.
The love tap from Pete Hegsler says, hey, look, you know, the security of Europe is no longer in the vital national security interests of the United States.
Not just the eastern Slavic border between Ukraine and Soviet Union.
He's saying the whole deal.
It's important, it's just not in the vital.
That went like a shock, because then all of a sudden the people have been leeching off workers in the United States, the elites of Europe, a wake-up call.
I guess when Trump told me it had to be 5% GDP for my defense, maybe I should take that.
Hell, we're paying 3.4% at $900 billion, and it can't go on.
It cannot go on.
Particularly when we should be using unrestricted warfare against them, like, hey, let me think about this for a second.
Oh, yeah, cut them off from our capital markets and cut them off from our technology, and I mean really cut them off.
Not let Sequoia Capital and all these traders basically give them access to our technology through their investments in joint ventures.
I mean, get real about it.
You get real about it, you don't need a $900 billion defense budget.
I'm a hawk, and I'm telling you, you don't need one.
That's all because those pigs at the trough in Munich, They got their schnouts down there big.
And this budget we just came out with, they're cutting Medicaid, and hey, I'm all for cutting Medicaid.
If it's illegal aliens on there, waste, fraud, and abuse, all of it, right?
All of it.
And if it's excess, but we have to also have a wake-up call here.
The working class in this country have been so underpaid by the corporations we gave tax breaks to and the corporations shipped all the jobs overseas so people don't have high-value-added, good-paying jobs anymore.
Just a reality.
They don't.
They don't want to be on Medicaid, but they are on Medicaid.
You can't be cutting that until you get to the defense.
You've got to get across the Potomac.
You've got to face facts.
You've got to face a hard reality.
And the Europeans are getting it today with both barrels.
They got Pete Heggs at one barrel yesterday.
They got the other barrel, J.D. Vance, today.
J.D. said, hey, I don't want to hear all your whining.
I don't want to hear all this because, no offense, you guys allowed the mass migration, i.e., the invasion of your country.
You welcomed it, Merkel.
Remember that?
Used to be at the train station sitting there.
Welcome, welcome.
Hey, they waiting at the train station yesterday in Munich when the guy with the car ran over another 15 or 20 people.
Was it Cologne?
A couple weeks ago, where they're driving into the Christmas village.
They welcomed them on those trains.
I said at the time, when this started with Merkel, when I was covering for Breitbart, I said, hey, they're not going to be welcoming them in a couple of years.
Because they do not assimilate.
They do not assimilate, and they got a chip on their shoulder, and they want to take this place over, and that's what's happening.
Full on, full stop.
You told the elites of Europe, guess what?
You're not a vassal state.
You're not a protectorate.
Heck, no, they're not a protectorate.
Look, go to Stade.
Go to Provence.
Go to the south of France.
Go to Tuscany.
Go to the west end of London.
There's more money there.
Europe's got money all over the place.
You know where it's not?
It's not down with their defense.
If they're so worried about Russia, This is a Russian army that's lost, according to President Trump, 750,000 men.
They killed a wounded, and they have not taken Kharkiv yet.
They're backed up in Kursk in their territory, and they've not even come close to taking Kiev.
They're still short of the Dnieper River.
The Dnieper River.
You're telling me that's going to roll across Poland, the North German plane?
No, forget it.
That's not the army that we...
That's not the army...
That we forward-deployed tactical nuclear weapons, the Persian missiles, back in the early 80s, when the European elites had a meltdown.
When we bailed them out for the third time.
We bailed you out enough.
You've got to bail yourselves out.
You can take your resources.
You're so concerned.
This is why Trump...
We pay 3.4%.
It's outrageous.
Our defense budget is a percentage of GDP. They pay under 2. And I was tasked with sitting there with these guys.
I said, yo, yo, yo.
It's not even two.
When you go in there, it's got women's health care.
It's got Green New Deal.
It's got all this crap.
I said, no, I want to see maneuvers.
I want to see training.
I want to see interoperability.
I want to see weapons.
I want to see how NATO stands up more than two combat divisions.
NATO is a paper tiger.
Everybody knows that.
That's an open secret.
The biggest fight they have in NATO, because every quarter they have a maneuver.
They have these maneuvers, these operations.
Every quarter, the kind of administrative leadership in Brussels changes to a new partner.
You know, Poland one day, one quarter, UK the next, the United States one, Italy the next.
The biggest fights they have is how to make sure they're out of and don't have, you know, they're not stuck with one of the big maneuvers because they've got to pay the extra money.
That's how serious an ally they are.
They should have gotten the joke.
And this is my problem with the defense budget.
President Trump has given you a hemispheric defense.
From the Panama Canal to Greenland and the Arctic, we're going to hermetically seal that part of Central and North America.
Yep.
Yep.
You're going to seal it with Alaska and Greenland and the Arctic and maybe eventually Canada.
Canada's going to step up to the plate because you're going to lose your territorial integrity and your sovereignty up there.
And then when you look to the Pacific and you look at the vast desert of the Pacific Ocean, you see the three island chains.
All of a sudden, America is kind of impenetrable.
Yeah.
You add on top of it an Iron Dome or an anti-ballistic missile.
Hey, we're good to go.
Show me what you got.
Then you can pick and choose.
Then all of a sudden, you can get focused on Taiwan and get a navy and build a navy and build a force to defend Taiwan.
You don't have to spread all hell's half acre.
The post-war international rules-based order with those pigs in Munich or up at the trough on has been underwritten by American working men and women, their tax dollars, for, what, 70 or 80 years.
And the blood of their kids, their sons and daughters.
From the 101st Ford deployed in Romania to people walking patrol in the Hindu Kush to those kids on the carrier battle groups in the Red Sea to keep the Suez Canal open for those awful, awful elites in Europe.
South China Sea.
The 28,000 combat troops we have in South Korea that are essentially hostages.
They have a coup going on over there inspired by the Chinese Communist Party.
You've got kids on patrol in the South China Sea.
You got airmen all over the place.
You have special forces over Hell's Half Acre in Sub-Saharan Africa, North Africa, Middle East.
We've paid the price.
We've been vigilant.
It's time for other people to pick up the thing.
You know, in Europe, you're a bunch of deadbeats.
The elites of Europe are deadbeats.
And remember, every one of those countries, virtually, were not on our side in World War II. Those elites were not on our side.
From Spain and Italy and Germany and Norway and Sweden and Ireland.
Hey, and there's a whole bunch of elites in England who weren't on our side either.
Hess didn't fly over there to have tea.
unidentified
He went over there to cut a deal with that crowd.
steve bannon
Short break.
unidentified
Here's your host, Stephen K. Mann.
steve bannon
Okay, Ben's going to be at the wall in a moment, and then I've gotten a bunch of information from Chip Rory about the budget, and then I'm trying to get Andy Biggs to join us.
I want to go to Professor Narrapat, though.
From India, I gave a big interview on Indian TV early this morning here in Washington, D.C. in the evening.
Sir, you're considered one of the geopolitical experts over there.
Give the assessment of Modi's trip.
You know Modi's beloved by our audience as being one of the great nationalists in the world.
Obviously, President Trump has a very close relationship.
Although we do understand Modi's a very tough negotiator and there's a lot of issues given the tariffs and the reciprocity of the tariffs, but I'm sure that'll all get worked out among friends in tough negotiations.
What's your assessment of the trip and what's the folks in India's assessment of President Trump 2.0?
unidentified
Well, look, let me tell you one thing.
Our assessment of the trip is that it was success for a simple reason.
That there was an understanding of Trump 2.0.
And 2.0 is very different from 1.0 when he was sabotaged from within.
And Trump 2.0 has done us a great favor by exposing the lens to which organizations such as USAID have basically interfered with politics in India.
They interfered in Bangladesh.
They toppled the government and replaced the genocidal regime.
Now, the same...
They wanted to topple Modi in 2024. It didn't succeed, but it came very close to succeeding.
I mean, when you talk about so much of the social media, so-called influencers, this kind of phenomena, the viral way in which they are met, it all comes together now.
It all makes sense.
Where the money ultimately comes from.
USAID is one part of it.
The Chinese Communist Party is the other part of it.
And therefore, let me say, there was a perfect alliance between the two.
People say USAID and the CCP are opposite each other.
When you damage USAID, you're helping the CCP. Far from it.
The USAID had the same regime objectives, had the same societal objectives of widening the fringes of society.
And basically ensuring that the fringes dominate the political discourse.
And that's what they did through social media.
That's the same playbook of the CCP. Maybe the CCP is putting a lot more money into it, but the reality is, the USAID, the two-thirds of it that acted in this fashion, one-third maybe genuine, I don't know, but two-thirds acted in this fashion, and as you know, Steve, you know very well about Russia.
The fact is, you pushed Russia into the embrace of China.
China was successful.
In winning over the United States, unfortunately at great cost in the future to all of us, you and we together.
But the reality is that it isolated the Soviet Union.
I personally feel that Russia should, if there is a kinetic conflict, God forbid there's a kinetic conflict, the only way to deter it is by showing that we have the resolve.
And the capability of inflicting a grievous terminal blow on the CCP. But if there is a kinetic conflict by some miscalculation of the CCP leadership, and remember, Steve, the CCP leadership is not a democratic leadership.
It depends essentially on five or six people around one person, Xi Jinping.
Then I would like to say the fact of the matter is...
That in that situation, we need to have a force that can react and act in such a manner that the CCP itself gets destroyed.
And if they know that we have got that and that capability gets known, even Xi Jinping, I think, will hesitate to launch a kinetic war, for example, against Taiwan.
Now, he's been trying to basically play up Russia as the enemy.
Look at the social media posts.
You'll find the CCP funding at the origins of a lot of these posts that portray Russia as the big threat to Western civilization.
Ukraine as the key to save Western civilization.
What happened to Western civilization when Ukraine was part of the Soviet Union?
Was the Western world destroyed?
I mean, nothing.
Nothing happened.
And the fact of the matter is, the Russians fought in the Second World War, basically on the side of the Allies, as did, by the way, two million soldiers who are of Indian ethnicity.
And it makes sense.
What the president is doing now, what Prime Minister Modi is trying to do, which is ensure that the Russians remain kinetically neutral if there is a kinetic conflict.
If they do become neutral, Steve, I can tell you, I don't believe even Xi Jinping will be reckless enough to launch a kinetic war with Russia on the side.
Well, it may be a different story.
steve bannon
What do you think of the—President Trump and Modi committed to doubling—the trade right now is about $190 billion, $200 billion.
They committed to doubling that in five years to get to $500 billion.
Is that realistic, sir?
unidentified
Let me tell you that the so-called left liberal lobbies that you and I have been talking about and warning about, they would like to— Ensure that it fails.
But it's, in fact, more than realistic.
Weapons, for example.
You know, it's very important to dealing from Russia, where weapons supply and matters of security and defense are concerned.
Yes, we are going to continue to buy commodities.
We are going to continue to buy oil, so long as it's offered to us at a cheaper rate than other countries.
We are not a wealthy country.
Our per capita income is abysmally low and we need that whatever money we can save, we need that in purchases of commodities and oil.
But agricultural products, for example, we have a problem there.
We have far too many farmers on our land, but we can't afford to send them, you know, basically jobless.
Because if that happens, what happens is that they will turn to all kinds of other pursuits.
And you know very well that when a person is jobless, then after some three, four years, a kind of psychosis grips him, and then he falls prey to extremist ideology.
It's no surprise that in Nazi Germany, after the terrible economic crisis of the Weimar Republic...
Crisis, by the way, caused by the folly of the French mostly, who basically suffered the German occupation later.
I mean, you find so many people gravitated to a crazy guy, a psychotic.
And this is the worry that we have got.
We have got young people who are exceptionally high potential.
They need proper training.
They need proper education.
And they need...
The means for a good life.
And if you don't give them that, then heaven knows what pathways they'll adopt.
So then, so that is why it's so very important.
President Trump understands that fully.
And I can tell you that from our point of view, the meeting went exceptionally well because Prime Minister Modi understood Trump 2.0.
And it's not Trump 1.0.
steve bannon
Definitely not Trump 1.0.
Professor, where do people get you?
What's the social media?
What website do they go to?
We'll continue this dialogue.
Modi, by the way, very rarely does a press conference and never takes live questions.
He took a couple the other day that showed the respect he has for the American people and for President Trump.
Where do people go get you, sir?
unidentified
Well, there's something called at the rate of MD Nalapar or something on Twitter.
I think it's fairly easy to check it out.
But the reality is, I'm not on social media at all.
I don't go on social media.
steve bannon
Professor, thank you so much for making sure people get your writing and your columns.
unidentified
God bless you, and God strengthen the world.
God bless President Trump, the United States, Prime Minister Modi, and my country, India, and God bless our partnership.
Namaskar.
steve bannon
Thank you, sir.
Appreciate you.
Andy Biggs, we're going to go to Ben here shortly.
Andy Biggs, Congressman Biggs joins us.
Congressman, I can't make head or tails of this thing.
We've got a couple minutes here.
We want to hold you through the break.
Are we cutting?
You're the biggest hawk we've got there.
You're bigger than Chip Roy.
You're bigger than MTG or Gates or any of them.
You're bigger than Gosar, and that's saying something.
Or even Tom Massey.
Is this thing smoke and mirrors, or is there really a significant commitment to cut?
andy biggs
There is a commitment to cut federal spending.
It's not nearly where it needs to be or should be.
But Steve, this is what I'll tell you.
When the Republicans came out of Miami, they were talking at $30 billion a year is their cut number for 10 years.
Think about that, how absurd that is when you have a $2.25 trillion.
This actually gets it up.
To north of $200 billion on one portion of the budget.
And then if you throw in the Doge stuff, what they're doing, you have a chance to take it up to maybe $400 or $500 billion a year.
That's real money.
That's the first time in American history, perhaps, that we've actually seen any kind of real cuts.
Now, does that do everything it needs to?
No.
I was seeking a trillion dollars of reductions every year.
I'm still pushing for that.
I'm still hoping we're going to get there.
There are several other mechanisms to get there.
And, you know, yeah, you're getting real cuts, Steve.
You're getting real cuts.
It's just not where it needs to be, in my opinion.
steve bannon
Hang on one second, Congressman.
We're going to take a short break.
Congressman Andy Biggs, one of the biggest, if not the biggest deficit hawk, is on point on this.
We're going to try to break it down so folks we can chew on it over the weekend.
It's one of the things we're going to discuss next week at CPAC.
We're going to break down the federal budget and see how we cut more.
Birchgold.com, make sure the end of the dollar empire, modern, modern theory.
It's a new free sixth installment.
It's the reason we got here.
It's a bizarre theory, the idea that broke the world.
Also, take your phone out.
Bannon at 989898. Get the free brochure, How to Invest in Precious Metals and Gold in the Age of Trump.
Very important, now more than ever.
Gold's near an all-time high.
Short break.
Biggs on the other side.
unidentified
War Room.
Here's your host, Stephen K. Van.
steve bannon
We've only got Congressman Biggs for a few minutes.
So when you're saying you guys have gotten out of $200 billion per year, now it's over 10 years, but I'll get off my hobby horse there for a minute.
And you're saying it could get to $400 billion.
Where do the doge cuts come in?
Are people just discounting those as zero?
Or are they taking it seriously that Elon Musk and these guys actually have something?
And where do I see this manifested in these numbers?
andy biggs
Okay, Steve, in this number, in the reconciliation package, I know this is going to get technical, but you can only do mandatory spending.
And where Doge is working, they're working in the 28% of the budget that is discretionary.
And that's a big pond to fish in.
There's a lot of money there, and they're doing a great job finding that.
But that will never be counted in reconciliation package.
Because under the crazy rules that we have to get around the Senate filibuster, you can only do that with mandatory spending, which is why That's why it's looking like it...
steve bannon
Well, no, it kind of makes sense because it shows you've got to change something to actually have it, to make it non-mandatory so it's real.
Because discretionary, you could change your mind.
Okay, let's go back then.
Is the Doge numbers going to come up in the...
Because this reconciliation has nothing to do with the 14th of March.
We're now 29 days away, or whatever it is.
29 days, I think, tonight, away from a government shutdown because we've already hit the debt ceiling.
We've got, we technically can't pay for anything starting the 15th of March, the Ides of March, I might mention.
So is that where the Doge cuts are going to come in?
Is sometime we're going to manifest at least a first cut of the Doge?
Or is the CR, are we just going to kick the can down for a full year CR on the 14th?
andy biggs
I'm sad to tell you, and this is one of my notes I was going to make up with you, so I'm glad you brought it up.
I'm sad to say I think they're going to do a full-year CR for the rest of the year.
Now, think about this.
This is how crazy that is.
It means that you're not including all the doge cuts that are being found, right?
So that's bad.
The second thing is you're essentially keeping the same Biden programs in place at the same dollar amount.
So you're getting nothing for...
The 2025 fiscal year.
And that's part of my problem with these CRs because the reason you have Doge...
unidentified
Hang on.
andy biggs
Hang on.
steve bannon
It's worse.
As we've gotten the audience up to speed, number one, it's Biden's budget from last year.
So Trump's first year, 25% of his entire second term will be on Biden's number.
Number one.
Not one penny or change.
Number two...
It's a $2 trillion deficit.
We know this because CBO confirms it's $1.9 trillion.
We said it's a $2 trillion deficit that we're just agreeing to.
Third, there's not all of Elon Musk running around.
There's not one penny, and I don't think there's not one penny a doge cuts in there.
Does Johnson and these guys understand the heckle they're going to get?
I mean, the firestorm that's going to come out of the war room when people sit there and try to sell the fact?
Biden math.
$2 trillion deficit, no Elon Musk or Doge cuts, and we're just going to live with it?
I mean, I don't understand the mentality.
And I'd love the fact that doing reconciliation is all this, but this is not...
These are not compulsories.
This is freestyle skating on Sunday to try to win the gold.
You've got to get a 10 on the compulsories on Saturday night.
You've got to get a 10. Here we're going to get a 0. What am I missing, Biggs?
Because you're the best.
This is driving me nuts.
What am I missing?
andy biggs
Well, I wish I could tell you're missing something, but I don't think you're missing anything.
Because that's where I am.
I'm looking at it and I'm like...
We know the CR is going to come.
And again, Steve, what I've begged them to do, and I've actually started again, I do it every time a CR is getting close, I say, why don't we take the appropriations bills that we passed a year ago and put them back up on the floor now?
We did seven of them.
That's 75% of the funding of the budget, Steve.
If you did that, you could include all of the doge cuts that you know are out there.
steve bannon
Thank you.
andy biggs
You could do all of that stuff.
I beg you to do that.
Steve, this will be the 36th CR in the last 10 years.
So I haven't been there that long, but I can tell you every time there's been a CR, I've said, well, why aren't we doing at least some of the budget bills we've already done?
Why don't we do that?
Okay.
steve bannon
Congressman Biggs, I'm going to have a deeper discussion with you offline and we'll figure this out.
Folks, we're going to do this.
This is why you've got to come to CPAC at the force multiplier.
I'm going to walk through, break this down.
Congressman Biggs, social media, where do folks go to get you, sir, and your website?
andy biggs
Biggsforarizona.com, biggsforarizona.com, or you can go to my official, which is biggs.house.gov, but I'd prefer you go to biggsforarizona.com.
steve bannon
Biggs for Arizona.
Congressman, I'll track you down this afternoon, okay?
We've got a lot of talk.
I love me some Andy Biggs.
That guy right there is a salt of the earth.
You heard it right there.
He's the best.
He's the biggest deficit.
He's the true deficit.
Look, you've got some great guys.
You've got Gosar.
You've got Tom Massey.
You've got, you know, Massey's not right on political and everything on this stuff, though.
And it just confirmed it.
So we're going to think this through.
If you go to the appropriations bills, I know it's going to be a pain.
You're going to have to work some weekends.
Maybe you can't take 10 days off.
Maybe you're not home on Valentine's Day.
Hell, St. Valentine's, a martyr, he wouldn't mind.
Work.
Maybe we stay here for the next 10 days and work on the appropriations bills.
But no, we've got to take 10 days off because we've been here for two weeks.
We've got to take 10 days.
For constituents, this is where they say they've got to go home and see their constituents.
Hey, when you see them go up in their grill and say, hey, you're not doing a one-year CR. You're not going to go to September 30th on Biden's frickin' numbers, two train of deficits, and no input at all?
Elon, think about the insanity.
What the Doge guys have done just in the audits have shown, I don't know, 10, 15, 20, 50, 100 billion, hundreds of billions of dollars.
President Trump's over in the thing, hundreds of billions of dollars.
Not only not one penny coming out, you're paying for all of it.
You're going to underwrite all of the corruption, waste, fraud, abuse, duplicate programs, USAID, all of it, you.
Are you a sucker?
Are you a sucker?
No, look in the mirror, say, I am a sucker, I'm an American taxpayer, and I'm a sucker.
They play me like a moron.
They play us like morons.
So now you're going to get it.
You're going to get some big tap dance.
Look over here.
Look over there.
Let's look over here.
No.
Biden's math, $2 trillion of deficits, not one penny out from Doge.
Because Elon, they structurally blocked him out.
I'm not saying they haven't found it.
I think they have found it.
If you open up the appropriations bills, they're not going to be perfect.
You only get 75% there, but you get all of Elon's cuts.
All of Elon's cuts.
And not Biden's numbers, Trump's math.
Unbelievable.
Ben Burquam.
Brother, one of the engineering marvels of the 21st century.
Where are you, sir?
This was made by patriots for patriots to save the people in Sunland, New Mexico, and El Paso, Texas.
Where are you, brother?
ben bergquam
Yeah, Steve, I'm at the wall that we built.
You, me, the American people, and we built the wall.
To me, one of the best projects ever done in the private sector in America.
The wall that the Democrats said couldn't be built.
The wall that the left said couldn't be built.
The wall that the left didn't want built because they're coordinating and corrupted by the cartels.
steve bannon
Inspired by and led by a veteran that has no legs and only one arm is now right in prison.
ben bergquam
Triple amputee veteran.
steve bannon
Triple amputee.
The most wounded airman in the history of our country.
In fact, in the days of the 8th Air Force over Germany, he wouldn't have survived because he was too blown away.
His vision inspired that, and that walls in.
The Army Corps of Engineers told him and all of us.
Impossible.
You can't build a wall up that mountain.
Look at that wall right there.
It's the best wall.
It's the best model wall ever built, bar none.
I'll take it against the other two, three miles, the best, or the three miles were built on the Rio Grande, right on the riverbank, not a mile inland, on a ridge.
ben bergquam
Right on the river.
steve bannon
They said, what the hell?
Mission, Texas.
They get over, they swim across, and they touch base, and they're already in.
You've got to build it right on the water.
Right here, right up the side of the mountain.
Burkwam, you were there when we did it, were you not, sir?
ben bergquam
Yeah, this is a huge part of the legacy of War Room, of Real America's Voice News, of my life, of your life.
I'm honored to be back here.
I was honored to be a part of it.
I was here with Tudor Dixon when we first kicked this thing off, and Amanda Head, and the whole network was down here with you.
It's really where our relationship really started and has grown from, was us coming together on this project to secure America.
While the mainstream media was selling America out, we were backing up President Trump saying, we can do it.
it.
The American people can do it.
This wall can be built.
And it was one of the catalysts that really led to this fight that we're in now.
And the most disgraceful part is the last four years, they stopped building the walls.
They allowed the entire area you see behind me where the wall ends to be taken over by the cartels.
And that ended on January 20th, this year, 2025, when President Trump took office again, we plugged the bleeding.
steve bannon
This is the it's It's so forbidding down there.
That's an old brickyard where we actually built it, right at the side of there.
This is where we met Real American Voice.
We were down there.
We wanted to have a conference after it was over.
Now, it's in El Paso, Texas.
I think it was, we finished the wall, we built the wall literally over 92 hours, or 90 hours over Memorial Day weekend.
I think we kicked it off.
With a two-day or three-day conference, Ben, if memory serves me correctly, I think it was in July.
unidentified
That's right.
steve bannon
By the time we get set up.
So it's 115, it's 112 degrees.
It's 112 degrees.
You got Amanda Head, you got Tudor Dixon, you got these amazing people.
And I got this, I got a crazy guy, Rob Sig.
He goes, oh no, we're going to stream this.
This is, you should stream it.
And I go, man, these guys are, these guys, Burquam was there.
It was extraordinary.
Candace Owens showed up, remember Candace?
But you can tell right there, the audience that came, we had an audience, and the audience was like in Star Texas.
The people that showed up and could handle the heat, Ben, remember, about 90% of the audience was working-class Hispanic American citizens that had said that this place is so dangerous without it.
And that's why I told people, I said, hey...
These Hispanic Americans that live in the Rio Grande Valley or live on South Texas or live on the border of New Mexico, they're our voters.
All they need to do is show that somebody cares about them.
All they need to do is show somebody's going to build a wall.
All you need to show them is that you've got their back.
If you have their back, they're going to have you.
Because they told us consistently...
The Democrats have abandoned us, and that's right there where you've got that radical female Democrat down there in El Paso, El Nino.
You know, Nino tells us about her all the time.
Veronica Escobar, one of the worst.
One of the worst.
And we had Nino, and it had all the working class Hispanics come in there and say, you've got to save us from this woman.
This woman's crazy.
She's open borders.
She basically has no problem with the cartels.
Ben, you remember that, meeting those folks?
ben bergquam
Oh, 100%.
And to your point, Brian Colfage still sitting in prison, triple amputee, American warrior hero sitting in prison because of this project that the American people came together on.
But this was the catalyst that really changed.
It actually, you look at the Hispanic vote down to the Rio Grande Valley from here, as far east or west as you can go in Texas, all the way down to the Rio Grande Valley.
That was where we saw the shift in the Hispanic community saying, you know what?
President Trump has our back.
The Democrats have...
He lied to us for decades.
We're going to have his back.
And that's where we saw that happen.
In Zapata County, you would never think would go for Trump, went for Trump.
And now you're seeing that same shift happen up in Chicago in the black communities as they realize they've been abandoned by the Democrats.
All of this started in President Trump's first term.
And now we have an opportunity to finish it.
steve bannon
Now, we started with War Room Impeachment, but it was there I got the inspiration for the War Room to do the show because Rob Sieg, I saw they had the apparatus.
Now, we started with radio and our Facebook page, right?
But Rob picked us up, I think, at the end of the first week.
But I got the idea, Ben, seeing all you guys, all the talent that was down there, and these working-class Hispanics, and less than 90 days later, we launched the War Room.
It's called War Room Impeachment.
But I knew right away, I said, man, the stories we could tell, and these people are our voters.
That the second time, this time it's going to be in 2020, when President Trump wins, because we had just lost the midterms.
We lost the midterms.
Nancy Pelosi was going to impeach him, but more importantly, her number one priority was impeaching Trump.
Her number two priority was no border wall.
This was so totemic for them.
This is where the fight was.
No border wall.
So it was incredible.
Ben, hang on.
I'm going to hold you through the break and come back and talk to you some more.
Ben Burkwam, down in...
At Sunland, New Mexico.
It's right there at the Rio Grande where you got El Paso and Juarez.
And there's some bad hombres down there.

Tej Gill, I need now more than ever a cup of coffee.
The resistance is rearing its head.
We're knocking them down.
President Trump, days of thunder, years of lightning.
We're crushing it.
But man, it's work.
I need to be rejuvenated with a cup of the best coffee ever made.
Warpath Coffee, brother.
unidentified
That's right.
tej gill
Warpath Coffee.
That's right.
Trump is conducting blitzkrieg operations on the enemy right now.
And we are having 20% off for the War Room Posse.
Go ahead and check out our website.
It's warpath.coffee.
Use promo code WARROOM. We've got all kinds of different coffees.
We're actually...
This probably Monday or maybe Saturday, we're going to be dropping a Trump stainless steel travel mug.
It has our logo on one side and Victory 47 on the other side.
Look out for that.
We got decaf coming.
And then we have, of course, Steve Bannon's favorite is the Mariners blend.
Then we've got a breakfast blend.
We've got K-Cups.
We've got holiday blends.
We've got it all.
If you haven't tried it, you've got to try it.
What we do is we roast it on a perforated drum, and that makes the coffee caramelized instead of caramelized, so we don't burn the coffee at all.
That's why you can drink it straight black.
You don't need milk and sugar to hide the burnt taste like most coffee.
steve bannon
Hang on.
Hang on.
I want to take a minute on this.
this.
This is why you've got, what, almost 7,000 five-star reviews.
Talk of the way it's roasted, because there's a certain competitor of ours that has that has, you know, green, has green cups or green logo that takes a dozen, totally different.
Everybody says the coffee tastes burnt.
Why does your coffee taste like the champagne of coffee?
You don't need cream or sugar to kill the burnt flavor.
Why is yours different from your major competitor?
tej gill
The reason it tastes like the champagne of coffee is we don't burn it in an It sounds simple, but it's easier said than done.
We use World War II drums on our roasters.
It's a perforated drum.
It's old-school Jabez Burns roasters.
They're all modernized, of course, but the perforated drum is the key to not burning the coffee.
Most coffee, I had no idea the coffee was supposed to taste like this 10 years ago.
I drank burnt coffee when I was in the military, when I was doing the contracting stuff.
I would just put milk, sugar, all kinds of crap in my coffee so you could choke it down because it was so acidic and bitter.
steve bannon
Here's the difference.
All Navy coffee, particularly in destroyers, is burnt.
But hey, no offense, Tej, a real naval officer, surface warfare officer, we drink it black.
You can't cut it.
You get razzed.
You can't cut it.
You've got to drink it.
But it's good to know that a sniper, that an assassin has got to cut his coffee with milk and sugar.
It makes me feel better.
tej gill
Oh, yeah.
But you don't have to anymore.
That's the point.
Our coffee is perfectly roasted, so you don't have to cut it with milk or sugar or any other kind of crap.
You don't have to put syrup in it or anything.
You just drink it straight black.
Check out the reviews.
Almost 7,000 of them and climbing every month.
Lately, we're always running 20% off for the War Room Posse and free shipping over $70.
We're holding the line on keeping our prices down because the coffee market is at an all-time high again, but we're keeping our prices where they're at for now.
It's crazy, but we have the best coffee.
Try it.
steve bannon
You'll love it.
Where do they go, sir?
Tell me where they go.
tej gill
The website is warpath.coffee and use promo code WARROOM and that'll get you 20% off and then we know that you came from Steve Vannon's WARROOM. Warpath.coffee promo code WARROOM 20% off and drink it black.
You'll love it.
steve bannon
Drink it black.
This weekend for...
If you got it for Valentine's Day, don't be drinking champagne.
Get a big pot of black coffee.
Celebrate that way.
Champagne and coffee.
We love you, brother.
We'll try to get you back on tomorrow.
How's that work?
Thank you, man.
Go back to work.
Love that guy.
If you notice, we talk about the budget and deficits.
The IRS, they're talking about making the IRS totally automated.
They can do anything they want.
Automate and not automate.
They're coming for your money.
Tax Network USA slash Bannon or War Room, one or the other.
Go check it out.
Get a free assessment.
Don't let that letter sit in your drawer.
The penalties, the fees, the interest, it's like a cancer.
It's metastasizing.
It's not going to go away until you make it go away.
You need to call yourself first.
To the IRS, I wouldn't recommend that.
I recommend talk to these guys first, get a complete assessment.
If they can't help you, then you call.
If they can't help you, then have them call.
They know exactly who you should work with.
So Tax Network USA, the great team over there, to help you out because these budget deficits, like Big said, and the war room engine room is already blowing me up.
Hey, $200 billion is nothing on a $2 trillion deficit.
Hello?
unidentified
Hello?
steve bannon

President Trump's going to leave it, too.
We'll cover it live in Real America's Voice.
