steve bannon
This is the primal scream of a dying regime.
Pray for our enemies.
unidentified
Because we're going medieval on these people.
steve bannon
I got a free shot at all these networks lying about the people.
The people have had a belly full of them.
I know you don't like hearing that.
I know you try to do everything in the world to stop that, but you're not going to stop it.
It's going to happen.
jake tapper
And where do people like that go to share the big lie?
unidentified
Mega Media.
jake tapper
I wish in my soul, I wish that any of these people had a conscience.
unidentified
Ask yourself, what is my task and what is my purpose?
steve bannon
If that answer is to save my country, this country will be saved.
War Room.
unidentified
Here's your host, Stephen K. Vance.
steve bannon
Okay, Friday 14, February, Year of the Lord, 2024, Valentine's Day, or as we say here in the war room, St. Valentine's Day.
A lot to get to, and we're going to get to it in a moment.
We're going to go first with some breaking news out.
My favorite part of the country down the New Mexico-Texas border.
Right there, we built the wall, one of the most impressive parts.
I think the best model wall ever built.
We'll get to that momentarily.
Ben Berquam, you're there.
Ben, I thought you were doing ICE roll-ups and ICE raids.
Why are you still on the border?
I thought the border was 100% secured, sir.
ben bergquam
Well, we're doing both, Steve.
Just finished three raids last week with ICE. Now we're down embedding with Border Patrol to show the difference between what enforcement looks like now versus what it looked like just...
And just to give you an idea in the sector that I'm in, you're well aware of this.
I'm going to turn the camera around.
Actually, hold off on that for just a second.
The sector I'm in right now is just talking to Border Patrol over here.
They said this area two years ago in this sector, they were getting 2,500 people per day.
Now it's under 100. In a month's time, they went from just the total invasion of our country to operationally workable numbers, where we actually have operational control now of the border since President Trump has taken office.
But as we speak, as we got here, the cartel is not stopping.
I'm going to turn the camera over here.
We've got some of our Border Patrol agents here.
We just caught a group, just got one from Vietnam.
I believe we've got some of the pictures the studio has there.
But as we speak, up on top, and I'm zooming in on this mountain, Steve.
The We Build the Wall is, if you look right in the middle of the screen, that's the Monument 2 right there.
The wall is just on the other side of that.
The wall that we built the wall, the American people built amazing work that that project did.
But just to the right of that, if you see right in the middle of your screen, that's an illegal alien up on top of the hill.
There's a group of four up there right now.
Waiting to cross over and basically they play Red Rover, Red Rover and wait for Border Patrol to get out of the way so they can come over.
We just caught one.
There was another group of four.
As I turn the camera down here, there's another group down in this little cut.
I'm going to try to get a shot of these guys as we speak as well.
So these guys, there's a guy right there in the middle of your screen.
There's actually three of them hiding behind those rocks.
And the Cartel Coyote, if you guys can show that picture, he was the guy up on the hillside.
There were three of them standing there, and he was the guy in the black and tan hooded jacket.
So this is non-stop.
The Cartel operates here.
Continuously.
But the beauty is, this road we're even standing on didn't exist a year ago.
Now Border Patrol can come back here, and because they've changed their operation, they can actually do their job, stop the invasion, and as we saw this morning, actually chase the guys back into Mexico and apprehend some of them.
steve bannon
So, in a nutshell, you're saying the enforcement...
Why is the enforcement tougher?
Because Border Patrol's actually there.
They're turning people back.
Are there more resources?
I don't see any U.S. Army and Marines down there.
I would think that in that sector, particularly as you're going to go around and see where we built the wall, where they used to have this horrible problem with the cartels.
This is where they trafficked the women through.
That's the reason we built it there.
You would think there'd be Mexican Marines on one side and U.S. Army on the other.
Why is there not?
ben bergquam
Well, there is U.S. Army.
The Mexican military, again, from most of what I've seen from the Mexico side, a lot of it's optics, a lot of it's performative.
You'll hear a lot of talk about movement over there, and they have been.
Again, talking to Border Patrol, there are...
Assets on the Mexican side that are actually working operations to stop some of the cartel activity.
But the cartel activity is just so rampant on the Mexico side.
They basically control most of the country, many sectors of the country.
On the U.S. side, the big difference is everything we've been talking about for the last four years.
It's really, it starts with the posture of President Trump coming in and saying, we're securing the border, we're sending you home, we're deporting you.
ICE operations in the interior, people realizing they're going to get deported.
On the border side, it was ending CBP-1 the moment President Trump No longer are we going to do these delayed removals, these paroled releases into the interior.
So people that were coming up illegally, like the guy we just caught from Vietnam this morning, now they got word.
Most of them got word, well, if they catch you, they're not letting you into the interior.
So that slowed a lot of the traffic that was coming up here.
And then you have the increased enforcement now on the border instead of having Border Patrol deal with and process and basically be the cartel for the Ubers bringing in the CBP-1 illegals or the people that are just turning themselves in.
That Joe Biden and the Democrats were inviting in.
Now Border Patrol, along with the DOD, are out here.
And we've got DOD stationed at multiple points along the way here.
They are actively working with Border Patrol and stopping this.
So it's the entire approach.
Again, it's starting with the posture of President Trump saying we're going to secure America, put America first, and then all of those policies, decisions being put into place.
Stopped a lot of the people coming and then also are leading to more apprehensions once they get here.
But all of that being said, the cartel still wants to make money.
And so they're still pushing this.
They're still working everywhere, every angle they can to try to do it.
But what it shows is...
Basically, we were lied to for the last four years.
This could have been stopped.
It was invited.
The biggest thing that has to happen now is we have to shut off the tap, the money, to the NGOs in America that are aiding and abetting this, and we have to shut off the money to the illegals that are living in America, that are basically living off the American taxpayers.
steve bannon
So part of this gets back to the budget.
USAID will be cut.
That's because they're providing the money to the NGOs.
Also, in the Medicaid cuts, My understanding is most of the Medicaid cuts are going to come from illegal aliens, getting them off the rolls, and also make sure that able-bodied seamen will go to work and work for these benefits.
Ben, you have been on operations or raids, whatever they're called.
I know there's a term of art internally, and there's a term of art they use externally.
That's been very difficult.
There's been stoppage.
Right now, there's a huge controversy in New York on Mayor Adams about dropping his suit.
We're going to get to that in a moment.
What's your assessment?
Is it a logistics problem?
Is it a legal problem?
Because it doesn't seem like from the first couple of days of Thunder that we're a little bit hung up now.
Holman looks like he's doing a lot more time on Fox News than he's out up-armored, rousting out bad hombres from prisons to get him out of here.
Sir.
ben bergquam
Well, part of it was stopping media ride-alongs with ICE. They temporarily have stopped that.
They're reassessing that because of the amount of leaks that were going out.
And again, we got word that that may have been coming directly through FBI, some people on the inside.
I heard also HSI potentially.
There are enemies within our government that don't want to have what's happening happen.
But the biggest problem that I saw on the ride-alongs with ICE is just the logistical nightmare that these guys are having to go through.
I mean, think about this.
Again, just to show you where I'm...
I just had illegal cartel coyotes right there on that little rock face that I'm standing right next to.
That's about 20 yards away from me.
And the cartel coyote was standing right there.
If you guys look at that picture that we had, they're actually right on the backside of that hill.
But what's going on with ICE now, think about what we just did the last four years.
We had these paroled releases.
So you had all these illegals come into our country.
They ended the Remain in Mexico policy.
They sent them into the detention centers.
And then they said, oh, our detention centers are full.
So we have to release these people into the interior of our country.
So we've released millions of illegal aliens that we know aren't going to qualify for asylum into the interior of our country.
Well now, what ICE has to do is go...
Catch those guys one at a time with administrative warrants where you have to knock and hope they open the door.
Then you have to send them back to the detention centers where you have limited numbers of beds and resources.
It takes about 60 days on average to get rid of them, and then they send them out of our country.
So there's just not enough bed space to deal with the millions and millions of people that we're talking about removing.
The biggest thing that I think it's a two-pronged approach that I think we're going to start seeing is ISIS operations are going to continue.
Continue to go after the worst first, as we heard when we were in Baltimore.
But then what has to happen, we have to shut off the money to illegals inside of America.
You'll get self-deportation if they're not getting the money from the American taxpayer, if they can't work in America under the table, if we get the data checks on background checks on people working in the interior of the country.
All of that has to happen at the same time.
But ICE is fighting an uphill battle as we speak.
Both internally, people working against them from within, and externally, just the logistical nightmare it takes to get rid of these people that have been let into our country.
But they're non-stop.
And they're still working, even though the cameras aren't with them.
steve bannon
How big a deal is this situation in New York City?
I've warned.
Outside the courthouse the other day, Bondi and the president about the situation in Manhattan.
It looks like they're trying to take some action.
But from your perspective, because you see it at the street level, how important is it for us to make sure that New York is not a sanctuary city, that we can actually get there?
I think there's 47,000 illegal aliens there.
How critical is it to make sure that Adams is open to cooperating with ICE? That's the game.
ben bergquam
That's it.
That's life or death of our country.
That is it.
The sanctuary policies are what are stopping.
They will either allow us to do our job and secure our country and put America first, or they will stop us from being able to secure this country and we will bleed out from within.
It is 100% on those policies and whether or not we can hold the politicians accountable, we can stop the funding to those communities, we can prosecute those that are getting in the way.
That's the game right there.
steve bannon
Ben, we're going to let you break down, and I know you're going to go over to the other side where we built the wall.
This is one of the most critical junctures.
It's right, Juarez, El Paso.
If you've seen the movie Sicario, the violent first, not the sequel, but the first one is shot right there.
And Ben, if you can go over, we'll pick you up as soon as you get there to have a live thing and walk people through how important it is to build the wall, how important it is to actually send the military there to secure this.
Because there's many, many, many bad hombres, and particularly the cartel driven.
And this is why we have to start doing paramilitary deep interdiction into the cartel.
Until we take the cartels out, you're not going to solve the fentanyl problem, and you're really not going to solve the human trafficking problem, which is their other source of business.
uh... ben burquam uh...
ben bergquam
so that we were people go America's Voice News, best place to get it.
All the breaking footage you'll be getting there on X, it's at...
Real AM Voice on Instagram.
It's at Real America's Voice.
And as you said, though, Steve, this actually, where we're standing right now, connects.
There's a wall on the east side, excuse me, the west side of Mount Crystal Ray, and there's the We Build the Wall on the east side.
But there's nothing in between.
This road didn't exist here.
Now the road is here.
Once we build that wall, all of that is going to be made easier.
And again, that wall project, the best public-private partnership...
Private project that I've ever seen in America where the people said, we're sick of this, we're going to build it, and we actually built it.
We're going to try to get over there and show that and highlight the great work that was done by We Build the Wall.
But again, this is it.
This is why it's so easy to do it, because it's no man's land.
Then also, my other social media, at Ben Burkwam and FrontlineAmerica.com.
We've got Substack articles coming up all the time as well.
Thank you, Steve.
steve bannon
Just to put it in perspective, where Ben's standing, when he goes to that mountain and back in Mount Cristo Rey, you go up to the top of that, go down.
Our wall is built on the other side.
That wall goes straight off that mountain, which the Army Corps of Engineers said couldn't be built, straight off the mountain, all the way down to the Rio Grande.
When it hits the Rio Grande, the Rio Grande is the border, all through Texas.
The Rio Grande is actually the border between Mexico and the United States.
As soon as you hit New Mexico, right there at the foot of where we build the wall, you pivot right there and you look, you got another, I think it's 1,800 miles to hit the Pacific Ocean in Tijuana.
That's all got to be walled.
This is, I think, I've been adamant about this.
You need a wall.
You need a wall all the way down.
And then you put patrols on it, you put military on it, all of it.
But anybody that gives you happy talk that we can do this can have gaps now.
Just, you want to secure it, you want to secure it permanently, you got to put a wall.
Have to put a barrier.
And when I say a barrier, not some barbed wire, I mean a wall.
Ben Burquamp, look forward to seeing you on the other side of Mount Cristo Rey here shortly.
Thank you, brother.
unidentified
Amazing.
steve bannon
Look at those New Mexico mornings.
Beautiful part of the country, but man, is it tragic.
Right there at Sunland, New Mexico.
You think you're part of it right there at the border itself, right there at the border.
It's hovels.
You don't even think you're in the United States.
Disgusting what's happened.
With the trafficking, when you see the debris left behind by the human traffickers, it rips your heart out.
You see what happens to these young women that are trafficked across by these cartels.
These cartels are totally heartless.
Now they've been designated terrorist organizations, and you can take the fire to them.
That's all going to come.
Okay, we're in a phase.
The resistance has reared up in federal courts, in state courts, in Congress, across the board, in the streets.
We need to punch through it, and punch through it we shall, folks.
Going to lay it all out for you here in the warm.
Take a short commercial break.
Be back in the warm in just a moment.
unidentified
I got American power.
I got American baby.
mika brzezinski
Back from the courts and from attorneys general.
Yes, that is a line.
At the same time, aren't some of these firings and buyouts and moves going forward while we wait for the courts to proceed?
Isn't the damage being done right now?
unidentified
Well, those are number one.
I think, look, there's a lot of some of these agencies where there are court orders holding things in place, right?
At the moment, those agencies are not functional.
Right.
Yes, damage is being done.
I think damage is being done kind of independent of that also, because the reality is that if you are living in a federal agency right now and...
You have seen what's happened to people at USAID or at the Consumer Financial Protection Bureau, other places.
You are now living in fear.
And there are a lot of ways in which this kind of behavior that Elon Musk and his team at Doge have undertaken.
There are a lot of ways in which it's supposed to operate.
Some of them involve actually trying to cut things.
Some of them involve putting the fear of God into everybody about the possibility that they're going to be able to cut things.
And I think the fear has as much of a pernicious effect as the actual question of maybe a little bit less than whether you keep your job or not.
But it's now pervasive throughout the government that people see Elon Musk running amok in the way that he is.
So I think there's damage being done in either case.
It is true, though, that the courts are holding a very important line here, especially in the context of a Republican majority in Congress that seems to have no interest in being in doing its part of asserting any kind of institutional prerogatives.
And is basically turning over all of its authority to the executive like this.
Well, Alex Burrow is a very good lawyer, but he's also known for being hyper-aggressive.
He was criticized by the judge in the Jay-Z matter.
He represents Jay-Z for his over-aggression, attacking the other lawyer.
He's also the same lawyer for Elon Musk.
So I'll leave that there.
So as if to prove that this was part of a corrupt deal, Eric Adams is not only appearing with the border czar, but he's also assuring publicly the border czar that he will use his executive powers to allow federal immigration authorities to back into Rikers Island.
That's like a 180 degree turn from the typical sanctuary city policies that New York City had.
So it sure looks like there's a quo in exchange for the quid here.
Deputy Attorney General Emile Beauvais, who I think is doing Attorney General Pambani a disservice by his actions.
He wasn't even approved by the Senate yet.
He was Trump's former criminal defense lawyer.
And he's not even trying to hide his motivations here.
He made it clear in his letter that this dropping of the case was so Adams could better help with the immigration crackdown.
And then he...
He dismisses the case without prejudice, which means that it's going to be hanging over Adams throughout just to make sure he plays ball.
So you can see why Adams was so compliant with Trump's border czar yesterday when the sword of Damocles is hanging over his head.
But as the reverend said, he's right.
It's up to the judge.
And I think this judge is going to reject this deal.
And I think in the end it's going to be a standoff where the judge says I'm not accepting this dropping.
And then DOJ says, well, we're not pushing it forward.
So it's a very interesting time.
You're talking about resistance in the courts.
willie geist
You're talking about resistance from state attorneys generals.
unidentified
So how is it working?
I think John set it up well.
They're not stopping everything, but they had a plan, a plan B, if they lost the election, to organize lawsuits very early, fine plaintiffs very early, as soon as they weren't sure if it would be Elon Musk acting, but as soon as the Trump administration acted to cut...
To stop what organizations were doing, to shut down agencies, they were going to sue instantly.
And they have.
So you had Democracy Forward and Sky Perriman create this coalition of liberal legal groups.
They're up to, when I talked to them this week, up to 400 that are involved in this in some way.
And they're moving very quickly against a Trump administration that's also moving quicker than it did eight years ago.
They did not have the same level of legal talent they have now.
They were much more stimmied, for example, with the Muslim ban.
That was their first legal test eight years ago.
They kept losing and having to rewrite it.
This time they are acting differently.
And that context is important.
There is nothing that House Democrats can do, Senate Democrats can do, or a lawyer can do if somebody leaves this administration and they don't get their job back in six months if they win the case.
The NLRB is slightly frozen.
There are a lot of tools that the Trump administration is using to shrink the administrative state.
I'm just saying that Democrats knew that would happen, and they were not naive in waiting for him to move.
It contradicted a little bit the idea that Democrats are stimmied, they're blown away, they can't respond to this stuff in real time.
Members of Congress and leadership are having trouble getting in the news cycle, but the attorneys are really not having trouble getting into court.
I don't know.
I don't know.
The other thing is that I'm pretty sure...
No one has still gone to court to dismiss the charges yet.
mika brzezinski
Right.
unidentified
That's correct.
And the problem with that is that, at least yesterday, they couldn't find anyone to do that.
Because that's the issue here.
steve bannon
I disagree with Dave Weigel right there.
Dave Weigel from Semaphore.
Dave, the Muslim ban, the only change, the travel ban, the only change we made on it was to take Iraq off.
Of the original.
unidentified
It withstood challenge at the Supreme Court.
steve bannon
It was in effect and cut terrorism in this country, I don't know, by 90%.
It was very well thought through by President Trump.
Here's the thing.
What they've done, you heard, they said the quiet part out loud there with John Heilman.
He said the court saved us in 2020 and the courts are trying to save them today.
You have a multi-front attack.
A multi-front attack on President Trump's days of thunder.
And this is the different verticals to both deconstruct the administrative state, take on the deep state, at the same time put in economic policies, trade policies, national security policies that bring peace and prosperity.
J.D. Vance over in the Munich Security Conference got both Poso and Raheem over there.
He just gave a complete throwdown speech that put the Europeans on notice with what the problems are and what the problems are with them as an ally.
This is President Trump fighting on every front.
They also have the resistance on every front.
Where they have gotten traction so far, and this is just slowing down, is going to court and suing in every different possibility.
We just got breaking news right here.
Gavin Newsom.
Has basically thrown in the towel, at least partially, on sanctuary cities.
He's going to veto a bill passed in that radical legislature in California that doubles down on sanctuary cities.
Doubles down on fighting President Trump.
I think this is the $50 million bill.
As we said, there won't be a penny, and I think Ambassador Grinnell agrees, there won't be a penny of relief until that bill is rescinded.
There won't even be discussions about money going out there.
If you're going to double down, if you're looking for citizens of this country to come in and help rebuild Southern California after these tragic fires, at the same time you're going to fight getting rid of illegal alien invaders from the country, from the state of California specifically, and you're going to have these sanctuary cities that are just going to thwart the ICE agents and others on this deportation, you're not going to get any money.
He folded.
Gavin Newsom.
In New York City, remember, LA, Chicago, New York City.
Chicago's already, they're throwing down hard.
Pritzker's basing his 28 run.
This is his launch.
So they're not going to back off.
I think you're going to have to go in and arrest him.
In New York City, this gets to the centerpiece right now of this controversy that took place overnight.
And I'm not saying it's a quid pro quo, but it's been open.
That the Trump administration wants Eric Adams to cooperate on this situation of sanctuary cities.
Let's be blunt.
Given the rollout of ICE, and it was fantastic, we still got, you know, you got 12 million people got to go.
We got to ramp it up.
One's logistics.
This is why in all these confusing reconciliation that's going on.
One thing you should understand is they want more money for defense, another $100 billion for defense, and they want $175 billion.
I want that to sink in for a second.
What Biden and these people did, and to me, we should go sue these guys that did it.
One, there should be criminal charges.
Number two, there should be civil action.
It's $175 billion we need to get all the infrastructure, logistics, and operations to secure the border and to get...
The illegal alien invaders out of the country.
$175 billion in a nation that doesn't have it.
In a nation, this budget deal, which I'll go through momentarily, next couple of blocks, the budget deal is going to cut a couple hundred billion dollars for Medicaid.
And supposedly it's not going to cut any Medicaid in...
In areas of the country that MAGA or others are going to do for illegal alien invaders, $100 billion out of that.
And also put work requirements in, which should be in for everybody.
$175 billion.
And you have these mayors in these big cities to get to the illegal criminals, alien criminals.
You've got to go to the jails, the prisons, state prisons and jails that are right there.
They're being thwarted.
Eric Adams had these federal charges.
He's very upfront that federal charges would have never come until he became an anti-sanctuary mayor.
Then, voila, it came.
These things are being negotiated.
I think President Trump sent an executive order that he wants all authorities.
He's given Emil Bovee, who he has tremendous confidence in, has done such a great job.
He's the number three guy in justice, but he kind of held down justice until Pam Bondi got approved.
And now Pam is all over the folks in New York, as I recommended she should be.
Manhattan is a festering sore.
This is where, and it makes sense, this is where the, it's the financial capital of the world.
The global elites live there.
They either are permanent residents or have, you know, have penthouses or, you know, these townhouses up in the Upper West Side or particularly Upper East Side.
They're all globalists.
Source has given a ton of money to get Bragg in there, Letitia James there.
They have a complete rigged system.
And they're going to thwart you.
This is a perfect example.
Just simply on the sanctuary cities and about Mayor Adams and these charges, this is a federal charge.
You've already had a couple of resignations.
They won't do it.
That's fine.
Emma Bovee will find somebody.
Clear out the whole rat's neck.
Clear out all Southern District of New York.
Get them all out.
Clean the whole rat's nest out.
Let them go.
You got to play hardball here.
And that's not even at the state, love.
You got to go at the state or they're going to thwart you.
Today in the news cycle, MSNBC, this is all they're jammed up on.
Saying it's a Saturday night massacre for Trump.
It's slowing Trump down.
And I told you they're going to go into federal court.
They're going to lose in federal court.
President Trump is perfectly within his purview.
as the chief executive officer of the United States government to do what he's doing and to designate Elon Musk or anybody he wants to designate to be his...
unidentified
Here's your host, Stephen K. Mann.
steve bannon
So we're going to get, I think, Andy Biggs, the budget's out, and we're going to make sure at least that you can understand this.
Now, this is not related.
To 14, they're talking about the out years.
They're talking about fiscal year 26. And this is all based around Jason Smith's tax cut.
We're going to give Andy Biggs, at least I want you to get a baseline to begin to understand what this concept is.
One thing I can tell you, and look, I'm all about cuts this year and next year.
After that, it doesn't really interest me because it's all theoretical and never happens.
But I can tell you that At least in this edition, it's gone from $30 billion.
When they were down at Doral, they had $30 billion in cuts a year.
And they're going up now to $200 billion in cuts.
But on a $2 trillion deficit, I mean, that's not really much of a down payment, but they think they've maxed out.
And Andy Biggs is going to come and explain it to us, at least as clearly as it can be explained.
A lot of work to do on this.
One of the ways to come and understand all this is come to CPAC this year and join us.
CPAC.org slash War Room.
You get a ticket for $76.
And with that ticket, you get to join us the day before on Wednesday all day.
We're actually, through the good offices of Real America's Voice, going to actually do the War Room, not in the studio that's being built for Real America's Voice and War Room, for CPAC proper, but we're going to kind of jerry-rig.
A little studio right there so we can do the show live.
So we're going to probably start, this is not totally official, probably start at 9 o'clock in the morning.
We want as many people from the area as can come as possible.
This is going to be incredible.
We throw in a free lunch.
But this is really a training, this is a workshop all day.
We're going to have some incredible people there.
I think on Monday, maybe even tomorrow on the Saturday show, I'll be able to walk through the schedule a little bit more.
But during CPAC... We're going to have a party on Thursday night.
We're going to have a brunch for everybody on Sunday morning.
And who knows?
We may throw in another party on our traditional Saturday night party, trying to find a venue.
Bottom line, it's going to be great.
You're going to have a blast.
You're going to get to meet everybody and get us all focused on what has to happen the rest of this year to kind of continue to roll out the Days of Thunder.
That's CPAC.org slash War Room.
$76 is your ticket.
So that's a special deal given by CPAC. So I really appreciate all of you for coming.
And I want to check that out.
And I want everybody there.
It's going to be incredible.
The workshop, the force multiplier, is going to be incredible.
We're going through right now Grace and Mo and JoJo and Elizabeth.
Everybody's pitching in here to help us think it through.
We've got Alex DeGrasse and some other people to help pitch in too to make sure we think all this through.
So, it's going to be great.
CPAC.org slash forum on everybody there.
Do I have the JD stuff yet?
I'm going to play some parts.
So, okay.
It's kind of confusing because a couple of contingent groups over there.
You got Pete Hexas over there.
Marco Rubio's over there.
JD's over there.
They were in Brussels at NATO. Now they're at the Munich Security Conference.
The Munich Security Conference is the coming together of kind of all the...
Defense industry.
It's Davos for the arms merchants.
It's become a big deal.
All the deep state guys there, all the globalists are there.
And, you know, I think President Trump felt this was a good year to send a team over there and to set them straight.
Pete Hegs has blew their heads up the other day saying, hey, look, let's be realistic.
We're not going to go back to the pre-19, you know, to these before the war started borders.
You've got to be realistic about this, about what's reality in Ukraine.
I actually think by engaging too much in this, you show it's too much interest.
I'm the hardest core of the hard core to say, hey, look, you stole our $250 billion.
We know we're never going to get it back.
Good riddance.
And just walk away.
Last night, actually, on MSNBC, they had a quote, and they said, oh, well, if Trump doesn't do this negotiation right, if he doesn't really, you know, do this brilliant negotiation and leave Ukraine in NATO, in the EU, with the original borders, it'll be considered his Vietnam.
I told you that was coming.
That's the first time it was quoted, but hey, you wait, you're going to see all the newspaper articles, all the think pieces, give it four weeks.
This is Trump's Vietnam.
You know, he can't cut a deal.
He needs to be committed.
So it's, I beg to differ on that, you know, greatly.
We had the strategic meeting with Modi yesterday, who's kind of the anchor of the Indo-Pacific.
We're going to have some commentary, I think, later on that.
But let's go to J.D. And let's go here.
J.D. had a total throwdown.
He said, hey, it was kind of like, remember it was a Pogo back in the old days?
We have met the enemy and he is us.
Remember that old cartoon?
God, my dad used to say that all the time, laugh every time he said it.
JD's speech was kind of that.
They met the enemy in Europe.
He's met the enemy, and it's the Europeans.
Let's watch.
jd vance
Be a part of our shared society.
And of all the pressings, challenges that the nations represented here face, I believe there is nothing more urgent than mass migration.
Today.
Almost one in five people living in this country moved here from abroad.
That is, of course, an all-time high.
It's a similar number, by the way, in the United States, also an all-time high.
The number of immigrants who entered the EU from non-EU countries doubled between 2021 and 2022 alone, and of course, it's gotten much higher since.
And we know this situation, it didn't materialize in a vacuum.
It's the result of a series of conscious decisions made by politicians all over the continent and others across the world over the span of a decade.
We saw the horrors wrought by these decisions yesterday in this very city.
And of course, I can't bring it up again without thinking about the terrible victims who had a beautiful winter day in Munich ruined.
Our thoughts and prayers are with them and will remain with them.
But why did this happen in the first place?
It's a terrible story, but it's one we've heard way too many times in Europe and unfortunately too many times in the United States as well.
An asylum seeker, often a young man in his mid-twenties, already known to police, rams a car into a crowd and shatters a community.
How many times must we suffer these appalling setbacks before we change course and take our...
No voter on this continent went to the ballot box to open the floodgates to millions of unvetted immigrants.
But you know what they did vote for?
In England, they voted for Brexit.
And agree or disagree, they voted for it.
And more and more all over Europe, they're voting for political leaders who promise to put an end to out-of-control migration.
Now, I happen to agree with a lot of these concerns, but you don't have to agree with me.
I just think that people care about their homes.
They care about their dreams.
But while the Trump administration is very concerned with European security and believes that we can come to a reasonable settlement between Russia and Ukraine, and we also believe that it's important in the coming years for Europe to step up in a big way to provide for its own defense, the threat that I worry the most about...
Vis-a-vis Europe is not Russia, it's not China, it's not any other external actor.
And what I worry about is the threat from within.
The retreat of Europe from some of its most fundamental values, values shared with the United States of America.
steve bannon
To put this in perspective, folks, a senior official of the United States government, the vice president, Number two in the chain of command.
Or actually number two in the line of succession.
Maybe not the chain of command, but the line of succession.
Went to the Munich Security Conference.
And this is their prom.
This is the deep state.
This is all the intelligence services.
All the arms manufacturers.
All the national security apparatus.
All of it.
All the foreign national security members.
Everybody.
Everybody's been dining off this carcass for decades and decades and decades.
They made Munich.
It's like Davos.
Or it's for grassroots.
You got CPAC, you have AMFES. It's that on testosterone.
J.D. Vance went over there with a speech that was approved by the White House.
I'm sure President Trump had a few markups to it.
unidentified
And threw down...
steve bannon
You can't describe how hard this throwdown was.
He looked those folks in the eye and called them out.
Said, hey, the problem's not...
Russia.
Problem's not China.
I'm looking at the problem.
The problem is a ossified elite that don't bear the brunt of mass migration, but have turned their countries over to it.
It is nothing short of stunning.
And they're going to be hating on JD for saying it.
But it was very powerful.
It was equivalent to the speech.
Remember he had JDN a couple of years ago in one of the first speeches.
He was still running for the...
I think he just announced it was just the beginning of the primary, the tough primary he had.
And he gave that speech over in Crystal City or Pentagon City across the river where he talked about the military-industrial complex kind of to their face right at the part right next to it.
This is the different take.
This is why people went to prison.
This is why President Trump, they had the whole J6 committee.
This is why they've gone out of their way to try to destroy this.
And they're still actively trying to destroy it.
Do not think we're past the woods at all.
And don't think they're going to give J.D. a standing ovation and give him warm hugs and say, hey, Pete.
You know, it's so great this is happening.
J.D., thank you for coming.
Thank you for smack-talking us right to our face, calling us out as hypocrites.
This is the direction of the MAGA movement.
This is what populist nationalism looks like.
This is what America first looks like.
This is what setting things right looks like.
Over the last 72 hours, we've essentially told Europe, You're not going to be a protectorate anymore.
Have you heard that somewhere before?
You're not going to be a protectorate.
You're not a vassal state.
We're not a hegemon.
We don't want to be a hegemon.
We don't want the burden of this whole thing on our shoulders.
We're not prepared to pay for it, and we're particularly not prepared to send our sons and daughters to die for it, to enforce it.
Especially given the fact that you're using this post-war international rules-based order and all the laws and regulations and customs and traditions you set up around it to gut the United States of America, to gut our manufacturing, to gut our beautiful cities on the interior, to give generation after generation of young men of every ethnicity, color, and religious persuasion hopelessness.
The day is over.
It's finished.
When I really knew the day was over was when President Trump said Panama to Greenland.
Panama to Greenland.
Monroe Doctrine 2.0.
A forward, a thrusting forward into the Atlantic, the defense from the Caribbean all the way to the Arctic.
The defense of the United States with a naval strategy.
To say, yeah, the Russian Navy is a problem for us, but we can contain that.
But the Russian Army, we're not a continental power.
And we've done it before.
We've shed so much blood in World War I, in World War II, the Cold War.
It's done.
As Churchill said, the new world will come to save the old world.
Bro, you had it three times.
Three times a charm.
We're out.
We'll be there as an ally, but only as an ally, not an underwriter.
It's a big difference.
We're prepared to be an ally, but not an underwriter of the entire project, because what the elites have done is allowed their people to have full health care, free college, pensions, all that, and you to have nothing, because your leaders sold you out because of the money they're making at the, wait for it, Munich Security Conference.
And where does that manifest itself?
Hmm, let me think.
Wait for it.
I'm thinking.
I'm thinking it's going to come.
Oh yeah, that's right.
The Pentagon budget.
The $900 billion that the hogs go right to the trough on.

I'm going to tell my producer right now, let's get the Bobby Kennedy thing out.
We haven't played space.
We've had so much action, action, action.
Also, so many live hits.
And today, it's the President's Day weekend.
Of course, they're all taken off early.
House is not back until...
The House is not back for a week or so, 10 days.
In fact, we're trying to get Andy Biggs up and we're going to try to get Congressman Biggs and have him explain, at least take a first cut, explain the budget number so that you're up to speed on this.
Bobby Kennedy, another huge day.
Tulsi Gabbard.
Tulsi, I think, is already over in Munich.
Just monumental.
Cash voted out 12-10.
Cash is going to get confirmed no matter what they say.
You see what happens when you get a Pam Bondi in, an Emil Bovee.
It's so important to get these folks in.
You see the days of thunder rolling out.
They're fighting everywhere.
They're going to court.
And you heard this morning on the Morning Joe, they've been planning this for a while.
They're going out and getting people that they think are great litigants to go out and do it.
So they're going to try to stop.
At the federal court level, you're going to get slowed down, but you get expedited appeal.
Then you get on the emergency docket if it needs to go the far of the Supreme Court.
And the federal courts, I think, we're going to do fine.
But we need everybody at the ramparts.
Not today.
Today is the day of kind of talk things over and get new information.
It's not an action day.
Going to be an action day very shortly in Texas.
Horrible news coming out of there after the great win and the massive win in November and, of course, what we did on Paxson.
Now the establishment.
Remember, they took the speakership.
And it looks like they've now cut the Democrats in for a big hunk of the carving up the pie and the cutting the Democrats in for a big piece of it.
So we're going to get on top of that this afternoon, tomorrow.
So we've got a lot of local stuff.
Part of the, at CPAC, go to cpac.org slash war room.
And we haven't had enough time, given everything that's going on with President Trump and globally, geopolitically, all that.
We haven't had enough time to go back and get some updated stories on where we stand with the precinct strategy.
What I can tell you overall is, hey, guess what?
The Republican establishment at any level is not welcoming you with a big group hug.
There's fights everywhere.
And, you know, South Carolina, Georgia, Texas, Arizona.
All these places are so important.
In Michigan, all of it.
So we're going to have a bunch of those, hopefully part of the workshop, on Wednesday at CPAC. Go to cpac.org.
The ticket is 76 bucks.
You're going to be, this will be three or four days like you've never had before.
The intensity of the...
Camaraderie, people getting together, learning, networking.
One thing I'd tell you about the war and posse and getting engaged, particularly as you get older, as you get older, normally your world gets smaller and smaller.
This is an antidote to that.
I guarantee you, you team up here, you come to some of these conferences, you get involved in either the precinct strategy or some of these groups that we identify and give you access to, your world will expand.
You will find interconnections and people.
Throughout the country, you've never met before, they become dear friends, and also comrades in arms as you fight this, because remember, you're the cadre at the tip of the spear.
It's the reason we need you at the Ramparts.
What you've done, the raw political power that was just done over the last couple of months in these, not just the election in November, but then the confirmation had been monumental.
Home Title Lock, and now we need you at the Ramparts.
Home Title Lock's coming up with a product that will keep you there, the triple lock, million-dollar triple lock protection.
I kind of dig this.
Natalie Dominguez and the team have thought it up.
In other words, 24-7 coverage.
Urgent notification immediately in the middle of the night if anybody's looking at your title or messing with your title because your title is a contractual obligation you've got for that thing called a home.
You're a real asset, right?
And then they've got a million-dollar restoration project with top lawyers, advisors, all that.
To make sure they can mitigate whatever risk has come to you.
So, don't take it from me.
They've got a whole education program over there that gets you up to speed.
HomeTitleLock.com.
Steve25.
Something about that promo code I can remember.
Steve25.
I kind of dig that.
Steve25, the promo code.
Just go check it out today.
What we do with the sponsors is just make sure that they've got the information and you start to build...
Customer-client relationships, which is what it's all about.
Build relationships.
We're here to provide.
That's using your agency.
This is why you've become so powerful.
This is why it's become so great.
Going to speak, 28th of February.
I'll get a real count tomorrow for the Saturday show.
I think it's sold out, but I also believe they're doing standing room only.
And it's a pretty big venue.
They had to move the venue in Denton.
And I really want to thank the Denton folks.
Man, I had a great time.
Gave my usual kind of fire-breathing speech, but got to meet folks beforehand for a couple hours.
And I got to shake hands, take a lot of selfies, and just had a fantastic time.
I want to thank Denton County Republican Party.
We're doing this with Tarrant County.
And remember, Tarrant County is kind of the one you've got to hold in Texas.
Particularly now, and I know people are very upset, so we're going to be talking a lot about what has to happen since Texas is so MAGA. To get Texas sorted, because it's a shame of what's happening down there in that house.
You're being double dealt.

Great, great people.
Okay, it's a day that we're trying to pierce through the resistance.
It's everywhere.
It's legal.
It's political.
It's media.
It's protest.
But we're winning, and they know we're winning.
Full-spectrum dominance from President Trump and his MAGA forces.
You've been there since the beginning.
You know all the work it took on Project 2025 or America First Priorities Institute or Stephen Miller's America First Law or the great Russ Vogt and Mark Paoletta and Jeff Clark over at the Center for Renewing America.
All of it.
All those years of preparation.
All those years of thinking through policy.
All those years of people networking.
Being introduced.
Like I said, when you introduce and start building your own networks.
This is what the days of thunder, days of thunder, years of lightning.
That's what President Trump, every day is like Christmas Day, right?
Short break.
We got India, the border, and the budget.
