Speaker Time Text
nicolle wallace
spoke often about a medieval military campaign that he saw as a model for today.
The Crusades, in which Christian warriors from Western Europe embarked on ruthless missions to wrest control of Jerusalem and other areas under Muslim rule.
As Hegseth embraced a combative brand of Christianity in recent years, he wrote that people who enjoy the benefits of Western civilization should, quote, thank a crusader.
In his book, Hegseth also offered a nod to the prospect of future violence.
Quote, our American crusade is not about literal swords and our fight is not with guns yet.
End quote.

Yeah, Nicole, I think there's something really intriguing about this first round of cabinet picks that if people are paying attention anymore, it should really matter, which is these first round of cabinet picks really express the true ethos of Donald Trump.
You know, in 2017, he picked people that were going to be leaders, Tillerson, Mattis, and others.
And we were still figuring out how will Donald Trump govern, even though we had some strong clues from the campaign.
Now you're just getting the pure Donald Trump in these picks from Tulsi Gabbard and others, Matt Gaetz and on down.
You're seeing exactly who he is.
But I would tell you the silver lining in a lot of these nominees with scandal having to withdraw and then we end up with, say, the Bondi's and the DeSantis's and others.
It's not that they bring any less radical ideas about their government.
But it is that now we get to isolate and focus in on their views of the Department of Defense, their views of the Department of Justice, their views on D&I. But now having nominees that aren't scandal-plagued because of allegations of sexual misconduct or alcohol abuse or lack of fitness or go down the list, Those are a distraction in many ways going into a nomination hearing.
Now when we get to focus on the role of governing under Donald Trump, let's get to the real scary parts of the next four years.
I think there's benefit to the national conversation of seeing the second round of nominees like Bondi, like DeSantis and others.
Not that they're less threatening to democracy per se and some of their views, but then we get to have a conversation about the raw danger that we might be facing under a Donald Trump administration.
pete hegseth
I'm proud of what I fought for.
I'm not going to back down from them one bit.
I will answer all of these senators' questions.
But this will not be a process tried in the media.
I don't answer to anyone in this group.
None of you.
Not to that camera at all.
I answer to President Trump, who received 76 million votes on behalf and a mandate for change.
I answer to the 50, the 100 senators who are part of this process and those in the committee.
And I answer to my lord and savior and my wife and my family.
I'm proud to be here.
And as long as Donald Trump wants me in this fight, I'm going to be standing right here in this fight, fighting to bring our Pentagon back to what it needs to be.
steve bannon
This is the primal scream of a dying regime.
unidentified
Pray for our enemies, because we're going medieval on these people.
steve bannon
I got a free shot on all these networks lying about the people.
The people have had a belly full of it.
I know you don't like hearing that.
I know you try to do everything in the world to stop that, but you're not going to stop it.
It's going to happen.
jake tapper
And where do people like that go to share the big line?
unidentified
MAGA media.
I wish in my soul, I wish that any of these people had a conscience Ask yourself, what is my task and what is my purpose?
steve bannon
If that answer is to save my country, this country will be saved.
unidentified
War Room.
Here's your host, Stephen K. Band.
steve bannon
It's Thursday, 5 December, year of our Lord, 2024.
Thank you so much for joining our late afternoon, early evening edition of The War Room.
Today, we are kind of packed.
There's so much going on at Capitol Hill, at Mar-a-Lago, in West Palm Beach, at the transition office.
And, of course, lots of news all over the place.
I want to start talking about Pete Hegseth.
We've got some footage.
I think he was just with Senator Banks.
I think there's some other good news about Pete.
He's up there fighting.
Hey, I don't know.
I think this audience is down with Pete on the Crusades.
I don't think he kind of goes hard enough.
Right?
I think Pete's...
I think you've got a lot of people here that say, yeah, crusade's a good thing.
But you call it ruthless?
Nicole Wallace all upset?
Nicole, come on, man.
Nicole, you told so many lies about the Iraq War, working for Bush.
By the way, ma'am, the second worst president in the history of these United States.
So Pete's a fan of the crusade.
We often go back.
We teach the history of the crusades here.
We have Raymond Ibrahim, who's one of the great chroniclers of that, come on every so often, talk about a new book.
He's coming out.
We look at the details of that.
Of course, we don't have the Cross of Jerusalem, I think it is, tattooed on our chest, but Pete's that kind of guy.
Look, he's a little bit of a wild man.
But you need a wild man to make some changes at the Pentagon.
The Pentagon's like an aircraft carrier.
Turning that thing around is going to take a long time.
Pete Hexeth is the guy, and until President Trump says, hey, I'm going a different direction, and we would tell President Trump, don't go in a different direction right now.
Don't go in a different direction.
You've got to, you know, hunker down and get this one through.
Pete Hexeth is up on Capitol Hill selling himself and see how this thing falls out.
We're going to have a lot more about Pete Hexeth.
Also, I think, on cash.
It's never over till it's over, so never get too overconfident.
But I think John Cornyn put out a tweet today.
I think Lindsey Graham, I think people are starting to say Kash Patel is going to be nominated, is going to serve as the FBI director.
You know, Pete's providing a great service.
That service is that Pete is drawing a lot of fire.
And that means they're not spending as much time with Tulsi Gabbard, not spending as much time with Robert Kennedy.
I told you, Flood the zone.
Flood the zone.
Put them on their backheels.
Look at the way the Democrats are all over these people.
Ask them the stupidest marginal question up in their face over and over and over again.
The media, Democrat media, they never ask the Democrats this.
They're never all over them with the kind of lack of respect that That they show.
But that's why our people got to hunker down.
You got to get everybody up there in Capitol Hill shaking hands, working the senators.
And then when we come back in January, I strongly recommend they, I think, weigh in on the second or third.
Give them off the fourth, fifth, sixth.
You got to be up there.
Not just the national security.
You ought to be putting Bobby Kennedy.
Flood the zone.
Overwhelm the system.
They're defenders of the system, which is indefensible.
But they're defenders of it.
They're defenders of these decrepit and corrupt institutions.
They're the institutionalists that refuse to reform these institutions.
They're beyond reform right now.
They have to be totally and completely kind of taken apart, many of them brick by brick.
So Cash Patel and Pete Hexeth in the line of fire today.
We're going to have a lot more of that.
They're asking for preemptive pardons.
So we've got Rudy on the Biden crime family.
Not just that, on this entire situation of Fauci and all these guys looking for pardons in advance.
Dave Bossie is going to join us in studio.
He's down here in West Palm Beach.
We've got a lot going on.
We're going to talk about some finance, capital markets, also the transgender event yesterday that got a little bit out of control there with some of the protesters.
We'll make sure we have people, I think, trying to get Brandon Showalter on to get us up to speed on all that.
I want to go to Julie Kelly.
Julie, breaking news from you.
And Julie, I think you, boy, look at Julie Kelly.
It's out of sight for sore eyes right there.
I haven't seen you, Julie.
You're back with us.
Had your, I guess, your cataracts or whatever taken care of.
Good to see you again, ma'am.
julie kelly
Really, Steve?
steve bannon
Matthew Graves.
You don't make that sort of...
unidentified
Matthew Graves.
julie kelly
No, I had a permanent lens installed.
I'm like a bionic woman now, so...
steve bannon
No, a permanent lens?
A permanent lens?
julie kelly
Yes.
steve bannon
Oh, my Lord.
julie kelly
Permanent lens.
steve bannon
Was that painful?
Was that painful?
julie kelly
No, just two weeks with no eye makeup.
So that was very painful.
So I was, like, basically in hiding.
unidentified
So I had, like, glasses on.
julie kelly
But no eye lift.
That's next.
steve bannon
No eye lift.
Okay.
That's after the next book.
Julie, you've been all over this situation.
They're talking about, you know, we had...
I'm on this morning to talk about giving pardons, mass pardons, for all J6. He said on Jesse Kelly last night, you know, the Buck and Clay show, Clay Travis.
And Clay said, hey, look.
What these guys did pales in comparison to what's been done by the Justice Department.
He threw down hard.
He said even some of the violent guys.
He said, in fact, all the violent guys.
So we had him on this morning.
It was great.
You've been following Graves.
Correct me if I'm wrong.
Did they actually arrest somebody today for January 6th?
julie kelly
They arrested someone today, a man from Florida.
They arrested a man from Alabama yesterday.
As you and I talked on Monday, they started three jury trials on Monday.
This Monday, they're starting three more jury trials.
A few days ago, Judge Dami Friedrich, one of our favorites who we keep highlighting, sentenced a man who basically did the same thing Ray Epps did, with the exception of going into the building, sentenced this man to 71 months in prison.
For allegedly interfering with law enforcement and other silliness.
They charged this man from Alabama the other day for taking a swing at a DC Metro police officer with a flagpole now almost four years ago.
So Matthew Graves, the Biden apparatchik, whose wife is very close with the Bidens, and Kamala Harris, she's been at the Biden White House at least 40 times since her husband was appointed DCUS attorney by Joe Biden.
And he continues to round up, charge, put on trial, sentence, and force plea deals on J6 defendants as the clock winds down to January 20th.
steve bannon
Haven't they gotten the word in the Justice Department that one of the topics we ran on was full pardons for the J6ers?
I mean, is this normal behavior?
Is this just up in your grill?
This is an interregnum where you're supposed to make a transition.
They know where we stand on this.
Are they trying to be up in President Trump's grill?
Are they trying to be up in MAGA's grill on this topic?
julie kelly
Absolutely.
I mean, Matthew Graves is going to shove this in the face of Donald Trump and his supporters and incoming administration as long as he possibly can.
And of course, this includes Merrick Garland and Lisa Monaco.
In fact, a few days after Trump won, according to a report by NBC News, top DOJ officials told prosecutors handling these J6 cases, you are to proceed business as usual.
The election results have no impact on what's happening In the D.C. courthouse.
And of course, the judges are going along with it.
What Matthew Graves argues is that there's a public interest in continuing these trials.
Daphne Friedrich also denied a motion filed the day after the election by a man who was set to go on trial the following week.
So he went on trial November 13th.
His attorneys argued in an emergency motion to postpone the jury trial based on the results of DC's lopsided voting in the presidential election, 93% again for Kamala Harris.
So this defendant said, basically, we can't get a fair trial in Washington.
And furthermore, disgruntled DC voters might take it out on this particular defendant.
We need to postpone this trial.
Dabney Friedrich, again, denies that motion, says, oh no, we'll have a very selective jury process, right?
That lasts a day.
She picks a jury a week after the election in one day, 12 jurors, two alternates.
Guess how long it took them to convict this man on all counts with the exception of one?
A day.
steve bannon
A couple hours a day.
julie kelly
Yep, less than a day.
steve bannon
Tell me about her.
We're trying to make these people famous because they deserve to be famous.
These judges, and I've got to tell you, I have not had more positive feedback on a segment we've done of all the great segments than the one we did on they and the other judges.
And I heard this from lawyers who said, these judges are out of control.
Judges, you can all be impeached.
And I realized that when some of the news media wrote it up In the chats, people say we need a more specific plan.
We don't want to be too specific right now, folks.
There's a reason for that.
Okay, there is a quite detailed plan.
But these judges have to be removed from the bench.
And after they're removed from the bench, do you believe they have to be prosecuted after they're impeached and removed from the bench, ma'am?
julie kelly
I don't know that they can necessarily be prosecuted.
I'm not sure for what, but they should be impeached.
And unfortunately, Dabney Friedrich was a Federalist Society recommendation to President Trump.
She never should have been recommended, and I'll tell you why.
Her husband was a top DOJ official during the George W. Bush era.
He worked on the Enron Task Force with Lisa Monaco, the current Deputy Attorney General, and Andrew Weissman.
So how in the world she ever got recommended, I have no idea.
She has a very light legal, no judicial background whatsoever.
So she's basically there as a faux conservative to put her rubber stamp on whatever this DOJ, who her husband had long-time ties to, whatever they want.
So now you've got another man forced to go.
So we need to call out these judges.
Yes, they have always been the villains here.
steve bannon
Hang on one second.
Well, there's a lot of villains.
There's a lot of villains.
They may be some of the super, super villains.
Hang on for a second, Julie.
I got Rudy.
We got Dave Bossy a lot.
Birchgold.com slash Bannon, the end of the dollar empire.
A new installment coming out for the holidays.
Modern monetary theory.
The idea that broke the world.
Okay, short break.
Be back in just a moment.
unidentified
Be back in just a moment.
steve bannon
Okay, welcome back, Julie Kelly.
Julie, I want to make sure Matthew Graves, the judge, folks, they're still rounding up people.
They're trying to get up in your grill and say, hey, you voted, you know, they were on the ballot.
What they've done is on the ballot.
The American people gave Trump a landslide.
We control every branch of the government now.
And they're just daring us to make sure that we investigate.
We have to.
Accountability has to come.
If we don't have accountability on this, if we do not have accountability of what the FBI and the Justice Department have done, and also these local DAs, all of it, The easy way I say, oh, well, you know, election is about the future.
No, you cannot do it.
Trust me, Julie Kelly's got a lot more things she's got to focus on, wants to focus on.
Stephen K. Bannon, a lot more things I want to focus on.
We have, this has to be part of our work.
It has to be.
You're not going to sort this country out if you let this go, and we're not going to let it go.
There are thousands of people working on this right now.
Once again, Julie, any other updates before we let you go?
julie kelly
I'm working on a piece that should be posted Monday for Real Clear Investigations.
Hopefully I'll be back on Monday.
This kind of gives a documentation of what the judges are saying in their orders and in court hearings related to prospective pardons, how they don't care, doesn't matter.
They're a separate branch on their own.
They can do whatever they want, which I guess is possibly true.
But they also have great discretion as to how they can handle these cases.
And so I'll have a piece up on Monday that, yes, we have to keep calling out Matthew Graves.
To your point, see where he ends up after he resigns or is fired by DCUS attorney, what law firm picks him up, and make their life hell as well, just like Matthew Graves is and continues to do to Trump supporters with his unaccountable, so far unaccountable, power as DCUS attorney.
steve bannon
Julie, you know, this is going to come up in cash.
Obviously, he's hearing the book is Government Gangsters.
We made the film.
Go to warroom.film right now.
You can download it.
The movie will blow you away.
It's cash.
One person, his take on the entire book and walks you through it, including the hit list we have in the back or he had in the back of the book.
Yeah.
I would call it a target list of people that corrupt individuals.
And people are not going after people.
They're not going to investigate people if they haven't broken the law.
I mean, you've got to do these investigations.
It's all going to be done fully transparently, not what these people did.
These jackbooted Gestapo that kicked down the door of these very poor right-to-life people, these people, the parents' rights movement.
I mean, what the FBI did was heinous.
Your thoughts on Cash's book, Government Gangsters, and what your recommendation to him that he should focus on as the director of FBI? Oh, there's so much.
julie kelly
I know.
I talked about this the other day, I think, with Benny Johnson.
But yes, so absolutely, the FBI corruption, the Washington field office, the raid at Mar-a-Lago, I think the FBI's misconduct related to the raid that I covered in the Florida case that was disclosed.
And also using the counterterrorism task force to terrorize American citizens and their entire neighborhoods that's still going on.
Using these awesome powers even to arrest and round up nonviolent offenders.
How much did that cost the American people?
Where does the FBI get off using counterterrorism task force?
Originally intended to go after real terrorists, like foreign terrorists who want to blow us up and blow up buildings, not people who walked on Capitol grounds for a few minutes almost four years ago.
So I definitely expect Cash will do all of that and more, which is why the regime media and Democrats and never Trumpers are in full-blown panic mode at the thought of FBI Director Cash Patel.
steve bannon
Julie Kelly, where do people go to get all your amazing content, ma'am?
julie kelly
So, I have a Substack Declassified with Julie Kelly, Real Clear Investigations, where I've covered a lot of the malfeasance of the FBI and DOJ, and of course, XJulie underscore Kelly, too.
steve bannon
Julie, thank you so much for coming in today.
Always love having you.
And we've got a big project ahead of us, the Accountability Project, headed by Julie Kelly.
Man, you think they're petrified of cash?
unidentified
Hey, they are petrified of Julie Kelly.
steve bannon
Thank you, ma'am.
Appreciate you.
unidentified
Thanks, Steve.
julie kelly
Thank you.
steve bannon
Incredible.
The work has just been incredible.
Rudy, America's Mayor, joins me.
Rudy, we've got a lot to talk about, and Rudy's going to hang out with us for a while.
Our old friend Dave Bossie is also going to come in studio for a few minutes.
He's in between meetings down here in West Palm Beach around the transition.
Rudy, I don't know how to say this, but you actually presented...
There was a murder, with all the happy talk that they have on MSNBC and CNN about these crying, you know, the Capitol Hill cops, right, that are whining all the time on how mean the protesters were.
You actually had a murder in cold blood.
You had a cold-blooded murder that day of Sergeant Ashley Babbitt.
I think an Air Force, 20 year Air Force veteran.
Talk to me about, you went over to Matthew Gray's office.
You presented him with all the information related to her murder.
What happened in that?
I haven't seen the grand jury in that.
I haven't seen indictments on that.
What happened in that case?
rudy giuliani
They completely corrupted and fixed that case.
It's an outrage.
You know, I come out of a tradition in New York where first degree murder Murder is never solved.
So New York has murders open for 200 years.
And when I was mayor, we solved some murders that were 70 years old and 80 years old.
Reason for that is our respect for human life.
There's no crime quite like murder.
And every good prosecutor reacts to a murder case differently.
So on the night of January 6th, I got a tape.
And the video that I think was played on CNN by somebody who's also a very questionable character who did it.
And when you look at the very end of it, my first reaction to it was after having prosecuted numerous homicide cases in Puerto Rico.
My goodness, this looks like a first degree homicide to me.
And it looks to me like this guy Sullivan couldn't possibly have known where the gun was gonna be.
And the cops gave up the location.
In other words, these guys were trying to get into Pelosi's office.
They talked to the cops.
The cops walked away and let them go in.
So all of a sudden, a gun appears.
She's up in the air, a five-foot-two woman, unarmed.
We don't even know if she committed a crime going into the building.
She might have been invited in.
That might have held her open for her.
She actually is seen trying to calm the crowd down a few times.
And all of a sudden, for no reason, without any police stand down, they blow her brains out.
I mean, they kill her.
Meanwhile, on her side of the wall were about eight cops, about six of them dressed like, I don't know, stormtroopers with the machine guns.
And then on the other side, there are about eight cops, and they need to shoot and kill a 5'2 woman without a gun.
Who was gonna fall on her face?
So having faced many of these cases, to me in New York, had this happened, you just switched the race there, black woman, white cop, my goodness, you'd have 10 days of riots.
And all of a sudden, we pull the evidence together, we're able to identify some of the people on the other side as Antifa people, instigators.
And I say to my people, who I knew how unfair they were gonna be, but I said, maybe I was too naive then.
As a US attorney, I said, no way, no US attorney, no matter what he does, he's gonna solve this murder case.
So we packaged all it together.
I had two New York City homicide detectives with a lot more experience than this jerk ever had.
And we gave him the case.
That's the last we heard of it.
The last time we heard of it.
And of course, they're covering up a murder case.
I mean, that I don't know, I guess that's not, maybe that's a crime, maybe that isn't a crime.
It's sure a lot worse than anything I did that merits disbarment for that guy.
unidentified
That woman was killed in cold blood.
steve bannon
Okay, let me ask you about that.
Graves is going to be fired, terminated, obviously, at a few minutes after.
Do you agree that President Trump should terminate all the U.S. attorneys and I think deputies also immediately to get his people?
rudy giuliani
Yeah, I followed a rule when I became the mayor, which was, this isn't a trial where you're presumed innocent or whatever.
Anybody that I had the slightest doubt about got fired.
I had to change a city completely from a corrupt city that was going broke and had 2,000 murders a year.
I had four years to change it.
I wasn't gonna do it by keeping any of the old guys around.
So I fired four or 5,000 people.
And you just gotta be ruthless about it.
And it's not ruthless.
It's in order to carry out your agenda.
And we know what happened last time, right?
We left too many behind.
And for four years, they were...
Really acting like traitors to the country, not just the president.
steve bannon
Now, you said you were naive.
I tell you what, Rudy, why don't you hang on?
You're going to be with me.
We've got a lot to go through.
I want to talk about these pardons they're talking about, preemptive pardons, blanket pardons.
You were naive.
You said you were naive.
You didn't realize where the system was.
We've got, you know, Julie Kelly's been giving this, you know, every couple of days, talking about the judges, talking about the prosecutors.
Of course, Cash Patel is in the news.
Dave Bossie's going to be here.
We're going to talk about Cash and particularly Pete Hexeth.
Pete, a little bit left hanging out to dry, and I think that's been regrouped.
I think you had a good day with some senators, so Rudy Giuliani is going to stick with us.
Birch Gold.
Here's what we're doing with Birch Gold.
One thing, I want to make sure that everybody's up to speed on everything related to capital markets prior to what's going to happen, I don't know, kind of in mid, late December, and particularly in January when the new Congress gets sworn in.
And then, of course, when President Trump comes in 20 days.
So those kind of from mid-December or the 20th when the government runs out of money all the way through the first 100 days, it is going to be wild.
Every day is going to be crazy.
So many big things are going to be happening.
We want to make sure people use the holidays to get up to speed, burners, Birchgold.com.
Slash ban and end of the dollar empire.
We're bringing a new installment out.
That modern monetary theory, the radical idea that broke the world.
You'll be able to get it.
And you'll not just be the smartest person around the Christmas table.
More importantly, when you're calling a senator's office and members in the House office, they're going to say, man, who is that guy?
It must be the war room posse.
They know what's going on.
We can't fool them.
Remember those calls, emails, letters, they have a lot of impact.
Short commercial break.
Birchgold.com slash Bannon.
Go check it out today.
Or Bannon at 9-8-9-8-9-8.
We're going to be back in a moment.
jim banks
Thank you all.
Just had a very good meeting with Pete Hegseth, who I believe is the right pick to be our next Secretary of Defense.
Fully support him.
President Trump wants Pete Hegseth at the Pentagon to clean up the mess, especially if this happened over the last four years.
And Pete is focused on what I'm focused on, which is getting wokeness out of our military and get our military back focused on what it needs to do, which is train to fight and win wars, that fighting spirit back to our military.
So a very positive meeting.
We talked about military recruitment.
Right now we have a military recruitment crisis.
And I think a lot of that stems back to what the Biden administration has done to advance political causes in the military over the last four years.
And I hope to be on the Senate Armed Services Committee come January as a new senator from Indiana.
And I'm going to do everything I can to back up Pete Hegseth at the Pentagon to clean up the mess, get the job done, get our military back focused on what it needs to be focused on.
Pete doesn't back down from anything.
That's what I admire about him.
He doesn't back down from the media.
He doesn't back down from the bureaucracy.
He's not going to back down from China, Russia, and Iran, our biggest adversaries around the world.
And that's what's most important, that our enemies will fear the United States of America once again with Donald Trump and Pete Hegseth doing their jobs.
So he has my full support.
I can't wait to vote for him and move forward and get the job done and clean up the mess of the Pentagon.
unidentified
Thank you.
All right, thanks, guys.
steve bannon
Let's go.
unidentified
Let's go.
Thank you so much.
Appreciate you coming.
jim banks
Thank you.
Thanks, guys.
Thanks, guys.
unidentified
First of all, will Kash Patel be confirmed, as I expect he will be?
jim banks
But you're the guy who knows.
rudy giuliani
What do you think?
unidentified
Yes, he will be.
People I have great respect for, people like Trey Gowdy, have recommended him highly.
I am still working to schedule a meeting with Cash, but I think, you know, certainly has vast experience, including working on the House Intelligence Committee on the Russiagate scam and the Steele dossier scandal.
So I look forward to meeting with him.
I met with Pam Bondi, the next attorney general, yesterday.
She speaks highly of him.
So people I know and who I trust speak well of him, and I'm looking forward to meeting with him.
rudy giuliani
That is great news.
pete hegseth
I'm proud of what I fought for.
I'm not going to back down from them one bit.
I will answer all of these senators' questions, but this will not be a process tried in the media.
And as long as Donald Trump wants me in this fight, I'm going to be standing right here in this fight, fighting to bring our Pentagon back Okay, welcome.
steve bannon
Dave Bossie joins us.
Dave's also at the studios in West Palm Beach, Viral America's Voice.
Dave, thank you very much.
Dave, in the Daily Caller, I think today you have the Cash Patel piece, and you're working on a piece right now about Pete Hexes.
Let's start with Hexes first.
Jim Banks.
And people should know Jim Banks is a Navy, I think, Lieutenant Commander.
Might be a commander.
And Commander Banks is a guy that knows the military, has devoted love, his life to that.
And I love the fact he's coming out and he's throwing down, you know, great congressman, now senator from Indiana.
So, Bossy, tell me about your piece in the Daily Call that's going to be in tomorrow about Pete Hicks.
What kind of guy is he?
And why are you putting your reputation on the line to fight for him as we are?
david bossie
Well, this is much bigger than Pete Hegseth.
I love Pete Hegseth.
He's a longtime friend of mine.
But Steve, you and I know this is a lot bigger than just one person.
This is a fight for the future of this country.
And if we allow this, you know, the defense industrial complex, this war machine to oust him, We are going to fail, and President Trump is going to fail right from the first moment of the first day.
So this is a big fight.
We must embrace it, and we must defeat—look, there's all these U.S. senators, you know, the 53 that are going to get to vote for Pete Hegseth in the affirmative— The Republicans come January 3rd.
And there ought not be one of them who's against Pete Hankseth.
Forget 1, 2, 3, 4. It should be 53-47.
He's not going to get a Democrat vote.
I'd be shocked if he does.
But it doesn't matter.
Donald Trump won an election that is being felt around the world still today.
You talk about France.
Look, this is why we must...
Support our guys, these men and women who are in the barrel right now, because if they take out Pete Hegseth, they already got Matt Gaetz.
If they take out Pete, then they're going to be on to Tulsi Gabbard or Kennedy or Kash Patel next.
And we must hold the line.
steve bannon
Talk to me about that.
You see, you make a very interesting point that, you know, I've said, hey, President Trump got shot in the head.
And then four months later, won a landslide victory, held the House, took the Senate, won the White House, overwhelming, I think, 3,000 of the 3,200 counties.
Just an immense, immense – I think Pete's vote count is a little light, right?
You know, the biggest win ever as far as most votes won, the popular vote.
Talk to me about that.
The American people, and remember, the Democrats put this on the ballot.
This was something that was voted on, their version of democracy.
So tell me, why are people getting weak, and why is it so important for us to basically form the phalanx on this and push it over?
david bossie
Well, first of all, they are getting weak.
President Trump won an overwhelming victory on Election Day, and the Republican Party has to remember it.
The Republican senators who were up in 2026, there's a number of them.
They have to remember, we are going to— Look, I don't want to do that.
I don't want to waste my time on primaries.
Let's get in line because...
And there were some senators today.
Tommy Tuberville, the great Tommy Tuberville, Coach Tuberville from Alabama, made the point today, and he said...
93 to nothing.
93 to nothing.
There was not one single Republican who voted against Lloyd Austin who oversaw the greatest debacle in American military history in Afghanistan.
This is a devastating...
Devastating thing.
We have to stand tall for Pete Heggseth.
This is a ridiculous thing.
This guy, this current Secretary of Defense, remember, he went missing in action for days.
He didn't even tell the President he was in the hospital.
That's who we have as Secretary of Defense today.
Okay, so I want to hear about it.
I don't want to hear about it.
I have no time for it.
Neither do you.
Neither do the posse in the war room.
We have to have Pete Hegseth.
We have to have Cash Patel.
The American people voted for FBI reform and for DOJ reform on the ballot.
It was right there.
We didn't put it on there.
The Democrats did.
steve bannon
Talk to me about, you've got up today Cash, and it's great to hear Cornyn, and I know this is a random event, but Cornyn is in cycle.
He's in cycle.
Dave has no bearing on what's happened.
Come on, man.
unidentified
Stop being so cynical.
david bossie
Look, Cash Patel is a special talent.
You and I know him because he's a warrior.
The posse knows him because he's a warrior.
But if you just...
Or a dispassionate observer of the news and you live in anywhere USA. This guy was a line prosecutor in the Department of Justice in the Barack Obama administration.
I don't mean to tarnish his image, but that's where he got his start.
He was a public defender, right?
This guy was a serious set of hands in a courtroom.
Then he went to the House and he was the Basically, the chief investigator, the lead counsel, and he, not any of these members.
It was Kash Patel is the reason we know about Russia, Russia, Russia.
That we know about the Russia collusion hoax.
That we know everything that we found out about the FISA abuse.
That we knew about James Comey.
We found out because of Kash Patel's work.
Nobody else is.
Kash Patel was the leader on that committee, and make no bones about it.
So look, and then he went to become deputy assistant to the president, and he was on the NSC. That's a serious thing, where he helped the president, you know, as head of the counterterrorism operation.
Then he became deputy director of national intelligence.
He oversaw all 17 intelligence agencies, and then on to become chief of staff.
At the Department of Defense.
I mean, think about that for a second.
Three million-plus employees, an operating budget of like $700 billion and $2 trillion in assets.
This is a serious person with serious experience.
And the left wants to degrade that?
You look at the people that are in this Biden administration right now.
Pete Buttigieg, he was the mayor of a small town.
He's the secretary of transportation who's run America's rail and air into the ground, literally.
I don't want to hear about Biden's operation versus Trump's.
These people that Donald Trump are choosing are phenomenal, number one.
And number two, the president gets the people he wants.
And the Senate is going to vote for them, period.
steve bannon
Dave, talk to me about the importance also of a guy like Pete In doing this and taking the incoming, he's keeping the heat off Tulsi and RFK and even Cash.
I mean, to have Cornyn come out in the first, really, day that Cash has been anywhere and say, hey, Cash Patel, until Hugh Hewitt is kind of one of the more moderate voices in media, say, no, Cash Patel is getting confirmed.
That's a news bombshell.
Would you agree?
david bossie
I totally agree.
Look, Cash has had a very good week of people who are going to be supportive of him.
But Pete is having a good time, too.
Katie Britt just came out tonight.
Look, there's going to be, and I look at this as a march, Sherman's march to the sea.
We have to burn this thing down.
Look, I mean this in a way.
This is President Trump's fight.
He deserves the cabinet that he names.
That is all.
And so all these guys, the advice and consent clause and all of that, that's nice, but the president gets who he wants.
Joe Biden got who he wanted, and you had Merrick Garland get Republican senators' votes.
This is outrageous that we're even, to be candid with you, Steve, it's outrageous that we're even having this conversation.
steve bannon
Amen.
I agree with you.
Dave, where do people get you on social media?
Where do they go to your website?
david bossie
David underscore Bossy, X, Getter, and Truth.
And then...
You know, citizensunited.org, go there.
You can see our film there, which is Trump's rescue mission, Saving America, which, by the way, about half of the cabinet is in the film, including President Trump and Vice President-elect J.D. Vance.
So it is an incredible film, and I urge people to get a chance to watch it because it means a lot to where we are right now in this fight.
Yeah.
steve bannon
And great piece.
The Daily Call of Pieces are up in your Twitter account?
david bossie
Yes, sir.
Go to David underscore Bossy and you can find it right there.
steve bannon
Dave Bossy, love you, brother.
Keep hammering.
david bossie
Talk to you soon.
Thanks, buddy.
steve bannon
That's a warrior right there.
Pete Hex has got his back.
Bossy's working all his angles up on Capitol Hill.
Pete Hex is having a good day.
Up on Capitol Hill, cash is rolling right now.
I think we got some traction.
The coordinate thing's a very big deal.
Katie Britt, I think, just came out for Pete.
We'll try to get the whole count here.
Looks like just a couple of holdouts.
I think Pete's made a turn to the tide.
You're going to have to get up there.
You're going to have to grind through.
Nobody says that Pete's not going to go through a tough confirmation hearing.
Hey, it's a tough job, and Pete's going to be controversial because he's going to go in the Pentagon and start to make that thing work because it's not working right now.
Short commercial break.
We'll return.
We've got Rudy Giuliani, the America's mayor, in the war room next.
unidentified
We rejoice when there's no more.
Let's take down the CCP. And why this is so delicate, because the White House counsel and a handful of senior White House aides, including Jeff Zients, the chief of staff, are having this debate right now in the West Wing,
which is, do we leave these folks out in the cold and potentially expose them to Kash Patel's FBI and Donald Trump's White House for any number of charges or some kind of, you know, show trial to get A measure of revenge and at the very least make them pay six figures in legal bills to avoid such a case or do we offer preemptively pardons to people who there's no proof they've done anything wrong
whatsoever and really may not want a pardon in the first place.
That's a real tough call because if you don't do it And Patel and company come after some of these people and you had the chance to give them inoculation legally, that's a hell of a thing to regret.
At the same time, do you want to pardon somebody like Liz Cheney or Anthony Fauci and suggest any kind of impropriety that could only add fuel to the Trump aggressors in the first place?
It's a real tough nut.
The idea of offering people who have not been charged with any crime, there's no even hint of committing any crimes, pardons, because the nature of the incoming administration is such that they're pretty open about the idea of pursuing a kind of third world model of when we come in, we go after the old guys.
Now, I can hear what the Trump folks are going to say immediately, which is he's only doing what they did to us.
And I think, guys, that's what you'll hear next year if the Trump folks do pursue These were revenge investigations or indictments of they started lawfare first.
They indicted Trump left and right.
We're only keeping the same thing going.
And you can see it easily right now.
And guys, that's why this debate is so serious in the White House and why they're taking this, I think, with some measure of sobriety, even though it is an extraordinary precedent to set.
steve bannon
Okay, the White House guys are a lawyer up to.
This is not about revenge.
It's not about retribution.
It has nothing to do with that.
Well, retribution in that kind of classic terms, right?
This is about setting things right of what these people did, the crimes they committed through lawfare to try to destroy this republic.
Hell, they let 15 million illegal alien invaders in here.
That's one of the first investigations.
So lawyer up.
You're not getting preemptive pardons.
It's not constitutional.
It's not going to happen.
And you guys just, you know, people went bankrupt over here.
You just, for the crimes you committed, you're going to be held accountable.
Understand it.
So maybe, I don't know, maybe you leave the country.
A lot of you guys are leaving the country.
You're whining all the time, crying all the time, sucking your thumbs all the time.
We didn't do that.
We have resilience.
Rudy, your thoughts on that, sir?
rudy giuliani
You're absolutely right.
I mean, this whole idea of vindictiveness is ridiculous.
They don't even know what justice means, which is why they're all confused about this.
The simple fact is that people should be held to account for serious crimes they commit against the republic.
Otherwise, this will just continue.
There's no one that doesn't believe we have a two-tiered system of justice.
Well, that's not justice.
A two-tiered system of justice is in and of itself a crime.
And if you participated in that and you, let's take Comey.
Comey lied on a Pfizer application.
That is a serious, serious offense.
I was there for the creation of Pfizer.
That signature goes on that document.
No one questions it.
You can have a man ruined by just your signature as a responsible prosecutor.
And he completely, absolutely lied.
Now, to me, as a prosecutor, I would prosecute people for deterrence.
I think if we had prosecuted Comey and McCabe and a couple of those struck his girlfriend, I think it would have slowed them down.
I don't think you would have gotten all that lawfare.
They became completely convinced they could do anything they damn pleased because obviously their own justice department was going to issue them and we never do anything.
We just say, well, let's just forget it and move on.
Well, they destroyed really some of the greatest institutions in our republic over the last four years and they did serious damage to people.
January 6 maybe being the worst.
I see January 6th as another Japanese internment that we had during the World War, with less justification in many cases.
And I think the judges on that court completely became non-American judges.
I mean, I had experience with one.
I have experience with one.
I can't get a lawyer to represent me in front of her.
They're afraid of her.
steve bannon
Hang on one second, Rudy.
I want to get into all that.
You're going to stay for a little bit at the top of the hour.
unidentified
Yeah.
steve bannon
I've got to talk to you.
You know Pete.
I want to talk to you about cash.
I also want to talk to you about these judges.
Nobody has sacrificed more Then Rudy Giuliani.
They've come after him.
They've tried to bankrupt him.
They've taken his law license.
This is what a patriot this guy is.
He refuses to give up.
He refuses to quit.
He refuses to bend the knee.
Mike Lindell, talk to me, brother.
Sell me a pillow here.
We only got a couple of minutes.
I know you got a lot to talk about.
unidentified
Yeah, and I want a little disclaimer, Steve, I'm not the one driving right now.
I know I did your show one time and the media said, look at he's driving.
But I'm actually doing a lot of traveling right now for the stuff that we're still doing with the election platforms, everybody.
But I want to get on here.
You guys make it all possible at the War Room Posse.
We're running the Black Friday special for the war room posse.

Today, all I do is fight the IRS, fight the evil out there, and they make it possible.
And I'm not giving up either.
You have the greatest mayor ever on, and I said, I'm right with him.
We're not ever giving up.
steve bannon
Mike, we look forward to seeing you tomorrow.
Safe travels, sir, as you spread the message about securing our election platforms, the great Mike Lindell.
Johnny Kahn, Breitbart takes us out with American Heart, one of the great anthems of the Tea Party in the Trump-MAGA movement.
