| What's going on now, it's that Bolsonaro and 36 other people, including myself, were indicted in a probe that has been investigated, supposedly a coup attempt, in late 2022, after Bolsonaro lost the election of 2022. The reports were that Bolsonaro was attempting to... | ||
| When you say lost, hang on, there was controversy with the people. | ||
| Isn't it still open whether that election was stolen or not, sir? | ||

| People say they lost like the same way they said Donald Trump lost the election in the United States since... | ||
| Right now, I think no one actually believes that anymore. | ||

| And same way in Brazil. | ||
| The person conducting the election, the president of the all-powerful Superior Electoral Court was Alexandre de Moraes. | ||
| He hates Bolsonaro. | ||
| He's the de facto dictator of Brazil. | ||
| He's running the country even more than Lula, but in partnership with Lula, I should say. | ||
| And so what they said is that they started an investigation saying that Bolsonaro was attempting, thinking about a coup d'etat. | ||
| Obviously, Bolsonaro claims he never even considered a coup d'etat and he tried constitutional remedies. | ||
| For the situation that we had ongoing in Brazil, the situation being Morais stealing the election. | ||
| So that's what happened. | ||
| Bolsonaro thought about a few alternatives that are in the Constitution. | ||
| He decided that there was nothing he could do. | ||
| But they say, well, this was an attempt of a coup d'etat. | ||
| And they also claimed that there was a plan to assassinate Morais and Lula and his running mate. | ||
| And that's what they claim right now. | ||
| So in order to substantiate the claims, they came up with a phony indictment of Bolsonaro and 36 other people. | ||
| Among these people are people like me, journalists that I was reporting on what was going on back then. | ||
| There's even a Catholic priest indicted right now. | ||
| Lawyers, several military leaders, the former chief of the Brazilian intelligence agency is indicted as well. | ||
| I mean, it's a big one. | ||
| And they did that 10 days after Donald Trump got elected and, as you correctly pointed out, with Xi Jinping in Brazil meeting with Lula at the same time. | ||
| No, but he took orders from his partner. | ||
| His partner of the Chinese Communist Party. | ||
| She had met and she told him, hey, unless you want to have a problem, because Trump just came back, unless you arrest this, unless you indict him, arrest him, try him and throw him in prison, Bolsonaro is coming back. | ||
| Am I incorrect on that, sir? | ||

| And the fact that the United States Congress has been introducing bills that would create, like, canceling the visas of the Brazilian Supreme Court Justice. | ||

| The Judiciary Committee in the House is supposedly ready to be voted on the floor. | ||
| They're very afraid of that. | ||
| They have been Speaking about fears of having their U.S. visas canceled. | ||
| Also, there's a bill introduced by Jim Jordan that would cancel any cooperation between the U.S. law enforcement and the Brazilian government regarding censorship issues. | ||

| So what's going on now is that Donald Trump got elected. | ||
| They openly say they're afraid. | ||
| And they rush with this indictment and they're seeing how is the United States government, basically the conservatives and Donald Trump as well, is going to respond to that. | ||
| If they see that there's no response, they're going to push even harder and probably throw Bolsonaro in jail. | ||
| Okay, take a moment. | ||
| Let's rewind on that because this is the whole reason. | ||
| And you're one of the indicted folks of the 36. I want to hit that again and just go through methodically what needs to happen here with the kind of America First MAGA nationalist response that our allies in Bolsonaro's circle need. | ||
| So take me back through that. | ||

Well, right now what they need is the United States needs to show that it won't take this. | |
| Well, the United States was always the exporter of freedom and democracy. | ||
| And in the past four years during the Biden administration, the US basically exported censorship. | ||
| Everything that's going on in Brazil was funded and idealized by the United States Department of State under Joe Biden. | ||
| So, in the past year, we started to see responses from the House of Representatives, the Republicans, that have been doing hearings about what was going on in Brazil. | ||
| They also presented bills, introduced bills regarding the situation in Brazil. | ||
| And that has been very successful in creating pressure. | ||
| So, right now, What Morais did, what the dictator of Brazil did with Lula and with support of the Chinese Communist Party was, well, let's try to not see in Brazil what we just saw in the United States. | ||
| And they're expecting and trying to see what the response of the United States Under Donald Trump will be. | ||
| So if the Republicans and the conservatives and the MAGA movement don't do anything, don't respond to that, they will probably say, well, the situation is not that bad. | ||
| The United States is not going to do anything, so let's put Bolsonaro in prison and get rid of this national populist movement. | ||
| Okay, so we can't have that because Bolsonaro is a hero. | ||
| And the leader in Latin America of this movement. | ||
| What do you need President Trump to come in with his team at State and sit there and go, we cut off trade? | ||
| I mean, what type of... | ||
| Because Lula and these guys play smash mouth. | ||
| They're partners with the CCP. She's in town when he does this because Lula wants to flex, wants to show a flex. | ||
| So what type and level and scale of countermeasures need to be done to basically get their attention down there? | ||

So I think the first step would be any sort of statement of Donald Trump himself. | |
| And obviously the Republicans in the House and in Congress in general can also respond to that with statements and showing that they're paying attention and they understand how serious is the situation in Brazil. | ||
| That's the first step. | ||
| Second thing is there's already a request from several members of the Congress To the Department of State to cancel the visa of these people involved in human rights violations and due process violations in Brazil. | ||
| So, the Department of State can cancel these visas immediately on day one of the Trump administration by the discretion of the Secretary of State or the President of the United States. | ||
| They can do that. | ||
| The third step is if the situation keeps going on the same direction in Brazil, the president can also use the Magnitsky Law to seize assets of these people that violates the human rights in Brazil. | ||
| In the United States, like for example, the Chief Justice of the Brazilian Supreme Court is known for having a condo here, a luxury multi-million dollar condo here in Key Biscayne in the Miami area. | ||
| So that can be seized and other assets as well. | ||
| And then you'll be increasing and going after the individuals. | ||
| The worst-case scenario, you start applying sanctions to the country. | ||
| Of course, as a Brazilian, I wouldn't like to see that happen, and I hope it doesn't get to this, but you need to escalate the remedies. | ||
| And you need to do that before it's too late because these remedies only work until they completely consolidate their power. | ||
| Their power is not completely consolidated in Brazil as it is in Venezuela, for example. | ||
| Diplomatic remedies in Venezuela don't work anymore. | ||
| And if the United States government and the MAGA movement and the national populace in the United States don't act fast, They won't work in Brazil very, very soon. | ||
| Once they send Bolsonaro to prison, things will start being very, very different. | ||
| There are rumors that Donald Trump's going to invite Bolsonaro for the inauguration. | ||
| The problem is, Marais already took Bolsonaro's passport. | ||
| So in order to come to the inauguration, he would need authorization by this judge, by the dictator of Brazil, Marais. | ||
| And right now I would say the chances are 90% of Marais would not let Bolsonaro come to Trump's inauguration, which would be very serious and very sad. | ||
| I need to take a second. | ||
| We need you to take a second and explain. | ||
| It's a little different here in this country. | ||
| Why this Chief Justice and the courts are really actually worse than Lula and his government. | ||
| Remember, Lula was tossed out, thrown in prison for corruption, taking bribes. | ||
| He's also directly in business with the Chinese Communist Party, and they don't even make any bones about that. | ||
| But walk through this court system, I think what kind of makes it not difficult, kind of shocking to Americans... | ||
| I mean, this chief justice and the justices around him are like the Nazi judges in Germany in the 1930s. | ||
| Walk me through that. | ||
| The power he has and how the vitriol and hatred of the populist nationalist movement down in Brazil is second to none with this guy. | ||

| But what happened was that immediately after Bolsonaro won the election in the United States, they opened the Russiagate fake probe. | ||
| In Brazil, what they did is that they opened immediately, immediately the next year after Bolsonaro got elected with support. | ||
| From the deep state of the United States, they opened a fake news probe in the Supreme Court to investigate any fake news that would attack democratic institutions. | ||
| I know that part might sound familiar to United States viewers. | ||
| So, they claimed powers to investigate anyone that was conservative. | ||
| That included journalists, influencers, and ultimately, any Bolsonaro's ally in Brazil. | ||
| And that has been going since 2019. Nonstop is a probe that's still ongoing. | ||
| And this indictment that's happening right now, its part is connected to that original probe that started in 2019. So the Supreme Court of Brazil supposedly do not, they don't have these powers. | ||
| But they claim that they do. | ||
| They based themselves on their internal bylaws of the courts that said, well, if a crime happens within the premises of the court, we can't investigate these crimes within the court. | ||
| So they said, well, if people are criticizing the Supreme Court on the internet, that means, well, it's happening within the premises of the court because the internet is everywhere. | ||
| So they came up with this phony excuse. | ||
| To run this probe. | ||
| And it's very weird because this guy Moraes, Alexander de Moraes, the guy that was having a beef with Elon Musk that looks like a James Bond villain, which is now the most powerful person in Brazil. | ||
| He's supposedly the victim and at the same time the investigator and the judge. | ||
| So he has all these roles. | ||
| And this is the guy that conducted the 2022 electoral process in Brazil. | ||
| The same person. | ||
| And that's the guy who rehabilitated Lula that was in prison and made him run again and win against Bolsonaro in a very questionable election. | ||
| So he's the one pulling the strings. | ||
| He's the one that brought Lula back to power. | ||
| So Lula is aligned with him, but Lula kind of works for him. | ||
| It's not the same Lula that we saw in 2003. And on. | ||
| It's a different Lula that is way less powerful than it was. | ||
| So right now, the Supreme Court decides everything in Brazil. | ||
| And I can tell you something, Steve. | ||
| I know it sounds weird for Americans, but let me tell you, if you had five liberal socialist justice on the US Supreme Court, I don't doubt that could happen in this country as well. I don't doubt that could happen in this country as What is going on in Brazil, they're trying, and this is when she was down there, what they're trying in Brazil is exactly what they did here in the United States. | ||
| And we have to, the populist nationalist movement and the Trump second term and the transition, we've got to get on this like immediately. | ||
| Bolsonaro is a good man. | ||
| He's an honest man. | ||
| There was no coup. | ||
| And they're not just trying to take out Bolsonaro, the 36 people around him. | ||

| But the conservative movement, the MAGA movement needs to act fast before it's too late. | ||

| So, Tuesday of this past week, a press release came out of Senator Ron Johnson's office. | ||
| And the headline is, Senator Johnson demands HHS, FDA, CDC preserve all records relating to COVID-19 vaccines. | ||
| And goes on to say that he has written and the letter is on Daily Cloud. | ||
| It's pinned. | ||
| It's also in the press release. | ||
| He's written to HHS, FDA, CDC. It's so satisfying because Mandy Cohen got this letter, right? | ||
| To immediately preserve all records referring to or relating to the development, safety and efficacy of the COVID-19 vaccines. | ||
| During the Biden administration, he said these agencies have refused to provide complete and unredacted documents to Senator Johnson's numerous oversight letters, hindering congressional oversight and jeopardizing the public health. | ||
| In other words, our taxpayer-funded agencies, CDC, FDA, HHS, didn't give senators and members of Congress Transparency or the documents they requested during the Biden administration and there's a new sheriff in town. | ||
| Quote, in addition to hiding relevant information from Congress, this is Senator Johnson talking to Mandy Cohen among others. | ||
| Your agencies have applied heavy redactions to public documents released under Freedom of Information Act requests Who did that? | ||
| We did that. | ||
| That's Ed Berkovich, our lawyer, you guys' lawyer, the posse's lawyer. | ||
| Remember, he FOIA'ed documents related to the word myocarditis. | ||
| And you remember, I wrote the story here on War Room about six months ago, that we got, probably due to an internal whistleblower, a tranche of the most damning, unbelievable documents from this FOIA request, including A cover-up at the highest levels, including White House staffers. | ||
| Dr. Walensky was on the email, Dr. Fauci was on the email, and it resulted, as you recall, in a 17-page fully redacted script, totally redacted, that they all used to lie to America's parents. | ||
| And to claim that myocarditis was rare and mild and transient when they knew that that was a lie. | ||
| So he goes on to say these redactions have made many of these public documents hard to understand And in countless instances impossible to read, the senator wrote. | ||
| So he goes on to highlight several examples from the tranche that we FOIA'd. | ||
| And he knows that there are only a small fraction of communications internally on myocarditis and pericarditis that the health agencies continue to conceal. | ||
| And then he says the heavily redacted documents include a Pfizer report, that's us, on myocarditis and pericarditis. | ||
| CDC communications. | ||
| Again, Dr. Walensky is on the email contemplating whether to issue a health alert on myocarditis. | ||
| This is May of 2021. And Biden White House talking points sent to then CDC director Rochelle Walensky Then National Institute of Allergy and Infectious Diseases Director Anthony Fauci and then National Institutes of Health Director Francis Collins among others. | ||
| And Senator Johnson requested that HHS, FDA and CDC produce these documents without redactions by December 3rd, 2024. So right after you guys come back from Thanksgiving is their deadline to unredact these documents that show that they all Conspired to hide myocarditis and pericarditis in minors, in healthy young adults and teenagers from America. | ||
| And then he goes on to say, and this is my final quote, while your agencies have largely ignored or failed to fully cooperate with my oversight efforts, I can assure you that your obstruction will soon come to an end. | ||
| In the next congress when I become chairman of the permanent subcommittee on investigations. | ||
| Any attempt by your agencies to withhold documents will be met with a subpoena. | ||

| And there you can see it's going to- well your producers have it too. | ||
| Xavier Becerra, secretary of HHS, Robert Califf, commissioner of the FDA, who are the subject of the Pfizer paper's book, which is now Climbing bestseller lists all over Amazon. | ||
| And Dr. Mandy Cohen, director of the CDC. So they need to produce The unredacted versions of those documents showing an April and May 2021 freakout at the highest levels because they'd all been notified that kids were getting terminally sick, fatal conditions, and now we see kids dying in their sleep, dropping dead on the athletic fields. | ||
| These people knew, the White House knew, and covered it up. | ||

| I saw a couple of news reports, but I thought something was odd because they're trying to crack down. | ||
| Tell me about young people riding bicycles in the evening. | ||

| On the surface, you might see this is over 200,000 students in Zhengzhou or Henan Province. | ||

| More than 2,000 200,000 students ride the bicycles from Zhengzhou to Kaifeng, which is about 37 miles away from the city. | ||
| What they are doing is they claim, okay, don't worry, the government, we are just going there to have our dinner, to grab something to eat. | ||
| But this is really a movement. | ||
| It's now the internal. | ||
| The CCP defined this as a small Jew force event. | ||
| So they are cracking down the event. | ||
| They were blocking the highway. | ||
| They actually locked down the What's the indication from this event? | ||
| First, you can see the economy is really worsening. | ||
| It's collapsing. | ||
| The second, actually, the young people, the young generation is eager for freedom and law in this country. | ||
| They are not satisfied with the employment situation. | ||
| They are not satisfied with the government. | ||
| There is no law. | ||
| But the most important thing I would point out is that For this movement, actually, the New Federal State of China played a key role in this. | ||
| As I just mentioned, the origin of this movement started from Zhengzhou, where Mao has his first hotel there. | ||
| We have a lot of supporters and FSC supporters and final fighters actually organizing and coordinating this event. | ||
| And actually, unfortunately, some of them have been arrested by now. | ||
| But let me tell you this. | ||
| This event won't stop, even though the CCP is cracking down heavily. | ||
| But this event will, you know, cross the country and we'll have more events coming in. | ||
| Not only the students, but also the farmers and the veterans and maybe even the government employees. | ||
| And also, Pay attention, this event will break out across the whole country, especially in the central and southern and western region of the country. | ||
| So this is really the big event, although it looks peaceful, but it really tells you there is a potential power to overthrow the CCP government. | ||
